Heatable vehicle windshield, processing technology thereof and vehicle

Abstract

The application provides a heatable vehicle windshield, a processing technology and a vehicle. The processing technology comprises the following steps: printing silver paste on the surface of one of two glass plates to form a silver paste heating line, and taking the glass plate as an inner glass plate of the heatable vehicle windshield, wherein the surface printed with the silver paste is the side of the inner glass plate facing the vehicle interior; bending the two glass plates into a predetermined shape; placing an adhesive material in the middle of the two glass plates, and then fixing a tongue piece and a hot-melt conductive piece on the silver paste heating line in sequence by using a clamp; and performing high-temperature and high-pressure treatment on the glass obtained in the above step to obtain the heatable vehicle windshield. The processing technology can avoid the glass cracking caused by the welding of the tongue piece in the existing welding processing technology, and also can avoid the false welding and the missing welding in the welding production process by using the welding equipment.
