Abstract

This invention discloses an adaptive processing method for leftover food from a canteen, comprising: performing high-temperature sterilization and stirring on leftover food, including leftover dishes and rice, collected from the canteen; during the high-temperature sterilization and stirring of the leftover food, detecting the heating temperature of the leftover food and simultaneously detecting the stirring resistance used to perform the stirring of the leftover food; controlling the rotation speed of the rotary drive device used to provide power for the stirring operation based on the detected stirring resistance, and adaptively adjusting the stirring operation; adjusting the heating temperature based on the detected heating temperature and the high-temperature sterilization time, until the leftover food is processed into sterilized and environmentally friendly dry granular or fibrous powder.
