[0054] (Insights, etc. that form the basis of this disclosure)
[0055] When the inventors came up with the present disclosure, there was a shelf structure in a showcase that held wiring of a lighting device guided through a guide groove while passing through a holding hole of a lighting mounting member.
[0056] However, in the prior art, the wiring near the lighting installation component can be held by the holding hole portion, but in order to hold the wiring from the lighting installation component to the rear of the shelf, it is necessary to install a wiring fastener or a wiring connector holder separately, which may increase the number of parts and the installation man-hours. In addition, the inventor found that if such a wiring fastener is used, an unnecessary protrusion is added from the shelf, so there is a problem that the items placed on the shelf may be caught or the operator may be injured. In order to solve this problem, the subject of the present disclosure is formed.
[0057] Therefore, the present disclosure provides a shelf and a storage box that can support lighting wiring without slack without using other components.
[0058] Hereinafter, the embodiments are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, sometimes, a detailed description beyond what is necessary is omitted. For example, sometimes, a detailed description of a known matter or a repeated description of a substantially identical structure is omitted. This is to avoid the following description being too lengthy and to make it easy for those skilled in the art to understand.
[0059] In addition, the drawings and the following description are provided for those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the subject matter described in the claims.
[0060] (Implementation Method 1)
[0061] Hereinafter, Embodiment 1 will be described using the drawings.

[0085] The showcase 1 is divided into an interior for storing commodities and an exterior as the outside thereof. The interior includes a display room 12, for example, an area where airflow supplied by a blower 33 circulates. The exterior is a portion of the showcase 1 that is not included in the interior.
[0086] The air flow of the blower 33 forms an air curtain, by which, for example, Figure 1 As shown by the dotted line 11 a , the inside and outside of the storage compartment are divided by a surface connecting the lower end of the top cover 39 and the upper end of the lower front wall 17 .
[0087] [1-1-2. Structure of shelf lighting]
[0088] A shelf lighting 55 is provided on the lower surface side of the distal end portion of the shelf.
[0089] The shelf lighting 55 is a lighting device located inside the display room 12. The shelf lighting 55 is installed on the front of each shelf 28. The shelf lighting 55 is installed on the lower surface of each shelf 28. The shelf lighting 55 is a lighting device such as an LED, a fluorescent lamp, or an incandescent lamp. The shelf lighting 55 emits light downward and backward. The shelf lighting 55 illuminates the inside of the display room 12.
[0090] Figure 2 It is a perspective view showing the lower surface side of the shelf plate. Figure 3 It is a plan view showing the lower surface side of the shelf plate. Figure 4 It is a cross-sectional view of the front end portion of the shelf.
[0091] like Figure 2 As shown, the shelf plate 28 is formed of a plate-like member such as a metal plate. A flange portion 40 extending downward is formed around the shelf plate 28. Two reinforcing ribs 41a and 41b extending in the width direction are installed on the lower surface of the shelf plate 28 at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction.
[0092] A lighting mounting member 42 is provided on the lower surface side of the front end portion of the shelf plate 28 .
[0093] like Figure 4 As shown, the lighting mounting member 42 includes a fixing plate 43 fixed to the lower surface of the frame plate 28. A lighting mounting plate 44 protruding downward is provided at the substantially central portion in the front-rear direction of the fixing plate 43. The lighting mounting plate 44 is disposed with a predetermined gap from the lower surface of the frame plate 28.
[0094] A plurality of lightening holes 45 arranged in the width direction are formed in the lighting mounting plate 44. The lightening holes 45 include two lightening holes 45 that are paired in the front-rear direction, and the paired lightening holes 45 are arranged in the width direction of the lighting mounting plate 44.
[0095] Fixture mounting holes 46 are formed at both ends and a substantially central portion of the lighting mounting plate 44. The fixture mounting holes 46 are openings having substantially the same width in the front-rear direction as the paired lightening holes 45.
[0096] A plate mounting member 47 is provided continuously at the front end of the lighting mounting member 42. The plate mounting member 47 is formed into a shape extending obliquely downward from the front end of the lighting mounting member 42, extending forward from below the flange portion 40, and extending upward.
[0097] A portion of the panel mounting member 47 that faces the front surface of the flange portion 40 serves as a panel support surface 48 .
[0098] like Figure 2 As shown, a lighting fixture 60 is mounted in the fixture mounting hole 46 .
[0099] The lighting fixture 60 is formed of a flexible resin such as plastic.
[0100] like Figure 4 As shown, the lighting fixture 60 includes a plate-shaped main body 61. An elastic portion 62 formed in a substantially U shape is formed on one end side of the main body 61 closer to the middle. The main body 61 is configured so that both ends can approach each other in the longitudinal direction via the elastic portion 62.
[0101] The elastic portion 62 of the main body 61 is formed with a first locking portion 63 that protrudes toward the end portion of the main body 61 .
[0102] The second locking portion 64 that protrudes toward the end of the main body 61 is provided at the end of the main body 61 opposite to the end on which the first locking portion 63 is formed.
[0103] A pair of lighting holding portions 65 are formed at both ends of the main body 61 and extend to the side opposite to the side where the first locking portion 63 and the second locking portion 64 are formed. The lighting holding portion 65 is formed in a substantially L-shape extending obliquely downward from both ends of the main body 61, and an expansion portion 66 extending outward is formed at the distal end of the lighting holding portion 65.
[0104] A wiring holding portion 67 is formed in the middle of the lighting holding portion 65 , extending toward the side of the main body 61 where the first locking portion 63 and the second locking portion 64 are formed, and holding the lighting wiring 68 .
[0105] like Figure 4 As shown, the lighting fixture 60 is mounted in the fixture mounting hole 46 formed in the lighting mounting plate 44 of the frame plate 28 .
[0106] The lighting fixture 60 is fixed to the lighting mounting plate 44 by engaging the first locking portion 63 and the second locking portion 64 with the fixture mounting hole 46. The shelf lighting 55 is fixed to the lighting fixture 60 by being pressed between the lighting holding portions 65.
[0107] Here, the interval between the two lighting holders 65 is formed to be slightly smaller than the width dimension of the shelf lighting 55. Therefore, when the shelf lighting 55 is mounted between the lighting holders 65, a force toward the outside acts on each lighting holder 65, so that the shelf lighting 55 can be firmly held by the lighting holders 65.
[0108] [1-1-2. Structure of the wiring structure of shelf lighting]
[0109] Figure 5 FIG. 1 is a side view showing a portion of the side surface 100 of the reinforcing rib. Figure 5 In FIG. 1 , a side surface 101 on the opposite side to the reinforcing rib is indicated by a dotted line.
[0110] like Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , wiring insertion openings 70 are formed on both side surfaces of the two reinforcing ribs 41 a and 41 b , respectively. The wiring insertion openings 70 are formed at the same position in the width direction of the reinforcing rib 41 .
[0111] A wiring insertion slot 71 is formed in the wiring insertion opening 70 formed on one surface of the reinforcing rib 41a (the surface 100 facing the lighting mounting component), and the wiring insertion slot 71 extends from the lower end of one side of the wiring insertion opening 70 along the width direction of the reinforcing rib 41a and then extends upward. A wiring support portion 72 extending toward the wiring insertion opening 70 is provided at the upper end of the wiring insertion slot 71. A protrusion 73 protruding upward is formed at the boundary portion between the wiring support portion 72 and the wiring insertion slot 71.
[0112] The wiring insertion opening 70 formed on the surface 101 opposite to the reinforcing rib 41 is formed so as to be line-symmetrical with the wiring insertion groove 71, the wiring support portion 72 and the protrusion 73 formed on one surface.
[0113] By arranging the wiring support portion 72 in this manner, the wiring support portion 72 is configured to be arranged at a position shifted in the width direction of the shelf plate 28 between the wiring support portion 67 of the lighting support portion 65 and the rear portion of the shelf plate 28 .
[0114] [1-2. Function]
[0115] Next, the effects of the present disclosure will be described.
[0116] Figure 6It is a diagram showing the layout of lighting wiring on the lower surface side of the shelf.
[0117] like Figure 4 and Figure 6 As shown, first, the first locking portion 63 and the second locking portion 64 of the lighting fixture 60 are inserted and engaged with the fixture mounting hole 46 of the lighting mounting component, and the lighting fixture 60 is mounted on the lighting mounting component 42 .
[0118] Next, the shelf lighting 55 is pressed between the lighting holding portions 65 , so that the shelf lighting 55 is fixed to the lighting mounting plate 44 of the lighting mounting member 42 .
[0119] After the shelf lighting 55 is installed, Figure 4 As shown, the lighting wiring 68 of the shelf lighting 55 is accommodated between the wiring holding portion 67 and the fixing plate 43 of the lighting mounting member 42 .
[0120] Thereby, the lighting wiring 68 of the shelf lighting 55 can be centralized without using other components.
[0121] At this time, since the force toward the outside acts on the lighting holding portion 65, the wiring holding portion 67 also moves toward the lighting mounting plate 44. Therefore, after the lighting wiring 68 is accommodated between the wiring holding portion 67 and the fixing plate 43 of the lighting mounting member 42, the shelf lighting 55 is assembled to the lighting holding portion 65, thereby reducing the gap between the terminal end of the wiring holding portion 67 and the fixing plate 43. As a result, it is possible to suppress the lighting wiring 68 from falling off.
[0122] like Figure 6 As shown, the lighting wire 68 held by the wire holding portion 67 is inserted from the lighting mounting plate into the wire insertion opening 70 of the reinforcing rib 41a. The lighting wire 68 inserted into the wire insertion opening 70 is held by the wire support portion 72 via the wire insertion groove 71.
[0123] At this time, since the protrusion 73 is formed at the boundary portion between the wiring insertion groove 71 and the wiring support portion 72 , it is possible to suppress the lighting wiring 68 from falling off from the wiring support portion 72 .
[0124] The lighting wire 68 is arranged to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the width direction of the reinforcing rib 41a from the wire holding portion 67 while being supported by the wire supporting portion 72. Thus, a certain tension can be applied to the lighting wire 68.
[0125] Next, the lighting wire 68 is supported by the wire support portion 72 through the wire insertion opening 70 formed in the side surface 101 on the opposite side of the reinforcing rib 41 a via the wire insertion groove 71 .
[0126] Since the wiring support portions 72 formed on both side surfaces of the reinforcing rib 41 a are formed line-symmetrically with respect to the wiring insertion opening 70 , the lighting wiring 68 is arranged inside the reinforcing rib 41 to be inclined in opposite directions.
[0127] Similarly, the lighting wire 68 is supported by the wire support portion 72 through the wire insertion opening 70 and the wire insertion groove 71 of the other reinforcing rib 41 b .
[0128] The lighting wire 68 supported by the wire support portion 72 of the other reinforcing rib 41b is connected to a predetermined wiring location from the rear of the frame plate 28. In this case, the lighting wire 68 is also arranged between the wire support portion 72 of the reinforcing rib 41b and the rear of the frame plate 28, tilted relative to the width direction of the reinforcing rib 41b.
[0129] In this way, the lighting wire 68 is supported by the wire holding portion 67 of the lighting fixture 60 on the wire supporting portions 72 of the reinforcing ribs 41a and 41b, respectively, so that the lighting wire 68 between the wire supporting portions 72 has a predetermined angle with each other and is routed in a zigzag state. Thus, a certain tension can be applied to the lighting wire 68, and the slack of the lighting wire 68 can be suppressed.
[0130] In addition, when the lighting wire 68 passes through the wire connector 69, the wire connector 69 is arranged so as to be located inside the reinforcing rib 41a.
[0131] By arranging the wiring connector 69 inside the reinforcing rib 41 a in this manner, it is unnecessary to provide a separate connector support for the mounting plate 28 .
[0132] In addition, the wiring connector 69 may be arranged inside the reinforcing rib 41b.
[0133] [1-3. Effects, etc.]
[0134] As described above, the shelf of this embodiment is provided with reinforcing ribs 41a, 41b extending in the width direction of the shelf 28 on the lower surface of the shelf 28, and a wiring support portion 72 supporting the lighting wiring 68 is provided on the side of the reinforcing ribs 41a, 41b. The wiring support portion 72 is arranged in a staggered position in the width direction of the shelf 28 between the shelf lighting 55 and the rear of the shelf 28.
[0135] Thus, by arranging the wiring support parts 72 at staggered positions in the width direction of the shelf 28 between the shelf lighting 55 and the rear part of the shelf 28, the lighting wiring 68 between the wiring support parts 72 is routed in a zigzag state with a predetermined angle to each other. Therefore, a certain tension can be applied to the lighting wiring 68, and the slack of the lighting wiring 68 can be suppressed without using a separate component.
[0136] As a result, since no additional components are required, the number of parts and the number of man-hours for assembly can be reduced, and unnecessary protrusions from the shelf plate 28 can be suppressed, thereby preventing articles placed on the shelf plate 28 from being caught or workers from being injured.
[0137] In addition, the shelf plate of the present embodiment is provided with wiring insertion openings 70 on both side surfaces of the reinforcing ribs 41 a and 41 b , and the wiring insertion openings 70 are provided with wiring insertion grooves 71 continuous with the wiring support portions 72 .
[0138] Thus, the lighting wire 68 can be easily supported by the wire support portion 72 simply by inserting the lighting wire 68 through the wire insertion opening 70 and hooking it on the wire support portion 72 via the wire insertion groove 71 .
[0139] In addition, in the frame of the present embodiment, the wiring insertion opening 70 is arranged at approximately the same position in the width direction of the reinforcing ribs 41a, 41b, and the wiring insertion groove 71 and the wiring support portion 72 formed on the two side surfaces 100, 101 of the reinforcing ribs 41a, 41b are formed symmetrically with respect to the wiring insertion opening 70.
[0140] Thus, the wiring support parts 72 are arranged at staggered positions in the width direction of the shelf 28 between the shelf lighting 55 and the rear part of the shelf 28, and can support the lighting wiring 68 between each wiring support part 72 with a certain tension, thereby suppressing the slack of the lighting wiring 68 without using additional components.
[0141] Furthermore, the shelf plate of the present embodiment includes a wiring connector 69 to which the lighting wiring 68 is connected, and the wiring connector 69 is disposed inside the reinforcing ribs 41 a and 41 b.
[0142] Thus, by arranging the wiring connector 69 inside the reinforcing ribs 41 a and 41 b , it is unnecessary to provide a separate connector support for the mounting plate 28 .
[0143] (Other embodiments)
[0144] As described above, as an example of the technology disclosed in this application, embodiment 1 is described. However, the technology in the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and can also be applied to embodiments that have been changed, replaced, added, omitted, etc. In addition, the various components described in the above embodiment 1 can also be combined as a new embodiment.
[0145] Therefore, other embodiments are exemplified below.
[0146] In the above embodiment, the wiring insertion groove 71 , the wiring support portion 72 , and the protrusion 73 are formed line-symmetrically with respect to the wiring insertion opening 70 formed on both side surfaces of the reinforcing rib 41 , but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
[0147] For example, the positions of the wiring insertion openings 70 formed on both sides of the reinforcing rib 41 may be staggered in the width direction of the reinforcing rib 41. In addition, the wiring support portion 72 may be formed on the same side of the wiring insertion opening 70 instead of being formed line-symmetrically with respect to the wiring insertion opening 70. Furthermore, the positions of the wiring insertion openings 70 in the two reinforcing ribs 41 may be formed at different positions. In addition, three or more reinforcing ribs 41 may be provided.
[0148] That is, the positions of the wiring support portions 72 are different in the width direction of the reinforcing rib 41 , and any structure may be adopted as long as the lighting wiring 68 can be routed in a zigzag state with a predetermined angle therebetween.
[0149] In the present embodiment, the showcase 1 is described as an open showcase, but this is an example. The showcase 1 may be a closed showcase having a transparent door that closes the display chamber 12 from the front. The showcase 1 may also be a storage room having a door that prevents the inside from being seen.
[0150] [Structure supported by the above-mentioned embodiment]
[0151] The above-mentioned embodiment supports the following structure.
[0152] (Note)
[0153] (Technology 1) A shelf that holds lighting wiring for shelf lighting installed on the front of the shelf, wherein a reinforcing rib extending in the width direction of the shelf is provided on the lower surface of the shelf, and a wiring support portion that supports the lighting wiring is provided on the side of the reinforcing rib, and the wiring support portion is arranged at a staggered position in the width direction of the shelf between the shelf lighting and the rear of the shelf.
[0154] According to this structure, by arranging the wiring support parts at staggered positions in the width direction of the shelf between the shelf lighting and the rear part of the shelf, the lighting wiring between the wiring support parts is routed in a zigzag state with a predetermined angle to each other. Therefore, a certain tension can be applied to the lighting wiring, and the slack of the lighting wiring can be suppressed without using additional parts.
[0155] As a result, since no additional components are required, the number of parts and the number of man-hours for assembly can be reduced, and unnecessary protrusions from the shelf can be suppressed, thereby preventing articles placed on the shelf from being caught or workers from being injured.
[0156] (Technique 2) The shelf plate according to Technique 1, wherein wiring insertion openings are provided on both side surfaces of the reinforcing rib, and wiring insertion grooves continuous with the wiring support portion are provided in the wiring insertion openings.
[0157] According to this configuration, the lighting wire can be easily supported by the wire support portion simply by inserting the lighting wire through the wire insertion opening and hooking the lighting wire on the wire support portion through the wire insertion groove.
[0158] (Technology 3) A frame according to Technology 2, wherein the wiring insertion opening is arranged at approximately the same position in the width direction of the reinforcing rib, and the wiring insertion groove and the wiring support portion formed on both side surfaces of the reinforcing rib are formed symmetrically relative to the wiring insertion opening line.
[0159] According to this configuration, the wiring support parts are arranged at offset positions in the width direction of the shelf from the shelf lighting to the rear of the shelf, and the lighting wiring between the wiring support parts can be supported with a constant tension, thereby suppressing the slack of the lighting wiring without using additional components.
[0160] (Technique 4) The shelf plate according to Technique 1 further comprises a wiring connector to which the lighting wiring is connected, wherein the wiring connector is arranged inside the reinforcing rib.
[0161] According to this structure, by arranging the wiring connector inside the reinforcing rib, it is unnecessary to provide a separate connector support for the mounting plate.
[0162] (Technique 5) A storage comprising the shelf according to any one of Techniques 1 to 4.
[0163] According to this structure, by arranging the wiring support parts at staggered positions in the width direction of the shelf between the shelf lighting and the rear part of the shelf, the lighting wiring between the wiring support parts is routed in a zigzag state with a predetermined angle to each other. Therefore, a certain tension can be applied to the lighting wiring, and the slack of the lighting wiring can be suppressed without using additional parts.
[0164] As a result, since no additional components are required, the number of parts and the number of man-hours for assembly can be reduced, and unnecessary protrusions from the shelf can be suppressed, thereby preventing articles placed on the shelf from being caught or workers from being injured.
[0165] Industrial Applicability
[0166] The present disclosure can be suitably utilized for a shelf and a storage that can support lighting wiring without slack without using other components.
