Double-sided LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) electrostatic coating protective film and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a double-sided LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) electrostatic coating protective film and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of film materials. The double-sided electrostatic adsorption LDPE film is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 4 to 6 parts of POE (Polyolefin Elastomer), 25 to 35 parts of modified epoxy resin, 4 to 6 parts of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) and 60 to 70 parts of LDPE. The modified epoxy resin is obtained by copolymerizing pre-modified epoxy resin and ethylene; the pre-modified epoxy resin is obtained by reaction of diallyl bisphenol A epoxy resin, ferrocenyl methanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, ferrocenedicarboxylic acid and butenoic acid; the prepared double-sided electrostatic adsorption LDPE film is good in mechanical property, double-sided electrostatic adsorption can be achieved, and the surface energy after corona is higher.
