Description

Mounting Parts Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a mounting component for mounting an attached body such as a surface material to a structural body such as a seat frame of an automobile seat. Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, a known mounting component is a retainer (see Patent Document 1) that attaches a trim cover (mounted body) covering a seat cushion placed on a seat frame (structure) to the edge of the seat frame, with the end of the trim cover attached to the retainer. The retainer comprises a long piece, a short piece, and a bottom connecting them, and has a generally J-shaped cross-section.

[0003] The retainer is attached to the edge of the seat frame by inserting the free end (edge) of the side portion of the seat frame into the opening formed between the long and short pieces of the retainer. Thus, when attaching the retainer to the seat frame, the edge of the seat frame is positioned so as to straddle the long piece, and after temporarily positioning the retainer opening at a distance from the edge of the seat frame in the insertion direction, the edge of the seat frame is inserted into the opening.

[0007] Summary of the Invention

[0008] However, when the retainer described in Patent Document 1 is mounted on the edge of the seat frame, the retainer opening is temporarily positioned at a distance from the edge of the seat frame in the insertion direction. This causes an overstroke corresponding to the distance. Consequently, a large force is required to stretch the trim cover when mounting the retainer on the seat frame, making it difficult to improve the ease of mounting the trim cover on the seat frame.

[0009] An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting member capable of improving the mounting workability of a mounted body with respect to a structure.

[0010] The mounting component of the present invention is used to mount the mounted body on the edge of a structure, and the mounting component is characterized in that it includes: a base portion, which has a top end and a base end and fixes the mounted body; a hook portion, which is hooked on the edge of the structure; and a continuous sheet portion, which connects the base portion and the hook portion at a position closer to the top end side than the mounting position where the mounted body is mounted in the base portion, and the continuous sheet portion includes: a groove portion, which is formed between the continuous sheet portion and the base portion; and a guide portion, which connects the groove portion and the hook portion and guides the edge of the structure from the hook portion to the groove portion during the rotation of the mounting component.

[0011] According to the mounting member of the present invention, since the continuous sheet portion connecting the base sheet portion and the hook portion includes the aforementioned guide portion, the hook portion can be hooked onto the edge portion of the structure and the mounting member rotated, thereby guiding the edge portion of the structure toward the groove portion. Therefore, overtravel that would temporarily create a gap between the edge portion of the structure and the groove opening in the insertion direction of the structure edge into the groove opening can be avoided, thereby improving the ease of mounting the mounted object relative to the structure.

[0012] In the mounting component of the present invention, the groove portion may also include: a bottom portion, which is connected to the base portion; and a side portion, which is connected to the bottom portion and faces the base portion, and the guide portion is connected to the side portion at an obtuse angle relative to the side portion in a direction away from the base portion.

[0013] According to such a configuration, the edge portion of the structure can be smoothly guided from the hook portion toward the groove portion by the guide portion during the rotation of the mounting member.

[0014] In the mounting member of the present invention, the position where the side portion is connected to the guide portion may be arranged closer to the base end of the base portion relative to the position of the top end of the base portion.

[0015] According to this configuration, when the mounting member is rotated and the edge of the structure guided by the guide portion enters the groove, the edge of the structure can be guided into the groove by the distal end portion of the base sheet.

[0016] In the mounting component of the present invention, the tip of the hook portion may be located farther from the base end than the tip of the base portion in a direction from the base end toward the tip.

[0017] According to this structure, the tip of the base sheet is less likely to get in the way when the edge of the structure is hooked on the hook, and the mounting member can be smoothly mounted on the edge of the structure.

[0018] In the mounting component of the present invention, the end portion of the hook portion connected to the guide portion may be positioned farther from the base end than the top end of the base portion in a direction from the base end toward the top end.

[0019] According to this structure, the tip of the base sheet is less likely to get in the way when the edge of the structure is hooked on the hook, and the mounting member can be mounted on the edge of the structure more smoothly.

[0020] In the mounting member of the present invention, a tapered surface may be formed at the tip of the hook portion, and the tapered surface may guide the edge of the structure into the hook portion.

[0021] According to this configuration, by causing the edge of the structure to come into contact with the tapered surface formed at the tip of the hook, the hook can be hooked onto the edge of the structure more smoothly than when the tapered surface is not formed.

[0022] In the mounting component of the present invention, a tapered surface may be formed at the tip of the base portion, and the tapered surface may guide the edge of the structure into the hook portion.

[0023] According to such a structure, for example, when the edge portion of the structure is formed thicker than the portion connected to the edge portion and a step portion is formed between the portion and the edge portion, the edge portion of the structure can be guided to the hook portion by making the conical surface formed on the top end of the base portion touch the step portion, so that the hook portion can be smoothly hooked on the edge portion of the structure.

[0024] In the mounting component of the present invention, a claw portion that protrudes toward the groove portion may be formed at a tip end of the base portion.

[0025] According to such a configuration, when the edge portion of the structure is formed thick and has a step portion, the claw portion engages with the step portion, thereby preventing the attachment member from falling off from the edge portion of the structure.

[0026] In the installation component of the present invention, it can also have: a first position, in which the edge of the structure abuts against the hook portion to become a temporarily held state; a second position, which is connected to the first position and in which the edge of the structure abuts against the guide portion to become a guiding state; and a third position, which is connected to the second position and in which the edge of the structure is arranged in the groove portion to become an installed state.

[0027] According to such a configuration, the edge portion of the structure temporarily held at the first position can be guided at the second position, and the edge portion of the structure can be arranged in the groove at the third position.

[0028] In addition, the mounting component of the present invention is used to mount the mounted body on the edge of the structure, and the mounting component is characterized in that it includes: a base portion, which has a top end and a base end and fixes the mounted body; a groove portion, which is formed between the continuous sheet portion and the base portion at a position closer to the top end side than the mounting position where the mounted body is mounted in the base portion; and a guide portion, which guides the edge of the structure to the groove portion during the rotation of the mounting component, the groove portion including: a bottom portion, which is connected to the base portion; and a side portion, which is connected to the bottom and faces the base portion, the guide portion being connected to the side portion in a manner inclined relative to the side portion in a direction away from the base portion.

[0029] According to the mounting component of the present invention, the edge of the structure can be guided toward the groove by causing the edge of the structure to abut against the inclined guide portion as described above and rotating the mounting component. This prevents overtravel that would temporarily create a gap between the edge of the structure and the groove opening in the insertion direction of the structure's edge into the groove opening, thereby improving the ease of installation of the mounted object relative to the structure. Furthermore, before rotating the mounting component by causing the edge of the structure to abut against the guide portion, the top end of the base portion to abut against the structure and rotating the mounting component facilitates abutment of the edge of the structure against the guide portion.

[0030] In the mounting component of the present invention, the guide portion may be connected to the side portion at an obtuse angle in a direction away from the base portion.

[0031] According to such a configuration, the edge portion of the structure can be smoothly guided toward the groove portion by the guide portion during the rotation of the mounting member.

[0032] In the mounting member of the present invention, a position where the side portion is connected to the guide portion may be arranged closer to the base end of the base portion than to the top end of the base portion.

[0033] According to this configuration, when the mounting member is rotated, when the edge of the structure guided by the guide portion enters the groove, the edge of the structure can be guided into the groove by the distal end portion of the base sheet.

[0034] The mounting member of the present invention may include a pressing piece portion extending from the guide portion, wherein the pressing piece portion is arranged above the distal end of the base sheet portion.

[0035] According to this structure, by providing the pressing piece at the aforementioned position, the ease of attaching the mounting member to the edge of the structure while rotating it by pressing the pressing piece can be improved compared to the case where the mounting member is not provided with the pressing piece. Therefore, for example, even if a strong tensile force is applied to the mounting member from the mounted object, the pressing piece can be used to easily apply an attaching force that overcomes the tensile force, thereby making it easier to attach the mounting member to the edge of the structure.

[0036] In the mounting component of the present invention, the guide portion may be connected to the side portion in a manner inclined relative to the side portion in a direction away from the base portion, and extend to a position higher than the top end of the base portion, and the pressing piece portion may be connected to the guide portion at a position higher than the top end of the base portion.

[0037] According to such a structure, the following structure can be formed: by making the top end of the base portion of the horizontally arranged installation component abut against the side surface of the structure and the guide portion abut against the edge portion of the structure, a gap is formed between the pressing piece and the edge portion of the structure. By pressing the pressing piece from the outside in a manner of squeezing the gap, the installation component can be easily installed on the edge portion of the structure while being rotated, thereby making it easier to install the installation component on the edge portion of the structure.

[0038] In the mounting component of the present invention, the claw portion that protrudes toward the groove portion may be formed at the tip of the base portion.

[0039] According to such a configuration, when the edge portion of the structure is formed thick and has a step portion, the claw portion engages with the step portion, thereby preventing the attachment member from falling off from the edge portion of the structure.

[0040] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a mounting member capable of improving the workability of mounting an attached body to a structure. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0055] (First embodiment)

[0056] Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0057] In Figures 1 and 3, a mounting component 10 according to a first embodiment is made of synthetic resin and is used to attach a surface material 1 formed of a soft material such as genuine leather, synthetic leather, or vinyl, serving as a mounting object, to an edge portion 2A of a frame 2 serving as a structural member of an automobile seat. Mounting component 10 includes a base portion 11 having a top end 12 and a base end 13, which secures the surface material 1; a hook portion 21 that hooks onto edge portion 2A of frame 2; and a continuous sheet portion 31 that connects the base portion 11 to the hook portion 21 at a location closer to the top end 12 than the mounting position A of the base portion 11, where the surface material 1 is attached.

[0058] In the following description, the X direction is defined as the left-right direction of the mounting member 10, the Y direction, which is perpendicular to the X direction, is defined as the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 10, and the Z direction, which is perpendicular to the X and Y directions, is defined as the vertical direction of the mounting member 10. Furthermore, the +X direction is defined as the direction toward one side of the X direction, the -X direction is defined as the direction toward the other side of the X direction, the +Y direction is defined as the direction toward one side of the Y direction, the -Y direction is defined as the direction toward the other side of the Y direction, the +Z direction is defined as the direction toward one side of the Z direction, and the -Z direction is defined as the direction toward the other side of the Z direction. Furthermore, in this embodiment, for ease of explanation, the top end 12 side of the base sheet 11 is defined as the upper side, and the base end 13 side is defined as the lower side.

[0059] The mounting member 10 of the first embodiment is formed into an elongated shape in the X direction, and has a plurality of slits 5 extending in the Z direction from the tip 24 of the hook portion 21. Even with the slits 5, the mounting member 10 continues in the X direction at the base end 13. The slits 5 thus provide a structure that allows for easy deflection of the mounting member 10.

[0060] The base portion 11 is formed along the Z direction, and a tapered surface 14 is formed at the tip 12 of the base portion 11. The tapered surface 14 guides the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook portion 21. The tapered surface 14 is inclined relative to the Z direction so as to gradually approach the guide portion 33 described later as it moves toward the base end 13.

[0061] The hook portion 21 includes a top piece portion 22 extending along the X-direction, which is perpendicular to the direction from the base end 13 toward the top end 12 of the base piece portion 11; and a bottom piece portion 23 connecting the top piece portion 22 to the guide portion 33 along the Z-direction. The top end 24 of the top piece portion 22 (the top end of the hook portion 21) is spaced above and spaced apart from the side portion 36 (described later) of the groove portion 32 in the Z-direction. The bottom piece portion 23 is positioned closer to the -X-direction side than the side portion 36.

[0062] The top piece 22 extends from the upper end of the bottom piece 23 in the +X direction to a position that does not extend beyond the side portion 36. The tip 24 of the top piece 22 (the tip of the hook portion 21) is positioned farther from the base end 13 of the base piece 11 than the tip 12 of the base piece 11 in the +Z direction, which is the direction from the base end 13 toward the tip 12. A tapered surface 25 is formed at the tip 24 of the top piece 22 to guide the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook portion 21. The tapered surface 25 is arranged to be inclined with respect to the X direction so as to gradually approach the guide portion 33 as it moves toward the bottom piece 23.

[0063] The bottom sheet portion 23 is arranged at a position above the top end 12 of the base sheet portion 11. Therefore, the position of the lower end 26 (end portion) of the bottom sheet portion 23 connected to the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position farther from the base end 13 than the top end 12 of the base sheet portion 11 in the +Z direction.

[0064] The continuous sheet portion 31 includes: a groove portion 32, which is formed between the continuous sheet portion 31 and the base sheet portion 11; and a guide portion 33, which connects the groove portion 32 to the hook portion 21 and guides the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 from the hook portion 21 to the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the mounting component 10 (rotation centered on the position where the top end 24 of the top sheet portion 22 abuts the frame 2).

[0065] The groove 32 includes a bottom portion 34 connected to the base 11 and side portions 36 connected to the bottom portion 34 and facing the base 11 in the X direction. The bottom portion 34 is formed along the X direction, and the side portions 36 are arranged along the Z direction. The bottom portion 34 is connected to the base 11 at its +X end and connected to the side portions 36 at its -X end. The bottom portion 34 is positioned in the Z direction relative to the base 11 closer to the top end 12 than the attachment position A of the surface material 1 in the base 11, and is positioned approximately one-third of the total Z dimension of the base 11 from the top end 12. The side portions 36 are positioned in the Z direction relative to the guide portion 33 closer to the base end 13 than the top end 12 of the base 11. Furthermore, the side portions 36 are positioned away from the base 11 in the X direction so that the X-direction width of the groove 32 is sufficient to accommodate the edge 2A of the frame 2.

[0066] In this embodiment, the guide portion 33 is formed in a straight line. As described above, the guide portion 33 is connected to the bottom sheet portion 23 of the hook portion 21 and the side portion 36 of the groove portion 32, and is inclined, for example, toward the upper right (toward the -X direction and the +Z direction) in Figure 2. The guide portion 33 is connected to the side portion 36 at an obtuse angle in the -X direction (the direction away from the base sheet 11), and is connected to the bottom sheet portion 23 at an obtuse angle in the +X direction.

[0067] The mounting member 10 has a first position P1, in which the edge 2A of the frame 2 abuts the hook 21, temporarily holding the frame 2; a second position P2, which is connected to the first position P1 and in which the edge 2A abuts the guide 33, guiding the frame 2; and a third position P3, which is connected to the second position P2 and in which the edge 2A is positioned in the groove 32, securing the frame 2. In the first position P1, the frame 2 is positioned in the bottom plate 23 of the hook 21; in the second position P2, the frame 2 is positioned in the guide 33; and in the third position P3, the frame 2 is positioned in the groove 32.

[0068] As shown in Figure 4 , when the mounting member 10 is positioned transversely relative to the edge 2A of the frame 2, the edge 2A is temporarily held in contact with the base sheet 23. In this temporary position, the tapered surface 25 formed at the tip 24 of the hook 21 functions as a guide, directing the edge 2A of the frame 2 toward the base sheet 23. Alternatively, if the edge 2A of the frame 2 is formed thicker and has a step 2B, as in Figure 3 , the tapered surface 14 formed at the tip 12 of the base sheet 11 functions as a guide, directing the step 2B toward the hook 21. Here, the edge 2A of the frame 2 is formed thicker by folding the frame 2 back. Furthermore, if the frame 2 itself has a desired thickness and is therefore thicker, the folding back of the frame 2 as described above is not necessary. In this case, the step 2B described above is not formed.

[0069] In this temporarily held state, the base end 13 of the base portion 11 rotates about the contact portion between the edge portion 2A and the hook portion 21, wrapping downward relative to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2. As a result, as shown in FIG5 , the edge portion 2A contacts the guide portion 33, leading the edge portion 2A to the groove portion 32. At this time, the tip 24 of the hook portion 21 contacts the frame 2, and this contact portion serves as the center of rotation. As a result of the rotation, the edge portion 2A slides along the guide portion 33 toward the groove portion 32 and is inserted into the groove portion 32, as shown in FIG3 .

[0070] In this manner, the mounting member 10 is mounted to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 while being rotated, thereby preventing overtravel that would temporarily create a gap in the Z direction between the edge portion 2A and the opening of the groove portion 32. Consequently, the force exerting tension on the surface material 1 mounted on the mounting member 10 is reduced, reducing the likelihood of failure in mounting the mounting member 10 to the edge portion 2A. Furthermore, since overtravel is prevented, after mounting the mounting member 10 to the edge portion 2A, play is reduced, thereby improving mounting operability.

[0071] (Second embodiment)

[0072] Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0073] In FIG. 6 , a mounting component 10B according to the second embodiment has the same structure as the mounting component 10 according to the first embodiment, except that the top end 12 of the base sheet 11 has a claw portion 15 .

[0074] The claw portion 15 protrudes in the −X direction, has an engagement surface 16 along the X direction formed on the base end 13 side, and has a tapered surface 14 extending longer than that of the mounting member 10 according to the first embodiment formed on the tip 12 side.

[0075] According to the mounting member 10B, the claw portion 15 is engaged with the step portion 2B of the frame 2 , thereby preventing the mounting member 10B from falling off from the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 .

[0076] (Third embodiment)

[0077] Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0078] 7 to 9 , the mounting member 10D according to the third embodiment has substantially the same structure as the mounting member 10 according to the first embodiment, but differs from the mounting member 10 in that the mounting member 10 does not have a structure corresponding to the hook portion 21 of the mounting member 10 .

[0079] That is, the mounting component 10D is used to install the surface material 1 on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2, and the mounting component 10D includes: a base portion 11, which has a top end 12 and a base end 13, and fixes the surface material 1; a groove portion 32, which is formed between the continuous sheet portion 31 and the base portion 11 at a position closer to the top end 12 than the mounting position A where the surface material 1 is installed in the base portion 11; a guide portion 33, which guides the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 to the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the mounting component 10D, and the groove portion 32 includes: a bottom portion 34, which is connected to the base portion 11; and a side portion 36, which is connected to the bottom portion 34 and faces the base portion 11, and the guide portion 33 is connected to the side portion 36 in a -X direction away from the base portion 11 in a manner inclined relative to the side portion 36. Furthermore, the guide portion 33 is inclined in the -X direction at an obtuse angle relative to the side portion 36, and the position where the side portion 36 is connected to the guide portion 33 is located closer to the base end 13 of the base portion 11 relative to the top end 12 of the base portion 11. Furthermore, the mounting member 10D does not have the aforementioned claw portion 15, but may alternatively have the claw portion 15.

[0080] In the thus constructed mounting component 10D, first, as shown in FIG8 , the top end 12 of the base portion 11 of the mounting component 10D, to which the surface material 1 is attached, is brought into contact with the frame 2. In this contacted state, the mounting component 10D is rotated about the contact portion, causing the guide portion 33 to rotate around the edge 2A of the frame 2. This rotation about the contact portion causes the guide portion 33 to contact the edge 2A of the frame 2, as shown in FIG9 . Next, the mounting component 10D is rotated about the contact portion where the guide portion 33 and the edge 2A contact each other. This rotation about the contact portion causes the edge 2A of the frame 2 to be moved along the guide portion 33 and positioned in the groove 32, as shown in FIG7 . In this manner, by rotating the mounting component 10 about the edge 2A of the frame 2 and attaching the surface material 1 to the edge 2A, overtravel of the mounting component 10 relative to the edge 2A can be suppressed, thereby improving mounting workability. Furthermore, since the mounting member 10D does not include the hook portion 21 , the structure can be simplified.

[0081] (Fourth embodiment)

[0082] 10 and 11 , a mounting member 10E according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is substantially similar to the mounting member 10D according to the third embodiment, but differs from the mounting member 10D in that a pressing piece 41 is connected to the upper end of the guide portion 33 .

[0083] The pressing piece 41 is formed along the +Z direction and extends from the upper end of the guide portion 33. The pressing piece 41 is arranged above the tip 12 of the base sheet 11 in the Z direction.

[0084] In the mounting component 10E, the guide portion 33 is inclined in the -X direction relative to the side portion 36 of the groove portion 32, so that the upper end of the guide portion 33 is located farther from the base portion 11 than the portion connected to the side portion 36. Furthermore, the guide portion 33 extends in the Z direction to a position above the top end 12 of the base portion 11. Therefore, the pressing piece 41 is arranged so as to be connected to the upper end of the guide portion 33 at a position above the top end 12 of the base portion 11.

[0085] First, as shown in FIG11 , the mounting component 10E is positioned transversely along the X direction, with the top end 12 of the base portion 11 laterally contacting the side surface of the frame 2 and the guide portion 33 contacting the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 from below. At this point, a gap 42 in the Z direction is formed between the pressing piece 41 and the edge portion 2A. Next, the pressing piece 41 is pressed from the outside (in this embodiment, from the bottom) to squeeze the gap 42. As the arrows in FIG11 indicate, the mounting component 10E is rotated around the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 while positioning the edge portion 2A in the groove 32. This allows the mounting component 10E to be attached to the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 with virtually no overtravel. Here, when the mounting component 10E on which the surface material 1 is mounted is mounted on the edge portion 2A, a tensile force is applied to the mounting component 10E because the surface material 1 is stretched to a certain extent. However, when the mounting component 10E is mounted on the edge portion 2A, the pressing piece 41 is pressed, thereby making it easy to apply a mounting force that overcomes the tensile force, thereby improving the operability of mounting the mounting component 10E on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 while rotating it.

[0086] Furthermore, in the mounting component 10E according to the fourth embodiment, the guide portion 33 is dimensioned so that its upper end is located above the top end 12 of the base sheet 11. However, it may also be dimensioned so that its height in the Z direction is the same as that of the top end 12 of the base sheet 11. In this case, when the mounting component 10E is positioned horizontally so that the top end 12 of the base sheet 11 abuts the side surface of the frame 2, the pressing piece 41, rather than the guide portion 33, abuts the edge 2A of the frame 2. Even when the pressing piece 41 abuts the edge 2A, the portion that presses extends from the guide portion 33, thereby improving the ease of mounting the mounting component 10E relative to the edge 2A of the frame 2, compared to the mounting component 10D without the pressing piece 41.

[0087] (Variation)

[0088] In the above embodiment, the mounting component 10 is formed elongated in the Y direction with a plurality of slits 5 , but is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 10 , the mounting component 10C may be formed short in the Y direction without the slits 5 .

[0089] In the above embodiment, the guide portion 33 is formed in a straight line, but may be formed in a curved shape, for example, may be curved in a concave shape, as long as the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided to the groove portion 32 .

[0090] In the embodiment, the position where the side portion 36 is connected to the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position close to the base end 13 of the base portion 11 relative to the top end 12 of the base portion 11, but as long as the guide portion 33 is constructed so as to guide the edge portion 2A to the groove portion 32, the position where the side portion 36 is connected to the guide portion 33 can also be arranged at a position at the same height as the top end 12, or can also be arranged at a position higher than the top end 12.

[0091] In the above embodiment, the tapered surfaces 14 and 25 are formed on the mounting member 10, but this structure may be omitted. This structure may also be omitted in the mounting members 10B, 10C, and 10D.

[0092] In the above embodiment, the object to which the mounting components 10, 10B, 10C, and 10D are attached is described as the frame 2 of an automobile seat. However, the mounting components 10, 10B, 10C, and 10D may also be attached to, for example, the frame of a seat in an electric train or airplane, or a wooden structure such as furniture. Furthermore, while the surface material 1 is described as the object to be attached, any component other than the surface material 1 may be used as the object to be attached, as long as it is attached to the structure via the mounting components 10, 10B, 10C, and 10D.

[0093] (Summary of the invention)

[0094] The mounting component of this embodiment installs the surface material 1 as the mounted body on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 as the structural body. The mounting components 10, 10B, and 10C are characterized in that they include: a base portion 11, which has a top end 12 and a base end 13 and fixes the surface material 1; a hook portion 21, which is hooked on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2; a continuous sheet portion 31, which connects the base portion 11 and the hook portion 21 at a position closer to the top end 12 than the mounting position A where the surface material 1 in the base portion 11 is installed, and the continuous sheet portion 31 includes: a groove portion 32 formed between the continuous sheet portion 31 and the base portion 11; and a guide portion 33, which connects the groove portion 32 and the hook portion 21, and guides the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 from the hook portion 21 to the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the mounting components 10, 10B, and 10C.

[0095] According to the mounting member of this embodiment, since the continuous sheet portion 31 connecting the base sheet portion 11 and the hook portion 21 includes the aforementioned guide portion 33, by hooking the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 on the hook portion 21 and rotating the mounting member 10, 10B, 10C, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided toward the groove portion 32 by the guide portion 33. Therefore, it is possible to prevent overtravel that would temporarily create a gap between the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 and the opening of the groove portion 32 in the insertion direction (Z direction) when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 is inserted into the opening of the groove portion 32, thereby improving the ease of mounting the surface material 1 on the frame 2.

[0096] In the mounting components 10, 10B, and 10C of this embodiment, the groove portion 32 includes: a bottom portion 34 connected to the base portion 11; and a side portion 36, which is connected to the bottom portion 34 and faces the base portion 11, and the guide portion 33 is connected to the side portion 36 at an obtuse angle relative to the side portion 36 in the -X direction away from the base portion 11.

[0097] According to such a configuration, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be smoothly guided from the hook portion 21 toward the groove portion 32 by the guide portion 33 during the rotation of the mounting member 10 , 10B, or 10C.

[0098] In the mounting components 10 , 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the position where the side portion 36 is connected to the guide portion 33 is located closer to the base end 13 of the base portion 11 relative to the position of the top end 12 of the base portion 11 .

[0099] According to such a structure, the following structure can be achieved: when the mounting components 10, 10B, and 10C are rotated, when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 guided by the guide portion 33 enters the groove portion 32, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided to the groove portion 32 by the portion on the top end 12 side of the base portion 11.

[0100] In the mounting components 10 , 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the tip 24 of the hook 21 is positioned farther from the base end 13 of the base piece 11 than the tip 12 of the base piece 11 in the +Z direction.

[0101] With this configuration, when edge 2A of frame 2 is hooked on hook 21 , tip 12 of base 11 is less likely to get in the way, allowing mounting components 10 , 10B, 10C to be smoothly mounted on edge 2A of frame 2 .

[0102] In the mounting components 10, 10B, and 10C of this embodiment, the position of the end portion of the hook portion 21 connected to the guide portion 33 is arranged at a position farther away from the base end 13 than the position of the top end 12 of the base portion 11 in the +Z direction from the base end 13 of the base portion 11 toward the top end 12.

[0103] With this structure, when the edge 2A of the frame 2 is hooked on the hook 21 , the top 12 of the base 11 is less likely to get in the way, and the mounting components 10 , 10B, 10C can be mounted on the edge 2A of the frame 2 more smoothly.

[0104] In the mounting members 10 , 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, a tapered surface 25 for guiding the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook 21 is formed at the tip 24 of the hook 21 .

[0105] With this configuration, by causing edge 2A of frame 2 to contact tapered surface 25 formed on tip 24 of hook 21 , hook 21 can be hooked onto edge 2A of frame 2 more smoothly than when tapered surface 25 is not formed.

[0106] In the mounting components 10 , 10B, and 10C of the present embodiment, the tapered surface 14 for guiding the edge 2A of the frame 2 into the hook 21 is formed at the tip 12 of the base portion 11 .

[0107] According to such a structure, for example, when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 is formed thicker than the portion connected to the edge portion 2A and a step portion 2B is formed between the portion and the edge portion 2A, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided to the hook portion 21 by making the conical surface 14 formed on the top end 12 of the base portion 11 touch the step portion 2B, so that the hook portion 21 can be smoothly hooked on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.

[0108] In the mounting component 10B of the present embodiment, the claw portion 15 that protrudes toward the groove portion 32 is formed at the tip 12 of the base portion 11 .

[0109] With this configuration, when edge 2A of frame 2 is formed thick and has step 2B, engagement of claw 15 with step 2B can suppress fall-off of mounting member 10B from edge 2A of frame 2 .

[0110] In the mounting components 10, 10B, and 10C of this embodiment, there are: a first position P1, in which the edge 2A of the frame 2 abuts against the hook 21 and becomes a temporarily held state; a second position P2, which is connected to the first position P1 and in which the edge 2A of the frame 2 abuts against the guide portion 33 and becomes a guiding state; and a third position P3, which is connected to the second position P2 and in which the edge 2A of the frame 2 is arranged in the groove 32 and becomes an installed state.

[0111] With this configuration, the edge 2A of the frame 2 temporarily held at the first position P1 can be guided at the second position P2 and arranged in the groove 32 at the third position P3 .

[0112] In addition, the mounting components 10D and 10E of this embodiment are used to mount the surface material 1 as a mounted body on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 as a structural body. The mounting components 10D and 10E include: a base portion 11, which has a top end 12 and a base end 13 and fixes the surface material 1; a groove portion 32, which is formed between the continuous sheet portion 31 and the base portion 11 at a position in the base portion 11 that is closer to the top end 12 than the mounting position A where the surface material 1 is mounted; and a guide portion 33, which guides the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 to the groove portion 32 during the rotation of the mounting components 10D and 10E, the groove portion 32 including: a bottom portion 34, which is connected to the base portion 11; and a side portion 36, which is connected to the bottom portion 34 and faces the base portion 11, and the guide portion 33 is connected to the side portion 36 in a manner inclined relative to the side portion 36 in the -X direction away from the base portion 11.

[0113] According to the mounting members 10D and 10E of this embodiment, since they include the inclined guide portion 33 as described above, the edge 2A of the frame 2 can be guided toward the groove portion 32 by causing the edge 2A of the frame 2 to abut against the guide portion 33 and rotating the mounting members 10D and 10E. Therefore, overtravel, which would temporarily create a gap between the edge 2A of the frame 2 and the opening of the groove portion 32 in the insertion direction (Z direction) when the edge 2A of the frame 2 is inserted into the opening of the groove portion 32, can be avoided, thereby improving the ease of attaching the surface material 1 to the frame 2. Furthermore, before causing the edge 2A of the frame 2 to abut against the guide portion 33 and rotating the mounting members 10D and 10E, the edge 2A of the frame 2 can be easily abutted against the guide portion 33 by causing the top end 12 of the base sheet 11 to abut against the frame and rotating the mounting members 10D and 10E.

[0114] In the mounting components 10D and 10E of the present embodiment, the guide portion 33 is connected to the side portion 36 at an obtuse angle in the −X direction away from the base sheet 11 .

[0115] According to such a configuration, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be smoothly guided toward the groove portion 32 by the guide portion 33 during the rotation of the mounting members 10D and 10E.

[0116] In the mounting components 10D and 10E of the present embodiment, the position where the side portion 36 is connected to the guide portion 33 is arranged closer to the base end 13 of the base portion 11 relative to the position of the top end 12 of the base portion 11 .

[0117] According to such a structure, the following structure can be formed: when the mounting components 10D and 10E are rotated, when the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 guided by the guide portion 33 enters the groove portion 32, the edge portion 2A of the frame 2 can be guided to the groove portion 32 by the portion on the top end 12 side of the base portion 11.

[0118] The mounting member 10E of the present embodiment includes a pressing piece 41 extending from the guide portion 33 , and the pressing piece 41 is arranged above the position of the front end 12 of the base sheet 11 .

[0119] According to this structure, by providing the pressing piece 41 at the aforementioned position, the ease of attaching the mounting member 10E to the edge 2A of the frame 2 while rotating it can be improved by pressing the pressing piece 41, compared to the case of using a mounting member without the pressing piece 41. Therefore, for example, even if a strong tensile force is applied to the mounting member 10E from the surface material 1, the pressing piece 41 can be pressed to easily apply an attachment force that overcomes the tensile force, thereby making it easier to attach the mounting member 10E to the edge 2A of the frame 2.

[0120] In the mounting component 10E of this embodiment, the guide portion 33 is connected to the side portion 36 in a manner inclined relative to the side portion 36 in the -X direction away from the base portion 11, and extends to a position higher than the top end 12 of the base portion 11, and the pressing piece 41 is connected to the guide portion 33 at a position higher than the top end 12 of the base portion 11.

[0121] According to such a structure, by setting the top end 12 of the base portion 11 of the installation component 10E arranged horizontally along the Z direction to abut against the side surface of the frame 2 and the guide portion 33 to abut against the edge portion 2A of the frame 2, a gap 42 is formed between the pressing piece 41 and the edge portion 2A, and the pressing piece 41 is pressed from the outside in a manner of squeezing the gap 42, thereby making it easy to install the installation component 10E on the edge portion 2A while rotating, thereby forming a structure that makes it easier to install the installation component 10E on the edge portion 2A of the frame 2.

[0122] In the mounting components 10D and 10E of the present embodiment, the claw portion 15 (see FIG. 6 ) that protrudes toward the groove portion 32 may be formed on the tip 12 of the base sheet portion 11 .

[0123] With this configuration, when edge 2A of frame 2 is formed thick and has step 2B, engagement of claw 15 with step 2B can suppress fall-off of mounting member 10B from edge 2A of frame 2 .
