A high-strength and tough polyurethane four-proof topcoat for silicone rubber heat-insulating layer surface and its preparation method

Abstract

This invention discloses a high-strength and tough polyurethane four-proof topcoat for the surface of a silicone rubber heat-insulating layer and its preparation method. The topcoat comprises a surface treatment layer and a polyurethane topcoat. The surface treatment layer includes the following components (by weight): Component A: 40-80 parts film-forming material, 16-32 parts multifunctional organic filler, 24-48 parts inorganic reinforcing filler, and 40-80 parts solvent. Component B: titanate. The polyurethane topcoat comprises 40-60 parts film-forming material, 1-5 parts low surface energy modifier, 50-30 parts inorganic reinforcing filler, 1-5 parts functional additives, and 10-30 parts diluent in component A; component B includes 7-9 parts aliphatic isocyanate and 1-3 parts isocyanate prepolymer. This invention can be applied to the surface of silicone rubber heat protection layers. While meeting the environmental protection requirements of silicone rubber heat protection layer surfaces, it can achieve good bonding performance and thermo-mechanical compatibility with the silicone rubber heat protection layer, and effectively improve the stain resistance and scratch resistance of the environmental protection coating on the surface of the silicone rubber heat protection layer, thereby improving the reliability and appearance quality of silicone rubber heat protection layer products.
