[0031] (Insights that form the basis of this disclosure)

[0032] The inventors of the present application have discovered that the following problems may occur regarding the technology described in the “Background Art” column.

[0033] In the bracket device disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, when the display device is mounted on a wall, an operator needs to perform wiring work such as pulling out a power cord from the back of the display device while the bracket device and the hook on the wall are engaged with each other. At this time, if the operator tilts the display device relative to the wall in order to insert his hand between the back of the display device and the wall, the bracket device may accidentally come off the hook.

[0034] Therefore, the inventors of the present application have conducted intensive studies and, as a result, have proposed a mounting device and a display device unit that can improve safety when performing an operation of installing a display device on a wall surface.

[0035] The following describes the embodiments in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as appropriate. However, unnecessary detailed descriptions are sometimes omitted. For example, detailed descriptions of well-known matters and repeated descriptions of substantially the same structures are sometimes omitted. This is to avoid the following description from becoming unnecessarily lengthy and to make it easy for those skilled in the art to understand.

[0036] In addition, the inventor provides the drawings and the following descriptions in order to allow those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure, but does not intend to limit the subject matter described in the claims by these.

[0037] (Implementation Method)

[0038] Below, refer to Figure 1 to Figure 17 An implementation method will be described.

[0039] [1. Overall structure of the display device unit]

[0040] First, refer to Figure 1 to Figure 3 The overall structure of the display device unit 2 according to the embodiment will be described. Figure 1 It is a diagram showing an installation example of the display device 4 according to the embodiment. Figure 2 It is a diagram showing the back side of the display device 4 according to the embodiment. Figure 31 is a diagram showing a side view of a display device 4 according to an embodiment. Specifically, Figure 3 (a) is a diagram showing a state where the display device 4 is arranged along the wall surface 14. Figure 3 (b) is a diagram showing a state where the display device 4 is tilted with respect to the wall surface 14 .

[0041] like Figure 1 to Figure 3 As shown, the display device unit 2 includes a display device 4 and a mounting device 6. Figure 1 to Figure 3 In the state where the display device 4 installed on the wall surface 14 is kept in a vertical posture, the left-right direction of the display device 4 is the X-axis direction, the depth direction (thickness direction) of the display device 4 is the Y-axis direction, and the up-down direction of the display device 4 is the Z-axis direction. In addition, the vertical posture refers to a posture in which the up-down direction of the display device 4 is consistent with the gravity direction, and the left-right direction of the display device 4 is consistent with the horizontal direction (the direction orthogonal to the gravity direction).

[0042] The display device 4 is a wall-mounted television set formed in a rectangular flat plate shape. A display panel 8 for displaying images is arranged on the front surface of the display device 4. The display panel 8 is composed of, for example, an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) panel. Figure 2 As shown, a back cover 10 formed of, for example, resin is disposed on the back side (the side opposite to the front surface) of the display device 4. A power line 12 for supplying power to the display panel 8 and the like is led out from the lower end of the back cover 10. In addition, although not shown, a rear cover is disposed between the display panel 8 and the back cover 10. The rear cover is a plate-shaped member for supporting various parts, and is formed by, for example, stamping a metal plate formed of aluminum, iron, or the like.

[0043] The mounting device 6 is a device for mounting the display device 4 on a wall surface 14 in a room. The display device 4 is mounted on the wall surface 14 via the mounting device 6 in a manner that allows it to be tilted (tilted, lifted, or tilted). Specifically, the display device 4 can be tilted between a vertical posture and a tilted posture with a pair of tilting units 18a and 18b (described later) of the mounting device 6 as the center. In addition, the tilted posture refers to a posture in which the left and right directions of the display device 4 are consistent with the horizontal direction, and the up and down directions of the display device 4 are tilted relative to the direction of gravity. In addition, the wall surface 14 is substantially parallel to the XZ plane and is vertically arranged relative to the ground 16. The structure of the mounting device 6 will be described in detail later.

[0044] like Figure 3 As shown in (a), during normal use such as when the user watches a TV program, the display device 4 is arranged along the wall surface 14 so that the back cover 10 faces the wall surface 14. That is, the display device 4 is held in a vertical posture.

[0045] When the display device 4 is placed on the wall 14, the operator may need to perform wiring work such as the power cord 12 drawn from the back cover 10. In this case, the operator holds the lower end of the display device 4 held in a vertical position and applies force in a direction away from the wall 14 (negative side of the Y axis). Figure 3 As shown in (b), the display device 4 can be tilted relative to the wall surface 14 and moved from a vertical position to a tilted position, and a space for wiring work can be formed between the back cover 10 and the wall surface 14. In addition, when the display device 4 is tilted to the limit relative to the wall surface 14, the angle between the back cover 10 and the wall surface 14 is, for example, approximately 60°.

[0046] In addition, the operators Figure 3 In the state shown in (b), when the force applied to the lower end of the display device 4 held in the inclined posture is relieved, the display device 4 moves (tilts) from the inclined posture to the vertical posture by its own weight.

[0047] [2. Structure of the mounting device]

[0048] Next, refer to Figures 1 to 9 The structure of the mounting device 6 according to the embodiment will be described. Figure 4 It is a figure which shows a pair of tilting units 18a and 18b concerning embodiment. Figure 5 1 is a perspective view showing the tilting unit 18 a according to the embodiment in a state where the tilting plate 24 is in the first posture. Figure 6 1 is a perspective view showing the tilting unit 18 a according to the embodiment in a state where the tilting plate 24 is in the second posture. Figure 7 2 is a perspective view showing the pin plate 28 according to the embodiment. Specifically, Figure 7 (a) is a diagram showing the front surface of the pin plate 28 according to the embodiment. Figure 7 (b) is a diagram showing the back side of the pin plate 28 according to the embodiment. Figure 8 It is an exploded perspective view showing the pin plate 28 according to the embodiment. Fig. 9 : is a perspective view showing a magnet plate 76 according to the embodiment. Specifically, Fig. 9 (a) is a perspective view showing the front surface of the magnet plate 76 according to the embodiment. Fig. 9 (b) is a perspective view showing the back side of the magnet plate 76 according to the embodiment.

[0049] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the mounting device 6 includes a pair of tilting units 18a and 18b.

[0050] The pair of tilting units 18a and 18b are units for mounting the display device 4 on the wall surface 14 in a manner that allows the display device 4 to be tilted and moved. Figure 2 As shown, when the back cover 10 of the display device 4 is viewed from the back side, the pair of tilting units 18a and 18b are respectively arranged at the upper right corner and the upper left corner of the back cover 10. That is, the pair of tilting units 18a and 18b are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction (X-axis direction) at the upper end of the back cover 10.

[0051] [2-1. Tilt unit 18a]

[0052] like Figures 4 to 8 As shown in FIG. 1 , the tilting unit 18a includes a base member 22, a tilting plate 24 (an example of a tilting member), a locking pin 26, and a pin plate 28 (an example of a supporting member). By engaging the tilting plate 24 with the pin plate 28 fixed to the wall surface 14, the display device 4 can be set on the wall surface 14. Figure 2 and Figures 4 to 6 The pin plate 28 is omitted in the figure.

[0053] [2-1-1. Base member 22]

[0054] like Figures 4 to 6 As shown, the base member 22 is a member for supporting the tilting plate 24 so as to be able to tilt and move, and is formed of a metal such as aluminum or iron. The base member 22 is arranged at a substantially rectangular opening 30 formed at the upper right corner of the back cover 10, and is mounted to the above-mentioned back cover by means of screws or the like. The base member 22 has a shaft 32 and a pair of insertion holes 34. The shaft 32 is arranged at the upper end of the base member 22 and extends in the left-right direction. Figure 6 As shown, the pair of insertion holes 34 are each formed of a slit elongated in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction). The pair of insertion holes 34 are arranged slightly above the lower end of the base member 22 and spaced apart in the left-right direction.

[0055] [2-1-2. Tilt plate 24]

[0056] The tilting plate 24 is formed of a metal such as aluminum or iron, and is formed into a roughly rectangular plate shape. The lateral width of the tilting plate 24 is, for example, approximately 40 mm, and the thickness is, for example, approximately 12 mm. A bearing portion 36 is formed at the upper end portion of the tilting plate 24. The shaft portion 32 of the base member 22 is supported on the bearing portion 36 in a rotatable manner. Thus, the tilting plate 24 is supported on the shaft portion 32 of the base member 22 (i.e., the back side of the display device 4) in a manner that allows it to tilt (tilt). That is, the tilting plate 24 can be centered on the shaft portion 32 of the base member 22. Figure 5 The first posture shown is Figure 6In the first posture, the tilting plate 24 is accommodated in the opening 30 of the back cover 10 and is arranged along the back cover 10 of the display device 4. In the second posture, the tilting plate 24 protrudes from the opening 30 of the back cover 10 and is arranged tilted relative to the back cover 10 of the display device 4.

[0057] In addition, an opening 38a is formed in the tilting plate 24. The opening 38a is arranged from the vicinity of the central portion to the vicinity of the lower end portion of the tilting plate 24. An engaging portion 42a is formed in the upper peripheral portion of the peripheral portion of the opening 38a, which is the upper side. The engaging portion 42a extends in a straight line with respect to the left-right direction and is inclined upward toward the central portion of the display device 4 in the left-right direction.

[0058] In addition, if Figure 6 As shown, a pair of protrusions 40 are formed on both side surfaces in the left-right direction of the tilting plate 24. The pair of protrusions 40 are each formed in a thin plate shape and protrude from the tilting plate 24 toward the base member 22. The pair of protrusions 40 are respectively inserted into the pair of insertion holes 34 of the base member 22 in a detachable manner. Specifically, as Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 2 , when the tilting plate 24 is in the first posture, the pair of protrusions 40 are respectively inserted into the pair of insertion holes 34. Figure 6 As shown, when the tilting plate 24 is in the second posture, the pair of protrusions 40 are respectively disengaged from the pair of insertion holes 34. In addition, a pair of insertion holes 44 are respectively formed on both side surfaces in the left-right direction of the tilting plate 24. When the display device 4 is viewed from the side, the pair of insertion holes 44 are arranged in a mutually overlapping manner.

[0059] [2-1-3. Locking pin 26]

[0060] The locking pin 26 is formed of metal such as aluminum or iron. Figure 6 As shown, the locking pin 26 has a cylindrical long strip portion 46 and a cylindrical short-dimension portion 48 whose length is shorter than the long strip portion 46, and is formed into a substantially L-shaped shape as a whole. The long strip portion 46 extends in a straight line, and a recess 50 (an example of a first recess) is formed at the front end portion of the long strip portion 46. The short-dimension portion 48 extends from the base end portion (the end portion on the opposite side to the front end portion) of the long strip portion 46 substantially perpendicularly to the long side direction of the long strip portion 46. A recess 52 (an example of a second recess) is formed at the front end portion of the short-dimension portion 48. The depth of the recess 52 of the short-dimension portion 48 is deeper than the depth of the recess 50 of the long strip portion 46. In addition, a protrusion 54 protruding radially outward is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the long strip portion 46 at a position slightly off the base end side than the central portion in the long side direction of the long strip portion 46.

[0061] like Figure 6As shown, when the tilting plate 24 is in the second posture, the long strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 is inserted into each of the pair of insertion holes 44 of the tilting plate 24 in a disengageable manner. When the long strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 is inserted into each of the pair of insertion holes 44, it is configured to cross the opening portion 38a of the tilting plate 24 along the left-right direction. At this time, the short dimension portion 48 of the locking pin 26 is configured on the far side from the tilting unit 18b. In addition, when the long strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 is inserted into each of the pair of insertion holes 44 to a prescribed insertion penetration depth, the protrusion 54 of the locking pin 26 is engaged with the peripheral portion of the insertion hole 44 on the side closer to the short dimension portion 48 in the pair of insertion holes 44. As a result, the long strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 is restricted from being inserted into each of the pair of insertion holes 44 at an insertion penetration depth greater than the prescribed insertion penetration depth. At this time, the front end of the long strip portion 46 and its vicinity protrude from the insertion hole 44 farther from the short dimension portion 48 of the pair of insertion holes 44. In addition, the base end of the long strip portion 46 and its vicinity and the short dimension portion 48 protrude from the insertion hole 44 closer to the short dimension portion 48 of the pair of insertion holes 44.

[0062] like Figure 5 As shown, in a state where the long strip portion 46 of the lock pin 26 is inserted through each of the pair of insertion holes 44 to a predetermined insertion depth, when the tilting plate 24 tilts from the second posture to the first posture, the front end portion and its vicinity of the long strip portion 46 are received in the substantially I-shaped first recess 56 formed in the back cover 10. In addition, the base end portion and its vicinity of the long strip portion 46 and the short portion 48 are received in the substantially T-shaped second recess 58 formed in the back cover 10.

[0063] [2-1-4. Pin plate 28]

[0064] like Figure 7 (a), (b) and Figure 8 As shown, the pin plate 28 has a seat portion 60, a plurality of mounting pins 62, a protrusion 64, and a cover portion 66. The pin plate 28 is disposed at a position on the wall surface 14 facing the tilting plate 24 of the tilting unit 18a.

[0065] The base portion 60 is formed in a substantially circular plate shape. A plurality of pin holes 68 are formed in the inner circumference of the base portion 60. The plurality of pin holes 68 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction in the inner circumference of the base portion 60. In addition, a plurality of pin holes 70 are formed in the outer circumference of the base portion 60. The plurality of pin holes 70 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction in the outer circumference of the base portion 60. Figure 8 As shown, a notch portion 86 is formed at a portion of the peripheral edge portion of each of the plurality of pin holes 68 , and a notch portion 88 is formed at a portion of the peripheral edge portion of each of the plurality of pin holes 70 .

[0066] The plurality of mounting pins 62 are each formed of a metal such as iron and are formed into a nail shape. The plurality of mounting pins 62 are respectively inserted through the plurality of pin holes 68 from the front surface side toward the back surface side of the pedestal portion 60 and pierce the wall surface 14. Figure 7 As shown in (b), each of the plurality of mounting pins 62 inserted through the plurality of pin holes 68 penetrates the wall surface 14 in a direction inclined toward the radial inner side of the seat portion 60 relative to the direction perpendicular to the wall surface 14 (Y-axis direction). In addition, the plurality of mounting pins 62 are inserted through the plurality of pin holes 70 from the front surface side of the seat portion 60 toward the back surface side and penetrate into the wall surface 14. Figure 7 As shown in (b), each of the plurality of mounting pins 62 inserted through the plurality of pin holes 70 is inserted into the wall surface 14 in a direction inclined toward the radial outer side of the seat portion 60 relative to the direction perpendicular to the wall surface 14. The seat portion 60 is mounted on the wall surface 14 by these plurality of mounting pins 62.

[0067] The protrusion 64 is formed to protrude from the radial center portion of the front surface of the base portion 60. The size of the protrusion 64 is smaller than the size of the opening portion 38a of the tilting plate 24. Thus, the protrusion 64 can be inserted through the opening portion 38a of the tilting plate 24. A slit 72 extending from the upper end of the protrusion 64 and substantially parallel to the front surface of the base portion 60 is formed in the protrusion 64. In a state where the protrusion 64 is inserted through the opening portion 38a of the tilting plate 24, the engaging portion 42a of the tilting plate 24 is inserted through the slit 72 and engaged with the lower end of the slit 72 in a detachable manner. That is, the protrusion 64 is engaged with the engaging portion 42a of the tilting plate 24 in a detachable manner.

[0068] The cover portion 66 is a decorative cover, and is disposed so as to cover the front surface of the pedestal portion 60. The cover portion 66 is formed with a circular opening portion 71 through which the protrusion 64 is inserted.

[0069] [2-2. Tilt unit 18b]

[0070] The tilting unit 18 b includes a base member 22 , a tilting plate 24 , a locking pin 26 , and a pin plate 28 , similarly to the tilting unit 18 a .

[0071] In the tilting unit 18b, the position of the base member 22 in the back cover 10 is different from that in the tilting unit 18a. Figure 4 As shown, the base member 22 is disposed at a substantially rectangular opening 30 formed at an upper left corner of the back cover 10 , and is attached to the back cover 10 by screws or the like.

[0072] In addition, in the tilting unit 18b, the shape of the opening 38b of the tilting plate 24 is different from that of the tilting unit 18a. Figure 4As shown, an engaging portion 42b is formed on the upper peripheral portion of the opening portion 38b of the tilting plate 24. The engaging portion 42b extends in a straight line with respect to the left-right direction and is inclined upward toward the center portion in the left-right direction of the display device 4. That is, the engaging portions 42a and 42b are respectively configured so that the inclination directions are different from each other.

[0073] In addition, in the present embodiment, the engaging parts 42a and 42b are respectively configured to be inclined upward toward the central part in the left-right direction of the display device 4, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be configured to be inclined downward toward the central part in the left-right direction of the display device 4. In addition, the engaging parts 42a and 42b may be respectively configured to have the same inclination direction and different inclination angles relative to the left-right direction. For example, one side of the engaging parts 42a and 42b may be parallel to the left-right direction, and the other side of the engaging parts 42a and 42b may be inclined relative to the left-right direction.

[0074] In addition, in the tilting unit 18b, the insertion direction of the locking pin 26 is different from that of the tilting unit 18a. Figure 4 As shown in the figure, the short portion 48 of the locking pin 26 is arranged farther from the tilting unit 18a when the long portion 46 of the locking pin 26 is inserted through each of the pair of insertion holes 44. That is, the locking pin 26 of the tilting unit 18a and the locking pin 26 of the tilting unit 18b are arranged so that the front ends of their long portions 46 face each other.

[0075] The other structures of the tilting unit 18b are the same as those of the tilting unit 18a, and thus the description thereof is omitted.

[0076] [2-3. Adsorption units 20a, 20b]

[0077] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the display device unit 2 further includes a pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b. The pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b are used to suppress the shaking of the lower end of the display device 4 installed on the wall surface 14. Through the pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b, the display device 4 can be more stably set on the wall surface 14. The pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b respectively have a magnet 74 and a magnet plate 76. In addition, in the present embodiment, the display device unit 2 includes a pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b, but it is not limited to this, and the pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b can also be omitted.

[0078] like Figure 2 As shown, the magnets 74 of the pair of attraction units 20 a and 20 b (hereinafter referred to as “a pair of magnets 74 ”) are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction near the lower end of the back cover 10 .

[0079] The magnet plates 76 of the pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b (hereinafter referred to as "a pair of magnet plates 76") are respectively arranged at positions on the wall surface 14 that are opposed to the pair of magnets 74. Fig. 9 As shown in (a) and (b), the pair of magnet plates 76 each has a base portion 78, a pair of magnets 80, and a plurality of mounting pins 82.

[0080] The base portion 78 is formed in a substantially disk shape. A plurality of pin holes 84 are formed in the outer peripheral portion of the base portion 78. The plurality of pin holes 84 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction in the outer peripheral portion of the base portion 78.

[0081] A pair of magnets 80 are arranged on the front surface of the pedestal 78. When the magnet 74 of the display device 4 approaches the magnet plate 76, the magnet 74 of the display device 4 and the pair of magnets 80 of the magnet plate 76 are attracted to each other by magnetic force. In addition, one of the magnet 74 and the magnet 80 may be made of a magnetic body such as iron.

[0082] The plurality of mounting pins 82 are each formed of a metal such as iron and are formed into a nail shape. The plurality of mounting pins 82 are respectively inserted through the plurality of pin holes 84 from the front surface side of the base portion 78 toward the back surface side and pierce the wall surface 14. Fig. 9 As shown in (b), each of the plurality of mounting pins 82 inserted through the plurality of pin holes 84 is inserted into the wall surface 14 in a direction inclined toward the radial inner side of the seat portion 78 relative to the direction perpendicular to the wall surface 14. The seat portion 78 is mounted on the wall surface 14 by these plurality of mounting pins 82.

[0083] [3. Display device setup steps]

[0084] Next, refer to Figure 3 and Figure 10 to Figure 17 The procedure of installing the display device 4 on the wall surface 14 will be described.

[0085] Fig.10 1 is a diagram for explaining the steps of installing the pin plate 28 to the wall surface 14. Specifically, Fig.10 (a) is a diagram showing a state where the locking pin 26 is used to start driving the mounting pin 62 into the wall surface 14. Fig.10 (b) is a diagram showing a state in which the mounting pin 62 is almost completely driven into the wall surface 14 using the locking pin 26 . Fig.11 This is a diagram showing a state where a pair of pin plates 28 and a pair of magnet plates 76 are attached to the wall surface 14 . Fig.12 38a and 38b are diagrams showing the state before and after the pair of protrusions 64 are inserted through the pair of openings 38a and 38b, respectively. Fig.12(a) is a diagram showing a state before the pair of protrusions 64 are respectively inserted through the pair of openings 38a and 38b. Fig.12 (b) is a diagram showing a state where the pair of protrusions 64 are inserted through the pair of openings 38a and 38b, respectively.

[0086] Fig.13 The figure shows a state where the pair of protrusions 64 are inserted through the pair of openings 38a and 38b, respectively. Fig.14 Yes means Fig.13 Schematic cross-sectional view of the tilting unit 18a taken along line XIV-XIV. Fig.15 The diagram shows a state where the pair of protrusions 64 are respectively engaged with the pair of engagement portions 42a and 42b. Fig.16 yes Fig.15 Schematic cross-sectional view of the tilting unit 18a taken along line XVI-XVI. Fig.17 4 is a diagram for explaining the steps of adjusting the posture of the display device 4 to a vertical posture. Specifically, Fig.17 (a) is a diagram showing a state in which the left-right direction of the display device 4 is tilted relative to the horizontal direction. Fig.17 (b) is a diagram showing a state where the display device 4 is adjusted to a vertical posture.

[0087] In addition, for the convenience of explanation, Figure 13 to Figure 17 Only some components of the pair of tilting units 18a and 18b are shown in the figure.

[0088] [3-1. Step 1]

[0089] First, the pair of pin plates 28 are mounted on the wall surface 14 using the locking pins 26 as a jig. Before the display device 4 is installed on the wall surface 14, the locking pins 26 are removed from the pair of insertion holes 44 of the tilting plate 24.

[0090] Specifically, if Fig.10 As shown in (a), the operator inserts the installation pin 62 into the pin hole 68 that penetrates the base portion 60 of the pin plate 28. Next, the operator holds the long strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 by hand, and abuts the head of the installation pin 62 against the recess 52 formed at the front end of the short dimension portion 48 of the locking pin 26. In this state, the operator pushes the short dimension portion 48 of the locking pin 26 toward the installation pin 62, so that the installation pin 62 is pushed toward the wall surface 14 and penetrates into the wall surface 14.

[0091] Since the length of the short portion 48 is shorter than that of the long portion 46, the distance between the operator's finger and the mounting pin 62 becomes shorter by placing the head of the mounting pin 62 against the recess 52 of the short portion 48, compared with the case where the head of the mounting pin 62 is placed against the recess 50 of the long portion 46. As a result, it is easy to apply force to the mounting pin 62 from the operator's finger, so that the mounting pin 62 can be stably inserted into the wall surface 14. In addition, since the depth of the recess 52 of the short portion 48 is deeper than the depth of the recess 50 of the long portion 46, the head of the mounting pin 62 can be stably held in the recess 52 of the short portion 48, and the mounting pin 62 can be stably inserted into the wall surface 14.

[0092] However, since the depth of the recessed portion 52 of the short portion 48 is deeper than the depth of the recessed portion 50 of the long portion 46, the head of the mounting pin 62 and its vicinity are accommodated in the recessed portion 52 of the short portion 48, and therefore the mounting pin 62 cannot be fully inserted into the wall surface 14. Therefore, as described below, the operator replaces the locking pin 26 and pushes the locking pin 26 toward the mounting pin 62 again.

[0093] Specifically, if the mounting pin 62 is inserted into the wall surface 14 to a certain depth, Fig.10 As shown in (b), the operator replaces the locking pin 26 and holds the strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 by hand, and places the head of the mounting pin 62 close to the recess 50 formed at the front end of the strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26. The depth of the recess 50 of the strip portion 46 is shallower than the depth of the recess 52 of the short portion 48, and is the minimum depth that can keep the head of the mounting pin 62 from shifting. Therefore, by pushing the strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 toward the mounting pin 62, the mounting pin 62 can be inserted into the wall surface 14 to the end.

[0094] Similarly, the operator uses the locking pin 26 as a jig to insert the plurality of mounting pins 62 into the plurality of pin holes 68 and 70 and penetrate the wall surface 14. Thus, the pedestal 60 is mounted on the wall surface 14 by the plurality of mounting pins 62. Next, the operator places the cover 66 (see Figure 8 ) is mounted to the front surface of the base portion 60.

[0095] Through the above steps, such as Fig.11 As shown, a pair of pin plates 28 are attached to the wall surface 14. At this time, the arrangement interval of the pair of pin plates 28 in the left-right direction is substantially the same as the arrangement interval of the pair of tilting plates 24 of the display device 4 in the left-right direction.

[0096] In addition, when the mounting position of the pin plate 28 on the wall surface 14 is corrected, the pin plate 28 can be removed from the wall surface 14 using the locking pin 26 as a jig. Specifically, the operator holds the long strip portion 46 of the locking pin 26 by hand, and hooks the peripheral edge of the recess 52 formed at the front end of the short dimension portion 48 of the locking pin 26 in the gap between the head of the mounting pin 62 that has penetrated the wall surface 14 and the front surface of the pedestal portion 60. At this time, since the notches 86 and 88 are formed in a part of the peripheral edge of the pin holes 68 and 70 as described above, the head of the mounting pin 62 floats from the front surface of the pedestal portion 60 in the notches 86 and 88, forming the above-mentioned gap even when the mounting pin 62 is penetrated to the wall surface 14 to the last state. Therefore, the peripheral edge of the recess 52 of the short dimension portion 48 can be easily hooked in the gap. Next, if the operator applies force to the elongated portion 46 of the locking pin 26 , the mounting pin 62 can be pulled out from the wall surface 14 by the principle of leverage.

[0097] [3-2. Step 2]

[0098] Next, similarly to the above-mentioned step 1, the pair of magnet plates 76 are mounted on the wall surface 14 using the locking pin 26 as a fixture. Fig.11 As shown, the pair of magnet plates 76 are attached to the wall surface 14 so that the arrangement interval of the pair of magnet plates 76 in the left-right direction is substantially the same as the arrangement interval of the pair of magnets 74 of the display device 4 in the left-right direction.

[0099] [3-3. Step 3]

[0100] Next, the pair of tilting plates 24 are engaged with the pair of pin plates 28, respectively. Fig.11 As shown, the operator holds the display device 4 by hand and tilts the display device 4 so that the display panel 8 faces obliquely upward. In this state, the operator moves the upper end of the back cover 10 of the display device 4 toward the positive side of the Y axis and approaches the wall surface 14.

[0101] Then, if Fig.12 As shown in (a), the operator moves (tilts) the pair of tilting plates 24 from the first posture to the second posture. Fig.12 Middle (b), Fig.13 and Fig.14 As shown, the operator moves the upper end of the back cover 10 of the display device 4 further toward the positive side of the Y axis to approach the wall surface 14, and inserts the protrusions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28 into the openings 38a and 38b of the pair of tilting plates 24, respectively.

[0102] Then, if Fig.15 and Fig.16As shown, the operator moves the display device 4 toward the ground 16 (see Figure 1 ) and is gradually lowered toward the negative side of the Z axis, so that the engaging portions 42a, 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24 are respectively inserted through the slits 72 of the pair of pin plates 28. The engaging portions 42a, 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24 are respectively in contact with the lower ends of the slits 72 of the pair of pin plates 28, so that the protrusions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28 are respectively engaged with the engaging portions 42a, 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24.

[0103] Then, if Fig.15 As shown in FIG. 1 , the operator inserts the pair of locking pins 26 into the pair of insertion holes 44 of the pair of tilting plates 24, respectively. Fig.16 As shown, the elongated portions 46 of the pair of locking pins 26 are arranged to face each other below the protruding portions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28. That is, the protruding portions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28 are clamped from above and below between the engaging portions 42a, 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24 and the elongated portions 46 of the pair of locking pins 26. In this state, the locking pins 26 restrict the protruding portions 64 from being disengaged from the openings 38a (38b) by restricting the engaging portions 42a (42b) from being disengaged from the slits 72. In addition, the elongated portions 46 of the pair of locking pins 26 can either contact with the lower end portions of the protruding portions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28 or be separated from the lower end portions of the protruding portions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28.

[0104] As described above, the display device 4 is attached to the wall surface 14 so as to be tiltably movable (tiltable) by the pair of tilting units 18 a and 18 b.

[0105] [3-4. Step 4]

[0106] Next, the wiring operation of the power line 12 and the like led out from the lower end of the back cover 10 is performed. Figure 3 As shown in (b), the operator tilts the display device 4 from the vertical position to the tilted position and tilts it relative to the wall surface 14, thereby forming a space for wiring work between the back cover 10 and the wall surface 14. At this time, the pair of tilting plates 24 are tilted from the first position to the second position. In this state, the operator performs wiring work such as fixing the power cord 12 and the like along the lower end of the back cover 10.

[0107] When the operator tilts the display device 4 relative to the wall surface 14, the display device 4 may be accidentally lifted relative to the pair of pin plates 28. In such a case, the pair of locking pins 26 abut against the lower ends of the protrusions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28. That is, the pair of locking pins 26 restrict the protrusions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28 from being separated from the engaging portions 42a, 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24. Thus, the safety of the operation of placing the display device 4 on the wall surface 14 can be improved.

[0108] After completing the wiring work, Figure 3 As shown in (a), the operator tilts the display device 4 from the tilted posture to the vertical posture and arranges it along the wall surface 14. At this time, the pair of tilting plates 24 are tilted from the second posture to the first posture. In this state, since the locking pin 26 is accommodated in the first recess 56 and the second recess 58, it is possible to prevent the locking pin 26 from falling off from the insertion hole 44, and the protrusion 64 can be reliably restricted from detaching from the opening 38a (38b) by the locking pin 26. In addition, in this state, the shaft portion 32 of the base member 22 is supported by the bearing portion 36 of the tilting plate 24, and the upper end of the protrusion 40 of the tilting plate 24 supports the upper end of the insertion hole 34 of the base member 22, thereby distributing and supporting the weight of the display device 4.

[0109] In addition, in the present embodiment, since the display device unit 2 includes a pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b, the magnet 74 of the display device 4 and the pair of magnets 80 of the magnet plate 76 are mutually adsorbed by magnetic force, thereby suppressing the shaking of the lower end of the display device 4. In addition, the display device unit 2 does not necessarily need to include a pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b, and the pair of adsorption units 20a and 20b may be omitted.

[0110] [3-5. Step 5]

[0111] Finally, when the posture of the display device 4 is not the vertical posture, the posture of the display device 4 is adjusted to the vertical posture.

[0112] Specifically, if Fig.17 As shown in (a), when the display panel 8 of the display device 4 mounted on the wall surface 14 is viewed from the front, when the left-right direction of the display device 4 is tilted clockwise relative to the horizontal direction (X-axis direction), the operator holds the display device 4 by hand and moves it to the left (negative side of the X-axis). As a result, the protrusions 64 of the pair of pin plates 28 slide relative to the engaging portions 42a, 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24.

[0113] At this time, since the respective inclination directions of the engaging portions 42a and 42b are different from each other, the height position of the tilting plate 24 of the tilting unit 18a relative to the pin plate 28 is lowered, and the height position of the tilting plate 24 of the tilting unit 18b relative to the pin plate 28 is raised. Thus, the posture of the display device 4 can be adjusted to a vertical posture.

[0114] In addition, contrary to the above situation, when observing the display panel 8 of the display device 4 from the front, if the left and right directions of the display device 4 are tilted counterclockwise relative to the horizontal direction, the operator only needs to hold the display device 4 by hand and move it to the right (positive side of the X-axis).

[0115] By performing the above steps 1 to 5, the installation of the display device 4 on the wall surface 14 is completed.

[0116] [4. Effect]

[0117] (Technique 1) The mounting device 6 is a mounting device for mounting the display device 4 on the wall surface 14. The mounting device 6 includes: a tilting plate 24 having an insertion hole 44 and an engaging portion 42a, and supported on the back surface of the display device 4 in a manner that allows tilting movement between a first posture arranged along the back surface of the display device 4 and a second posture arranged obliquely relative to the back surface of the display device 4; a pin plate 28 mounted on the wall surface 14, and having a protrusion 64 that engages with the engaging portion 42a in a disengageable manner; and a locking pin 26 that is inserted and penetrated through the insertion hole 44 in a disengageable manner. In a state where the protrusion 64 is engaged with the engaging portion 42a, the locking pin 26 is inserted and penetrated into the insertion hole 44, thereby restricting the protrusion 64 from being disengaged from the engaging portion 42a.

[0118] Thus, when the display device 4 is installed on the wall surface 14, even if the operator tilts the display device 4 relative to the wall surface 14 in a state where the protrusion 64 is engaged with the engagement portion 42a, the protrusion 64 can be restricted from accidentally disengaging from the engagement portion 42a by the locking pin 26. As a result, the safety of the display device 4 installed on the wall surface 14 can be improved.

[0119] (Technique 2) In the mounting device 6 described in Technique 1, the tilting plate 24 further includes an opening 38a through which the protrusion 64 is inserted in a detachable manner. The engaging portion 42a is formed on the upper peripheral portion of the peripheral portion of the opening 38a, which is the upper side. In a state where the protrusion 64 is inserted through the opening 30a and engaged with the engaging portion 42a, the locking pin 26 is inserted through the insertion hole 44, and is arranged opposite to the lower side of the protrusion 64.

[0120] Thus, the lock pin 26 can more reliably restrict the protrusion 64 from being disengaged from the engagement portion 42 a.

[0121] (Technique 3) In the mounting device 6 described in Technique 2, a pair of tilting plates 24 and a pair of pin plates 28 are provided. The pair of tilting plates 24 and the pair of pin plates 28 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction. The engaging portions 42a and 42b of the pair of tilting plates 24 are respectively configured to extend obliquely with respect to the left-right direction, and the inclination directions with respect to the left-right direction are different from each other.

[0122] Thus, after the display device 4 is mounted on the wall surface 14 , the display device 4 can be easily adjusted to a vertical posture by moving the display device 4 left and right relative to the wall surface 14 .

[0123] (Technique 4) In the mounting device 6 described in any one of Techniques 1 to 3, the mounting device 6 further includes a base member 22 disposed on the back of the display device 4. The tilting plate 24 further includes a protrusion 40 protruding toward the base member 22. The base member 22 includes a shaft portion 32 and an insertion hole 34, wherein the shaft portion 32 supports the tilting plate 24 in a manner that allows the tilting plate 24 to tilt and move, and the protrusion 40 is inserted into the insertion hole 34 in a detachable manner. When the tilting plate 24 is in the first posture, the protrusion 40 is inserted into the insertion hole 34, and when the tilting plate 24 is in the second posture, the protrusion 40 is detached from the insertion hole 34.

[0124] Thus, when the display device 4 is arranged along the wall surface 14 , the protrusion 40 and the insertion hole 34 engage with each other, so that a part of the load acting on the shaft portion 32 can be dispersed to the protrusion 40 by the weight of the display device 4 .

[0125] (Technique 5) In the installation device 6 described in any one of Techniques 1 to 4, a protrusion 54 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the locking pin 26, and when the locking pin 26 is inserted into the insertion hole 44 to a specified insertion depth, the protrusion 54 engages with the peripheral portion of the insertion hole 44.

[0126] Thus, the lock pin 26 can be reliably inserted into the insertion hole 44 to a predetermined insertion depth.

[0127] (Technique 6) In the mounting device 6 described in any one of Techniques 1 to 5, the pin plate 28 includes: a base portion 60 having a pin hole 68 (70); and a mounting pin 62 inserted through the pin hole 68 (70) and inserted into the wall surface 14. A recessed portion 50 (52) for pushing the mounting pin 62 toward the wall surface 14 or pulling the mounting pin 62 out of the wall surface 14 is formed at one end of the locking pin 26.

[0128] Thus, the lock pin 26 can be used as a jig for pushing the mounting pin 62 toward the wall surface 14 or pulling the mounting pin 62 out of the wall surface 14 , thereby improving convenience.

[0129] (Technique 7) In the mounting device 6 described in Technique 6, the locking pin 26 has a long strip portion 46 and a short dimension portion 48, the short dimension portion 48 extending from the base end portion of the long strip portion 46 substantially perpendicularly relative to the long side direction of the long strip portion 46, and having a length shorter than the long strip portion 46. The recessed portion includes a recessed portion 50 formed at the front end portion of the long strip portion 46, and a deep recessed portion 52 formed at the front end portion of the short dimension portion 48 and having a depth deeper than the recessed portion 50.

[0130] Thus, the short portion 48 is pushed toward the mounting pin 62 while the head of the mounting pin 62 is closely abutted against the recess 52 of the short portion 48, so that the mounting pin 62 can be stably driven into the wall surface 14. Then, the long portion 46 is pushed toward the mounting pin 62 while the head of the mounting pin 62 is closely abutted against the recess 50 of the long portion 46, so that the mounting pin 62 can be driven into the wall surface 14 to the end.

[0131] (Technique 8) In the mounting device 6 described in Technique 6, a notch portion 86 (88) is formed at a portion of the peripheral edge portion of the pin hole 68 (70) of the base portion 60.

[0132] Thus, even when the mounting pin 62 is completely inserted into the wall surface 14, a gap is formed in the notch portion 86 (88) where the head of the mounting pin 62 floats from the base portion 60. Therefore, the peripheral edge of the recess 52 of the short portion 48 can be easily hooked in the gap, and the mounting pin 62 can be easily pulled out from the wall surface 14.

[0133] (Technique 9) The display device unit 2 includes the display device 4 and the mounting device 6 as described in any one of Techniques 1 to 8, and the mounting device 6 is used to mount the display device 4 on the wall surface 14.

[0134] This can improve safety when performing the operation of installing the display device 4 on the wall surface 14 .
