Abstract

The invention provides a CPN-based NC-Link protocol security formalized modeling analysis method, and relates to the technical field of network communication security of numerical control equipment. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing an NC-Link protocol CPN model; (2) analyzing the security of the NC-Link protocol; (3) an NC-Link protocol and an NC-Link protocol CPN model are improved; and (4) carrying out security analysis on the improved NC-Link protocol. According to the invention, an NC-Link protocol CPN model is established based on a color Petri network, a Dolev-Yao attacker model is introduced to carry out formalized analysis on the security of the NC-Link protocol, identity authentication and key management vulnerabilities in the NC-Link protocol are discovered through analysis, and an improved NC-Link protocol scheme combining zero knowledge proof and key exchange is provided for solving the problems existing in the NC-Link protocol, so that the security of the NC-Link protocol is improved. And an authentication mechanism and a key management mechanism are optimized. The invention not only provides a feasible solution for improving the security of the NC-Link protocol, but also opens up a new thought for the security research of the communication protocol in the numerical control machine tool industry.
