Figure 1 In the text, the left and right directions are referred to as the width direction or the Y direction, the left direction is referred to as one side of the width direction or the "+Y direction", and the right direction is referred to as the other side of the width direction or the "-Y direction". Figure 1In the diagram, the up-down direction is referred to as the longitudinal direction or the Z direction, the upper direction is referred to as the upper side or the "+Z direction", and the lower direction is referred to as the lower side or the "-Z direction". In addition, the direction in which the window glass is raised is sometimes referred to as the up-down direction (Z direction), the direction in which the window glass rises is referred to as the "+Z direction", and the direction in which the window glass falls is referred to as the "-Z direction".
[0016] The window regulator 1 is supported by a door panel (not shown) of a vehicle. The window regulator 1 is a mechanism for moving a window glass (not shown) as a moving object up and down.
[0017] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the window regulator 1 mainly includes a guide rail 31 , a carrier plate 32 , an ascending cable 33 , a descending cable 34 , and a driving unit 35 .
[0018] The guide rail 31 is provided along the window glass lifting direction (Z direction) and is a member for guiding the carrier plate 32 in the window glass lifting direction. The guide rail 31 extends substantially along the vehicle vertical direction (Z direction) and is specifically provided to be slightly inclined relative to the mounted window glass (not shown).
[0019] Figure 3 3 is a perspective view of a carrier plate 32 mounted on the guide rail 31. The carrier plate 32 is a component that holds the lower end of the window glass and engages with the guide rail 31 to be slidably guided in the lifting direction of the window glass. The carrier plate 32 is lifted and lowered along the edge of the guide rail 31. The structure of the carrier plate 32 will be described in detail later.
[0020] An upper cable guide 45 (see FIG. 4 ) is provided at the upper end of the guide rail 31 as a direction changing member for changing the moving direction of the ascending cable 33 . Figure 1 ).
[0021] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, a driving unit 35 for winding and releasing the ascending cable 33 and the descending cable 34 is provided at the lower end of the guide rail 31. The driving unit 35 includes a reel housing 51, a reel (not shown) and a driving motor 56. The reel housing 51 is mounted on the lower end of the guide rail 31 to fix the guide rail 31 to a door panel (not shown) of the vehicle.
[0022] The reel case 51 rotatably supports the reel. The drive motor 56 is integrally mounted on the reel case 51 and rotationally drives the reel in both forward and reverse directions.
[0023] The ascending cable 33 and the descending cable 34 are components for pulling the carrier plate 32 in the vertical direction (Z direction), and a known cable made by twisting a plurality of metal wires or resin fiber wires can be used. One end of the ascending cable 33 is connected to the carrier plate 32, is hung around the upper cable guide 45, and the other end is connected to the drum. One end of the descending cable 34 is connected to the carrier plate 32, and the other end is connected to the drum.
[0024] The driving unit 35 drives the motor 56 to rotate the winding drum, thereby winding and unwinding the ascending cable 33 and the descending cable 34 .
[0025] Figure 4 This is a forward view when the carrier is viewed from the other side in the thickness direction. The ends of the ascending cable 33 and the descending cable 34 are provided with respective terminals 33a and 34a. The terminals 33a and 34a are formed, for example, by die-casting of a metal material, and have a base end portion for mounting one end of the ascending cable 33 or the descending cable 34 and a flange portion having an outer diameter larger than that of the base end portion. The base end portion is formed in a cylindrical shape or a truncated cone shape, and one end of the ascending cable 33 or the descending cable 34 is fixed thereto by casting, riveting, bonding, welding, bolting, or other methods.
[0026] The coil spring 85 and the coil spring 87 are attached to the terminal 33a and the terminal 34a, respectively. The coil spring 85 and the coil spring 87 are biasing members for biasing the terminal 33a and the terminal 34a in the direction of eliminating the slack of the ascending cable 33 and the descending cable 34.
[0027] (2) Guide rail
[0028] The guide rail 31 is gently curved in accordance with the curvature of the window glass of the automobile and is made of, for example, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or other hard materials.
[0029] exist Figure 1 The front view of the guide rail 31 depicted shows a U-shaped cross section C obtained by viewing the guide rail 31 from above. The guide rail 31 includes a base 37, a side wall 38a, a side wall 38b, a flange 39a, and a flange 39b. The base 37 has a predetermined length in the width direction (Y direction) and extends in the up-down direction (Z direction). The side wall 38a is located at an end portion of one end side (+Y direction) of the base 37 in the width direction, and is erected from the long side of the base 37 along the length direction (Z direction) of the base 37. The side wall 38b is located at an end portion of the other end side (-Y direction) of the base 37 in the width direction, and is erected from the long side of the base 37 along the length direction (Z direction) of the base 37.
[0030] The flange portion 39 a is bent at a right angle from the side wall portion 38 a , and extends in parallel with the base portion 37 toward one end side in the width direction (+Y direction).
[0031] The flange portion 39 b is bent at a right angle from the side wall portion 38 b , and extends in parallel with the base portion 37 toward the other end side in the width direction (−Y direction).
[0032] (3) Roll housing
[0033] The reel housing 51 has a main body 51a (see Figure 1 ), the main body 51a has an engaging portion engaged with the guide rail 31 and a cylindrical reel accommodating portion. A cylindrical recessed portion for accommodating the reel is formed in the main body 51a. An ascending side cable lead-out groove 57 and a descending side cable lead-out groove 59 are formed in the main body 51a, and the ascending side cable lead-out groove 57 and the descending side cable lead-out groove 59 are used to allow the ascending side cable 33 and the descending side cable 34 to pass through the recessed portion and be led out to the outside.
[0034] (4) Structure of carrier board
[0035] Next, refer to Figure 4 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 The structure of the carrier plate 32 in this embodiment will be described. Figure 5 This is a view when the carrier plate 32 is viewed from above. Figure 6 It is a diagram showing a part of the structure of the carrier plate 32 in this embodiment.
[0036] like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the carrier plate 32 has a main body 32a. The main body 32a is a base and may be any part as long as it forms other structures.
[0037] The main body 32a has a surface 32b, a surface 32c, an upper edge portion 32d, a lower edge portion 32e, a one side edge portion 32f, and a other side edge portion 32g.
[0038] The surface 32 b is a surface of the main body 32 a that is located on one side in the thickness direction (+X direction), and the surface 32 c faces the other side in the thickness direction (−X direction).
[0039] The upper edge portion 32d is an edge of the outer peripheral edge of the main body 32a, which is located on the upper side (+Z direction) and extends from the end portion located on one side (+Y direction) in the width direction to the other side (-Y direction) in the width direction. The lower edge portion 32e is an edge of the outer peripheral edge of the main body 32a, which is located on the lower side (-Z direction) and extends from the end portion located on one side (+Y direction) in the width direction to the other side (-Y direction) in the width direction.
[0040] The one side edge portion 32f is an edge located on one side in the width direction (+Y direction) of the outer peripheral edge of the main body 32a and extending in an oblique direction from the end located on the upper side (+Z direction) toward the lower direction (-Z direction) toward the other side in the width direction (-Y direction).
[0041] The other side edge 32g is an edge located on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) and extending in an oblique direction from the end located on the upper side (+Z direction) toward the lower direction (-Z direction) toward one side in the width direction (+Y direction) among the outer peripheral edges of the main body 32a. The edge located on the upper side (+Z direction), the edge located in the center of the vertical direction (Z direction), and the edge located on the lower side (-Z direction) of the other side edge 32g are respectively referred to as edge 32g1, edge 32g2, and edge 32g3.
[0042] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown, mounting portions 71 and 73 are provided on the surface 32b side. The mounting portions 71 and 73 are provided for a bracket 91 (see Figure 6 ) is installed. The bracket 91 is a plate with a predetermined thickness, and is set to have an outer shape corresponding to the bracket to be installed. In this embodiment, it has an outer shape of an inverted trapezoid. Figure 6 In the periphery of the inverted trapezoidal shape shown, Figure 6 As shown in the figure, the periphery located on the upper side (+Z direction), the periphery located on the lower side (-Z direction), the periphery located on one side in the width direction (+Y direction), and the periphery located on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) are respectively referred to as the upper periphery 911, the lower periphery 912, the one side periphery 913, and the other side periphery 914. In addition, the mounting portions 71 and 73 will be described in detail later.
[0043] like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the guide groove 75, the anti-rotation claw 77, the elastic claw 78, the ascending side terminal bracket 79 and the descending side terminal bracket 81 are respectively provided on the surface 32c side.
[0044] The guide groove 75 is disposed at the center portion in the width direction (Y direction). The guide groove 75 is provided for the side wall portion 38a (see Figure 1 ) and flange 39a (refer to Figure 1 ) sliding groove. The cross-sectional shape of the side wall portion 38a and the flange 39a in the XY plane is L-shaped. As a result, the central portion of the carrier plate 32 located in the middle of the width direction is unlikely to shake in the thickness direction (X direction) and the width direction (Y direction) relative to the side wall portion 38a and the flange 39a.
[0045] The anti-rotation claw 77 is arranged at the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) of the guide groove 75. The anti-rotation claw 77 prevents the carrier plate 32 from rotating around the guide groove 75. The elastic claw 78 is arranged between the guide groove 75 and the anti-rotation claw 77 in the width direction (Y direction). The elastic claw 78 extends from the surface 32c provided on the other side in the thickness direction (-X direction) of the main body 32a toward the other side in the thickness direction (-X direction) toward the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) in an inclined direction.
[0046] The elastic claw 78 has elasticity. Therefore, when the elastic claw 78 is bent to one side in the thickness direction (+X direction) due to external force, for example, it has a restoring force to return to the other side in the thickness direction (-X direction). The elastic claw 78 contacts the surface of the flange 39a located on one side in the thickness direction (+X direction). In addition, the anti-rotation claw 77 contacts the surface of the flange 39a located on the other side in the thickness direction (-X direction). Therefore, the end of the carrier plate 32 on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) is less likely to shake in the thickness direction (X direction) relative to the flange 39a.
[0047] That is, when the carrier plate 32 is assembled to the guide rail 31, the guide groove 75 allows the flange 39a of the guide rail 31 to slide. The groove (gap) provided between the anti-rotation claw 77 and the elastic claw 78 allows the flange 39b of the guide rail 31 to slide.
[0048] (Details of the mounting portion 71)
[0049] Next, refer to Figure 3 and Figure 5 , the details of the mounting portion 71 to which the bracket 91 is mounted will be described. The mounting portion 71 is arranged in a region on one side in the width direction (+Y direction) and on the upper side (+Z direction) of the surface 32b.
[0050] The mounting portion 71 has walls 711 , 712 , 713 , 714 and ribs 721 , 722 .
[0051] The wall 711 is a wall extending along the YZ plane, and has a hole 711 a and a hole 711 b .
[0052] The hole 711a is located on one side (+Y direction) and on the lower side (-Z direction) in the width direction of the region where the mounting portion 71 is disposed, and is a hole that penetrates the wall 711 in the thickness direction (X direction), and is a hole having a predetermined inner peripheral shape. The peripheral edge of the hole 711a located on the upper side (+Z direction), the peripheral edge located on the lower side, the peripheral edge located on one side in the width direction, and the peripheral edge located on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) are respectively referred to as an upper peripheral edge 711a1, a lower peripheral edge 711a2, a one side peripheral edge 711a3, and a other side peripheral edge 711a4.
[0053] The hole 711 b is located substantially at the center of the region where the mounting portion 71 is arranged, penetrates the wall 711 in the thickness direction (X direction), and is a hole through which a bolt (not shown) for fastening the bracket 91 to the wall 711 is inserted.
[0054] The wall 712 is a wall that is arranged away from the wall 711 toward one side in the thickness direction (+X direction) by a predetermined length (a length corresponding to the thickness of the bracket 91) and extends along the YZ plane, and has an outer peripheral shape corresponding to the inner peripheral shape of the hole 711a. The peripheral edge of the wall 712 located on the upper side (+Z direction), the peripheral edge located on the lower side, the peripheral edge located on one side in the width direction, and the peripheral edge located on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) are respectively referred to as an upper peripheral edge 7121, a lower peripheral edge 7122, a one side peripheral edge 7123, and a other side peripheral edge 7124.
[0055] The wall 713 is a wall that stands from the one side peripheral edge 711 a 3 toward the one side peripheral edge 7123 in a manner that closes the gap between the one side peripheral edge 711 a 3 and the one side peripheral edge 7123 .
[0056] The wall 714 is a wall that stands from the lower peripheral edge 711 a 2 toward the lower peripheral edge 7122 so as to close the gap between the lower peripheral edge 711 a 2 and the lower peripheral edge 7122 .
[0057] The rib 721 is a convex line extending from an end portion of the wall 714 located on the other side in the width direction (−Y direction) toward the other side in the width direction and protruding from the wall 711 side toward one side in the thickness direction (+X direction).
[0058] The rib 722 is a convex line extending from the end of the rib 721 on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) upward (+Z direction) toward the other side in the width direction and protruding from the wall 711 side toward one side in the thickness direction (+X direction).
[0059] As described above, the wall 711 and the wall 712 are walls extending in the YZ direction, and the wall 712 is arranged away from the wall 711 to one side in the thickness direction (+X direction) by a predetermined length (a length corresponding to the thickness of the bracket 91). Thus, the wall 711 and the wall 712 restrict movement of the bracket 91 (window glass) in the thickness direction (X direction).
[0060] When viewed from the thickness direction side (+X direction), the wall 713, the wall 714, the rib 721 and the rib 722 have the same shape as the bracket 91. Figure 6The shapes of the one side periphery 913, the lower side periphery 912 and the other side periphery 914 shown correspond to each other. Thus, the wall 713, the wall 714, the rib 721 and the rib 722 respectively restrict the movement of the bracket 91 (window glass) in the width direction (Y direction), and also restrict the movement of the bracket 91 (window glass) to the lower side (-Z direction).
[0061] (Details of the mounting portion 73)
[0062] Next, refer to Figure 3 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 The details of the mounting portion 73 to which the bracket 91 is mounted will be described. The mounting portion 73 is disposed in a region on the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) and on the upper side (+Z direction) of the surface 32b.
[0063] The mounting portion 73 includes walls 731 , 732 , 733 , ribs 741 , 742 , and a guide portion 743 .
[0064] The wall 731 is a wall extending along the YZ plane, and has a hole 731 a and a hole 731 b .
[0065] like Figure 6 As shown, the hole 731a is located on the other side (-Y direction) and the lower side (-Z direction) in the width direction of the region where the mounting portion 73 is arranged, and is a hole that penetrates the wall 731 in the thickness direction (X direction), and is a hole having a predetermined inner peripheral shape. The inner peripheral shape is a fan-shaped shape, and the straight edge located on one side (+Y direction) in the width direction, the straight edge located on the other side (-Y direction) in the width direction, and the arc-shaped edge located on the upper side (+Z direction) of the fan-shaped edge are respectively referred to as edge 731a1, edge 731a2, and edge 731a3.
[0066] The hole 731 b is located substantially at the center of the region where the mounting portion 73 is arranged, penetrates the wall 731 in the thickness direction (X direction), and is a hole through which a bolt (not shown) for fastening the bracket 91 to the wall 731 is inserted.
[0067] The wall 732 is a wall that is arranged away from the wall 731 to one side in the thickness direction (+X direction) by a predetermined length (a length corresponding to the thickness of the bracket 91) and extends along the YZ plane, and has an outer peripheral shape corresponding to the inner peripheral shape of the hole 731a. The edge corresponding to the edge 731a1, the edge corresponding to the edge 731a2, and the edge corresponding to the edge 731a3 in the outer shape are respectively referred to as the edge 7321, the edge 7322, and the edge 7323.
[0068] The wall 733 is a wall that rises from the edge 731a2 toward the edge 7322 in a manner that blocks the gap between the edge 731a2 and the edge 7322. The wall 733 has a predetermined wall thickness in the width direction (Y direction), and extends in an oblique direction toward the downward direction (-Z direction) toward one side of the width direction (+Y direction). The end 7331 of the wall 733 located in the downward direction extends to the same position as the end portions located in the downward direction of the edge 731a2 and the edge 7322. The end portion 7332 of the wall 733 located in the upward direction (+Z direction) extends in an oblique direction toward the upward direction toward the other side of the width direction (-Y direction) than the end portions located in the upward direction of the edge 731a2 and the edge 7322.
[0069] The end portion 7332 has an inclined surface 734 that is inclined toward the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) toward the downward direction (-Z direction). In other words, the inclined surface 734 is inclined toward the other side in the width direction (-Y direction), that is, toward the guide portion 743 .
[0070] The rib 741 is a convex strip extending obliquely from an end portion of the wall 731 located on one side in the width direction (+Y direction) and in the upper direction (+Z direction) toward the lower direction (-Z direction) toward the other side in the width direction (-Y direction), and protruding from the wall 731 side toward one side in the thickness direction (+X direction).
[0071] The rib 742 is a convex line extending from the end of the rib 741 on the other side in the width direction (−Y direction) to the other side in the width direction, has an extended end 7421 , and protrudes from the wall 731 side toward one side in the thickness direction (+X direction).
[0072] As described above, the wall 731 and the wall 732 are walls extending in the YZ direction, and the wall 732 is arranged away from the wall 731 to one side in the thickness direction (+X direction) by a predetermined length (a length corresponding to the thickness of the bracket 91). Thus, the wall 731 and the wall 732 respectively restrict the movement of the bracket 91 (window glass) in the thickness direction (X direction).
[0073] When viewed from one side in the thickness direction (+X direction), the wall 733, the ribs 741, and the ribs 742 have shapes corresponding to the shapes of the one side periphery 913, the lower side periphery 912, and the other side periphery 914 of the bracket 91. Thus, the wall 733, the ribs 741, and the ribs 742 restrict the bracket 91 (window glass) from moving in the width direction (Y direction) and restrict the bracket 91 (window glass) from moving downward (-Z direction). In other words, the wall 733, the ribs 741, and the ribs 742 restrict the mounting position of the bracket 91.
[0074] The ribs 741 and 742 guide water falling along one side peripheral edge 913 of the bracket 91 downward.
[0075] The structure of the carrier plate 32 in this embodiment enables water falling along one side peripheral edge 913 to flow along a predetermined path.
[0076] The guide portion 743 is arranged on the edge portion 32g1 of the other side edge portion 32g, which is located on the upper side (+Z direction). When viewed from the thickness direction (X direction), the end portion 32g11 of the edge portion 32g1, which is located on the upper side (+Z direction), overlaps with the other side peripheral edge 914 of the bracket 91. The side edge 32g12 of the edge portion 32g1 extends from the end portion 32g11 toward the guide portion 743 in the downward direction (-Z direction), and is connected to the end portion 7431 of the guide portion 743, which is located on the upper side (+Z direction). As a result, the water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 flows down along the side edge 32g12. That is, the side edge 32g12 constitutes a predetermined path. The guide portion 743 guides the water flowing down along the side edge 32g12 further downward.
[0077] The guide portion 743 is a flange that stands upright from the wall 731 side toward one side in the thickness direction (+X direction). The guide portion 743 is arranged at a position away from the wall 733 toward the other side in the width direction (-Y direction) by a predetermined distance. The guide portion 743 extends in an inclined direction from the end portion 7431 located in the upper direction (+Z direction) toward the lower direction (-Z direction) toward one side in the width direction (+Y direction). As described above, the wall 733 extends in an inclined direction toward the lower direction (-Z direction) toward one side in the width direction (+Y direction). As a result, a flow path 744 having a predetermined width is formed between the wall 733 and the guide portion 743. The flow path 744 allows water falling along the side edge 32g12 to flow between the wall 733 and the guide portion 743. That is, the flow path 744 constitutes a predetermined path.
[0078] The side edge 32g12 is provided with a notch 745 which is notched in an arc shape at a position on the upstream side (upward direction) of the flow path 744 so that a water flow under the water flow remains.
[0079] The guide portion 743 has an outlet forming portion 746 at a position away from the end portion 7331 of the wall 733 in the downward direction (-Z direction) by a predetermined distance, and the outlet forming portion 746 is bent from the other side in the width direction (-Y direction). The guide portion 743 extends in an inclined direction from the position where the outlet forming portion 746 is arranged toward the downward direction (-Z direction) toward one side in the width direction (+Y direction).
[0080] The end portion 7421 of the rib portion 742 is bent downward (in the −Z direction). The end portion 7421 has an outlet forming portion 747. The outlet forming portion 747 is disposed at a position away from the outlet forming portion 746 in the width direction (in the +Y direction) by a predetermined distance.
[0081] The wall 733 has a merging area 731 c partially surrounded by an end 7421 (outlet forming portion 747 ) of the rib 742 , an end 7331 of the wall 733 located in the downward direction (−Z direction), and an outlet forming portion 746 of the guide portion 743 .
[0082] By the above structure, the water falling along the other side periphery 914 of the bracket 91 flows along the side edge 32g12, the guide part 743 and the flow path 744, merges in the confluence area 731c, and flows down through the gap (outlet) provided between the outlet forming part 746 and the outlet forming part 747. That is, the side edge 32g12, the guide part 743, the flow path 744, the confluence area 731c and the gap (outlet) form a prescribed path. In addition, the water falling along the one side periphery 913 of the bracket 91 flows along the ribs 741 and the ribs 742, merges in the confluence area 731c, and flows down through the gap (outlet). That is, the ribs 741, the ribs 742 and the gap (outlet) form a prescribed path. Thus, it is easy to make the rainwater falling along the one side periphery 913 and the other side periphery 914 flow along the prescribed path, so that, for example, it is difficult for the rainwater to hit the yoke of the drive motor 56. Specifically, the water flowing down through the gap (outlet) is guided to one side in the width direction along the walls provided at 32 g and 32 e , and is discharged to the side opposite to the side provided with the yoke 56 across the guide rail 31 .
[0083] (Comparative Example)
[0084] Next, refer to Figure 7 The structure of the carrier plate 320 in the comparative example will be described. Figure 7 1 is a diagram showing a part of the structure of a carrier plate 320 in a comparative example. In the description of the comparative example, the structure different from the present embodiment is mainly described, and the same structure is denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0085] Figure 6 The carrier plate 32 in the illustrated embodiment has the wall 733 . In contrast, the carrier plate 320 in the comparative example does not have the wall 733 .
[0086] In addition, the wall 733 in this embodiment is farther away from the guide portion 743 by a predetermined distance in the width direction (+Y direction), and a flow path 744 is formed between the wall 733 and the guide portion 743. In contrast, the carrier plate 320 in the comparative example has the guide portion 743 but does not have the wall 733 and does not form the flow path 744.
[0087] Therefore, in the carrier board 320 in the comparative example, Figure 7As shown, part of the rainwater falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 of the bracket 91 does not enter the guide portion 743 , but falls from the carrier plate 320 to the other side in the width direction (−Y direction).
[0088] In contrast, the carrier plate 32 in the present embodiment is formed with a flow path 744, so that rainwater falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 can flow in the flow path 744. Conventionally, if the mounting position of the bracket 91 is close to the other side in the width direction, the flow path becomes narrow and rainwater overflows from the flow path, but in the present embodiment, the flow path can be reliably ensured by positioning the bracket 91, so that rainwater can be prevented from overflowing.
[0089] In addition, the carrier plate 32 in the present embodiment has the ribs 741 and 742. In contrast, the carrier plate 320 in the comparative example does not have the ribs 741 and 742.
[0090] Thus, in the carrier plate 320 in the comparative example, rainwater falling along the one side peripheral edge 913 of the bracket 91 cannot flow along a predetermined path. In contrast, the carrier plate 32 in this embodiment has the ribs 741 and 742, so rainwater falling along the one side peripheral edge 913 can flow along a predetermined path.
[0091] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, the upper edge portion 32d of the carrier plate 32 in the above embodiment is a substantially horizontal surface, but an inclined portion may be provided on the upper edge portion 32d, the inclined portion being inclined toward the side where the guide portion 743 is provided.
[0092] Below, use Figure 8 to Figure 10 This inclined portion will be described in detail. Figure 8 is a perspective view of the carrier plate 32 having the inclined portion 800 . Fig. 9 It is a side view of the upper edge portion 32d where the inclined portion 800 is formed. Fig. 9 This is a diagram of the upper edge portion 32 d viewed from the other side in the width direction of the carrier plate 32 (−Y direction).
[0093] like Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, an inclined portion 800 and a surface 801 provided between the inclined portion 800 and the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32 d are formed on the upper edge portion 32 d of the carrier plate 32 .
[0094] The upper side edge 32d is Figure 6 The end portion of one side of the window glass is disposed at the mounting portion 73 to which the bracket 91 is mounted. The surface 801 intersects substantially perpendicularly with the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32d on one side and intersects with the inclined surface 800 on the other side.
[0095] Furthermore, the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32d serves as a surface on which a part of the bracket 91 is placed. Fig. 9 In FIG. 1 , the bracket 91 placed on the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32 d is indicated by a dotted line.
[0096] By providing the inclined portion 800 inclined toward the side where the guide portion 743 is provided on the upper edge portion 32 d , water falling along the surface of the bracket 91 can flow along a predetermined path formed by the ribs 741 , 742 and the guide portion 743 .
[0097] Furthermore, since a flat surface on which a part of the holder 91 is placed is provided at the upper edge portion 32 d , the carrier plate 32 can stably support the holder 91 .
[0098] Furthermore, when the bracket 91 holding the window glass is attached to the carrier plate 32 from the upper side (+Z direction), the carrier plate 32 is located in the middle portion of the guide rail 31 .
[0099] In this case, through the ascending cable 33, Figure 1 The portion of the carrier plate 32 shown in the figure that is on the left side (+Y direction) of the guide rail 31 is pulled to the back side (-X direction) of the paper surface, and the carrier plate 32 is aligned with the guide groove 75 (see Figure 5 ) The mating part is the axis, and it rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the bottom (-Z direction).
[0100] Therefore, the mounting portion 71 on the left side (+Y direction) of the carrier plate 32 moves to the back side (−X direction) of the paper, and the mounting portion 73 on the right side (−Y direction) moves to the front side (+X direction) of the paper.
[0101] In such a situation, if the bracket 91 is mounted on the mounting portion 73 of the carrier plate 32 from above (in the +Z direction), the bottom of the bracket 91 contacts the upper edge 32 d of the carrier plate 32 , making it difficult to mount the bracket 91 .
[0102] In contrast, if the upper edge 32 d is provided with the inclined portion 800 , the bottom of the bracket 91 is smoothly guided to a predetermined position of the mounting portion 73 of the carrier 32 by the inclined portion 800 , so that the bracket 91 can be easily mounted even if the carrier 32 is rotated.
[0103] In addition, if Fig. 9 As shown, by forming a surface 801 that intersects the flat surface of the upper side edge 32d approximately perpendicularly, the area of the flat surface of the upper side edge 32d and the area of the inclined portion 800 can be prevented from being reduced, and the bottom of the bracket 91 can be guided more smoothly to the specified position of the mounting portion 73 of the carrier 32 via the inclined portion 800.
[0104] In addition, Figure 8 and Fig. 9In the description, the case where the surface 801 is formed on the upper edge portion 32d of the carrier plate 32 is described, but the surface 801 is not necessarily required. Fig.10 It is a side view of the upper edge portion 32d without a surface 801 intersecting substantially perpendicularly with the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32d. Fig.10 This is a diagram of the upper edge portion 32 d viewed from the other side in the width direction of the carrier plate 32 .
[0105] Fig.10 The illustrated sloped portion 800 intersects the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32 d on one side and intersects the wall 731 of the mounting portion 73 on the other side.
[0106] Even with such a structure, water falling along the surface of the bracket 91 can flow along a predetermined path formed by the ribs 741, 742 and the guide 743. In addition, even if the carrier plate 32 is rotated about the guide rail 31, the bracket 91 can be easily installed.
[0107] In addition, Figure 8 to Figure 10 In the above description, the case where the inclined portion 800 is provided on the upper edge portion 32d located on the mounting portion 73 side of the mounting portion 71 and the mounting portion 73 is described, but the same inclined portion may be provided on the upper edge portion 32d located on the mounting portion 71 side. In addition, the same inclined portion may be provided on both the upper edge portion 32d located on the mounting portion 71 side and the upper edge portion 32d located on the mounting portion 73 side.
[0108] However, as described above, the carrier plate 32 rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the bottom (−Z direction) about the guide rail 31 , and therefore, it is preferable to provide the inclined portion 800 at least on the upper edge portion 32 d located on the mounting portion 73 side.
[0109] Moreover, in Figure 8 to Figure 10 In the embodiment, the inclined portion 800 is a plane, but the inclined portion 800 may be a convex surface or a concave surface. However, if the inclined portion 800 is a plane or a concave surface, the bottom of the bracket 91 can be stably guided to the specified position of the mounting portion 73 of the carrier plate 32, which is more preferable.
[0110] The carrier plate 32 in the above-mentioned present embodiment is a carrier plate for window glass to be installed via the bracket 91 and to slide on the guide rail 31, and comprises: a mounting portion 73 for mounting the bracket 91; a guide portion 743, which is arranged on the other side of the mounting portion 73, and guides water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 of the bracket 91 downward; and a wall 733, which is arranged at a position away from a predetermined distance to one side in the width direction (+Y direction) from the guide portion 743 and limits the installation position of the bracket 91. The carrier plate 32 is configured to allow water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 to flow in a flow path 744 arranged between the guide portion 743 and the wall 733.
[0111] With the above configuration, since the flow path 744 is formed between the guide portion 743 and the wall 733 that is separated from the guide portion 743 by a predetermined distance to one side in the width direction, water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 of the bracket 91 can flow through the flow path 744 .
[0112] In the carrier plate 32 in the above embodiment, the wall 733 has the inclined surface 734 inclined toward the guide portion 743. Thus, when water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 of the bracket 91 reaches the wall 733, the inclined surface 734 guides the water toward the guide portion 743, so that the water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 can flow toward the guide portion 743.
[0113] In addition, the carrier plate 32 in the above embodiment is further provided with ribs 741 and 742 on the side of the mounting portion 73 opposite to the side on which the wall 733 is provided, and the ribs 741 and 742 guide water falling along the one side peripheral edge 913 of the bracket 91 opposite to the other side peripheral edge 914 downward. Thus, the water falling along the one side peripheral edge 913 can flow along a predetermined path.
[0114] In addition, in the carrier plate 32 of the above-mentioned embodiment, one end of the rib 742 extends toward the guide portion 743, and a confluence region 731c is formed at the outlet of the flow path 744 formed between the wall 733 and the guide portion 743. The confluence region 731c is partially surrounded by the front end of the rib 742, the wall 733, and the guide portion 743. The water flowing out of the flow path 744 and the water guided by the rib 742 merge in the confluence region 731c, and the confluence region 731c allows the merged water to flow downward along the guide portion 743 from the front end of the rib 742 and the guide portion 743. Thus, the water flowing along the rib 742 and the water flowing through the guide portion 743 can be merged in the confluence region 731c. In addition, the water potential of the water transmitted in the flow path 744 can be maintained, and the drainage route of the water flowing along the rib 742 from one side in the width direction is also shared, so that the water can be drained simply and effectively. In addition, since the merging area 731c is provided below the wall 733 and close to the other side in the width direction, there is no need to change the configuration of the descending side terminal bracket 81 and the like, and the layout of the descending side terminal bracket 81 and the like becomes easy.
[0115] In addition, the carrier plate 32 in the above embodiment is provided with a cutout portion 745 formed by leaving a portion of the flow path on the upstream side of the flow path 744 formed between the wall 733 and the guide portion 743 and cutting out. Thus, water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 of the bracket 91 moves toward the upstream side of the flow path 744 along the cutout portion 745 and passes through the flow path 744, so that the water falling along the other side peripheral edge 914 can flow in the flow path 744.
[0116] In addition, in the carrier plate 32 of the above-described embodiment, the upper edge portion 32d of the mounting portion 73 on the side where the window glass is mounted has an inclined surface 800, and the inclined surface 800 is inclined toward the side provided with the guide portion 743. Thus, water falling along the surface of the bracket 91 can flow along a predetermined path formed by the ribs 741, 742 and the guide portion 743. In addition, even if the carrier plate 32 is rotated about the guide rail 31 as an axis, the bracket 91 can be easily mounted.
[0117] In addition, in the carrier plate 32 in the above-described embodiment, the upper edge portion 32d has a flat surface on which a part of the holder 91 is placed. Thus, the carrier plate 32 can stably support the holder 91.
[0118] In the carrier plate 32 in the above embodiment, the upper edge portion 32d has a surface 801 that intersects the above flat surface substantially perpendicularly on one side and intersects the inclined surface 800 on the other side. Thus, it is possible to prevent the area of the flat surface of the upper edge portion 32d and the area of the inclined portion 800 from being reduced, and the bottom of the bracket 91 can be guided to a predetermined position of the mounting portion 73 of the carrier plate 32 more smoothly via the inclined portion 800.
[0119] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the invention. In particular, the plurality of embodiments and modifications described in this specification can be arbitrarily combined as needed.
