Industrial printing endless-pod print control system and method

Abstract

The application relates to an industrial printing infinite-length POD printing control system and method, which preliminarily evaluates the memory size of all to-be-printed files, performs pagination editing processing on all to-be-printed files to determine the printing sequence of the to-be-printed files, automatically imports the cached starting file in the front code control part, and performs printing according to the printing sequence, caches the unprinted files in the rear end, and caches the files with larger memory in advance according to the memory size of the to-be-printed files, identifies the current printing progress and the caching progress, inputs the current printing progress into a progress analysis model, outputs the predicted caching progress, compares the difference between the current caching progress and the predicted caching progress, adjusts the printing speed, and controls the printing progress. The application solves the problem that when infinite-length printing is performed, importing a large number of files for reading can cause the loading time of the control part to be prolonged, data defects can occur in the loading process, and the printing efficiency is reduced.
