[0025] See also Figure 2 The composite coating 100 includes a base layer 10, a first colored paint layer 20, and a second colored paint layer 30. The base layer 10 is used to be disposed on a substrate 201 and combined with the substrate 201. The first colored paint layer 20 is disposed on the surface of the base layer 10, and the first colored paint layer 20 includes acrylic resin, polyester resin, amino resin, a first colorant, and a first solvent. The second colored paint layer 30 is disposed on the surface of the first colored paint layer 20, and the second colored paint layer 30 includes acrylic resin, polyester resin, amino resin, a second colorant, and a second solvent, and the second colorant is different from the first colorant.
[0026] According to the composite coating 100 of this embodiment, the bottom layer 10 can be firmly bonded to the surface of the substrate 201, thereby improving the bonding firmness of the composite coating 100 on the surface of the substrate 201, and further improving the bonding firmness of the first colored paint layer 20 and the second colored paint layer 30 on the substrate 201. The first colored paint layer 20 can provide a base color for the second colored paint layer 30 through the first coloring material, and the second coloring material of the second colored paint layer 30 is different from the first coloring material, so that different colors can be displayed on the top of the composite coating 100, and because it is on the surface of the first colored paint layer 20, when the composite coating 100 is observed from different angles, the color of the composite coating 100 can change, thereby giving the user a dazzling visual perception and improving the color decorativeness of the coating.
[0027] In addition, acrylic resin, polyester resin and amino resin all have good film-forming properties and can form a film with a stable thickness on the surface of the base layer 10 .
[0028] In some embodiments, the first coloring material can be a carbon black slurry, and the first colored paint layer 20 is a high-temperature black paint layer. In other embodiments, the first coloring material can also be other black pigments, or coloring materials of other colors. The first coloring material is black, which can highlight the color of the second coloring material, thereby improving the decorativeness of the composite coating 100.
[0029] In some embodiments, the second coloring material can be crystal pearls, and the second colored paint layer 30 is a high-temperature crystal pearl paint layer. For example, the second coloring material can be set as a toner of other structures. And the toner can be made of metal inorganic substances.
[0031] In some embodiments, the high-temperature black paint layer can be sprayed with the high-temperature crystal pearl paint layer after a flash-drying process of 10 to 20 minutes.

[0039] In some embodiments, see Figure 2 The bottom layer 10 includes a primer coating 11, a putty layer 12 and a mid-coat coating 13. The primer coating 11 is disposed on the substrate 201. The putty layer 12 is disposed on the surface of the primer coating 11. The mid-coat coating 13 is disposed on the surface of the putty layer 12.
[0040] The primer coating 11 can be stably attached to the substrate 201, thereby improving the adhesion of the composite coating 100 to the substrate 201. The putty layer 12 can smooth the primer coating 11, cover the uneven defects existing on the primer coating 11, provide a flat surface for the coating of the intermediate coating 13, and improve the coating performance of the intermediate coating 13.
[0041] In some embodiments, the primer coating 11 is a high temperature epoxy primer coating. The high temperature epoxy primer coating includes a macromolecular epoxy resin, an anti-rust pigment, an amino resin, and a primer solvent. The macromolecular epoxy resin has good adhesion, can be stably coated on the surface of the substrate 201, and can provide reliable salt spray resistance and chemical resistance. In this way, the high temperature epoxy primer coating can improve the salt spray resistance and chemical resistance of the composite coating 100, improve the water resistance and anti-corrosion effect of the composite coating 100, and improve its adhesion on the substrate 201, thereby extending the service life of the composite coating 100. The anti-rust pigment can provide a base color, so that the second coloring paint layer 30 can show a better and richer color change effect, improve the decorativeness of the composite coating 100, and can also improve the anti-rust performance of the composite coating 100.
[0042] In some embodiments, the components in the high temperature epoxy primer coating are calculated by mass percentage as follows: 35% to 65% of macromolecular epoxy resin, 5% to 15% of anti-rust pigment, 10% to 30% of amino resin, and 10% to 30% of primer solvent.

[0049] The hydroxy acrylic resin can improve the wear and scratch resistance of the mid-coat layer 13. The blocked isocyanate can improve the heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the mid-coat layer 13. Thus, the stone chip resistance effect of the composite coating 100 can be improved by combining the hydroxy acrylic resin and the blocked isocyanate.

[0053] The phosphating layer 14 can protect the substrate 201 to prevent the substrate 201 from being corroded, thereby improving the anti-corrosion ability of the composite coating 100, and improving the salt spray corrosion resistance of the primer coating 11, the mid-coat coating 13, the first coloring paint layer 20, the second coloring paint layer 30 and other coatings. At the same time, the phosphating layer 14 can also improve the adhesion of the primer coating 11 on the substrate 201 to reduce the possibility of the composite coating 100 falling off.
[0054] Specifically, the phosphating layer 14 is a phosphoric acid film formed on the surface of the substrate 201 through chemical and electrochemical reactions between the phosphating solution and the substrate 201 .
[0055] In some embodiments, the thickness of the phosphating layer 14 ranges from 5 μm to 15 μm. Further, it can be from 8 μm to 12 μm. In this embodiment, the thickness of the phosphating layer 14 can be any one of 5 um, 6 um, 7 um, 8 um, 9 um, 10 um, 11 um, 12 um, 13 um, 14 um, and 15 um.

The fluorine-modified hydroxy acrylic resin can improve the weather resistance and chemical resistance of the surface layer 40, and has excellent stain resistance and waterproof performance. The anti-sagging resin can improve the fluidity of the coating of the surface layer 40, reduce the occurrence of sagging, and improve the adhesion and coating stability of the surface layer 40 on the second colored paint layer 30, so that the thickness uniformity of the surface layer 40 is improved. In this way, the surface layer 40 can have good fullness, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and has the characteristics of anti-graffiti, stain resistance, easy cleaning, and anti-aging, thereby improving the service life of the composite coating 100. At the same time, the surface layer 40 has a high appearance flatness, good glossiness, and fullness, so as to further improve the color effect formed by the first colored paint layer 20 and the second colored paint layer 30, and improve the decorativeness of the composite coating 100.
