Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a laundry treatment apparatus and a control method thereof, and more particularly, to a laundry treatment apparatus including a screen output unit having an output screen and a control method thereof. Background Art

[0002] A laundry treatment apparatus is an apparatus that puts laundry, bedding, etc. (hereinafter referred to as laundry) into a drum and removes contaminants from the laundry. The laundry treatment apparatus may perform processes such as washing, rinsing, dewatering, and drying, and the laundry treatment apparatus may be classified into a top-loading type and a front-loading type based on a scheme of putting the laundry into the drum.

[0003] The laundry treatment apparatus may include a housing forming an appearance, a tub accommodated in the housing, a drum rotatably installed in the tub and into which the laundry is put, and a detergent supply device that supplies detergent to the drum.

[0004] When the drum rotates by a motor in a state where washing water is supplied to the laundry accommodated in the drum, dirt on the laundry can be removed by friction between the drum and the washing water.

[0005] The detergent supply device has a detergent supply function to enhance the washing effect. In this regard, the detergent refers to a material that enhances the washing effect, such as fabric detergent, fabric softener, and fabric bleach. As the detergent, a powder-type detergent or a liquid-type detergent may be used.

[0006] In one example, the laundry treatment apparatus may execute a process setting process capable of setting a process for treating the laundry. A plurality of processes may be preset via a controller, and in the process setting process, the user may select one of the plurality of processes to perform the treatment of the laundry.

[0007] In the process setting process, various options for the process may be set. For example, the various options include adjustable options in which any one of the option values must be determined during the process and the option value can be adjusted by the user, such as a washing intensity option, a rinsing number option, etc.

[0008] In addition, the various options include simple additional options in which the application or non-application of the process can be determined by the user, such as a steam option. In addition, the various options include adjustable additional options in which not only the application or non-application of the process is determined by the user but also the option value is selected by the user, such as a reservation option.

[0009] In one example, Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2014-0023986 discloses a laundry treating apparatus including an output unit for providing information to a user and an input unit for generating an input signal based on a manipulation by the user.

[0010] The output unit may include a screen output unit for outputting a screen, and the screen may display a process to be executed in a process setting process and / or whether various options are applied to the process or its setting state.

[0011] However, multiple processes for treating laundry may be sequentially displayed one by one on the process setting screen, so it may be difficult for the user to determine the optimal process in the current state.

[0012] In addition, it may be inconvenient for the user to recognize all the advantages of multiple processes, etc., and it may be difficult to select a process by specifically identifying environmental conditions (e.g., temperature) and laundry characteristics (e.g., material of the laundry).

[0013] In addition, even when the user considers various conditions to determine any one of the multiple processes, when the process displayed on the process setting screen changes in order based on the multiple processes, it may require repeated manipulation by the user to change the process from the currently displayed process to the process determined by the user, which can be troublesome.

[0014] Therefore, it is an important task in the art to provide various processes to improve the usability and satisfaction of laundry treatment, but to conveniently provide a reasonable process to the user considering the conditions for laundry treatment, and also to provide a simple and convenient process change process to the user. [0125] The input device 120 may generate an input signal based on a user's manipulation, and the input signal may be sent to the controller 90 and converted into various command signals. The input device 120 may include a button assembly 125 having various buttons for generating an input signal through a user's manipulation, and the buttons may be of various types, such as mechanical or touch type.

[0126] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the input device 120 may include a power button, and when the first processing device 2 and the second processing device 3 are arranged together, the power button may include a first power button for the first processing device 2 and a second power button for the second processing device 3.

[0127] In addition, when the laundry treatment device 1 includes the first processing device 2 and the second processing device 3, the input device 120 may include a switch button 127. The switch button 127 may be used to switch an object on which information is displayed via the screen output device 110 from the first processing device 2 to the second processing device 3, and from the second processing device 3 to the first processing device 2.

[0128] In addition, the button assembly 125 may include an additional function button 126. The additional function button 126 may be used to output an additional function screen on which an additional function for setting during the use of the entire laundry treatment device 1 or an additional setting for a process is displayed.

[0129] In addition, the button assembly 125 may include an execution button. When the execution button is manipulated during a process setting process P2, the currently set process may be executed. When the laundry treatment device 1 includes the first processing device 2 and the second processing device 3, the execution button may include a first execution button for starting a process of the first processing device 2 and a second execution button for starting a process of the second processing device 3.

[0130] In one example, the input device 120 may include a touch input device 123, and the touch input device 123 may be provided in the screen output device 110. The touch input device 123 may be formed in a panel shape for sensing a user's touch and may be included in the display.

[0131] Therefore, when a user touches an indicator such as an image displayed on the screen output device 110, a touch signal for the corresponding position may be sent to the controller 90 through the touch input device 123, and the controller 90 may perform a control activity based on the touch signal.

[0132] Figure 8 Conceptually shows the operation process of the laundry treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and the screen of the screen outputter 110 according to this embodiment.

[0133] First, when powered on via the power button, the laundry treatment device 1 can execute the start process P1, in which the controller 90 determines the normal state of various components, etc. and prepares to execute the process, and the screen outputter 110 can output a start screen C100 for notifying the user of the start process P1.

[0134] After the start process P1 is completed, the controller 90 can execute the process setting process P2. A plurality of processes for treating laundry can be pre-stored in the controller 90, and in the process setting process P2, the user can select one of the plurality of processes.

[0135] In addition, in the process setting process P2, various options for the process can be adjusted by the user. This option will be described in detail later. The screen outputter 110 can output a process setting screen C200 for providing information about process setting in the process setting process P2.

[0136] When the above execution button is manipulated in the process setting process P2, the controller 90 can execute the process progress process P3 in which the process for treating laundry is executed. In the process progress process P3, the controller 90 can execute the process determined via the process setting process P2, and the screen outputter 110 can output a process progress screen C300 indicating the corresponding process progress.

[0137] Figure 9 Shows the start screen C100 output from the screen outputter 110 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The start screen C100 may include an image notifying the user of power application, or may include several pieces of information for executing the process.

[0138] Figure 9 The screen shown in corresponds to the welcome screen C110 indicating the power application of the laundry treatment device 1 in the start screen C100. The welcome screen C110 may be a screen output on the screen outputter 110 at the start or initially when power is supplied to the laundry treatment device 1. The welcome screen C110 may include various phrases and images for forming an intimate relationship with the user or notifying power application.

[0139] In Figure 10 shows the process setting screen C200. In the process setting screen C200, the name of the currently selected process among a plurality of processes, etc. can be displayed, and the option setting information of the corresponding process can be displayed.

[0140] Specifically, the process setting screen C200 may include a process name area C201 in which the selected process name is displayed, and may include a suggestion area C210, in which a process description phrase C215 for describing the process displayed in the process name area C201 or content related to the suggestion content C212 described later is displayed.

[0141] In addition, the process setting screen C200 may include an indicator area C203. Various indicators C204 indicating information about current setting options, status information, etc. may be displayed in the indicator area C203.

[0142] In addition, the process setting screen C200 may include an option information area C202, which indicates the current option information for the process displayed in the process name area C201. Setting values for one or more options may be displayed in the option information area C202.

[0143] However, the process setting screen C200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure does not necessarily include all of the process name area C201, the suggestion area C210, the indicator area C203, and the option information area C202. In addition, the layout of each area may also vary as needed.

[0144] In Figure 11 FIG., a process progress screen C300 is shown. In the process progress screen C300, a process name area C201 in which the name of the ongoing process is displayed, a time guide area C310 indicating the remaining time before the process is completed, a status display area C320 indicating the current status of the process, a progress bar C330 indicating the current process among the entire process of the process in the form of an image, and the above-mentioned indicator area C203 and option information area C202 may be defined.

[0145] Figure 12 is a conceptual diagram showing the concepts of multiple processes and various options in an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0146] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the process corresponds to a process pre-stored in the controller 90 and includes at least one or more strokes for processing clothes. The process may include at least one stroke.

[0147] For example, a standard process for washing clothes may be preset in the controller 90, and the standard process includes at least one of a water supply stroke, a washing stroke, a rinsing stroke, a drainage stroke, and a dehydration stroke.

[0148] A plurality of different processes may be pre-stored in the controller 90. Figure 12Shows a standard process, a strong process, a quiet process, etc., but the multiple processes are not necessarily limited to this.

[0149] In one example, the controller 90 can be configured to adjust various options for the process. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the options can be classified into adjustable options, simple additional options, and adjustable additional options.

[0150] Whether to apply the adjustable options may not be determined by the user, but can be maintained in a state pre-determined by the controller 90. In other words, the adjustable options for each process can be pre-determined by the controller 90, and the user can change the set value of the adjustable options activated in the corresponding process.

[0151] For example, the multiple processes can include a rinsing process, which includes a water supply stroke, a rinsing stroke, and a drainage stroke. The controller 90 can activate options such as the number of rinsing times option, the water volume option, etc. as adjustable options for the rinsing process, and can pre-deactivate options such as the washing intensity option, etc.

[0152] Therefore, when the rinsing process is displayed in the process setting screen C200, the user can only change the set value of options such as the number of rinsing times option activated as adjustable options, and cannot change the state of options such as the washing intensity option to the activated state. Such adjustable options can be determined based on the strokes included in the corresponding process.

[0153] In one example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the options adjustable by the user can include multiple option values. For example, the above-mentioned number of rinsing times option can include option values such as once, twice, and three times, and one option value selected by the user can be reflected in the controller 90 as the set value of the corresponding option.

[0154] That is to say, when the user selects the option value of "twice" among the option values of the number of rinsing times option during the rinsing process, the option value of "twice" can become the set value of the number of rinsing times option, and can be reflected in the corresponding process.

[0155] In one example, an embodiment of the present disclosure can include simple additional options. The simple additional option refers to an option for which only the user can determine whether it is applied to the corresponding process, and separate set value adjustment may not be possible.

[0156] For example, in the standard process for washing clothes, the steam option for spraying steam is basically set to the non-applied state. However, the user can change the state of the steam option to the applied state according to needs, and reflect the steam option in the corresponding process.

[0157] A simple additional option that can be changed by the user regarding whether to apply it to each of multiple processes can be preset in the controller 90. For example, in the above standard process, the steam option corresponds to a simple additional option that can be changed by the user regarding whether it is applied.

[0158] However, in the case of a steam process in which the steam option is basically set to be in the applied state, the steam option can be preset in the controller 90 so that the user can change regarding whether it is applied. Therefore, the steam option for the steam process does not correspond to a simple additional option.

[0159] In one example, embodiments of the present disclosure include adjustable additional options. An adjustable additional option refers to an option that can be determined by the user regarding whether to apply it to a corresponding process. In addition, when applying this option, it may be necessary to select one of multiple option values as a set value for the corresponding option.

[0160] For example, embodiments of the present disclosure may include a reservation option as an adjustable additional option. The user can select whether to apply the reservation option to the standard process of washing, and when the reservation option is applied, determine one of multiple option values (such as after 30 minutes, after 1 hour, and after 1 hour 30 minutes) for the reservation option as the set value.

[0161] Figure 13 A state is shown in which the recommended content C212 is displayed in the recommendation area C210 of the process setting screen C200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, various option settings can be recommended to the user via the recommendation area C210 of the process setting screen C200.

[0162] Specifically, in Figure 13 (a), the description of the process displayed in the process name area C201 is displayed in the recommendation area C210, and in Figure 13 (b), the recommended content C212 for recommending an option that is not currently applied to the process is displayed in the recommendation area C210.

[0163] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when there is recommended content C212 to be recommended to the user, the controller 90 can control the screen outputter 110 to display the recommended content C212 in the recommendation area C210.

[0164] Multiple recommended contents C212 can be pre-stored in the controller 90, and the controller 90 can control the screen outputter 110 as needed to output one of the multiple recommended contents C212 in the recommendation area C210.

[0165] The controller 90 may select the suggested content C212 to be displayed in the suggestion area C210 based on the suggested conditions described later. For example, each of the multiple pieces of suggested content C212 may have suggested conditions for suggesting to the user.

[0166] The controller 90 may control the screen outputter 110 to display the suggested content C212 that meets the suggested conditions in the suggestion area C210. When there is no suggested content C212 that meets the suggested conditions, a process description phrase C215 describing the process displayed in the process name area C201 may be displayed in the suggestion area C210 instead of the suggested content C212.

[0167] The suggested content C212 may include content for changing options, additionally applying options, or changing the process. For example, one of the multiple pieces of suggested content C212 may suggest to the user to change the set value of an option, another may suggest to the user to apply an option that has not been applied to the process, and still another may suggest to the user to change the process displayed in the process name area C201 to another process.

[0168] In Figure 13 (b) of Figure 13 the steam option is displayed in the suggestion area C210. That is, in the suggestion area C210 in (b) of

[0169] the suggested content C212 that suggests to the user to apply the steam option to the current process is displayed.

[0170] For example, as shown in Figure 13 (b) of

[0171] when the user selects the suggestion area C210 while the content suggesting to apply the steam option is displayed in the suggestion area C210, the controller 90 may set the steam option to be applied to the current process based on the content of the suggestion area C210.

[0172] Suggestion content C212 is used to suggest to the user settings for the process of treating clothing and can be displayed to guide a more favorable process setting for the user based on various conditions and environments.

[0173] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, more effective and convenient settings for clothing treatment can be suggested to the user via the suggestion area C210, and even in a state where various processes and various options are not fully viewed, the user can set the process based on the suggestion via the suggestion area C210, thereby greatly improving the usability.

[0174] Figure 14 The suggestion area C210 showing the additional application of the suggestion option according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.

[0175] Refer to Figure 14 In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the suggestion content C212 can suggest to the user settings for adjustable additional options. An adjustable additional option is an option for which it is necessary to determine not only whether it is applied but also its set value.

[0176] In Figure 14 In the suggestion area C210 in, the suggestion content C212 suggesting setting the reservation option as one of the adjustable additional options is shown. For the reservation option, it is necessary to select not only whether to apply the corresponding option but also the waiting time from now until the process is executed.

[0177] The waiting time can be provided to the user as multiple option values. For example, the reservation option can have multiple option values such as "after 3 hours" and "after 4 hours", and the user can select one of the multiple option values indicating the waiting time as the set value.

[0178] When the suggestion area C210 showing the content of the suggestion reservation option is selected by the user, the controller 90 can control the screen outputter 110 to output an option setting screen on which multiple option values for the reservation option are displayed.

[0179] That is, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the screen outputter 110 can output a process setting screen C200 including a process name area C201 and a suggestion area C210, and can set the process displayed in the process name area C201.

[0180] The process setting screen C200 may further include an option information area C202 in which the set values of at least some of the multiple adjustable options in the process displayed in the process name area C201 are shown.

[0181] However, when an option is proposed in the proposal area C210, the option may not necessarily be included in the option information area C202. The reservation option is basically an option in an unapplied state, and different from an adjustable option whose application to the process is undetermined, it may not be displayed in the option information area C202.

[0182] However, the indicator C204 indicating the reservation option can be activated in the indicator area C203 to notify the user that the corresponding option has been normally applied.

[0183] In addition, a proposal indicator C214 indicating the option or process to be proposed can be displayed in the proposal area C210, and the user can be notified that the setting of the option or process selected based on the proposal area C210 has been normally executed through the image change of the proposal indicator C214.

[0184] Figure 15 The process in which the proposal area C210 for proposing to change the process is selected and the process is changed according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.

[0185] Figure 15 (a) of shows the state in which the content of one of multiple processes is proposed and displayed in the proposal area C210, and Figure 15 (b) of shows the process setting screen C200 on which the proposal area C210 is selected and the process proposed in the proposal area C210 is displayed.

[0186] The following will refer to Figure 15 The process of proposing to change the process according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail.

[0187] First, the laundry treatment apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include the above-mentioned cabinet 10, drum 20, and screen outputter 110. The drum 20 may be disposed inside the cabinet 10 and may accommodate laundry therein. The screen outputter 110 may be disposed on the cabinet 10 and may output a screen.

[0188] The screen outputter 110 may output a screen including a process name area C201 and a proposal area C210. In the process name area, the name of the process for treating laundry is displayed, and in the proposal area, a proposal process different from the process currently displayed in the process name area C201 is presented.

[0189] For example, the screen outputter 110 may output a process setting screen C200 for selecting a process and setting an option to be executed, and the process name area C201 and the proposal area C210 may be defined in the process setting screen C200.

[0190] Multiple processes for treating clothing can be pre-stored in the controller 90. One of the multiple processes can be displayed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200, and the process displayed in the process name area C201 can be executed by operating the execution button.

[0191] The recommended process can be displayed in the recommendation area C210. The recommended process can be displayed in the recommendation area C210 as its full name, a part of the name, or various images or texts that can notify the user of the recommended process rather than the name.

[0192] When the content of the changed recommended process is displayed in the recommendation area C210, the recommended process displayed in the recommendation area C210 can be different from the process currently displayed in the process name area C201. That is, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the controller 90 can display a recommended process different from the process currently displayed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200 in the recommendation area C210.

[0193] The recommended process can be one of the multiple processes pre-stored in the controller 90. In addition, the recommended process can correspond to a customized process for which the user presets the set values of various options and stores them in the controller 90.

[0194] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the recommendation area C210 is selected, the name of the recommended process can be displayed in the process name area C201. That is, when the recommendation area C210 is selected, the process displayed in the process setting screen C200 and planned to be executed can be changed to the recommended process.

[0195] As an example of the description, Figure 15 In (a) shows a state in which the "standard washing" process among multiple processes is displayed as the process planned to be executed in the process name area C201. In addition, it shows a state in which the "quiet" process different from the standard washing process among multiple processes is displayed as the recommended process in the recommendation area C210.

[0196] Figure 15 In (b) shows the screen of the screen outputter 110 in the state where Figure 15 the recommendation area C210 in (a) is selected by the user. Figure 15 In (b) shows a state in which the recommended process is displayed in the process name area C201.

[0197] When the suggestion area C210 showing the suggestion process is selected by the user, the suggestion process can be displayed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200. That is, when the suggestion area C210 is selected, the process planned to be executed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200 can be changed to the suggestion process of the suggestion area C210.

[0198] As described above, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, various processes for processing clothes can be provided, and a process that can be advantageous to the user in the current environment can be conveniently suggested to the user as a suggestion process via the suggestion area C210, and the process can be easily changed.

[0199] That is, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, multiple processes can be provided, and a process that is necessary or advantageous to the user among the multiple processes can be effectively notified to the user, thereby improving the usability. In addition, the process of moving sequentially between multiple processes and reaching a specific process can be omitted, and the suggestion process of the suggestion area C210 can be directly displayed on the process setting screen C200, thereby improving the convenience of operation.

[0200] In one example, when the suggestion process is displayed in the process name area C201, the name of the suggestion process can disappear from the suggestion area C210. In addition, when the name of the suggestion process is displayed in the process name area C201, the description of the suggestion process can be displayed in the suggestion area C210.

[0201] Figure 15 (b) in shows a state in which the display of the suggestion process disappears from the suggestion area C210 when the suggestion area C210 is selected and the suggestion process is displayed in the process name area C201.

[0202] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the suggestion of the process is reflected, the suggestion of the suggestion process is no longer needed, so that the suggestion process can no longer be displayed in the suggestion area C210.

[0203] In addition, the process description phrase C215 for describing the process displayed in the process name area C201 can be displayed in the suggestion area C210 where the suggestion process has disappeared. That is, when the suggestion area C210 is selected and the suggestion process is displayed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200, the process description phrase C215 for the suggestion process can be displayed in the suggestion area C210.

[0204] In one example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the screen outputter 110 can display the suggestion content C212 including the name of the suggestion process or the phrase suggesting the suggestion process in the suggestion area C210.

[0205] That is, the proposed content C212 can refer to the object displayed in the proposal area C210 to propose the settings of the proposal process, and the proposed content C212 can include the name of the proposal process or a phrase for proposing the proposal process.

[0206] The proposal indicator C214 indicating the proposal process and the proposal phrase C213 for proposing the proposal process can be displayed in the proposal area C210. That is, the proposed content C212 can include the proposal indicator C214 and the proposal phrase C213.

[0207] The proposal indicator C214 can be an entity indicating the proposal process. The proposal indicator C214 can include at least a part of the name of the proposal process. In addition, the proposal indicator C214 can include an image for indicating the proposal process.

[0208] The proposal phrase C213 can provide information for notifying the user of the reason or advantage of the proposal process. The user can identify the advantage or necessity of the proposal process via the proposal phrase C213 displayed in the proposal area C210 and view its application.

[0209] The proposal indicator C214 can be defined to include at least a part of the proposal phrase C213 in the proposal area C210. That is, the words included in the proposal indicator C214 can form a sentence together with the proposal phrase C213.

[0210] As described above, the proposal indicator C214 can include words for indicating the proposal process, such as the name of the proposal process, and the proposal phrase C213 can include the words of the proposal indicator C214 to form a sentence.

[0211] The position of the proposal indicator C214 can vary based on the proposal phrase C213. That is, the position of the words included in the proposal indicator C214 can vary in the proposal phrase C213.

[0212] For example, Figure 15 in (a) shows that the proposal indicator C214 including the word "quiet" is displayed to indicate the state of the "quiet" process among multiple processes, and the proposal phrase C213 has the word "quiet" in the middle of the sentence.

[0213] The proposal indicator C214 can include a boundary that separates at least a part of the proposal phrase C213 from the rest. Therefore, the user can easily identify the proposal indicator C214 in the proposal area C210 and can more conveniently identify the proposal process as the object to be proposed.

[0214] The shape of the boundary may vary. Figure 15 (a) in Figure 15 shows a rectangular boundary according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The boundary may have a circular shape, a triangular shape, or various shapes that can represent the recommended process.

[0215] In one example, when the recommendation conditions for the recommended process are satisfied, the screen outputter 110 may display the recommended process in the recommendation area C210. That is, when the recommendation conditions are satisfied, the controller 90 may control the screen outputter 110 such that the corresponding recommended process is displayed in the recommendation area C210.

[0216] There may be various recommendation conditions, and the recommendation conditions may be set differently based on the recommended process. The recommendation conditions may correspond to the conditions for determining whether the current environment corresponds to an environment in which the recommended process may have an advantage in performance.

[0217] For example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, one of the multiple processes pre-stored in the controller 90 may be a "powerful washing" process, in which the washing intensity is set powerfully, and when the amount of laundry accommodated in the drum 20 is equal to or greater than the reference amount, the recommendation content C212 for recommending the powerful washing process may satisfy the recommendation conditions.

[0218] In addition, the recommendation conditions may be set based on time. That is, when the recommendation conditions are satisfied within a specific time range, the recommendation content C212 for providing the recommended process to the user may be displayed in the recommendation area C210 of the screen outputter 110.

[0219] The specific time range may be set differently. For example, the recommendation conditions corresponding to the output conditions of the recommendation content C212 may be satisfied within a period including a specific date based on one year, within a period including a specific date based on one week, or within a period including a specific time based on one day.

[0220] In Figure 15 (a) of Figure 15 , according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the quiet process is displayed as the recommended process in the recommendation area C210. The maximum rotation RPM of the drum 20 may be lower than the maximum rotation RPM in the "standard washing" process displayed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200.

[0221] That is, the recommended process recommended by the recommendation content C212 may be set to reduce the noise or vibration generated during the process execution by processing the laundry within the RPM range of the drum 20, which is lower than the RPM range in the process displayed in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200.

[0222] The advice conditions for the advice process can be satisfied within a specific time range that repeats every 1 day. For example, when the advice process is for reducing noise or vibration (e.g., a quiet process), the advice conditions can be satisfied within a time range where noise, etc. may be particularly unpleasant, such as the time when people usually sleep or the time to organize the surrounding environment before going to bed, such as from 23:00 to 24:00.

[0223] As described above, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an advice process in which clothes are processed at a low RPM of the drum 20 to reduce vibration and noise can be provided to the user. In particular, by satisfying the advice conditions within a time range sensitive to vibration and noise, the advice process can be displayed in the advice area C210, thereby effectively improving the usability of multiple processes.

[0224] In one example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of advice contents C212 having different advice conditions may be included. That is, a plurality of advice contents C212 having different option settings or advice processes may be pre-stored in the controller 90.

[0225] The plurality of advice contents C212 may have corresponding advice conditions. As described above, the advice conditions may be preset in the controller 90 based on the characteristics of each advice content C212.

[0226] When there are a plurality of advice contents C212 that satisfy the corresponding advice conditions among the plurality of advice contents C212, one advice content with a higher priority may be displayed in the advice area C210.

[0227] There may be various priority determination schemes. For example, among the plurality of advice contents C212, the advice content C212 for changing the process may have a higher priority than the advice content C212 related to the change of options.

[0228] Since various options are set for the process, a plurality of options can be changed when the process changes. Therefore, it may be advantageous to advise a process change rather than an option change.

[0229] In addition, by selecting the advice area C210, the advice content C212 for process change can disappear from the advice area C210. Therefore, it may be advantageous to additionally advise another advice content C212 after the advice content C212 for process change.

[0230] In addition, for the proposed content C212 with corresponding proposed conditions set to time periods, the shorter the time range of the proposed conditions, the higher its priority can be. For example, the priority of the proposed content C212 with a time range set on a daily basis as the proposed condition can be higher than the priority of the proposed content with a time range set on a weekly basis as the proposed condition.

[0231] However, the determination of priority is not necessarily limited to the above content, and the priority can be determined according to various criteria as needed.

[0232] In one example, an embodiment of the present disclosure may include the touch inputter 123 as described above. That is, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the screen outputter 110 may sense a touch signal of a user on the screen.

[0233] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when a touch signal is generated in at least a part of the proposed area C210, the proposed process may be displayed in the process name area C201. When a touch signal is generated in the proposed area C210, the controller 90 may determine that the user has selected the proposed area C210.

[0234] The sensing area of the touch signal corresponding to the selection of the proposed area C210 may be determined differently. For example, when a touch signal for the entire proposed area C210 or a touch signal for a part of the proposed area C210, such as a touch signal for the proposed indicator C214 displayed in the proposed area C210, is sensed, the controller 90 may determine that the proposed area C210 is selected.

[0235] In one example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the order in which a plurality of processes are displayed on the process setting screen C200 may be determined in advance. That is, the controller 90 may store in advance the display order for the plurality of processes.

[0236] One of the plurality of processes may be displayed on the process setting screen C200. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, only one process may be displayed on the process setting screen C200, so that the limited output area can be effectively used.

[0237] The process displayed on the process setting screen C200 may correspond to the process for planned execution of handling clothes, and when the execution button is manipulated while the process setting screen C200 is output on the screen outputter 110, the process in the process name area C201 of the process setting screen C200 may be executed.

[0238] In one example, when a touch signal is generated on the screen in a sliding manner, the screen outputter 110 may display a plurality of processes in order in the process name area C201.

[0239] The sliding method refers to a method in which the user moves the touch position while keeping the state of touching the screen. For example, the user can generate a touch signal in a sliding manner by moving a finger in one direction while touching a point on the screen of the screen output unit 110 having the touch input unit 123 with the finger.

[0240] When a touch signal in a sliding manner is sensed on the process setting screen C200, the controller 90 can change the process of the process setting screen C200 to the next sequential process. The sliding direction can be changed. For example, the user can change the process in sequence by generating a touch signal by sliding in a horizontal direction on the screen.

[0241] Figure 16 The state of the process setting screen C200 is shown in which the process displayed in the suggestion area C210 is displayed in the process name area C201 and then returns to the process setting screen C200 on which the process before the application of the suggested process is displayed.

[0242] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in a state where the suggestion area C210 is selected and the suggested process is displayed in the process name area C201, when a touch signal is generated in a sliding manner, the screen output unit 110 can display the process ranked first in sequence among the plurality of processes in the process name area C201.

[0243] Specifically, Figure 16 (a) in shows the process setting screen C200 on which the suggested process is displayed in the process name area C201 via selection of the suggestion area C210. When an input signal for changing the process in sequence is generated via the input unit 120 on the process setting screen C200 on which the suggested process is displayed as shown in Figure 16 (a) of, as shown in Figure 16 (b) of, the process setting screen C200 on which the process ranked first in sequence among the plurality of processes is displayed can be output.

[0244] In Figure 16 (a) of, the touch signal in the sliding method is indicated by a dotted arrow. The touch signal in the sliding method can be input by the user to change the process of the process setting screen C200 to the previous sequential process or the next sequential process.

[0245] It can be understood that the instruction for the user to change the process in a state where the suggested process is applied reflects the intention of the user not to use the suggested process. Therefore, the controller 90 can provide the user with the process setting screen C200 on which the process displayed as ranked first and shown first on the process setting screen C200 without suggesting a process.

[0246] Figure 16 (b) of

[0246] shows a process setting screen C200 as an example of the present disclosure, on which the "standard washing" process ranked first is displayed. The process ranked first in the display order can be in a state where various option settings are made in a basic and standardized manner, and can be the easiest process that users usually select.

[0247] Therefore, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, when a touch signal for changing the process is generated while the recommended process is displayed in the process name area C201, the controller 90 can display the process ranked first in the display order regardless of the display order of the recommended process, thereby ensuring the convenience of the user in selecting the process.

[0248] In one example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the input unit 120 may include components other than the above-mentioned touch input unit 123. That is, even when the input signal is not generated by the touch input unit 123, the recommended area C210 can be selected based on the input signal generated by the input unit 120.

[0249] For example, the input unit 120 may include a button assembly 125, and the button assembly 125 may be provided on the cabinet 10 and manipulated by the user to generate an input signal. The recommended area C210 can be selected based on the input signal generated by the button assembly 125.

[0250] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the screen output unit 110 can output a screen on which the name of one of the multiple processes for processing clothes and the name of a recommended process different from the one process are displayed, and when the recommended process is selected, the displayed name can be changed from the name of the one process to the name of the recommended process.

[0251] That is, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, multiple processes can be set to provide various clothes processing to the user, the recommended process and the recommended process set by the user can be recommended to the user only by a simple selection on the process setting screen C200, on which process selection, option setting, etc. are performed, and the process can be changed without switching to a screen other than the process setting screen C200, thereby improving the convenience of operation.

[0252] Figure 17 is a flowchart showing a method for controlling the clothes processing apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Hereinafter, a method for controlling the clothes processing apparatus 1 will be described with reference to Figure 17 The method for controlling the clothes processing apparatus 1 will be described, and the description of the clothes processing apparatus will be omitted as much as possible.

[0255] The plurality of processes may have a display order preset by a controller 90, and one process may be output on the process setting screen C200 based on the display order.

[0256] In the suggestion step S200, a suggested process different from the process displayed on the process setting screen C200 may be displayed in a suggestion area C210 of the process setting screen C200. The controller 90 may control the screen outputter 110 to display the suggested process in the suggestion area C210.

[0257] In the suggestion application step S400, when the suggestion area C210 is selected, the name of the suggested process may be displayed instead of the process name in the process name area C201. That is, in the suggestion application step S400, the process displayed in the process name area C201 may be changed to the suggested process.

[0258] In the suggestion step S200, the screen outputter 110 may display suggestion content C212 including the name of the suggested process or a phrase suggesting the suggested process in the suggestion area C210.

[0259] In addition, an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a suggestion condition determination step S210, in which the controller 90 determines whether the suggestion content C212 satisfies a suggestion condition to be displayed in the suggestion area C210.

[0260] The controller 90 may store a plurality of suggestion contents C212 in which the corresponding suggestion conditions are set, and in the suggestion condition determination step S210, the controller 90 may determine whether the corresponding suggestion conditions of the plurality of suggestion contents C212 are satisfied.

[0261] The suggestion step S200 may further include a suggestion display step S220. In the suggestion display step S220, when it is determined in the suggestion condition determination step S210 that the suggestion content C212 satisfies the suggestion condition, the controller 90 may control the screen outputter 110 to display the suggestion content C212 in the suggestion area C210.

[0262] In the proposed application step S400, when the proposed process is displayed in the process name area C201, the name of the proposed process may disappear from the proposal area C210. When the proposed process is displayed in the process name area C201, the description of the proposed process rather than the name of the proposed process may be displayed in the proposal area C210.

[0263] Although the present disclosure has been described and illustrated in connection with specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present disclosure can be variously modified and changed within the technical spirit of the present disclosure provided by the appended claims.
