Abstract
Description
This application is a divisional application of the Chinese patent application with application number 202080099286.7 (international application number PCT / CN2020 / 082248), application date March 31, 2020, and invention name “Cosmetic composition for skin care”. Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions. In particular, the present invention relates to cosmetic compositions for caring for keratin materials, especially the skin. Background Art
[0002] The development of formulations dedicated to the care and / or make-up of the skin and / or lips is permanent. Such formulations must exhibit satisfactory properties with regard to application (e.g. ease of use) and with regard to the sensory properties after application (e.g. feeling of hydration and / or moisturization).
[0003] The skin is the body's protective barrier. It protects the body's interior from physical damage (such as trauma) and biological damage (such as bacteria, viruses or fungi). The human skin consists of the dermis and epidermis. The epidermis is the top layer of the skin, and its surface layer is called the stratum corneum.
[0004] The skin is provided with moisture by water in the deeper layers and by perspiration. Disorders of skin moisture, and in particular dry skin, are usually observed with age (growth) and / or changes in climate. However, such conditions may also manifest in young individuals.
[0005] A wide variety of cosmetic compositions have been used to care for the skin, particularly to provide moisturizing or hydration to the skin. These compositions typically contain lipophilic moisturizers that inhibit water loss via occlusion. These compositions may additionally contain other skin benefit agents, such as vitamins and moisturizers. Adding these ingredients can increase the moisturizing of the skin. For example, efforts have been made to formulate compositions in the form of creams or lotions. Due to the thick texture of the composition, it is possible to provide a moisturizing sensation to the skin via occlusion. Emulsions are typically in the form of water-in-oil emulsions.
[0006] However, these types of products remain unsatisfactory.
[0007] Consumers feel unpleasant greasiness after applying the product. In addition, due to the thick texture of the product, it is not easy to apply it evenly on the skin.
[0008] Therefore, there is still a need to formulate stable compositions for caring for the skin which have good cosmetic properties, in particular moisturizing and / or hydrating the skin without a greasy feel.
[0009] Furthermore, the composition is expected to have a good texture and spread easily on the skin during application.
[0010] It would therefore be desirable to provide stable skin care compositions that exhibit excellent texture as well as application and sensory properties. Summary of the invention The Applicant has now found that it is possible to formulate such compositions having the desired properties as described above.
[0012] In particular, the Applicant has found that it is possible to formulate stable compositions for caring for and / or making up keratin materials which exhibit excellent textural and application and sensory properties.

[0123] The term "oil" refers to a water-immiscible, non-aqueous compound that is liquid at room temperature (25°C) and atmospheric pressure (760 mmHg).
[0124] The term "non-volatile oil" means an oil which can remain on keratin materials for at least several hours at room temperature and atmospheric pressure and which has in particular a viscosity of less than 10 -3 A non-volatile oil may also be defined as an oil having a vapor pressure of 0.07 mg / cm2 (0.13 Pa) and having an evaporation rate such that, under the conditions defined above, the amount evaporated after 30 minutes is less than 0.07 mg / cm2. 2 .
[0125] These oils may be of vegetable, mineral or synthetic origin.

[0135] The term "pasty compound" within the meaning of the present invention is understood to mean a lipophilic fatty compound with a reversible solid / liquid state change, which exhibits an anisotropic crystal arrangement in the solid state and which comprises a liquid portion and a solid portion at a temperature of 23° C. In other words, the onset melting point of the pasty compound may be less than 23° C. The liquid portion of the pasty compound measured at 23° C. may represent 9% to 97% by weight of the pasty compound. At 23° C., this liquid portion preferably represents between 15% and 85% by weight, more preferably between 40% and 85% by weight of the pasty compound.
[0136] Within the meaning of the present invention, the melting point corresponds to the temperature of the maximum endothermic peak observed by thermal analysis (DSC) as described in standard ISO 11357-3: 1999. The melting point of the pasty compound can be measured using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), for example the calorimeter sold under the name "MDSC 2920" by TA Instruments.
[0137] The measurement procedure is as follows: A 5 mg sample of the pasty compound placed in a crucible is subjected to a first temperature increase in the range of -20°C to 100°C at a heating rate of 10°C / min, then cooled from 100°C to -20°C at a cooling rate of 10°C / min, and finally subjected to a second temperature increase in the range of -20°C to 100°C at a heating rate of 5°C / min. During the second temperature increase, the difference in energy absorbed by the empty crucible and the energy absorbed by the crucible containing the pasty compound sample is measured as a function of temperature. The melting point of the pasty compound is the temperature value corresponding to the peak of the curve representing the difference in absorbed energy as a function of temperature.
[0138] The liquid weight fraction of the pasty compound at 23°C is equal to the ratio of the melting enthalpy consumed at 23°C to the melting enthalpy of the pasty compound.
[0139] The enthalpy of fusion of a pasty compound is the enthalpy consumed by the pasty compound changing from the solid state to the liquid state. A pasty compound is "in the solid state" when all its substance is in solid crystalline form. A pasty compound is "in the liquid state" when all its substance is in liquid form.
[0140] The melting enthalpy of the pasty compound is equal to the area under the curve of the thermogram obtained according to standard ISO 11357-3:1999 using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), for example the calorimeter sold under the name MDSC 2920 by TA Instruments, with a temperature increase of 5° C. or 10° C. per minute.
[0141] The enthalpy of fusion of a pasty compound is the amount of energy necessary to change the pasty compound from a solid state to a liquid state. It is expressed in J / g.
[0142] The enthalpy of fusion consumed at 23°C is the amount of energy absorbed by the sample to change from the solid state to the state it exhibits at 23°C (consisting of a liquid portion and a solid portion).
[0143] The liquid fraction of the pasty compound measured at 32° C. preferably accounts for 30 to 100% by weight of the pasty compound, preferably accounts for 50 to 100% by weight of the pasty compound, more preferably accounts for 60 to 100% by weight of the pasty compound. When the liquid fraction of the pasty compound measured at 32° C. is equal to 100%, the end temperature of the melting range of the pasty compound is less than or equal to 32° C.
[0144] The liquid fraction of the pasty compound measured at 32° C. is equal to the ratio of the melting enthalpy consumed at 32° C. to the melting enthalpy of the pasty compound. The melting enthalpy consumed at 32° C. is calculated in the same way as the melting enthalpy consumed at 23° C.
[0145] Preferably, the structuring agent has a melting point between 38°C and 45°C.
[0146] Preferably it is a wax having a melting point between 38°C and 45°C, such as a linear ester.
