Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and particularly to a folding device and an unmanned aerial vehicle. Background Art

[0002] Unmanned aerial vehicles have the advantages of small size, convenient use, low application cost, strong mobility and adaptability, and have been widely used in many fields.

[0003] Generally, the proportion of the fuselage size of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the overall size of the unmanned aerial vehicle is much smaller than the proportion of the wing size of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the overall size of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Therefore, when the unmanned aerial vehicle is transported, it will occupy too much transportation space, resulting in a high transportation cost problem. Summary of the Invention

[0004] Based on this, in order to solve the problem of high cost when transporting an unmanned aerial vehicle, it is necessary to provide a folding device and an unmanned aerial vehicle.

[0005] The technical solution is as follows:

[0006] An embodiment provides a folding device, including:

[0007] A base, which is used to be arranged on the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle;

[0008] A movable member, which is used to connect one end of the arm of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the movable member is rotatably arranged on the base to drive the end of the arm away from the movable member to approach or move away from the fuselage; and,

[0009] A locking mechanism, which includes a lock body and a lock seat, the lock body is arranged on the base, and the lock seat is arranged on the movable member;

[0010] Wherein, the end of the arm away from the movable member is away from the fuselage, and the lock body and the lock seat are locked and matched.

[0011] The above folding device has a base disposed on the drone. The arm of the drone is connected to the movable member. When the movable member rotates relative to the base, the arm of the drone can rotate relative to the fuselage of the drone, causing the end of the arm away from the movable member to approach or move away from the fuselage, thereby folding or unfolding the arm of the drone. When the drone needs to be used, the operator moves the end of the arm away from the movable member away from the fuselage, rotates the movable member to a preset position, and the lock body is locked and engaged with the lock seat on the movable member to lock the movable member and prevent it from rotating relative to the base, thus completing the fixation of the arm. When the arm needs to be folded, the operator cancels the locking engagement between the lock body and the lock seat. At this time, the operator moves the end of the arm away from the movable member closer to the fuselage, thereby completing the folding of the arm for easy transportation of the drone. Compared with the traditional technology, the above folding device can achieve the folding between the fuselage and the arm of the drone, saving transportation space and thus reducing transportation costs.

The lock body is disposed on the second end.

[0016] Wherein, the folding device is in an unfolded state, the first end approaches the fourth end, and the lock body is locked and engaged with the lock seat.

[0017] The folding device is in a folded state, and the first end moves away from the fourth end.

[0018] In one embodiment, the locking mechanism further includes a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft, and a third connecting shaft. When the movable member rotates relative to the base, the arm of the drone can rotate relative to the fuselage of the drone, so that the end of the arm away from the movable member approaches or moves away from the fuselage, thereby folding or unfolding the arm of the drone. When the drone needs to be used, the staff moves the end of the arm away from the movable member away from the fuselage, and the movable member rotates to a preset position. The lock body and the lock seat on the movable member are locked and matched to lock the movable member to prevent the movable member from rotating relative to the base, thereby completing the fixation of the arm. When the arm needs to be folded, the staff cancels the locking cooperation between the lock body and the lock seat. At this time, the staff moves the end of the arm away from the movable member closer to the fuselage, thereby completing the folding of the arm to facilitate the transportation of the drone. Compared with the traditional technology, the above folding device can realize the folding between the fuselage and the arm of the drone, save transportation space, and thus reduce the transportation cost. [0043] Please refer to Figures 1 to 2 , an embodiment of this application provides a folding device, including a base 100, a movable member 200, and a locking mechanism 300. The base 100 is used to be disposed on the fuselage of the drone; the movable member 200 is used to connect one end of the drone's arm. The movable member 200 is rotatably disposed on the base 100 to drive the end of the arm away from the movable member 200 to approach or move away from the fuselage; the locking mechanism 300 includes a lock body 310 and a lock seat 320. The lock body 310 is disposed on the base 100, and the lock seat 320 is disposed on the movable member 200; wherein, the end of the arm away from the movable member 200 is away from the fuselage, and the lock body 310 and the lock seat 320 are in locking cooperation.

[0044] The above folding device, the base 100 is arranged on the drone, the arm of the drone is connected to the movable member 200. When the movable member 200 rotates relative to the base 100, the arm of the drone can rotate relative to the fuselage of the drone, so that the end of the arm far from the movable member 200 approaches or moves away from the fuselage, thereby folding or unfolding the arm of the drone; when the drone needs to be used, the staff moves the end of the arm far from the movable member 200 away from the fuselage, the movable member 200 rotates to a preset position, and the lock body 310 is locked and matched with the lock seat 320 on the movable member 200 to lock the movable member 200 and prevent the movable member 200 from rotating relative to the base 100, thereby completing the fixation of the arm. When the arm needs to be folded, the staff cancels the locking cooperation between the lock body 310 and the lock seat 320. At this time, the staff moves the end of the arm far from the movable member 200 closer to the fuselage, thereby completing the folding of the arm to facilitate the transportation of the drone. Compared with the traditional technology, the above folding device can realize the folding between the fuselage and the arm of the drone, save transportation space, and thus reduce the transportation cost.

[0045] Specifically, in the above embodiment, the movable member 200 is a movable rod, one end of the movable rod is rotatably arranged on the base 100, and the other end of the movable rod is used to connect the arm of the drone.

[0046] Further, the movable rod can be a solid rod or a hollow rod; preferably, the movable rod is a hollow rod to reduce the overall weight of the drone.

[0047] Optionally, the base 100 can be installed on the fuselage of the drone, or at the connection between the fuselage and the arm, or on the landing gear, etc., and no specific limitation is made here.

[0048] Optionally, the base 100 can be a solid seat or a hollow seat; preferably, the base 100 is a hollow seat to reduce the overall weight of the drone.

[0049] Please refer to Figure 1 , in one embodiment, the base 100 has a mounting screw hole 130 and an abutting protrusion 140, the fuselage has a mounting space and an assembly through hole, the assembly through hole is communicated with the mounting space and is correspondingly arranged with the mounting screw hole 130. The base 100 is used to be arranged in the mounting space, and a bolt passes through the assembly through hole and the mounting screw hole 130 to fix the base 100. The abutting protrusion 140 can abut against the side wall of the mounting space. Thus, when the drone is flying, the shear force received by the arm can be transmitted to the side wall of the mounting space through the abutting protrusion 140, improving the connection reliability of the base 100 and making the flight process safer and more reliable.

[0050] Please refer to Figures 1 to 2, one end of the base 100 has a first assembly part 110 and a first docking part 120 arranged oppositely, one end of the movable part 200 has a second assembly part 210 and a second docking part 220 arranged oppositely, and the first assembly part 110 and the second assembly part 210 are rotatably connected so that the first docking part 120 and the second docking part 220 can approach or move away from each other;

[0051] Among them, the first docking part 120 approaches the second docking part 220, the folding device is in the unfolded state, and the lock body 310 and the lock seat 320 are in locking cooperation;

[0052] The first docking part 120 moves away from the second docking part 220, and the folding device is in the folded state.

[0053] The first assembly part 110 and the second assembly part 210 are rotatably connected. In this way, the first docking part 120 and the second docking part 220 can approach or move away from each other. When the drone needs to be used, the staff rotates the movable part 200, and the first docking part 120 and the second docking part 220 approach each other, so that the folding device is switched to the unfolded state; when the drone needs to be stored and transported, the staff rotates the movable part 200, and the first docking part 120 and the second docking part 220 move away from each other, so that the folding device is switched to the folded state to save transportation space, thereby reducing transportation costs.

[0054] Please refer to Figures 1 to 2 , in one embodiment, the connection between the first assembly part 110 and the second assembly part 210 is realized through a rotating shaft 150. Specifically, the rotating shaft 150 passes through the first assembly part 110 and the second assembly part 210, so that the first assembly part 110 and the second assembly part 210 rotate through the rotating shaft 150.

[0055] Please refer to Figures 1 to 2 , in one embodiment, the locking mechanism 300 further includes a first connecting body 330 and a second connecting body 340. The first connecting body 330 has opposite first end 331 and second end 332, and the second connecting body 340 has opposite third end 341 and fourth end 342. The first end 331 is rotatably arranged on the first docking part 120, the fourth end 342 is rotatably arranged on the second docking part 220, and the second end 332 and the third end 341 are rotatably connected so that the first end 331 and the fourth end 342 can approach or move away from each other, and the lock body 310 is arranged on the second end 332;

[0056] Among them, when the folding device is in the unfolded state, the first end 331 approaches the fourth end 342, and the lock body 310 and the lock seat 320 are in locking cooperation;

[0057] When the folding device is in the folded state, the first end 331 moves away from the fourth end 342.

[0058] The first end 331 of the first connecting body 330 is rotatably arranged on the first docking part 120. The second end 332 of the first connecting body 330 is rotatably connected to the third end 341 of the second connecting body 340. The fourth end 342 of the second connecting body 340 is rotatably arranged on the second docking part 220. Thus, when the drone needs to be used, the staff rotates the movable part 200. At this time, the first end 331 approaches the fourth end 342, and the first docking part 120 and the second docking part 220 approach each other, so that the folding device is switched to the unfolded state; when the drone needs to be stored, the staff rotates the movable part 200. At this time, the first end 331 moves away from the fourth end 342, and the first docking part 120 and the second docking part 220 move away from each other, so that the folding device is switched to the folded state to save transportation space, thereby reducing the transportation cost of the drone; by arranging the first connecting body 330 and the second connecting body 340, an additional guiding effect can be provided for the rotation of the movable part 200. When the folding device is in the unfolded state, the lock body 310 on the first connecting body 330 can be locked and matched with the lock seat 320 on the movable part 200, thereby preventing the movable part 200 from rotating during the flight of the drone and causing an accident.

[0059] Please refer to Figures 1 to 2 , in one embodiment, the locking mechanism 300 further includes a first connecting shaft 351, a second connecting shaft 352, and a third connecting shaft 353. The first end 331 is provided with a first connecting portion, the second end 332 is provided with a second connecting portion. The first connecting shaft 351 passes through the first connecting portion and the first docking part 120. The second connecting shaft 352 passes through the second connecting portion and the third end 341. The third connecting shaft 353 passes through the second docking part 220, and the fourth end 342 is arranged on the third connecting shaft 353.

[0060] The first connecting shaft 351 passes through the first connecting portion and the first docking part 120 to realize the rotatable connection between the base 100 and the first connecting body 330. The second connecting shaft 352 passes through the second connecting portion and the third end 341 to realize the rotatable connection between the first connecting body 330 and the second connecting body 340. The third connecting shaft 353 passes through the second docking part 220, and the fourth end 342 is arranged on the third connecting shaft 353 to realize the rotatable connection between the second connecting portion and the movable part 200; with such an arrangement, the connection between the base 100, the first connecting body 330, the second connecting body 340, and the movable part 200 can be made more reliable.

[0061] Further, a threaded hole is formed in the side wall of the third connecting shaft 353, and the fourth end 342 has a thread, and the thread is screwed into the threaded hole. With such an arrangement, the staff can adjust the advancing distance of the fourth end 342 in the threaded hole by twisting the second connecting body 340, and further adjust the dimensional relationship and the mating relationship among the first connecting body 330, the second connecting body 340, the movable part 200, and the base 100.

[0062] Further, in the above embodiments, a small pitch is adopted for the thread and the threaded hole, so that a fine-thread matching manner is adopted between the thread and the threaded hole, thereby further improving the adjustment accuracy.

[0063] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 1 to 2 , the locking mechanism 300 further includes a pin 360. The first connecting shaft 351 and the second connecting shaft 352 are both pin shafts. The base 100 and the movable member 200 are detachably connected through the pin shafts. The pin 360 is inserted into the pin shaft to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the pin shaft.

[0064] Further, the locking mechanism 300 further includes a snap ring 370. The snap ring 370 is sleeved on the pin shaft to improve the installation reliability of the pin shaft.

[0065] Please refer to Figure 3 , in one embodiment, the first connecting body 330 is provided with a receiving groove 334. The notch of the receiving groove 334 faces the second connecting body 340;

[0066] Wherein, when the folding device is in the unfolded state, the second connecting body 340 is located in the receiving groove 334, and the distance between the third connecting shaft 353 and the bottom wall of the receiving groove 334 is less than the distance between the first connecting shaft 351 and the bottom wall of the receiving groove 334.

[0067] With such a setting, when the folding device is in the unfolded state, the second connecting shaft 352 is located in the receiving groove 334 and there is a dead point, so as to ensure that within a certain external force range, the first connecting body 330 and the second connecting body 340 will not unfold, thereby ensuring the stability when the folding device is in the unfolded state.

[0068] Please refer to Figure 2 , in one embodiment, the lock body 310 has a lock hook 311, and the lock seat 320 has a lock groove 321;

[0069] Wherein, when the folding device is in the unfolded state, the lock hook 311 and the lock groove 321 are in locking cooperation.

[0070] When the folding device is in the unfolded state, the lock hook 311 on the lock body 310 and the lock groove 321 on the lock seat 320 are in locking cooperation to ensure the stability when the folding device is in the unfolded state, and prevent the movable member 200 from moving relative to the base 100 and causing a decrease in the flight stability of the drone.

[0071] Further, the lock hook 311 has a first mating inclined surface, and the lock groove 321 has a second mating inclined surface. When the lock hook 311 and the lock groove 321 are in locking cooperation, the first mating inclined surface and the second mating inclined surface can contact and slide with each other, so that the lock hook 311 slides into the lock groove 321.

[0072] Please refer to Figure 4 , in one embodiment, the lock body 310 further has a boss 313, and the boss 313 is in abutting cooperation with the third end 341 to prevent the lock body 310 from contacting the third end 341 and causing wear, which affects the locking cooperation effect and the overall service life of the lock body 310 and the lock seat 320.

[0073] Please refer to Figure 3 , in one embodiment, the locking mechanism 300 further includes an elastic member 380. The lock body 310 further has a rotating portion and a pressing portion 312. The rotating portion is rotatably disposed on the first connecting body 330. The pressing portion 312 and the locking hook 311 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the rotating portion. The elastic member 380 is disposed on the first connecting body 330 and can abut against the pressing portion 312.

[0074] When the folding device is in the unfolded state, the elastic member 380 abuts against the pressing portion 312, the rotating portion rotates and the locking hook 311 is in locking cooperation with the locking groove 321. When it is necessary to fold and store the folding device, the staff can press the pressing portion 312. At this time, the elastic member 380 deforms, the locking hook 311 and the locking groove 321 are unlocked, and then the movable member 200 is rotated to fold and store the folding device. With such a setting, the operation convenience can be improved while ensuring the locking stability.

[0075] Further, please refer to Figure 4 , by providing the boss 313, a certain pre-lifting stroke can also be provided for the locking hook 311, so that the first mating inclined surface and the second mating inclined surface can smoothly abut against each other, and then the locking hook 311 can slide into the locking groove 321 more smoothly.

[0076] Please refer to Figure 2 , in one embodiment, the elastic member 380 includes a mounting shaft and a torsion spring. The mounting shaft is disposed on the first connecting body 330. The torsion spring is wound around the mounting shaft and has a winding start end and a winding end. The winding start end is disposed on the first connecting body 330, and the winding end can abut against the pressing portion 312.

[0077] The torsion spring is wound around the mounting shaft. The winding start section is disposed on the first connecting body 330, and the winding end point abuts against the pressing portion 312, thereby providing a thrust force to the pressing portion 312 to make the locking hook 311 and the locking groove 321 in locking cooperation. When the staff presses the pressing portion 312, the winding end of the torsion spring moves, so that the locking hook 311 and the locking groove 321 are unlocked.

[0078] Further, please refer to Figure 1, the first connecting body 330 is further provided with a lever 333, and the lever 333 is arranged at one end of the first connecting body 330 away from the base 100. The staff can control the rotation of the first connecting body 330 by pulling the lever 333, and the process is convenient and labor-saving.

[0079] Furthermore, please refer to Figure 3 , the locking mechanism further includes a return spring 390. The return spring 390 is wound around the first connecting shaft 351, one end of the return spring 390 is arranged at the first docking portion 120, and the other end of the return spring 390 abuts against the first end 331. With such a setting, when the folding device is in the folded state, the return spring 390 can abut against the first end 331. Under the elastic action of the return spring 390, the fourth end 342 has a tendency to move away from the first end 331, so that the folding device is more stable when in the folded state.

[0080] Please refer to Figures 1 to 3 , in one embodiment, the base 100 has an assembly surface, the movable member 200 has a mating surface, the assembly surface has a positioning protrusion 230, the mating surface is provided with a positioning groove 160, and the positioning protrusion 230 and the positioning groove 160 are arranged corresponding to each other; wherein, when the folding device is in the unfolded state, the assembly surface and the mating surface are mutually attached, and the positioning protrusion 230 is located in the positioning groove 160.

[0081] In another embodiment, the base 100 has an assembly surface, the movable member 200 has a mating surface, the assembly surface is provided with a positioning groove 160, the mating surface has a positioning protrusion 230, and the positioning groove 160 and the positioning protrusion 230 are arranged corresponding to each other; wherein, when the folding device is in the unfolded state, the assembly surface and the mating surface are mutually attached, and the positioning protrusion 230 is located in the positioning groove 160.

[0082] When the folding device is in the unfolded state, the assembly surface and the mating surface are mutually attached, and the positioning protrusion 230 is located in the positioning groove 160 to achieve positioning. With such a setting, displacement between the base 100 and the movable member 200 can be prevented, thereby improving the stability of the drone during flight.

[0083] By way of explanation, when the drone is flying, since the wings will rotate rapidly and continuously, relative displacement will inevitably occur between the assembly surface of the base 100 and the mating surface of the movable member 200 due to vibration, and thus friction will be generated. Long-term friction will not only affect the docking accuracy between the base 100 and the movable member 200, but also affect the overall service life of the drone; by providing the positioning protrusion 230 and the positioning groove 160, displacement between the assembly surface and the mating surface can be reduced, thereby reducing the friction between the assembly surface and the mating surface bracket and improving the overall service life of the drone.

[0084] Figure 5 For another embodiment of the present application, compared withFigure 1 The illustrated embodiment Figure 5 In the illustrated embodiment, the interval between the vertical plane A formed by the fitting surface and the mating surface and the vertical plane B where the rotating shaft 150 is located is much larger than Figure 1 the interval between the vertical plane A and the vertical plane B in the embodiment. Thus, the lever arm between the vertical plane A and the vertical plane B can be increased, which is beneficial for the folding device to counteract more reaction torque by itself and makes the overall force more reasonable.

[0085] Furthermore, in Figure 5 the illustrated embodiment, the horizontal plane C where the rotating shaft 150 is located is on the upper side of the bottoms of the base 100 and the movable member 200. Compared with Figure 1 the illustrated embodiment Figure 5 the illustrated embodiment will not cause the generation of a new lever arm, reduce the force on the bottom of the movable member 200, reduce the occurrence of stress concentration, and make the force application method more reasonable.

[0086] Another embodiment provides a drone, including the folding device described in any of the above embodiments.

[0087] For the above drone, the base 100 is provided on the drone, and the arm of the drone is connected to the movable member 200. When the movable member 200 rotates relative to the base 100, the arm of the drone can rotate relative to the fuselage of the drone, so that the end of the arm away from the movable member 200 approaches or moves away from the fuselage, thereby folding or unfolding the arm of the drone; when the drone needs to be used, the staff moves the end of the arm away from the movable member 200 away from the fuselage, and the movable member 200 rotates to a preset position, and the lock body 310 is locked and engaged with the lock seat 320 on the movable member 200 to lock the movable member 200 and prevent the movable member 200 from rotating relative to the base 100, thereby completing the fixation of the arm. When the arm needs to be folded, the staff cancels the locking engagement between the lock body 310 and the lock seat 320. At this time, the staff moves the end of the arm away from the movable member 200 closer to the fuselage, thereby completing the folding of the arm to facilitate the transportation of the drone. Compared with the traditional technology, the above folding device can realize the folding between the fuselage and the arm of the drone, save transportation space, and thus reduce the transportation cost.

[0088] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, one end of the arm is provided on the movable member 200, and the other end of the arm is connected to the wing.
