[0048] The following will be combined with the accompanying drawings to clearly and completely describe some embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present disclosure, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments provided by the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field are within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0049] The use of "adapted to" or "configured to" herein is intended to be open and inclusive language that does not exclude devices adapted or configured to perform additional tasks or steps.

[0050] In the description of this application, it should be understood that the terms "center", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside", etc., indicating the orientation or position relationship, are based on the orientation or position relationship shown in the accompanying drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing this application and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation on this application.

[0051] For ease of description, unless otherwise specified, references to up, down, left, right, front, and back in this disclosure are based on the operating state of the air conditioner indoor unit. The side of the air conditioner indoor unit facing the user is the front side, and the side opposite to it is the back side. The height of the air conditioner indoor unit is the up and down direction. The length of the air conditioner indoor unit is the left and right direction, and the thickness of the air conditioner indoor unit is the front and back direction.

[0052] With the widespread use of air conditioners, users' requirements for them are constantly increasing. The air conditioner indoor unit consists of an air inlet and an air outlet. A filter is installed at the air inlet to filter the air entering the indoor unit, preventing dust and other debris from entering the unit. After the indoor unit has been running for a while, excessive dust and other debris may clog the filter, causing it to partially clog, reducing the air intake and lowering the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioner.

[0053] Typically, a roller brush is installed in the air conditioner indoor unit to remove debris attached to the filter, so that the filter maintains a high filtering capacity, thereby maintaining the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioner indoor unit. When the air conditioner indoor unit has been in operation for a period of time, a lot of debris will be attached to the filter, and there will be a need to remove the filter assembly to clean the filter and roller brush in the filter assembly. During the process of removing the filter assembly, since the drive motor that drives the filter to move relative to the roller brush is connected to the filter, the drive motor must be removed before the filter assembly can be removed. However, when removing the filter assembly, there is a safety hazard of electric shock due to contact with the drive motor. In addition, the filter assembly is not easy to install and remove, which makes the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner indoor unit low and is not conducive to users cleaning the filter assembly.

[0054] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an air-conditioning indoor unit 1000, as shown in Figures 1, 5 and 6, the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000 includes a shell 100, a filter assembly 200, a self-cleaning assembly 300, a drive assembly 400 (see Figure 7B) and a transmission assembly 500 (see Figure 11).

[0055] The housing 100 includes a front panel 191, a back panel 192, a first side panel 193, and a second side panel 194. The front panel 191 is the side panel on the side away from the wall when the air conditioner indoor unit is installed on the indoor wall. The back panel 192 is the side panel on the side closer to the wall when the air conditioner indoor unit is installed on the indoor wall. The first side panel 193 and the second side panel 194 are connected to the front panel 191 and the back panel 192, respectively, and extend in directions perpendicular to the front panel 191 and the back panel 192, respectively. For example, the first side panel 193 is the side panel on one side of the housing 100 in the longitudinal direction (i.e., the left-right direction as shown in Figure 1), and the second side panel 194 is the side panel on the other side of the housing 100 in the longitudinal direction (i.e., the left-right direction as shown in Figure 1). For example, the first side panel 193 is the side panel on the left side of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000, and the second side panel 194 is the side panel on the right side of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000.

[0056] The housing 100 includes an air inlet 110. For example, a portion of the top of the housing 100 is open to form the air inlet 110. The filter assembly 200 is disposed within the housing 100 and is located at the air inlet 110. The filter assembly 200 is configured to filter air entering the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 from the air inlet 110 to prevent foreign matter in the air from entering the air conditioner indoor unit 1000. The self-cleaning assembly 300 is disposed within the housing 100 and is configured to remove foreign matter attached to the filter assembly 200.

[0057] The drive assembly 400 is disposed on the housing 100, and the transmission assembly 500 is disposed within the housing 100. The transmission assembly 500 is respectively connected to the self-cleaning assembly 300 and the drive assembly 400, and is configured to drive the self-cleaning assembly 300 to move under the drive of the drive assembly 400, so that the self-cleaning assembly 300 removes debris attached to the filter assembly 200 to perform a self-cleaning operation, thereby maintaining the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000.

[0058] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 5, the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 further includes an indoor heat exchanger 600, a fan assembly 700, and an air outlet. The indoor heat exchanger 600 is disposed within the housing 100 and is configured to exchange heat with indoor air entering through the air inlet 110. The fan assembly 700 is disposed on a side of the indoor heat exchanger 600 away from the air inlet 110 and is configured to draw in and pump out indoor air.

[0059] For example, when the fan assembly 700 is in operation, the fan rotates, sucking indoor air in through the air inlet 110, exchanging heat with the indoor heat exchanger 600, and then pumping the indoor air, which has been heat-exchanged by the indoor heat exchanger 600, out through the air outlet. The air conditioner indoor unit 1000 heats or cools the indoor air through the indoor heat exchanger 600, thereby increasing or decreasing the indoor temperature, thereby achieving a heating or cooling effect.

[0060] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6, 7A, and 7B, the filter assembly 200 includes a filter 210. The filter 210 is disposed between the air inlet 110 and the indoor heat exchanger 600 (as shown in Figure 5), and covers the air inlet 110, so that the filter 210 can filter foreign matter in the air entering the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 from the air inlet 110.

[0061] The self-cleaning assembly 300 includes a base 310, a first cleaning brush 320, a first reel 330 and a second reel 340. The base 310 is arranged in the housing 100 and includes a mounting member 311 and a bracket 312. One side of the bracket 312 is connected to the side of the mounting member 311 close to the back plate 192 and extends along the thickness direction of the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 (the front-to-back direction as shown in Figure 7A). An installation cavity 313 is defined in the mounting member 311, and a portion of the top of the installation cavity 313 is open. The bracket 312 is configured to carry the filter 210. The filter 210 is arranged on the bracket 312 and can move relative to the bracket 312.

[0062] A first cleaning brush 320, a first reel 330, and a second reel 340 are rotatably disposed within the mounting cavity 313. The first cleaning brush 320, the first reel 330, and the second reel 340 each extend along the length of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000. The first cleaning brush 320 includes a first bristle brush 321 and is configured to remove debris attached to the filter 210. The first cleaning brush 320 is disposed adjacent to the first reel 330. The first reel 330 and the second reel 340 are spaced apart and substantially parallel to each other. One end of the filter 210 is connected to the first reel 330, and the other end is connected to the second reel 340. The filter 210 is wound around the periphery of at least one of the first reel 330 and the second reel 340, with the filter 210 being tensioned between the first reel 330 and the second reel 340.

[0063] 5 , 10 and 11 , the transmission assembly 500 is disposed in the base 310 and is connected to the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 . The transmission assembly 500 is connected to the filter 210 via the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 .

[0064] The drive assembly 400 is disposed on the housing 100 and includes a drive gear 410. The drive gear 410 is connected to the power output terminal. The power output terminal of the drive assembly 400 is detachably connected to the transmission assembly 500. For example, the drive assembly 400 is a drive motor. The drive assembly 400 can drive the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 to rotate in opposite directions through the transmission assembly 500 to drive the filter 210 to move along a predetermined trajectory. In other words, relative motion occurs between the first cleaning brush 320 and the filter 210, so that different areas of the filter 210 are arranged relative to the first cleaning brush 320.

[0065] For example, the drive assembly 400 drives the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 to rotate through the transmission assembly 500, so that the filter 210 is wound on the first reel 330 and unwound on the second reel 340, or the filter 210 is unwound on the first reel 330 and wound on the second reel 340, so that the filter 210 is stretched between the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 and moves relative to the first cleaning brush 320. In this way, the first cleaning brush 320 can clean the area of the filter 210 opposite to it.

[0066] The transmission assembly 500 includes a first driven gear 510, a second driven gear 520, a third driven gear 530, and an intermediate gear 540. The first driven gear 510 is mounted on one end of the first reel 330 and meshes with the drive gear 410. The second driven gear 520 is mounted on one end of the second reel 340 and meshes with the first driven gear 510. The third driven gear 530 is mounted on one end of the first cleaning brush 320 and meshes with the intermediate gear 540. The first driven gear 510 also meshes with the intermediate gear 540.

[0067] During operation of the self-cleaning assembly 300, the drive assembly 400 operates, causing the drive gear 410 on the power output end to rotate in a first direction, thereby driving the first driven gear 510 to rotate in a second direction, thereby driving the first reel 330 to rotate in the second direction. Simultaneously, the first driven gear 510 also drives the second driven gear 520 to rotate in the first direction, thereby driving the second reel 340 to rotate in the first direction.

[0068] In this way, under the action of the first reel 330 and the second reel 340, the filter 210 stretched between the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 moves along a predetermined trajectory, so that different areas on the filter 210 are opposite to the first cleaning brush 320 in turn, and the first cleaning brush 320 cleans the filter 210 in different areas.

[0069] It should be noted that the first direction is opposite to the second direction. When the first reel 330 rotates along the first direction and reels the filter screen 210 , the second reel 340 rotates along the second direction and unreels the filter screen 210 .

[0070] For example, referring to Figures 7A, 7B, and 11, the first driven gear 510 rotates counterclockwise under the drive gear 410, driving the first reel 330 to rotate counterclockwise to reel in the filter screen 210. Then, while rotating counterclockwise, the first driven gear 510 simultaneously drives the second driven gear 520 to rotate clockwise, thereby driving the second reel 340 to rotate clockwise and unwind the filter screen 210.

[0071] It is understood that the first driven gear 510 rotates clockwise under the drive gear 410, driving the first reel 330 to rotate clockwise to unwind the filter screen 210. Then, the first driven gear 510 rotates clockwise while driving the second driven gear 520 to rotate counterclockwise, thereby driving the second reel 340 to rotate counterclockwise and rewind the filter screen 210.

[0072] In addition, the first driven gear 510 also drives the intermediate gear 540 to rotate along the first direction, so that the intermediate gear 540 drives the third driven gear 530 to rotate along the second direction, and then drives the first cleaning brush 320 to rotate along the second direction, so that the rotation direction of the first cleaning brush 320 is opposite to the movement direction of the filter 210, which is beneficial to improve the cleaning effect of the first cleaning brush 320 on the filter 210.

[0073] For example, the first driven gear 510 and the second driven gear 520 have the same number of teeth, so that the rotation speeds of the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 are consistent, thereby tightening the filter screen 210 on the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 .

[0074] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 10, 11, and 12, the base 310 further includes a receiving cavity 314. One side of the mounting member 311 along the length of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 is recessed toward the other side to form the receiving cavity 314. The transmission assembly 500 is disposed within the receiving cavity 314, namely, the first driven gear 510, the second driven gear 520, the third driven gear 530, and the intermediate gear 540 are respectively disposed within the receiving cavity 314. Providing the receiving cavity 314 on the base 310 helps protect and conceal the first driven gear 510, the second driven gear 520, the intermediate gear 540, and the third driven gear 530, facilitates wiring within the air conditioner indoor unit 1000, and prevents operating components (such as the intermediate gear 540) from damaging other components (such as the fan assembly 700).

[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the bottom side of the accommodating cavity 314 is provided with a first opening 3141, a second opening 3142, and a third opening 3143 that communicate with the mounting cavity 313. As shown in FIG14 , a first prism 511 is provided in the middle of the first driven gear 510, and a first hole that is adapted to fit the first prism 511 is provided at the end of the first reel 330. The first prism 511 passes through the first opening 3141 and is inserted into the first hole, thereby fixedly connecting the first driven gear 510 to the first reel 330.

[0076] A second prism 521 is provided in the middle of the second driven gear 520. A second hole is provided at the end of the second reel 340 to mate with the second prism 521. The second prism 521 passes through the second opening 3142 and is inserted into the second hole, thereby securely connecting the second driven gear 520 to the second reel 340. A third prism 531 is provided in the middle of the third driven gear 530. A third hole is provided at the end of the first cleaning brush 320 to mate with the third prism 531. The third prism 531 passes through the third opening 3143 and is inserted into the third hole, thereby securely connecting the third driven gear 530 to the first cleaning brush 320.

[0077] The first opening 3141, the first prism 511, the first hole, the second opening 3142, the second prism 521, the second hole, the third opening 3143, the third prism 531 and the third hole are arranged in the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000, which is conducive to realizing the connection between the first driven gear 510 and the first reel 330, the connection between the second driven gear 520 and the second reel 340, and the connection between the third driven gear 530 and the first cleaning brush 320, thereby improving the stability of rotation.

[0078] In this way, the indoor air enters the housing 100 from the air inlet 110 under the action of the fan assembly 700, and flows to the indoor heat exchanger 600 after being filtered by the filter 210. Then, the indoor air is blown out from the air outlet after heat exchange in the indoor heat exchanger 600.

[0079] After the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 has been operating for a period of time, debris in the indoor air, after being filtered by the filter 210, accumulates on the surface of the filter 210, causing a large amount of debris to adhere to the filter 210, thereby affecting the filtering and air intake performance of the filter 210. When a large amount of debris adheres to the filter 210, the self-cleaning assembly 300 of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 can remove the debris adhered to the filter 210, allowing the filter 210 to maintain its filtering capacity, thereby improving the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000.

[0080] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 8A and 8B , the first reel 330 includes a first portion 331 and a second portion 332, which are detachably connected. The second reel 340 includes a third portion 341 and a fourth portion 342, which are detachably connected. One end of the filter screen 210 is clamped between the first portion 331 and the second portion 332, and the other end of the filter screen 210 is clamped between the third portion 341 and the fourth portion 342.

[0081] It should be noted that the first scroll 330 and the second scroll 340 are respectively set as a two-part structure that can be detachably connected, and the two ends of the filter 210 are respectively fixed to the first scroll 330 and the second scroll 340 by clamping, which can improve the stability of the connection between the filter 210 and the first scroll 330 and the second scroll 340, and is conducive to maintaining the tension of the filter between the first scroll 330 and the second scroll 340.

[0082] The first portion 331, the second portion 332, the third portion 341, and the fourth portion 342 each extend along the thickness direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 (the front-to-back direction as shown in Figures 8A and 8B) and have an arcuate cross-section. The outer surfaces of the first portion 331, the second portion 332, the third portion 341, and the fourth portion 342 are smooth, which facilitates the winding and unwinding of the filter 210 on the first reel 330 and the second reel 340.

[0083] A first snap-fit portion 333 is provided on the inner side of the first portion 331, and a second snap-fit portion 334 is provided on the inner side of the second portion 332. The first snap-fit portion 333 and the second snap-fit portion 334 are snap-fitted together, allowing the first portion 331 and the second portion 332 to be detachably connected. A third snap-fit portion 343 is provided on the inner side of the third portion 341, and a fourth snap-fit portion 344 is provided on the inner side of the fourth portion 342. The third snap-fit portion 343 and the fourth snap-fit portion 344 are snap-fitted together, allowing the third portion 341 and the fourth portion 342 to be detachably connected. In this way, the snap-fit connection between the first portion 331 and the second portion 332, and between the third portion 341 and the fourth portion 342, facilitates the user's removal of the filter 210 for cleaning.

[0084] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2, 9, 10, and 15, an air conditioner indoor unit 1000 includes multiple filter assemblies 200 and multiple self-cleaning assemblies 300. The housing 100 includes multiple air inlets 110. Each filter assembly 200 corresponds to a self-cleaning assembly 300, and each air inlet 110 corresponds to a filter assembly 200.

[0085] It can be understood that the provision of multiple air inlets 110, multiple filter components 200 and multiple self-cleaning components 300 in the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000 is beneficial to increasing the air intake and air output of the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000, thereby improving the cooling or heating efficiency of the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000.

[0086] The air conditioning indoor unit 1000 further includes multiple drive assemblies 400 and multiple transmission assemblies 500, with each drive assembly 400 corresponding to a transmission assembly 500. Each drive assembly 400 is connected to the filter assembly 200 via its corresponding transmission assembly 500. In this way, each filter assembly 200 can be driven independently to perform self-cleaning operations.

[0087] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 further includes at least one connecting rod 550, the multiple transmission assemblies 500 are connected by the connecting rod 550, and the power output end of the drive assembly 400 is connected to the connecting rod 550. In this way, the drive assembly 400 can drive the multiple self-cleaning assemblies 300 to operate via the connecting rod 550 and the multiple transmission assemblies 500, which helps to simplify the structure of the air conditioning indoor unit 1000.

[0088] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the base 310 further includes a notch 315. For example, a side of the accommodating cavity 314 near the back plate 912 is open to form the notch 315. A portion of the first driven gear 510 extends from the notch 315, and the driving gear 410 meshes with the portion of the first driven gear 510.

[0089] It will be appreciated that the removable connection between the transmission assembly 500 and the drive assembly 400 is achieved through the meshing between the first driven gear 510 and the drive gear 410. The notch 315 provided on the base 310 facilitates meshing between the drive gear 410 and the first driven gear 510. When the transmission assembly 500 is disassembled, the first driven gear 510 can be removed from the housing 100 along with the mounting member 311, while the drive gear 410 remains.

[0090] That is, since the power output end of the drive assembly 400 is detachably connected to the transmission assembly 500, and the transmission assembly 500 is connected to the self-cleaning assembly 300, and the filter assembly 200 is connected to the self-cleaning assembly 300, when the user needs to remove the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300 for cleaning, the base 310 can be removed from the housing 100 to remove the self-cleaning assembly 300 from the housing 100. At the same time, the transmission assembly 500 is removed from the housing 100 along with the self-cleaning assembly 300, while the drive assembly 400 is not removed from the housing 100 along with the transmission assembly 500.

[0091] In this way, the user can disassemble the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300 without touching the drive assembly 400, and clean the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300, thereby avoiding safety hazards caused by contact with the drive assembly 400. In addition, the drive assembly 400 is hidden in the housing 100, which helps to protect it from damage by external factors.

[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 2, the housing 100 further includes a through hole 120 and a mounting slot 130. For example, a portion of the front side of the housing 100 is open to form the through hole 120. The housing 100 defines a mounting slot 130. The front side of the mounting slot 130 is open. The through hole 120 is connected to the mounting slot 130, and the through hole 120 is located above the mounting slot 130. The mounting member 311 is disposed in the mounting slot 130. The self-cleaning assembly 300 is disposed on the inner side of the mounting member 311, and the transmission assembly 500 is disposed on the outer side of the mounting member 311. The bracket 312 is disposed in the housing 100 through the through hole 120.

[0093] Because the first reel 330, the second reel 340, and the first cleaning brush 320 are disposed within the mounting member 311, which is disposed within the mounting slot 130, and one side of the bracket 312 is connected to the mounting member 311 and extends rearward through the through hole 120, the user can remove the mounting member 311 from the mounting slot 130 through the through hole 120, thereby removing the bracket 312 and the filter screen 210 from the housing 100 along with the mounting member 311, thereby removing the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300. This reduces the difficulty of removing and installing the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300, making it easier for the user to clean the removed filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300.

[0094] Similarly, the user can install the mounting member 311 in the mounting groove 130 through the through hole 120, so that the bracket 312 and the filter screen 210 are installed in the housing 100 together with the mounting member 311, thereby installing the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300.

[0095] 9 , the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 further includes a stopper 160. The stopper 160 is rotatably mounted on the front plate 191 of the housing 100 and adjacent to the mounting slot 130. The stopper 160 is configured to rotate and switch between a locked position and an unlocked position.

[0096] For example, when the stop block 160 is in the locked position, at least a portion of the stop block 160 is located on the front side of the mounting member 311 to prevent the mounting member 311 from sliding out of the mounting slot 130. When the stop block 160 is in the unlocked position, the stop block 160 is located on the front plate 191 of the housing 100 to enable the mounting member 311 to slide forward to disengage from the mounting slot 130.

[0097] It should be noted that when the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 is working, the stop block 160 is in the locked position to prevent the mounting member 311 from sliding out of the mounting slot 130. When the filter assembly 200 needs to be cleaned, the stop block 160 is rotated to the unlocked position and the mounting member 311 can be removed.

[0098] For example, the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 includes a plurality of stoppers 160. The plurality of stoppers 160 are provided on the housing 100 to facilitate the user in removing and installing the filter assembly 200.

[0099] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, the self-cleaning assembly 300 further includes a dust box 350 and a dust box 360. The dust box 350 is disposed on the base 310 and is located below the first cleaning brush 320. The dust box 350 is configured to collect debris removed from the filter 210.

[0100] As shown in Figures 3 and 9, the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 further includes a slot 150. The slot 150 is provided on the front plate 191 of the housing 100. The ash box 360 is provided in the slot 150, and the ash box 360 is located below the dust box 350. The slot 150 has a first side wall 151 and a second side wall 152 that are spaced apart along the length direction of the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 (i.e., the left-right direction in Figure 9). The first side wall 151 is provided with a first card slot 153, and the second side wall 152 is provided with a second card slot 154. As shown in Figure 12, the ash box 360 is provided with a first card block and a second card block that are spaced apart along the length direction of the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 (i.e., the left-right direction in Figure 9).

[0101] The ash box 360 is detachably installed in the slot 150 through the cooperation between the first clamping block and the first clamping slot 153 , and the cooperation between the second clamping block and the second clamping slot 154 .

[0102] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 15 and 16, the self-cleaning assembly 300 further includes a second cleaning brush 370. The second cleaning brush 370 is disposed in the dust box 350 and is configured to remove debris attached to the first cleaning brush 320 into the dust box 350. The second cleaning brush 370 includes a second brush 371, which is configured to be inserted into the first cleaning brush 320.

[0103] When the self-cleaning component is working, some debris will adhere to the first brush 321. The second brush 371 can brush the debris attached to the first brush 321 into the dust collection box 350, so that the first brush 321 can contact the filter 210 without being attached to the debris and remove the debris attached to the filter 210, which is beneficial to improving the effect of cleaning the filter 230.

[0104] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 4, the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 further includes a panel 800. The panel 800 is detachably connected to the front side of the housing 100 to block the through-hole 120. For example, when the air conditioning indoor unit 1000 is in operation, the panel 800 is placed on the front side of the housing 100 to enhance the appearance of the air conditioning indoor unit 100. When it is necessary to remove and clean the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300, the panel 800 can be removed from the front side of the housing 100, and then the filter assembly 200 and the self-cleaning assembly 300 can be removed from the housing 100 through the through-hole 120.

[0105] As shown in Figure 2, a first matching portion is provided on the inner side surface of the panel 800, and a second matching portion 140 is provided on the front side of the shell 100. The first matching portion and the second matching portion 140 are connected by a snap so that the panel 800 can be detachably connected to the front side of the shell 100.

[0106] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17 , the filter 210 includes a filter portion 211 and a blocking portion 212 connected in sequence. The filter portion 211 is configured to filter the air entering the housing 100 from the air inlet 110, and the blocking portion 212 is configured to block the air entering the housing 100 from the air inlet 110.

[0107] For example, when the filter 210 moves along a predetermined trajectory, the filter 210 can move between a filtering position and a blocking position. When the filter 210 is in the filtering position, the filter portion 211 covers the air inlet 110, filtering the air entering the housing 100 from the air inlet 110. When the filter 210 is in the blocking position, the blocking portion 212 covers the air inlet 110, blocking the air entering the housing 100 from the air inlet 110.

[0108] It should be noted that when the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 is operating, the filter 210 is in the filtering position, the filter portion 211 covers the air inlet 110, and filters the air entering through the air inlet 110. When the air conditioner indoor unit is stopped, the filter 210 moves from the filtering position to the blocking position, and the blocking portion 212 covers the air inlet 110, so that air and dust are blocked by the blocking portion 212, preventing dust from entering the interior of the housing 100.

[0109] It is understood that the filter portion 211 is a region having multiple small pores. These pores can filter large particles of dust and other impurities from the air, allowing the filtered air to enter the housing 100. The blocking portion 212 is a non-porous region that prevents air and dust from passing through. For example, the blocking portion 212 is made of a plastic film, and a hot-melt portion is provided between the blocking portion 212 and the filter portion 211 to connect the two portions.

[0110] In this way, by setting a sealing portion 212 in the filter 210, air and dust cannot enter the shell 100 when the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000 is shut down, thereby preventing dust and other debris from entering the interior of the shell 100, and preventing dust and other debris from adhering to the indoor heat exchanger 600 or the fan assembly 700 in the shell 100, making the interior of the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000 cleaner, which is beneficial to improving the cooling or heating effect of the air-conditioning indoor unit 1000.

[0111] In some embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 further includes a sensor and a controller. The sensor is configured to send a signal to the controller indicating the start of a self-cleaning mode. For example, the signal instructs the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 to start or stop the self-cleaning mode. When the amount of debris on the filter 210 reaches a preset level, the sensor sends a signal to the controller indicating the start of the self-cleaning mode. When the amount of debris on the filter 210 falls below a preset level, the sensor sends a signal to the controller indicating the stop of the self-cleaning mode.

[0112] The controller is configured to receive a signal from the sensor and, in response to the signal, control the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 to perform an operation indicated by the signal. For example, upon receiving a signal from the sensor indicating that the self-cleaning mode is to be executed, the controller controls the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 to execute the self-cleaning mode. Upon receiving a signal from the sensor indicating that the self-cleaning mode is to be stopped, the controller controls the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 to stop the self-cleaning mode.

[0113] For example, after the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 has been operating for a period of time, indoor air continuously flows from the air inlet 110 to the indoor heat exchanger 600 under the action of the fan assembly 700. After heat exchange in the indoor heat exchanger 600, it is delivered to the indoor room through the air outlet by the fan assembly 700. As a result, the amount of debris attached to the filter 210 opposite the air inlet 110 in the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 increases. When the amount of debris on the filter 210 reaches a predetermined level, the sensor sends a signal to the controller indicating that the self-cleaning mode is activated.

[0114] The controller receives a signal from the sensor indicating the self-cleaning mode is in operation and controls the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 to operate in the self-cleaning mode. When in the self-cleaning mode, the drive assembly 400 drives the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 to rotate in opposite directions via the transmission assembly 500, thereby driving the filter 210 along a predetermined trajectory. The first cleaning brush 320 can be positioned opposite different areas of the filter 210 and clean the area of the filter 210 opposite to the first cleaning brush 320.

[0115] When the first reel 330 and the second reel 340 rotate in opposite directions, the first cleaning brush 320 contacts the first reel 330 to remove debris from the filter 210 wound on the first reel 330, causing the debris to fall into the dust box 350 for collection. When the dust box 350 contains a lot of debris, the dust box 350 can be removed for cleaning.

[0116] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide another air conditioner indoor unit 100A. As shown in FIG18 , the air conditioner indoor unit 100A includes a shell 10, an indoor heat exchanger 20, a fan assembly 30, at least one filter 40, at least one self-cleaning assembly 50, at least one drive assembly 60 and at least one transmission assembly 70.

[0117] 19 to 21 , the housing 10 includes a front panel 12, a back panel 13, a first side panel 14, and a second side panel 15. The first side panel 14 and the second side panel 15 are connected to the front panel 12 and the back panel 13, respectively, and extend perpendicularly to the front panel 12 and the back panel 13, respectively.

[0118] The housing 10 includes at least one air inlet 11 and an air outlet. A portion of the top of the housing 10 is open to form the air inlet 11.

[0119] A portion of the bottom of the housing 10 is open to form the air outlet. The indoor heat exchanger 20 is disposed within the housing 10 and is configured to exchange heat with indoor air entering through the air inlet 11. The fan assembly 30 is disposed on a side of the indoor heat exchanger 20 away from the air inlet 11 and is configured to draw in and pump out indoor air.

[0120] The filter 40 is disposed between the air inlet 11 and the indoor heat exchanger 20 and covers the air inlet 11. The filter 40 is configured to filter air entering the air conditioner indoor unit 100A from the air inlet 11 to prevent foreign matter in the air from entering the air conditioner indoor unit 100A.

[0121] The self-cleaning assembly 50 is disposed within the housing 10 and is configured to clean debris attached to the filter 40. A drive assembly 60 is disposed on the housing 10, and a transmission assembly 70 is disposed within the housing 10. The drive assembly 60 is configured to drive the transmission assembly 70 to rotate. The transmission assembly 70 is connected to the self-cleaning assembly 50 and the drive assembly 60, and is configured to drive the self-cleaning assembly 50 to move under the drive of the drive assembly 60, so that the self-cleaning assembly 50 cleans debris attached to the filter 40, thereby maintaining the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioner indoor unit 100A.

[0122] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 23, the self-cleaning assembly 50 includes a base 51, a second reel 53, a first reel 52, a cleaning brush assembly 54 and a dust box 55. The base 51 is arranged in the shell 10 and is close to the front plate 12. The base 51 includes a base body 511A and a bracket 512. One side of the bracket 512 is connected to a side of the base body 511A close to the back plate 13 and extends along the thickness direction of the shell 10 (i.e., the front and rear direction as shown in Figure 19). The bracket 512 is configured to carry the filter 40. The filter 40 is arranged on the bracket 512 and can move along a predetermined trajectory on the bracket 512.

[0123] The second reel 53, the first reel 52, and the cleaning brush assembly 54 are rotatably connected to the base body 511A, and each of the second reel 53, the first reel 52, and the cleaning brush assembly 54 extends along the length of the housing 10. The second reel 53 is spaced apart from and substantially parallel to the first reel 52. The filter 40 is tensioned between the second reel 53 and the first reel 52. The cleaning brush assembly 54 is positioned adjacent to the first reel 52 and is configured to clean debris from the filter 40 as it is wound around or released from the first reel 52 or the second reel 53.

[0124] The self-cleaning assembly 50 also includes a cleaning chamber 56. The base body 511A defines the cleaning chamber 56. The cleaning chamber 56 includes a first opening 563 and a second opening 564. The top of the cleaning chamber 56 is open to form the first opening 563, and the bottom of the cleaning chamber 56 is open to form the second opening 564. The second reel 53 is located above the first opening 563, the first reel 52 is located at the first opening 563, and the cleaning brush assembly 54 is located in the cleaning chamber 56. The dust box 55 is arranged below the second opening 564 and is configured to accommodate debris cleaned from the filter 40 by the cleaning brush assembly 54.

[0125] In some embodiments, the second reel 53 rotates in opposite directions to the first reel 52. During the cleaning process of the self-cleaning assembly 50, the filter 40 is wound on the first reel 52 and unwound on the second reel 53, or the filter 40 is unwound on the first reel 52 and wound on the second reel 53.

[0126] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 21 and 24, the cleaning brush assembly 54 includes a cleaning brush base 541, a cleaning brush 542, and at least one elastic member 543. The cleaning brush 542 is movably disposed on the cleaning brush base 541 and abuts against a portion of the filter 40. The cleaning brush base 541 includes a first mounting portion 5411 and a second mounting portion 5412. The first mounting portion 5411 is disposed on and connected to the second mounting portion 5412. One end of any one of the at least one elastic member 543 abuts against the first mounting portion 5411, and the other end abuts against the second mounting portion 5412.

[0127] For example, the elastic member 543 is a spring. The cleaning brush 542 is disposed on a side of the first mounting portion 5411 away from the second mounting portion 5412. When the cleaning brush 542 abuts the first reel 52, the first reel 52 applies a force to the cleaning brush 542, that is, to the first mounting portion 5411, causing the first mounting portion 5411 to compress the elastic member 543.

[0128] Because the second mounting portion 5412 is stationary along the height direction of the housing 10 (i.e., the vertical direction as shown in FIG19 ), the elastic member 543 applies an elastic force of equal magnitude and opposite direction to the first mounting portion 5411, causing the cleaning brush 542 to apply force to the first reel 52, thereby elastically abutting the cleaning brush 542 against the first reel 52. The cleaning brush base 541, through the elastic member 543, abuts the cleaning brush 542 against the first reel 52. This facilitates abutment of the cleaning brush 542 against the first reel 52 during rotation of the first reel 52 or the cleaning brush base 541, thereby improving the cleaning ability of the cleaning brush 542 on the filter 40 wound on the first reel 52. Furthermore, this prevents excessive wear of the cleaning brush 542 due to hard contact between the first reel 52 and the cleaning brush 542, thereby extending the service life of the cleaning brush 542.

[0129] It is understood that the cleaning brush 542 is in contact with the first reel 52 via the elastic member 543. When the second reel 53 and the first reel 52 rotate in opposite directions, the cleaning brush 542 can contact the first reel 52 and clean the filter 40 at the contact point, causing debris brushed off the filter 40 to fall into the dust box 55 for collection. Since the first reel 52 may generate vibration or radial runout during rotation, the elasticity of the elastic member 543 helps to improve the stability of the contact between the cleaning brush 542 and the first reel 52, avoiding hard contact between the first reel 52 and the cleaning brush 542.

[0130] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 25 and 26, the cleaning brush assembly 54 further includes at least one first stopper (stopper) 565. The at least one first stopper 565 is disposed on the inner wall of the cleaning chamber 56. The first stopper 565 is configured to abut against the cleaning brush 542 when the elastic member 543 shows a tendency to be compressed or stretched during the rotation of the cleaning brush base 541, so that the elastic member 543 slowly undergoes elastic deformation.

[0131] When the cleaning brush 542 is separated from the second reel 53, the cleaning brush 542 rotates in the direction away from the cleaning brush base 541. As the cleaning brush base 541 rotates, the side of the cleaning brush 542 close to the filter 40 stops at the first limit member 565. The first limit member 565 is configured to limit the distance that the cleaning brush 542 moves relative to the cleaning brush base 541 to avoid abnormal noise caused by the sudden movement of the cleaning brush 542 when the cleaning brush 542 detaches from the filter 40.

[0132] By setting the first limit member 565, it is beneficial to prolong the movement process of the elastic member 543 from the compressed state to the extended state when the cleaning brush 542 is separated from the filter 40, delay the deformation process of the elastic member 543 from the compressed state to the extended state, avoid the elastic member 543 from moving rapidly and violently, resulting in a decrease in the stability of the elastic member 543 installed between the cleaning brush 542 and the cleaning brush base 541, increase the reliability of the elastic member 543 installed between the cleaning brush 542 and the cleaning brush base 541, avoid irreversible deformation of the elastic member 543, protect the elastic member 543, extend the service life of the elastic member 543, improve the structural stability of the cleaning brush assembly 54, and avoid abnormal noise during the use of the self-cleaning assembly 50.

[0133] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 23, 25, and 26, the self-cleaning assembly 50 further includes a cleaning member 59. The cleaning member 59 is disposed on the inner wall of the base 51 and on a side of the base front cover 513 that is adjacent to the cleaning chamber 56. For example, the cleaning member 59 and the base front cover 513 may be connected via an adhesive or a snap-fit structure. A first stopper 565 is located on at least one side of the cleaning member 59 that is adjacent to or distal to the filter 40.

[0134] The first stopper 565 is located on at least one side of the cleaning member 59 along the circumference of the center of the cleaning brush base 541. The central axis of the cleaning brush base 541 serves as the rotation axis of the cleaning member 59. The first stopper 565 can be positioned between the cleaning member 59 and the second reel 53. When the cleaning brush 542 separates from the filter 40, the cleaning brush 542 first abuts against the first stopper 565 and then against the cleaning member 59, and then rotates toward the side of the cleaning member 59 away from the second reel 53 along the height direction of the housing 10.

[0135] By arranging a cleaning member 59 on the side wall of the cleaning chamber, the self-cleaning function of the cleaning brush assembly 54 is facilitated. When the cleaning brush 542 needs to be cleaned, the self-cleaning assembly 50 can be avoided from being disassembled, thereby reducing the difficulty of cleaning the cleaning brush 542 and improving the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning brush 542.

[0136] The first limiting member 565 is arranged adjacent to the cleaning member 59, and the first limiting member 565 and the cleaning member 59 are respectively located on one side of the circumference of the central axis of the cleaning brush base 541. The cleaning brush assembly 54 can maintain the original motion trajectory, and the structure of the cleaning member 59 and the first limiting member 565 is simple, which is conducive to reducing production difficulty and reducing production costs.

[0137] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 30 and 31 , the first limiting member 565 includes at least one of a first limiting portion 5651 and a second limiting portion 5652. The first end 566 of the first limiting portion 5651 is close to the cleaning member 59. The first limiting portion 5651 and the second limiting portion 5652 are respectively arranged on the same side of the cleaning chamber 56. In addition, along the height direction of the housing 10 (e.g., the vertical direction in Figure 31 ), the first limiting portion 5651, the cleaning member 59, and the second limiting portion 5652 are arranged in sequence, and the cleaning member 59 is located between the first limiting portion 5651 and the second limiting portion 5652.

[0138] As shown in Figures 27 to 29, when the cleaning brush 542 moves between the filter 40 and the cleaning member 59, from the time the cleaning brush 542 separates from the filter 40 to the time the cleaning brush 542 separates from the cleaning member 59, the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the first stopper 5651. After the cleaning brush 542 separates from the cleaning member 59, the cleaning brush 542 moves along the height direction of the housing 10 toward the side of the cleaning member 59 away from the first stopper 5651, and abuts against the second stopper 5652. This reduces the abnormal noise generated by the movement of the cleaning brush 542. When the cleaning brush 542 rotates from the position of abutment against the cleaning member 59 to the position of abutment against the first stopper 5651 or the second stopper 5652, the elastic member 543 deforms more slowly, preventing the elastic member 543 from rapidly compressing or expanding, thus protecting the elastic member 543 and reducing the abnormal noise generated by the movement of the cleaning brush 542.

[0139] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 27 to 29, the width of the first stopper 5651 in the thickness direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 gradually decreases from the first end 566 of the first stopper 5651 to the second end 567 of the first stopper 5651. The cleaning brush 542 is further configured to move away from the center of the cleaning brush base 541 when rotating from the second position to the first position; the first position is when the cleaning brush 542 abuts the filter 40 at the second reel 53, and the second position is when the cleaning brush 542 abuts the first stopper 5651.

[0140] As shown in Figures 27 and 28, when the cleaning brush 542 rotates from the second position to the first position along the first direction M, the cleaning brush 542 moves in a direction away from the center of the cleaning brush base 541. Here, the first direction M can be a clockwise direction. The second end 567 of the first limiting portion 5651 is close to the second reel 53, the first end 566 of the first limiting portion 5651 is close to the cleaning member 59, and the distance between the first end 566 and the center of the cleaning brush base 541 is greater than the distance between the second end 567 and the center of the cleaning brush base 541.

[0141] During the process of rotating the cleaning brush 542 from the second position to the first position, when the cleaning brush 542 moves from abutting against the second end 567 to abutting against the second reel 53, the cleaning brush 542 moves in a direction away from the center of the cleaning brush base 541. In this case, the width of the first stopper 5651 decreases from the second end 567 toward the first end 566. This can slow the deformation of the elastic member 543 during the rotation of the cleaning brush assembly 54. When the cleaning brush assembly 54 moves between the cleaning member 59 and the second reel 53, the cleaning brush 542 can abut against the first stopper 5651, thereby increasing the stability of the movement of the cleaning brush 542 relative to the cleaning brush base 541 and prolonging the service life of the cleaning brush assembly 54.

[0142] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 27 to 29, the width of the second limiting portion 5652 in the thickness direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 decreases as it moves from the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652 toward the first end 568 of the second limiting portion 5652. Furthermore, along the height direction of the base 51, the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652 is lower than the cleaning brush assembly 54, thereby facilitating the rotation of the cleaning brush assembly 54. The cleaning brush 542 is further configured to first move away from the center of the cleaning brush base 541 and then move toward the center of the cleaning brush base 541 when rotating from the third position to the second position. The third position is the position where the cleaning brush 542 abuts the second limiting portion 5652.

[0143] As shown in Figures 28 and 29, when the cleaning brush 542 rotates from the third position to the second position along the first direction M, the cleaning brush 542 first moves away from the center of the base 51 and then moves toward the center of the base 51. The first end 568 of the second limiting portion 5652 is close to the cleaning member 59, and the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652 is away from the cleaning member 59. The distance between the first end 568 of the second limiting portion 5652 and the center of the cleaning brush base 541 is greater than the distance between the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652 and the center of the cleaning brush base 541.

[0144] During the rotation of the cleaning brush 542 from the third position to the second position, the cleaning brush 542 first rotates from abutting against the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652 to abutting against the first end 568 of the second limiting portion 5652, and the cleaning brush 542 moves in a direction away from the cleaning brush base 541. During the rotation of the cleaning brush 542 toward the cleaning member 59, the cleaning brush 542 separates from the second limiting portion 5652, and then abuts against the cleaning member 59 and separates from the cleaning member 59. The cleaning brush 542 moves from abutting against the first end 566 of the first limiting portion 5651 to abutting against the second end 567 of the first limiting portion 5651. During this movement, the cleaning brush 542 moves toward the center of the cleaning brush base 541. When the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652, the cleaning brush 542, driven by the cleaning brush base 541, changes its rotational direction and rotates toward the first limiting portion 5651 (e.g., the second direction N). This allows the cleaning brush 542 to rotate between the cleaning member 59 and the filter 40, and between the upper and lower sides of the cleaning member 59. This allows the cleaning member 59 to clean the cleaning brush 542, and the second limiting portion 5652 to limit the rotation of the cleaning brush 542. Here, the second direction N is opposite to the first direction M, for example, the second direction N is counterclockwise.

[0145] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 27 to 29, the surfaces of the first and second limiting portions 5651, 5652 facing the cleaning brush 542 can be flat or curved. Specifically, the surface where the first limiting portion 5651 abuts the cleaning brush 542, and the surface where the second limiting portion 5652 abuts the cleaning brush 542, can be flat or curved. For example, the surface of the first limiting portion 5651 facing the cleaning brush 542 can be flat, and the surface of the second limiting portion 5652 facing the cleaning brush 542 can be curved. When the cleaning brush 542 abuts the second end 569 of the second limiting portion 5652, the second limiting portion 5652 can restrict the cleaning brush 542 from further rotation. Therefore, one side of the first limiting portion 5651 and the second limiting portion 5652 is set to be a flat surface or an arc surface, which is conducive to the relative rotation of the cleaning brush 542 and the first limiting member 565, so that the cleaning brush assembly 54 rotates smoothly and the deformation process of the elastic member 543 is more gentle, which is conducive to extending the service life of the cleaning brush assembly 54.

[0146] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 27 to 29 , along the height direction of the base 51, the first end 566 of the first stopper 5651 is higher than the cleaning member 59, and the first end 568 of the second stopper 5652 is lower than the cleaning member 59. In this case, along the height direction of the housing 10, the first stopper 5651, the cleaning member 59, and the second stopper 5652 are arranged sequentially from top to bottom. This facilitates the transition of the cleaning brush 542 from abutting against the filter 40 to abutting against the cleaning member 59, and vice versa. The first stopper 5651 and the second stopper 5652 can slow the movement of the cleaning brush 542 driven by the elastic member 543 toward or away from the center of the cleaning brush base 514, prolonging the deformation process of the elastic member 543, facilitating the first stopper 5651 and the second stopper 5652 to abut against the cleaning brush 542, respectively, and reducing abnormal noise generated during the movement of the cleaning brush 542.

[0147] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG31 , the second limiting portion 5652 includes a first sub-limiting portion 5653 and a second sub-limiting portion 5654. The first sub-limiting portion 5653 is located at one end of the second limiting portion 5652 closer to the cleaning member 59, and the second sub-limiting portion 5654 is located at the other end of the second limiting portion 5652 farther from the cleaning member 59. One end of the first sub-limiting portion 5653 is connected to the inner wall of the cleaning chamber 56, and the second sub-limiting portion 5654 is connected to the other end of the first sub-limiting portion 5653. Furthermore, the distance between the center of the cleaning brush base 541 and the first sub-limiting portion 5653 is greater than the distance between the center of the cleaning brush base 541 and the second sub-limiting portion 5654. Therefore, when the cleaning brush 542 stops at the first sub-limiting portion 5653, the distance between the cleaning brush 542 and the center of the cleaning brush base 514 is greater than the distance between the cleaning brush 542 and the center of the cleaning brush base 514 when the cleaning brush 542 stops at the second sub-limiting portion 5654.

[0148] Therefore, the stroke of the elastic member 543 compressed when the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the second sub-limiting portion 5654 is greater than the stroke of the elastic member 543 compressed when the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the first sub-limiting portion 5653. Therefore, when the cleaning brush 542 rotates from the first sub-limiting portion 5653 to the second sub-limiting portion 5654, the cleaning brush 542 moves toward the center of the cleaning brush base 514, and the second sub-limiting portion 5654 can limit the cleaning brush 542. For example, the second sub-limiting portion 5654 abuts against the cleaning brush 542, thereby preventing the cleaning brush 542 from continuing to rotate in a direction away from the first sub-limiting portion 5653.

[0149] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 30 and 31, the thickness L of the first limiter 565 along the length direction of the shell 10 is any value within a preset range, for example, the preset range is 1mm to 3mm. At this time, L is greater than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm (1mm≤L≤3mm). For example, the thickness L of the first limiter 565 along the length of the shell 10 is 1mm, 2mm or 3mmm. If the thickness L of the first limiter 565 along the length direction of the shell 10 is greater than 3mm, the contact area between the first limiter 565 and the cleaning brush 542 will be increased. During the rotation of the cleaning brush 542, the friction force generated between the cleaning brush 542 and the first limiter 565 is too large, affecting the rotation of the cleaning brush 542 and easily causing the bristles of the cleaning brush 542 to undergo irreversible deformation, thereby wasting materials and increasing costs.

[0150] If the thickness L of the first stopper 565 along the length of the base 51 is less than 1 mm, the first stopper 565 is too thin and may easily break when the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the first stopper 565 during rotation. Furthermore, a thin first stopper 565 may increase production difficulty and cost. Therefore, setting the thickness L of the first stopper 565 along the length of the housing 10 within a predetermined range allows the cleaning brush 542 to be positioned when abutting against the filter 40 and the cleaning member 59, thereby slowing the deformation of the elastic member 543 and reducing costs. It also improves the structural strength of the first stopper 565 and extends the service life of the component.

[0151] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG30 , the cleaning brush assembly 54 includes a plurality of first stoppers 565. The plurality of first stoppers 565 are spaced apart along the length of the housing 10 to reduce the force exerted on each first stopper 565. Furthermore, the plurality of first stoppers 565 are located at both ends of the length of the housing 10, thereby enhancing the support provided by the first stoppers 565 to the cleaning brush 542 and improving the overall structural strength of the base 51.

[0152] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 20, 21, and 25, the dust box 55 includes a dust box body 551 and a latch hole 553. The latch hole 553 is provided at one end of the dust box body 551 along the length of the housing 10. The housing 10 also includes a positioning member provided on a side panel along one side of the housing 10 along the length. The dust box 55 and the housing 10 are engaged with each other through the latch hole 553 and the latch hole, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the dust box 55 and the housing 10.

[0153] As shown in FIG32 , the dust box 55 further includes a baffle 552. The baffle 552 is disposed on the front side of the dust box body 551. One end of the baffle 552 is connected to the dust box body 551, and the other end of the baffle 552 extends upward in the height direction of the housing 10 (i.e., the vertical direction as shown in FIG19 ). The baffle 552 is configured to seal the gap between the front side of the dust box 55 and the front surface of the base 51 when the dust box 55 is assembled with the base 51, thereby preventing debris in the dust box 55 from spilling out of the gap.

[0154] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 24 , the cleaning brush assembly 54 further includes a mounting cavity 544. The second mounting portion 5412 is open on a side facing the cleaning brush 542, and the first mounting portion 5411 is disposed on the open side of the second mounting portion 5412. The first mounting portion 5411 and the second mounting portion 5412 together define the mounting cavity 544. An elastic member 543 is disposed within the mounting cavity 544. Because the ends of the elastic member 543 respectively abut against the first mounting portion 5411 and the second mounting portion 5412, when the first mounting portion 5411 is squeezed, the first mounting portion 5411 can move toward the second mounting portion 5412.

[0155] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG24 , the cleaning brush assembly 54 further includes at least one positioning post 545 . Any one of the at least one positioning post 545 is disposed on either the first mounting portion 5411 or the second mounting portion 5412 . The elastic member 543 is sleeved on any one of the positioning posts 545 .

[0156] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG24 , the cleaning brush base 541 further includes at least one slot 5414 and at least one buckle 5415. The at least one slot 5414 is disposed on at least one of the two side walls of the first mounting portion 5411 along the width direction of the housing 10. The at least one buckle 5415 is disposed on at least one of the two side walls of the second mounting portion 5412 along the width direction of the housing 10. The buckle 5415 and the slot 5414 engage with each other to connect the first mounting portion 5411 to the second mounting portion 5412. When the buckle 5415 is engaged in the slot 5414, it can move within the slot 5414 along the height direction of the housing 10.

[0157] For example, when at least one first mounting portion 5411 includes a plurality of latching slots 5414, the plurality of latching slots 5414 are spaced apart and arranged on both side walls of the first mounting portion 5411 along the width direction of the housing 10. The length of the latching slots 5414 along the height direction of the housing 10 is greater than the length of the buckle 5415 along the height direction of the housing 10, so that the first mounting portion 5411 can move relative to the second mounting portion 5412 along the height direction of the housing 10.

[0158] It is understood that when the cleaning brush 542 abuts the first reel 52, the first mounting portion 5411 moves toward the second mounting portion 5412. When the cleaning brush 542 separates from the first reel 52, the first mounting portion 5411 moves away from the second mounting portion 5412. Thus, the first mounting portion 5411 and the second mounting portion 5412 are engaged and connected via the slot 5414 and the buckle 5415, which improves assembly efficiency, simplifies the structure of the cleaning brush base 541, and enhances assembly stability of the first mounting portion 5411 and the second mounting portion 5412.

[0159] Moreover, when the buckle 5415 is engaged in the slot 5414, the buckle 5415 can move relative to the slot 5414, which is conducive to the movement of the first mounting part 5411 relative to the second mounting part 5412, so that the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the first reel 52, thereby improving the efficiency of the cleaning brush 542 in cleaning the filter 40.

[0160] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 23 to 25, the first mounting portion 5411 includes a first side portion 5416, a second side portion 5417, and a connecting portion 5413. The connecting portion 5413 has two ends along the thickness direction of the housing 10 that connect to the upper sides of the first side portion 5416 and the second side portion 5417, respectively. The lower sides of the first side portion 5416 and the second side portion 5417 extend toward the second mounting portion 5412 along the height direction of the housing 10. The first side portion 5416, the second side portion 5417, and the connecting portion 5413 collectively constitute the first mounting portion 5411.

[0161] The first side portion 5416 and the second side portion 5417 extend toward the second mounting portion 5412. One end of the elastic member 543 abuts against the connecting portion 5413, and the other end of the elastic member 543 is sleeved on the positioning post 545 provided on the second mounting portion 5412. The first side portion 5416 and the second side portion 5417 are connected to the second mounting portion 5412 through the engagement of the slot 5414 and the buckle 5415. When the first mounting portion 5411 and the second mounting portion 5412 are assembled, the first side portion 5416 and the second side portion 5417 are located outside the two side walls of the second mounting portion 5412 along the thickness direction of the housing 10, thereby limiting the second mounting portion 5412 and preventing the elastic member 543 from falling out.

[0162] A first side portion 5416, a second side portion 5417 and a connecting portion 5413 are provided in the cleaning brush base 541 to constitute a first mounting portion 5411, so that the first mounting portion 5411 has good structural strength, which is beneficial to the installation of the first mounting portion 5411 and the cleaning brush 542, making the installation of the cleaning brush 542 more secure and preventing the cleaning brush 542 from falling off the cleaning brush base 541.

[0163] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 and 25, the self-cleaning assembly 50 further includes a mounting groove 57. The mounting groove 57 is disposed on a side of the connecting portion 5413 away from the second mounting portion 5412. The cleaning brush 542 is disposed within the mounting groove 57. The bottom surface of the mounting groove 57 is flush with the surface of the cleaning brush 542 on the side adjacent to the first reel 52 and is curved. This allows the cleaning brush 542 to clean the filter screen 40 when in contact with the first reel 52, and allows debris generated by cleaning to fall from the surface of the cleaning brush 542 into the cleaning chamber 56.

[0164] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 21, 22, and 25, the self-cleaning assembly 50 is connected to two transmission assemblies 70. The drive assembly 60 is connected to either of the two transmission assemblies 70. The two transmission assemblies 70 are respectively arranged at both ends of the self-cleaning assembly 50 along the length direction of the housing 10. The drive assembly 60 is arranged at one end of the housing 10 along the length direction of the housing 10.

[0165] The transmission assembly 70 includes a first gear 71, a second gear 72, and a third gear 73. The first gear 71 meshes with the second gear 72. In the two transmission assemblies 70, the two first gears 71 are respectively disposed at both ends of the second reel 53, the two second gears 72 are respectively disposed at both ends of the first reel 52, and the two third gears 73 are respectively disposed at both ends of the cleaning brush base 541.

[0166] The drive assembly 60 includes a first drive motor 61 and a second drive motor 62. The first drive motor 61 is connected to one of the first gear 71 and the second gear 72 and is configured to drive the rotation of the first gear 71 and the second gear 72. The second drive motor 62 is connected to the third gear 73 and is configured to drive the third gear 73 to rotate.

[0167] Taking the connection between the first drive motor 61 and the second gear 72 as an example, when the self-cleaning assembly 50 is operating in the self-cleaning mode, the first drive motor 61 drives the second gear 72 to rotate in the first direction, thereby driving the first reel 52 to rotate in the first direction. The second gear 72 also drives the first gear 71 to rotate in the second direction, thereby driving the second reel 53 to rotate in the second direction. The second drive motor 62 drives the third gear 73 to rotate, thereby driving the cleaning brush base 541 to rotate.

[0168] It should be noted that the first direction is opposite to the second direction. When the second reel 53 rotates along the second direction and unwinds the filter screen 40 , the first reel 52 rotates along the first direction and rewinds the filter screen 40 .

[0169] In this way, under the action of the second reel 53 and the first reel 52 , the filter screen 40 tensioned between the second reel 53 and the first reel 52 moves along a predetermined trajectory, so that the cleaning brush 542 and the filter screen 40 move relative to each other, so that the cleaning brush 542 can clean the filter screen 40 .

[0170] It is understood that both ends of the second reel 53 are connected to the first gear 71, and the second reel 53 is rotationally connected to the base 51 via the first gear 71. Both ends of the first reel 52 are connected to the second gear 72, and the first reel 52 is rotationally connected to the base 51 via the second gear 72. Both ends of the cleaning brush base 541 are connected to the third gear 73, and the cleaning brush base 541 is rotationally connected to the base 51 via the third gear 73.

[0171] Taking a self-cleaning device as an example, the self-cleaning assembly 50 is connected to two transmission assemblies 70, and the two transmission assemblies 70 are respectively arranged at both ends of the self-cleaning assembly 50. The drive assembly 60 is connected to the transmission assembly 70 near the side wall of the housing 10. The drive assembly 60 drives the transmission assembly 70 to rotate, thereby driving the self-cleaning assembly 50 to rotate.

[0172] Since the transmission assemblies 70 are respectively provided at both ends of the two self-cleaning assemblies 50 , it is not necessary to distinguish between left and right when installing the self-cleaning assemblies 50 and the housing 10 , which is beneficial to improving the installation efficiency of the self-cleaning assemblies 50 .

[0173] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG33 , the drive assembly 60 further includes a housing portion 63 and a bent portion 64. The housing portion 63 is connected to the housing 10. The bent portion 64 is disposed on one side of the housing portion 63 along the width direction of the housing 10, with the free end of the bent portion 64 extending along the length direction of the housing 10 toward the base 51. The bent portion 64, the housing portion 63, and the base 51 define a housing space, within which the first drive motor 61 and the second drive motor 62 are disposed.

[0174] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 25 and 33, the base 51 further includes two end caps 514 and a connecting plate 516. The two end caps 514 are respectively disposed at both ends of the base 51 along the length direction of the housing 10. The connecting plate 516 connects the two end caps 514 and is located on the side of the two end caps away from the back plate 13. The connecting plate 516 includes a gripping portion 5161, which is disposed on the top of the connecting plate 516. As shown in Figure 27, the gripping portion 5161 includes a plurality of grooves, which are recessed along the height direction of the housing 10 toward the dust box 55. The plurality of grooves are continuously disposed on the connecting plate 516 along the length direction of the housing 10.

[0175] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 32 and 33, the base 51 further includes a base front cover 513. The base front cover 513 is disposed on the front side of the housing 10 and below the connecting plate 516. The lower end of the base front cover 513 is detachably connected to the base body 511A. The upper end of the base front cover 513 is rotatably connected to the base body 511A.

[0176] The base front cover 513 is configured to open or close the front side of the cleaning chamber 56. In order to achieve cleaning of the cleaning brush 542 in the cleaning chamber 56.

[0177] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG32 , the base front cover 513 includes a rotation shaft 5131. The rotation shaft 5131 is disposed at both ends of the base front cover 513 along the length of the housing 10. The base body 511A also includes a rotation shaft hole disposed on the base body 511A. The rotation shaft 5131 engages with the rotation shaft hole to achieve a rotational connection between the base front cover 513 and the base body 511A. Thus, when the base front cover 513 is opened, the lower side of the base front cover 513 flips upward to open the front side of the cleaning chamber 56.

[0178] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 and 25, the cleaning brush assembly 54 further includes at least one second stopper 546. The at least one second stopper 546 is disposed at one end of the cleaning brush base 541 along the length direction of the housing 10. For example, the at least one second stopper 546 includes one second stopper 546 disposed at one end of the second mounting portion 5412 along the length direction of the housing 10. For example, the at least one second stopper 546 includes two second stoppers 546, the two second stoppers 546 being disposed at both ends of the second mounting portion 5412 along the length direction of the housing 10.

[0179] As shown in Figure 34, the cleaning brush assembly 54 further includes a stopper 547. The stopper 547 is provided on the inner wall of the cleaning chamber 56. The second limiting member 546 is configured to abut against the stopper 547 to limit the rotation angle of the cleaning brush assembly 54.

[0180] The second limiting member 546 is also configured to rotate to a first position so that the first limiting protrusion 5461 abuts against the stop portion 547, thereby causing the cleaning brush 542 to not contact the first reel 52, and the second limiting member 546 rotates to a second position so that the second limiting protrusion 5462 abuts against the stop portion 547, thereby causing the cleaning brush 542 to abut against the first reel 52.

[0181] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG34 , the stopper 547 includes a first stopper surface 5471 and a second stopper surface 5472. When the second stopper 546 rotates to the first position, the first stopper protrusion 5461 abuts the first stopper surface 5471, and the cleaning brush 542 is not in contact with the first reel 52. When the second stopper 546 rotates to the second position, the second stopper protrusion 5462 abuts the second stopper surface 5472, and the cleaning brush 542 abuts the first reel 52 to remove debris from the filter 40.

[0182] One end of the first stop surface 5471 is connected to one end of the second stop surface 5472, and the first stop surface 5471 is located below the second stop surface 5472. The other end of the first stop surface 5471 extends along the thickness direction of the housing 10 toward the direction close to the back plate 13 and extends at an angle downward. The other end of the second stop surface 5472 extends along the thickness direction of the housing 10 toward the direction close to the back plate 13 and extends at an angle upward.

[0183] As the cleaning brush base 541 rotates counterclockwise and the second limiting member 546 rotates from the first position to the second position, the first limiting protrusion 5461 changes from abutting against the first stop surface 5471 to separating, and then the second limiting protrusion 5462 abuts against the second stop surface 5472, so that the cleaning brush 542 abuts against the first reel 52 to clean the filter 40.

[0184] In this way, the first stop surface 5471 and the second stop surface 5472 are set in the stop part 547, which is conducive to the abutment between the first limiting protrusion 5461 and the second limiting protrusion 5462 and the stop part 547, improves the stability and reliability of the abutment between the second limiting member 546 and the stop part 547, and reduces the rotation error of the cleaning brush assembly 54.

[0185] In some embodiments, the cleaning member 59 is disposed on a side wall of the cleaning chamber 56 opposite to the stopper 547. When the second stopper 546 rotates back and forth between the first position and the second position, the cleaning member 59 is configured to clean debris on the cleaning brush 542.

[0186] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 23 and 33, the base front cover 513 further includes an escape section 5132 and an extension section 5133. The escape section 5132 is located between the two end covers 514 and protrudes in a direction away from the central axis of the cleaning brush 542. The rotating shaft 5131 is connected to the side of the escape section 5132 away from the cleaning brush 542. The extension section 5133 extends along the height direction of the housing 10. The upper end of the extension section 5133 is connected to the lower end of the escape section 5132, and the lower end of the extension section 5133 engages with the dust box 55.

[0187] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG23 , the base 51 further includes a base rear cover 515 . The base rear cover 515 is disposed between the two end covers 514 and is positioned on the rear side of the cleaning chamber 56 along the thickness direction of the housing 10 . The base rear cover 515 is opposite the base front cover 513 and is rotatably connected to the base body 511A. The base rear cover 515 includes a connecting groove disposed therein. The connecting groove is open on one side facing the cleaning brush assembly 54 . A sealing member is disposed within the connecting groove.

[0188] When the base rear cover 515 is closed to close the rear side of the cleaning chamber 56, the seal is configured to seal the gap between the base rear cover 515 and the first reel 52. When the base rear cover 515 is opened to open the rear side of the cleaning chamber 56, the seal and the first reel 52 are spaced apart from each other.

[0189] The rear side of the sealing member is located in the connecting groove, and the front side of the sealing member extends out of the connecting groove and abuts against the first reel 52. For example, the sealing member is a sponge.

[0190] In this way, the connecting groove is provided on the base back cover 515, and the sealing member is provided in the connecting groove, so that the first opening 563 of the cleaning chamber 56 can be abutted against the first reel 52 through the sealing member to form a seal on the first opening 563, which is beneficial to prevent the dust in the cleaning chamber 56 from flowing to the fan assembly 30 or the indoor heat exchanger 20, thereby extending the service life of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100A.

[0191] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG23 , the width of the second opening 564 is arranged to be inclined from top to bottom along the height direction of the housing 10, that is, the cross-sectional area of the second opening 564 decreases from top to bottom along the height direction of the housing 10. The second opening 564 is located at the bottom of the cleaning chamber 56. The second opening 564 has a larger opening at the end closer to the cleaning chamber 56 and a smaller opening at the end closer to the dust box 55.

[0192] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG23 , the cleaning chamber 56 further includes a first extension section 561 and a second extension section 562. The first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562 are disposed at the lower portion of the cleaning chamber 56. The first extension section 561 is connected to the front wall of the cleaning chamber 56, and the second extension section 562 is connected to the rear wall of the cleaning chamber 56. A second opening 564 is defined between the first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562. The distance between the first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562 decreases from top to bottom along the height direction of the housing 10.

[0193] The other ends of the first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562 are flush with the bottom of the cleaning chamber 56 to prevent the first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562 from interfering with the installation of the dust collecting box 55 .

[0194] The distance between the first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562 decreases from top to bottom along the height direction of the housing 10, which helps to ensure that debris removed by the cleaning brush 542 falls into the dust box 55, reducing the possibility of debris accumulating inside the cleaning chamber 56 or at the second opening 564, and reducing the risk of debris falling into areas outside the dust box 55. Furthermore, the first extension section 561 and the second extension section 562 are located entirely below the cleaning brush 542, which helps to guide debris removed from the filter 40 into the dust box 55 and prevent debris from accumulating in the cleaning chamber 56.

[0195] 23 and 25 , the self-cleaning assembly 50 further includes a plug-in portion 58 . The plug-in portion 58 is disposed on the connecting plate 516 and can move relative to the connecting plate 516 along the length direction of the housing 10 .

[0196] The plug-in portion 58 is provided in the self-cleaning component 50 , which facilitates the installation and removal of the self-cleaning component 50 and improves the efficiency of installing and removing the self-cleaning component 50 .

[0197] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG35 , the fan assembly 30 includes an indoor fan 31 and an indoor fan motor 32. The indoor fan 31 is connected to the indoor fan motor 32. The indoor fan motor 32 is configured to drive the indoor fan 31 to rotate.

[0198] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG35 , the air conditioning indoor unit 100A further includes a fresh air assembly 90. The fresh air assembly 90 includes a fresh air blower 91 and a fresh air volute 92. The fresh air volute 92 is disposed within the housing 10. The fresh air volute 92 includes a fresh air inlet 921 and a fresh air outlet 922. The fresh air inlet 921 is disposed at one end of the fresh air volute 92, and the fresh air outlet 922 is disposed at the other end of the fresh air volute. The fresh air blower 91 is disposed within the fresh air volute 92 and is configured to draw in and pump out outdoor air.

[0199] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 35, the indoor heat exchanger 20 includes a heat exchange air duct 21. The heat exchange air duct 21 is disposed in the indoor heat exchanger 20 and communicates with the air outlet.

[0200] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG36 , the air conditioner indoor unit 100A further includes an indoor fan motor drive assembly 81, a control assembly 82, a storage assembly 83, and a timer 84. The indoor fan motor drive assembly 81 is configured to control the start and stop of the indoor fan motor 32 and to collect the current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when operating at the current operating speed Rn. The storage assembly 83 is configured to store a target current value Im. The target current value Im is the current value of the indoor fan motor 32 when the filter 40 is free of debris and operating at the current operating speed Rn.

[0201] The control component 82 is connected to the indoor fan motor driving component 81 , the self-cleaning component 50 , the storage component 83 and the timer 84 respectively to control the indoor fan motor driving component 81 , the self-cleaning component 50 and the timer 84 .

[0202] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 37 , the control component 82 is configured to execute steps S101 to S105 .

[0203] In step S101 , a signal representing a current current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when it is operating at a current operating speed Rn, collected by the indoor fan motor driving component 81 , is received.

[0204] In step S102, determine whether the current current value In is less than the difference between the target current value Im and the preset current value I0 of the indoor fan motor 32 when there is no debris in the filter 40 and the current operating speed Rn. If so, execute step S103; if not, return to and re-execute step S101.

[0205] In some embodiments, when the control component 82 receives a signal representing the current current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when it is operating at the current operating speed Rn collected by the indoor fan motor drive component 81, the control component 82 determines the relationship between the current current value In when the indoor fan motor 32 is operating at the current operating speed Rn and the target current value Im when the indoor fan motor 32 is free of debris in the filter 40 and operates at the current operating speed Rn.

[0206] If the current current value In when the indoor fan motor 32 operates at the current operating speed Rn is less than the difference between the target current value Im when the indoor fan motor 32 is free of debris in the filter 40 and operates at the current operating speed Rn and the preset current value I0, it indicates that there is a lot of debris attached to the filter 40 and the filter 40 needs to be cleaned.

[0207] If the current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when operating at the current operating speed Rn is greater than or equal to the target current value Im of the indoor fan motor 32 when operating at the current operating speed Rn without any foreign matter on the filter 40 , it indicates that there is no foreign matter attached to the filter 40 .

[0208] It should be noted that the preset current value I0 is a value preset in the control component 82. The preset current value I0 is any value between 1 mA and 3 mA, for example, 1 mA, 2 mA, or 3 mA. The preset current value I0 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and this disclosure does not limit this.

[0209] In step S103 , the timer 84 is controlled to count to obtain the duration Tn, and it is determined whether the duration Tn is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold T0 . If so, step S104 is executed; otherwise, step S105 is executed.

[0210] In some embodiments, when the control component 82 determines that the current current value In when the indoor fan motor 32 operates at the current operating speed Rn is less than the difference between the target current value I0 and the preset current value I0 when the indoor fan motor 32 is free of debris in the filter 40 and operates at the current operating speed Rn, the control component 82 controls the timer 84 to obtain the duration Tn, and determines the size relationship between the duration Tn and the preset time threshold T0.

[0211] If the current current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when operating at the current operating speed Rn is less than the difference between the target current value Im and the preset current value I0 when the indoor fan motor 32 is operating at the current operating speed Rn and there is no debris on the filter 40, and if the duration Tn in this state is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold T0, then this indicates that the indoor fan motor 32 has been operating for a long time in a state where the current current value In is less than the difference between the target current value Im and the preset current value I0. In other words, the air conditioner indoor unit 100A has been operating for a long time with a lot of debris attached to the filter 40. Therefore, the filter 40 needs to be cleaned to ensure the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner indoor unit 100A.

[0212] It should be noted that the preset time threshold T0 is a value preset in the control component 82. The preset time threshold T0 can be adjusted according to actual needs and is not limited in this disclosure. For example, the preset time threshold T0 includes a first preset time threshold T1, a second preset time threshold T2, and a third preset time threshold T3. The first preset time threshold T1 is greater than the second preset time threshold T2, and the second preset time threshold T2 is greater than the third preset time threshold T3. For example, the first preset time threshold T1 is 15 minutes, the second preset time threshold T2 is 10 minutes, and the third preset time threshold T3 is 5 minutes.

[0213] In step S104 , the duration Tn is reset to zero, and the self-cleaning assembly 50 is controlled to clean the filter 40 .

[0214] In step S105, the duration Tn is cleared to zero, and the process returns to execute step S102 again.

[0215] In some embodiments, when the control component 82 determines that the current current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when operating at the current operating speed Rn is less than the difference between the target current value Im of the indoor fan motor 32 when there is no debris in the filter 40 and operating at the current operating speed Rn and the preset current value I0, and the duration Tn is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold T0, the control component 82 determines that the filter 40 needs to be cleaned, and resets the duration Tn to zero, and controls the self-cleaning component 50 to clean the filter 40.

[0216] When the control component 82 determines that the current current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when it is operating at the current operating speed Rn is less than the difference between the target current value Im and the preset current value I0 when the indoor fan motor 32 is free of debris in the filter 40 and operating at the current operating speed Rn, and the duration Tn is less than the preset time threshold T0, the control component 82 resets the duration Tn to zero, controls the air-conditioning indoor unit 100A to continue operating, and then re-determines the relationship between the current current value In of the indoor fan motor 32 when it is operating at the current operating speed Rn and the target current value Im when the indoor fan motor 32 is free of debris in the filter 40 and operating at the current operating speed Rn.

[0217] In some embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit 100A further includes a cleaning indicator light, which is disposed on the housing 10 and configured to prompt the user whether to clean the filter 40 .

[0218] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 38 , before step S104 , the control component 82 is further configured to execute steps S201 to S203 .

[0219] In step S201, the local current time Ti is obtained, and it is determined whether the local current time Ti is within the preset time range Ty. If so, step S202 is executed; if not, step S203 is executed.

[0220] In step S202, the cleaning indicator light is controlled to light up.

[0221] In step S203, the cleaning indicator light is controlled to be turned off.

[0222] In some embodiments, when the current current value In when the indoor fan motor 32 is operating at the current operating speed Rn is less than the difference between the target current value Im when the indoor fan motor 32 is operating at the current operating speed Rn and the preset current value I0 when the filter 40 is free of debris, and the duration threshold Tn is greater than the preset time threshold T0, the control component 82 obtains the current time Ti at the location of the air conditioner indoor unit 100A and determines the relationship between the local current time Ti and the preset time range Ty. If the local current time Ti is within the preset time range Ty, the cleaning indicator light is controlled to illuminate to prompt the user to clean the filter 40. If the local current time Ti is outside the preset time range Ty, the cleaning indicator light is controlled to turn off.

[0223] It should be noted that the preset time range Ty is a value preset in the control component 82. The preset time range Ty can be adjusted according to actual needs, and this disclosure does not limit this. For example, the preset time range Ty is 06:00 to 20:00.

[0224] When the control component 82 determines that the filter 40 needs to be cleaned, it can obtain the current time Ti at the location of the air conditioner indoor unit 100A via wireless communication technology. If the air conditioner indoor unit 100A is located in Beijing and the current time Ti is daytime, that is, between 06:00 and 20:00, the control component 82 controls the cleaning indicator to illuminate to remind the user to clean the filter 40. At this time, the user can manually select whether to enable the self-cleaning function of the air conditioner indoor unit 100A.

[0225] When the location of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100A is Beijing, and the current time Ti is at night, that is, 20:00 to 06:00, the control component 82 controls the cleaning indicator light to turn off, and controls the air-conditioning indoor unit 100A to continue running.

[0226] In some embodiments, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100A is used in an air conditioner, the air conditioner includes a compressor. The air conditioning indoor unit 100A also includes an air deflector disposed at the air outlet to open and close the air outlet. For example, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100A is in operation, the air deflector opens to expose the air outlet, allowing air heated by the indoor heat exchanger 20 to flow into the room from the air outlet.

[0227] The air guide plate is rotatable relative to the housing 10 to adjust the direction of the air flowing out of the air outlet so that air can flow at multiple locations in the room.

[0228] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 39 , before step S104 , the control component 82 is further configured to execute step S301 .

[0229] In step S301, the compressor is controlled to stop working, the fan assembly 30 is controlled to stop running, and the air guide plate is controlled to close.

[0230] For example, before the control component 82 controls the self-cleaning component 50 to clean the filter 40, the control component 82 controls the compressor to stop working, controls the fan component 30 to stop running, and controls the air guide plate to close.

[0231] In some embodiments, the control assembly 82 is further configured to control the rotation of the first drive motor 61 and the second drive motor 62 to control the self-cleaning assembly 50 to clean the filter 40. For example, the control assembly 82 controls the rotation of the second drive motor 62 to drive the cleaning brush 542 to rotate, thereby cleaning debris from the filter 40. The control assembly 82 controls the first drive motor 61 to rotate in the first direction, thereby driving the second reel 53 to rotate in the first direction, causing the filter 40 to be reeled onto the second reel 53.

[0232] In addition, when the self-cleaning component 50 cleans the filter 40 , through the control of the control component 82 , the user does not need to manually operate to change the rotation direction of the first drive motor 61 , which is conducive to the automation of the self-cleaning component 50 .

[0233] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 40, when the control component 82 controls the self-cleaning component 50 to clean the filter 40, the control component 82 is further configured to execute steps S401 to S408. That is, step S104 includes steps S401 to S409.

[0234] In step S401 , the second driving motor 62 is controlled to rotate, and the first pulse number N1 of the second driving motor 62 is counted.

[0235] In some embodiments, the control component 82 counts the first pulse number N1 of the second drive motor 62 while controlling the second drive motor 62 to rotate. Specifically, the control component 82 controls the second drive motor 62 to start rotating to clean debris from the filter 40 and counts the first pulse number N1 of the second drive motor 62 to determine the number of times the cleaning brush 542 cleans the filter 40.

[0236] In step S402 , it is determined whether the first pulse number N1 is greater than or equal to the first preset pulse number N10 . If so, step S403 is executed; if not, the process returns to step S401 .

[0237] In step S403 , the first driving motor 61 is controlled to rotate in the first direction, and a second pulse number N21 of the first driving motor 61 rotating in the first direction is counted.

[0238] In some embodiments, the control component 82 counts the first pulse number N1 and determines the magnitude relationship between the first pulse number N1 and the first preset pulse number N10. When the first pulse number N1 is greater than or equal to the first preset pulse number N10, the control component 82 controls the first drive motor 61 to rotate in the first direction and counts a second pulse number N21 of the first drive motor 61 rotating in the first direction.

[0239] It should be noted that the first preset pulse number N10 is a value preset in the control component 82 and can be adjusted according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present disclosure. For example, the first preset pulse number N10 is any value between 8 and 12, such as 8, 10, or 12.

[0240] In step S404 , it is determined whether the second pulse number N21 is greater than or equal to the second preset pulse number N20 . If so, step S405 is executed. If not, the process returns to step S403 and is repeated.

[0241] In step S405 , the first driving motor 61 is controlled to rotate in the second direction, and a third pulse number N31 of the first driving motor 61 rotating in the second direction is counted.

[0242] In step S406 , it is determined whether the third pulse number N31 is greater than or equal to the second preset pulse number N20 . If so, step S407 is executed. If not, the process returns to step S405 and is repeated.

[0243] It should be noted that the second preset pulse number N20 is a value preset in the control component 82 and can be adjusted according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present disclosure. For example, the second preset pulse number N20 is any value between 1100 and 1300, such as 1100, 1200, or 1300.

[0244] In some embodiments, when the self-cleaning assembly 50 cleans the filter 40, the control assembly 82 controls the second drive motor 62 to rotate at 200 pulses per second, and the control assembly 82 controls the first drive motor 61 to rotate at 110 pulses per second. In other words, the number of pulses controlling the rotation of the second drive motor 62 is greater than the number of pulses controlling the rotation of the first drive motor 61, i.e., the rotation speed of the cleaning brush 542 is greater than the rotation speed of the second reel 53.

[0245] In step S407 , the first pulse number N1 , the second pulse number N21 and the third pulse number N31 are cleared to zero, and the number of reciprocating times Nt of the filter screen 40 along the predetermined trajectory is calculated.

[0246] In step S408, it is determined whether the number of reciprocating times Nt is greater than or equal to the preset number Ns. If so, step S409 is executed; if not, step S401 is returned and executed again.

[0247] In step S409 , the self-cleaning assembly 50 is controlled to stop cleaning the filter 40 .

[0248] In some embodiments, when the third pulse number N22 is greater than or equal to the second preset pulse number N20, the first pulse number N1, the second pulse number N21, and the third pulse number N22 are reset to zero. The control component 82 controls the second drive motor 62 to rotate, controls the first drive motor 61 to repeatedly rotate in the first direction and in the second direction, and calculates the number of reciprocating times Nt of the filter screen 40 being wound and unwound on the second reel 53.

[0249] When the filter 40 reciprocates for a preset number of times Ns, the filter 40 becomes relatively clean after being repeatedly cleaned by the cleaning brush 542. In other words, when the number of reciprocating times Nt is greater than or equal to the preset number of times Ns, it indicates that the self-cleaning assembly 50 has completed cleaning the filter 40.

[0250] It should be noted that the preset number Ns is a value preset in the control component 82, and the preset number Ns can be adjusted according to actual needs, and this disclosure does not limit this. For example, the preset number Ns is any value between 8 and 12, such as the preset number Ns is 8, 10, or 12.

[0251] Those skilled in the art will understand that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above specific embodiments, and that certain elements of the embodiments may be modified and replaced without departing from the spirit of the present application. The scope of the present application is limited by the appended claims.
