[0020] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0021] refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 , the structure of the elevator device 100 is described.
[0022] Figure 1 1 is a cross-sectional view parallel to the vertical direction showing the structure of an elevator device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1 In order to explain the structure of the elevator device 100, the size of the elevator passage HW, the position and direction of each device arranged in the elevator passage HW, etc. are depicted in a manner different from the actual one. Figure 1 , the state in which the car 104 stops at the lobby 112 on the uppermost floor is shown.
[0023] like Figure 1 The x-axis direction, y-axis direction, and z-axis direction are defined as shown. The x-axis direction is a horizontal direction and is consistent with the width direction of the car 104. The y-axis direction is a horizontal direction and is consistent with the depth direction of the car 104. The z-axis direction is a vertical direction (up and down direction) and is consistent with the lifting direction of the car 104.
[0024] The elevator device 100 includes: a car 104 and a counterweight 105 that are raised and lowered in a hoistway HW; a traction machine 102 that winds a main rope 107 connected to the car 104 and the counterweight 105; a guide rail 109 that is erected in the hoistway HW and guides the raising and lowering of the car 104 and the counterweight 105; a control panel (control device) 101 that controls the elevator device 100; and a speed governor 111 (see FIG. 111 ) for detecting the raising and lowering speed of the car 104. Figure 2 ).
[0025] The car 104 and the counterweight 105 are installed inside the hoistway HW installed in the building, and are suspended and supported by the main rope 107 in a bucket-like manner. One rope end 107b of the main rope 107 is supported near the top of the hoistway HW, is mounted on a pulley 104b installed on the bottom side of the car 104, and is wound around the sheave 102b of the hoisting machine 102. The other rope end 107a side of the main rope 107 wound around the sheave 102b of the hoisting machine 102 is supported by the hoisting machine support part 120 via the pulley 105a of the counterweight 105.
[0026] The car 104 is electrically connected to the control panel 101 by a tail cable (not shown), receives power supply via the tail cable, and exchanges control signals and various signals with the control panel 101. A buffer 106 is arranged on the bottom surface of the hoistway HW below the car 104 and the counterweight 105. Figure 1 In the figure, the buffer 106 for the counterweight 105 is shown, and the buffer for the car 104 is omitted from the figure.
[0027] The hoisting machine 102 is supported by the hoisting machine support 120 and is arranged at the top of the hoisting passage HW. The control panel 101 is arranged at the top of the hoisting passage HW, near the hoisting machine 102. The elevator device 100 of this embodiment is a machine room-less elevator device in which the control panel 101 and the hoisting machine 102 and other equipment are arranged in the hoisting passage HW. Figure 1 The structure of the hoisting machine support portion 120 is described in detail below after being simplified.
[0028] The car 104 and the counterweight 105 are guided in the vertical direction (elevation direction) by a guide rail 109 erected in the vertical direction (height direction) along the inner wall (side wall) HW1 of the hoistway. The guide rail 109 is fixed to the inner wall HW1 of the hoistway HW by a guide rail bracket (not shown) while being supported by a support platform (guide rail support platform) 103.
[0029] That is, in the elevator device 100 of the present embodiment, a lifting body composed of a car 104 and a counterweight 105 connected to a main rope 107 is guided by a guide rail 109 and moves up and down in a lifting passage HW. The "connection" here does not mean that the main rope 107 is fixed to the car 104 and the counterweight 105, but includes being mounted on a pulley as described below.
[0030] The speed governor 111 is a device for detecting the lifting speed of the car 104, and comprises: a main body (speed governor sheave) 111a; an upper diverting pulley 111b arranged above the main body 111a; a lower diverting pulley 111c arranged below the main body 111a; and a speed governor cable 111e wound on the main body 111a, the upper diverting pulley 111b and the lower diverting pulley 111c.
[0031] Figure 2 1 is a cross-sectional view parallel to the horizontal direction showing the structure of an elevator device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 , the state of the hoistway HW viewed from above the car 104 is shown, and the car top 104c of the car 104 is depicted.
[0032] In the car 104, a car door 104a is provided on the side facing the elevator lobby 112. An entrance door 112a is provided at a position opposite to the car door 104a on the elevator lobby 112 side. Between the side surfaces of the car 104 other than the side surface provided with the car door 104a and the hoistway wall HW1, a space for arranging equipment (equipment in the hoistway) such as the traction machine 102, the speed governor 111 and the control panel 101 is provided.
[0033] In order to realize such a configuration, the hoisting machine 102 is composed of a thin hoisting machine in which the dimension of the sheave 102b in the direction of the rotation axis (x-axis direction) is smaller than the dimension in the direction (y-axis direction) which is the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the rotation axis. In this embodiment, the hoisting machine 102 and the speed governor 111 are arranged in a space on the left side of the car 104 when viewed from the elevator lobby 112 side. The hoisting machine 102 is supported by the hoisting machine support 120 (see Figure 1 The hoisting machine support portion 120 is fixed to the guide rail 109A for the car and the guide rail 109B for the counterweight, and the hoisting machine 102 is fixed to the hoisting passage wall HW1 via the guide rail 109.
[0034] The control panel 101 is arranged in a space formed on the right side of the car 104 when viewed from the elevator lobby 112. The control panel 101 is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 by a control panel bracket (not shown). In this case, the control panel bracket is fixed to the car guide rail 109A, and the control panel 101 is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 via the car guide rail 109A.
[0035] The elevator device 100 of this embodiment is a traction type, and the main rope 107 is frictionally driven by the traction machine 102 to make the car 104 rise and fall along the car guide rail 109A, and the counterweight 105 rise and fall along the counterweight guide rail 109B. That is, Figure 1 The guide rails 109 described in the accompanying drawings include a pair of car guide rails 109A for guiding the car 104 and a pair of counterweight guide rails 109B for guiding the counterweight 105 .
[0036] The car guide rail 109A includes a car guide rail 109Aa disposed on one side of the car 104 in the width direction (x-axis direction) of the car 104, and a car guide rail 109Ab disposed on the other side of the car 104 in the width direction (x-axis direction) of the car 104. The counterweight guide rail 109B includes a counterweight guide rail 109Ba disposed on one side of the counterweight 105 in the depth direction (y-axis direction) of the car 104, and a counterweight guide rail 109Bb disposed on the other side of the counterweight 105 in the depth direction (Y-axis direction) of the car 104.
[0037] The car guide rail 109Aa on one side and the counterweight guide rail 109Ba on one side are fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 by a common guide rail bracket 108C common to the car guide rail 109Aa and the counterweight guide rail 109Ba. The other car guide rail 109Ab is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 by a car guide rail bracket 108A. The other counterweight guide rail 109Bb is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 by a counterweight guide rail bracket 108B.
[0038] A pair of guide rails 109B for balancing weights and one guide rail 109Aa for a car are arranged in a space sandwiched between one side surface 104d1 of the car 104 and the hoistway wall HW1. In the present embodiment, the side surface 104d1 of the car 104 is the side surface (left side surface) facing the left side of the car 104 from the elevator lobby 112. The common guide rail bracket 108C is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 opposite to the left side surface 104d1 of the car 104 when viewed from the elevator lobby 112. The guide rail bracket 108B for balancing weights is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 opposite to the back surface 104d2 of the car 104. The guide rail bracket 108A for the car is fixed to the hoistway wall HW1 opposite to the side surface (right side surface) 104d3 on the right side of the car 104 when viewed from the elevator lobby 112. The arrangement of the pair of counterweight guide rails 109B and the pair of car guide rails 109A is not limited to the above arrangement.
[0039] Hereinafter, when there is no need to distinguish between the guide rail 109A for the car and the guide rail 109B for the balancing weight, they are simply referred to as the guide rail 109 for the balancing weight arrangement.
[0040] As described above, the elevator device 100 of this embodiment includes: a traction machine 102 having a sheave 102b; a main rope 107 wound around the sheave 102b and driven by the traction machine 102; a car 104 and a counterweight 105 that are driven by the main rope 107 to rise and fall in the lifting channel HW; a guide rail 109 that guides the rise and fall of the car 104 and the counterweight 105; and a traction machine support part 120 that supports the traction machine 102 in the lifting channel HW.
[0041] refer to Figures 3 to 5 , the structure of the support portion (traction machine support portion) 120 of the traction machine 102 will be described.
[0042] Figure 3 This is a plan view showing the structure of a hoisting machine support portion 120 according to an embodiment of the present invention and the arrangement in a hoistway HW. Figure 4 yes Figure 3 A projection diagram of the hoisting machine support portion 120 as viewed from arrow IV is shown. Figure 5 yes Figure 3 A cross-sectional view of the hoisting machine support portion 120 as viewed from the direction of arrow VV is shown.
[0043] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the hoisting machine support 120 is arranged on the lower side of the hoisting machine 102. The hoisting machine support 120 carries the hoisting machine 102 and supports the weight of the hoisting machine 102 and the hanging load of the main rope 107. The hoisting machine support 120 is sometimes referred to as a machine beam. In the following description, the surface of the main body 102a of the hoisting machine 102 on the side where the sheave 102b is provided is referred to as the front surface, and the surface on the opposite side is referred to as the back surface.
[0044] like Figure 4 As shown, the hoisting machine support 120 is installed between a pair of counterweight guide rails 109B and fixed to the counterweight guide rails 109B. The hoisting machine support 120 is connected to the counterweight guide rails 109B via a connecting member 126. The hoisting machine support 120 and the connecting member 126 are formed using steel sections or castings.
[0045] The hoisting machine 102 is placed on a stand 127 fixed to the hoisting machine support 120 via an elastic body (elastic member) 124. The hoisting machine 102 is fixed to the counterweight guide rail 109B via the elastic body 124, the stand 127, the hoisting machine support 120, and the connecting member 126. The hoisting machine 102 is connected to the stand 127 by a connecting member while sandwiching the elastic body (elastic member) 124. As the connecting member, for example, bolts and nuts can be used, but are not limited thereto.
[0046] The elastic body 124 functions as an anti-vibration component for suppressing vibration conduction. The anti-vibration component is, for example, anti-vibration rubber. Thus, the traction machine 102 can be displaced relative to the counterweight guide rail 109B within the deformable range of the elastic body 124, and the fixation of the traction machine 102 to the counterweight guide rail 109B does not mean a strict fixation that does not allow any displacement.
[0047] In this embodiment, Figures 3 to 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , one end 107a of the main rope 107 starts from the sheave 102b of the hoisting machine 102, passes through the pulley 105a of the counterweight 105, and is fixed to the hoisting machine support 120. On the other hand, the other end 107b of the rope starts from the sheave 102b of the hoisting machine 102, passes through the pulley 104b of the car 104, and is fixed to the hoistway HW via the guide rail 109. Specifically, the other end 107b of the rope is as shown in FIG. Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the main rope fixing member 107c is fixed to the car guide rail 109Ab. The hoisting machine support portion 120 also serves as a main rope fixing member for fixing the one end portion 107a of the main rope 107.
[0048] The hoisting machine support 120 can be manufactured at low cost by using standard parts (steel sections). In a machine room-less elevator device in which the control panel 101 and the hoisting machine 102 are arranged in the hoistway HW, for example, when the hoisting machine support 120 is manufactured using standard parts, the size of the hoisting machine support 120 is determined by the shape (including size) of the standard parts. Therefore, the size of the hoistway HW is affected by the shape of the standard parts.
[0049] Since the steel sections as standard parts have standard sizes, it is necessary to select the steel sections from the standard sizes. Figure 4 )、Height dimension H120 (reference Figure 4 ), and depth dimension (depth dimension) D120 (reference Figure 5 ), the height dimension H120 and the depth dimension D120 are subject to standard dimension restrictions, which is a problem. As for the width dimension W120, it can be dealt with by cutting the steel material into the required length.
[0050] For example, the height dimension H120 of the hoisting machine support portion 120 needs to be increased to a certain extent in consideration of the deflection when the hoisting machine 102 is supported by its weight. In this case, when a steel section is selected from standard sizes in accordance with the height dimension H120, the depth dimension D120 becomes larger than necessary, and the dimension of the hoistway HW in which the hoisting machine support portion 120 is arranged also becomes larger than the dimension when the height dimension H120 and the depth dimension D120 are optimized.
[0051] Hereinafter, the numerical values of the width dimension W120, the height dimension H120, and the depth dimension D120 required for the hoisting machine support portion 120 will be referred to as required dimensions (required values), and the standard dimensions satisfying these required dimensions will be referred to as required standard dimensions (required standard values).
[0052] like Figure 5 As shown, in this embodiment, the hoisting machine support part 120 has a structure divided into two parts 121 and 122 in the depth direction (x-axis direction). That is, the hoisting machine support part 120 is divided into a first support part 121 and a second support part 122 in the rotation axis direction 102bx of the sheave. The second support part 122 is arranged on the sheave 102b side of the hoisting machine 102 relative to the first support part 121, and the first support part 121 is arranged near the side wall HW1 of the hoistway HW relative to the second support part 122.
[0053] The first supporting member 121 and the second supporting member 122 are arranged so as to bear the weight of the hoisting machine 102 and the hanging load of the main rope 107 .
[0054] In this embodiment, the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are formed of standard parts (steel). When standard parts (steel) are used as the first support member 121 and the second support member 122, the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are sometimes referred to as the first standard part (first steel part) 121 and the second standard part (second steel part) 122.
[0055] For a pair of first support members 121 and second support members 122, a combination of steel sections is selected in which the height dimensions H121 and H122 of each meet the required dimensions, and the sum of the depth dimensions D121 and D122 (D121+D122) of each is less than the required depth dimension D120. In this case, the height dimension H121 and the height dimension H122 are the same value. That is, the height dimensions H121 and H122 and the width dimensions W121 and W122 of the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are the same. In addition, regarding the width dimension W120, the steel section is cut to the required width dimension W120 to cope with it.
[0056] The first support member (first steel member) 121 and the second support member (second steel member) 122 can be arranged side by side within the required depth dimension D120. When the sum of the depth dimensions D121 and D122 (D121+D122) is less than the required depth dimension D120, a gap (gap) δ may be provided between the first support member 121 and the second support member 122. Thus, the depth dimension when a pair of the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are regarded as one member becomes the same size as the required depth dimension D120.
[0057] The depth dimension D121 and the depth dimension D122 may be the same value or different values. In this embodiment, the depth dimension D121 and the depth dimension D122 are different values.
[0058] In this embodiment, Figure 5 As shown, all the rope ends 107a of one side of the plurality of main ropes 107 are fixed by the first support member 121. The reason for arranging the rope ends 107a of all the main ropes 107 on the first support member 121 is that the depth dimension D121 of the first support member 121 in the direction of the rotation axis of the sheave 102b is larger than the depth dimension D122 of the second support member 122, so such an arrangement is easy, which will be described in detail later. In this embodiment, four main ropes 107 are provided, and the rope ends 107a of the four main ropes 107 are preferably arranged close to each other rather than in a row. Therefore, it is preferred that the depth dimension D121 of the first support member 121 that can securely fix the rope ends 107a of the four main ropes 107 is large.
[0059] In addition, in this embodiment, channel steel is used as the first support member 121 and the second support member 122, but other steel sections may be used. In addition, different steel sections may be used in combination. There are many types of channel steels, and any type may be used as long as the strength and required size conditions are met.
[0060] In this embodiment, the hoisting machine support part 120 is composed of a pair of first support members 121 and second support members 122. As a result, the cross-sectional shape of the hoisting machine support part 120 that is optimal for the layout of the hoistway can be designed according to each specification of the elevator device. In addition, the manufacturability is improved, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed to a low price. In the case of this embodiment, the hoisting machine support part 120 is composed of a pair of first support members 121 and second support members 122. Not limited to such a structure, the hoisting machine support part 120 can also be divided into three or more parts.
[0061] Next, refer to Figure 5 Next, the fixing portion of the rope end portion (rope end portion on the counterweight side) 107a of the main rope 107 will be described.
[0062] like Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the main rope 107 is wound around the sheave 102b, a torque B generated by the hanging load A of the main rope 107 acts on the hoisting machine support 120. The torque B acts on the hoisting machine 120, and the hoisting machine 102 tilts from the upper side to the front side (the sheave 102b side). It is preferable to reduce the tilting amount (tilt amount) of the hoisting machine 102 as much as possible.
[0063] In order not to increase the torque B acting on the hoisting machine support 120, more than half of the rope ends 107a fixed to the hoisting machine support 120 are fixed to the first support member 121 arranged on the hoistway wall HW1 side. That is, the main rope 107 is composed of a plurality of main ropes. One rope end 107a of the plurality of main ropes 107 is fixed to the hoisting machine support 120. The rope ends 107a of more than half of the plurality of main ropes 107 are fixed to the first support member 121.
[0064] The second support member 122 receives a large torque B due to the hanging load of the main rope 107 wound around the sheave 102b of the hoisting machine 102. By fixing half of the plurality of rope ends 107a to the first support member 121, the rope ends 107a fixed to the first support member 121 are equal to the rope ends 107a fixed to the second support member 122. Thus, it is possible to prevent the torque B generated by fixing the rope ends (rope ends on the counterweight side) 107a from increasing.
[0065] Furthermore, by increasing the number of rope ends 107a fixed to the first support member 121 to more than half, a torque in the opposite direction to the torque B generated by the suspended load of the main hoist 107 wound on the sheave 102b is generated, thereby producing a canceling effect on the torque B and achieving a reduction effect on the torque B.
[0066] In order to maximize the effect of reducing the torque B, all the rope ends 107 a are preferably fixed to the first supporting member 121 .
[0067] According to this embodiment, the moment B acting on the hoisting machine support portion 120 can be suppressed, so that the cross-sectional shapes of the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 can be reduced. As a result, the types of standard parts (shaped steel) that can be used increase, and the degree of freedom in design is improved.
[0068] refer to Figure 6 , a modification example of the hoisting machine support portion 120 will be described. Figure 6 This is a modified example of the traction machine support portion 120 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3The same cross-sectional view as viewed from the arrow VV of FIG. The same structures as those in the above-mentioned embodiment are denoted by the reference numerals used in the above-mentioned embodiment, and repeated descriptions are omitted.
[0069] Hereinafter, the structure and effects different from the above-described embodiment will be described. In this modification, the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 have the same shape, and are arranged with their directions in the x-axis direction switched.
[0070] In this example, the depth dimension D121 of the first support member 121 and the depth dimension D122 of the second support member 122 are small, and a large gap in the x-axis direction is formed between the first support member 121 and the second support member 122. Therefore, members (such as flat steel) 123 and 124 for connecting the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are provided on the upper side and the lower side of the first support member 121 and the second support member 122.
[0071] That is, in this example, the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are formed of steel of the same shape, and members (eg, flat steel) 123 and 124 are provided to connect the upper and lower sides of the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 .
[0072] The flat steels 123 and 124 are cheap and easy to obtain, and the channel steels with small depth dimensions D121 and D122 are also cheap and easy to obtain, so the manufacturing is easy and it is easy to cope with various specifications of the elevator device.
[0073] In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and includes various modified examples. For example, the above-mentioned embodiments explain the present invention in detail in an easy-to-understand manner, but are not limited to all structures that must be described.
