Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an absorbent pad. Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, there is known an absorbent pad that is attached to the inner side of a cloth underwear or other wearing article. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which an absorbent pad (absorbent insert) is attached to the inner surface (skin side) of a wearing article (outer cover) worn around the lower body of the wearer by means of Velcro tapes provided at both ends of the outer cover in the longitudinal direction.
[0003] Prior art literature
[0004] Patent Literature
[0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application No. 2013-534457 Summary of the invention
[0006] Problem that the invention aims to solve
[0007] In the method disclosed in Patent Document 1, where only the ends of the absorbent pad in the longitudinal direction are fixed (connected) to the wearing article, there is a concern that the absorbent pad will be caught in the crotch of the wearer when worn, and the absorbent core disposed inside the absorbent pad will be twisted, resulting in a concern that urine leakage or the like will easily occur.
[0008] On the other hand, in order to avoid the occurrence of the above-mentioned distortion of the absorbent core, when the back side (the side opposite to the inner side of the wearing article) of the absorbent pad is bonded (joined) to the inner side of the wearing article as a whole using an adhesive tape (double-sided tape, etc.), it is difficult to attach the back side of the absorbent pad to the wearing article as a whole in a manner that does not cause wrinkles. That is, in the case of using a wearing article that is stretchable in the longitudinal direction, if the absorbent pad is attached in a state where the wearing article is contracted in the longitudinal direction (in a state where it is not fully stretched), there is a concern that the bonding surface between the wearing article and the absorbent pad will be offset or wrinkled. Furthermore, if the bonding area between the wearing article and the absorbent pad is large, the softness and wearing feel of the wearing article will be impaired, and a large force will be required to remove (peel off) the absorbent pad from the wearing article.
[0009] Therefore, an object of one aspect of the present disclosure is to provide an absorbent pad used together with a wearing article, which can be easily attached to and detached from the wearing article while suppressing the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core when the pad is worn.
[0010] Solutions for solving problems
[0011] The absorbent pad of one aspect of the present disclosure is mounted on a recyclable cloth underwear worn around the lower body of a wearer and is arranged between the wearing article and the wearer, wherein the absorbent pad includes a main body portion, the main body portion being divided into an abdominal portion located on the abdominal side of the wearer when the absorbent pad is worn on the wearer together with the wearing article, a dorsal portion located on the dorsal side of the wearer when the absorbent pad is worn, and a crotch portion located between the abdominal portion and the dorsal portion, the main body portion having a liquid-permeable surface sheet facing the skin of the wearer when the absorbent pad is worn, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet facing the wearing article when the absorbent pad is worn. A surface sheet, and an absorbent core arranged between the surface sheet and the back sheet and used to absorb the wearer's excrement, wherein the back sheet is provided with a plurality of joints configured to be combined with a wearing article, the plurality of joints having a ventral joint provided at the ventral portion of the back sheet, a dorsal joint provided at the dorsal portion of the back sheet, and a crotch joint provided at the crotch portion of the back sheet, and in the direction in which the ventral portion, the crotch portion and the dorsal portion are arranged, i.e., in the length direction, the ventral joint, the crotch joint and the dorsal joint are arranged separately from each other, and the plurality of joints have a structure in which the joint at the crotch joint is weaker than the joint at the ventral joint and the joint at the dorsal joint.
[0012] Effects of the Invention
[0013] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide an absorbent pad used together with a wearing article, in which the absorbent pad can be easily attached to and detached from the wearing article while suppressing the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core when the pad is worn. [0025] At least the following aspects 1 to 20 are clarified from the description of this specification and the drawings.
[0026] (Method 1)
[0027] An absorbent pad is attached to a recyclable cloth underwear worn around the lower body of a wearer and is arranged between the wearer and the wearer, wherein:
[0028] The absorbent pad includes a main body portion, the main body portion being divided into a ventral portion located on the ventral side of the wearer when the absorbent pad is worn on the wearer together with the wearing article, a dorsal portion located on the dorsal side of the wearer in the wearing state, and a crotch portion located between the ventral portion and the dorsal portion.
[0029] The main body has a liquid-permeable top sheet facing the skin of the wearer in the worn state, a liquid-impermeable back sheet facing the worn article in the worn state, and an absorbent core disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet and configured to absorb excrement of the wearer.
[0030] The back sheet is provided with a plurality of connecting portions configured to be connectable to the wearing article.
[0031] The plurality of joints include a ventral joint provided at the ventral portion, a dorsal joint provided at the dorsal portion, and a crotch joint provided at the crotch portion.
[0032] In the direction in which the ventral part, the crotch part and the dorsal part are arranged, that is, in the length direction, the ventral joint part, the crotch joint part and the dorsal joint part are arranged separately from each other.
[0033] The plurality of joints have a configuration in which a joint at the crotch joint is weaker than a joint at the ventral joint and a joint at the dorsal joint.
[0034] In method 1, a coupling portion is provided not only at both ends in the length direction (ventral part and dorsal part), but also at the crotch part. Thus, when the absorbent pad is mounted on the wearing article (hereinafter referred to as the "mounted state"), the absorbent pad can be prevented from being misaligned with respect to the wearing article, and the absorbent pad can be prevented from being caught in the crotch of the wearer. That is, if the crotch coupling portion is not provided and the absorbent pad can be separated from the wearing article at the crotch of the wearer, there is a concern that the absorbent pad will only be caught in the crotch of the wearer due to the movement of the wearer, thereby causing distortion in the absorbent core. By coupling the absorbent pad to the wearing article at the crotch coupling portion, the above-mentioned situation can be avoided.
[0035] In addition, a cloth underwear generally has a force that contracts in the length direction. Therefore, if a bonding portion (a portion that is bonded to a wearing article) is provided on the entire back side of the absorbent pad (for example, if the entire back side of the absorbent pad is bonded to the wearing article), it is difficult to attach the absorbent pad to a wearing article that is naturally contracted in the length direction (hereinafter referred to as a "contracted state"). That is, in order to properly attach the absorbent pad to the wearing article, it is necessary to attach the absorbent pad in a state where the wearing article is stretched in the length direction, but at this time there is a concern that the wearing article cannot be fully stretched and wrinkles may appear on the bonding surface (adhesive surface, etc.) between the absorbent pad and the wearing article. In addition, since the area of the bonding surface is large, it is not easy to remove the absorbent pad from the wearing article. In contrast, in the above-mentioned absorbent pad, since the bonding portions at the two end portions (ventral portion and dorsal portion) and the crotch portion in the length direction are arranged separately from each other, the absorbent pad can be easily attached to the wearing article in the contracted state. Furthermore, compared with the case where the entire back surface of the absorbent pad is bonded to the wearing article as described above, the area of the bonded surface can be reduced, so the absorbent pad can be easily removed from the wearing article.
[0036] Furthermore, since the bonding at the crotch joint is weaker than the bonding at the ventral joint and the bonding at the dorsal joint, the absorbent pad at the crotch joint can be easily installed as follows. That is, first, the ventral joint and the dorsal joint of the absorbent pad are bonded to the wearing article in a contracted state. At this time, due to the contraction of the wearing article in the length direction, there is a possibility that the crotch joint is not bonded to the appropriate position of the wearing article. Even in this case, by forcibly stretching the wearing article in the state of bonding with the absorbent pad by the ventral joint and the dorsal joint in the length direction, the bonding between the absorbent pad and the wearing article at the crotch joint is temporarily separated. When the wearing article is fully stretched in the length direction to the state where the crotch joint of the absorbent pad is in contact with the wearing article (that is, the state where the crotch joint faces the appropriate installation position of the wearing article), the crotch joint and the wearing article can be bonded again.
[0037] As described above, according to aspect 1, the absorbent pad can be easily attached to and detached from the wearing article while suppressing the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core in the wearing state.
[0038] (Method 2)
[0039] The absorbent pad according to aspect 1, wherein
[0040] The total length of the first non-bonded area between the ventral joint and the crotch joint and the second non-bonded area between the dorsal joint and the crotch joint in the length direction is more than half of the distance between the ventral joint and the dorsal joint.
[0041] According to the second aspect, the size of the first non-bonding area (size in the length direction) and the size of the second non-bonding area (size in the length direction) can be sufficiently ensured between the ventral bonding part and the dorsal bonding part. As a result, when the absorbent pad is attached to or detached from the wearing article, the force required to stretch the wearing article in the length direction can be reduced. As a result, the absorbent pad can be attached to or detached from the wearing article more easily.
[0042] (Method 3)
[0043] The absorbent pad according to aspect 1 or aspect 2, wherein:
[0044] The crotch joint portion is arranged so that the entire crotch joint portion overlaps with the absorbent core when viewed from the thickness direction in which the top sheet and the back sheet overlap.
[0045] According to mode 3, when the wearer is wearing the garment, a relatively thick absorbent core is sandwiched between the wearer and the crotch joint portion. Thus, even if the crotch joint portion is composed of a relatively hard member, the discomfort of the wearer caused by the crotch joint portion can be reduced.
[0046] (Method 4)
[0047] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 3, wherein:
[0048] The crotch joint portion includes a first crotch joint portion and a second crotch joint portion.
[0049] The first crotch joint portion is disposed closer to the abdominal portion than the second crotch joint portion in the longitudinal direction.
[0050] According to method 4, by making the crotch joint part consist of multiple joint parts (the first crotch joint part and the second crotch joint part), it is possible to more effectively prevent the absorbent pad from being sandwiched between the wearer's crotch when worn, and further more effectively prevent the absorbent core from being twisted.
[0051] (Method 5)
[0052] The absorbent pad according to aspect 4, wherein
[0053] The first crotch joint portion is arranged at a position closer to the abdominal portion than the central position of the main body portion in the longitudinal direction.
[0054] The second crotch joint is arranged at a position closer to the back portion than the central position.
[0055] According to the fifth aspect, by providing the first lower crotch joint portion and the second lower crotch joint portion in a manner corresponding to the urination opening and the defecation opening, respectively, the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core can be suppressed at a position close to the urination opening and the defecation opening. As a result, absorption leakage of excrement can be appropriately suppressed.
[0056] (Method 6)
[0057] The absorbent pad according to aspect 5, wherein
[0058] The first crotch joint portion and the second crotch joint portion are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the central position.
[0059] (Method 7)
[0060] The absorbent pad according to aspect 6, wherein
[0061] In the longitudinal direction, a distance from the first crotch joint portion to the central position is longer than a distance from the second crotch joint portion to the central position.
[0062] (Method 8)
[0063] The absorbent pad according to aspect 6 or aspect 7, wherein:
[0064] In the longitudinal direction, a distance from the ventral joint portion to the first crotch joint portion is shorter than a distance from the second crotch joint portion to the dorsal joint portion.
[0065] According to the sixth, seventh and eighth embodiments, the first crotch joint portion can be brought closer to the position corresponding to the urination opening, and the second crotch joint portion can be brought closer to the position corresponding to the defecation opening. As a result, the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core can be effectively suppressed at a position closer to the urination opening and the defecation opening, and the absorption leakage of excrement can be further effectively suppressed.
[0066] (Method 9)
[0067] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 8, wherein:
[0068] The stiffness of the first part is lower than the stiffness of the second part and the stiffness of the third part. The first part is composed of a part of the main body that overlaps with the crotch joint and the crotch joint, the second part is composed of a part of the main body that overlaps with the ventral joint and the ventral joint, and the third part is composed of a part of the main body that overlaps with the dorsal joint and the dorsal joint.
[0069] According to aspect 9, by making the stiffness of the first portion lower than the stiffness of the second portion and the stiffness of the third portion, the absorbent core in the first portion can be flexibly deformed together with the wearing article.
[0070] (Method 10)
[0071] The absorbent pad according to aspect 9, wherein:
[0072] The stiffness of the crotch joint portion is lower than the stiffness of the ventral joint portion and the stiffness of the dorsal joint portion.
[0073] According to aspect 10, by adjusting the stiffness of the joint portion, it is possible to easily realize the above-mentioned structure in which the stiffness of the first portion is lower than the stiffness of the second portion and the stiffness of the third portion.
[0074] (Method 11)
[0075] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 10, wherein:
[0076] The main body has leg gathers extending from the ventral part to the dorsal part along the length direction, both ends of the leg gathers in the length direction are fixed at the ventral part and the dorsal part, and the leg gathers are configured to be able to stand up by contracting in the length direction.
[0077] In the extended state where the main body is extended in the longitudinal direction, outer ends of the ventral joint and the dorsal joint in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are located further outward in the width direction than the top of the leg gathers.
[0078] According to mode 11, by sufficiently ensuring the length of the ventral joint portion in the width direction and the length of the dorsal joint portion in the width direction, the two ends (ventral part and dorsal part) of the absorbent pad in the length direction can be more firmly fixed to the wearing article. Assuming that the outer end of the ventral joint portion and the outer end of the dorsal joint portion are located at a position closer to the inside in the width direction than the top of the leg side gathers, the ends of the leg side gathers in the length direction will not be connected to the wearing article. Therefore, when the absorbent pad is installed on the wearing article and stretched in the length direction, the elastic member of the leg side gathers is easily pulled inward in the length direction and contracted. As a result, there is a concern that the leg side gathers are not fully erected or the stress of the leg side gathers is reduced. As a result, there is a concern that the function of the leg side gathers is reduced and side leakage of excrement (leakage from the leg opening part) is likely to occur. According to mode 11, since the unnecessary contraction of the leg side gathers in the length direction as described above can be suppressed, the occurrence of the above-mentioned problem can be suppressed.
[0079] (Method 12)
[0080] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 11, wherein:
[0081] The main body has leg gathers extending from the ventral part to the dorsal part along the length direction, both ends of the leg gathers in the length direction are fixed at the ventral part and the dorsal part, and the leg gathers are configured to be able to stand up by contracting in the length direction.
[0082] The leg side pleats have a standing fulcrum extending along the length direction,
[0083] In the extended state where the main body is extended in the longitudinal direction, the upright support point is located at a position inward in the width direction relative to an end of the main body in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
[0084] The outer ends of the ventral connecting portion and the dorsal connecting portion in the width direction are located on the outer side of the standing fulcrum in the width direction.
[0085] According to the twelfth aspect, by sufficiently ensuring the length of the ventral joint portion in the width direction and the length of the dorsal joint portion in the width direction, the two ends of the absorbent pad in the length direction (ventral part and dorsal part) can be more firmly fixed to the wearing article. In addition, by making the ends of the standing fulcrum of the leg gathers in the length direction (that is, the part overlapping with the ventral joint portion and the part overlapping with the dorsal joint portion) be connected to the wearing article, it is possible to suppress unnecessary contraction of the leg gathers in the length direction, thereby suppressing the occurrence of the problem described in the above-mentioned aspect 11.
[0086] (Method 13)
[0087] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 12, wherein:
[0088] The ventral joint portion and the dorsal joint portion are arranged on the outer side in the longitudinal direction relative to the inner end portion in the longitudinal direction of the region to which the leg gathers are fixed.
[0089] According to the thirteenth aspect, by arranging the ventral joint part and the dorsal joint part across the fulcrum, it is possible to avoid the situation where the ventral joint part and the dorsal joint part hinder the standing of the leg gathers while fully ensuring the length of the ventral joint part in the width direction and the length of the dorsal joint part in the width direction. In addition, by connecting the portion closer to the outside in the length direction than the inner end of the region where the leg gathers are fixed to the wearing article, it is possible to suppress unnecessary contraction of the leg gathers in the length direction, thereby suppressing the occurrence of the problem described in the above-mentioned eleventh aspect.
[0090] (Method 14)
[0091] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 13, wherein:
[0092] When viewed in the thickness direction of the overlapping surface sheet and the back sheet, the ventral bonding portion is configured so that the entire ventral bonding portion overlaps the absorbent core, and the back bonding portion is configured so that the entire back bonding portion overlaps the absorbent core.
[0093] According to mode 14, when the wearer is wearing the garment, a relatively thick absorbent core is sandwiched between the wearer and the ventral joint portion and between the wearer and the dorsal joint portion. Thus, even when the ventral joint portion and the dorsal joint portion are formed of relatively hard components, the discomfort caused to the wearer by the ventral joint portion and the dorsal joint portion during wearing can be reduced.
[0094] (Method 15)
[0095] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 13, wherein:
[0096] The front-side connecting portion and the back-side connecting portion are arranged outside the absorbent core in the longitudinal direction.
[0097] According to method 15, since the hem portion (the portion of the main body that is closer to the outside than the absorbent core in the length direction) is fixed to the wearing article by means of the ventral joint and the dorsal joint, the free movement of the hem portion is restricted, thereby suppressing the reduction in wearing feel caused by the free movement of the hem portion.
[0098] (Method 16)
[0099] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 15, wherein:
[0100] By making the area of the crotch joint smaller than the areas of the ventral joint and the dorsal joint, the joint at the crotch joint is configured to be weaker than the joint at the ventral joint and the dorsal joint.
[0101] According to method 16, by providing an area difference between the crotch joint and the ventral joint and between the crotch joint and the dorsal joint, it is relatively easy to achieve a structure in which the joint at the crotch joint is weaker than the joint at the ventral joint and the joint at the dorsal joint.
[0102] (Method 17)
[0103] The absorbent pad according to embodiment 16, wherein:
[0104] In the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction in which the ventral portion, the crotch portion and the dorsal portion are arranged, the length of the crotch joint portion is shorter than the length of the ventral joint portion and the length of the dorsal joint portion.
[0105] According to embodiment 17, the structure of embodiment 16 described above can be easily realized.
[0106] (Method 18)
[0107] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 17, wherein:
[0108] By making the bonding method of the crotch joint different from the bonding methods of the ventral joint and the dorsal joint, the bonding at the crotch joint is weaker than the bonding at the ventral joint and the dorsal joint.
[0109] According to method 18, by making the bonding method different between the crotch joint and the ventral joint and between the crotch joint and the dorsal joint, it is possible to easily achieve a structure in which the bonding at the crotch joint is weaker than the bonding at the ventral joint and the bonding at the dorsal joint.
[0110] (Method 19)
[0111] The absorbent pad according to embodiment 18, wherein:
[0112] The ventral joint portion and the dorsal joint portion are formed by a plurality of pins each having a claw portion at the top end, and the crotch joint portion is formed by a raising component constructed in a manner to increase the contact area of the surface or a friction resistance component having a concave-convex structure on the surface, so that the joint at the crotch joint portion is weaker than the joint at the ventral joint portion and the joint at the dorsal joint portion.
[0113] According to method 19, a relatively simple structure can be used to provide an appropriate difference in bonding strength between the ventral bonding portion and the crotch bonding portion, and between the dorsal bonding portion and the crotch bonding portion.
[0114] (Method 20)
[0115] The absorbent pad according to any one of aspects 1 to 17, wherein:
[0116] The crotch joint, the ventral joint and the dorsal joint each have a plurality of pins each having a claw at a top end.
[0117] By making the connection structure of the crotch connection part related to at least one of the number, height, material of the pins and the shape of the claw part different from the connection structure of the ventral connection part and the connection structure of the dorsal connection part, the connection at the crotch connection part is weaker than the connection at the ventral connection part and the connection at the dorsal connection part.
[0118] According to method 20, by making the connecting structures of each connecting part (ventral connecting part, dorsal connecting part and crotch connecting part) formed by hooks (multiple pins) different, it is possible to easily achieve a structure in which the connection at the crotch connecting part is weaker than the connection at the ventral connecting part and the connection at the dorsal connecting part.
[0119] [Implementation Method]
[0120] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same or corresponding elements, and repeated descriptions are omitted.
[0121] [First embodiment]
[0122] Reference Figure 1 to Figure 4 The structure of the absorbent pad 1 according to the first embodiment will be described. Figure 1 This is a plan view of the absorbent pad 1 as viewed from the skin side. Figure 2 This is a plan view of the absorbent pad 1 as viewed from the non-skin side. Figure 1 and Figure 2 This shows a state in which the absorbent pad 1 is stretched until no wrinkles are formed (hereinafter referred to as "stretched state"). Figure 3 is a schematic diagram showing the absorbent pad 1 along Figure 1 The cross-sectional structure of line III-III is shown in FIG. Figure 4 is a schematic diagram showing the absorbent pad 1 along Figure 1 Diagram of the cross-sectional structure of line IV-IV.
[0123] In the present embodiment, the "wearer" is a person wearing the wearing article 2 with the absorbent pad 1 attached thereto. The "skin side" is the side facing the wearer's skin when the absorbent pad 1 is worn on the wearer together with the wearing article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "wearing state"). The "non-skin side" is the side facing the opposite side to the wearer's skin in the wearing state.
[0124] Next, the stretched state of the absorbent pad 1 (see Figure 1 and Figure 2 ) is represented as the “length direction L”, the short side direction of the absorbent pad 1 perpendicular to the length direction L is represented as the “width direction W”, and the direction perpendicular to the length direction L and the width direction W is represented as the “thickness direction T” (refer to Figure 3 and Figure 4 ). In addition, a straight line passing through the center of the absorbent pad 1 in the length direction L and parallel to the width direction W is represented as the "center line CL". The length direction L is the direction extending from the front side (ventral side) of the wearer's body to the back side (dorsal side) of the body when worn. The width direction W is the direction consistent with the left-right direction of the wearer when worn. The thickness direction T is the direction in which the raw materials constituting the absorbent pad 1 (the surface sheet 11, the back sheet 12, the absorbent body 13, etc. described later) are stacked.
[0125] The absorbent pad 1 is a piece of clothing 2 (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ) is an absorbent article used simultaneously with a wearer. The absorbent pad 1 is attached to a wearing article 2 and arranged between the wearing article 2 and the wearer. The wearing article 2 is a reusable cloth underwear.
[0126] The absorbent pad 1 has a main body 10. Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, the main body 10 has a rectangular shape when viewed from the thickness direction T in the stretched state. The main body 10 is divided into a ventral part 101 located on the ventral side of the wearer in the worn state, a dorsal part 102 located on the dorsal side of the wearer in the worn state, and a crotch part 103 located between the ventral part 101 and the dorsal part 102. The ventral part 101, the crotch part 103, and the dorsal part 102 are arranged along the length direction L from the ventral side (front) of the wearer toward the dorsal side (back). As an example, when the main body 10 is divided into four equal parts in the length direction L, a region located at the most ventral position corresponds to the ventral part 101, a region located at the most dorsal position corresponds to the dorsal part 102, and two regions located between the ventral part 101 and the dorsal part 102 (i.e., the central part in the length direction of the main body 10) correspond to the crotch part 103.
[0127] The main body 10 includes a top sheet 11, a back sheet 12, and an absorber 13. The top sheet 11, the back sheet 12, the absorber 13 and other members can be bonded to each other using a known material such as an adhesive.
[0128] The top sheet 11 is a liquid-permeable sheet disposed on the skin side of the wearer and facing the skin of the wearer when worn. The top sheet 11 can be formed of, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric or woven fabric, a synthetic resin film having liquid-permeable holes, or a composite sheet thereof.
[0129] The back sheet 12 is a liquid-impermeable sheet material disposed on the non-skin side of the wearer and facing the wearing article 2 when worn. The back sheet 12 can be formed, for example, by a liquid-impermeable nonwoven fabric, a synthetic resin film, or a composite sheet thereof. In the present embodiment, the back sheet 12 has a leakproof sheet 12a and an outer sheet 12b. The leakproof sheet 12a is formed by a liquid-impermeable synthetic resin film. The outer sheet 12b is formed by a liquid-impermeable nonwoven fabric and is disposed at a position closer to the outside than the leakproof sheet 12a.
[0130] The absorbent body 13 is disposed between the surface sheet 11 and the leakproof sheet 12a (back surface sheet 12). Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the absorbent body 13 includes an absorbent core 13a and a core wrap 13b covering the absorbent core 13a. The absorbent core 13a is a member for absorbing the excrement of the wearer, and has liquid absorbency and liquid retention. The absorbent core 13a is, for example, a laminate of an absorbent material containing pulverized pulp or a superabsorbent polymer (SAP), or a mixture thereof. The core wrap 13b is, for example, tissue paper or a nonwoven fabric sheet.
[0131] like Figure 1As shown, in the present embodiment, as an example, when viewed from the thickness direction T, the absorbent core 13a is formed into a gourd shape (or an hourglass shape), and has a shape in which the central portion in the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent core 13a is narrowed. That is, the width (length in the width direction W) of the absorbent core 13a is the largest at the portion including the two ends of the ventral side and the two ends of the dorsal side, and is the smallest at the portion including the approximate central portion in the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent core 13a (in the present embodiment, the portion closer to the ventral side than the center line CL of the crotch portion 103). In addition, as Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, in this embodiment, as an example, the core wrap 13b has a constant width greater than the maximum width of the absorbent core 13a in the entire region along the longitudinal direction L. That is, when viewed from the thickness direction T, the core wrap 13b is formed in a rectangular shape including the absorbent core 13a.
[0132] A pair of leg gathers 14 are provided on both sides of the body 10 in the width direction W. The leg gathers 14 extend along the length direction L from the ventral part 101 to the dorsal part 102. Both ends of the leg gathers 14 in the length direction L are fixed at the ventral part 101 and the dorsal part 102. More specifically, a fixing area B ( 20 ) where the leg gathers 14 and the top sheet 11 are fixed to each other is provided at both ends of the leg gathers 14 in the length direction L. Figure 1 The leg-side gathers 14 and the surface sheet 11 are fixed (bonded) to each other in the fixing region B, for example, by bonding with an adhesive or the like, ultrasonic bonding, or heat fusion bonding with an embossing roller.
[0133] The leg side gathers 14 are configured to be able to stand up by contracting along the length direction L. More specifically, the leg side gathers 14 have an elastic member 15 extending along the length direction L between a pair of fixed areas B at both end portions provided in the length direction L. As an example, the elastic member 15 is composed of one or more (three in the present embodiment) elastic threads. The leg side gathers 14 can stand up by contracting the elastic member 15 along the length direction L. In the worn state, the elastic member 15 contracts and the leg side gathers 14 are in an upright state, thereby suppressing the leakage of excrement to the outside of the main body 10 (side leakage). That is, by the leg side gathers 14 being in an upright state, a leak-proof cuff is formed in the lower crotch portion 103 to prevent excrement from leaking to the outside along the surface of the surface sheet 11.
[0134] Figure 1 The leg side gathers 14 are folded inwardly in the width direction W. Figure 1 In the embodiment, the top 14a of the leg side gathers 14 is located at a position closer to the inside than the outer end portion in the width direction W of the main body 10. Figure 3As shown, both ends of the leak-proof sheet 12a in the width direction W are sandwiched in the leg gathers 14 and are integrated with the leg gathers 14. As a result, the outer ends of the body 10 in the width direction W coincide with the standing fulcrums 14b of the leg gathers 14. The standing fulcrums 14b are the root portions (folding starting points) of the standing portions of the leg gathers 14 and extend in the length direction L.
[0135] The outer sheet 12b (back sheet 12) is provided with a plurality of joints 20 configured to be able to be joined to the wearing article 2. In addition, "joining" refers to a situation where it is fixed to the wearing article 2 to a degree that it can be detached, including various means such as snapping and bonding. The joint 20 can be composed of, for example, an area including a plurality of pins (hook structure) having claws at the top end. The plurality of joints 20 include a ventral joint 21, a dorsal joint 22, and a crotch joint 23. The ventral joint 21 is provided in the ventral portion 101 of the outer sheet 12b. The dorsal joint 22 is provided in the dorsal portion 102 of the outer sheet 12b. The crotch joint 23 is provided in the crotch portion 103 of the outer sheet 12b. In the length direction L, the ventral joint 21, the crotch joint 23, and the dorsal joint 22 are arranged separately from each other.
[0136] The plurality of joints 20 have a structure in which the joint at the crotch joint 23 is weaker than the joint at the ventral joint 21 and the joint at the back joint 22 (hereinafter referred to as a "specific joint structure"). That is, when the absorbent pad 1 is joined to the wearing article 2 by means of the plurality of joints 20, the force required to release the joint between the absorbent pad 1 and the wearing article 2 at the crotch joint 23 is smaller than the force required to release the joint between the absorbent pad 1 and the wearing article 2 at the ventral joint 21 and the force required to release the joint between the absorbent pad 1 and the wearing article 2 at the back joint 22. A specific structural example of the joint 20 will be described later.
[0137] As an example, when viewed from the thickness direction T, the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 have the same rectangular shape. The ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 are formed into a rectangular shape extending in the width direction W (i.e., a rectangular shape whose length in the width direction W is longer than the length in the length direction L). When viewed from the thickness direction T, the crotch joint 23 (in this embodiment, each of the first crotch joint 231 and the second crotch joint 232 described later) has a rectangular shape smaller than the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22. Similar to the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22, the crotch joint 23 is also formed into a rectangular shape extending in the width direction W. As an example, the length of the crotch joint 23 in the length direction L is consistent with the length of the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 in the length direction L. On the other hand, the length of the crotch joint 23 in the width direction W is shorter than the lengths of the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W. The center positions of the ventral joint 21, the dorsal joint 22 and the crotch joint 23 in the width direction W coincide with the center position of the main body 10 in the width direction W.
[0138] Next, refer to Figure 5 to Figure 7 The wearing article 2 to which the absorbent pad 1 is mounted will be described. Figure 5 This is a plan view of the worn article 2 as viewed from the skin side. Figure 6 It is a top view of the wearing article 2 to which the absorbent pad 1 is attached. Figure 7 It is a perspective view of the wearing article 2 to which the absorbent pad 1 is attached.
[0139] like Figure 6 As shown, the wearing article 2 has a shape larger than the absorbent pad 1. The wearing article 2 has an inner surface 2a facing the back surface (exterior sheet 12b) of the absorbent pad 1 when worn and an outer surface 2b on the opposite side of the inner surface 2a (see Figure 7 ). The wearing article 2 is divided into an abdominal portion 201 located on the abdominal side of the wearer when worn, a dorsal portion 202 located on the dorsal side of the wearer when worn, and a crotch portion 203 located between the abdominal portion 201 and the dorsal portion 202. The abdominal portion 201, the crotch portion 203, and the dorsal portion 202 are arranged along the length direction L from the abdominal side to the dorsal side of the wearer. As an example, when the wearing article 2 is divided into four equal parts in the length direction L, a region located at the most abdominal position corresponds to the abdominal portion 201, a region located at the most dorsal position corresponds to the dorsal portion 202, and two regions located between the abdominal portion 201 and the dorsal portion 202 (i.e., the central portion in the length direction of the main body 10) correspond to the crotch portion 203.
[0140] like Figure 6As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the absorbent pad 1 is attached to the substantially central portion in the length direction L and the width direction W of the wearing article 2. More specifically, a plurality of corresponding regions 30 are provided on the inner surface 2a of the wearing article 2, which correspond to the plurality of connecting portions 20 provided on the outer sheet 12b of the absorbent pad 1. Each corresponding region 30 is a region having a surface that can be connected to each connecting portion 20. The plurality of corresponding regions 30 include a corresponding region 31 corresponding to the ventral connecting portion 21, a corresponding region 32 corresponding to the dorsal connecting portion 22, and a corresponding region 33 corresponding to the crotch connecting portion 23 (in the present embodiment, a corresponding region 331 corresponding to the first crotch connecting portion 231 and a corresponding region 332 corresponding to the second crotch connecting portion 232). The absorbent pad 1 is attached to the wearing article 2 by connecting the plurality of connecting portions 20 to the plurality of corresponding regions 30, which correspond to each other.
[0141] In addition, the region other than the corresponding region 30 (non-corresponding region) in the inner surface 2a may also be configured to be able to be bonded to the bonding portion 20, but it is preferred that the corresponding region 30 be more strongly bonded to the bonding portion 20 than the non-corresponding region. In addition, from the viewpoint of convenience for the wearer who attaches the absorbent pad 1 to the wearing article 2, it is preferred that the corresponding region 30 be configured in a form that can be distinguished from the non-corresponding region (for example, a material or coloring different from that of the non-corresponding region).
[0142] The inner surface 2a of the back part 202 is provided with fixing parts 2c at both ends in the width direction W. The fixing parts 2c are constituted by, for example, hooks of nylon Velcro. In addition, the outer surface 2b of the ventral part 201 is provided with fixing parts 2d corresponding to the fixing parts 2c at both ends in the width direction W. The fixing parts 2d are constituted by, for example, loops of nylon Velcro. Figure 7 As shown, in the wearing state, each fixing part 2c is combined with each fixing part 2d. Thus, the entire area of the lower crotch part 203 and the part of the ventral part 201 near the lower crotch part 203 and the part of the back part 202 near the lower crotch part 203 ( Figure 5 The side edge portion in the width direction W of the range R) constitutes the leg opening portion 2e.
[0143] The leg opening 2e is a portion that forms an opening for the wearer's legs to pass through when the leg opening 2e is worn. An elastic member 2f that contracts along the leg opening 2e is provided along the leg opening 2e. In addition, an elastic member 2g that contracts along the width direction W so as to tighten the wearer's waist when the leg opening 2e is worn is provided along the front end 201a of the ventral portion 201. An elastic member 2h that contracts along the width direction W so as to tighten the wearer's waist when the leg opening 2e is worn is provided along the rear end 202a of the dorsal portion 202. The elastic members 2f, 2g, and 2h are, for example, elastic bands, stretchable sheets, and the like.
[0144] [Effects of the First Embodiment]
[0145] In the absorbent pad 1, the coupling part 20 is provided not only at the two end parts (ventral part 101 and dorsal part 102) in the longitudinal direction L, but also at the crotch part 103 (crotch coupling part 23). Thus, in the state where the absorbent pad 1 is mounted on the wearing article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "mounted state"), the displacement of the absorbent pad 1 relative to the wearing article 2 can be suppressed, and the absorbent pad 1 can be suppressed from being caught in the crotch of the wearer. That is, if the crotch coupling part 23 is not provided and the absorbent pad 1 can be separated from the wearing article 2 at the crotch of the wearer, there is a concern that only the absorbent pad 1 is caught in the crotch of the wearer due to the movement of the wearer, thereby causing distortion in the absorbent core 13a. By coupling the absorbent pad 1 to the wearing article 2 at the crotch coupling part 23, the above-mentioned situation can be avoided.
[0146] In addition, the wearing article 2 as a cloth underwear generally has a force to shrink in the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 2f is provided along the leg opening portion 2e of the wearing article 2, so that the crotch portion 203 in particular is easily shrunk in the longitudinal direction L. Therefore, if the bonding portion (the portion bonded to the wearing article 2) is provided on the entire back surface of the absorbent pad 1 (for example, the entire back surface of the absorbent pad 1 is bonded to the wearing article 2), it is difficult to attach the absorbent pad 1 to the wearing article 2 in a state of shrinkage in the longitudinal direction L in a natural state (hereinafter referred to as "shrinkage state"). That is, in order to properly attach the absorbent pad 1 to the wearing article 2, it is necessary to attach the absorbent pad 1 in a state in which the wearing article 2 is stretched in the longitudinal direction L, but in this case, there is a concern that the wearing article 2 cannot be fully stretched and wrinkles may appear on the bonding surface (adhesion surface, etc.) between the absorbent pad 1 and the wearing article 2. In addition, since the area of the bonding surface is large, it is also not easy to remove the absorbent pad 1 from the wearing article 2. In contrast, in the absorbent pad 1, since the respective coupling portions 20 disposed at both end portions (ventral portion 101 and back portion 102) and the crotch portion 103 in the longitudinal direction L are separated from each other, the absorbent pad 1 can be easily attached to the wearing article 2 in a contracted state. In addition, compared with the case where the entire back surface of the absorbent pad 1 is coupled to the wearing article 2 as described above, the area of the coupling surface can be reduced, so the absorbent pad 1 can be easily removed from the wearing article 2.
[0147] Furthermore, the absorbent pad 1 has a specific bonding structure (a structure in which the bonding at the crotch bonding part 23 is weaker than the bonding at the ventral bonding part 21 and the bonding at the back bonding part 22). Generally, a relatively high bonding force (strength of bonding to the wearing article 2) is required at the ventral bonding part 21 and the back bonding part 22. For example, the bonding force of the ventral bonding part 21 and the bonding force of the back bonding part 22 are set to such a degree that when the wearing article 2 and the absorbent pad 1 are moved together in order to fit the wearing article 2 to the body of the wearer, the two ends of the absorbent pad 1 in the longitudinal direction L (i.e., the parts bonded by the ventral bonding part 21 and the back bonding part 22) will not be detached from the wearing article 2 due to friction with the body of the wearer. Therefore, if the same bonding force as that of the ventral bonding part 21 and the back bonding part 22 is also given to the crotch bonding part 23, the absorbent pad 1 will be strongly bonded to the wearing article 2 in the entire area of the ventral side, the back side and the crotch, and it will be difficult to remove the absorbent pad 1 from the wearing article 2. In contrast, in the wearing article 2, since the plurality of joints 20 have the above-mentioned specific joint structure, the wearing article 2 and the absorbent pad 1 can be reliably joined at the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22, and the absorbent pad 1 can be easily removed from the wearing article 2 at the crotch joint 23. In addition, as described below, the absorbent pad 1 can also be easily attached at the crotch joint 23. That is, first, the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 of the absorbent pad 1 are joined to the wearing article 2 (corresponding region 31 and corresponding region 33) in a contracted state. At this time, due to the contraction of the wearing article 2 in the longitudinal direction L, there is a possibility that the crotch joint 23 is not joined to the appropriate position (corresponding region 33) of the wearing article 2. Even in this case, by forcibly stretching the wearing article 2 in the state of being bonded to the absorbent pad 1 by the ventral bonding part 21 and the dorsal bonding part 22 in the longitudinal direction L, the bonding between the absorbent pad 1 and the wearing article 2 at the crotch bonding part 23 is temporarily released, and when the wearing article 2 is sufficiently stretched in the longitudinal direction L to be in a state where the crotch bonding part 23 is in contact with the wearing article 2 (i.e., the crotch bonding part 23 faces the appropriate mounting position (corresponding area 33) in the wearing article 2), the crotch bonding part 23 and the wearing article 2 can be bonded again. As described above, according to the absorbent pad 1, the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core in the wearing state can be suppressed, and the absorbent pad 1 can be easily attached to and detached from the wearing article 2. The detailed structure of each part of this embodiment and the effects that can be obtained by the structure are described below.
[0148] As described above, the ventral joint 21, the crotch joint 23 (the first crotch joint 231 and the second crotch joint 232 in the present embodiment) and the dorsal joint 22 are separated from each other in the length direction L. Thus, a non-bonding area UR1 (first non-bonding area) where no joint 20 exists is formed between the ventral joint 21 and the crotch joint 23 (the first crotch joint 231 disposed on the ventral side of the crotch joint 23 in the present embodiment). In addition, a non-bonding area UR2 (second non-bonding area) where no joint 20 exists is formed between the dorsal joint 22 and the crotch joint 23 (the second crotch joint 232 disposed on the dorsal side of the crotch joint 23 in the present embodiment). The total length of the non-bonding area UR1 and the non-bonding area UR2 in the length direction L (i.e., "D1+D2") is more than half of the distance D between the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22. That is, the plurality of joints 20 are arranged in such a manner that "D1+D2>D / 2" holds true. According to the above structure, the size (size in the length direction L) of the non-joined regions UR1 and UR2 can be sufficiently ensured between the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22. As a result, when the absorbent pad 1 is attached to or detached from the wearing article 2 as described above, the force required to stretch the wearing article 2 in the length direction L can be reduced. As a result, the absorbent pad 1 can be attached to or detached from the wearing article 2 more easily.
[0149] like Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown, when viewed from the thickness direction T, the crotch joint 23 (in this embodiment, each of the first crotch joint 231 and the second crotch joint 232) is arranged so that the entire crotch joint 23 overlaps the absorbent core 13a. Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , the outer end 23a of the crotch joint 23 in the width direction W is arranged at a position closer to the inside than the outer end 13a1 of the absorbent core 13a in the width direction W. According to the above structure, when the wearer is wearing the garment, the absorbent core 13a having a relatively thick thickness is sandwiched between the wearer and the crotch joint 23. Thus, even when the crotch joint 23 is composed of a relatively hard member, the discomfort caused by the crotch joint 23 to the wearer during wearing can be reduced.
[0150] The crotch joint portion 23 includes a first crotch joint portion 231 and a second crotch joint portion 232. The first crotch joint portion 231 is disposed at a position closer to the ventral portion 101 than the second crotch joint portion 232 in the longitudinal direction L. According to the above structure, by making the crotch joint portion 23 comprise a plurality of joint portions (the first crotch joint portion 231 and the second crotch joint portion 232), the absorbent pad 1 in the worn state can be more effectively prevented from being sandwiched into the crotch of the wearer, and the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core 13a can be more effectively prevented.
[0151] The first crotch joint 231 is arranged at a position closer to the ventral portion 101 than the central position (i.e., the center line CL) in the longitudinal direction L of the main body 10. On the other hand, the second crotch joint 232 is arranged at a position closer to the back portion 102 than the center line CL. In the wearing state, usually, the wearer's urination opening is located at a position closer to the ventral side than the center line CL in the crotch portion 103, and the wearer's defecation opening is located at a position closer to the back side than the center line CL in the crotch portion 103. Therefore, according to the above structure, by arranging the first crotch joint 231 and the second crotch joint 232 in a manner corresponding to the urination opening and the defecation opening, respectively, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core 13a at a position close to the urination opening and the defecation opening. As a result, the absorption leakage of excrement can be appropriately suppressed.
[0152] The first crotch joint portion 231 and the second crotch joint portion 232 are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the center line CL. In other words, when the main body 10 is folded in half along the center line CL, the first crotch joint portion 231 and the second crotch joint portion 232 are arranged in a manner that they do not completely overlap. More specifically, Figure 2As shown, in the length direction L, the distance D3 from the first crotch joint 231 to the center line CL is longer than the distance D4 from the second crotch joint 232 to the center line CL. That is, the first crotch joint 231 disposed on the ventral side is disposed at a position farther from the center line CL than the distance from the second crotch joint 232 disposed on the dorsal side to the center line CL. In addition, in the length direction L, the distance D1 from the ventral joint 21 to the first crotch joint 231 is shorter than the distance D2 from the second crotch joint 232 to the dorsal joint 22. Usually, in the wearing state, the position of the crotch portion 103 opposite to the wearer's urination port is farther from the center line CL than the position of the crotch portion 103 opposite to the wearer's defecation port. That is, the distance from the center line CL to the position corresponding to the urination port (the position closer to the ventral side than the center line CL) is greater than the distance from the center line CL to the position corresponding to the defecation port (the position closer to the dorsal side than the center line CL). Therefore, according to the above structure, the first crotch joint part 231 can be brought close to the position corresponding to the urination opening, and the second crotch joint part 232 can be brought close to the position corresponding to the defecation opening. As a result, the occurrence of distortion of the absorbent core 13a can be effectively suppressed at a position closer to the urination opening and the defecation opening, and the absorption leakage of excrement can be further effectively suppressed.
[0153] The stiffness of the first part is lower than the stiffness of the second part and the stiffness of the third part. The first part is composed of the part of the main body 10 overlapping with the crotch joint 23 and the crotch joint 23, the second part is composed of the part of the main body 10 overlapping with the ventral joint 21 and the ventral joint 21, and the third part is composed of the part of the main body 10 overlapping with the dorsal joint 22 and the dorsal joint 22. The above-mentioned "stiffness" is a value measured by, for example, the cantilever method. The absorbent core 13a arranged in the first part of the main body 10 is a part opposite to the crotch of the wearer, so it is sought to be flexibly deformed together with the wearing article 2 according to the movement of the wearer when wearing. According to the above structure, by making the stiffness of such a first part lower than the stiffness of the second part and the stiffness of the third part, the absorbent core 13a in the first part can be flexibly deformed together with the wearing article 2.
[0154] In the present embodiment, the stiffness of the crotch joint 23 itself is lower than the stiffness of the ventral joint 21 itself and the stiffness of the dorsal joint 22 itself. According to the above structure, by adjusting the stiffness of the joint 20, it is easy to achieve the structure in which the stiffness of the first part is lower than the stiffness of the second part and the stiffness of the third part.
[0155] like Figure 1 and Figure 3As shown, in the extended state where the main body 10 is extended in the longitudinal direction L (i.e., the state where the leg gathers 14 are folded), the outer end 21a of the ventral joint 21 in the width direction W is located at a position further outward in the width direction W than the top 14a of the leg gathers 14. Similarly, in the extended state, the outer end 22a of the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W is also located further outward in the width direction W than the top 14a of the leg gathers 14. According to the above structure, by sufficiently ensuring the length of the ventral joint 21 in the width direction W and the length of the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W, the two end portions (ventral portion 101 and dorsal portion 102) of the absorbent pad 1 in the longitudinal direction L can be more firmly fixed to the wearing article 2. If the outer end 21a of the ventral joint 21 and the outer end 22a of the dorsal joint 22 are located inwardly in the width direction W than the top 14a of the leg gathers 14, the ends of the leg gathers 14 in the length direction L will not be connected to the wearing article 2. Therefore, when the absorbent pad 1 is attached to the wearing article 2 and stretched in the length direction L, the elastic member 15 of the leg gathers 14 is easily pulled inwardly in the length direction L and contracted. As a result, there is a concern that the leg gathers 14 are not fully erected or the stress of the leg gathers 14 is reduced. As a result, there is a concern that the function of the leg gathers 14 is reduced and side leakage of excrement (leakage from the leg opening portion) is likely to occur. According to the above-mentioned structure (i.e., the structure in which the outer end 21a of the ventral joint 21 and the outer end 22a of the dorsal joint 22 are located at a position farther outside than the top 14a of the leg side pleats 14 in the width direction W), the unnecessary shrinkage of the leg side pleats 14 in the length direction L as mentioned above can be suppressed, thereby suppressing the occurrence of the above-mentioned problem.
[0156] like Figure 1 and Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , when viewed from the thickness direction T, the ventral joint portion 21 is arranged so that the entire ventral joint portion 21 overlaps the absorbent core 13a. That is, the ventral joint portion 21 is arranged at a position closer to the inside (center line CL side) than the outer end portion (front end portion 13a2) in the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent core 13a. Figure 3As shown, the outer end 21a of the ventral joint 21 in the width direction W is arranged at a position closer to the inside than the outer end 13a1 in the width direction W of the absorbent core 13a. Similarly, when observed from the thickness direction T, the back joint 22 is also arranged in a manner that the back joint 22 as a whole overlaps with the absorbent core 13a. That is, the back joint 22 is arranged at a position closer to the inside (center line CL side) than the outer end (rear end 13a3) in the length direction L of the absorbent core 13a. In addition, the outer end 22a of the back joint 22 in the width direction W is arranged at a position closer to the inside than the outer end 13a1 in the width direction W of the absorbent core 13a. According to the above structure, in the wearing state, the absorbent core 13a with a relatively thick thickness is sandwiched between the wearer and the ventral joint 21 and between the wearer and the back joint 22. Thus, even when the abdominal connecting portion 21 and the dorsal connecting portion 22 are formed of relatively hard members, the discomfort felt by the wearer when wearing the garment due to the abdominal connecting portion 21 and the dorsal connecting portion 22 can be reduced.
[0157] Next, the structure of the connecting portion 20 is described in detail. The structure of the connecting portion 20 (i.e., the means and method of connecting the absorbent pad 1 and the wearing article 2) is not limited to a specific structure. In addition, as long as the corresponding area 30 of the wearing article 2 corresponding to the connecting portion 20 is provided with a structure corresponding to the structure of the connecting portion 20. Several specific examples of the connecting portion 20 are listed below.
[0158] As a first example, the coupling portion 20 may be formed by a hook member (e.g., a hook portion of a so-called Velcro tape) including a plurality of pins having claws at the top end. In this case, the corresponding region 30 may be formed by a member (e.g., a loop portion of a so-called Velcro tape) coupled (engaged) to the hook member.
[0159] As a second example, the connecting portion 20 may be formed of an adhesive structure. The adhesive structure may be formed of, for example, an adhesive surface having an adhesive material such as a hot melt adhesive (HMA) provided on the surface.
[0160] As a third example, the coupling part 20 may be formed of a member having magnetic force (eg, a magnet). It is sufficient that a magnetic material or the like that attracts the coupling part 20 by magnetic force is provided in the corresponding region 30 .
[0161] As a fourth example, the coupling portion 20 may be formed by one member (convex portion or concave portion) of a snap button. It is sufficient if another member (concave portion or convex portion) of the snap button is provided in the corresponding region 30 .
[0162] As a fifth example, the joint 20 may be formed of a friction resistance member that engages with the wearing article 2 by utilizing friction resistance. Examples of friction resistance members include a raised raw material configured to increase the contact area, or a member having a concave-convex structure on the surface. Specific examples of friction resistance members include a raw material formed of NANOFRONT (registered trademark), etc.
[0163] As a sixth example, the connecting portion 20 may be formed of a rubber material. For example, the connecting portion 20 may be formed of a super strong double-sided tape, a rubber non-slip member, or the like.
[0164] Next, several configuration examples for realizing the above-mentioned specific connection structure will be described.
[0165] (First structural example)
[0166] The specific bonding structure can be realized by making the area of the crotch joint 23 smaller than the area of the ventral joint 21 and the area of the dorsal joint 22. Here, in the case where the crotch joint 23 is composed of a plurality of joints (the first crotch joint 231 and the second crotch joint 232) as in the present embodiment, the area of the crotch joint 23 refers to the single area of the above-mentioned plurality of joints. That is, in the present embodiment, the specific bonding structure is realized by making the first crotch joint 231 and the second crotch joint 232 have an area smaller than the area of the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22, respectively. According to the first structural example, the specific bonding structure can be realized relatively easily by making the area difference between the crotch joint 23 and the ventral joint 21 and between the crotch joint 23 and the dorsal joint 22.
[0167] As a specific implementation method of the first structural example, the length of the crotch joint 23 may be shorter than the length of the ventral joint 21 and the length of the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W. According to the above structure, the construction of the first structural example can be easily realized. In addition, by making the width (length in the width direction W) of the crotch joint 23 arranged in the crotch part 103 shorter than the width of the joints (ventral joint 21 and dorsal joint 22) at both ends in the length direction L, the discomfort of the wearer caused by the crotch joint 23 when wearing the garment can be suppressed.
[0168] (Second structural example)
[0169] In the case where the first example described above is adopted as the structure of the joint 20, a specific joint structure can also be realized by making the joint structure of the crotch joint 23 related to at least one of the number, height, material and shape of the claw portion different from the joint structure of the ventral joint 21 and the joint structure of the dorsal joint 22. Several examples of methods for making the joint structure different between the crotch joint 23 and the ventral joint 21 and between the crotch joint 23 and the dorsal joint 22 as described above are shown below. For example, the height of the pins of the ventral joint 21 and the height of the pins of the dorsal joint 22 can be made higher than the height of the pins of the crotch joint 23. In addition, the number of pins of the ventral joint 21 and the number of pins of the dorsal joint 22 can also be made larger than the number of pins of the crotch joint 23. In addition, the joint strength of the crotch joint 23 can also be made higher than the joint strength of the ventral joint 21 and the joint strength of the dorsal joint 22 by combining the number, height, material and shape of the claw portion described above. According to the above configuration, by making the connection structures of the respective connection parts 20 (ventral connection part 21, back connection part 22 and crotch connection part 23) constituted by hooks different, a specific connection structure can be easily realized.
[0170] (Third structural example)
[0171] When the above-mentioned second example is adopted as the structure of the joint 20, a specific joint structure can be achieved by, for example, making the coating unit area weight, coating area, coating pattern, etc. of the adhesive material different between the crotch joint 23 and the ventral joint 21 and between the crotch joint 23 and the dorsal joint 22.
[0172] (Structural Example 4)
[0173] When the above-mentioned third example is adopted as the structure of the joint 20, a specific joint structure can be achieved by, for example, making the magnetic force, area, etc. of the component having a magnetic force different between the crotch joint 23 and the ventral joint 21 and between the crotch joint 23 and the dorsal joint 22.
[0174] (Fifth structural example)
[0175] When the above-mentioned fourth example is adopted as the structure of the joint 20, a specific joint structure can be achieved by, for example, making the number and area of the configured buttons different between the crotch joint 23 and the ventral joint 21 and between the crotch joint 23 and the dorsal joint 22.
[0176] (Sixth structural example)
[0177] A specific connection structure can also be realized by making the connection method of the crotch connection part 23 (for example, the methods corresponding to the above-mentioned first to sixth examples, respectively) different from the connection method of the ventral connection part 21 and the connection method of the dorsal connection part 22. According to the above structure, by making the connection method between the crotch connection part 23 and the ventral connection part 21 and between the crotch connection part 23 and the dorsal connection part 22 different, a specific connection structure can be easily realized.
[0178] As a specific example of the sixth structural example, the following structural examples can be cited. That is, a specific bonding structure can also be realized by adopting the above-mentioned first example as the structure of the ventral bonding part 21 and the structure of the dorsal bonding part 22 and adopting the above-mentioned fifth example as the structure of the crotch bonding part 23. According to the above structure, it is possible to use a relatively simple structure to provide an appropriate bonding strength difference between the ventral bonding part 21 and the crotch bonding part 23 and between the dorsal bonding part 22 and the crotch bonding part 23.
[0179] [Modification of the first embodiment]
[0180] Figure 8 This is a plan view of an absorbent pad 1A according to a modified example of the first embodiment as viewed from the skin side. Figure 8 As shown in the figure, the difference between the absorbent pad 1A and the absorbent pad 1 is that it is configured as follows, and the other structures are the same as those of the absorbent pad 1. In the absorbent pad 1A, the ventral joint part 21 and the dorsal joint part 22 are arranged at a position closer to the outside than the absorbent core 13a in the longitudinal direction L. More specifically, the ventral joint part 21 is arranged at a position closer to the front than the front end 13a2 of the absorbent core 13a. In addition, the dorsal joint part 22 is arranged at a position closer to the rear than the rear end 13a3 of the absorbent core 13a.
[0181] According to the absorbent pad 1A, the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 can be arranged as close as possible to the two ends of the main body 10 in the longitudinal direction L. As a result, the two ends of the absorbent pad 1 in the longitudinal direction L can be easily attached to the wearing article 2. In addition, there is a case where the portion of the main body 10 that is closer to the outside than the absorbent core 13a in the longitudinal direction L is formed in a frill shape. In this case, if the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 are arranged on the absorbent core 13a as in the first embodiment (absorbent pad 1), the outer portion (frill portion) formed in a frill shape as described above will not be connected (fixed) to the wearing article 2 but will move freely. As a result, there is a concern that the frill portion rubs against the wearer's skin and makes the wearer feel itchy, etc., thereby impairing the wearing feeling. In contrast, according to the absorbent pad 1A, since the hem portion is fixed to the wearing article 2 via the ventral joint portion 21 and the dorsal joint portion 22, free movement of the hem portion is restricted. Therefore, degradation of wearing comfort caused by free movement of the hem portion as described above can be suppressed.
[0182] [Second embodiment]
[0183] Reference Figures 9 to 11 The structure of the absorbent pad 1B according to the second embodiment will be described. Fig. 9 This is a plan view of the absorbent pad 1B as viewed from the skin side. Fig.10 The absorbent pad 1B is schematically shown along Fig. 9 The cross-sectional structure diagram of the XX line, Fig.11 The absorbent pad 1B is schematically shown along Fig. 9 Diagram of the cross-sectional structure of line XI-XI.
[0184] The difference between the absorbent pad 1B and the absorbent pad 1 is that it is constructed as follows, and the other structures are the same as those of the absorbent pad 1. In the absorbent pad 1B, the upright support point 14b of the leg gathers 14 is located on the inner side of the end of the main body 10 in the extended state in the width direction W. More specifically, the leg gathers 16 are provided on the outer side of the upright support point 14b in the width direction W. The leg gathers 16 are provided on the outer side of the leg gathers 14 with the upright support point 14b sandwiched therebetween, and extend along the length direction L from the ventral part 101 to the dorsal part 102. As shown in FIG. Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown, the standing support points 14 b are formed by bonding portions that bond the topsheet 11 to the sheet members forming the leg gathers 14 and the sheet members forming the leg gathers 16 .
[0185] The leg gathers 16 have an elastic member 17 extending in the longitudinal direction L. As an example, the elastic member 17 is composed of one or more (one in the present embodiment) elastic threads. The leg gathers 16 can be shrunk by the elastic member 17 shrinking in the longitudinal direction L. In the absorbent pad 1B, the outer end 16a of the leg gathers 16 becomes the outer end in the width direction W of the main body 10. In this way, in the absorbent pad 1B, the upright fulcrum 14b of the leg side gathers 14 is located in the extended state at a position closer to the inside in the width direction W than the end (outer end 16a) in the width direction W of the main body 10.
[0186] like Fig. 9 and Fig.10 As shown in FIG. 1 , in the absorbent pad 1B, the outer end 21a of the ventral joint 21 and the outer end 22a of the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W are located at a position outside the standing fulcrum 14b of the leg gathers 14 in the width direction W. That is, the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 are arranged so as to straddle the standing fulcrum 14b. According to the above structure, by sufficiently ensuring the length of the ventral joint 21 and the length of the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W, the two ends (ventral part 101 and dorsal part 102) of the absorbent pad 1 in the length direction L can be more firmly fixed to the wearing article 2. In addition, by connecting the ends of the standing fulcrum 14b of the leg side gathers 14 in the length direction L (i.e., the portion overlapping with the ventral joint 21 and the portion overlapping with the dorsal joint 22) to the wearing article 2, unnecessary contraction of the leg side gathers 14 in the length direction L can be suppressed, thereby suppressing the above-mentioned problems, such as the occurrence of side leakage of excrement (leakage from the leg opening) caused by the reduced function of the leg side gathers 14.
[0187] like Fig. 9As shown, the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 are arranged at a position on the outside in the length direction L than the inner end Ba in the length direction L of the fixing area B to which the leg side gathers 14 are fixed. That is, when viewed from the thickness direction T, the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 are arranged so as not to overlap with the portion of the leg side gathers 14 that is not fixed to the surface sheet 11 (i.e., the portion that can stand up). Assuming that the joint 20 (ventral joint 21 or dorsal joint 22) straddles the standing fulcrum 14b and is arranged between the inner end Ba of a pair of fixing areas B that are opposite in the length direction L, the standing action of the leg side gathers 14 (i.e., the bending action of the standing fulcrum 14b) will be hindered by the joint 20 in the portion of the standing fulcrum 14b that overlaps with the joint 20. On the other hand, according to the structure of the absorbent pad 1B described above, the length of the ventral joint 21 and the length of the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W can be sufficiently ensured by arranging the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 in the width direction W so as to straddle the supporting point 14b, and the situation where the ventral joint 21 and the dorsal joint 22 hinder the standing of the leg gathers 14 can be avoided. In addition, by connecting the portion closer to the outside in the length direction L than the inner end Ba of the fixed area B for fixing the leg gathers 14 to the wearing article 2, it is possible to suppress unnecessary contraction of the leg gathers 14 in the length direction L, thereby suppressing the above-mentioned problem, that is, the occurrence of side leakage of excrement (leakage from the leg opening) caused by the decline in the function of the leg gathers 14.
