Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for determining the spatial oblique arrangement of concealed ore bodies in a hydrothermal deposit controlled by a structure and for deep prospecting and exploration targeting, specifically to a method for determining the targeting of ore deposits, ore sections, ore body groups, ore oblique arrangement and deep exploration based on ore-forming structures controlled at different scales (ore deposits, ore sections, ore body groups, ore bodies), and belongs to the field of mineral resource exploration. Background Art
[0002] The exploration and development of mineral resources is related to the national economy, people's livelihood and national security. Whether in the exploration of non-magmatic hydrothermal deposits or magmatic hydrothermal deposits, it is often found that the ore body not only has the phenomenon of lateral prominence, but also its oblique phenomenon is also the basic characteristic of hydrothermal deposits controlled by structures, and has a genetic relationship with shearing. However, up to now, the oblique distribution law of ore bodies is unclear, the formation mechanism of oblique distribution is unknown, and the oblique law and mechanical mechanism of ore deposits, ore sections, ore body groups and ore bodies controlled by structures of different scales are rarely studied, which directly restricts the exploration of deep and peripheral positioning target areas of ore deposits and breakthroughs in prospecting. Therefore, conducting research on the lateral law and formation mechanism of ore fields, ore deposits, ore sections, ore body groups and ore bodies will undoubtedly play an important guiding role in the layout of deep and peripheral prospecting and exploration projects and increasing reserves and production in the new round of strategic actions for prospecting breakthroughs. Summary of the invention
[0003] The present invention provides a method for locating and predicting deep ore bodies in hydrothermal deposits by analyzing the oblique arrangement rules and mechanical mechanisms of ore deposits, ore sections, ore body groups, ore bodies controlled by structures of different scales, namely, ① based on the detailed analysis of ore-forming structures of different scales, combined with the spatial distribution characteristics of known ore bodies or mineralized bodies, the structural classification ore-controlling rules and the combination type of ore-controlling structures are determined; ② based on the structural classification ore-controlling rules and the combination type of ore-controlling structures, the oblique arrangement rules of the long axes of ore bodies, ore body groups, ore sections, and ore deposits in plane and section and the mechanical mechanisms of ore-controlling structures are analyzed and summarized; ③ based on the oblique arrangement rules and erosion depths of ore body groups and ore sections, the pinch-out elevations of the maximum deep extensions of the main ore body groups and ore sections are inferred; ④ based on the oblique arrangement rules of multi-scale ore-controlling structures in plane and section, the plane occurrence positions and deep vertical occurrence positions of the hidden ore bodies in the periphery of the ore deposit are inferred, combined with the pinch-out elevations of the maximum deep extensions of the ore body groups and ore sections, so as to achieve deep targeting of the hidden ore bodies and predict the deep resource potential. This will guide prospecting evaluation and exploration engineering layout in the deep and marginal areas of ore deposits, helping mining companies to quickly increase resource reserves and production.
[0004] The specific operations of the above method are as follows:
[0005] Step 1: Research on the laws of structural classification and ore-controlling structure and determine the combination type of ore-controlling structure
[0006] Apply the theory and methods of mine field geomechanics (Sun Jiacong and Han Runsheng, 2016) to analyze the geometric, mechanical, kinematic and material characteristics of structures at different scales (ore deposit, ore section, ore body group, ore body) in a certain ore deposit in detail; combine the spatial distribution characteristics of known ore bodies or mineralized bodies - ore-bearing horizons, spatial positioning, and occurrence characteristics; screen out the metallogenic structure, reveal the laws of structural classification and ore control in the ore deposit, and determine the combination type of ore-controlling structures;
[0007] Step 2: Analysis of the ore-forming structural mechanics mechanism that controls the spatial oblique distribution of known ore bodies
[0008] Based on the ore-controlling rules of structural classification and the combination types of ore-controlling structures, the kinematic and mechanical characteristics of ore-forming structures at different scales are analyzed. Combined with the spatial distribution characteristics of known ore bodies or mineralized bodies, the characteristics of the local stress field that controls the multi-scales of a single ore body, ore body group, ore section, and ore deposit are analyzed; on the plane, the oblique arrangement rules of the long axes of ore bodies, ore body groups, ore sections, and ore deposits on the plane and the mechanical mechanism of their ore-controlling structures are analyzed and summarized; on the section, according to the ore-forming structures with different inclinations, the oblique arrangement rules of the long axes of ore bodies, ore body groups, ore sections, and ore deposits on the section and the mechanical mechanism of their ore-controlling structures are analyzed and summarized;
[0009] The ore-controlling mechanical mechanisms of structures at different scales are as follows:

[0032] Step 4: Determine the location of the hidden ore body and determine the target for deep prospecting
[0033] Based on the oblique arrangement rules of the known ore bodies, ore body groups, ore sections and ore deposits in plane and section in the second step, the plane distribution position of the hidden ore bodies outside the ore deposit and the vertical distribution position at depth are inferred. Combined with the pinch-out elevations of the maximum deep extension of the ore body groups and ore sections obtained in the third step, accurate deep targeting of hidden ore bodies is achieved and the deep resource potential is inferred.
[0034] Based on the oblique arrangement rules of known ore bodies, ore body groups, and ore deposits in plane and section, the plane occurrence position of the hidden ore bodies in the periphery of the mining area and the vertical occurrence position of the hidden ore bodies in the deep part of the ore deposit are inferred, and combined with the pinch-out elevation of the maximum deep extension of the ore body group and the ore section obtained in step (3), deep targeting is achieved to infer the deep resource potential. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0049] The present invention is further described in detail below through examples, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents described above, and the methods in the examples are all conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
[0050] Example 1: Oblique regularity of ore bodies and deep prospecting targeting in a lead-zinc deposit in the southwest region
[0051] 1. Research on the laws of structural classification and ore-controlling structure and determination of the combination type of ore-controlling structure
[0052] Using the theory and methods of mining field geomechanics (Sun Jiacong and Han Runsheng, 2016), special surveys of ore-controlling structures were carried out on the surface and in deep tunnels in the mining area to analyze the geometry, kinematics, mechanics, tectonic periods and tectonic rocks of fault structures of different scales. The NE-trending MP sinistral compression-torsional fault, the SN-trending LZH sinistral torsional fault, the NE-trending MMS compound inverted anticline, the NNW-trending sinistral torsional-tensional fault, the NE-trending tangential sinistral compression-torsional fault and the NE-trending interlayer sinistral compression-torsional fault zone were determined to be the metallogenic structures of the deposit.
[0053] The deposit consists of four mining sections, bounded by the north-south LZ River. The D mining section is located in the east and is divided into the No. I ore group, No. II ore group, No. III ore group and No. VI ore group; the S mining section, Q mining section and H mining section are located in the west ( Figure 1 The ore bodies are distributed in the interlayer fault zone of the northwest wing of the MMS compound inverted anticline ( Figure 1 ), and the eastern strata are inverted and dip to the south-east, the shallow part of the western strata dips to the northwest, and the deep part dips to the south-east; the ore bodies are lens-shaped, vein-shaped, and layer-like. The ore bodies of the No. Ⅰ ore body group of the D mining section are produced in D3zg 3-2 The interlayer fault zone of the stratum strikes northeast-southwest, dips to the southeast, has a dip angle of 60° to 85°, and lies on the southwest side. The ore bodies of the II-III ore bodies are located in C1b and C2w. 1-2 The interlayer fault zone of the stratum strikes northeast-southwest, dips southeast, has a dip angle of 60°~90°, and lies on the southwest side; the ore bodies of the VI ore body group are produced in D3zg 3-1 The interlayer fault zone of the stratum strikes northeast-southwest, dips to the southeast, has a dip angle of 50° to 70°, and lies on the southwest side. The ore bodies of the S, Q, and H mining sections in the west are produced in C2w 1-2The interlayer fault zone of the stratum strikes northeast-southwest and dips to the northwest, with an inclination of 70° to 85°. The middle and shallow part lies on the northeast side, and the deep part may lie on the southwest side.
[0054] The main ore-bearing fault in which the main ore bodies of the deposit are distributed is an interlayer compression-torsion fault zone of the anticline on the hanging wall of the main fault of the northeast syncline strike-slip-fault fold zone. The mechanical and kinematic mechanisms of the ore-bearing fault not only control the inclination and extension of the ore body group greater than its strike extension, but also directly control the characteristics of the main ore body extending to the southwest ( Figure 1 ), and also controlled the oblique distribution of ore fields, ore deposits, and ore body groups. Combined with the above ore body characteristics, on the basis of studying the main ore-controlling factors (structure and favorable lithology combination), it is revealed that the fault fold structure is a typical ore-controlling structural combination type of this type of ore deposit, and the lead-zinc ore deposit is the product of the "penetration" of the ore-forming fluid driven by the fault fold structure along the favorable rock combination to form a favorable ore-forming structure.
[0055] The structural classification and ore-controlling rule is as follows: the three northeast-trending main faults FMB, MP and DB and their hanging plates derive a series of axial northeast-trending folds, which jointly control the distribution of the ore field; among them, the northeast-trending MP left-lateral compression-torsion fault and the north-south LZH left-lateral torsional fault are the primary structures of the ore deposit, and the northeast-trending MMS compound inverted anticline derived from them as the secondary structure of the ore deposit jointly control the spatial distribution of the ore deposit; the north-northwest-trending left-lateral torsional-tension fault and the northeast-trending left-lateral compression-torsion fault of the tangent layer are the secondary structures of the ore deposit, which control the distribution of ore sections and ore body groups; the "multi-layer" northeast-trending interlayer left-lateral compression-torsion fault zone and more secondary joints and fissures, as the third and fourth-level structures of the ore deposit, respectively, control the morphology, occurrence and distribution of stockwork and fine-vein veins of individual ore bodies.
[0056] The combination of ore-controlling structures is as follows: at the ore field scale, the main ore-controlling structures are oblique strike-slip-fault-fold belts and syn-oblique oblique strike-slip-fault-fold structural combinations; at the ore deposit (ore section) scale, the main ore-forming structures are fault-fold structural combinations, and their ore-forming structural combination types are reverse fault-anticline combinations; at the ore body group (ore body) scale, the main ore-bearing structural combination types are oblique secondary ore-bearing interlayer fault-fissure belts ( Figure 2 ).
[0057] 2. Analysis of the ore-forming structural mechanics mechanism controlling the spatial oblique arrangement of multi-scale ore bodies
[0058] Regardless of the structural hierarchical ore-controlling law or the combination type of ore-controlling structures, there is a sequential genetic relationship between ore-controlling / metallogenic structures of different scales. The spatial distribution of ore bodies in hydrothermal deposits is controlled by the mechanical and kinematic mechanisms of ore-bearing fractures during the mineralization period. The mechanical mechanisms of ore bodies of different scales are different. Under the same principal compressive stress, mechanical mechanisms of different scales lead to different oblique patterns in plane and section. The process of analyzing the mechanical and kinematic characteristics of metallogenic structures of different scales can be seen in Figure 3 , 4 ; Figure 5 , 6 , 7 show the mechanical mechanism and oblique arrangement rules of ore bodies of different scales in plane and section.
[0059] The lead-zinc deposit is controlled by a fault-fold structure consisting of a NE-trending MP left-lateral compression-torsion fault and a NE-trending MMS compound inverted anticline, which is the long axis of the deposit. It is controlled by a right-lateral compression-torsion surface in plane and by a compression-torsion surface in section. The deposit at the ore field scale is right-column in plane. In section, the deposit is left-column for a NE-trending left-lateral compression-torsion ore-bearing fault with a NW dip and a NE dip; and right-column for a NE-trending left-lateral compression-torsion ore-bearing fault with a SSE dip and a NE dip.
[0060] Each mining section is controlled by a north-south left-hand torsional fault and a north-northwest left-hand torsional tensile fault, which is the long axis of the mining section. It is controlled by a left-hand torsional compression surface in the plane and by a torsional compression surface in the section. The mining section of the ore deposit scale is right-handed in the plane. In the section, the left-hand torsional compression ore-bearing fault with a northwest dip to the northeast trend is in the left-hand column; the left-hand torsional compression ore-bearing fault with a southeast dip to the northeast trend is in the right-hand column.
[0061] Each ore body group is controlled by the northeast-trending interlayer compression-torsion faults within the favorable lithological combination of carbonate rock + clastic rock cover, that is, the long axis of the ore body group is controlled by the left-handed compression-torsion surface in plane and by the compression-torsion surface in section; the ore body group at the mining section scale is left-column in plane, while the left-handed compression-torsion ore-bearing faults with northwest dip and northeast trend make the ore body group appear right-column in section; the left-handed compression-torsion ore-bearing faults with south-east dip and northeast trend make the ore body group appear left-column.
[0062] Each ore body is controlled by the open space of the compression-torsion surface in the northeast interlayer compression-torsion fault zone, that is, the long axis of the ore body. It is controlled by the right-hand compression-torsion surface in the plane and by the compression-torsion surface in the section. Therefore, the ore bodies of the ore body group scale are in the left column in the plane, the ore bodies controlled by the left-hand compression-torsion ore-bearing faults with northwest inclination and northeast in the section are in the left column, and the ore bodies controlled by the left-hand compression-torsion ore-bearing faults with southeast inclination and northeast in the section are in the right column.
[0063] 3. Deep extension inference of ore deposits and prospecting target determination stage
[0064] According to the vertical oblique distribution pattern of the four ore groups in the D mining section and the H, Q and S mining sections, the depth characteristics of each mining section and ore group and the occurrence location of new ore groups and ore bodies were semi-quantitatively predicted ( Figure 8 ).
[0065] On this basis, according to the structural control of ore and the positioning law of ore body groups, the erosion depth of ore body groups can be inferred ( Figure 8 ).
[0066] 1) According to the ore-control law of ore deposit structure classification, the main ore body group controlled by fault fold structure is mainly located in the hanging wall of the main fault, and the vertical depth is greater than the strike extension, indicating that the main fault deep extension depth H f The main ore body group extends to H o quite:
[0067] H f = H o . (1)
[0068] 2) According to the equidistant distribution law of the mineralization structure and the equidistant distribution law of the main ore body group, the main ore body group has the same vertical distance and depth. That is, the vertical depth of the main ore body group is:
[0069] H I = H II-III = H VI = H H = H Q = H S . (2)
[0070] Main ore body group equal depth distance: ΔH A =ΔH B .(3)
[0071] 3) The surface outcrop elevation H of the No.1 ore body in the No.1 mineralized zone is known. I0 About 1050m; the initial exposure elevation of VI ore body group is H VI0 About 250m; the beginning of H mining section is exposed at an elevation of H H0 About 1500m; the elevation of the beginning of the Q mining section is H Q0 About 1200m; the elevation of the beginning of S mining section is H S0 About 950m; the maximum elevation of II-III ore body group exposed on the surface is about:
[0072] H (II-III)T = 1350 m. (4)
[0073] 4) Since the erosion depth of the surface in the same area is similar, therefore, combined with (3), the relative vertical difference of the main ore body occurrence depth is:
[0074] ΔH A = ΔH B = H I0 -H VI0 = 1050 - 250 = 800 m. (5)
[0075] Vertical erosion depth of ore body:
[0076] H erosion ≥ ΔH A - (H(II-III)T -H I0 ) = 800 - (1350 - 1050) = 500 m. (6)
[0077] Based on the above research, according to the oblique arrangement law of the ore body group, the erosion depth of the ore body group and other characteristics, the maximum pinch-out elevation of the ore body group in the main mineralized belt in the mining area and the maximum depth of its extension to the depth are proposed ( Figure 8 ).
[0078] 1) Based on the original elevation of the II-III ore body group (when the ore deposit was formed):
[0079] H (II-III)0 = 1350 - 500 = 1850 m. (7)
[0080] The revealed height H of its deep pinch-out end (II-III)E It is 400-500m (calculated based on 400m); therefore, it can be inferred that the initial depth-extended height difference of the II-III ore body group is:
[0081] H II-III = H (II-III)0 -H (II-III)E = 1850 - 400 = 1450 m. (8)
[0082] Therefore, combined with (2), the vertical extension of the main ore body group is:
[0083] H I = H VI = H H = H Q = H S = H II-III = 1450 m. (9)
[0084] 2) The maximum deep pinch-out elevation of the No. I ore body group:
[0085] H IE = H I0 -H I = 1050 - 1450 = -400 m. (10)
[0086] At present, the height difference controlled by the exploration project is about 850-950m, and the lowest controlled elevation of the current project control is about 100-200m. Based on this, it is estimated that the maximum depth of the current elevation extension of the mineralized zone is 500-600m, that is:
[0087] Minimum control elevation (100-200m)-pinch-out elevation H IE(-400m) = 500 to 600m.(11)
[0088] 3) Pinch-out elevation of VI ore body group:
[0089] H VIE = H VI0 -H VI = 250 - 1450 = -1200 m. (12)
[0090] The height difference that has been controlled is about 150-250m, and the lowest controlled elevation is 0-100m. Therefore, it is estimated that the maximum depth of the current elevation extension of the mineralized belt where the ore body group is located is 1200-1300m, that is:
[0091] Minimum control elevation (0-100m)-pinch-out elevation H VIE (-1200m) = 1200 to 1300m. (13)
[0092] 4) Pinch-out elevation of ore bodies in H ore section:
[0093] H HE = H H0 -H H = 1500 - 1450 = 50 m. (14)
[0094] At present, the height difference of the ore body group has been controlled to be about 1250-1300m, and the lowest controlled elevation is 200-250m. Therefore, it is estimated that the maximum depth of the mineralized zone where the ore body group is located is currently 150-200m, that is:
[0095] Minimum control elevation (200-250m)-pinch-out elevation H HE (50m) = 150 to 200m. (15)
[0096] 5) The maximum deep pinch-out elevation of the ore body group in the Q mining section:
[0097] H QE = H Q0 -H Q = 1200 -1450 = -250 m. (16)
[0098] The controlled elevation difference of this group of ore bodies is about 600m, and the lowest controlled elevation is about 600m. Therefore, it is inferred that the maximum depth of the mineralized belt where the ore bodies are located is about 850m, that is:
[0099] Minimum control elevation (600m)-pinch-out elevation H QE (-250m) = 850m.(17)
[0100] 6) The maximum pinch-out elevation of the S ore body group:
[0101] H SE = H S0 -H=950 -1450=-500 m. (18)
[0102] The controlled elevation difference of the ore body group is about 800-850m, and the lowest controlled elevation is about 100m. Therefore, it is inferred that the maximum depth of the mineralized belt where the ore body group is located is 600-650m, that is:
[0103] Minimum control elevation (100m)-pinch-out elevation H SE (-500m) = 600m.(19)
[0104] In the prospecting and exploration of this ore deposit, at the ore section scale, the D, Q, and S ore sections have great potential for deep resources; at the ore body group scale, attention should be paid to the prediction of the ore body group positions in the H, Q, and S ore sections that are ore-bearing on the left side of the D3zg midplane ( Figure 4 ). According to the left-hand distribution law of ore body groups on the plane, it can be predicted that there are left-hand side ore body groups on one side of ore body groups Ⅰ, Ⅰ-6, Ⅰ-8, Ⅰ-7, Ⅰ-10, Ⅰ-11 in the D mining section. This prediction is consistent with the inference of geophysical abnormal belt ( Fig. 9 ), and the VI ore body group was found through engineering verification; the ore body scale, based on the oblique distribution law of the ore body in the plane and section, predicted the location of the new ore body. In the ore body groups of No. Ⅰ and No. Ⅵ in the D mining section, the focus is on the predicted ore body location that is right-column-shaped with the known ore bodies (such as Ⅰ-8, Ⅰ-11, Ⅵ-1, Ⅵ-2, etc.) Figure 3 ), and some of the target areas have been verified. At the same time, based on the predicted ore body group occurrence elevations and the average grade and scale of the ore in each mining section, the resource potential of the deep ore body group can be inferred, providing a basis for the decision-making of mining companies to increase reserves and production and deep exploration. This example shows that this method is feasible.
