Similarly, when acting on insecticides, it can kill pests attached to the back and center of leaves by increasing the penetration of the liquid.
[0076] Example
[0077] The preparation process of surfactin used in the following examples is as follows:
[0078] Pick a single colony of Bacillus subtilis (for the construction method of a single colony of Bacillus subtilis, see CN201810865295.7), inoculate it into LB liquid culture medium, and culture it at 37°C and 200rpm for 16 hours to obtain a seed solution, which is inoculated into a fermentation medium shake flask at a ratio of 5%. After culturing at 37°C and 200rpm for 2 to 6 hours, 1mM IPTG is added, and the culture is continued for 2 days to obtain an initial fermentation liquid containing surfactin.
[0079] The composition of the initial fermentation medium used is: 30-100 g / L of carbohydrates, 10-50 g / L of inorganic nitrogen source, 0.5-3 g / L of organic nitrogen source, 0.1-1 g / L of KH2PO4, 0.5-0.3 g / L of Na2HPO4·12H2O, 0.002-0.01 g / L of CaCl2, 0.002-0.01 g / L of MnSO4·H2O, 0.002-0.01 g / L of FeSO4·7H2O, pH 6.5-7.5, and 0.01-20 wt% of fermentation additives (silicon defoaming agent, polysaccharide, amino acid or its derivatives, oligopeptide, phospholipid, glycolipid, and / or fatty acid or its derivatives).
[0080] The pH of the initial fermentation broth is adjusted to between 6.0 and 6.5, and the solution is allowed to stand overnight at 4°C to allow the substances in the solution to completely precipitate or to accelerate its sedimentation by slight stirring, and finally the product obtained by centrifugation is the fermentation broth. The method disclosed in CN105400784A is used to detect the content of surfactant in the fermentation broth. Specifically: 1 mL of fermentation broth is centrifuged at 12000 rpm for 1 minute, 100 μL of supernatant is added to 1900 μL of deionized water, mixed, and analyzed by HPLC after filtering through a 0.22 μm filter membrane. The mobile phase for HPLC analysis is methanol and water in a ratio of 85 / 15, the flow rate is 1 mL / min, the chromatographic column is a C18-ODS reverse phase chromatographic column, the column temperature is 40°C, the ultraviolet detector, and the detection wavelength is 205 nm.
[0081] The test showed that the content of surfactin in the fermentation broth was 30%. The pH of the fermentation broth was adjusted to acidic, and the surfactin formed a precipitate. After solid-liquid separation, the solid part was taken and dried to obtain a surfactin-containing product. The powder product was obtained by cold purification and freeze drying, and the content of surfactin was measured to be 95wt%-99.99wt%.

[0180] Note: The letters in the table indicate significant differences at the 0.05 level.
[0181] Among them, the plant control efficacy investigates the total number of surviving weeds of each species, reflecting the killing effect of the pesticide on weeds; the fresh weight control efficacy investigates the weight of each surviving weed, which can also reflect the inhibitory effect of the pesticide on the growth of weeds.
[0182] The formula for calculating the protective effect is: E = 100 × (CT) / C
[0183] Where: E is the number of plants / fresh weight of weed control effect, C is the number of plants / weight of weeds in the control area, and T is the number of plants / weight of weeds in the treatment area.
[0184] Conclusion: From Table 4, it can be seen that the pesticide adjuvant can effectively improve the control effect of 10% refined glufosinate ammonium soluble solution on non-arable weeds, accelerate the control speed of 10% refined glufosinate ammonium soluble solution on weeds, and the pesticide adjuvant has the effect of improving the weed control effect in the concentration range of 0.01%-50%. It can be seen from Treatments 5 and 6 that reducing the amount of 10% refined glufosinate ammonium soluble solution can also make the pesticide achieve the same effect, thereby improving the utilization rate of the pesticide.
