Preparation method of mesoporous titanium dioxide ionic gel microspheres

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of ionic gel composite material preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of mesoporous titanium dioxide ionic gel microspheres, which comprises the following steps: adding cetylamine and a KCl aqueous solution into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and dissolving, adding titanium isopropylate to form sol to obtain a TiO2 precursor microsphere suspension, and drying to obtain the mesoporous titanium dioxide ionic gel microspheres. Washing with ethanol, centrifuging and drying to obtain powder; and mixing mesoporous TiO2 obtained by calcining the powder at a high temperature with methyl methacrylate, an ionic liquid, an initiator and N, N-dimethylformamide, heating in an oil bath, fully reacting, drying in vacuum, washing and drying again to obtain the mesoporous titanium dioxide ionic gel microspheres. Titanium isopropylate is used as a titanium source to prepare mesoporous TiO2, ionic gel is packaged in the mesoporous TiO2 through a vacuum solvent removal method, and the catalytic capacity in application is remarkably improved due to the existence of ionic liquid. The preparation method is simple in process, short in preparation period and low in equipment cost, and can be used for production.
