[0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2021-161788 Summary of the invention

[0006] Technical problem to be solved by the invention

[0007] The safety of the accessory removal device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is achieved by a locking mechanism represented by a key block. In the past, other accessory removal devices also mostly have such a locking mechanism. However, if the accessory removal device is small, it is impossible to ensure the configuration space, and sometimes the locking mechanism cannot be used. When the movable hook of the accessory device without a locking mechanism is detached from the second pin, the first pin will also be detached from the fixed hook according to the tilting posture of the accessory (the posture determined by the rotation centered on the arm connection axis), and in the worst case, there is a risk of the accessory falling.

[0008] The tilting posture of the accessory currently depends only on the operator's visual observation, and it is difficult to ensure a safe tilting posture. In addition, if the tilting posture of the accessory is not confirmed and the accessory is unintentionally removed, the movable hook may be moved, and the safety of removing the accessory in the accessory mounting and removing device without a locking mechanism is insufficient. Therefore, in the accessory mounting and removing device without a locking mechanism, a study is conducted to realize a safety ensuring unit instead of the locking mechanism so that the accessory can be removed in a manner that the first pin does not separate from the fixed hook even if the movable hook separates from the second pin.

[0009] Solutions for solving the above technical problems

[0010] As a result of the research, an accessory loading and unloading device was developed, which is characterized in that a fixed hook and a movable hook are provided at an arm connection portion connected to an arm, a rod or a connecting rod, the fixed hook engages the first pin of the accessory, and the movable hook engages the second pin of the accessory by approaching or moving away from the fixed hook. In the accessory loading and unloading device, a tilt switch that switches between power on and power off according to the tilting posture is installed at the arm connection portion in a state where a power supply line or a signal line is between which power is supplied to an electric drive unit that moves the movable hook forward and backward.

[0011] The accessory loading and unloading device of the present invention utilizes a tilt switch that switches between power on and off according to the tilt posture, and the movable hook cannot be advanced or retreated unless the accessory loading and unloading device is in a specific rotation posture. The tilt switch is based on the horizontal, and is powered when one end (such as the cable lead end) is lowered, and is blocked when the other end is raised. The relationship between the tilt posture of the tilt switch and power on and off can also be reversed. Therefore, as long as the tilt switch is mounted on the arm connection portion in a manner that makes one end of the tilt switch fall from the horizontal to match the tilt posture of the accessory loading and unloading device so that there is no problem even if the movable hook can be advanced or retreated, it can be set that if the accessory loading and unloading device is not in a specific tilt posture, the power supply line or signal line of the electric drive unit is blocked and not started, so that the movable hook cannot be advanced or retreated.

[0012] The electric drive unit can be any drive unit that directly or indirectly controls the advance and retreat of the movable hook electrically. The power supply line supplies driving power to the electric drive unit. The signal line sends a control signal to start or stop the electric drive unit. The tilt switch is interposed between the power supply line or the communication line in a manner that can limit the advance and retreat of the movable hook. Here, in the case of using a hydraulic cylinder to advance and retreat the movable hook, the electric drive unit is constructed as a hydraulic cylinder connected to a solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve switches the connection port when the power supply line or the signal line is energized. The operating switch or operating lever of the power supply line or the signal line is set on the driver's seat, and the tilt switch is interposed between the power supply line or the signal line in the accessory loading and unloading device.

[0013] The tilt switch can be mounted on the arm connection portion in a tilted position in which the tilt switch is energized when the center of gravity of the accessory mounted on the accessory mounting and dismounting device is located on the side away from the movable hook from the center of the fixed hook. Thus, the state in which the tilt switch is energized = the movable hook can be advanced and retreated can be set as follows: a rotation force is applied to the accessory in a direction in which the second pin approaches the movable hook with the first pin engaged with the fixed hook as the center, and the possibility of the first pin being detached from the fixed hook is substantially eliminated.

[0014] The accessory mounting and dismounting device of the present invention requires a slightly different tilting posture of the tilt switch when it is mounted on the arm connection part, depending on the type of accessory connected to the accessory mounting and dismounting device. Therefore, the tilting posture of the tilt switch mounted on the arm connection part can be freely adjusted. The tilting posture of the tilt switch can be freely adjusted, so the tilting posture can be adjusted every time the accessory connected to the accessory mounting and dismounting device is changed, and the tilting posture for moving the movable hook forward and backward can be determined for each accessory. The tilting posture adjustment unit can be exemplified by a configuration in which the tilt switch is mounted on a freely rotatable base provided on the connection arm part, or a configuration in which a bolt fixing the tilt switch to the connection arm part passes through a long hole.

[0015] Effects of the Invention

[0016] The accessory attachment and detachment device of the present invention can be configured so that the movable hook cannot move forward or backward unless the accessory attachment and detachment device is in a specific tilted posture. This is the effect of the tilt switch installed on the arm connection part. As a result, when the movable hook is separated from the second pin of the accessory, the accessory rotates around the first pin, which can reduce or eliminate the possibility of the accessory falling off the accessory attachment and detachment device. In this way, the safety of removing the accessory in the accessory attachment and detachment device without a locking mechanism is ensured.

[0017] The accessory attachment device of the present invention uses a tilt switch that switches between power on and off according to the tilt posture, and the movable hook cannot move forward or backward unless the accessory attachment device is in a specific tilt posture. The tilt switch is based on the horizontal, and is powered (or off) when one end (for example, the cable lead end) is lowered, and is off (or powered) when the other end is raised. Therefore, if the tilt switch is mounted on the arm connection part in a manner that one end of the tilt switch is in a state of being lowered from the horizontal to match the tilt posture of the accessory attachment device so that there is no problem even if the movable hook moves forward or backward, it can be set that the movable hook cannot move forward or backward unless the accessory attachment device is in a specific tilt posture.

[0018] If the electric drive unit is constructed as a hydraulic cylinder connected to a solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve switches the connection port when the power supply line or the signal line is energized, the present invention can be applied by only inserting the tilt switch between the power supply line or the signal line of the solenoid valve and keeping the hydraulic system used in the construction machinery as it is. This means that there is no need to make major modifications to the existing accessory loading and unloading device, and the present invention can be constructed as long as there is a space for installing the tilt switch in the arm connection part. As a result, the present invention can be easily used in a small accessory loading and unloading device that does not have a locking mechanism.

[0019] When the tilt switch is mounted on the arm connection part in a tilted posture that is energized when the center of gravity of the accessory mounted on the accessory mounting and dismounting device is located on the side away from the movable hook from the center of the fixed hook, when the tilt switch is energized, for example, the second pin is pressed against the pin receiving member of the arm connection part opposite to the movable hook, so that the first pin is not separated from the fixed hook, and the accessory can be prevented from falling due to accidental rotation. The tilt posture of such a tilt switch varies depending on the accessory mounted on the accessory mounting and dismounting device and can be determined individually.

[0020] Furthermore, if the tilt switch is mounted on the arm connection portion and the tilt posture is freely adjustable, the tilt posture of the accessory mounting device to which the tilt switch is energized can be freely determined. The tilt switch with a freely adjustable tilt posture is suitable for the case where the tilt posture of the tilt switch is adjusted according to the combination of the accessory mounting device and the accessory to prevent the accessory from falling due to accidental rotation. Therefore, even if the accessory mounted on the accessory mounting device is changed, the present invention can be utilized by simply adjusting the tilt posture of the tilt switch. [0027] Hereinafter, the specific implementation of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1As shown, the attachment attachment device 2 of the present invention without a locking mechanism is suitable for a small construction machine 1. The attachment attachment device 2 of this example connects the arm 12 and the connecting rod 15 of the construction machine 1 to the arm connection part 21. The connecting rod 15 extends from the rocker 14 connected to the attachment rod 131 of the attachment hydraulic cylinder 13, and the first pin 51 is engaged with the fixed hook 22, and the second pin 52 is engaged with the movable hook 23, so that the attachment (bucket in this example) 5 is installed on the arm connection part 21. The operating switch 45 (refer to Figure 2 ) is arranged on the driver's seat 11.

[0028] like Figure 2 As shown, the accessory attachment device 2 of this example is configured such that the hydraulic system 3 (illustrated by thick lines) and the electrical system 4 (illustrated by thin lines) for moving the movable hook 23 forward and backward are the same as in the past, and a tilt switch 46 is added to the electrical system 4. The tilt switch 46 does not require an external operating unit, and it only needs to be interposed between the power supply line or signal line of the electrical system 4. In addition, the tilt switch 46 is small and does not require a large installation space. Therefore, the present invention can be used in a manner of adding the tilt switch 46 to the existing accessory attachment device 2, and the advantage of being able to add safety when removing the accessory 5 to the existing accessory attachment device 2 that does not have a locking mechanism can be obtained.

[0029] The arm connection part 21 is a structure in which two metal side plates 211, which are roughly parallelogram-shaped when viewed from the side, are maintained in parallel, and all or part of the hydraulic system 3 and the electrical system 4 are arranged between the side plates 211. The tilt switch 46 of this example is cylindrical and extends from one end to which the common power supply line 41 is connected, and is fixed to the inner side of one side of the side plate 211 by a first fixing bolt 461 near one end and a second fixing bolt 462 near the other end. The second fixing bolt 462 is fixed by passing through an arc-shaped long hole 215 provided in the side plate 211. The arc-shaped long hole 215 is a curved long hole centered on the first fixing bolt 31. As a result, the tilt switch 3 can change the fixing position of the second fixing bolt 462 relative to the arc-shaped long hole 215 to adjust the tilt posture.

[0030] The arm connecting portion 21 is located at one end side of the upper edge of the depression of the side plate 211 ( Figure 2 The arm connecting shaft 212 is installed on the right side of the middle Figure 2 The connecting rod connecting shaft 213 is mounted on the left and right side plates 211, the arm 12 is rotatably connected to the arm connecting shaft 212, and the connecting rod 15 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod connecting shaft 213. In addition, the arm connecting portion 21 is provided with a hook-shaped fixing hook 22 opened outward at one end side of the linear lower edge of the side plate 211. The fixing hooks 22 are respectively provided on the side plates 211, so there is a pair of left and right, and they are respectively engaged with the first pin 51 of the accessory 5.

[0031] The arm connecting part 21 is formed with a pin receiving member 214 in a shape of approximately 1 / 4 arc that opens downward at the other end side of the linear lower edge of the side plate 211. The movable hook 23 is in contact with the side plate 211 and moves in the forward direction ( Figure 2 The pin receiving member 214 and the movable hook 23 that has advanced to the position directly below the pin receiving member 214 are in a vertically opposed positional relationship. When the pin receiving member 213 presses the left and right sides of the second pin 52 of the accessory 5 from above, the second pin 52 is supported from below in the middle of the left and right sides, thereby sandwiching the second pin 52. If the movable hook 23 retreats, the lower side of the pin receiving member 214 is released, and the second pin 52 is separated from the pin receiving member 214.

[0032] The metal block 231 has a pipe of the hook hydraulic cylinder 232 built therein, and the hook rod 233 is connected to a position fixing block 234 fixed to the side plate 211. Thus, when the hook rod 233 is extended or retracted, the metal block 231 approaches or moves away from the position fixing block 233, so that the movable hook 23 can move forward or backward. The hook hydraulic cylinder 232 may also connect a pipe to the position fixing block 234, and connect the retracted hook rod 233 to the metal block 231.

[0033] The hydraulic system 3 of this example is a structure in which the first tank-side hydraulic line 32 and the second tank-side hydraulic line 33 connected to the oil tank 31, and the first cylinder-side hydraulic line 35 and the second cylinder-side hydraulic line 36 connected to the hook hydraulic cylinder 232 are connected via a solenoid valve 34 as a three-position switching valve. The first tank-side hydraulic line 31 is provided with a hydraulic pump 321. In this example, the solenoid valve 34 and the hook hydraulic cylinder 232 constitute an electric drive unit for the movable hook 23.

[0034] The first cylinder-side hydraulic line 35 is connected to the base end side of the pipe of the hook hydraulic cylinder 231 ( Figure 2 The first check valve 351 is connected to the first pilot pipe 352 and the second hydraulic pipe 36 on the cylinder side. The second hydraulic pipe 36 on the cylinder side is connected to the rod side ( Figure 2 The second check valve 361 is connected to the second pilot pipe 362 and the cylinder side first hydraulic pipe 35, and is provided.

[0035] The first check valve 351 and the second check valve 361 are configured to prevent the movement of the oil remaining in the pipe of the hook hydraulic cylinder 231, so that the movable hook 23 does not move accidentally, unless the oil flows to the first cylinder-side hydraulic line 35 and the second cylinder-side hydraulic line 36. The accessory mounting and dismounting device 2 of this example blocks the tilt switch 46 and does not operate the solenoid valve 34 unless the accessory mounting and dismounting device 2 is in a specific tilting posture. This creates a state in which the oil does not flow to the first cylinder-side hydraulic line 35 and the second cylinder-side hydraulic line 36 when the accessory mounting and dismounting device 2 is in a posture other than the specific tilting posture, and the first check valve 351 and the second check valve 361 are used to achieve safety in preventing the movable hook 23 from moving.

[0036] When power is supplied from the first power supply line 42 to the first area solenoid 342 by operating the operating switch 45, the electromagnetic valve 34 is pressed by the first area solenoid 342, and the connection relationship of the hydraulic line is switched from the central area 343 to the first area 341. Then, when the operating switch 45 is changed from the power supply state to the neutral state and the power supply from the first power supply line 42 is stopped, the electromagnetic valve 34 is pulled back by the action of the force applying unit (for example, a coil spring), and the connection relationship of the hydraulic line is returned from the first area 341 to the central area 343.

[0037] When the operation switch 45 is operated to supply power from the second power supply line 43 to the second area solenoid 345, the electromagnetic valve 34 is pressed by the second area solenoid 345, and the connection relationship of the hydraulic line is switched from the central area 343 to the second area 344. Then, when the operation switch 45 is changed from the power supply state to the neutral state and the power supply from the second power supply line 43 is stopped, the electromagnetic valve 34 is pulled back by the action of the force applying means (for example, a coil spring), and the connection relationship of the hydraulic line is returned from the second area 344 to the central area 343. The central area 343 blocks the tank-side first hydraulic line 32 and the cylinder-side first hydraulic line 35, and connects the cylinder-side first hydraulic line 35 and the cylinder-side second hydraulic line 36.

[0038] The first area 341 connects the first hydraulic line 32 on the tank side to the first hydraulic line 35 on the cylinder side, and connects the second hydraulic line 33 on the tank side to the second hydraulic line 36 on the cylinder side, and delivers oil from the first hydraulic line 32 on the tank side to the base end side of the pipe of the hook hydraulic cylinder 231 via the first hydraulic line 35 on the cylinder side, and returns the oil from the rod side of the pipe to the oil tank 31 via the second hydraulic line 37 on the cylinder side and the second hydraulic line 33 on the tank side. Thus, when the operation switch 45 is switched from the central area 343 to the first area 341, the metal block 231 moves forward ( Figure 2 The movable hook 23 is moved to the left in the middle of the shaft, so that the movable hook 23 protrudes to the pin receiving member 214.

[0039] The second area 344 connects the first hydraulic line 32 on the tank side to the second hydraulic line 36 on the cylinder side, and connects the second hydraulic line 33 on the tank side to the first hydraulic line 35 on the cylinder side, and delivers oil from the first hydraulic line 32 on the tank side to the rod side of the pipe of the hook hydraulic cylinder 231 via the second hydraulic line 36 on the cylinder side, and returns the oil to the oil tank 31 from the base end side of the pipe via the first hydraulic line 35 on the cylinder side and the second hydraulic line 33 on the tank side. Thus, when the operation switch 45 is switched from the central area 343 to the second area 344, the metal block 231 retreats ( Figure 2 The movable hook 23 is moved to the right in the middle of the pin receiving member 214 so as to retreat from the bottom of the pin receiving member 214.

[0040] The electrical system 4 of this example is configured such that the high voltage side of the first power supply line 42 extending from the operating switch 45 is connected to the first area solenoid 342 of the electromagnetic valve 34, and similarly, the high voltage side of the second power supply line 43 extending from the operating switch 45 is connected to the second area solenoid 345 of the electromagnetic valve 34, the high voltage side of the common power supply line 41 formed by bundling the low voltage sides of the first power supply line 42 and the second power supply line 43 extending from the first area solenoid 342 and the second area solenoid 345 is connected to the tilt switch 46, and the low voltage side of the common power supply line 41 extending from the tilt switch 46 is returned to the operating switch 45. The power source 44 is provided on the common power supply line 41.

[0041] When the operation switch 45 is operated while the tilt switch 46 is powered on and the first power supply line 42 is powered on, the first area solenoid 342 is operated to switch the electromagnetic valve 34 from the central area 343 to the first area 341, and the movable hook 23 is advanced. In addition, when the operation switch 45 is operated while the tilt switch 46 is powered on and the second power supply line 42 is powered on, the second area solenoid 345 is operated to switch the electromagnetic valve 34 from the central area 343 to the second area 344, and the movable hook 23 is retracted. If the tilt switch 46 is not powered on, the electromagnetic valve 34 cannot be switched, and the movable hook 23 cannot be advanced or retracted.

[0042] The procedure for removing the accessory 5 in the accessory attachment and removal device 2 of this example is described. The specification of the tilt switch 46 of this example is that it becomes a blocking state when the end connected to the common power supply line 41 is in an inclined posture with an elevation angle (upward tilt angle) above the horizontal, and becomes a power-on state when the end is in an inclined posture with a depression angle (downward tilt angle) less than the horizontal. In addition, when the center of gravity G of the accessory 5 installed in the accessory attachment and removal device 2 is located on the side away from the movable hook 23 directly below the center of the fixed hook 22, the tilt switch 46 is in an inclined posture with one end in a depression angle (refer to Figure 3 ) is installed on the side plate 211 of the arm connecting part 21.

[0043] In the state of step 1 of starting the disassembly operation of the accessory 5, as shown in FIG. Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first pin 51 of the accessory 5 is engaged with the fixed hook 22, and the second pin 52 of the accessory 5 is engaged with the movable hook 23 from below and is clamped by the movable hook 23 and the pin receiving member 214. For example, as long as the hook hydraulic cylinder 232 does not accidentally retract the hook rod 233, there is no possibility that the accessory 5 will fall. However, since the tilt switch 46 is at a depression angle at one end (refer to FIG. 1 ), the tilt switch 46 is at a depression angle at one end (refer to FIG. 1 ). Figure 3 The tilted posture of the thin solid arrow in the middle, therefore, in the state of step 1, power can be supplied to the solenoid valve 34 through the electrical system 4.

[0044] If the state of step 1 in which power can be supplied to the solenoid valve 34 through the electrical system 4 is changed (refer to Figure 3 ) operates the operating switch 45 and supplies power from the second power supply line 43, so that the second area solenoid 345 is operated, and the solenoid valve 34 switches the connection relationship from the central area 343 to the second area 344, and delivers oil to the rod side of the pipe of the hook hydraulic cylinder 232 through the second hydraulic pipeline 36 for the cylinder, as shown in FIG. Figure 4 As shown, the movable hook 23 can be brought into the state of step 2 for retreating (the movable hook 23 is hidden by the side plate 211 and is not shown).

[0045] Status of step 2 (refer to Figure 4 ) is a state in which the accessory 5 has only the first pin 51 engaged with the fixed hook 22. However, since the center of gravity G of the accessory 5 is located on the side away from the movable hook 23 directly below the center of the fixed hook 22, a rotational force is applied to the accessory 5 in a direction approaching the movable hook 23 with the first pin 51 engaged with the fixed hook 22 as the center (refer to Figure 4 As shown in the wavy hollow arrow in the figure, the second pin 52 is pressed against the pin receiving member 214, and the first pin 51 will not fall off in the direction of disengaging from the fixing hook 22, so there is no possibility of the accessory 5 falling off.

[0046] Here, when the state from step 2 (refer to Figure 4 ) When the accessory hydraulic cylinder 13 is operated to retract the accessory rod 131, as shown in FIG. Figure 5 As shown, the accessory loading and unloading device 2 rotates in an upward lifting manner ( Figure 5 The tilt switch 46 is rotated right in the middle, refer to the hollow arrow), and one end of the tilt switch 46 is at an elevation angle (refer to Figure 5 The accessory 5 rotates the center of gravity G in a direction approaching the movable hook 23 with the first pin 51 engaged with the fixed hook 22 as the center ( Figure 5 The rotation is stopped at the stage where the center of gravity G is located directly below the center of the fixing hook 22, and then only the accessory loading and unloading device 2 continues to rotate relative to the fixed accessory 5.

[0047] In the state of step 3, since one end of the tilt switch 46 is at an elevation angle, the electrical system 4 cannot supply power, and the forward and backward movement of the movable hook 23 caused by the operation of the operation switch 45 is restricted. This prevents the movable hook 23 from accidentally moving forward and backward when the accessory 5 is completely removed from the accessory mounting and removal device 2. In addition, when the accessory 5 is mounted on the accessory mounting and removal device 2 again, the movable hook 23 cannot move forward unless the accessory mounting and removal device 2 is in an inclined position in which the first pin 51 does not disengage from the fixed hook 22. As a result, the mounting and removal operation of the accessory 5 is carried out in a safe state to prevent the accessory 5 from falling off.

[0048] If the status from step 3 (refer to Figure 5 ) Continue to lift the accessory loading and unloading device 2, so that the fixing hook 22 is in an inclined position opened downward, then Figure 6 As shown, the first pin 51 of the accessory 5 is disengaged from the fixing hook 22, and the accessory 5 is in the state of step 4 for completely separating the accessory 5 from the accessory mounting and dismounting device 2. In this case, when the accessory 5 is brought into contact with the ground and the accessory mounting and dismounting device 2 is lifted upward, the risk of the accessory 5 falling can be eliminated. In this way, although the accessory mounting and dismounting device 2 of the present invention does not have a locking mechanism, the accessory 5 can be safely removed only by operating the operating switch 45 of the electrical system 4 and changing the tilting posture of the accessory mounting and dismounting device 2.
