Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a cup cover, in particular, to a drinking cup cover capable of directly drinking liquid. BACKGROUND
[0002] Referring to Figure 1 , a known environmental cup cover 1 disclosed in Taiwan Patent No. TWM607136U includes a drinking surface 11 defining a drinking opening 10, an outer ring portion 12 surrounding the drinking surface 11 and adapted to connect a container (not shown), a peripheral portion 13 connecting the outer ring portion 12 and the drinking surface 11, a rim portion 14 extending upwardly from the peripheral portion 13, and a closure member 15 connected to the drinking surface 11 and adapted to close the drinking opening 10. The rim portion 14 has a guide groove 141 formed on an inner surface and capable of guiding fluid. Thus, by the design of the rim portion 14, a user can drink fluid in the container without removing the environmental cup cover 1.
[0003] However, since there is no buffer space for fluid retention between the rim portion 14 and the drinking opening 10, and the groove surface of the guide groove 141 is directly connected to a ring surface 131 of the peripheral portion 13. Therefore, when the container is tilted and fluid flows through the drinking opening 10, the fluid is directly sprayed out of the drinking opening 10 and spilled to the ring surface 131 of the peripheral portion 13 from the groove surface of the guide groove 141 on both sides due to the blocking effect of only the rim portion 14. There is a disadvantage that fluid cannot be collected in the guide groove 141 and fluid is easily spilled from the corners of the mouth.

[0039] The present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
[0040] Reference is made to Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 The present application defines a first axis X, a second axis Y substantially perpendicular to the first axis X, and a third axis Z substantially perpendicular to the first axis X and the second axis Y for a first embodiment of a drinking cup lid. The first embodiment of the drinking cup lid comprises a cover portion 2, a closure portion 3, a connecting portion 4, a stop portion 5, and a drinking portion 6 integrally formed by pulp.
[0041] The cover portion 2 comprises a bearing wall 21, a receiving wall 22 connected to the bearing wall 21 and having a positional difference with the bearing wall 21 along the direction of the first axis X, and a surrounding wall 23 surrounding the first axis X and connected to the edge of the bearing wall 21. The length L1 of the receiving wall 22 along the direction of the third axis Z is more than 90% of the length L2 of the bearing wall 21 along the direction of the third axis Z. The receiving wall 22 has an outlet 221 extending from an outer surface to an inner surface along the direction of the first axis X and away from the bearing wall 21 along the direction of the third axis Z, and a notch 222 recessed from an outer surface to an inner surface and adjacent to the bearing wall 21 and away from the drinking portion 6 along the direction of the third axis Z.
[0042] Referring to Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the closure portion 3 is swingably connected to the receiving wall 22 and swings relative to the receiving wall 22 between a closure position (as shown in Figure 5 ) and an opening position (as shown in Figure 6 ). In the closure position, the closure portion 3 closes the outlet 221. In the opening position, the closure portion 3 is away from the outlet 221 and engages the notch 222.
[0043] Referring to Figure 3 , Figure 5 and Figure 7 , the connecting portion 4 comprises an inner side wall 41 surrounding the first axis X and connected to the surrounding wall 23 of the cover portion 2, an outer side wall 42 surrounding the first axis X and spaced apart from the inner side wall 41, and an abutting wall 43 connected to the inner side wall 41 and the outer side wall 42 and having a positional difference with the bearing wall 21 of the cover portion 2 along the direction of the first axis X. The outer side wall 42, the inner side wall 41, and the abutting wall 43 define a concave space 40 opposite to the abutting wall 43. The outer side wall 42 has an end edge 421.
[0044] The stop portion 5 surrounds the first axis X and is formed on the inner surface of the outer side wall 42. The stop portion 5 includes a plurality of stop ribs 51. Each of the stop ribs 51 is arranged at an angle θ1with the end edge 421, and defines a gap 501with an adjacent stop rib 51. Each of the stop ribs 51 defines a contact area 51a between a highest point and a lowest point in the direction of the first axis X. The angle θ1is between 15 degrees and 45 degrees. Preferably, the angle θ1is 25 degrees.
[0045] Referring to Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the mouth portion 6 is connected to the receiving wall 22 and the bearing wall 21 in the direction around the first axis X, and is spaced apart from both ends in the direction of the second axis Y to be substantially semicircular. The mouth portion 6 includes a mouth inner wall 61 connected to the edge of the receiving wall 22 and extending from the receiving wall 22 in the direction of the first axis X, a mouth outer wall 62 spaced apart from the mouth inner wall 61 in the direction around the first axis X and connected to the surrounding wall 23, and an arc wall 63 connected to the mouth inner wall 61 and the mouth outer wall 62 and offset from the bearing wall 21 in the direction of the first axis X. The mouth inner wall 61, the bearing wall 21, and the receiving wall 22 define a buffer space 60 opposite the closing space 40.
[0046] In the present embodiment, the buffer space 60 is substantially fan-shaped. The buffer space 60 has an expanding portion 601 adjacent to the mouth portion 6 and covering the outlet 221, and a narrowing portion 602 opposite the expanding portion 601 and covering the recess 222 and adjacent to the bearing wall 21. The maximum width W1of the expanding portion 601 in the direction of the second axis Y is greater than the maximum width W2of the narrowing portion 602 in the direction of the second axis Y, which is greater than the maximum width W3of the outlet 221 in the direction of the second axis Y.
[0047] The mouth inner wall 61 has an arc mouth section 611 connected to the edge of the receiving wall 22 and extending along the first axis X from the receiving wall 22, and two concave arc sections 612 spaced along the second axis Y and connected to the opposite ends of the arc mouth section 611 and the edge of the bearing wall 21. The arc mouth of the arc mouth section 611 faces the flared area 601. The curvature of the arc mouth section 611 is greater than the curvature of the concave arc section 612, and the maximum width W4 of the arc mouth section 611 along the second axis Y is greater than the maximum width W3 of the outlet 221, but not greater than the maximum width W1 of the flared area 601 along the second axis Y. The arc mouth section 611 of the mouth inner wall 61 makes an included angle θ2 with the first axis X, and the included angle θ2 is between 5 degrees and 15 degrees. Preferably, the included angle θ2 is 10 degrees.
[0048] The mouth outer wall 62 makes an included angle θ3 with the first axis X. The included angle θ3 is between 5 degrees and 15 degrees. Preferably, the included angle θ3 is 10 degrees. In this way, the distance between the mouth outer wall 62 and the arc mouth section 611 along the third axis Z gradually decreases from one end adjacent to the connecting portion 4 along the first axis X to the other end away from the connecting portion 4.
[0049] Referring to Figure 6 With Figure 7 The spout cup cover of the present application is suitable for defining a containing space 70 with a container 7. The containing space 70 is suitable for containing liquid and communicating with the outside through the outlet 221. The container 7 has an opening portion 71. When the first embodiment of the spout cup cover of the present application is moved along the first axis X relative to the container 7 and is sleeved on the opening portion 71, the opening portion 71 of the container 7 passes through the abutting space 40 and is forced against the abutting wall 43 of the connecting portion 4. At this time, the abutting space 40 of the connecting portion 4 receives the opening portion 71 of the container 7. The inner side wall 41 and the outer side wall 42 of the connecting portion 4 are forced against and clamped on both sides of the opening portion 71 of the container 7, and the abutting wall 43 of the connecting portion 4 is also forced against the opening portion 71 of the container 7.
[0050] In this way, the inner side wall 41, the outer side wall 42, and the abutting wall 43 are in frictional contact with the opening portion 71 of the container 7, forming three tight rings from the inside to the outside. More importantly, the stop protruding rib 51 also forces the peripheral surface of the opening portion 71 of the container 7 through the contact area 51a. At this time, part of the thickness of the opening portion 71 of the container 7 is sunk into the gap 501 and is in frictional contact with the outer side wall 42 and the stop protruding rib 51. Therefore, the stop protruding rib 51 is engaged with the opening portion 71 of the container 7, preventing the relative rotation of the container 7 and the spout cup cover of the present application.
[0051] Referring to Figure 4 , Figure 5 With Figure 6 , when drinking the liquid in the containing space 70, only need to dial the sealing part 3 to the open position, can be in the process of pouring the container 7, the liquid in the containing space 70 by the outlet 221 into the buffer space 60 of the flared area 601, and flow to the concave arc segment 612. By this, in the case of the maximum width W1 of the flared area 601 is significantly greater than the maximum width W3 of the outlet 221, and slightly greater than the maximum width W4 of the arc segment 611, the liquid will be buffered by the flared area 601 and spread outwardly with the outlet 221 as the center, but still be blocked by the side edge of the bearing wall 21 and the mouth inner wall 61 to be limited in the buffer space 60. Then, the liquid will be collected along the arc of the mouth inner wall 61 to the arc segment 611. Finally, concentrate into the mouth of the human body.
[0052] It is worth noting that, since the distance between the mouth outer wall 62 and the arc segment 611 is gradually decreasing to form a lower wide and upper narrow cone, the upper and lower lips of the human body can be as close as possible when contacting the mouth part 6. Make the liquid more accurate and completely into the mouth of the human body. And the shape, height and angle of the mouth part 6 just match the drinking angle of the human mouth shape, which can improve the comfort when drinking.
[0053] When stopping drinking liquid and straightening the container 7, the liquid remaining in the arc segment 611 will also flow along the arc and slope of the arc segment 611 to the flared area 601 or the outlet 221, or be limited in the buffer space 60.
[0054] Referring to Figure 8 , it is worth noting that, since the bearing wall 21 and the receiving wall 22 of the cover part 2 are formed with a difference along the direction of the first axis X, and multiple turning positions are formed. Therefore, the structural strength of the cover part 2 can be improved. And in the case of the mouth part 6 being semicircular, the side opposite to the mouth part 6 of the cover part 2 is in an open state, the bearing wall 21 can stably and stably bear another container 7 without being easily broken, and the other container 7 will not be blocked by the corresponding mouth part 6, and can be easily placed on the corresponding bearing wall 21.
[0055] Referring to Figure 9, in addition, when a plurality of the present invention's spout cup covers are stacked along the direction of the first axis X, the abutting wall 43 of one of the spout cup covers will abut against the stop portion 5 of the adjacent spout cup cover. And the cover portion 2, the abutting wall 43, and the inner side wall 41 of each of the spout cup covers are respectively spaced apart from the cover portion 2, the abutting wall 43, and the inner side wall 41 of the adjacent spout cup cover. In this way, not only can the occupied space be reduced to improve space efficiency, but also the contact area of the adjacent spout cup covers can be reduced, avoiding the mutual extrusion of the adjacent spout cup covers, and making it easy to access the outermost spout cup cover.
[0056] Referring to Figure 10 and Figure 11 is a second embodiment of the present invention, which also includes the cover portion 2, the sealing portion 3, the connecting portion 4, the stop portion 5, and the spout portion 6 as in the first embodiment. The difference lies in that:
[0057] The stop portion 5 includes a plurality of stop ribs 52 arranged in an array. The stop ribs 52 define a grid-shaped gap 502. A highest point and a lowest point of the stop portion 5 along the direction of the first axis X define a contact area 52a capable of frictionally contacting the opening portion 71 of the container 7.
[0058] In this way, the inner side wall 41, the outer side wall 42, and the abutting wall 43 will also frictionally contact the opening portion 71 of the container 7, forming three tight circles from the inside to the outside. More importantly, the stop ribs 52 will also be pressed against the opening portion 71 of the container 7 through the contact area 52a. At this time, since part of the thickness of the opening portion 71 of the container 7 will also be trapped in the gap 502 and frictionally contact the outer side wall 42 and the stop ribs 52. Therefore, the stop ribs 52 will be engaged with the opening portion 71 of the container 7, preventing the relative rotation of the container 7 and the spout cup cover of the present invention.
[0059] Referring to Figure 12 and Figure 13 is a third embodiment of the present invention, which also includes the cover portion 2, the sealing portion 3, the connecting portion 4, the stop portion 5, and the spout portion 6 as in the first embodiment. The difference lies in that:
[0060] The stop portion 5 is recessed from the outer surface of the outer side wall 42 and protrudes from the inner surface of the outer side wall 42. The stop portion 5 includes a protruding rib 54 that defines a groove 53. The outer side wall 42 is formed by extrusion after molding, and the groove 53 and the protruding rib 54 are formed at the same time. For example, the spout cup cover of the present application can be placed on a base (not shown), and a movable slider (not shown) can be used to extrude the outer surface of the outer side wall 42. In this way, the protruding rib 54 that protrudes from the inner surface of the outer side wall 42 can be formed at the same time as the groove 53 is recessed from the outer surface of the outer side wall 42.
[0061] In this way, when the spout cup cover of the present application is moved away from the container 7 along the first axis X, the protruding rib 54 and the opening 71 of the container 7 abut and engage each other, preventing the spout cup cover of the present application from being separated from the container 7, when the protruding rib 54 blocks the opening 71 of the container 7.
[0062] It should be noted that the protruding rib 54 is not limited to being formed on the inner surface of the outer side wall 42 in two processes. In other variations of the present embodiment, the protruding rib 54 can be formed on the inner surface of the outer side wall 42 in one process, as shown in Figure 14 The protruding rib 54, the cover portion 2, the sealing portion 3, the connecting portion 4, and the spout portion 6 are integrally formed from pulp.
[0063] In addition, it should be noted that the spout cup cover of the present application is not limited to being connected to the opening 71 with a reverse U-shaped cross section when connected to the container 7, but can also be adapted to the opening 71 with a circular cross section, as shown in Figure 15
[0064] From the above description, the advantages of the foregoing embodiments can be summarized as follows:
[0065] 1. The present application can use the special space design of the buffer space 60 to buffer the liquid flowing out of the outlet 221, and the different curvature designs of the arcuate segment 611 and the concave arc segment 612 to guide the liquid into the arcuate segment 611, effectively preventing the liquid from being sprayed or overflowing to the sides.
[0066] 2. The distance between the spout outer wall 62 and the arcuate segment 611 gradually decreases to form a lower wide and upper narrow taper, so that the upper and lower lips of the human body can be as close as possible when contacting the spout portion 6, allowing the liquid to enter the mouth of the human body more accurately and completely. The shape, height, and angle of the spout portion 6 are exactly suitable for the angle of the human mouth when sipping, which can improve the comfort during drinking.
[0067] 3、In addition, the present application can improve the structural strength of the cover portion 2 by the design of the buffer space 60. In the case that the spout portion 6 is semicircular, the bearing wall 21 of the cover portion 2 can stably and firmly bear another container 7 without being easily broken.
[0068] 4、Furthermore, the present application can form three sealing rings with different blocking directions from inside to outside by the inner side wall 41, the outer side wall 42 and the abutting wall 43 of the connecting portion 4 abutting and contacting the opening portion 71 of the container 7 respectively, and can greatly increase the area of frictional contact, effectively prevent the liquid in the accommodating space 70 from leaking outward, and improve the overall sealing performance.
[0069] 5、The present application can further improve the combination and stability with the container 7 by the frictional contact of the stop portion 5 around the opening portion 71 of the container 7.
[0070] 6、The present application can also reduce the contact area of adjacent spout cup covers when they are stacked, avoid mutual extrusion of adjacent spout cup covers, and easily take the outermost spout cup cover.
[0071] The above is only an embodiment of the present application, which cannot limit the scope of the present application. Any simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application are still within the scope of the present application.
