[0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application No. 2020-527848 Summary of the invention

[0006] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention]

[0007] In the above-mentioned structure, the single cell assembly has a portion where the electrode leads of adjacent single cells are bent and overlapped in a manner close to each other and electrically connected, so there is no need to provide a bus bar to connect the electrode leads to each other. The electrode leads are electrically connected to the module terminals provided on the end frame. However, in the portion where the electrode leads are connected to each other, due to the bending process of the electrode leads and the welding of the electrode leads to each other, it is easy to produce a large manufacturing tolerance, especially in the front-to-back direction. Therefore, when assembling the end frame to the single cell assembly, welding is sometimes performed when the electrode leads are not fully in contact with the module terminals, resulting in poor electrical connection.

[0008] [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The wiring module disclosed in the present invention is assembled to a battery stack in an assembly direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction of the joint, the battery stack being constituted by stacking a plurality of laminated batteries having electrode leads, and the joint being formed by overlapping and joining the electrode leads of the laminated batteries, the wiring module comprising: a terminal; an electric wire connected to the terminal; and a protector holding the terminal and the electric wire, wherein the electrode lead constituting the joint among the electrode leads is set as a joined electrode lead, the terminal comprising an electrode connecting portion electrically connected to the joined electrode lead, the protector comprising a protector main body and a terminal receiving portion for positioning and receiving the terminal, the terminal receiving portion being freely floated and combined with the protector main body via a hinge portion.

[0010] [Effects of the invention]

[0011] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a wiring module capable of suppressing poor contact between an electrode lead and a terminal. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0035] First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below.

[0036] (1) The wiring module of the present disclosure is assembled to a battery stack in an assembly direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction of the joint, the battery stack being formed by stacking a plurality of laminated batteries having electrode leads, and the joint being formed by overlapping and joining the electrode leads of the laminated batteries, the wiring module comprising: a terminal; an electric wire connected to the terminal; and a protector holding the terminal and the electric wire, wherein the electrode lead constituting the joint among the electrode leads is set as a joined electrode lead, the terminal comprising an electrode connecting portion electrically connected to the joined electrode lead, the protector comprising a protector body and a terminal receiving portion for positioning and receiving the terminal, the terminal receiving portion being freely coupled to the protector body via a hinge portion.

[0037] According to such a configuration, when the wiring module is assembled to the battery stack, the electrode connecting portion can be easily moved along the bonding electrode lead, thereby suppressing poor contact between the bonding electrode lead and the terminal.

[0038] (2) Preferably, the hinge portion is configured to include a plurality of thin-walled portions.

[0039] According to such a structure, the hinge portion is easily deformed, and the terminal housing portion is easily moved relative to the protector body.

[0040] (3) Preferably, a plurality of the hinge portions are provided for each of the terminal housing portions.

[0041] According to such a structure, the movement of the terminal housing portion relative to the protector body can be easily controlled.

[0043] According to such a structure, when the wiring module is assembled to the battery stack, the inclined surface slides in contact with the end of the bonding electrode lead on the front side in the assembly direction, so that the terminal can move relative to the bonding electrode lead in the plate thickness direction, so that the electrode connecting portion can easily move along the bonding electrode lead.

[0044] (5) Preferably, the terminal housing portion includes an electrode supporting piece arranged opposite to the electrode connecting portion in the plate thickness direction, the inclined surface is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the farther away from the electrode supporting piece, and the bonding electrode lead is arranged between the electrode connecting portion and the electrode supporting piece in the plate thickness direction.

[0045] According to such a configuration, when the wiring module is assembled to the battery stack, the bonding electrode lead is disposed between the electrode connecting portion and the electrode supporting sheet, so that the electrode connecting portion can easily move along the bonding electrode lead.

[0046] (6) Preferably, an electrode support sheet side inclined surface is provided at the end of the electrode support sheet on the depth side in the assembly direction, and the electrode support sheet side inclined surface is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the closer it is to the other side in the plate thickness direction, and the electrode support sheet side inclined surface is configured to include at least a portion of a range in the plate thickness direction where the bonding electrode lead can be configured.

[0047] According to such a structure, when the wiring module is assembled to the battery stack, the inclined surface on the electrode support sheet side slides in contact with the end portion on the front side in the assembly direction of the bonding electrode lead, so that the terminal storage portion can move in the plate thickness direction relative to the bonding electrode lead, thereby making it easy to arrange the bonding electrode lead between the electrode connecting portion and the electrode support sheet.

[0048] (7) Preferably, a direction perpendicular to the plate thickness direction and the assembly direction is set as a terminal width direction, and the terminal storage portion is provided with a pair of terminal protection arms on both sides of the electrode connection portion in the terminal width direction, and the pair of terminal protection arms extend toward the depth side in the assembly direction relative to the inclined surface, and the pair of terminal protection arms are arranged on one side in the plate thickness direction relative to the bonding electrode lead.

[0049] According to such a structure, the terminal can be protected by the terminal protection arm.

[0050] (8) Preferably, a terminal protection arm side inclined surface is provided at the end of the pair of terminal protection arms on the depth side in the assembly direction, and the terminal protection arm side inclined surface is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the closer it is to one side in the plate thickness direction, and the terminal protection arm side inclined surface is configured to include at least a portion of the range of the position in the plate thickness direction where the bonding electrode lead can be configured.

[0051] According to such a structure, when the wiring module is assembled to the battery stack, the inclined surface on the terminal protection arm side slides in contact with the end on the front side in the assembly direction of the bonding electrode lead, so that the terminal storage portion can move in the plate thickness direction relative to the bonding electrode lead, thereby making it easy to arrange the bonding electrode lead between the electrode connecting portion and the electrode supporting sheet.

[0052] [Details of the embodiments of the present disclosure]

[0053] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described. The present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is indicated by the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.

[0054] <Implementation Method 1>

[0055] Reference Figures 1 to 19 Embodiment 1 of the present disclosure is described. The power storage module 10 having the wiring module 20 of the present embodiment is mounted on a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, and is used as a driving source of the vehicle. In the following description, for a plurality of identical components, sometimes only a part of the components are marked with reference numerals, and the reference numerals of the other components are omitted. In the following description, the direction indicated by the arrow line X is regarded as the bottom, the direction indicated by the arrow line Y is regarded as the left, and the direction indicated by the arrow line Z is regarded as the front.

[0056] [Battery stack]

[0057] The power storage module 10 includes Figure 8 The battery stack 11L shown in FIG. Fig. 9 The wiring modules 20 are assembled on the front and rear sides of the battery stack 11L. Figure 1 and Fig. 9 As shown, the power storage module 10 of this embodiment further includes a housing 14 that covers the battery stack 11L from four directions, top, bottom, left and right. The housing 14 is composed of a bottom 15 arranged on the lower surface side of the battery stack 11L, a top 16 arranged on the upper surface side of the battery stack 11L, and a pair of side portions 17 connecting the bottom 15 and the top 16 on the left and right sides.

[0058] [Assembly direction]

[0059] like Fig. 9 As shown, the wiring module 20 of this embodiment is assembled along the assembly direction (the direction indicated by the arrow line X) with respect to the battery stack 11L accommodated in the housing 14 (details will be described later). In this specification, for convenience, the direction indicated by the arrow line X is unified as downward, and the assembly direction is set to the downward direction for description, but for example, the battery stack 11L and the wiring module 20 may be arranged in such a way that the assembly direction is the front or the left. In addition, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L and when the power storage module 10 is used, the direction corresponding to the direction indicated by the arrow X in the specification (the width direction of the electrode lead 12) may be different.

[0060] [Laminated batteries, electrode leads]

[0061] like Figure 8As shown, the battery stack 11L is formed by stacking a plurality of laminated batteries 11 in the left-right direction (eight in this embodiment). The laminated battery 11 is long in the front-to-back direction and flat in the left-to-right direction. A storage element (not shown) is accommodated inside the laminated battery 11. A pair of electrode leads 12 are arranged on both sides of the laminated battery 11 in the front-to-back direction, protruding in opposite directions to each other. The pair of electrode leads 12 are plate-shaped and have opposite polarities to each other.

[0062] [Jointing part, joining electrode lead, plate thickness direction, terminal width direction]

[0063] like Figure 8 As shown, the battery stack 11L is provided with a joint 13 for electrically connecting the electrode leads 12 of the adjacent laminated batteries 11. That is, the electrode leads 12 are bent to the left or right at a right angle and overlapped, and joined by laser welding, thereby forming the joint 13. The plate thickness direction of the joint 13 is set as the front-back direction. The direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction of the joint 13 and the assembly direction is set as the terminal width direction (in the left-right direction in this embodiment). The electrode lead constituting the joint 13 among the electrode leads 12 is set as the joint electrode lead 12A.

[0064] The formation process of the joint 13 includes bending processing, laser welding, etc. of the electrode lead 12, so the tolerance of the joint 13 (and the joint electrode lead 12A) in the plate thickness direction is likely to be large. For example, in this embodiment, the tolerance of the joint 13 (and the joint electrode lead 12A) in the plate thickness direction is greater than the thickness of the electrode lead 12.

[0065] [Standard position range]

[0066] If the tolerance of the plate thickness direction of the bonding electrode lead 12A is taken into account, Fig.12 As shown in FIG. 1 , the position of the bonding electrode lead 12A in the front-to-back direction has a width. Hereinafter, the range of the position in which the bonding electrode lead 12A can be arranged in the front-to-back direction is referred to as the standard position range WT. Figures 11 to 15 In the figure, for ease of viewing, the joint portion 13 (joining electrode lead 12A), terminal 30 , terminal housing portion 56 , hinge portion 57 , etc. including the cross section are shown, and the background of a portion of the end electrode lead 12B, bus bar 40 , etc. is omitted.

[0067] like Figure 8As shown, the electrode leads 12 other than the bonding electrode lead 12A, that is, the electrode leads that do not constitute the bonding portion 13, are end electrode leads 12B. The end electrode leads 12B are arranged at both ends of the battery stack 11L and protrude forward. The end electrode leads 12B constitute the positive electrode or negative electrode of the entire battery stack 11L.

[0068] [Wiring module]

[0069] like Figure 2 As shown, the wiring module 20 of this embodiment includes a terminal 30 connected to the bonding electrode lead 12A, a bus bar 40 connected to the end electrode lead 12B, an electric wire 45 connected to the terminal 30 or the bus bar 40, and a protector 50 for holding the terminal 30, the bus bar 40, and the electric wire 45. The structure of the wiring module 20 arranged on the front side of the battery stack 11L is described in detail below. Figure 4 As shown, the wiring module 20 disposed on the rear side of the battery stack 11L has the same configuration as the wiring module 20 disposed on the front side of the battery stack 11L except that the bus bar 40 is not included.

[0070] [Protector]

[0071] like Figure 1 As shown, the protector 50 is made of insulating synthetic resin and is plate-shaped. The protector 50 includes a protector body 51 positioned relative to the housing 14 (and the battery stack 11L). The detailed structure is omitted, and the protector body 51 and the housing 14 have concave and convex shapes extending in the assembly direction and engaging with each other, guiding the assembly of the wiring module 20 relative to the battery stack 11L.

[0072] like Figure 2 As shown, in the center of the protector body 51 in the vertical direction, electrode receiving parts 54 are arranged in parallel in the left-right direction. The electrode receiving parts 54 are formed through the front-to-back direction and are rectangular in shape and are long in the vertical direction. The electrode receiving parts 54 are composed of a bonding electrode receiving part 54A that receives the bonding part 13 and the bonding electrode lead 12A, and an end electrode receiving part 54B that receives the end electrode lead 12B. Fig.10 As shown, the lower side of the electrode receiving portion 54 is also open downward, so that the electrode lead 12 does not interfere with the electrode receiving portion 54 when the wiring module 20 is assembled.

[0073] like Figure 2 As shown, bus bar holding portions 55 for holding the bus bar 40 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the end electrode receiving portion 54B. Bolt fastening portions 55A for fastening the bus bar 40 with bolts are provided near the upper bus bar holding portion 55. Figure 6As shown in FIG. 1 , a terminal receiving portion 56 for positioning and receiving the terminal 30 is provided on the upper side of the joint electrode receiving portion 54A. The terminal receiving portion 56 is connected to the protector body 51 via a hinge portion 57 .

[0074] [Hinged part]

[0075] like Fig.11 As shown in FIG. 1 , the hinge portion 57 includes a protruding piece 58 protruding forward from the protector body 51 and an extension piece 59 extending from the protruding piece 58 to the deep side (downward) in the assembly direction and connected to the terminal receiving portion 56. The hinge portion 57 includes a thin-walled portion 60 thinner than the surrounding in the plate thickness direction at the joint portion between the terminal receiving portion 56 and the extension piece 59, the joint portion between the extension piece 59 and the protruding piece 58, and the joint portion between the protruding piece 58 and the protector body 51. The thin-walled portion 60 is formed in a U-shaped groove shape when viewed from the side, and extends in the left-right direction. The thin-walled portion 60 provided at the joint portion between the terminal receiving portion 56 and the extension piece 59 and the joint portion between the extension piece 59 and the protruding piece 58 is set as a first thin-walled portion 60A. The thin-walled portion 60 provided at the joint portion between the protruding piece 58 and the protector body 51 is set as a second thin-walled portion 60B. The first thin-walled portion 60A is formed thinner than the second thin-walled portion 60B.

[0076] like Fig.13 and Fig.14 As shown, when a force is applied to the terminal receiving portion 56, the thin-walled portion 60 functions as a fold, so that the hinge portion 57 can be bent and deformed. That is, the hinge portion 57 is deformed, so that the terminal receiving portion 56 floats freely relative to the protector body 51. As described later, the hinge portion 57 is bent particularly at the thin first thin-walled portion 60A, so that it is easy to deform.

[0077] [Terminal storage section]

[0078] like Figure 6 As shown, the terminal storage portion 56 includes: a tube storage recess 61, which is connected to the hinge portion 57; an electrode support sheet 62, which is arranged on the deep side in the assembly direction; and a central frame portion 63, which is arranged between the tube storage recess 61 and the electrode support sheet 62. The tube storage recess 61 extends along the assembly direction and is in the shape of a door that is recessed toward the rear. Figure 5 As shown, the wire barrel portion 35A, the insulating barrel portion 35B of the terminal 30 , and a part of the electric wire 45 are housed in the barrel housing recess 61 .

[0079] [Electrode support sheet]

[0080] like Fig.11As shown in FIG. 1 , the electrode support sheet 62 is a plate-shaped member disposed behind the electrode connection portion 31 of the terminal 30. The electrode support sheet 62 extends downward from the lower end of the left and right central portions of the central frame portion 63 and is slightly inclined forward. An electrode support sheet side inclined surface 62A is provided at the lower end of the electrode support sheet 62 so as to be located more rearward as it approaches downward. Fig.12 As shown, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the electrode supporting piece side inclined surface 62A is arranged so as to include the rear side portion of the standard position range WT.

[0081] like Fig.15 and Fig.19 As shown, a lower abutting portion 64A and an upper abutting portion 64B are provided at intervals in the vertical direction inside the central frame portion 63. The lower abutting portion 64A is configured to abut against the vicinity of the left-right center of the bent portion 33 of the terminal 30 from the lower side. The upper abutting portion 64B is configured to abut against both ends of the bent portion 33 in the left-right direction from the upper side. Therefore, the lower abutting portion 64A and the upper abutting portion 64B constitute a first displacement suppressing portion 65 that suppresses displacement of the terminal 30 in the vertical direction.

[0082] like Fig.15 As shown, a locking protrusion 66 protruding downward is provided on the front side portion of the upper abutment portion 64B. The locking protrusion 66 has: a locking surface 66A, which is inclined in a manner that the closer to the rear, the lower it is; and a front locking portion 66B, which is arranged perpendicular to the curved portion 33 and serves as the rear end surface of the locking protrusion 66. By sliding the rear end portion of the curved portion 33 relative to the locking surface 66A, the terminal 30 can be easily accommodated in the terminal accommodating portion 56. The front locking portion 66B is locked to the front end portion of the curved portion 33, thereby preventing the terminal 30 from shifting forward. As shown Fig.11 As shown, a rear locking portion 63A that contacts the rear end of the bent portion 33 is provided at the rear side portion of the central frame portion 63. The rear locking portion 63A prevents the terminal 30 from being displaced rearward.

[0083] like Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , a second displacement suppressing portion 68 is provided in a cutout shape on the lower wall portion of the central frame portion 63. Figure 5 and Fig.16 As shown, the second displacement suppressing portion 68 is arranged to be able to abut against the electrode connecting portion 31 of the terminal 30 from both left and right sides, thereby suppressing displacement of the terminal 30 in the left-right direction.

[0084] [Terminal protection arm]

[0085] like Figure 5As shown in FIG. 1 , a pair of terminal protection arms 67 are provided at the lower ends of the left and right sides of the central frame portion 63 in a manner extending downward. The pair of terminal protection arms 67 are arranged on the left and right sides of the electrode connecting portion 31. Fig.11 As shown, the terminal protection arm 67 is arranged on the front side relative to the bonding electrode lead 12A and extends downward compared to the inclined surface 32. A terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A is provided at the lower end of the terminal protection arm 67 so as to be inclined toward the front side as it approaches the bottom. Fig.12 As shown, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A is arranged so as to include the front side portion of the normal position range WT.

[0086] [Terminal]

[0087] like Figure 7 As shown, the terminal 30 is provided by processing a conductive metal plate. The terminal 30 includes an electrode connecting portion 31, an inclined surface 32 provided in connection with the deep side (lower side) of the assembly direction of the electrode connecting portion 31, and a bent portion 33 provided to extend rearward from the upper end of the electrode connecting portion 31. A trapezoidal portion 38 is provided between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the inclined surface 32, the width of which becomes narrower as it approaches the lower side. The electric wire connecting portion 35 is connected to the rear end of the bent portion 33 via a connecting portion 34. The electric wire connecting portion 35 is composed of a wire barrel portion 35A crimped to the core wire 46 of the electric wire 45 and an insulating barrel portion 35B crimped to the insulating sheath 47 of the electric wire 45.

[0088] like Fig.11 As shown, the terminal 30 is formed in a form connected to the bonding portion 13 or a part of the bonding electrode lead 12A constituting the bonding portion 13. That is, the terminal 30 is not a member for connecting adjacent bonding electrode leads 12A, but a member for connecting the pre-connected bonding electrode lead 12A (bonding portion 13) and the electric wire 45. Therefore, the dimension of the terminal 30 in the vertical direction may be smaller than the dimension of the bonding electrode lead 12A in the vertical direction.

[0089] [Electrode connection part]

[0090] like Fig.12 As shown, in the wiring module 20, the electrode connection portion 31 is arranged in front of the electrode support sheet 62 at a distance. The minimum dimension between the electrode connection portion 31 and the electrode support sheet 62 in the front-to-back direction is substantially the same as the plate thickness dimension of the joint portion 13. Fig.11 As shown, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the bonding electrode lead 12A is arranged in the front-rear direction between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode supporting sheet 62. The electrode connecting portion 31 is electrically connected to the bonding electrode lead 12A by laser welding.

[0091] [Bend]

[0092] like Fig.15 As shown, the bent portion 33 is in the shape of a plate with the thickness direction being the vertical direction, and is arranged perpendicular to the joint portion 13. In the wiring module 20, the bent portion 33 is arranged between the lower side contact portion 64A and the upper side contact portion 64B. Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 1 , the front end portions of the left and right sides of the curved portion 33 are provided with front locking portions 37 in a notched shape. Fig.15 As shown, the front locked portion 37 is configured to be locked with the front locking portion 66B. Fig.11 As shown, the rear end portion of the bent portion 33 serves as the rear engaged portion 36 and is arranged so as to abut against the rear engaging portion 63A.

[0093] [Inclined surface]

[0094] like Fig.12 As shown, the inclined surface 32 is inclined so as to be located at the front side as it is closer to the bottom. That is, the inclined surface 32 is inclined so as to be farther away from the electrode support sheet 62 in the front-rear direction as it is closer to the bottom. When the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the inclined surface 32 is arranged so as to include the front side portion of the standard position range WT.

[0095] like Figure 3 As shown, the inclined surface 32 is formed to be connected to the lower end portion of the left-right center position of the electrode connecting portion 31, and the dimension D1 of the inclined surface 32 in the left-right direction is smaller than the dimension D2 of the left-right direction of the electrode connecting portion 31. Therefore, when the electrode connecting portion 31 and the bonding electrode lead 12A are brought into close contact with each other by using a jig (not shown) for laser welding, the left and right ends of the electrode connecting portion 31 can be pressed by the jig, avoiding the inclined surface 32, and the central portion of the electrode connecting portion 31 can be welded.

[0096] like Figure 3 As shown, between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the inclined surface 32, the trapezoidal portion 38 is provided flush with the electrode connecting portion 31. The dimension of the trapezoidal portion 38 in the left-right direction becomes smaller as it approaches the bottom. The trapezoidal portion 38 has a shape symmetrical with respect to the left-right direction. The lower end of the trapezoidal portion 38 is arranged at the center position in the left-right direction relative to the electrode connecting portion 31 and is connected to the inclined surface 32. The dimension D3 in the left-right direction of the lower end of the trapezoidal portion 38 is the same as the dimension D1 in the left-right direction of the inclined surface 32. The trapezoidal portion 38 has an outer edge portion 38A that continuously connects the left and right ends of the inclined surface 32 and the left and right ends of the electrode connecting portion 31.

[0097] [Bus Bar]

[0098] The bus bar 40 is in a plate shape and is formed by processing a conductive metal plate. Figure 2 As shown, the bus bar 40 is held by the bus bar holding portion 55 of the protector 50 in such a manner that the plate thickness direction becomes the left-right direction. Figure 1 As shown, the central portion of the bus bar 40 becomes the bus bar body 41 connected to the end electrode lead 12B. When connecting the bus bar body 41 and the end electrode lead 12B, the end electrode lead 12B may be appropriately bent so as to abut against the bus bar body 41. A bus bar side connection portion 42 bent to the left or right relative to the bus bar body 41 is provided at the upper portion of the bus bar 40.

[0099] like Figure 2 As shown, the bus bar side connection portion 42 has a through hole (not shown) through which the bolt 42A is inserted, and is bolted to the bolt fastening portion 55A of the protector 50. Figure 1 As shown, an external connection terminal 43 and a relay terminal 44 are overlapped on the bus bar side connection part 42, and are fastened together with the bus bar side connection part 42 by bolts. As a result, the bus bar side connection part 42 is electrically connected to the external connection terminal 43 and the relay terminal 44. The external connection terminal 43 is a conductive metal plate protruding to the left or right of the power storage module 10, and is used to connect an external device (not shown) to the power storage module 10. The relay terminal 44 is composed of a conductive metal plate, and is used to connect the bus bar side connection part 42 to the wire 45. The relay terminal 44 is connected to the wire 45 in the same way as the terminal 30.

[0100] [electric wire]

[0101] like Figure 3 As shown, the electric wire 45 has a core wire 46 (in Figure 3 and Figure 7 (not shown except for the above) and an insulating sheath 47 covering the core wire 46. Figure 2 As shown, one end of the wire 45 is connected to the terminal 30 or the relay terminal 44, and the other end of the wire 45 is gathered into a bundle and connected to the connector 48. The wire 45 is wired at a predetermined position of the protector 50 through a wiring protrusion 69, a wire fixing portion 70, a wiring groove 71, etc. provided on the upper side of the protector 50.

[0102] The connector 48 is made of insulating synthetic resin, such as Figure 1 As shown, it is in a block shape. A female terminal not shown is housed inside the connector 48. The connector 48 is mated with a counterpart connector (not shown) having a male terminal. The counterpart connector is connected to an external ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or the like via an unshown wire. The ECU is equipped with a microcomputer, components, etc., and is a well-known structure having functions such as detecting the voltage, current, temperature, etc. of each laminated battery 11, and controlling the charge and discharge of each laminated battery 11.

[0103] The present embodiment has the above-described configuration, and the operation of the terminal 30 when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L will be described below.

[0104] First, consider the case where the bonding electrode lead 12A occupies the same front-rear direction position in the left-right direction. Fig.12 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the bonding electrode lead 12A is arranged at the front side of the standard position range WT, the upper end of the bonding electrode lead 12A contacts the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A. When the bonding electrode lead 12A contacts the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A, a force close to the front side (upper side) in the assembly direction is applied to the terminal housing portion 56. The terminal housing portion 56 can float relative to the protector body 51 through the hinge portion 57, so the hinge portion 57 is mainly bent at the second thin wall portion 60B, thereby absorbing the upward force applied to the terminal housing portion 56 (see FIG. 1 ). Figure 6 ).

[0105] As the wiring module 20 moves downward, the upper end of the electrode lead 12A slides and contacts the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A, so that the terminal housing portion 56 moves forward. Fig.13 As shown, the hinge portion 57 is bent at the first thin-walled portion 60A, and the terminal receiving portion 56 moves forward in accordance with the front-rear direction position of the bonding electrode lead 12A. The bonding electrode lead 12A also slides on the inclined surface 32, and finally the bonding electrode lead 12A (bonding portion 13) is arranged between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode support sheet 62.

[0106] In addition, in the present embodiment, since the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A is provided below the inclined surface 32 of the terminal 30, the bonding electrode lead 12A comes into sliding contact with the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A before the inclined surface 32. Thus, the sliding contact between the bonding electrode lead 12A and the inclined surface 32 can be minimized, and it is easy to avoid the bonding electrode lead 12A and the inclined surface 32 being connected without sliding contact.

[0107] When the bonding electrode lead 12A is arranged at the rear side of the standard position range WT, the upper end of the bonding electrode lead 12A abuts against the electrode support piece side inclined surface 62A (see Fig.12 ). As the wiring module 20 moves downward, the upper end of the electrode lead 12A slides in contact with the electrode support sheet side inclined surface 62A, so that the terminal receiving portion 56 moves backward. Fig.14 As shown, the hinge portion 57 is bent at the first thin wall portion 60A, so that the terminal housing portion 56 moves rearward in correspondence with the front-rear direction position of the bonding electrode lead 12A.

[0108] In addition, when the bonding electrode lead 12A is arranged exactly between the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A and the electrode support sheet side inclined surface 62A, the bonding electrode lead 12A (bonding portion 13) is directly arranged between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode support sheet 62 (see Fig.11 ). That is, the hinge portion 57 is not deformed, and the position of the terminal receiving portion 56 is the same as before the electrode lead 12A is assembled and joined.

[0109] Next, consider a case where the bonding electrode lead 12A occupies different front-rear directions in the left-right direction, for example, Fig.17 As shown in FIG. 1 , consider the case where the bonding electrode lead 12A is arranged on the rear side as it approaches the left side. The right side of the bonding electrode lead 12A is located on the front side of the standard position range WT, so it is Fig.13 Similarly to the case shown in FIG. 1 , the right side portion of the terminal receiving portion 56 moves forward due to the deformation of the hinge portion 57. On the other hand, since the left side portion of the bonding electrode lead 12A is located at the rear side of the standard position range WT, Fig.14 As shown in FIG. 1 , the left side portion of the terminal receiving portion 56 moves backward due to the deformation of the hinge portion 57. As a result, the direction of deformation of the hinge portion 57 changes in the left-right direction, so that Fig.17 As shown, the terminal housing portion 56 is movable so as to rotate around an axis extending in the vertical direction (vertical direction of the paper surface). Therefore, the bonding electrode lead 12A (bonding portion 13 ) can be arranged between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode supporting sheet 62 .

[0110] Finally, if Fig.18 As shown, consider the case where the bonding electrode lead 12A disposed at a position not in contact with the inclined surface 32 has a warped portion 12C that is warped toward the terminal 30 side (front side). Fig.18 FIG. 2 shows a state where the wiring module 20 is assembled in the middle of the battery stack 11L and before the upper end of the bonding electrode lead 12A comes into contact with the terminal 30. Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the trapezoidal portion 38 is provided between the inclined surface 32 and the electrode connecting portion 31 so as to continuously expand in the left-right direction. Therefore, when the wiring module 20 is moved to bring the terminal 30 into contact with the bonding electrode lead 12A, the warped portion 12C of the bonding electrode lead 12A can slide in contact with the outer edge 38A of the trapezoidal portion 38. Thus, interference between the bonding electrode lead 12A and the electrode connecting portion 31 is suppressed.

[0111] [Effects of Embodiment 1]

[0112] According to the first embodiment, the following actions and effects are achieved.

[0113] The wiring module 20 of embodiment 1 is assembled to the battery stack 11L in an assembly direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction of the joint 13. The battery stack 11L is composed of a plurality of laminated batteries 11 having electrode leads 12, and has a joint 13 in which the electrode leads 12 of the laminated batteries 11 overlap and are joined to each other. The wiring module 20 includes a terminal 30, an electric wire 45 connected to the terminal 30, and a protector 50 for holding the terminal 30 and the electric wire 45. The electrode lead constituting the joint 13 among the electrode leads 12 is set as a joint electrode lead 12A. The terminal 30 includes an electrode connecting portion 31 electrically connected to the joint electrode lead 12A. The protector 50 includes a protector main body 51 and a terminal storage portion 56 for positioning and accommodating the terminal 30, and the terminal storage portion 56 is freely floatingly connected to the protector main body 51 via a hinge portion 57.

[0114] According to the above configuration, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the electrode connecting portion 31 can easily move along the electrode lead 12A, thereby suppressing poor contact between the electrode lead 12A and the terminal 30 .

[0115] In the first embodiment, the hinge portion 57 is configured to include a plurality of thin-walled portions 60 .

[0116] According to the above-described structure, the hinge portion 57 is easily deformed, and the terminal housing portion 56 is easily moved relative to the protector body 51 .

[0117] In embodiment 1, the terminal 30 has an inclined surface 32, which is arranged to be connected to the electrode connecting portion 31 and is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the closer it is to the side in the plate thickness direction. The inclined surface 32 is configured to include at least a portion of the range WT in the plate thickness direction where the bonding electrode lead 12A can be configured.

[0118] According to the above structure, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the inclined surface 32 slides in contact with the end near the front side in the assembly direction of the bonding electrode lead 12A, so that the terminal 30 can move in the plate thickness direction relative to the bonding electrode lead 12A, and the electrode connecting portion 31 can easily move along the bonding electrode lead 12A.

[0119] In embodiment 1, the terminal housing portion 56 has an electrode supporting piece 62 arranged opposite to the electrode connecting portion 31 in the direction of the plate thickness, and the inclined surface 32 is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the farther away from the electrode supporting piece 62 it is, and the joining electrode lead 12A is arranged between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode supporting piece 62 in the direction of the plate thickness.

[0120] According to the above configuration, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the bonding electrode lead 12A is disposed between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode supporting sheet 62 , so that the electrode connecting portion 31 can easily move along the bonding electrode lead 12A.

[0121] In embodiment 1, an electrode support sheet side inclined surface 62A is provided at the end of the electrode support sheet 62 on the depth side in the assembly direction. The electrode support sheet side inclined surface 62A is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the closer it is to the other side in the plate thickness direction. The electrode support sheet side inclined surface 62A is configured to include at least a portion of a range WT in the plate thickness direction where the position at which the bonding electrode lead 12A can be configured can be located.

[0122] According to the above structure, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the inclined surface 62A on the electrode support sheet side slides in contact with the end near the front side in the assembly direction of the bonding electrode lead 12A, so that the terminal storage portion 56 can move in the plate thickness direction relative to the bonding electrode lead 12A, thereby making it easy to arrange the bonding electrode lead 12A between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode support sheet 62.

[0123] In embodiment 1, the direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction and the assembly direction is set as the terminal width direction, and the terminal housing portion 56 has a pair of terminal protection arms 67 extending from the inclined surface 32 toward the depth side of the assembly direction on both sides of the terminal width direction of the electrode connecting portion 31, and the pair of terminal protection arms 67 are arranged on one side of the plate thickness direction relative to the joining electrode lead 12A.

[0124] According to the above configuration, the terminal 30 can be protected by the terminal protection arm 67 .

[0125] In embodiment 1, a terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A is provided at the end of the depth side in the assembly direction of a pair of terminal protection arms 67, and the terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A is inclined in a manner that the closer it is to the depth side in the assembly direction, the closer it is to the one side in the plate thickness direction. The terminal protection arm side inclined surface 67A is configured to include at least a portion of a range WT in the plate thickness direction where the bonding electrode lead 12A can be configured.

[0126] According to the above structure, when the wiring module 20 is assembled to the battery stack 11L, the inclined surface 67A on the terminal protection arm side slides in contact with the end near the front side in the assembly direction of the bonding electrode lead 12A, so that the terminal storage portion 56 can move in the plate thickness direction relative to the bonding electrode lead 12A, thereby making it easy to arrange the bonding electrode lead 12A between the electrode connecting portion 31 and the electrode supporting sheet 62.

[0127] <Implementation Method 2>

[0128] Reference Figure 20 to Figure 22 Embodiment 2 of the present disclosure is described. The wiring module 120 of Embodiment 2 is configured similarly to the wiring module 20 of Embodiment 1, except for the hinge portion 157 that combines the terminal storage portion 56 and the protector body 51. Hereinafter, the same components as those of Embodiment 1 are marked with the figure marks used in Embodiment 1, and the same structures and effects as those of Embodiment 1 are omitted.

[0129] like Fig. 20 As shown in FIG. 1 , two hinges 157 of the second embodiment are provided for each terminal receiving portion 56. The hinges 157 connect the left and right side walls of the tube receiving recess 61 to the protector body 51. Fig.21 and Fig. 22 As shown, the hinge portion 157 is configured similarly to the hinge portion 57 of the first embodiment, and mainly by bending the first thin wall portion 60A, the terminal housing portion 56 can move in the front-rear direction.

[0130] The hinge portion 157 is arranged on the left and right of the terminal storage portion 56, so that the terminal storage portion 56 can be easily moved by rotation around the axis extending in the vertical direction. For example, when the bonding electrode lead 12A is arranged on the rear side as it approaches the left side (see Fig.17 ),like Fig. 22 As shown, the extension piece 59 of the right hinge portion 157 is deformed in such a manner that it is inclined forward, and the extension piece 59 of the left hinge portion 157 is inclined backward, so that the terminal receiving portion 56 can rotate counterclockwise when viewed from above.

[0131] In addition, if Fig. 20 As shown, the thin-walled portion 60 of the hinge portion 157 is arranged to extend in the vertical direction, so the hinge portion 157 is not easy to bend in the vertical direction compared with the hinge portion 57 of embodiment 1. As described above, by providing a plurality of hinge portions 157 for the terminal receiving portion 56, it is easy to control the direction in which the terminal receiving portion 56 is easy to move.

[0133] According to the second embodiment, the following functions and effects are achieved.

[0134] In the second embodiment, a plurality of hinge portions 157 are provided for each terminal housing portion 56 .

[0135] According to such a structure, the movement of the terminal housing portion 56 relative to the protector body 51 can be easily controlled.
