Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The technology disclosed in this specification relates to a vehicle trunk structure. Background Art
[0002] In the past, a technique for keeping a cover plate constituting a floor of a vehicle trunk in an upright state has been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses the following structure: a pair of grooves are formed on both sides of an inner edge of a sub-trunk disposed in a recessed portion of the floor of the trunk, and when the floor (cover plate) is opened, the lower end of the cover plate is inserted into the grooves to thereby erect the floor.
[0003] Patent Document 2 discloses a structure in which the rear side of the cover is lifted upward with the front end of the cover as the rotation center, a hook provided on the back side of the cover is taken out, and the hook is hooked on a rod provided on the seat to keep the cover in an upright state.

[0007] Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2012-91644 Summary of the invention
[0008] Problem that the invention aims to solve
[0009] In the technology described in Patent Document 1, the storage items stored in the auxiliary trunk become obstacles, and there is a situation where the bottom plate cannot be inserted into the groove. In addition, when the depth of the groove is shallow, the upright state of the bottom plate may become unstable. In addition, the structure is set to form the groove in the member arranged below the bottom plate, so due to the relationship between the main body, peripheral components, etc., the position where the groove is formed is easily restricted, and the degree of freedom of design is low. Moreover, when inserting the bottom plate into the groove, or when pulling the bottom plate out of the groove, the bottom plate needs to be suspended and lifted, which may become a large burden for the operator.
[0010] In addition, in the structure described in Patent Document 2, a hook must be provided on the back of the cover plate, which increases the number of components and makes the structure complicated. In addition, a counterpart member for hooking the hook needs to be newly provided.
[0011] The technology disclosed in this specification has been made in view of the above-mentioned situation, and an object of the technology is to provide a vehicle trunk structure capable of easily maintaining the upright state of a cover panel with a simple structure.
[0012] Solutions for solving problems
[0013] The technology disclosed in the present specification is a vehicle trunk structure, wherein the vehicle trunk structure includes: a cover plate, which constitutes the bottom surface of the trunk of the vehicle and can be lifted up with the front side of the vehicle traveling direction as the center of rotation; a rear seat plate, which is arranged at a separated position above the cover plate and can be folded into at least two parts using a folding line extending along the width direction of the vehicle; and a side decorative member, which constitutes the side surface of the trunk and has a support portion that protrudes toward the inner side of the trunk and can support the side end portion of the rear seat plate from below, wherein the rear seat plate can be maintained in a mountain-folded state that is bent in a mountain shape protruding upward by folding along the folding line, and the cover plate can be maintained in an upright state by being in a hooked state by having its rear end abutting against the inner surface of the mountain shape of the rear seat plate in the mountain-folded state.
[0014] According to the above structure, the cover plate can be easily maintained in an upright state simply by placing the rear seat plate in a mountain-folded state and making the rear end of the cover plate contact the inner surface arranged inside the mountain-shaped rear seat plate. In addition, a special holding member for maintaining the cover plate in an upright state as in the past is not required, so the number of parts can be reduced and the structure of the luggage box can be simplified.
[0015] Alternatively, the support portion may be formed in a shelf shape extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the rear seat plate may be held in a mountain-folded state at any position on the upper surface of the support portion by friction. According to such a structure, the rising angle of the cover plate may be freely set within a certain range.
[0016] The rear plate portion of the rear seat panel, which is disposed on the rear side across the folding line forming the mountain fold, may be provided to be inclined toward the rear side from the lower end to the upper end thereof.
[0017] According to the above structure, the plate portion connected to the rear plate portion at the front side via the folding line overlaps the rear plate portion in the vertical direction, so that the rear plate portion is in a strongly supported state, and the lower end of the rear plate portion is less likely to move rearward than in a case where the rear seat plate is in a mountain shape with the bottom hem expanded. That is, even if the rear seat plate in the mountain-folded state receives a force in the unfolding direction (the direction in which the rear plate portion moves rearward) due to the force of the cover plate to fall, the mountain shape of the rear seat plate is less likely to be deformed, and the upright state of the cover plate can be maintained more reliably.
[0018] Alternatively, the rear seat panel may have two folding lines and be foldable into three parts, including: a front panel portion disposed at the front; a central panel portion connected to the front panel portion by means of one folding line; and a rear panel portion connected to the central panel portion by means of another folding line, wherein a fixing portion for detachably fixing the front panel portion relative to the support portion is provided on the front panel portion, and a mountain shape is formed by the central panel portion and the rear panel portion.
[0019] According to the above structure, the front plate portion can be fixed to the support portion, so when the mountain shape of the rear seat plate is formed by the central plate portion and the rear plate portion, the rear seat plate can be restricted from moving unnecessarily relative to the support portion. In addition, by folding the rear seat plate into three parts, it can be folded smaller than when folded into two parts, so the luggage space can be used more widely.
[0020] Alternatively, the support portion may be configured as a flange protruding from the side surface of the luggage box toward the inside of the luggage box and extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the fixing portion may be provided on the lower surface side of the front panel portion and include a main body portion protruding from the lower surface, and the main body portion may include a fitting groove that can be fitted with the support portion. According to such a structure, an embodiment in which the front panel portion is fixed to the support portion when the rear seat panel is folded into three parts can be realized.
[0021] Alternatively, the fitting groove is a recessed portion sunken toward the inside of the luggage box, opened toward the outside and the front of the luggage box, and its rear end is closed by the rear wall, and the support portion is provided with an escape recess in the form of a notch formed from the edge of the inside of the luggage box toward the outside of the luggage box, and the escape recess allows the main body to be inserted from the top of the support portion and arranged below, so that the front plate portion is moved forward with the main body arranged in the escape recess, and a portion of the support portion arranged at a position forward of the escape recess is fitted into the fitting groove, thereby fixing the front plate portion to the support portion. According to such a structure, the front plate portion can be easily attached to and detached from the support portion.
[0022] Alternatively, the cover plate can be kept in the upright state by bringing the rear end of the cover plate into contact with the inner surface of the rear plate portion disposed on the rear side across the folding line forming the mountain fold in the rear seat plate. According to such a structure, the cover plate can be easily kept in the upright state simply by bringing the rear end of the cover plate into contact with the inner surface of the rear plate portion disposed on the rear side in the mountain-shaped rear seat plate.
[0023] Alternatively, the fitting groove is a recessed portion opened toward the outside of the luggage box, and the front plate portion can be fixed to the support portion by fitting a portion of the support portion into the fitting groove. According to such a structure, the front plate portion can be easily attached to and detached from the support portion.

[0053] according to Figure 1 to Figure 25 In the drawings, arrows FR and RR indicate the front and rear of the vehicle, arrows UP and DW indicate the top and bottom of the vehicle, and arrows R and L indicate the right and left relative to the vehicle travel direction (in the vehicle width direction).
[0054] Figure 1 This is a perspective view of the luggage box 10 of the present embodiment as viewed from the oblique rear of the vehicle. The luggage box 10 is covered from the rear of the vehicle by a rear door (not shown), and luggage can be put in and taken out of the luggage box 10 by opening the rear door.
[0055] The luggage box 10 has a storage space S1, which is surrounded by a seat back 11A of a rear seat 11 forming a front wall of the vehicle, a pair of cover side trims 21, 21 forming a side wall 20, and back side trims 23, 23 arranged above the cover side trims 21, 21, and a cover 30 forming a bottom surface (see Figure 3 The cover plate 30 is formed in a plate shape extending in the horizontal direction, and luggage and other objects can be placed on its upper surface 30A. A plate-shaped rear seat plate 40 is provided above the cover plate 30, and the rear seat plate 40 has the function of partitioning the luggage box 10 in the vertical direction and shielding the luggage arranged in the luggage box 10 from the outside.
[0056] like Figure 2 As shown, the cover plate 30 is formed into a generally rectangular plate shape with both corners of the rear end portion 32 cut off in a stepped shape, and is configured to be rotatable from a horizontal state to an upright state with the front end portion (hereinafter referred to as the front end portion 31) extending in the vehicle width direction as the rotation center (see Figure 3 and Figure 4 Specifically, the member arranged in front of the cover plate 30 includes a portion whose cross section is formed by the vertical wall portion 12 and the bottom wall portion 13 and extends along the width direction of the vehicle, and the front end portion 31 of the cover plate 30 is pressed against the inner side of the curved portion of the L shape, so that the cover plate 30 can rotate with the front end portion 31 as the rotation center.
[0057] A storage recess S2 is provided under the cover plate 30, and luggage, spare tires, tools and other items can also be stored under the floor. The cover plate 30 closes the storage recess S2 from above in a horizontal state (see Figure 3 ), the storage recess S2 is opened (exposed) in the upright state (refer to Figure 4 A foldable gripping portion 33 for lifting the rear end portion 32 of the horizontal cover plate 30 is provided on the upper surface 30A of the cover plate 30 (see Figure 2 ).
[0058] The side wall 20 disposed on the side of the luggage box 10 is mainly composed of a pair of cover side garnishes 21, 21 and a pair of backrest side garnishes 23, 23 disposed above the cover side garnishes 21, 21. In the following description, the side wall 20 on the right side of the vehicle's traveling direction among the two side walls 20 of the luggage box 10 is described. The cover side garnish 21 and the backrest side garnish 23 are members extending in a substantially vertical direction and in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The cover side garnish 21 and the backrest side garnish 23 are formed in a substantially flat plate shape imitating a vehicle panel (not shown) forming the outer contour of the vehicle.
[0059] For the rear seat plate 40, if Figure 1 and Figure 5 As shown, three plate-shaped plate portions 41, 42, 43 connected in the front-rear direction of the vehicle constitute the main body. Hereinafter, the three plate portions 41, 42, 43 are referred to as the first plate portion (an example of the front plate portion) 41, the second plate portion (an example of the center plate portion) 42, and the third plate portion (an example of the rear plate portion) 43 in order from the front.
[0060] The three plate portions 41, 42, 43 are each formed into a rectangular plate shape that is long in the vehicle width direction. The plate portions 41, 42, 43 are connected to each other by hinge portions (an example of folding lines) 44, 45, and can be folded with the hinge portions 44, 45 as folding lines (see Figure 6 to Figure 8 ). The rear seat plate 40 is not bent in the unfolded state with the hinge portions 44 and 45 extended, and the plate surfaces of the plate portions 41, 42, and 43 are arranged in a horizontal direction. In addition, in the unfolded state, the plate portions 41, 42, and 43 are arranged in a state in which the surface 41A, 42A, and 43A of the plate portions 41, 42, and 43 face upward and the back surface 41B, 42B, and 43B face downward (see Figure 6 ).
[0061] More specifically, in the unfolded rear seat panel 40, the second panel portion 42 is connected to the rear end of the first panel portion 41 disposed on the front side of the vehicle so as to be foldable between the second panel portion 42 and the first panel portion 41 by means of the first hinge portion 44. Figure 6 As shown, the first hinge portion 44 is formed by connecting the surface 41A ( Figure 6 The first plate portion 41 and the second plate portion 42 are provided on the surface side of the first plate portion 41 and the second plate portion 42 in the entire vehicle width direction in a manner that the first plate portion 41 and the second plate portion 42 are connected. That is, the first hinge portion 44 is provided as a thin-walled portion formed by providing a groove-shaped portion that is recessed from the back side of the rear seat plate 40 along the vehicle width direction. The first plate portion 41 and the second plate portion 42 can be folded back in directions in which their surfaces 41A and 42A are opposite to each other with the first hinge portion 44 as a folding line (see Figure 7 and Figure 8 ).
[0062] Furthermore, the third plate portion 43 is connected to the rear end of the second plate portion 42 in the expanded state so as to be foldable between the third plate portion 43 and the second plate portion 42 by means of the second hinge portion 45. Figure 6 As shown, the second hinge portion 45 is formed by connecting the back surface 42B ( Figure 6 The second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 are provided on the back side of the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 in the entire vehicle width direction in a manner that the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 are connected to each other. That is, the second hinge portion 45 is provided as a thin-walled portion formed by providing a groove-shaped portion that is recessed from the surface side of the rear seat plate 40 along the vehicle width direction. The second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 can be folded back in a direction in which their back sides 42B and 43B are opposite to each other with the second hinge portion 45 as a folding line (see Figure 7 and Figure 8 ).
[0063] According to such a structure, the rear seat panel 40 can be folded into a Z-shaped shape (see FIG. 1 ) in which the first panel portion 41 is the lower end, the second panel portion 42 is folded back at the first hinge portion 44 as a boundary, and the third panel portion 43 is folded back at the second hinge portion 45 as a boundary. Figure 7 and Figure 8 ).
[0064] The first hinge portion 44 and the second hinge portion 45 can be formed of a skin by, for example, covering a plurality of independently formed base materials for the plate portions with a flexible continuous skin. Alternatively, they can be formed by integrally molding the base materials of the adjacent plate portions and thinning the joint portions. In other words, they can be formed as a so-called integral hinge formed by partially squeezing the base material of the rear seat plate in the thickness direction.
[0065] The first hinge portion 44 and the second hinge portion 45 of the present embodiment are composed of a thin-walled portion and a skin. Specifically, the rear seat panel 40 of the present embodiment is formed of a base material 47 made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene and a skin 48 such as a nonwoven fabric or a fabric covering the surface (upper surface) of the base material 47 (see Figure 6 ). In addition, each base material 47 constituting each plate portion 41, 42, 43 is integrally formed with the aid of a thin-walled portion, and a skin 48 covers the entire surface of each base material 47. According to such a structure, the first hinge portion 44 and the second hinge portion 45 are both configured to have a structure in which the surface side of the resin thin-walled portion is covered by the skin 48. In addition, the back surfaces of the first hinge portion 44 and the second hinge portion 45 are not covered by the skin 48, and are configured to be in a state in which the base material 47 is exposed. In addition, the skin 48 is configured to cover the front end portion and the rear end portion of the rear seat panel 40 in the unfolded state in a manner that rolls in the skin 48, and also covers the end surface and the back surface of the front end portion and the rear end portion (refer to Figure 6 ). In addition, Figure 5 In the figure, the epidermis 48 is omitted for the convenience of illustration.
[0066] The side walls 20 of the luggage box 10 are provided with rear seat support portions (an example of a support portion) 53 (see Figure 6 to Figure 10 The rear seat support portions 53 are provided at both left and right sides of the side wall 20 . The rear seat support portions 53 are configured as a part of the support member 50 attached to the side wall 20 .
[0067] Fig.12 is a perspective view of the support member 50 (for the right side wall), Fig.13 5 is a top view thereof. The support member 50 includes a longitudinal wall portion 51, a claw portion 52, a rear seat support portion 53, and a transverse wall portion 54. The longitudinal wall portion 51 is formed in a strip-shaped plate extending in the front-rear direction and its plate surface extends in the direction (approximately vertical direction) along the side wall 20 of the luggage compartment. The claw portion 52 protrudes from the outer surface of the longitudinal wall portion 51 toward the outside of the compartment. Fig.14 As shown, the rear seat support portion 53 is formed in a flange shape that protrudes from the lower end of the longitudinal wall portion 51 toward the inside of the vehicle compartment and extends in the front-to-back direction. The transverse wall portion 54 extends from the bottom of the rear seat support portion 53 toward the outside of the vehicle compartment and is slightly inclined downward to extend toward the outside of the vehicle compartment. The transverse wall portion 54 also extends in the front-to-back direction. The upper surface of the rear seat support portion 53 extends in the horizontal direction. In addition, a positioning protrusion 55 that protrudes toward the inside of the vehicle compartment is provided at a position close to the rear end of the longitudinal wall portion 51. In addition, an irradiation hole 57 is provided in the transverse wall portion 54. As described later, when the cover plate 30 is in an upright state, the irradiation hole 57 allows light from the irradiation portion that irradiates the open storage recess S2 to pass through (refer to Fig.10 ).
[0068] like Fig.14 As shown, the upper end of the support member 50 is fixed to the side back garnish 23, and the lower end of the support member 50 is fixed to the side cover garnish 21. Specifically, the claw portion 52 provided at the upper end of the support member 50 is engaged with the edge of the locking hole provided at the side back garnish 23, so that the upper end of the support member 50 is fixed to the side back garnish 23. In addition, the end of the transverse wall portion 54 constituting the lower end of the support member 50 on the outer side of the vehicle compartment is fastened and fixed to the upper end of the side cover garnish 21 by means of the interposing member 26 having an L-shaped cross section. In other words, the support member 50 is mounted on the side wall 20 in a manner that straddles the side back garnish 23 and the side cover garnish 21.
[0069] On the other hand, a panel fixing member (an example of a fixing portion) 60 is attached to the rear panel 40 near the corners of the back surface 41B of the first panel portion 41 disposed at the front end of the vehicle and at both ends in the vehicle width direction (see Figure 5 ).like Figures 14 to 19As shown, the plate fixing member 60 has a main body 61 formed in a substantially box shape, and the main body 61 has a mounting recess 63 recessed upward from a bottom wall 62 thereof. The plate fixing member 60 is fixed to the rear seat plate 40 by fixing the recessed end surface of the mounting recess 63 and the back surface 41B of the first plate portion 41 using screws B, for example.
[0070] The panel fixing member 60 includes a fitting groove 64 extending in the front-rear direction outside the vehicle compartment at the mounting recess 63 and opening toward the outside and the front of the vehicle compartment. The fitting groove 64 is a recessed portion recessed toward the inside of the vehicle compartment, and the rear end of the fitting groove 64 is closed by the abutment wall (an example of a rear wall) 65. Fig.14 and Fig.16 As shown, the fitting groove 64 is formed by surrounding a lower wall 66 and an upper wall 68, a side wall 64A, and an abutment wall 65 that are opposite to each other. The side wall 64A extends in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction, connecting the lower wall 66 and the upper wall 68. The side wall 64A is arranged opposite to an outer opening portion 64E that opens to the outside of the vehicle compartment. The abutment wall 65 extends in the up-down direction and the vehicle width direction, connecting the lower wall 66 and the upper wall 68. The abutment wall 65 is arranged opposite to a front opening portion 64F that opens to the front. The groove width (the length in the up-down direction, the length of the side wall 64A and the abutment wall 65 in the up-down direction) and the groove depth (the length in the vehicle width direction, the length of the abutment wall 65 in the vehicle width direction) of the fitting groove 64 are set to a size that enables the above-mentioned flange-shaped rear seat support portion 53 to be fitted inside (refer to Fig.14 ).
[0071] The front end side of the lower wall 66 of the fitting groove 64 is provided with an inclined portion 67 inclined downward (see Fig.18 ). In addition, a plurality of ribs 69 extending in a direction (up-down direction and vehicle width direction) intersecting the extending direction (front-rear direction) of the fitting groove 64 are provided on the inner surfaces of the lower wall 66, the upper wall 68, the side wall 64A, and the abutting wall 65 of the fitting groove 64. Specifically, the ribs 69 provided on the side wall 64A extend in the up-down direction, and the ribs 69 provided on the lower wall 66, the upper wall 68, and the abutting wall 65 extend in the vehicle width direction.
[0072] A relief recess 56 is provided near the front end of the flange-shaped rear seat support 53, which is recessed in a manner of forming a notch from the edge of the rear seat support 53 on the inside of the vehicle compartment toward the outside of the vehicle compartment (see FIG. Fig.12 and Fig.13 The escape recess 56 has a size that allows the lower portion of the side wall 64A, the contact wall 65, the lower wall 66, etc. of the panel fixing member 60 to be arranged below the rear seat support portion 53. Hereinafter, the portion of the rear seat support portion 53 arranged on the front side of the escape recess 56 is referred to as the engaged portion 53A.
[0073] In addition, the third plate portion 43 of the rear seat plate 40 is provided with a positioning recess 46 (see Figure 5 The positioning recess 46 is provided at a position corresponding to the positioning protrusion 55 of the support member 50 when the rear seat plate 40 is in the unfolded state. A fitting member 49 (see FIG. 4 ) which is fitted to the positioning protrusion 55 is provided in the positioning recess 46. Fig.24 and Fig.25 ). The fitting member 49 is a pair of thin plate-shaped members extending from the surface 43A side of the third plate 43 toward the back side 43B opposite to each other. Hereinafter, with respect to the third plate portion 43, the end portion arranged on the front side and connected to the second hinge portion 45 in the unfolded state of the rear seat plate 40 is referred to as the hinge portion side end portion 43C, and the end portion arranged on the rear side and arranged on the side opposite to the hinge portion side end portion 43C is referred to as the opposite side end portion 43D.
[0074] When the rear seat panel 40 is mounted on the support member 50 in the luggage box 10, first, the rear seat panel 40 is set as follows. Figure 8 The folded state (folded into three parts) is shown in FIG. Fig. 20 As shown, the panel fixing member 60 fixed to the back surface 41B of the first panel portion 41 of the rear seat panel 40 is inserted into the escape recess 56 from above the rear seat panel support portion 53. The first panel portion 41 (the rear seat panel 40 in the folded state) is placed on the upper surface of the rear seat panel support portion 53 (see FIG. Fig. 20 and Fig. 22 Next, the first plate portion 41 is slidably moved forward (see Fig.21 and Fig.23 ). Thus, the engaged portion 53A of the rear seat support portion 53 is inserted into the engagement groove 64 from the front opening 64F of the engagement groove 64 of the panel fixing member 60. In this way, the panel fixing member 60 is fixed to the rear seat support portion 53, and further, the rear seat 40 is fixed to the side wall 20.
[0075] At this time, the front portion of the fitting groove 64 is provided with an inclined portion 67 that is inclined downward in a direction that expands forward, so that the fitted portion 53A of the rear seat support portion 53 is smoothly guided so as to be in a predetermined posture relative to the fitting groove 64. In addition, a plurality of ribs 69 provided on the inner surface of the fitting groove 64 are configured to abut against the fitted portion 53A from the upper and lower directions, thereby suppressing the shaking of the panel fixing member 60 relative to the rear seat support portion 53, and further suppressing the shaking of the rear seat 40 relative to the side wall 20.
[0076] The engaged portion 53A of the rear seat support portion 53 enters deep into the engagement groove 64 of the plate fixing member 60, and the rear end surface of the engaged portion 53A abuts against the rib 69 provided on the abutting wall portion 65 of the engagement groove 64. As a result, the forward movement of the first plate portion 41 (rear seat 40) relative to the side wall 20 is restricted, and the operator obtains a sense of appropriateness through the abutment between the rear end surface of the engaged portion 53A and the rib 69 of the abutting wall portion 65 of the engagement groove 64. In other words, the operator can sense that the first plate portion 41 has reached the predetermined mounting position. In this way, the first plate portion 41 of the rear seat 40 is positioned and fixed relative to the side wall 20 of the luggage box 10.
[0077] In this state, the third plate portion 43 in the folded state is moved rearward, so that the rear seat plate 40 is displaced from the folded state to the unfolded state, and the fitting member 49 provided in the positioning recess 46 of the third plate portion 43 is fitted into the positioning protrusion 55 of the support member 50. In this way, the third plate portion 43 is positioned relative to the side wall 20 (see FIG. 2 ). Fig.24 and Fig.25 ). Thus, the rear seat panel 40 in the unfolded state can stably maintain its shape and setting position.
[0078] Next, the method of holding the cover plate 30 upright is described. When the cover plate 30 is in the upright state, first, the rear end portion 32 of the cover plate 30 is lifted by grasping the grip portion 33, and the rear end portion 32 is moved upward with the front end portion 31 as the rotation center. In addition, at the same time, the positioning recess 46 (fitting member 49) of the third plate portion 43 of the rear seat plate 40 in the unfolded state is removed from the positioning protrusion 55, and the opposite side end portion 43D of the third plate portion 43 is moved forward along the rear seat plate support portion 53 in a manner such that the second hinge portion 45 is bent into a mountain shape protruding upward, and as shown in FIG. Fig.11 As shown, the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 are erected in a mountain shape. Alternatively, the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 of the rear seat panel 40 in the folded state are erected in a mountain shape.
[0079] Next, the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43 in the upright state is slightly lifted upward from the rear seat support portion 53, and the rear end 32 of the lifted cover 30 is arranged inside the mountain-shaped portion of the rear seat 40 (between the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43). Fig. 9As shown, the opposite side end 43D of the raised third plate portion 43 is placed again on the upper surface of the rear seat support portion 53. Alternatively, after the rear end portion 32 of the cover 30 is raised, the rear seat 40 in the folded state is erected so as to cover the rear end portion 32 of the cover 30 in a mountain shape. If the cover 30 is released in this state, or if the cover 30 is tilted backward, the rear end portion 32 of the cover 30 abuts against the back side 43B of the third plate portion 43 in the erected state from the front side, and the cover 30 is hooked on the third plate portion 43 without tilting backward. Alternatively, the rear seat 40 may be erected in a mountain shape so as to cover the rear end portion 32 of the cover 30, and the third plate portion 43 approaches and abuts against the rear end portion 32 of the cover 30 from the rear side (see Fig.10 In this way, the rear end portion 32 of the cover plate 30 is supported by the inner surface of the mountain shape of the rear seat plate 40 in the mountain-folded state (the back surface 43B of the third plate portion 43), and the cover plate 30 can be kept in the upright state.
[0080] In addition, at this time, the entire surface of the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43 is covered by the cover 48, so the rear end of the rear seat 40 (the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43) that stands in a mountain shape is held at an arbitrary position relative to the rear seat support portion 53 by the friction force between the cover 48 and the rear seat support portion 53. In other words, the friction force between the cover 48 and the rear seat support portion 53 is greater than the component force that pushes the third plate portion 43 rearward when the rear seat 40 tilts due to gravity.
[0081] Furthermore, at this time, it is preferred that Fig.10 As shown in FIG. 1 , the third plate portion 43 in the erected state is arranged to be inclined toward the rear side from its lower end (opposite side end 43D) to the upper end (hinge side end 43C). As a result, the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 are arranged to be inclined in the same direction. By making the third plate portion 43 erected at such an angle, the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 overlap and press the third plate portion 43 from above, so that the third plate portion 43 is pressed from above. Fig. 9 Compared with the case where the rear seat 40 is in a mountain shape with the lower hem expanded as shown in the figure, the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43 is difficult to move backward. In addition, since the first plate portion 41 is fixed to the rear seat support portion 53, the third plate portion 43 is strongly supported even when it is pushed backward by the cover 30, and the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43 is difficult to move further backward. In other words, even if the rear seat 40 in a mountain-folded state is subjected to a force in the unfolding direction (the direction in which the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43 moves backward) due to the force of the cover 30 to fall, the mountain shape of the rear seat 40 is difficult to be deformed, and the upright state of the cover 30 can be maintained more reliably.
[0082] The vehicle trunk structure 1 of the present embodiment is as described above. Next, the effects will be described. The vehicle trunk structure 1 of the present embodiment includes: a cover plate 30, which constitutes the bottom surface of the trunk 10 of the vehicle and can lift up the rear end 32 with the front side (front end 31) in the vehicle's traveling direction as the rotation center; a rear seat plate 40, which is arranged at a separated position above the cover plate 30 and can be folded into three parts by using a first hinge portion 44 and a second hinge portion 45 extending in the vehicle width direction; and a cover plate side garnish 21 and a backrest side garnish 23, which constitute the travel side garnish. The side wall 20 of the luggage box 10 has a rear seat support portion 53 that protrudes toward the inside of the luggage box 10 and can support the side end portion of the rear seat 40 from below. The rear seat 40 is configured to be maintained in a mountain-folded state in which it is bent in a mountain shape protruding upward by the second hinge portion 45. The cover 30 is in a hooked state by having its rear end portion 32 abut against the inner surface of the mountain shape of the rear seat 40 in the mountain-folded state (the back surface 43B of the third plate portion 43) so as to be maintained in an upright state.
[0083] According to the above structure, the cover plate 30 can be easily maintained in an upright state by only placing the rear seat plate 40 in a mountain-folded state and making the rear end portion 32 of the cover plate 30 abut against the inner surface (the back surface 43B of the third plate portion 43) of the mountain-shaped rear seat plate 40. In addition, a dedicated holding member for maintaining the cover plate 30 in an upright state as in the past is not required, so the number of components can be reduced and the structure of the luggage box 10 can be simplified.
[0084] The rear seat support 53 is formed in a shelf shape extending in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the rear seat 40 can be held in a mountain-folded state by friction at any position on the upper surface of the rear seat support 53. With such a structure, the rising angle of the cover 30 can be freely set within a certain range.
[0085] The third plate portion 43 disposed on the rear side across the second hinge portion 45 in the mountain fold in the rear seat panel 40 can be set to be inclined toward the rear side from the lower end (opposite side end 43D) to the upper end (hinge side end 43C). According to such a structure, the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 connected to the third plate portion 43 on the front side via the second hinge portion 45 are arranged to be inclined in the same direction and overlap in the vertical direction. Therefore, the third plate portion 43 is in a strongly supported state, and the lower end (opposite side end 43D) of the third plate portion 43 is difficult to move backward compared to the case of a mountain shape with a widened hem. That is, even if the rear seat panel 40 in the mountain folded state receives a force in the unfolding direction (the direction in which the third plate portion 43 moves backward) due to the force of the cover panel 30 to fall, the mountain shape of the rear seat panel 40 is difficult to be deformed, and the upright state of the cover panel 30 can be maintained more reliably.
[0086] The rear seat panel 40 has a first hinge portion 44 and a second hinge portion 45, and can be folded into three parts, including: a first plate portion 41, which is arranged in the front; a second plate portion 42, which is connected to the first plate portion 41 by means of the first hinge portion 44; and a third plate portion 43, which is connected to the second plate portion 42 by means of the second hinge portion 45. The first plate portion 41 is provided with a plate fixing member 60 for fixing the first plate portion 41 to the rear seat panel support portion 53 in a loadable and detachable manner, and the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43 form a mountain shape.
[0087] According to the above structure, the first plate portion 41 can be fixed to the rear seat support portion 53, so when the mountain shape of the rear seat 40 is formed by the second plate portion 42 and the third plate portion 43, the rear seat 40 can be restricted from moving unnecessarily relative to the rear seat support portion 53. In addition, by folding the rear seat 40 into three parts, it can be folded smaller than when folded into two parts, so the space of the luggage box 10 can be used more widely.
[0088] The rear seat support portion 53 is formed in a flange shape protruding from the side of the luggage box 10 and extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the panel fixing member 60 is provided on the back surface 41B side of the first panel portion 41, and has a main body portion 61 protruding from the back surface 41B, and the main body portion 61 is provided with a fitting groove 64 that can be fitted with the rear seat support portion 53. According to such a structure, an embodiment of fixing the first panel portion 41 to the rear seat support portion 53 can be realized when the rear seat 40 is folded into three parts.
[0089] The fitting groove 64 is open toward the outside and the front of the trunk, and its rear end is closed by the abutment wall 65. The rear seat support 53 is provided with a relief recess 56, which allows a part of the main body 61 to be inserted from the top of the rear seat support 53 and arranged at the bottom. The relief recess 56 is provided in a form of a notch formed from the edge of the trunk inner side of the rear seat support 53 toward the outside of the trunk. The first plate 41 is moved forward with a part of the main body 61 arranged in the relief recess 56, and the fitted portion 53A of the rear seat support 53, which is a portion arranged in front of the relief recess 56, is fitted in the fitting groove 64, so that the first plate 41 can be fixed to the rear seat support 53. According to such a structure, the first plate 41 can be easily attached to and detached from the rear seat support 53.

[0092] (1) In the above embodiment, the rear seat panel 40 is folded into three parts, but the rear seat panel may be folded into two parts or into four or more parts. In addition, even when folded into three parts, it is not limited to the above embodiment, and the rear end portion 32 of the cover panel 30 may be abutted against the second plate portion 42 by forming a mountain shape using the first plate portion 41 and the second plate portion 42.
[0093] (2) In the above embodiment, a method is disclosed in which the rear end (opposite end 43D) of the third plate portion 43 of the rear seat panel 40 in the mountain-folded state is held on the upper surface of the rear seat panel support portion 53 by frictional force. However, the method of holding the rear seat panel 40 in the mountain-folded state is not limited to frictional force. For example, a method may be adopted in which a groove is formed on the upper surface of the rear seat panel support portion 53 in which the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43 is inserted, thereby holding the position of the opposite end 43D of the third plate portion 43.
[0094] (3) The mountain fold shape of the rear seat panel 40 may be expanded at the bottom.
[0095] (4) The panel fixing member 60 of the rear seat panel 40 may be omitted.
[0096] (5) In the above embodiment, the rear seat support portion 53 is formed in a flange shape, but the scope of protection also includes a step-like (shelf-like) rear seat support portion.
[0097] (6) In the above embodiment, the relief recess 56 is provided in the flange-shaped rear seat support 53, and the engaged portion 53A of the rear seat support 53 is engaged with the engagement groove 64 in a state where a part of the main body 61 of the panel fixing member 60 is arranged in the relief recess 56. However, the engagement method of the rear seat support 53 and the engagement groove is not limited to the above embodiment, such as omitting the relief recess and engaging the rear end of the rear seat support with the engagement groove.
