Terminal strip shearing and welding system and method

Abstract

The invention discloses a terminal material strip shearing and welding system and method. The terminal material strip shearing and welding system comprises a conveying module used for sequentially conveying a terminal material strip to a shearing station and a welding station; the shearing module is arranged at the shearing station and is used for shearing the front end part of the conveying carrier tape of one section of terminal material tape so as to ensure that the distance between any two adjacent terminals is equal to a preset distance after the front end part of the conveying carrier tape of one section of terminal material tape after shearing is welded with the rear end part of the conveying carrier tape of the other section of terminal material tape; and the welding module is arranged at the welding station and is used for welding the front end part of the conveying carrier tape of one section of terminal material tape after cutting with the rear end part of the conveying carrier tape of the other section of terminal material tape, so that the two sections of separated terminal material tapes are connected into a continuous terminal material tape. According to the terminal material belt shearing and welding system, shearing and welding operation of the terminal material belt can be automatically achieved, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
