Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the field of port construction, and in particular to a safety protection device for port construction. Background Art

[0002] Port construction is a complex and huge project involving many aspects, including infrastructure construction, technology improvement, resource integration and international integration. The wharf is the core facility of the port, and its construction needs to consider factors such as water depth, number of berths, loading and unloading efficiency, etc. In recent years, Chinese ports have made remarkable achievements in wharf construction. Not only has the scale continued to expand, but the technical level has also been significantly improved. Port safety protection devices are an important part of ensuring the safe operation of the port and protecting the safety of port facilities and personnel.

[0003] With the continuous development of global trade, ports, as important nodes of international logistics, have become particularly important in terms of safety performance. However, the port lanes are narrow, and ships are prone to collide with lane walls due to wind and waves, improper operation, etc. during docking or navigation, resulting in damage to the hull and lanes, and even safety accidents. In the prior art, rubber fenders are usually used to protect the safety of the hull and the dock. However, due to the tidal phenomenon, the height of the dock water level is different, and the contact height between the hull and the fender at different time periods is also inconsistent. When the high tide level is above the fender, the hull waterline will exceed the fender, and the problem of collision between the hull and the dock platform will still occur, thereby reducing the safety of port construction.

[0004] Therefore, it is urgent to improve the safety protection devices used in port construction to solve the above-mentioned problems. Summary of the invention

[0016] The present invention has at least the following beneficial effects: The buoyancy of water in the present invention can make the water bag float slide upward through the connecting rod transmission slider, and then the height of the sheath can be automatically adjusted according to the amplitude of the tide, so that the rubber ball is always above the waterline of the hull. When the ship is docked, the hull first contacts the rubber ball, and the inertia of the ship is buffered by the buffer mechanism. When the hull shakes, the friction of the hull is reduced by the rotation of the rubber ball, so that the hull and the port platform can be protected, and the sheath rod can prevent the staff from falling, thereby greatly improving the safety of port construction.

[0017] The vertical plate of the present invention is vertically distributed with the R-shaped fixed column, which can improve the stability of the sleeve rod, make the protection net more solid, and prevent pedestrians from falling and drowning. The sleeve rod cooperates with the sliding rod to improve the typhoon resistance of the protection net guardrail, making it more solid and durable.

[0018] When the ship of the present invention is docked, the hull pushes the rubber ball, and the sheath slides toward the inside of the slider. At this time, the side surface of the sheath contacts with four push rods, and the four push rods are spread out to the surroundings under the action of the hinges, and at the same time push the four push rods to be retracted. The torsion spring generates deformation and can apply torsion to the push rods through the shaft rod to reset the sheath, effectively buffering the impact force of the hull. Cooperating with the rubber ball, the wear of the hull can be greatly reduced, and it is safer and more reliable.

[0019] The electrode sheet of the present invention is in contact with the spring electrode. When the spring electrode is electrically connected to the zinc block and the electrode sheet is electrically connected to the wave-breaking board, the zinc block acts as a sacrificial anode to form an electrochemical circuit in the seawater environment. Since the electrode potential of the zinc block is more negative than the metal material of the wave-breaking board, the zinc block will be dissolved first in this circuit, thereby protecting the wave-breaking board from corrosion, thereby greatly extending the service life of the wave-breaking board.

[0020] The hull of the present invention squeezes the rubber ball to make the guide column slide inside the guide sleeve, the spring electrode will be deformed, and the instantaneous impact force of the hull can compress the spring electrode to the extreme. The contact between the two coils of the spring electrode will cause its resistance to decrease instantaneously, and the current in the electrochemical circuit of the zinc block and the wave-breaking plate will increase instantaneously, thereby increasing the power of the warning light, and the warning light will flash to remind the staff to stay away, thereby greatly reducing the probability of safety accidents.

[0021] When the water level is too high during high tide, the airbag float slides upward and the upper end of the sliding rod extends out of the sleeve rod, making it easier for the pilot to judge whether the ship is safe to dock. Similarly, when the water level is low during low tide, the airbag float slides downward and the sliding rod also slides downward. The reflective strip will leak out from the bottom of the sleeve rod, greatly improving the flexibility and applicability of safety protection used in port construction. When the ship is docked, the hull first contacts the rubber ball 12, and the inertia of the ship is buffered by the buffer mechanism 13. When the hull shakes, the rubber ball 12 rotates in the fixed circle 11 to reduce the friction of the hull, thereby protecting the hull and the port platform.

[0026] Further, such as Figure 3As shown, the vertical plate 2 and the R-type fixing column 8 are vertically distributed, and the number of the R-type fixing column 8 is equal to that of the vertical plate 2. A protective net 6 is fixedly arranged between the two R-type fixing columns 8. The R-type fixing column 8 is fixedly installed on the upper side of the dock platform 1 by bolts. [0027] Furthermore, Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 7 As shown, a plurality of evenly distributed fixed blocks 31 are fixedly arranged inside the slider 3, a shaft 32 is rotatably arranged inside the fixed block 31, a torsion spring 33 is sleeved on the shaft 32, and both ends of the torsion spring 33 are respectively fixedly connected to the inner sides of the two shafts 32, the buffer mechanism 13 comprises two hinges 131 fixedly mounted on the inner side of the slider 3 and two push rods 132 rotatably connected to the hinges 131, the hinges 131 are arranged between the two fixed blocks 31, one end of the push rod 132 away from the hinges 131 abuts against the side of the sheath 10, the fixed block 31 is used to fix one end of the push rod 133, and at the same time, the push rod 133 can be rotated around the shaft 32; At the same time, if Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 7 As shown, a push rod 132 is rotatably connected with a push rod 133, and one end of the push rod 133 away from the push rod 132 is fixedly connected to the shaft rod 32. The end of the push rod 133 away from the push rod 132 is rotatably arranged on the fixed block 31 through the shaft rod 32. A slide groove 134 is provided on the push rod 132, and a clamping pile 135 is fixedly arranged at one end of the push rod 133 away from the fixed block 31. The clamping pile 135 is slidably arranged inside the slide groove 134. The clamping pile 135 is used to connect the push rod 133 with the push rod 132. The slide groove 134 can adapt to the length change of the push rod 133 during the sliding process, which is more flexible. When the ship is docked, the hull pushes the rubber ball 12, and the sheath 10 follows and slides toward the inside of the slider 3. At this time, the side of the sheath 10 contacts the four push rods 132, and the four push rods 132 are spread out to the surroundings under the action of the hinge 131, and at the same time push the four push rods 133 to be retracted. The deformation of the torsion spring 33 can apply torsion to the push rod 133 through the shaft rod 32, so that the sheath 10 is reset, which effectively buffers the impact force of the hull. Cooperating with the rubber ball 12 can greatly reduce the wear of the hull, making it safer and more reliable.

[0028] Furthermore, if Figure 5As shown, a guide post 15 is fixedly installed on one side of the sheath 10 close to the slider 3, a guide sleeve 34 is fixedly installed at a position of the slider 3 corresponding to the guide post 15, one end of the guide post 15 is slidably arranged inside the guide sleeve 34, a spring electrode 35 is fixedly arranged inside the guide sleeve 34, and an electrode sheet 16 is fixedly installed on one side of the guide post 15 corresponding to the spring electrode 35. The guide sleeve 34 and the guide post 15 can improve the sliding stability of the sheath 10, and the spring electrode 35 can also cooperate with the torsion spring 33 and the shaft rod 32 to buffer the impact force of the hull; At the same time, if Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 8 As shown, a zinc block 17 is fixedly mounted on the airbag float 4, one end of the spring electrode 35 away from the guide pillar 15 is electrically connected to the zinc block 17 through a wire, and one end of the electrode sheet 16 is electrically connected to the wave-breaking plate 14 through a wire; Among them, the electrode sheet 16 is in contact with the spring electrode 35. When the spring electrode 35 is electrically connected to the zinc block 17, and the electrode sheet 16 is electrically connected to the wave-breaking plate 14, the zinc block 17 acts as a sacrificial anode, and an electrochemical circuit is formed in the seawater environment. Since the electrode potential of the zinc block 17 is more negative than the metal material of the wave-breaking plate 14, the zinc block 17 will be dissolved first in this circuit, thereby protecting the wave-breaking plate 14 from corrosion, thereby greatly extending the service life of the wave-breaking plate 14; In addition, if Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 8 As shown, a warning light 18 is fixedly mounted on the R-shaped fixing column 8, and the positive and negative electrodes of the power supply of the warning light 18 are connected in series between the spring electrode 35 and the wave-breaking plate 14 through a wire, so that the warning light 18 is electrically connected to the electrochemical circuit of the zinc block 17 and the wave-breaking plate 14; The hull squeezes the rubber ball 12 to make the guide column 15 slide inside the guide sleeve, and the spring electrode 35 will be deformed. The instantaneous impact force of the hull can compress the spring electrode 35 to the extreme. The contact between the two coils of the spring electrode 35 will cause its resistance to decrease instantaneously, and the current in the electrochemical circuit of the zinc block 17 and the wave-breaking plate 14 will increase instantaneously, thereby increasing the power of the warning light 18, and the warning light 18 will flash to remind the staff to stay away, thereby greatly reducing the probability of safety accidents.

[0029] Furthermore, if Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, a plurality of evenly distributed reflective strips 19 are fixedly mounted on the upper end of the sliding rod 7, and the reflective strips 19 are vertically slidably arranged inside the sleeve rod 9 through the sliding rod 7; the reflective characteristics of the reflective strips 19 enable them to be seen at a long distance, and can issue warnings to people and ships in the distance in advance; Among them, when the water level is too high during high tide, the airbag float 4 slides upward, and the upper end of the sliding rod 7 extends out of the sleeve rod 9, which is convenient for the pilot to judge whether the ship is safe to dock. Similarly, when the water level is low during low tide, the airbag float 4 slides downward, and the sliding rod 7 also slides downward. When the reflective strip 19 leaks out from the bottom end of the sleeve rod 9, generally, observing more than three reflective strips 19 means that the water level is too high and it is not suitable for docking, which greatly improves the flexibility and applicability of the safety protection device used in port construction.

[0030] like Figure 1-Figure 8 As shown, the principle of the safety protection device for port construction provided by this embodiment is as follows: When the tide is high, the airbag float 4 slides upward inside the wave-breaking board 14, and the buoyancy of the water can make the water bag float 4 slide upward through the connecting rod 5 to drive the slider 3, so that the slider 3 automatically adjusts the height of the sheath 10 according to the tide amplitude, so that the rubber ball 12 is always above the waterline of the hull, and the upper end of the sliding rod 7 extends out of the sleeve rod 9. The pilot can judge whether the ship is safe to dock according to the amount of leakage of the reflective strips 19; when the ship is docked, the hull pushes the rubber ball 12, and the sheath 10 follows and slides toward the inside of the slider 3. At this time, the side of the sheath 10 The surface is in contact with four push rods 132, and the four push rods 132 are expanded to the four sides under the action of the hinge 131, and at the same time push the four push rods 133 to be retracted. The deformation of the torsion spring 33 can apply torque to the push rod 133 through the shaft rod 32, so that the sheath 10 is reset, and the impact force of the hull is effectively buffered. When the hull shakes, the rubber ball 12 rotates in the fixed ring 11 to reduce the friction of the hull. The protective net 6 can prevent pedestrians from falling and drowning. The sleeve rod 9 cooperates with the sliding rod 7 to improve the typhoon resistance of the protective net 6 guardrail.
