[0033] [Example]

[0034] A scroll compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment.

[0035] Figure 1 It is a longitudinal sectional view of the scroll compressor of this embodiment.

[0036] Arranged in the closed container 1 are a compression mechanism 10 for compressing refrigerant, an electric mechanism 20 for driving the compression mechanism 10 , and a main shaft 30 for operating the compression mechanism 10 by the rotation of the electric mechanism 20 .

[0037] The sealed container 1 is composed of a main body 1a formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the up-down direction, an upper cover 1c closing an upper opening of the main body 1a, and a lower cover 1b closing a lower opening of the main body 1a.

[0038] The closed container 1 is provided with a refrigerant suction pipe 2 for introducing the refrigerant into the compression mechanism 10 and a refrigerant discharge pipe 3 for discharging the refrigerant compressed in the compression mechanism 10 to the outside of the closed container 1 .

[0039] The compression mechanism 10 includes a fixed scroll 11 and an orbiting scroll 12 . The orbiting scroll 12 is driven to orbit by the main shaft 30 .

[0040] The electric mechanism 20 includes a stator 21 fixed to the closed container 1 and a rotor 22 disposed inside the stator 21. The main shaft 30 is fixed to the rotor 22.

[0041] A main bearing 40 that supports the fixed scroll 11 and the orbiting scroll 12 is provided below the fixed scroll 11 and the orbiting scroll 12 .

[0042] The main bearing 40 is formed with a bearing portion 41 for axially supporting the main shaft 30, a boss receiving portion 42, a sealing annular recess 43, and an Oldham ring recess 45. The main bearing 40 is fixed to the closed container 1 by welding or sintering.

[0043] The fixed scroll 11 includes a disc-shaped fixed scroll end plate 11a, a fixed volute 11b erected on the fixed scroll end plate 11a, and an outer peripheral wall portion 11c erected to surround the fixed volute 11b. A discharge port 14 is formed substantially at the center of the fixed scroll end plate 11a.

[0044] The orbiting scroll 12 has a circular plate-shaped orbiting scroll end plate 12a, an orbiting scroll tooth 12b vertically arranged on the spiral tooth side end surface of the orbiting scroll end plate 12a, and a cylindrical boss portion 12c formed from the spiral tooth side end surface of the orbiting scroll end plate 12a to the opposite side.

[0045] The fixed wrap 11 b of the fixed scroll 11 and the orbiting wrap 12 b of the orbiting scroll 12 mesh with each other, and a plurality of compression chambers 15 are formed between the fixed wrap 11 b and the orbiting wrap 12 b.

[0046] The boss portion 12 c is formed substantially at the center of the orbiting scroll end plate 12 a and is accommodated in the boss accommodation portion 42 .

[0047] The main shaft 30 is formed with: a journal portion 31 disposed in the bearing portion 41, an eccentric shaft 32 inserted into the boss portion 12c, and a main shaft oil supply hole 34 extending from a lower end portion 33 of the main shaft 30 to an upper end portion of the eccentric shaft 32. The eccentric shaft 32 is formed at the upper end of the main shaft 30, and the journal portion 31 is formed below the eccentric shaft 32.

[0048] The fixed scroll 11 is fixed to the main bearing 40 at the outer peripheral wall portion 11c using a plurality of bolts 16. On the other hand, the orbiting scroll 12 is supported on the fixed scroll 11 via an Oldham ring 17. The Oldham ring 17 for limiting the rotation of the orbiting scroll 12 is arranged in the Oldham ring recess 45 and is provided between the fixed scroll 11 and the main bearing 40. As a result, the orbiting scroll 12 performs a rotational motion relative to the fixed scroll 11 without rotating.

[0049] A lower end portion 33 of the main shaft 30 is axially supported by a sub-bearing 18 disposed at a lower portion of the closed container 1 .

[0050] An oil storage portion 4 for storing lubricating oil is formed at the bottom of the closed container 1 .

[0051] A positive displacement oil pump 5 is provided at the lower end of the main shaft 30. The oil pump 5 is arranged so that its suction port is present in the oil reservoir 4. The oil pump 5 is driven by the main shaft 30. The oil pump 5 can reliably suck up the lubricating oil in the oil reservoir 4 provided at the bottom of the closed container 1 without being affected by the pressure conditions and the operating speed, so the worry of running out of oil can be eliminated.

[0052] The lubricating oil sucked up by the oil pump 5 is supplied to the bearing of the auxiliary bearing 18 , the bearing portion 41 , the boss portion 12 c , and the upper end portion of the eccentric shaft 32 through the main shaft oil supply hole 34 formed in the main shaft 30 .

[0053] The orbiting scroll end plate 12a is provided with a first oil passage 51 and a second oil passage 52. The first oil passage 51 intermittently connects the space between the upper end of the eccentric shaft 32 and the orbiting scroll end plate 12a and the Oldham recess 45. The second oil passage 52 intermittently connects the Oldham recess 45 and the refrigerant suction space on the periphery of the orbiting scroll end plate 12a.

[0054] The space between the upper end of the eccentric shaft 32 and the orbiting scroll end plate 12a is a high-pressure space at the discharge pressure of the refrigerant, and the Oldham recess 45 is an intermediate-pressure space at a pressure lower than the discharge pressure of the refrigerant and higher than the suction pressure of the refrigerant.

[0055] Therefore, the lubricating oil in the space between the upper end of the eccentric shaft 32 and the orbiting scroll end plate 12a is supplied to the Oldham recess 45 through the first oil passage 51. The lubricating oil in the Oldham recess 45 is supplied to the refrigerant suction space on the outer periphery of the orbiting scroll end plate 12a through the second oil passage 52.

[0056] The refrigerant sucked from the refrigerant suction pipe 2 is introduced into the compression chamber 15 from the suction port 15a. The compression chamber 15 moves while reducing its volume from the outer peripheral side to the central part, and the refrigerant reaching a specified pressure in the compression chamber 15 is discharged from the discharge port 14 provided in the central part of the fixed scroll 11 to the discharge chamber 6. A discharge valve (not shown) is provided on the discharge port 14. The refrigerant reaching a specified pressure in the compression chamber 15 pushes open the discharge valve and is discharged to the discharge chamber 6. The refrigerant discharged to the discharge chamber 6 is led to the upper part of the sealed container 1, reaches the periphery of the electric mechanism part 20 through the refrigerant passage (not shown) formed in the compression mechanism part 10, and is discharged from the refrigerant discharge pipe 3.

[0057] In the scroll compressor of this embodiment, the boss housing portion 42 is a high-pressure area, and the outer periphery of the orbiting scroll 12 equipped with the Cross ring 17 is an intermediate-pressure area. The pressure of the high-pressure area and the intermediate-pressure area is used to push the orbiting scroll 12 toward the fixed scroll 11.

[0058] The eccentric shaft 32 is inserted into the boss portion 12 c via a swivel bearing so as to be rotatably driven. An oil groove 38 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the eccentric shaft 32 .

[0059] The sealing annular recess 43 is formed on the thrust surface of the main bearing 40 that receives the thrust of the orbiting scroll end plate 12a. An annular sealing member is provided on the sealing annular recess 43. The sealing member is disposed on the outer periphery of the boss housing portion 42.

[0060] The closed container 1 is filled with the same high-pressure refrigerant as the refrigerant discharged to the discharge chamber 6, and the main shaft oil supply hole 34 is open at the upper end of the eccentric shaft 32, so the pressure of the space between the upper end of the eccentric shaft 32 and the orbiting scroll end plate 12a becomes a high-pressure area with the same pressure as the discharged refrigerant.

[0061] The lubricating oil introduced into the boss portion 12c through the main shaft oil supply hole 34 is supplied to the swivel bearing and the boss receiving portion 42 through the oil groove 38 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the eccentric shaft 32. Since a sealing member is provided on the outer periphery of the boss receiving portion 42, the boss receiving portion 42 is a high pressure area.

[0062] Figure 2 Yes means Figure 1 The stereogram of the cross slip ring shown in FIG. Figure 2 (a) represents the upper surface of the cross slip ring. Figure 2 (b) represents the lower surface of the cross slip ring.

[0063] The upper surface of the cross ring 17 has a pair of fixed scroll side key portions 17a that slide relative to the fixed scroll 11, and a pair of orbiting scroll side key portions 17b that slide relative to the orbiting scroll 12. A pair of key grooves (not shown) for sliding the fixed scroll side key portions 17a are formed on the fixed scroll end plate 11a, and a pair of key grooves (not shown) for sliding the orbiting scroll side key portions 17b are formed on the orbiting scroll end plate 12a.

[0064] An imaginary X-axis line passing through the pair of fixed scroll side key portions 17 a is orthogonal to an imaginary Y-axis line passing through the pair of orbiting scroll side key portions 17 b .

[0065] A plurality of Oldham ring thrust portions 17 c are formed on the lower surface of the Oldham ring 17 .

[0066] Figure 3 Yes means Figure 1 Figure 1 shows the main bearing of a scroll compressor. Figure 3 (a) is a three-dimensional diagram of the main bearing. Figure 3 (b) is the top view of the main bearing. Figure 3 (c) is Figure 3 (b) AA line cross-sectional view.

[0067] An Oldham recess 45 is formed on the upper surface of the main bearing 40, and an oil drain groove 60 is formed on a recess thrust surface 45a of the Oldham recess 45. The oil drain groove 60 is lower than the recess thrust surface 45a.

[0068] In this embodiment, an Oldham ring lower surface groove 61 and an annular groove 62 are provided as the oil drain groove 60. The annular groove 62 is formed on the outer periphery of the recessed thrust surface 45a. In this embodiment, the annular groove 62 is formed along the recessed wall surface 45b.

[0069] Figure 4 Yes means Figure 1 Figure 1 shows the main bearing and Oldham ring of a scroll compressor. Figure 4 (a) is a stereogram, Figure 4 (b) is a top view.

[0071] The Oldham ring lower surface groove 61 is formed on the concave thrust surface 45a where the pair of fixed scroll side key portions 17a are located.

[0072] The groove 61 on the lower surface of the cross ring may also be a rectangular groove or an inclined groove, and the bottom of the groove may also be a rounded shape.

[0073] The radial lower surface groove width 61L of the Oldham ring lower surface groove 61 is larger than the radial fixed scroll side key portion width 17L of the Oldham ring 17 at the location of the fixed scroll side key portion 17a.

[0074] The Oldham ring 17 reciprocates relative to the main bearing 40 in the direction of the imaginary X-axis.

[0075] By setting the lower surface groove 61 of the cross slip ring, as Figure 4 As shown in (b), when the Cross ring 17 moves in the direction of arrow B, the lubricating oil existing in the reduced peripheral gap S1 on the side of the Cross ring 17 close to the recessed wall surface 45b can move to the inner peripheral space S2 of the Cross ring 17 through the lower surface groove 61 of the Cross ring.

[0076] By forming the radial lower surface groove width 61L larger than the radial fixed scroll side key portion width 17L, the lubricating oil existing in the reduced outer peripheral gap S1 can be smoothly moved to the inner peripheral space S2 of the Oldham ring 17 .

[0077] In addition, by providing the annular groove 62, as Figure 4As shown in (b), when the cross ring 17 moves in the direction of arrow B, the lubricating oil in the reduced peripheral gap S1 on the side of the cross ring 17 close to the recessed wall surface 45b can be moved through the annular groove 62 to the enlarged gap S3 on the side of the cross ring 17 away from the recessed wall surface 45b.

[0078] By forming the annular groove 62 along the recessed wall surface 45 b , the lubricating oil present in the reduced outer peripheral gap S1 can be smoothly moved to the expanded gap S3 on the side of the Oldham ring 17 away from the recessed wall surface 45 b .

[0079] In this way, by providing the oil drain groove 60 composed of at least one of the lower surface groove 61 and the annular groove 62 of the Cross ring, when the Cross ring 17 moves, the lubricating oil existing in the reduced peripheral gap S1 on the side of the Cross ring 17 close to the recessed wall surface 45b is moved through the oil drain groove 60, so that the oil compression caused by the lubricating oil existing in the reduced peripheral gap S1 can be alleviated, and the compressor input and the load on the Cross ring 17 can be reduced.

[0085] The communication groove 63 is formed on the concave thrust surface 45a at a position where the pair of fixed scroll side key portions 17a are not located.

[0086] Figure 6 The connecting groove 63a shown in (a) is circular in shape. Figure 6 The connecting groove 63b shown in (b) is in a horizontally long shape. Figure 6 The communicating groove 63c shown in (c) has an elliptical groove shape.

[0087] These communication grooves 63 (63a to 63c) may be rectangular grooves or inclined grooves. The communication grooves 63 are preferably formed avoiding the installation surface (the oblique line region E) on which the Oldham ring thrust portion 17c slides.

[0088] The communication groove 63 may be formed as the oil drain groove 60 instead of the Oldham ring lower surface groove 61 and the annular groove 62 , or may be formed together with at least one of the Oldham ring lower surface groove 61 and the annular groove 62 .

[0089] By providing the connecting groove 63, as Figure 4 As shown in (b), when the Oldham ring 17 moves in the direction of arrow B, the lubricating oil existing in the reduced peripheral gap S1 on the side of the Oldham ring 17 close to the recessed wall surface 45b can move to the inner peripheral space S2 of the Oldham ring 17 through the connecting groove 63.

[0090] In addition, if Figure 6 (a) to Figure 6 As shown in (c), by arranging the plurality of communicating grooves 63 symmetrically about an imaginary X-axis line passing through the pair of fixed scroll side key portions 17a, the lubricating oil in the reduced outer peripheral gap S1 can be smoothly moved to the inner peripheral space S2 of the Oldham ring 17.
