[0062] The material distribution tooth roller 241 is arranged at the junction of the reflux air duct 212 and the return air duct 213. After the grain is discharged through the discharge channel 204 and the material distribution tooth roller 241, it is air-selected by the airflow transported to the return air duct 213 through the reflux air duct 212, and then falls to the upper screening mechanism 401.
[0063] Through the above structure, after the circulating fan 222 is started, air is extracted from the return air duct 213, and the airflow is directed to the air duct housing 221 through the circulating air duct 223, and the airflow is directed to the air inlet duct 211 through the air duct housing 221, and then the airflow is sent to the return air duct 213 through the return air duct 212 through the air inlet duct 211, forming a closed airflow path. When the grain passes through the discharge channel 204 and falls through the return air duct 212, it is affected by the airflow from the return air duct 212, and the light impurities are brought to the return air duct 213 by the airflow, while the heavier substances (grains) continue to fall to the upper screening mechanism 401.
[0064] In addition, a compensation air duct 224 is also provided on one side of the circulation air duct 223, and the compensation air duct 224 is connected to the circulation air duct 223. The existence of the compensation air duct 224 allows additional air supplement or adjustment to maintain the best air selection effect.
[0065] In this embodiment, a flip adjustment plate is also provided at the air inlet 211, and the flip adjustment plate is hingedly provided in the air inlet 211. By adjusting the angle of the flip adjustment plate, the air volume of the air inlet 211 can be controlled, so as to more accurately control the air selection effect. In addition, in this embodiment, the flip adjustment plate is an electric valve plate. At the same time, an exhaust window is also provided at the housing 201 corresponding to the flip adjustment plate, and the dusty airflow can be discharged outward by opening the exhaust window and cooperating with the flip adjustment plate.
[0066] In order to collect and discharge the ash and impurities brought to the return air duct by the air flow, see Figure 4 , Figure 5 A primary settling chamber 214 and a secondary settling chamber 215 are provided in the inner cavity of the shell 201 at the lower part of the air inlet duct 211 between the return air duct 213 and the circulation air duct 223. The cross sections of the primary settling chamber 214 and the secondary settling chamber 215 are both funnel-shaped.
[0067] The first settling chamber 214 and the second settling chamber 215 are both provided with ash unloading paddles 216 at the bottom, and the ash unloading paddles 216 are driven by ash motors 217 to unload the ash to the bottom. The ash unloading paddles 216 can automatically unload the ash settled to the bottom of the settling chamber to the bottom, keep the inside of the settling chamber clean, and ensure continuous, efficient, and continuous air separation operations.
[0068] The side walls of the housing 201 at the side of the primary sedimentation chamber 214 and the secondary sedimentation chamber 215 are provided with observation and cleaning windows 218. It is convenient to observe the conditions inside the primary sedimentation chamber 214 and the secondary sedimentation chamber 215, and to clean them when necessary to ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
[0069] A U-shaped diversion channel 205 is provided in the middle part above the primary settling chamber 214. The U-shaped diversion channel 205 can divert a part of the airflow carrying dust and impurities from the return air duct directly to the secondary settling chamber 215, thereby reducing the burden on the primary settling chamber 214. Arc-shaped lower air guide plates A206 are symmetrically provided above the primary settling chamber 214 on both sides of the U-shaped diversion channel 205. The arc-shaped lower air guide plates A206 are used for the airflow direction when the airflow enters the primary settling chamber 214, ensuring that the airflow smoothly descends into the primary settling chamber and reducing the influence of turbulence on the settling effect. An arc-shaped lower air guide plate B207 is provided above the secondary settling chamber 215, and the arc-shaped lower air guide plate B207 is located at the air outlet of the U-shaped diversion channel 205.
[0070] The arc-shaped lower air guide plate B207 smoothly transfers the dust and impurity airflow diverted from the return air duct by the U-shaped diversion channel 205 to the secondary settling chamber 215, thereby reducing the influence of turbulence on the settling effect.
[0071] To achieve the screening of grain after winnowing, see Figure 2 The screen assembly 4 includes an upper screen mechanism 401 and a lower screen mechanism 402. The upper screen mechanism 401 and the lower screen mechanism 402 are arranged in an upper and lower structure. The feeding position of the lower screen mechanism 402 is located at the discharging position of the upper screen mechanism 401. The upper screen mechanism 401 and the lower screen mechanism 402 are both provided with a multi-dimensional adjustment part 404.
[0072] The upper screening mechanism 401 is located above the entire screen assembly and is responsible for preliminary screening of the material. The material after air selection directly falls into the upper screening mechanism 401, and the material is screened for the first time through its screen to screen out the large impurities in the grain.
[0073] The lower screening mechanism 402 is located below the power assembly 5 and the upper screening mechanism 401, receives the material discharged from the upper screening mechanism 401, performs secondary screening on it, and screens the small impurities (i.e., fine impurities) inside it, ensuring that the material can be screened twice, thereby improving the screening accuracy and efficiency.
[0074] In addition, the upper screening mechanism 401 and the lower screening mechanism 402 are both equipped with a multi-dimensional adjustment part 404 to adapt to different screening requirements.
[0075] Specifically, in order to achieve the screening of impurities in the grain after winnowing, see Fig.12 , Fig.13 The upper sieve body 413 is provided with an ash and impurity discharge plate 414 on the top. The upper sieve mechanism 401 comprises an upper split flow feed channel 411, an upper split flow discharge channel 412 and an upper sieve body 413. The upper split flow feed channel 411 and the upper split flow discharge channel 412 are arranged at both ends of the upper sieve body 413 in a corresponding manner. The upper split flow feed channel 411 is located directly below the material balancing tooth roller 241.
[0076] The upper diversion feed channel 411 is located directly below the material-distributing tooth roller 241 and is used to receive the material evenly dispersed from the air separation section 2, ensuring that the material can smoothly and evenly enter the upper screen body 413, providing good conditions for subsequent screening.
[0077] The upper split flow discharge channel 412 is arranged at the other end of the upper screen body 413 in alignment with the upper split flow feed channel 411. The large impurities and primary selected grains screened by the upper screen body 413 are discharged through this channel and enter the next level processing unit (i.e., the lower screen mechanism 402).
[0078] The lower screen mechanism 402 includes a lower diversion feed channel 421, a lower diversion discharge channel 422 and a lower screen body 423. The lower diversion feed channel 421 and the lower diversion discharge channel 422 are arranged at two ends of the lower screen body 423, and the lower diversion feed channel 421 is located directly below the upper diversion discharge channel 412.
[0079] The lower split feed channel 421 is located directly below the upper split discharge channel 412, and directly receives the material discharged from the upper screening mechanism 401. This ensures that the material can be transferred from the primary screening to the secondary screening without the need for additional transmission equipment.
[0080] The lower branch discharge channel 422 is arranged in alignment with the lower branch feed channel 421 at the other end of the lower screen body 423. The clean grain and small impurities after the secondary screening by the lower screen body 423 are discharged through this channel and enter the subsequent processing stage.
[0081] To achieve the screening of grain through the sieve, see Fig.14 The upper sieve body 413 and the lower sieve body 423 both include side plates 4131, an upper screen 4132, a lower screen 4133 and a receiving tray 4134. The side plates 4131 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the upper screen 4132, the lower screen 4133 and the receiving tray 4134. The receiving tray 4134 is fixedly connected to the side plates 4131. The upper screen 4132 is a mesh frame with frames on three sides. The upper screen 4132 is designed as a mesh frame with frames on three sides, which increases the stability of the structure. The edges of both sides of the upper screen are mounted on the receiving tray 4134 to ensure that the material can smoothly pass through the screen and fall into the receiving tray. The lower screen 4133 is arranged to fit the lower surface of the upper screen 4132 to form a double-layer screen structure. The lower screen 4133 is connected to the side plate 4131 through the multi-dimensional adjustment part 404, and the lower screen 4133 is connected to the side plate 4131 through the multi-dimensional adjustment part 404, allowing the angle and position of the screen to be adjusted to optimize the screening effect.
[0082] Through the above structure, the grain is first evenly distributed on the upper screen 4132 through the shunt feed channel (upper shunt feed channel 411 or lower shunt feed channel 421). The grain is preliminarily screened on the upper screen 4132, and the larger impurities or particles remain above the screen, while the smaller particles pass through the screen and fall into the receiving tray 4134 below. The screened material is guided to the shunt discharge channel (upper shunt discharge channel 412 or lower shunt discharge channel 422) through the receiving tray 4134, ready for the next step of processing or collection.
[0083] The operator can use the multi-dimensional adjustment unit 404 to adjust the position and angle of the lower screen 4133 according to actual conditions to optimize the screening effect and adapt to the screening of different types of grains.
[0084] To facilitate the setting of the multi-dimensional adjustment part 404, see the figure, in this embodiment, the width of the upper screen 4132 is smaller than the width of the receiving tray 4134, and the upper screen 4132 is mounted above the receiving tray 4134 and connected to the side plate 4131 through the multi-dimensional adjustment part 404.
[0085] To achieve the purpose of driving the screen assembly to screen grain, see Fig.17The power assembly 5 includes a power motor 501, a connecting frame 502, an eccentric wheel 503 and an eccentric wheel frame 504. The power motor 501 is arranged on one side of the connecting frame 502, and the eccentric wheel 503 is arranged in the middle of the connecting frame 502 through the eccentric wheel frame 504. The power motor 501 is connected to the eccentric wheel 503 through a belt 505.
[0086] The power transmission achieved by the belt 505 ensures that the energy of the power motor 501 can be efficiently converted into the vibration energy of the screen body.
[0087] When the power motor 501 is started, the rotational motion is transmitted to the eccentric wheel 503 through the belt 505, and the eccentric wheel 503 starts to rotate after receiving the power from the power motor 501. Due to the eccentricity of its design, periodic centrifugal force is generated during the rotation process, and these centrifugal forces are converted into vibrations and transmitted to the screen body assembly 4 through the eccentric wheel frame 504 and the connecting frame 502. The vibration is transmitted to the screen body assembly 4 through the connecting frame 502, causing the upper screen body 413 and the lower screen body 423 to vibrate. The high-frequency vibration makes the material evenly distributed on the screen and accelerates the process of the material passing through the screen, thereby improving the screening efficiency.
[0088] In this embodiment, the power motor is a reversible motor with adjustable speed. In addition, the eccentric wheel 503 is an eccentric wheel with a vibration block on the upper part. The vibration block is movably arranged on the eccentric wheel and fixed or moved by an electro-hydraulic push rod.
[0089] Through the above structure, the vibration speed of the screen body can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the power motor, and the position of the vibration block on the eccentric wheel can be adjusted by the electro-hydraulic push rod to adjust the amplitude. Example 2
[0090] The same points as the above embodiment are not repeated here, but the difference is: In order to achieve multi-dimensional adjustment of the upper and lower screens to make them suitable for screening various types of grains, see Figure 1 , Fig.13 , Fig.14 The multi-dimensional adjustment part 404 includes a sieve hole length adjustment unit 441 connecting the side plate 4131 and the upper screen 4132, a sieve hole width adjustment unit 442 connecting the side plate 4131 and the lower screen plate, and an angle adjustment unit 443 driving the upper screen 4132, the lower screen 4133 and the receiving tray 4134 to adjust the angle.
[0091] By adjusting the relative position between the lower screen 4133 and the side plate 4131, the length and width of the screen hole can be changed to adapt to the needs of screening grains with different particle size ranges.
[0092] By changing the angle of the entire screen body (including the upper screen 4132, the lower screen 4133 and the receiving tray 4134) relative to the horizontal plane, the time the material stays on the screen and its movement trajectory can be controlled. Adjustment of the inclination angle is essential to ensure uniform distribution of materials and efficient screening. For example, when processing wet and sticky materials, it may be necessary to increase the inclination angle to promote material flow; while when performing fine screening, it may be necessary to reduce the inclination angle to increase the time the material stays on the screen.
[0093] Specifically, in order to adjust the mesh length of the upper mesh 4132 and the lower mesh 4133, see Fig.13 , 14 The sieve hole length adjustment unit 441 includes a tooth plate 4411, an adjusting gear 4412 and a rotating shaft 4413. The tooth plate 4411 is symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the upper sieve 4132 between the upper sieve 4132 and the side plate 4131. The rotating shaft 4413 slides through a rotating shaft seat 4414 and can be fixedly arranged on the side plate 4131. The adjusting gear 4412 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 4413. The adjusting gear 4412 is arranged in alignment with the tooth plate 4411 and meshedly connected. The edge of the discharge side of the upper sieve 4132 is connected to the upper diversion discharge channel 412 through an elastic plate 4415.
[0094] The operator rotates the shaft 4413 manually, and when the shaft 4413 rotates, the adjusting gear 4412 fixed thereon also starts to rotate synchronously. Due to the meshing connection between the adjusting gear 4412 and the tooth plate 4411, the rotation of the gear drives the tooth plate 4411 to move along its length direction. While moving, the position of the upper screen 4132 relative to the side plate 4131 changes. As the position of the upper screen 4132 changes, its effective screen hole length also changes accordingly.
[0095] It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the rotating shaft 4413 can be rotated by providing a driving structure, and the driving structure includes but is not limited to a driving motor, a telescopic rod, etc., as long as the rotating shaft 4413 can be rotated to drive the adjusting gear 4412 to rotate.
[0096] In addition, a slider 4416 is also provided on the side wall of the upper screen between the upper screen and the side plate. The slider 4416 is longitudinally slidably provided on the side wall of the upper screen, and the slider 4416 is transversely slidably connected to the side plate. The slider 4416 can slide longitudinally relative to the upper screen and transversely relative to the side plate. The slider 4416 can limit the upper screen while it is sliding, and can also slide longitudinally when the angle adjustment unit 443 adjusts its angle, so as not to interfere with the angle adjustment unit 443.
[0097] To adjust the mesh width, see Fig.14 The sieve hole width adjustment unit 442 includes an adjustment seat 4421 and an adjustment rod 4422 . The adjustment seat 4421 is arranged below the lower sieve 4133 . The adjustment rod 4422 passes through the adjustment seat 4421 and is plugged into the side plate 4131 .
[0098] In addition, the adjustment seats 4421 at both ends of the lower screen 4133 are threadedly connected to the adjustment rod 4422. At the same time, the adjustment rod 4422 is rotatably connected to the side plate 4131. An adjustment nut 4423 is fixedly provided at the end of the adjustment rod 4422.
[0099] Through the above structure, the adjustment seat 4421 is arranged below the lower screen 4133 to play a supporting and fixing role. When adjusting the screen mesh width, the operator rotates the adjustment nut 4423 to drive the adjustment rods 4422 at both ends of the lower screen 4133 to rotate, and the adjustment rods rotate to drive the adjustment seats 4421 at both ends of the lower screen 4133 to move axially through the threaded structure, and the remaining adjustment rods in the middle slide axially along the corresponding adjustment seats to adjust the position of the lower screen while supporting the lower screen. The adjustment rods and adjustment seats at both ends drive the lower screen 4133 to move under the action of the threads, thereby adjusting the width spacing between the upper screen and the lower screen, thereby adjusting the width of the screen.
[0100] It should be noted that in this embodiment, automatic adjustment can be achieved by adding a driving structure, including but not limited to driving a motor, a telescopic rod and a rack, etc., as long as the structure can drive the adjustment rod to rotate and drive the adjustment seat and the lower screen to move.
[0101] In addition, in this embodiment, the receiving tray uses an adjusting rod to support the lower screen plate, and the side plates are provided with sliding grooves corresponding to the adjusting rods. By providing the sliding grooves, the angle adjustment unit 443 is adjusted without interfering with the angle adjustment unit 443.
[0102] To adjust the angles of the upper screen, lower screen and receiving tray, refer to Fig.13 , Fig.14The angle adjustment unit 443 includes a telescopic rod 4431, an articulated arm 4432 and a rotating wheel 4433. The fixed end of the telescopic rod 4431 is hingedly arranged on the inner side of the side plate 4131, the rotating wheel 4433 is arranged on one end of the articulated arm 4432, the other end of the articulated arm 4432 is hingedly connected to the free end of the telescopic rod 4431, the middle part of the articulated arm 4432 is hingedly arranged on the inner side of the side plate 4131, upper concave slideways 4434 are arranged on both sides of the receiving tray 4134, the rotating wheel 4433 is located inside the upper concave slideway 4434 and abuts against it, and the end of the receiving tray 4134 is hingedly connected to the elastic plate.
[0103] Through the above structure, the operator controls the telescopic rod 4431 to extend and retract, and the telescopic action of the telescopic rod 4431 drives the articulated arm 4432 to swing. The swing of the articulated arm 4432 causes the rotating wheel 4433 to roll in the slideway. The rolling of the rotating wheel 4433 drives the receiving tray 4134 to rotate along the hinged connection between the receiving tray 4134 and the elastic plate, changing its tilt angle. When the desired tilt angle is reached, the telescopic rod 4431 is locked to maintain the new tilt angle unchanged. Example 3
[0104] The same points as the above embodiments and their combinations are not described in detail, but the difference is that: To further improve the screening effect and share the screening pressure of the screen, see Fig. 9 , Fig.10 , Fig.11 , Fig.12 The upper sieve body 413 and the lower sieve body 423 are each provided with four groups. Specifically, the upper diversion feed channel 411 and the lower diversion feed channel 421 include a multi-channel material equalizer 4111 and three diversion feed channels 4112 arranged in a staggered manner to uniformly transport the grain to the upper screen 4132 of the upper sieve body 413 and the lower sieve body 423 .
[0105] The multi-channel material distributor 4111 delivers the grains falling from above to the upper screen 4132 of the uppermost upper screen body 413 and the uppermost lower screen body 423 and the feed position of the three-division feed channel 4112 .
[0106] The three-dividing feed channel 4112 evenly distributes the fallen grains to the upper screens 4132 of the three groups of upper screen bodies 413 and the three groups of lower screen bodies 423 below.
[0107] The three-dividing feed channel 4112 is provided with three groups, the multi-channel material equalizer 4111 of the lower diverting feed channel 421 is located at one end of the power assembly 5, and the lower diverting feed channel 421 is connected to the discharge port of the upper diverting discharge channel 412 through the multi-channel material equalizer 4111.
[0108] The upper branch flow discharge channel 412 includes a large miscellaneous channel 4121 and four branch flow discharge channels 4122 arranged in a staggered manner. The four branch flow discharge channels 4122 are arranged in three groups. The feed end of the large miscellaneous channel 4121 is connected to the upper screen 4132 of the upper screen body 413, and the feed end of the four branch flow discharge channels 4122 is respectively connected to the receiving trays 4134 of the four groups of upper screen bodies 413. The discharge end of the large miscellaneous channel 4121 is located on one side of the power assembly 5.
[0109] The grains are first evenly distributed to the upper screen body 413 and the upper screen mesh 4132 of the upper lower screen body 423 through the multi-channel material distributor 4111. The upper screen mesh 4132 performs preliminary screening, and larger particles are retained above the screen mesh and discharged through the large impurity channel 4121, while smaller particles fall into the four-flow discharge channel 4122 through the receiving tray 4134.
[0110] See also Fig.17 The multi-channel material distributor 4111 of the lower branch feed channel 421 is arranged on the connecting frame 502 on the opposite side of the power motor 501. Fig.15 , Fig.16 The lower diversion discharge channel 422 includes a compensation discharge plate 4221, an inclined baffle plate 4222 and a small miscellaneous channel 4223. The compensation discharge plate 4221 is arranged at the discharge end of the upper screen 4132 of the lower screen body 423. The clean grain sieved by the upper screen 4132 of the lower screen body 423 is sent to the clean grain channel 4224 through the compensation discharge plate 4221. The compensation discharge plate 4221 is made of a deformable elastic material, and the inclined baffle plate 4222 is symmetrical and inclined. The discharge end of the receiving tray 4134 arranged on the lower screen body 423 blocks the small debris in the receiving tray 4134 of the lower screen body 423 and guides them to the small debris channel 4223 through the angle of the inclined baffle plate 4222. The small debris channel 4223 is longitudinally arranged on both sides of the compensating discharge plate 4221. The side walls of the small debris channel 4223 are provided with small debris outlets 4225 corresponding to the inclined baffle plate 4222 and the discharge end of the receiving tray 4134 of the lower screen body 423.
[0111] Through the above structure, the material is further guided to the upper screen 4132 of the lower screen body 423 for secondary screening after passing through the four-flow discharge channel 4122. The clean grain is sent to the clean grain channel 4224 through the compensation discharge plate 4221 to ensure smooth material transfer. The small debris in the receiving tray 4134 is blocked and guided by the inclined baffle plate 4222 and finally discharged through the small debris channel 4223. Example 4
[0112] The same points as the above embodiments and their combinations are not described in detail, but the difference is that: To prevent the type recognition camera of the type recognition device from being covered by dust after long-term use, refer to Figure 7 The type recognition device 3 also includes a cleaning motor 303. A mounting cover 304 is arranged outside the discharge barrel 301. The mounting cover 304 is divided into an upper and lower layer. The type recognition camera 302 is arranged on the upper layer of the mounting cover 304, and the cleaning motor 303 is arranged on the lower layer of the mounting cover 304.
[0113] A monitoring perspective window 305 is installed on the side wall of the discharge barrel 301 at the lens of the type recognition camera 302, and the discharge barrel 301 is rotatably connected with a cleaning drum 306, and a rectangular window is opened on the cleaning drum 306, and the height of the rectangular window is adapted to the height of the type recognition camera 302.
[0114] A transmission gear 307 is arranged on the power output shaft of the cleaning motor 303, a gear ring 308 is arranged at the cleaning drum 306 corresponding to the transmission gear 307, a rectangular window for the transmission gear 307 to pass through is opened at the discharge drum 301 corresponding to the transmission gear 307 and the gear ring 308, and the transmission gear 307 meshes with the gear ring 308 to transmit the cleaning rotation.
[0115] The cleaning drum 306 is a double-layer drum, wherein the inner drum layer is a hard layer and the outer drum layer is a flexible layer.
[0116] The material enters the discharge barrel 301. When the material passes through the monitoring perspective window 305, it is photographed and identified by the type recognition camera 302. When the monitoring perspective window 305 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning motor 303 is started. The cleaning motor 303 drives the transmission gear 307 to drive the gear ring 308 to rotate, and drives the cleaning drum 306 to rotate. The flexible layer of the cleaning drum 306 gently wipes the monitoring perspective window 305 to remove dust and residue. After cleaning is completed, the cleaning motor 303 stops, and the cleaning drum 306 returns to its original position, completing the cleaning and maintenance of the monitoring perspective window 305.
[0117] In addition, when identifying the type of grain, the type recognition camera 302 captures the grain image sample at high speed, and the grain graphic signal is sent to the image controller for identification. After the type is identified, the controller sends the type signal of the grain in the detection channel to complete the type identification function. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the type recognition camera 302 is an industrial camera with its own light source, and its own light source can provide the camera with a variable exposure value to improve the recognition rate.
[0118] In this embodiment, a flow sensor is also provided inside the discharge barrel 301. The grain flow signal detected by the flow sensor and the variety signal recognized by the variety recognition camera are sent to the controller together. The controller calculates and gives control data according to the different varieties and different flow rates of grain. One path is sent to the electro-hydraulic push rod to adjust the position of the vibration block, and the other path is sent to the multi-dimensional adjustment part to adjust the screen hole length, width and angle of the screen according to the type of grain. Example 5
[0119] The same points as the above embodiments and their combinations are not described in detail, but the difference is that: See also Figure 2 , Figure 8 A large miscellaneous material discharging barrel 403 is provided at the discharging place of the large miscellaneous material channel 4121, and a large miscellaneous material recognition camera 431 is provided on the side of the large miscellaneous material discharging barrel 403. A large miscellaneous material monitoring window 432 is opened on the side wall of the large miscellaneous material discharging barrel 403 corresponding to the large miscellaneous material recognition camera 431. An air pump 433 is also provided on the top of the large miscellaneous material recognition camera 431. The air outlet end of the air pump 433 is connected to an air blowing pipe 434, and the air outlet end of the air blowing pipe 434 is located at the large miscellaneous material monitoring window 432.
[0120] In addition, it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, a small debris discharging barrel is arranged outside the small debris channel 4223, and a small debris identification camera is arranged inside the small debris discharging barrel. A small debris monitoring window is opened on the side wall of the small debris discharging barrel corresponding to the small debris identification camera, and an air pump is also arranged on the top of the small debris identification camera. The air outlet end of the air pump is connected to an air blowing pipe, and the air outlet end of the air blowing pipe is located at the small debris monitoring window.
[0121] After the material enters the large impurity discharge barrel 403, the large impurity identification camera 431 monitors the quality of the large impurities in real time through the large impurity monitoring window 432, and the air pump 433 operates intermittently to blow air to the large impurity monitoring window 432 through the blowing pipe 434 to remove the residue. The small impurity discharge barrel and small impurity identification camera of the small impurity channel have the same principle as above.
[0122] As large and small impurities fall downward, large and small impurity recognition cameras installed in the channel capture gray impurity image samples at high speed, and the gray impurity graphic signals are sent to the image controller for recognition. After the variety is recognized, the controller sends a quality signal of the gray impurities in the detection channel to complete the impurity quality recognition function.
[0123] The large-scale and small-scale recognition cameras are industrial cameras with their own light sources. Their built-in light sources can provide variable exposure values for the cameras to improve the recognition rate.
[0124] In addition, the signals taken by the large impurity camera and the signals taken by the fine impurity camera are fed into the built-in or external image recognizer of the device. The image recognizer sends out an impurity quality signal, which is sent to the air volume controller. The air volume controller calculates and gives control data based on the outlet impurity quality. One path is sent to the frequency converter to adjust the speed of the circulation fan, and the other path is sent to the electric valve plate and the compensation air duct. The air volume of the air inlet duct is controlled by the electric valve plate and the compensation air duct, thereby achieving the effect of intelligently adjusting the air volume.
[0125] Since the electric valve plate is a prior art structure, no further details will be given here. Example 6
[0126] The same points as the above embodiments and their combinations are not described in detail, but the difference is that: To ensure the connection strength of the longitudinal beam, refer to Figure 1 The longitudinal beam 602 is connected to the screen body assembly 4 and the power assembly 5 by bolts, wherein the bolts at the connection between the longitudinal beam 602 and the screen body assembly 4 and the power assembly 5 corresponding to the connection between the suspension rod 601 and the longitudinal beam 602 are the most densely populated, and the bolt density on the upper and lower sides gradually decreases.
[0127] At the connection between the suspension rod 601 and the longitudinal beam 602, since this is one of the main stress points, the use of high-density bolt connection can effectively disperse the stress and avoid local overload. The high-density bolt connection improves the shear resistance and fatigue resistance of this area, and enhances the stability and reliability of the entire structure.
[0128] The working principle of the hanging multi-dimensional adjustable grain cleaning screen with grain type identification mechanism of the present invention is as follows: When the present invention is in use, if the grain enters the feed port 203 through the feed barrel 301, when the material passes through the feed barrel 301, the type recognition camera 302 installed thereon takes an image of the material through the monitoring perspective window 305 to identify its type. The cleaning motor 303 drives the cleaning drum 306 to rotate, and wipes the monitoring perspective window 305 through the flexible outer layer to keep it clean and ensure the recognition accuracy.
[0129] After identifying the type of grain, it enters the air selection section 2 through the feed port 203. The material is broken up and evenly distributed through the feed channel 204 and the material-leveling tooth roller 241, ensuring smooth and even flow of the material in the subsequent processing. The circulating air supply unit 202 inhales air through the circulating fan 222, and forms an air circulation system through a series of internal air ducts (inlet duct 211, return air duct 212, return air duct 213, and circulating air duct 223). Light impurities in the grain are taken away by the air flow, while heavier materials (grains) continue to fall to the upper screening mechanism 401. The primary settling chamber 214 and the secondary settling chamber 215 are used to further remove ash and impurities, which are discharged to the ash and impurities discharge plate on the top of the upper screen body 413 through the ash and impurities discharge paddle 216.
[0130] The materials after air selection enter the upper diversion feed channel 411 and are evenly distributed on the upper screen 4132. The screen hole length adjustment unit 441, the screen hole width adjustment unit 442 and the angle adjustment unit 443 are manually adjusted (or a driving unit is added to realize automatic control adjustment) according to the grain type identified by the type recognition camera 302 to optimize the screen hole size and screen angle to adapt to the grain type and screen it.
[0131] Larger particles that do not meet the standards are screened out through the upper screen and discharged through the large impurity channel 4121, while small particles fall into the four-flow discharge channel 4122 through the receiving tray 4134.
[0132] The grain screened out by the upper screen body once enters the lower screen body through the lower diversion feed channel 421, and the clean grain is screened out by the upper screen plate of the lower screen body, and sent to the clean grain channel 4224 through the compensating discharge plate 4221, while the small debris falls to the receiving tray and is guided to the small debris channel 4223 for discharge through the inclined baffle plate 4222.
[0133] A large debris recognition camera 431 is provided on the side of the large debris discharging barrel 403 to monitor the large debris situation in real time through a large debris monitoring window 432 , and an air pump 433 on the top keeps the monitoring window clean through an air blowing pipe 434 .
[0134] Similarly, a small debris recognition camera is installed in the small debris discharging barrel, which monitors the small debris situation in real time through the small debris monitoring window, and the air pump on the top also keeps the monitoring window clean.
[0135] After monitoring by large impurity identification cameras and small impurity identification cameras, impurity quality monitoring signals are sent, and the impurity quality signals are sent to the air volume controller. The air volume controller calculates and gives control data based on the outlet impurity quality. One path is sent to the frequency converter to adjust the speed of the circulation fan, and the other path is sent to the electric valve plate and the compensation air duct. The electric valve plate and the compensation air duct control the air volume of the air inlet duct, thereby achieving the effect of intelligent air volume regulation.
