DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0048] like Figure 1 to Figure 3 As shown, the general-purpose combine harvester is provided with a traveling device 2 consisting of a pair of left and right crawlers that travel on the soil surface at the lower side of a body frame 1, a pre-harvest processing device 3 for harvesting grain stalks in the field is provided on the front side of the body frame 1, a threshing device 4 for threshing and screening the harvested grain stalks is provided on the rear left side of the pre-harvest processing device 3, and an operating part 5 for an operator to ride is provided on the rear right side of the pre-harvest processing device 3.

[0049] An engine room 6 with a built-in engine E is provided at the lower side of the operating part 5, a grain box 7 for storing grains after threshing and screening is provided at the rear side of the operating part 5, and a discharge screw conveyor 8 for discharging the grains to the outside is provided at the rear side of the grain box 7.

[0050] The pre-harvest processing device 3 is composed of the following parts: a conveying device 3A, which transports the grain stalks to the rear side while standing up the grain stalks in the field; a cutter device 3B, which cuts off the roots of the grain stalks transported to the lower rear side of the conveying device 3A; an auger device 3C, which gathers the grain stalks transported to the rear side of the conveying device 3A to the left side; and a feeding chamber 3D, which transports the gathered grain stalks to the threshing device 4.

[0051] like Figure 4 As shown, the threshing device 4 is formed of a threshing chamber 10 for threshing grain stems and a sorting chamber 20 for sorting the threshed grains.

[0052] A threshing cylinder 11 for threshing the rice straw delivered from the feeding chamber 3D is mounted on the front and rear walls of the threshing chamber 10, and a receiving net 12 formed in a semicircular arc shape along the lower part of the outer periphery of the threshing cylinder 11 is provided on the lower side of the threshing cylinder 11. In addition, the upper part of the threshing cylinder 11 is covered by a threshing cylinder cover 13 that can be opened and closed, and a dust conveying plate for guiding the rice straw to the rear part of the threshing chamber 10 is provided on the inner periphery of the threshing cylinder cover 13. In addition, the threshing cylinder 11 is supported by a rotor shaft 14 extending in the front-rear direction.

[0053] A swing screening device 21 for screening grains leaking from the threshing chamber 10 is provided at the upper part of the screening chamber 20. At the lower part of the swing screening device 21, there are provided, starting from the front side, a wind separator 25 for sending screening air to the swing screening device 21; an air supply distribution member 26 for changing the air supply direction of the screening air to the rear of the wind separator 25; a first screw 27 for sending grains leaking from the swing screening device 21 to the grain box 7; and a second screw 28 for sending grains attached to branches and stems leaking from the rear of the swing screening device 21, broken stalks, etc. to the screening rack at the front of the swing screening device 21 again.

[0054] like Figure 5 , Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , longitudinal frames 30L and 30R extending upward from the machine frame 1 are provided on both sides of the front portion of the threshing device 4. Fig. 9 As shown in FIG. 1 , the longitudinal frame 30L is disposed on the left side of the left wall of the feed chamber 3D, and the longitudinal frame 30R is disposed on the right side of the right wall of the feed chamber 3D. Fig.10 As shown, the inlet hopper 50 for receiving the grain stems conveyed from the supply chamber 3D is provided between the longitudinal frames 30L and 30R at the rear of the rear portion of the supply chamber 3D.

[0055] A cylinder 32 is provided on the front surface of the vertical frames 30L and 30R via a support member 33. The cylinder 32 rotatably houses a secondary shaft 31. The secondary shaft 31 transmits the output rotation of the engine E to the swing screening device 21 and the like in the left-right direction.

[0056] A cylinder 35 is provided above the secondary shaft 31 via a support member 36. The cylinder 35 rotatably houses an elevator drive shaft ("first drive shaft" in the technical solution) 34 extending in the left-right direction and transmitting the output rotation of the engine E to the conveying device 3A, etc. The elevator drive shaft 34 drives the elevator built into the feed chamber 3D. The lifting and lowering rotation fulcrum of the pre-harvest processing device 3, that is, the lifting and lowering rotation fulcrum of the feed chamber 3D, is coaxial with the elevator drive shaft 34 and is formed on the support member 36, so that it has a compact structure.

[0057] Furthermore, a cylinder 38 is provided above the lifter drive shaft 34 on the front surface of the vertical frame 30L via a support member 39. The cylinder 38 rotatably houses a harvesting reverse drive shaft 37 for reversely driving the pre-harvest processing device 3.

[0058] A cylinder 41 is provided on the front surface of the vertical frame 30R via a support member 42. The cylinder 41 rotatably houses a cylinder drive shaft ("second drive shaft" in the technical claims) 40 that transmits the output rotation of the engine E to the cylinder 11 and extends rightward from the vertical frame 30R.

[0059] Thus, it is possible to easily arrange the belt that transmits the output rotation of the engine E. In addition, the cylinder 32 in which the secondary shaft 31 is built and the cylinder 35 in which the elevator drive shaft 34 is built connect the longitudinal frame 30L and the longitudinal frame 30R, and also serve as a strength member that increases the strength of the longitudinal frame 30L and the longitudinal frame 30R. Thus, the rigidity of the longitudinal frames 30L and 30R is improved, and deformation and the like can be prevented.

[0060] like Figure 7 to Figure 9 As shown, in the up-down direction, the secondary shaft 31 is arranged at the upper side of the air separator shaft 25A of the air separator 25 and at the lower side of the elevator drive shaft 34 and the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40, and in the front-back direction, the secondary shaft 31 is arranged at the front side of the air separator shaft 25A of the air separator 25 and at the rear side of the elevator drive shaft 34 and the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40. As a result, it is easier to arrange the belt that transmits the output rotation of the engine E. In particular, the elevator drive shaft 34 and the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40 are arranged in a direction away from the longitudinal frame 30L and the longitudinal frame 30R to the front, thereby generating a predetermined gap, so that it is easy to perform maintenance management of the belt and the like.

[0061] In addition, in the vertical direction, the auxiliary shaft 31 is provided below the rotor shaft 14 and the inlet funnel 50, and in the front-rear direction, the auxiliary shaft 31 is provided on the rear side of the elevator drive shaft 34 and in front of the front end 14F of the rotor shaft 14 and the front end 50F of the inlet funnel 50. Thus, the auxiliary shaft 31 can be provided close to the longitudinal frames 30L and 30R, and the rigidity of the longitudinal frames 30L and 30R can be further improved, and deformation can be further prevented.

[0062] A dust box 51 is provided on the upper wall of the feeding chamber 3D. The dust box 51 contains a fan for discharging dust adhering to the grain stems conveyed by the elevator to the outside.

[0063] like Figure 10 to Figure 13 As shown, the left portion of the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40 is connected to the input shaft of the relay box 52, and the relay box 52 has a built-in bevel gear and the like that transmits the output rotation of the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40 to the rotor shaft 14.

[0064] The front part of the air separator cover 53 covering the upper and lower parts and the front part of the air separator 25 is arranged close to the rear surface of the longitudinal frames 30L and 30R. As a result, the screening chamber 20 can be made longer in the front-to-back direction, and the screening air can be efficiently transported from the air separator 25 to the swing screening device 21. In addition, Fig.11 Although the rear surface of the longitudinal frame 30L is separated from the front portion of the air separator cover 53 , the rear surface of the longitudinal frame 30L and the front portion of the air separator cover 53 may be connected.

[0065] A swing screening drive shaft 21A of the swing screening device 21 is provided at the rear side of the second screw shaft 28A, a first winnowing drum 54 for winnowing grains to the grain box 7 is provided at the right part of the first screw 27, and a second winnowing drum 55 for conveying grains attached to branches and stalks, broken stalks, and other second objects to the swing screening device 21 is provided at the right part of the second screw 28. Fig.12 , Fig.13 Only the lower part of the first winnowing cylinder 54 is shown.

[0066] like Fig.14 As shown, the output rotation of the engine E is transmitted to the travel device 2 via a hydraulic continuously variable transmission (HST) 60 and a transmission 61 provided on the downstream side of the transmission path.

[0067] The output rotation of the engine E is transmitted to the secondary shaft 31 via the threshing clutch 63 and the pulley 31A provided on the downstream side of the transmission path. The output rotation transmitted to the secondary shaft 31 is transmitted to the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40 via the pulley 31B and the pulley 40A. The output rotation transmitted to the threshing cylinder drive shaft 40 is transmitted to the rotor shaft 14 via the relay box 52 to rotate the threshing cylinder 11.

[0068] The output rotation transmitted to the threshing drum drive shaft 40 is transmitted to the elevator drive shaft 34 via the pulley (the "second pulley" of the technical solution) 40B and the harvesting clutch 64, thereby driving the pre-harvest processing device 3 such as the feeding chamber 3D. The forward rotation drive of the pre-harvest processing device 3 is not output from the secondary shaft 31. As a result, the torsional torque applied to the secondary shaft 31 can be reduced and the torsion angle generated in the secondary shaft 31 can be suppressed.

[0069] The output rotation transmitted to the secondary shaft 31 is transmitted to the elevator drive shaft 34 via the pulley (the "third pulley" of the technical solution) 31D and the harvesting reverse clutch 65, and the pre-harvest processing device 3 such as the feeding chamber 3D is driven in the reverse direction opposite to the normal driving direction. Thus, when the pre-harvest processing device 3, especially the feeding chamber 3D, is blocked with grain stalks, the connection of the harvesting clutch 64 can be released, the harvesting reverse clutch 65 can be connected, and the elevator can be driven in the reverse direction to remove the grain stalks blocked in the feeding chamber 3D.

[0070] The output rotation transmitted to the secondary shaft 31 is transmitted to the air separator 25 via the pulley (the "first pulley" in the technical solution) 31E to drive the air separator 25, and is transmitted to the first spiral 27, the second spiral 28, and the swing screening device 21 via the pulley 31C to drive the first spiral 27, the second spiral 28, and the swing screening device 21. Since the secondary shaft 31 is configured to temporarily drive the air separator 25, the first spiral 27, and the second spiral 28 via the belt, it is possible to suppress the vibration generated in the swing screening device 21 and the like from being transmitted to the secondary shaft 31.

[0071] The output rotation of the engine E is transmitted to the discharge auger 8 via the auger clutch 67 provided on the downstream side of the transmission path, thereby driving the discharge auger 8 .

[0072] like Fig.15 As shown, a dust exhaust device 140 for exhausting dust floating in the supply chamber 103D to the outside is provided in the frame 130 of the supply chamber 103D.

[0073] like Fig.16As shown, the dust exhaust device 140 is formed by a suction dust exhaust box 141 and a suction dust exhaust fan 150 disposed inside the suction dust exhaust box 141. In addition, when viewed from the side, the dust exhaust device 140 is disposed between a drive shaft 132 extending in the left-right direction at the rear of an elevator 131 for transporting the grain stalks on the upper plate of the frame 130 and a driven shaft 133 extending in the left-right direction at the front, and is disposed at a position offset relative to the driven shaft 133. Thus, the dust exhaust device 140 can be used to efficiently absorb dust attached to the grain stalks transported by the elevator 131, especially dust attached to the grain stalks transported from the drive shaft 132 to the driven shaft 133 at the upper part of the elevator 131 and dust attached to the grain stalks gathered to the left by the screw conveyor device 103C, and discharge the dust to the outside of the frame 130.

[0074] like Fig.16 , Fig.17 As shown, the suction dust box 141 is formed by the following parts: a lower wall 142, which is formed with an opening at a position opposite to the net body 134 set on the upper plate of the frame 130, that is, a dust suction port (omitted from the figure) for sucking dust into the suction dust box 141 is formed; a right wall 143, which extends upward from the right end of the lower wall 142; an upper wall 144, which is formed from the upper end of the right wall 143 to be inclined to the upper left and then to be inclined to the lower left; an outer left wall 145, which is inclined to the lower left from the lower left end of the upper wall 144 and then extends downward; and an inner left wall 146, which is extended downward from the left end of the lower wall 142 and then to be inclined to the lower left. Since the net body 134 is set on the upper plate of the frame 130, the ear tip brought back will not contact the installation part of the suction dust box 141 installed on the frame 130, which can prevent the rice from being husked.

[0075] The front ends of the lower wall 142 , the right wall 143 , the upper wall 144 , the outer left wall 145 , and the inner left wall 146 are connected to the outer periphery of the front wall 147 , and the rear ends of the lower wall 142 , the right wall 143 , the upper wall 144 , the outer left wall 145 , and the inner left wall 146 are connected to the outer periphery of the rear wall 148 .

[0076] A rectangular opening portion divided by the outer left wall 145, the inner left wall 146, the front wall 147 and the lower wall 142 is formed at the lower ends of the outer left wall 145, the inner left wall 146, the front wall 147 and the lower wall 142, i.e., a dust exhaust port 149 for exhausting dust from the dust suction box 141 to the outside.

[0077] A guide piece 146A is provided on the inner surface of the inner left wall 146 to guide the dust sucked in the dust exhaust box 141 toward the dust exhaust port 149 .

[0078] The dust suction and exhaust fan 150 is attached to the upper surface of a support plate 151 provided so as to be inclined from the left portion of the upper surface of the lower wall 142 toward the upper right.

[0079] When viewed from behind, the rotating shaft 153 of the fan 152 of the dust suction exhaust fan 150 is arranged orthogonally to the support plate 151, and the axis of the rotating shaft 153 is arranged to pass through the folded portion of the upper left inclined portion and the lower left inclined portion of the upper wall 144, that is, the top 144A. In addition, the rotating shaft 153 is rotated by a motor (not shown).

[0080] In this way, the suction and dust exhaust wind generated by the fan 152 can be smoothly supplied along the space divided by the upper wall 144, the outer left wall 145, the inner left wall 146, the front wall 147, and the rear wall 148, so that the dust sucked into the suction dust exhaust box 141 from the dust suction port can be prevented from adhering to the suction dust exhaust box 141 and can be efficiently discharged to the outside from the dust exhaust port 149.

[0081] An opening is formed at the lower right portion of the rear wall 148, and an inspection window 148A having a transparent plate such as acrylic embedded therein is provided in the opening. Thus, the operator of the operating unit 105 can easily visually check the clogging of the mesh 134, the rotation state of the fan 152, and the attachment state of dust to the fan 152, and can easily remove dust attached to the mesh 134 and the like by opening the plate and inserting a finger between the mesh 134 and the fan 152 through the inspection window 148A.

[0082] like Fig.18 , Fig.19 As shown, the dust discharge port 149 of the suction dust discharge box 141 is arranged on the right side of the rear end of the inclined guide 161 installed on the left wall of the auger frame 160 of the auger device 103C in a plan view, and is arranged at a height substantially the same as the rear end of the inclined guide 161 in a side view. As a result, the suction dust discharge wind discharged from the dust discharge port 149 together with the dust is blown to the ear tips of the unharvested grain stalks, and water droplets adhering to the ear tips of the unharvested grain stalks can be removed, thereby reducing the moisture content of the grains threshed and screened by the threshing device 4.

[0083] The oblique guide 161 is a component that extends to the left from the left wall of the auger frame 160 and causes the unharvested grain stalks standing on the left side of the traveling direction of the combine harvester to fall to the left. Figure 8 , Fig. 9 The middle figure shows an oblique guide 161 extending leftward from the left wall of the auger frame 160 .

[0084] The left and right walls of the auger frame 160 are rotatably supported with a gathering auger 163, which gathers the grain stems conveyed to the auger frame 160 to the front side of the conveying port 160A. In addition, a conveying screw 164 and a plurality of gathering fingers 165 that can be freely moved in and out of the outer periphery are provided on the outer periphery of the gathering auger 163.

[0085] like Fig. 20 , Fig.21 As shown, a conveying port 160A is formed on the rear wall of the auger frame 160 of the auger device 103C, and the conveying port 160A conveys the grain stems gathered on the left side of the auger frame 160 to the frame body 130 of the supply chamber 103D.

[0086] A substantially L-shaped guide member 135 is provided on the inner surface of the left and right walls of the front portion of the frame 130 connected to the conveying port 160A, respectively, and the guide member 135 guides the grain stalks conveyed through the conveying port 160A to the rear of the frame 130. Thus, it is possible to prevent the grain stalks from being entangled in the front portion of the frame 130 and being retained, and the grain stalks can be efficiently conveyed to the rear portion of the frame 130 by the elevator 131.

[0087] Guide plates 162 are provided on the left and right sides of the conveying port 160A of the rear wall of the auger frame 160, respectively, and the guide plates 162 guide the grain stalks to the conveying port 160A and can move in the left and right directions. When viewed from above, the right end of the left guide plate 162 is provided at the same position in the left and right directions as the right end of the left guide component 135, and the left end of the right guide plate 162 is provided at the same position in the left and right directions as the left end of the right guide component 135. Thus, it is possible to prevent the grain stalks conveyed from the conveying port 160A of the auger frame 160 from being entangled with the guide component 135, and the grain stalks can be more efficiently conveyed to the rear of the frame 130 by the elevator 131.

[0088] like Fig. 22 As shown, a substantially J-shaped hook member 136 for locking the cable of a sensor or the like for detecting the lifting height of the pulling device 103A is respectively provided on the outer surface of the left and right walls of the frame 130. Thus, the cable of the sensor or the like can be locked to the hook member 136 and the cable can be easily routed.

[0089] The inner surface of the front portion of the upper wall of the frame 130 is provided with an inclined plate 137 which is formed to be inclined forward and downward and connected to the rear surface of the front wall. Thus, the rigidity of the front portion of the upper wall can be increased to prevent the upper wall from being deformed by the load applied to the upper wall via the hook member 136.

[0090] like Fig.23 As shown, the inclined plate 137 has a lower front and higher rear angle formed to be larger than the lower front and higher rear angle of the imaginary line L connecting the rear end of the inclined plate 137 and the outer peripheral surface of the pulling screw conveyor 163. As a result, the returned grain stalks transported from the drive shaft 132 to the driven shaft 133 at the upper part of the elevator 131 can be returned and transported to the screw conveyor frame 160 through the transport port 160A.
