AI Technical Summary
Existing heat exchangers and air conditioning systems have shortcomings in performance, especially in terms of heat exchange efficiency and air resistance management.
A multi-layer heat exchanger is designed. By setting a plurality of heat exchange tube groove rows on the fins and inserting heat exchange tube rows into the groove rows, the length of the heat exchange tube groove is greater than the size of the heat exchange tube, thereby forming a gap for the discharge of water. In addition, the heat exchange tube grooves of the fins are arranged alternately in the first direction and have rows of heat exchange tubes of different numbers and sizes to adjust the heat exchange efficiency.
Through this design, the performance of heat exchangers and air conditioning systems is improved, including higher heat exchange efficiency and lower air resistance, avoiding the accumulation of condensate, thereby optimizing the operation of the overall system.

The heat exchange tube slots 21 of the plurality of fins 2 may have no openings and be closed heat exchange tube slots. The plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 and the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 may have the same length in the third direction D3. The plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 may be substantially aligned with each other in the third direction D3, and / or the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 may be substantially aligned with each other in the third direction D3.
[0075] See also Figure 8 In an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 can be substantially aligned with the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 in the first direction D1.
[0076] See also Figure 7 , Fig. 9 , Fig.11, Fig.13 , Figures 15 to 17 , Fig.19 In the embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube slots 21A of the first heat exchange tube slot row of the plurality of fins 2 can be staggered with at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube slots 21B of the second heat exchange tube slot row of the plurality of fins 2 in the first direction D1. The plurality of heat exchange tube slots 21A of the first heat exchange tube slot row of the plurality of fins 2 can be staggered with the plurality of heat exchange tube slots 21B of the second heat exchange tube slot row of the plurality of fins 2 in the first direction D1. Fig. 9 , Fig.17 In an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 partially overlaps with at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 when viewed in the first direction D1. According to an example of the present invention, the center of at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 in the third direction D3 overlaps with at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 when viewed in the first direction D1 and / or the center of at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 overlaps with at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the plurality of fins 2 in the third direction D3 when viewed in the first direction D1. Thus, it is convenient to adjust the heat exchange efficiency of each area of the heat exchanger 100 in the third direction D3.
[0077] See also Fig.15 , Figures 17 to 19 In some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube slots 21A of the first heat exchange tube slot row of the plurality of fins 2 has a length in the third direction D3 greater than the size of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchange tube row inserted therein, and at least one of the plurality of heat exchange tube slots 21B of the second heat exchange tube slot row of the plurality of fins 2 has a length in the third direction D3 greater than the size of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchange tube row inserted therein. Fig.16 In some other embodiments of the present invention, the length of at least one of the multiple heat exchange tube grooves 21A of the first heat exchange tube groove row of the multiple fins 2 in the third direction D3 is greater than the size of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchange tube row inserted therein in the third direction D3, and the length of at least one of the multiple heat exchange tube grooves 21B of the second heat exchange tube groove row of the multiple fins 2 in the third direction D3 is approximately equal to the size of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchange tube row inserted therein in the third direction D3.
[0078] See also Figures 7 to 11 , Fig.13 , Figures 15 to 19In an embodiment of the present invention, the second groove edges 212 of multiple heat exchange tube grooves 21A of a first heat exchange tube groove row of multiple fins 2 are roughly aligned with each other in the third direction D3, and / or the first groove edges 211 of multiple heat exchange tube grooves 21B of a second heat exchange tube groove row of multiple fins 2 are roughly aligned with each other in the third direction D3.
[0079] See also Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 5 In the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of fins 2 and heat exchange tubes 1 arranged in heat exchange tube grooves 21 of a plurality of heat exchange tube groove columns of the plurality of fins 2 constitute a heat exchanger core 8, and the heat exchanger core 8 includes a first core portion 81 and a second core portion 82, the first core portion 81 and the second core portion 82 are respectively located on both sides of a plane passing through the geometric center of the fin body 20 and perpendicular to the third direction D3, the first core portion 81 is located on the first side S1 of the heat exchanger 100 in the third direction D3, the second core portion 82 is located on the second side S2 of the heat exchanger 100 in the third direction D3 opposite to the first side S1, and the heat exchange efficiency of the first core portion 81 is lower than that of the second core portion 82. Heat exchange efficiency refers to a measure of the effectiveness of heat exchange between air and other fluid media when air flows through a heat exchanger. Given the same atmospheric environment, dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, atmospheric pressure, same fluid, same inlet temperature, and same flow rate, the difference in temperature change before and after the air flows through the heat exchanger is compared with the average temperature at the air outlet. A higher temperature change means a higher heat exchange efficiency. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the first core portion 81 is on the windward side of the heat exchanger and the second core portion 82 is on the leeward side of the heat exchanger, by adjusting the heat exchange efficiency of the first core portion 81 and the second core portion 82, the utilization efficiency of the first core portion 81 can be balanced, and the second core portion 82 can be fully utilized. In addition, the amount of condensed water generated in the first core portion 81 can be potentially reduced, reducing the heat transfer thermal resistance caused by the condensed water, which can improve the overall heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.
[0080] See also Fig.13 , Fig.14In the embodiment of the present invention, the fin bodies 20 of the plurality of fins 2 include a first fin body portion 20A located at a first side S1 of the heat exchanger 100 in the third direction D3 and a second fin body portion 20B located at a second side S2 of the heat exchanger 100 in the third direction D3 opposite to the first side S1. The fins 2 include a first window piece 22A disposed on the first fin body portion 20A and a second window piece 22B disposed on the second fin body portion 20B. The heat exchange efficiency of the first window piece 22A is lower than that of the second window piece 22B. Thus, it is convenient to adjust the heat exchange efficiency of each region of the heat exchanger 100 in the third direction D3. For example, the number of the first window pieces 22A is less than the number of the second window pieces 22B, the range of the first window pieces 22A in the third direction D3 is smaller than the range of the second window pieces 22B in the third direction D3, the spacing of the first window pieces 22A is larger than the spacing of the second window pieces 22B, and the inclination angle of the first window piece 22A relative to the first fin body part 20A is smaller than the inclination angle of the second window piece 22B relative to the second fin body part 20B. For example, see Fig.14 , the spacing of the first window pieces 22A is 3 mm, the inclination angle of the first window pieces 22A relative to the first fin main body 20A is 25 degrees, the spacing of the second window pieces 22B is 2 mm, and the inclination angle of the second window pieces 22B relative to the second fin main body 20B is 30 degrees. According to another example of the present invention, the fin 2 includes a second window piece 22B arranged on the second fin main body 20B, and there is no window piece on the first fin main body 20A.
