Bladder cancer prognosis marker and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a bladder cancer prognostic marker which comprises the following genes: PATZ1, TTC6, AEBP1 and MAOA, and further discloses application of a reagent for detecting the prognostic marker in preparation of bladder cancer related detection products, the bladder cancer prognostic marker provided by the invention is based on an FAM related gene set, molecular subtype clustering is carried out on BLCA to obtain two subtypes, and the two subtypes are used for detecting the bladder cancer. Two subtypes of DEGs are subjected to single-factor Cox regression analysis, four gene tags PATZ1, TTC6, AEBP1 and MAOA are established for a BLCA prognosis prediction model, and the prognosis condition of a patient is evaluated, so that the survival rate of the bladder cancer patient is favorably improved, a new thought is provided for clinical precise treatment decision of bladder cancer, and the selection of a clinical treatment scheme is facilitated.
