Low-noise eddy current detection control system based on bus transmission

Abstract

The invention particularly relates to a low-noise eddy current detection control system based on bus transmission. The low-noise eddy current detection control system comprises an upper computer interaction module, a mechanical body, and a lower computer control module, a power supply module, an eddy current instrument module, a pneumatic module and an electric module which are separated and integrated on the mechanical body in different bins, the upper computer interaction module is in communication connection with the lower computer control module, sends an operation instruction to the lower computer control module and receives state information fed back by the upper computer control module; the lower computer control module controls the pneumatic control module to clamp or loosen the probe and controls the electric module to drive the probe to advance or retreat; state information of the pneumatic module, the electric module and the eddy current instrument module is obtained and fed back to the upper computer interaction module; the power supply module provides a power supply and a control power supply. The low-noise eddy current detection control system is simple in electrical structure, short in cable length, high in reliability and low in electromagnetic noise.
