Multi-robot cooperative logistics express sorting method

Abstract

The application provides a multi-robot cooperative logistics express sorting method, and the robot comprises a sorting and transporting combined robot capable of moving on the ground and a large-piece screening robot. The large-piece screening robot directly extracts and transports large pieces on the surface layer of an express pile and expresses on the outer side of a direction-changing conveying belt to a sorting conveying belt. The mechanical arm of the sorting and transporting combined robot picks up the express and transports the express to the sorting conveying belt by the direction-changing conveying belt. The express that is too large or too heavy in the express pile is extracted and transported to the sorting conveying belt by the large-piece screening robot, so that the service life of the direction-changing conveying belt is prolonged. Other expresses are picked up by the mechanical arm of the sorting and transporting combined robot and transported to the sorting conveying belt by the direction-changing conveying belt. Moreover, the mechanical arm of the sorting and transporting combined robot only needs to pick up the express to the corresponding direction-changing conveying belt, and does not need to move back and forth between the express pile and the sorting conveying belt, so that the sorting speed is improved.
