[0027] Reference Figure 1 to Figure 1 0 A roller cover 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described. For convenience of description, the vertical direction is described based on the vertical direction in the three-dimensional state J2, and the long side direction and short side direction are described based on the long side direction and short side direction of the entire roller cover 1 in the expanded state J1 (the long side direction and short side direction of each part are not necessarily the same). In addition, the inner surface and the outer surface are described based on the inner surface and the outer surface in the three-dimensional state J2.

[0028] First, refer to Figure 8 The roller 7 accommodated in the roller cover 1 is described. The roller 7 has: a substantially cylindrical roller body 71, and a gripping portion 72, which is configured to be gripped by a user and supports the roller body 71 so as to be rotatable around the axis. The roller body 71 of this embodiment is an adhesive roller whose outer peripheral surface is configured as an adhesive surface with adhesiveness. By making the roller body 71 contact and roll with the cleaning object surface, the dust attached to the cleaning object surface is removed, and the cleaning object surface can be cleaned. In addition, the roller body 71 is configured so that an adhesive sheet with an adhesive surface is stacked in the radial direction in a manner such that the adhesive surface faces the outer peripheral surface. When in use, the dust attached to the adhesive surface is removed by removing the adhesive sheet at the outermost periphery of the roller 7, and at the same time, the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet stacked on the inner side of the diameter is exposed to the outer peripheral surface. As a result, the outer diameter of the roller 7 having such an adhesive roller as the roller body 71 will decrease with use. In the following description, the description is based on the state before the adhesive roller is used (the state in which the outer diameter is the largest).

[0029] The gripping portion 72 includes: a supporting portion 73 that supports the roller body 71 so as to be rotatable around the axis; a columnar handle portion 74 that is gripped by the user of the roller 7; and a roller connecting portion 75 that connects the supporting portion 73 and the handle portion 74. The roller connecting portion 75 connects the supporting portion 73 and the handle portion 74 in a manner that the axis of the handle portion 74 extends radially outward of the roller body 71 supported by the supporting portion 73. In the present embodiment, the roller connecting portion 75 connects the supporting portion 73 and the handle portion 74 in a manner that the axis of the handle portion 74 extends radially of the roller body 71 supported by the supporting portion 73. In addition, the handle portion 74 is configured to have an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the roller connecting portion 75.

[0030] Reference Figure 1 and Figure 2 The roller cover 1 for accommodating the roller 7 as described above will be described. Figure 1As shown, the roller cover 1 comprises: a bottom 2, a pair of side portions 3 connected to the bottom 2, a first reinforcement portion 4 and a second reinforcement portion 5 provided on the side portions 3 and used to increase the rigidity of the side portions 3, and a bottom reinforcement portion 6 for increasing the rigidity of the bottom 2. In addition, the roller cover 1 is in the form of a sheet as a whole and can be deformed into Figure 7 The three-dimensional state J2 in which the pair of side portions 3 stand upright relative to the bottom 2 and Figure 1 The inner surface of the side surface 3 and the inner surface of the bottom 2 are extended on substantially the same plane in the expanded state J1. In addition, the roller cover 1 is placed on a placement surface (e.g., a floor surface) for use in the three-dimensional state J2 (see FIG. 9 ), and in the placed state, the outer surface of the bottom 2 becomes the bottom surface facing the placement surface.

[0031] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the bottom 2 is a soft sheet-like portion whose outer surface (bottom surface) is arranged opposite to the mounting surface and whose inner surface is arranged in a manner of contacting the roller body 71 of the accommodated roller 7. In addition, the bottom 2 is arranged in a direction intersecting the up-down direction ( Figure 1 and Figure 2 The bottom 2 is formed into a rectangular shape in the direction shown in the figure, and the length of the bottom 2 in the short side direction is set to be longer than the length of the roller body 71 in the axial direction (see FIG9 ), and the length in the long side direction is set to be longer than the size of the roller body 71 (see FIG10 ) based on the overall reference of the roller cover 1. In the bottom 2 of this embodiment, the length in the short side direction is set to be longer than the overall length of the roller 7 in the axial direction of the roller body 71 (see FIG10 ). In addition, the bottom 2 of this embodiment has a fold 2a formed in the middle of the long side direction, and the fold 2a is formed so that the inner surface side is protruding and the outer surface side is recessed.

[0032] The bottom 2 is in the form of a soft sheet and has a flexibility to the extent that it can be easily deformed by an external force. Specifically, the bottom 2 is composed of a sheet body, and the sheet body has a flexibility to the extent that the portion in contact with the roller body 71 can be deformed along the outer shape of the roller body 71 by the weight of the roller 7 accommodated therein. In addition, the flexibility of the bottom 2 is the flexibility to the extent that it can be bent and folded by gravity in the state of a single sheet. The bottom 2 of this embodiment is composed of canvas.

[0033] In addition, at least the inner surface of the bottom portion 2 is configured as an adhesion suppressing surface 1a (see Figure 7 ), in this embodiment, the inner surface is formed as a concave-convex surface (refer to Figure 4), thereby, the area to which the adhesive roller adheres can be suppressed, thereby suppressing the adhesion of the adhesive roller. The concave-convex surface of this embodiment is formed by the warp and weft that constitute the canvas (the specific state of the warp and weft is not shown in the figure). In addition, the structure of the adhesion suppression surface 1a is not limited to such a structure. For example, it can also be constructed to suppress the adhesion of the adhesive roller by providing a release layer or a peeling treatment layer such as a silicone resin on the inner surface of the bottom 2.

[0034] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the side portion 3 is a sheet-like portion connected to the bottom 2 and capable of standing independently in a state of standing relative to the bottom 2. In addition, a pair of side portions 3 is provided, and the pair of side portions 3 includes a first side portion 3A connected to one end portion in the long side direction of the bottom 2 and a second side portion 3B connected to the other end portion in the long side direction of the bottom 2. The first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B of this embodiment are symmetrical in the long side direction except for the structure of the fixing portion 32 described later.

[0035] The first side portion 3A includes: a soft and sheet-like side body portion 31; and a fixing portion 32 provided on the side body portion 31 and fixing the first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B. The side body portion 31 is a roughly square sheet-like portion, and its end portion on the opposite side to the side connected to the bottom 2 in the long side direction is chamfered. In the present embodiment, the side body portion 31 is made of the same material as the bottom 2. That is, the side body portion 31 is made of cloth, specifically, canvas. In addition, the side body portion 31 has a degree of softness that allows it to be easily deformed after being subjected to an external force. In the present embodiment, the portion of the side body portion 31 that contacts the accommodated roller 7 can be deformed along the outer shape of the roller 7. At the same time, the side body portion 31 has a rigidity that allows it to be self-supporting at least in the length of the short side direction and can maintain Figure 7The rigidity of the three-dimensional state J2 degree shown. The first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B are respectively acted with a force to rotate with the boundary with the bottom reinforcement portion 6 described later as the axis (fulcrum), and the force acting on the first side portion 3A and the force acting on the second side portion 3B are forces in the opposite direction. Moreover, the first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B are symmetrical in the long side direction, so the force acting on the first side portion 3A and the force acting on the second side portion 3B are balanced, so as to become a state of standing up by supporting each other. In addition, the magnitude of the force acting on the first side portion 3A and the force acting on the second side portion 3B is mainly based on the bending stress generated near the boundary with the bottom reinforcement portion 6 and the weight near the fixing portion 32 and the clamping portion 33 described later. If the weight near the fixing portion 32 and the clamping portion 33 is not excessive, since the material of the first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B is uniform in the short side direction, it will not generate a force that causes the first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B to be extremely deformed and unable to stand on their own. That is, the side main body 31 has a rigidity that can support the weight of the fixing part 32 and the clamping part 33 in the length of at least the short side direction, and this becomes a rigidity that does not fall over relative to the bottom 2 in the three-dimensional state J2. That is to say, the side main body 31 can have the above-mentioned softness and rigidity at the same time. The side main body 31 of the present embodiment is composed of a canvas with a weight of 250g to 800g per square meter, and more specifically, a canvas with a weight of 400g to 650g per square meter. If the weight per square meter of the canvas is heavier than the above weight, the rigidity will become too high and it will be inconvenient to use. If the weight per square meter is less than the above weight, the rigidity will be small and it will be difficult to remain stable when standing on its own in the three-dimensional state described later. For example, if the weight per square meter is less than 350g, it will be difficult to remain stable when standing on its own without the bottom reinforcement part 6 described later, but if it is more than 400g, it can remain self-standing in a stable state even without the bottom reinforcement part 6. In addition, the inner surface of the side main body 31 is configured as an adhesion suppression surface 1a (refer to Figure 7 The structure of the adhesion suppression surface 1a is the same as that of the adhesion suppression surface 1a of the bottom 2, but it can also be a different structure from the adhesion suppression surface 1a of the bottom 2. For example, the adhesion suppression surface 1a of the bottom 2 can be made of a concave and convex surface (see Figure 4 ) structure, a release layer or a peeling treatment layer can also be provided on the inner surface as the adhesion suppression surface 1a in the side main body portion 31.

[0036] like Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, the side body portion 31 is provided at the end portion (the upper end portion in the three-dimensional state J2) on the opposite side to the side connected to the bottom 2 in the long side direction. The side body portion 31 has a clamping portion 33 and a holding surface portion 34, wherein the clamping portion 33 is combined with the inner surface of the clamping portion 33 of the side portion 3 on the other side to clamp the gripping portion 72 of the roller 7, and the holding surface portion 34 extends from the end portion on the side connected to the bottom 2 in the long side direction to the clamping portion 33, and holds the accommodated roller 7.

[0037] The clamping portion 33 is the upper end portion of the side body portion 31 in the three-dimensional state J2 (see Figure 7 ), which is a portion whose inner surface can abut against the gripping portion 72. In addition, the clamping portion 33 contacts the gripping portion 72 of the accommodated roller 7, and can be deformed into a shape along the outer diameter of the gripping portion 72. The clamping portion 33 of this embodiment is provided to clamp the middle portion of the accommodated roller 7 in the axial direction (up and down direction).

[0038] The retaining surface portion 34 is a sheet-like portion extending from the connecting portion between the bottom portion 2 and the side portion 3 to the clamping portion 33. In addition, the inner surface of the retaining surface portion 34 can abut against the outer peripheral surface of the roller body 71 of the accommodated roller 7, and the portion abutting against the roller body 71 is deformed in a manner extending along the outer peripheral surface of the roller body 71 due to the external force received due to the abutment.

[0039] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 7 As shown, the fixing portion 32 (in the first side portion 3A) is a portion that is locked with the second side portion 3B, thereby limiting the second side portion 3B from moving in a direction separated from the first side portion 3A. Specifically, the fixing portion 32 provided on the first side portion 3A is locked with the fixing portion 32 provided at the opposite position of the second side portion 3B. The fixing portion 32 of this embodiment is a snap button, and the convex snap button provided on the first side portion 3A is engaged with the concave snap button provided on the second side portion 3B, thereby, the first side portion 3A is locked relative to the second side portion 3B. That is, the fixing portion 32 is locked with the first side portion 3A and the second side portion 3B by the snap button engagement. In addition, in the short side direction (the width direction of the side portion 3), the fixing portion 32 is respectively provided on one side and the other side of the clamping portion 33. In addition, the fixing portion 32 is not limited to the snap button, and various structures that are locked with the second side portion 3B to limit the second side portion 3B from moving in a direction separated from the first side portion 3A can be adopted. For example, the fixing portion 32 may be a surface fastener, a magnet, a fastener (self-sealing fastener), a hook, a through rope, etc. In addition, the fixing portion 32 is not limited to being integrally provided with the side body portion 31. The fixing portion 32 may be provided separately from the side body portion 31. For example, the fixing portion 32 may be configured as a clamp that can be attached and detached from the upper portion of the side body portion 31.

[0040] The second side surface 3B is symmetrical with the first side surface 3A in the longitudinal direction except for the structure of the fixing portion 32. That is, the second side surface 3B has a substantially square soft sheet-like side body 31 and a fixing portion 32 engaged with the fixing portion 32 of the first side surface 3A.

[0041] In the present embodiment, the length of the short side direction of the side portion 3 is substantially the same as the length of the short side direction of the bottom 2. In addition, the length of the long side direction of the side portion 3 is longer than the length of the long side direction of the bottom 2. Specifically, the length of the long side direction of the side portion 3 is greater than 1.1 times and less than 3.5 times, and more preferably greater than 1.5 times and less than 3.0 times, of the length of the long side direction of the bottom 2. If such a length relationship is established, the upper end portion of the side portion 3 in the three-dimensional state J2 is separated from the bottom 2 by a sufficient distance, so that the position where the clamping portion 33 clamps the gripping portion 72 can be located above, which can improve the stability of the clamping portion 33 in the gripping state while suppressing the outer cover from becoming larger.

[0042] In addition, in the present embodiment, the pair of side portions 3 and the bottom portion 2 are formed of a sheet (specifically, cloth). Specifically, the pair of side portions 3 and the bottom portion 2 are formed by bending the cloth at two locations separated along the long side direction, so that the pair of side portions 3 and the bottom portion 2 are connected. In addition, the second bottom reinforcement portion 62 described later is provided at the bent portion of the cloth (the boundary portion between the pair of side portions 3 and the bottom portion 2).

[0043] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the bottom reinforcement part 6 is a part provided to reinforce a part of the bottom 2. In this embodiment, it is a part to reinforce the outer edge of the bottom 2 to improve the rigidity. Specifically, the bottom reinforcement part 6 includes: a first bottom reinforcement part 61 extending in the long side direction; a second bottom reinforcement part 62 extending in the short side direction in the outer edge of the bottom 2; and a corner reinforcement part 63 for reinforcing the corner of the bottom 2.

[0044] like Figure 2 As shown, the first bottom reinforcement part 61 is a part for reinforcing both ends of the bottom 2 in the short side direction. In this embodiment, the reinforcement part 61a is provided in a manner to cover the entire area in the thickness direction of both ends of the bottom 2 in the short side direction. Figure 4As shown, the first bottom reinforcement part 61 of the present embodiment is made of a cloth material of the same material as the bottom 2, and the cloth as the reinforcement member 61a arranged in a manner extending from the upper surface to the lower surface of the bottom 2 is sewn to the bottom 2 and thereby fixed to the bottom 2. That is, in the present embodiment, a plurality of (specifically, three) pieces of cloth are provided in a stacked manner in the thickness direction (vertical direction) of the bottom 2 at both ends in the short side direction of the bottom 2, so that the rigidity is improved.

[0045] like Figure 2 As shown, the second bottom reinforcement part 62 is a part for reinforcing both ends of the long side direction of the bottom 2. In this embodiment, it is provided at both ends of the long side direction of the bottom 2. In addition, the second bottom reinforcement part 62 is a part for connecting the ends of the bottom 2 and the ends of the sheet-like body constituting the side wall. Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, the second bottom reinforcement part 62 of the present embodiment is provided at the connection part between the bottom 2 and the pair of side parts 3, and is a part fixed in a state where the end of the side part 3 located on the bottom 2 side in the long side direction is laminated on the bottom 2. Moreover, in the second bottom reinforcement part 62, in a state where the end of the side part 3 is laminated on the bottom 2, a cloth as a reinforcement member 62a is provided in a manner extending from the outer surface of the bottom 2 to the outer surface of the laminated side part 3, and the cloth of the reinforcement member 62a and the end of the side part 3 laminated on the bottom 2 are sewn to the bottom 2 and fixed to the bottom 2. That is, in the present embodiment, a plurality of (specifically, four) pieces of cloth are laminated in the thickness direction (vertical direction) of the bottom 2 at both ends in the long side direction of the bottom 2, and therefore, the rigidity is improved.

[0046] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the corner reinforcement part 63 is a part for reinforcing the corner part of the bottom 2, and is provided at the four corners of the bottom 2. Figure 6As shown, the corner reinforcement 63 of the present embodiment is a portion fixed in a state where the end portion of the side portion 3 located on the bottom 2 side in the long-side direction and the reinforcement 61a of the first bottom reinforcement 61 are stacked on the bottom 2. In addition, the corner reinforcement 63 is a portion fixed in a state where the end portion of the side portion 3 located on the bottom 2 side in the long-side direction, the reinforcement 5a of the second reinforcement 5 reinforcing the end portion of the side portion 3, and the reinforcement 61a of the first bottom reinforcement 61 are stacked on the bottom 2. Moreover, in the corner reinforcement 63, in a state where the end portion of the side portion 3, the reinforcement 5a of the second reinforcement 5 reinforcing the end portion of the side portion 3, and the reinforcement 61a of the first bottom reinforcement 61 are stacked on the bottom 2, the reinforcement 62a of the second bottom reinforcement 62 is stacked so as to extend from the outer surface of the side portion 3 side to the outer surface of the bottom 2 side, and is fixed by sewing. In addition, in the corner reinforcement 63 of the present embodiment, the end portion of the reinforcement member 62a of the second bottom reinforcement 62 in the short-side direction is folded back inward in the short-side direction and fixed in a laminated state so as to overlap the outer surface of the second bottom reinforcement 62. That is, in the present embodiment, in the corner portion of the bottom 2, a plurality of (specifically, 10) sheets of cloth are laminated in the thickness direction (vertical direction) of the bottom 2, so that the rigidity is improved. In addition, since the corner portion of the bottom 2 is protected, the durability of the roller cover 1 as a whole is improved.

[0047] As described above, in the outer edge portion of the bottom 2 of the present embodiment, the rigidity is reinforced in such a manner that the four corners have the highest rigidity, the two ends in the long side direction (the ends extending in the short side direction) have the second highest rigidity, and the two ends in the short side direction (the ends extending in the long side direction) have the third highest rigidity.

[0048] like Figure 2 As shown, the first reinforcing portion 4 and the second reinforcing portion 5 are portions for reinforcing the outer edge of the side portion 3 , and are provided to reinforce the outer edge of the side portion 3 except for the portion connected to the bottom 2 .

[0049] The first reinforcement part 4 is a part that reinforces the upper end of the side part 3 in the three-dimensional state J2 (the end opposite to the bottom 2 in the long side direction). Specifically, it is a reinforcement member that is provided in a manner that covers the entire area in the thickness direction of the upper end of the side part 3. The first reinforcement part 4 is configured in the same manner as the first bottom reinforcement part 61. Specifically, the cloth that is arranged as a reinforcement member in a manner that extends from the inner surface to the outer surface is sewn to the side part 3 and thereby fixed to the side part 3. That is, in this embodiment, in the upper end of the side part 3, a plurality of (specifically, three) pieces of cloth are provided in a stacked manner in the thickness direction of the side part 3, so that the rigidity is improved.

[0050] The second reinforcing part 5 is a part for reinforcing the portion (the two ends in the short side direction) of the outer edge portion of the side portion 3 extending in the vertical direction in the three-dimensional state J2, and specifically, is a reinforcing member 5a provided in a manner covering the entire thickness direction region of the two ends in the short side direction of the side portion 3. The specific structure of the second reinforcing part 5 is the same as that of the first reinforcing part 4. That is, in this embodiment, a plurality of (specifically, three) pieces of cloth are provided in a manner of stacking in the thickness direction of the end portions extending in the vertical direction in the three-dimensional state J2 of the outer edge portion of the side portion 3, so that the rigidity is improved.

[0051] In this embodiment, the first reinforcing part 4, the second reinforcing part 5, and the first bottom reinforcing part 61 are continuously provided. Specifically, the first reinforcing part 4, the second reinforcing part 5, and the first bottom reinforcing part 61 are reinforcing parts provided around the outer edges of the bottom part 2 and the pair of side parts 3 formed by a soft sheet.

[0052] The roller cover 1 constructed as above can be Figure 1 and Figure 2 The expanded state J1 shown is switched to Figure 7 Specifically, the roller cover 1 is in the three-dimensional state J2 as shown in the figure. Specifically, the roller cover 1 is in the three-dimensional state J2 by rotating the pair of side portions 3 from the expanded state J1 about the connection portion with the bottom 2 and standing up relative to the bottom 2. The roller cover 1 in the three-dimensional state J2 is roughly triangular cylindrical and stands on its own in a state where the outer surface (bottom surface) of the bottom 2 faces the loading surface. Such a roller cover 1 is Figure 7 In the state shown in the figure, the bottom 2 is in a triangle with its bottom side facing the placement surface, so it is in a stable state relative to the placement surface. In addition, the bottom 2 is formed with a fold 2a extending in the short side direction (in the direction of the side connected to the side portion 3) and making the inner surface mountain-shaped, so that the side extending in the direction of the side connected to the side portion 3 can be suppressed from warping relative to the placement surface, so it is in a stable state relative to the placement surface.

[0053] The angles formed by the inner surfaces of a pair of side portions 3 in the three-dimensional state J2 and the inner surface of the bottom 2 are both acute angles, specifically, about 70 to 80 degrees. In the present embodiment, the angle formed by the inner surface of the first side portion 3A and the inner surface of the bottom 2 is substantially equal to the angle formed by the inner surface of the second side portion 3B and the inner surface of the bottom 2. In addition, the pair of side portions 3 in the three-dimensional state J2 are constructed in such a way that their inner surfaces contact and support each other. Specifically, for a pair of side portions 3, their upper ends abut against each other, the second side portion 3B supports the first side portion 3A by the rigidity of the second side portion 3B, thereby suppressing the first side portion 3A from falling toward the second side portion 3B, and the first side portion 3A supports the second side portion 3B by the rigidity of the first side portion 3A, thereby suppressing the second side portion 3B from falling toward the first side portion 3A. As for the mutual support of the first side surface portion 3A and the second side surface portion 3B, since the rigidity of the first side surface portion 3A and the second side surface portion 3B is improved by the first reinforcement portion 4 and the second reinforcement portion 5, they can reliably support each other. The fixing portion 32 of the first side surface portion 3A and the fixing portion 32 of the second side surface portion 3B of this embodiment are in contact with each other. Moreover, the second side surface portion 3B is fixed to the first side surface portion 3A by the fixing portion 32, and the movement of the first side surface portion 3A and the second side surface portion 3B in the separation direction can be restricted, so that the state in which the first side surface portion 3A and the second side surface portion 3B are mutually supported by the mutual rigidity can be maintained. Therefore, the roller cover 1 can be maintained in the three-dimensional state J2, so it can be self-supporting.

[0054] In the three-dimensional state J2, the bottom 2 of the roller cover 1 is grounded to the loading surface via the second bottom reinforcement portion 62 and the corner reinforcement portion 63, so it can stand on its own in a stable manner. That is, at least two sides of the outer edge portion of the bottom 2 are reinforced, and its rigidity is improved, so it can stand on its own in a stable state. In the present embodiment, the entire area of the outer edge portion of the bottom 2 of the roller cover 1 is reinforced, and its rigidity is improved, so it can stand on its own in a stable state. In addition, in the roller cover 1, the rigidity of the four corners of the outer edge portion of the bottom 2 is higher than that of other parts, so it can stand on the loading surface in a stable state. In addition, when the roller cover 1 accommodates the roller 7, as shown in Figure 9(b), the bottom 2 is deformed so that the central portion of the bottom 2 is also bent and grounded.

[0055] In addition, the side portion 3 is connected only to two opposite sides (in this embodiment, two sides extending in the short side direction) in the outer edge portion of the bottom 2, so that when the three-dimensional state J2 is formed, the upper side of the side (in this embodiment, two sides extending in the long side direction) to which the side portion 3 is not connected becomes an open state. That is, the roller cover 1 is formed into a triangular cylindrical shape with both ends in the short side direction open in the three-dimensional state J2. In this way, the bottom 2 and a pair of side portions 3 are soft sheets, and in addition, in the three-dimensional state J2, both sides (in this embodiment, both ends in the short side direction) are open shapes, so they are also easy to deform in the three-dimensional state J2, and the overall volume of the roller cover 1 can be reduced. In particular, when used outdoors such as camping, it does not take up space and is easy to put into a backpack for easy transportation. In addition, since the entire roller cover 1 is made of cloth, it is light and easy to carry. In addition, the roller cover 1 is provided with an adhesion suppression surface 1a on the inner surface, so that even if it is compressed in a state where the roller 7 is accommodated, it is possible to suppress the outer surface of the roller body 71 from adhering to the inner surface of the roller cover 1, thereby making it difficult to remove the roller 7. Furthermore, in a state where the roller 7 is accommodated, the amount of the adhesive sheet remaining on the roller body 71 can be visually confirmed.

[0056] 9 and 10 by the roller cover 1 as configured above to accommodate Figure 8 The method of using the roller 7 shown will be described.

[0057] As shown in Fig. 9(a), when the roller 7 is stored, the roller 7 is arranged on the inner surface (upper surface) of the roller cover 1 in the expanded state J1. Specifically, the roller body 71 is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom 2 in such a way that the axial direction and the short side direction are consistent. Here, since the length of the short side direction of the bottom 2 is longer than the length of the roller body 71 in the axial direction, the entire roller body 71 in the axial direction is located on the inner surface of the bottom 2.

[0058] Next, as shown in Fig. 9(b) and Fig. 10, in a state where the roller 7 is arranged on the inner surface of the roller cover 1 in the expanded state J1, the pair of side portions 3 are raised relative to the bottom 2, so that the roller 7 is accommodated in a space formed by the inner surface of the pair of side portions 3 and the inner surface of the bottom 2. In addition, in a state where the pair of side portions 3 are raised relative to the bottom 2, the pair of side portions 3 are locked to each other by the fixing portion 32, thereby restricting the inner surfaces of the pair of side portions 3 from moving in a direction of separation from each other.

[0059] The accommodated roller 7 is in a state where the gripping portion 72 located above the roller body 71 is clamped by the clamping portion 33 of the pair of side portions 3. Here, the upper end of the side portion 3 is reinforced by the first reinforcement portion 4, and the rigidity is improved, so the clamping portion 33 can reliably clamp the gripping portion 72 (handle portion 74). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10(b), the handle portion 74 of the gripping portion 72 is clamped by the clamping portion 33 of the pair of side portions 3, thereby restricting the movement of the gripping portion 72 in the direction of rotation with the roller body 71 as the axis (the long side direction of the roller cover 1 in the unfolded state J1). Moreover, the movement of the clamped gripping portion 72 (handle portion 74) to one side and the other side in the direction along the axial direction of the roller body 71 (the short side direction of the roller cover 1 in the unfolded state J1) is restricted by the fixing portion 32. In addition, when the roller 7 is accommodated, a part of the gripping portion 72 is in a state of protruding upward from the upper end of the side portion 3. Therefore, when the roller 7 is accommodated and the side portions 3 are fixed to each other by the fixing portion 32, the user can hold a part of the gripping portion 72 protruding upward and carry the roller 7 together with the roller cover 1. The height L2 of the gripping portion 72 held by the clamping portion 33 of the present embodiment is shorter than the length L1 of the roller 7 in the vertical direction, specifically, about half of the length L1. In addition, the clamping portion 33 clamps the center of gravity position or the upper part of the center of gravity position in the vertical direction of the roller 7. Therefore, even if a part of the gripping portion 72 is in a state of protruding upward, the pair of side portions 3 can clamp the gripping portion 72 in a stable state. In addition, since the outer diameter of the roller body 71 is reduced with use, the length L1 of the roller 7 in the vertical direction will become shorter, but it is configured so that even when the outer diameter of the roller body 71 is the smallest, the height L2 of the gripping portion 72 held by the clamping portion 33 is shorter than the length L1 of the roller 7 in the vertical direction.

[0060] The roller 7 accommodated in the roller cover 1 has its gripping portion 72 clamped by the side portion 3 (clamping portion 33) to restrict its movement in the direction of rotation about the roller body 71 as an axis. Therefore, the roller 7 is supported by the self-supporting roller cover 1 in the three-dimensional state J2 and is in a state of standing up relative to the loading surface. Moreover, the roller cover 1 in the three-dimensional state J2 is in a state where the second bottom reinforcement portion 62 is arranged at the end on one side and the end on the other side of the direction of rotation about the roller body 71 as an axis. Therefore, even if the gripping portion 72 is subjected to force in the direction of rotation, the force can be borne by the second bottom reinforcement portion 62, and the roller 7 can be prevented from falling over relative to the loading surface. In this way, the roller cover 1 can be self-supporting in the three-dimensional state J2, and since the roller 7 accommodated in the roller cover 1 can maintain a state of standing up relative to the loading surface, the roller cover 1 can be self-supporting even in a state where the roller 7 is accommodated.

[0061] In addition, the bottom 2 and the side surface 3 of the roller cover 1 are soft sheets that can be deformed into a shape that follows the outer shape of the roller 7. Therefore, the bottom 2 and the side surface 3 push the roller body 71 to suppress the roller body 71 from rotating inside the roller cover 1. Therefore, the roller 7 and the roller cover 1 that accommodates the roller 7 can be suppressed from falling over with respect to the mounting surface due to the rolling of the roller body 71, so that the roller cover 1 can accommodate the roller 7 in a stable state. In this embodiment, the second reinforcement part 5 is provided on the side surface 3, so that the rigidity of the outer edge portion of the side surface 3 extending in the vertical direction is improved, so that the side surface 3 can reliably push the roller body 71. In addition, the rigidity of the two end portions of the bottom 2 extending in the longitudinal direction is improved by the first bottom reinforcement part 61, so that the bottom 2 can be suppressed from being excessively deformed, and the self-supporting function (especially the self-supporting function based on the grounding of the second bottom reinforcement part 62 and the corner reinforcement part 63) is not hindered.

[0062] The roller cover 1 having the above-described structure can prevent the roller 7 from falling down while occupying a large space. In particular, when the roller 7 is transported for use, the roller cover 1 is soft, so that the roller cover 1 can be prevented from being damaged by impact during transport. In addition, the roller cover 1 can stand independently in a three-dimensional state, so that even when the roller is placed on the ground outdoors, the portion where dust and the like are attached can be minimized.

[0063] In addition, as described above, the roller cover 1 can be deformed from the unfolded state J1 to the three-dimensional state J2, and when deformed from the unfolded state J1 to the three-dimensional state J2, the roller 7 can be contained and accommodated by the side surface portion 3. Thus, the roller cover 1 can suppress the adverse effects caused by the contact between the outer peripheral surface of the roller body 71 and the outer peripheral surface of the roller cover 1 (for example, in the roller 7 as the sticky roller of the present embodiment, the roller body 71 adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the roller cover 1, or the dust attached to the roller body 71 adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the roller cover 1).

[0064] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above by taking one example, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be added without departing from the gist of the present invention.

[0065] For example, as roller 7, an adhesive roller is described as an example, but the roller 7 is not limited to such a structure, and can also have a roller body 71 of various structures. For example, it can also be a water-absorbing roller in which the roller body 71 is composed of a water-absorbing material (such as a sponge). In the case of accommodating a water-absorbing roller, instead of the adhesion suppression surface 1a, the inner surface of the roller cover 1 can be configured as a waterproof surface with waterproof properties, or a water-absorbing water supply surface. With such a structure, even if the roller body 71 is wetted, it is possible to suppress the water adsorbed by the roller body 71 from leaking from the roller cover 1 to the outside, and therefore, the roller 7 having the wetted roller body 71 can be directly accommodated in the roller cover 1.

[0066] In addition, the case where the handle portion 74 extends in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the roller body 71 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to such a structure. For example, the handle portion 74 may be configured to extend in the axial direction of the roller body 71. In such a case, the roller body 71 is housed in the roller cover 1 so that the axial direction thereof becomes the vertical direction.

[0067] Furthermore, the handle portion 74 is described as a cylindrical body, but the handle portion 74 is not limited to such a structure, and can also be configured as a prism body or a cylindrical body with a flat surface formed on a portion of the outer peripheral surface. In the case of such a structure, since the clamping portion 33 can clamp the flat portion of the handle portion 74 (grip portion 72), the roller cover 1 can be self-supporting in a stable state when the roller 7 is accommodated.

[0068] Furthermore, the clamping portion 33 has been described as clamping the portion near the center in the vertical direction of the roller 7, but the structure is not limited to this. For example, the clamping portion 33 may be configured to clamp the portion above or below the center portion in the vertical direction of the roller 7. That is, the clamping portion 33 only needs to be configured to clamp the portion above the roller body 71.

[0069] In addition, the case where the pair of side parts 3 and the bottom 2 are formed by bending a piece of cloth has been described, but the structure is not limited to this, and it can also be formed by connecting multiple pieces of cloth, or by materials other than cloth. For example, it is also possible to form the pair of side parts 3 and the bottom 2 by soft materials other than cloth (for example, soft resin sheets or paper materials such as soft vinyl chloride resin sheets or foam sheets). In addition, even when the pair of side parts 3 and the bottom 2 are formed by cloth, it is not limited to the case where they are formed by canvas as in the present embodiment, and non-woven fabrics, felts, or various knitted fabrics made of chemical fibers or natural fibers can also be used.

[0070] Furthermore, although the bottom reinforcement portion 6 has been described as reinforcing the entire outer edge of the bottom portion 2 , the present invention is not limited to this configuration and may be configured to reinforce only two opposing sides or two adjacent sides of the bottom portion 2 .

[0071] In addition, regarding the first reinforcement portion 4, the second reinforcement portion 5 and the bottom reinforcement portion 6, a case is described in which they are reinforced by a cloth as a reinforcement member arranged to be wound around the outer edge portion, but are not limited to such a structure. For example, it is also possible to reinforce them by a reinforcement member such as a metal wire arranged at the outer edge portion, or to reinforce the bottom reinforcement portion 6 by a bottom rivet arranged at the bottom 2.

[0072] Furthermore, although the clamping portion 33 is provided at the upper end portion of the side portion 3 in the three-dimensional state J2 , the present invention is not limited to this configuration and may be provided at a midway portion of the side portion 3 in the vertical direction.

[0073] In addition, regarding the roller 7 housed in the roller cover 1, a case has been described in which a part of the grip 72 protrudes upward from the roller cover 1, but the present invention is not limited to such a structure, and the entire roller 7 can also be housed inside the roller cover 1.

[0074] Furthermore, a case where a plurality of fixing portions 32 are provided in a manner separated by a clamping portion 33 (in the present embodiment, two pairs of snap fasteners are provided) is described, but the structure is not limited to such a structure, and it is also possible to configure a structure where only one fixing portion 32 is provided (in the present embodiment, only one pair of snap fasteners are provided).

[0075] Furthermore, although the case where the portion of the bottom 2 in contact with the placement surface is the cloth constituting the bottom 2 itself has been described, the present invention is not limited to this structure. For example, the bottom 2 may have a bottom rivet and the bottom rivet may be in contact with the placement surface.

[0076] Furthermore, although the case where the bottom portion 2 is in a soft sheet shape has been described, the bottom portion 2 is not limited to such a structure, and the bottom portion 2 may be formed of a hard material.

[0077] In addition, the case where the angle formed by the inner surface of the side portion 3 and the inner surface of the bottom 2 is an acute angle has been described, but the present invention is not limited to such a structure. The angle formed by the inner surface of the side portion 3 and the inner surface of the bottom 2 can also be an obtuse angle (for example, greater than 90 degrees and less than about 150 degrees), or it can also be configured so that the angle is an obtuse angle when the outer diameter of the roller body 71 is large and an acute angle when it is small. In the case of adopting such a structure, the end of the side portion 3 in the three-dimensional state is configured in the surface direction along the mounting surface so that the end of the side portion 3 is located on the inner side of the bottom 2, thereby preventing the entire roller cover 1 from rotating around the outer edge of the bottom 2 as an axis, thereby preventing the roller cover 1 from falling down. That is, in any case, the roller cover 1 can stand independently in a three-dimensional state.

[0078] The present embodiment is summarized below.

[0079] The roller cover of this embodiment is

[0080] (1) A roller cover for housing a roller, wherein the roller comprises: a roller body that is roughly cylindrical, and a gripping portion that is configured for a user to grip and supports the roller body so that it can rotate around an axis, the roller cover comprising: a bottom portion having a bottom surface, the bottom surface being opposite to a mounting surface on which the roller cover is mounted; and a pair of side surfaces that are soft and connected to the bottom portion, and the roller cover is configured to be self-supporting in a three-dimensional state in which the pair of side surfaces are erected relative to the bottom portion, and to be able to accommodate at least the roller body in a space formed by the bottom portion and the side surfaces in the three-dimensional state, and to be able to clamp the gripping portion by a pair of side surfaces in a state in which the roller body is accommodated.

[0081] According to this structure, in a three-dimensional state, the roller cover itself can stand on its own, and a pair of side surfaces clamp the roller gripping portion above the roller body, so that the roller gripping portion can be in a state of standing up relative to the mounting surface. Thus, it is possible to prevent the roller cover from occupying a large space and prevent the accommodated roller from falling down.

[0082] In addition, (2) the structure described in (1) can also be configured so that the pair of side parts support each other and maintain the three-dimensional state in a state in which they stand with respect to the bottom.

[0083] According to this structure, the pair of side surfaces support each other to maintain the three-dimensional state, so the three-dimensional state is stable.

[0084] In addition, (3) the structure described in (1) or (2) can also be configured so that, in the three-dimensional state, the angles formed by the inner surfaces of the pair of side surfaces and the inner surface of the bottom are both acute angles.

[0085] According to this configuration, it is possible to suppress the side wall portion on one side of the pair of side wall portions in the three-dimensional state from falling down in the direction away from the side wall portion on the other side.

[0086] In addition, (4) the structure described in (1) or (2) can also be configured so that, in the three-dimensional state, the angles formed by the inner surfaces of the pair of side surfaces and the inner surface of the bottom are both obtuse angles.

[0087] According to this structure, even if the outer shape of the roller body is large, it can be accommodated.

[0088] Furthermore, (5) the structure according to any one of (1) to (4) may be configured such that, in a direction along the placement surface, ends of the pair of side surfaces in the three-dimensional state are located inside the bottom portion.

[0089] According to this structure, since the end of the side surface part is located inside the bottom part, it can stand independently stably in a three-dimensional state.

[0090] Furthermore, (6) the structure according to any one of (1) to (5) may be configured such that the pair of side surfaces are made of cloth.

[0091] According to this configuration, since the side surface portion is made of cloth, it is lightweight and can be easily deformed in accordance with the shape of the roller body.

[0092] In addition, (7) the structure according to any one of (1) to (6) can also be configured such that the bottom is in a soft sheet shape and has a bottom reinforcement portion that increases the rigidity of at least two sides of the outer edge portion of the bottom.

[0093] According to this configuration, since the rigidity of at least two sides of the outer edge portion of the bottom portion is improved, the stability is improved when the bottom surface is arranged to face the placement surface in a three-dimensional state.

[0094] In addition, (8) the structure described in (7) can also be configured such that the bottom reinforcement portion is provided to improve the rigidity of the entire area of the outer edge portion of the bottom portion.

[0095] According to this configuration, since the bottom reinforcing portion is provided so as to increase the rigidity of the entire outer edge portion of the bottom portion, the stability is improved when the bottom surface is arranged to face the placement surface in a three-dimensional state.

[0096] In addition, (9) the structure according to any one of items (1) to (8) can also be configured such that the pair of side portions are configured to clamp the holding portion at the upper end portion in the three-dimensional state, and have a first reinforcement portion to increase the rigidity of the upper end portion of each outer edge portion of the pair of side portions in the three-dimensional state.

[0097] According to this configuration, since the rigidity of the upper end portion of the side surface portion that clamps the grip portion in a three-dimensional state is high, the grip portion can be reliably clamped.

[0098] In addition, (10) the structure according to any one of (1) to (9) can also be configured to have a second reinforcing portion to increase the rigidity of the portion extending in the vertical direction among the outer edge portions of the pair of side portions in the three-dimensional state.

[0099] According to this configuration, since the rigidity of the portion extending in the vertical direction among the outer edge portions of the side portions in the three-dimensional state is improved, the stability of the configuration when arranged in the three-dimensional state with the bottom surface facing the placement surface can be improved.

[0100] In addition, (11) the structure according to any one of (1) to (10) can also be configured such that, when the pair of side portions are in the three-dimensional state in which the roller body is accommodated, the roller can be accommodated in the space in a manner such that at least a portion of the gripping portion protrudes upward from the upper end portions of the pair of side portions.

[0101] According to this structure, the roller is accommodated in a state where at least a part of the gripping portion protrudes upward from the upper end portion of a pair of side portions. Therefore, the roller can be accommodated or removed by clamping and releasing the side portions while the gripping portion is being gripped.

[0102] In addition, (12) the structure according to any one of (1) to (11) can also be configured such that the side portion has: a clamping portion that contacts the holding portion and is clamped by combining with the side portion on the other side; and at least one fixing portion that can fix the side portion on one side relative to the side portion on the other side.

[0103] According to this configuration, the fixing portion locks the side surface portion on one side with respect to the side surface portion on the other side, thereby reliably maintaining the state in which the clamping portion clamps the gripping portion.

[0104] In addition, (13) the structure according to any one of items (1) to (12) can also be constructed to include: a clamping portion, which is clamped by engaging one of the pair of side portions with the other side portion while in contact with the holding portion; and a plurality of fixing portions, which are arranged with the clamping portion separated from the side portion in the width direction, and the fixing portion provided on the side portion on one side can be fixed to the side portion on the other side.

[0105] According to this structure, the fixing portion is arranged so as to sandwich the clamping portion. Therefore, the gripping portion can be reliably clamped by clamping the side portion on one side and the side portion on the other side, and the clamping portion can be prevented from moving in the width direction of the side portion and falling off.

[0106] In addition, (14) the structure described in (12) or (13) can also be configured so that the fixing portion is configured to lock the pair of side portions with each other by fitting.

[0107] According to this configuration, since the fixing portion is a snap fastener, it is easy to lock and release the side surface portion on one side with the side surface portion on the other side.

[0108] In addition, (15) the structure according to any one of (1) to (14) can also be configured so that the pair of side portions and the inner surface of the bottom portion in the three-dimensional state can be placed in an expanded state on substantially the same plane.

[0109] According to this configuration, the roller body is arranged on the inner surface in the expanded state, and the side surface is raised relative to the bottom to form a three-dimensional state, thereby accommodating the roller, so that the roller can be easily accommodated.

[0110] In addition, (16) the structure according to any one of items (1) to (15) can also be configured as a sticky roller in which the outer peripheral surface of the roller body has stickiness, and the pair of side surfaces and the inner surface of the bottom are configured as adhesion suppression surfaces, so that in the three-dimensional state after the roller body is accommodated in the space, adhesion to the outer peripheral surface of the roller body can be suppressed.

[0111] According to this configuration, since the inner surface in the three-dimensional state is configured as a sticking suppression surface, it is possible to suppress a situation in which the roller body sticks to the pair of side surfaces and the bottom portion, making it difficult to remove the roller.
