[0034] (Insight underlying the present invention)
[0035] The present inventor has found the following problems regarding the technology related to the space of a house described in the "Background Art" section.
[0036] Generally, as a person ages, the life stage of that person changes, and the property held also changes according to the life stage. Here, property refers to movable property placed in a house and used in daily life, and may include furniture, home appliances, books, or clothes, etc.
[0037] For example, there is sometimes a tendency that people in their teens to twenties hold relatively little property, and in addition, the proportion of property used by themselves in the whole property is relatively large. On the other hand, there is sometimes a tendency that people in their thirties to fifties hold relatively more property, and in addition, the proportion of property used by themselves in the whole property is relatively small. In other words, there is sometimes a tendency that among the property held by people in their thirties to fifties, in addition to the property used by themselves, it also includes property used by themselves and their families together or property used by their families.
[0038] In addition, there may be a tendency that as people age, they hold property with a relatively high purchase price, relatively high durability, or relatively large size.
[0039] When a person chooses a house to live in, the amount of space the house has becomes one of the selection criteria. This is because when a person lives in the house, it is necessary to allocate the property held by themselves and their families in the space inside the house, and in addition, it is necessary to reserve space where no property is allocated.
[0040] However, sometimes, it is difficult for a person who sees the actual housing or information representing the housing (such as a floor plan) to imagine the amount of future family property. Therefore, there is a problem as follows: When assuming living in this housing, it is not easy to imagine the space that may be required for this housing in the future. Similarly, there is a problem as follows: A person who views a facility is not easy to imagine the space that may be required for this facility when assuming living in this facility.
[0041] Therefore, the present invention provides an information processing method and the like for providing a user with information representing the space required for a facility in the future.
[0042] Hereinafter, the invention obtained from the disclosure of this specification will be exemplified, and the effects and the like obtained from this invention will be described.
[0043] (1) An information processing method is an information processing method executed by an information processing device using a processor. The method obtains attribute information including the age of each of one or more users at a reference time, and property information representing the property held by each of the one or more users at the reference time. By referring to standard information representing the occupied space of the standard property held by a person, which is pre-determined according to the age of the person, i.e., the standard space, the occupied space of the standard space for the one or more users obtained according to the attribute information and the standard information is compared with the occupied space of the property represented by the property information, and the amount information representing the amount of the property held by the one or more users is calculated. By using the calculated amount information to correct the standard information, the future information representing the property that the one or more users will hold in the future is calculated and provided.
[0044] According to the above method, the information processing method provides future information calculated based on the property held by the user. The provided future information reflects the amount of the property that the user will hold in the future based on the amount of the property held by the user. Therefore, a user who visually recognizes the future information can specifically identify the space occupied by the property that may be configured in the facility in the future, and can grasp the space required for the facility in the future. In this way, the information processing method can prompt the user with information representing the space required for the facility in the future.
[0045] (2) The information processing method according to (1), wherein when calculating the future information, an image obtained by synthesizing an image representing the property that the one or more users will hold in the future with an image representing the facility where the user lives is calculated as the future information.
[0046] According to the above method, the information processing method provides an image obtained by synthesizing images representing the property that the user will own in the future as future information. Therefore, the user can more specifically identify the space occupied by the property that the user will own in the future. Thus, the information processing method can more specifically present to the user information indicating the space required for the facility in the future.
[0047] (3) According to the information processing method described in (1) or (2), when calculating the future information, an image obtained by synthesizing a 3D (three-dimensional) image representing the facility where the user lives and a 3D image representing the property that the one or more users will own in the future is calculated as the future information.
[0048] According to the above method, the information processing method provides a 3D image obtained by synthesizing images representing the property that the user will own in the future as future information. Therefore, the user can more specifically and intuitively identify the space occupied by the property that the user will own in the future. Thus, the information processing method can more specifically and intuitively present to the user information indicating the space required for the facility in the future.
[0049] (4) According to the information processing method described in (1) or (2), the information processing method further obtains position and attitude information indicating the position and attitude of the terminal. When calculating the future information, a 3D image obtained by synthesizing a 3D image representing the facility where the user lives and a 3D image representing the property that the one or more users will own in the future, as observed from the terminal at the position and attitude indicated by the position and attitude information, is calculated as the future information and provided to the terminal.
[0050] According to the above method, the information processing method provides a 3D image of the facility observed from the terminal, obtained by synthesizing images representing the property that the user will own in the future, as future information. Therefore, the user can more specifically and intuitively identify by virtually viewing the space occupied by the property that the user will own in the future within the facility. Thus, the information processing method can more specifically and intuitively present to the user information indicating the space required for the facility in the future.
[0051] (5) According to the information processing method described in (1) or (2), when calculating the future information, an image obtained by synthesizing an image representing the floor plan (layout) of the facility where the user lives and an image representing the property that the one or more users will own in the future is calculated as the future information.
[0052] According to the above method, the information processing method provides a floor plan image obtained by synthesizing images representing the property that the user will own in the future as future information. Therefore, the user can more specifically and intuitively recognize the space occupied by the property that the user will own in the future. Thus, the information processing method can more specifically and intuitively present information indicating the space required for the facility in the future to the user.
[0053] (6) The information processing method according to any one of (1) to (5), wherein when calculating the future information, the future information including an image containing a virtual avatar corresponding to at least one of the one or more users living in the facility is calculated.
[0054] According to the above method, an image obtained by synthesizing an image representing the property that the user will own in the future and a virtual avatar corresponding to the user is provided as future information. Therefore, the user can more specifically recognize the property that the user will own in the future and their own posture in the facility. Thus, by comparing the space in the facility with the size of the user's body corresponding to the virtual avatar, it is easier to understand. Therefore, the information processing method can more specifically present information indicating the space required for the facility in the future to the user.
[0055] (7) The information processing method according to (1), wherein when calculating the future information, character information representing the occupied space of the property that the one or more users will own in the future is calculated as the future information.
[0056] According to the above method, the information processing method provides character information representing the occupied space of the property that the user will own in the future as future information. Therefore, the user can more specifically recognize the space occupied by the property that the user will own in the future. Thus, the information processing method can more specifically present information indicating the space required for the facility in the future to the user.
[0057] (8) The information processing method according to any one of (1) to (7), wherein when calculating the future information, the future information representing the property that the one or more users will own after N years (N is an integer of 1 or more) from the reference time is calculated in association with the number of years N passed.
[0058] According to the above method, the information processing method calculates the future information in association with the number of years N passed. Therefore, the user can specifically recognize the space occupied by the property that the user will own in the future in association with the number of years passed. Thus, the information processing method can more specifically present information indicating the space required for the facility in the future to the user.
[0059] (9) The information processing method according to any one of (1) to (8), wherein the attribute information further includes the gender or occupation of the one or more users, and the standard information represents the standard space of the occupied space of the standard household property held by the person, which is predetermined according to the age of the person and the gender or occupation of the person.
[0060] According to the above method, the information processing method further includes the gender or occupation of the user as attribute information. Therefore, future information can be calculated with higher accuracy according to the gender or occupation of the user, and the user can identify with higher accuracy the space occupied by the household property that the user will hold in the future. Therefore, the information processing method can more specifically and accurately prompt the user with information indicating the space required for the facility in the future.
[0061] (10) The information processing method according to (1), wherein the facility is a residence, and the one or more users are one or more residents living in the residence.
[0062] According to the above method, the information processing method provides future information calculated based on the household property held by the resident. The provided future information is based on the amount of household property held by the resident and reflects the quantity of the household property that the resident will hold in the future. Therefore, the user who visually recognizes the future information can specifically identify the space occupied by the household property that may be configured in the facility in the future and can grasp the space required for the facility in the future. In this way, the information processing method can prompt the user with information indicating the space required for the facility in the future.
[0063] (11) An information processing apparatus, comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires attribute information including the age of each of one or more users including a reference time, and household property information indicating the household property held by each of the one or more users at the reference time; a calculation unit that, by using a processor, refers to standard information representing the occupied space of the standard household property held by the person predetermined according to the age of the person, compares the standard space for the one or more users obtained from the attribute information and the standard information with the occupied space of the household property indicated by the household property information, and calculates quantity information indicating the amount of household property held by the one or more users; and a provision unit that corrects the standard information by using the calculated quantity information, calculates, and provides future information indicating the household property that the one or more users will hold in the future.
[0064] According to the above method, the same effect as the above information processing method is achieved.
[0065] (12) An information processing system, comprising: the information processing apparatus according to (11); and a terminal having a display unit that displays the future information provided by the information processing apparatus.
[0066] According to the above method, the same effect as the above information processing method is achieved.
[0067] (13) A program that causes a computer to execute the information processing method described in (1).
[0068] According to the above method, the same effect as the above information processing method is achieved.
[0069] In addition, these general or specific ways can be implemented by a system, device, integrated circuit, computer program, or recording medium such as a computer-readable CD-ROM, or can be implemented by any combination of a system, device, integrated circuit, computer program, or recording medium.
[0070] Hereinafter, the embodiments will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
[0071] In addition, the embodiments described below are all general or specific examples. The numerical values, shapes, materials, constituent elements, arrangement positions of the constituent elements, connection methods, steps, order of steps, etc. shown in the following embodiments are examples and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. In addition, among the constituent elements in the following embodiments, the constituent elements not described in the independent claims representing the most general concept are described as arbitrary constituent elements.
[0072] (Embodiment)
[0073] In the present embodiment, an information processing method for providing information on a space representing future requirements for a facility to a user will be described.
[0074] The facility is, for example, a house, and this case will be used as an example for description, but the facility can also be an office, a hospital, a store, or the like. In addition, when the facility is a house, the user of the facility is the occupant living in the house. Also, when the facility is an office, the user of the facility is the employee working in the office.
[0075] Taking the case where the house to which the present embodiment is applied is a house that the user is considering living in as an example for description. In other words, the house as the object is different from the house where the user currently lives and is a house that the user may live in in the future. The house as the object can be, for example, a house that the user intends to sign a purchase or lease contract for.
[0076] Figure 1 It is an explanatory diagram schematically showing the structure of the information processing system 1 in the present embodiment.
[0077] As Figure 1As shown, the information processing system 1 includes a server 10 and a terminal 20. The server 10 and the terminal 20 are directly or indirectly connected to the network N and can communicate with each other via the network N.
[0078] The network N can be composed of any communication line or network. For example, it can include the Internet, a mobile phone operator network, an access network of an Internet provider, or a public access network, etc.
[0079] The server 10 is a device that generates information representing a space required for a future residence. The server 10 sends the generated information to the terminal 20 via the network N.
[0080] The server 10 includes a communication unit 11, an acquisition unit 12, a calculation unit 13, and a provision unit 14. The acquisition unit 12, the calculation unit 13, and the provision unit 14 are at least implemented by a processor (not shown) and a memory (not shown) provided in the server 10 executing a prescribed program.
[0081] The communication unit 11 is a communication interface connected to the network N. The communication unit 11 is communicably connected to the communication unit 21 of the terminal 20 via the network N. The communication unit 11 is, for example, a communication interface for wired communication, but it can also be a communication interface for wireless communication.
[0082] The acquisition unit 12 acquires information required for the processing executed by the server 10. Specifically, the acquisition unit 12 acquires at least attribute information and household property information. The attribute information includes at least the ages of one or more occupants at a reference time. In addition, the attribute information may also include the genders or occupations of one or more occupants at the reference time. The reference time can be any time. For example, it can be the time when the acquisition unit 12 acquires the attribute information or the household property information, or it can be a past or future time.
[0083] The attribute information may also include the classification of one or more occupants at the reference time regarding infants, toddlers, or students (children or trainees). More specifically, it can include classifications such as kindergarten students, primary school students, junior high school students, senior high school students, university students, postgraduate students (pre-doctoral), postgraduate students (post-doctoral), etc. The attribute information may also include the relationships between one or more occupants and their family members (father, husband, mother, wife, child, eldest son, or second daughter, etc.), the positions where they stay in the residence with a relatively high frequency (such as the kitchen), the postures when staying at that position (such as a standing posture), personality, interests, or hobbies, etc. The acquisition unit 12 can acquire the attribute information from the terminal 20 via the network N and the communication unit 11, or can also acquire it by reading the attribute information pre-stored in a storage device (not shown).
[0084] In addition, the household property information represents the household properties held respectively by one or more occupants at the reference time. The acquisition unit 12 can acquire the household property information from the terminal 20 via the network N and the communication unit 11, or can acquire the household property information by reading the attribute information pre-stored in a storage device (not shown).
[0085] In addition, the acquisition unit 12 can acquire information indicating the position and posture of the user (also referred to as position and posture information) from the terminal 20. More specifically, the position and posture of the user are the position and posture of the user's head.
[0086] The calculation unit 13 uses the information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 to calculate abundance information indicating the abundance of the household properties held by one or more occupants. Specifically, the calculation unit 13 compares the standard space of one or more occupants obtained based on the attribute information and the standard information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 with the occupied space of the household properties represented by the household property information, and calculates the abundance information indicating the abundance of the household properties held by one or more occupants.
[0087] Here, the standard information is information indicating the standard space. The standard space is the occupied space of the standard household properties held by a person pre-determined according to the person's age. In addition, the standard information can also be information indicating the occupied space of the standard household properties held by a person pre-determined according to the person's age and the person's gender or occupation, that is, the standard space.
[0088] In addition, the standard information can also include information related to the arrangement of the standard household properties held by the person. For example, it can also include information determining the room (such as a living room, etc.) where the household properties are arranged, or information determining the position (such as arranged along the wall, etc.) where the household properties are arranged in the room.
[0089] The occupied space of the household property refers to the space occupied by the household property. More specifically, it is represented by the volume occupied by the household property or the area occupied by the household property. In addition, the volume occupied by the household property can also be said to be the volume occupied by the household property. In other words, the area occupied by the household property is the area of the region occupied when the household property is projected onto the ground.
[0090] The abundance information can be calculated, for example, as a ratio of the occupied space of the household properties held by one or more occupants to the standard space of the occupants (refer to the following (Equation 1)).
[0091] Abundance information
[0092] = Occupied space of the household properties held by the occupant / Standard space of the household properties of the occupant
[0093] (Equation 1)
[0094] For example, when the standard space of a resident's household property is 10 m3 and the occupied space of the household property held by the resident is 12 m3, the more or less information is 120%.
[0095] In addition, the calculation unit 13 can calculate the more or less information regarding the entire house, or calculate the more or less information for each room of the house.
[0096] In addition, the calculation unit 13 can also calculate the more or less information multiple times through the above (Equation 1), and re - take the average value of the more or less information calculated multiple times as the more or less information. For example, when the more or less information calculated through (Equation 1) two years ago was 118%, the more or less information calculated through (Equation 1) one year ago was 122%, and the more or less information calculated through (Equation 1) at the current moment is 120%, the average value of 118%, 122%, and 120%, that is, 120%, can also be re - taken as the more or less information.
[0097] In addition, the "occupied space of the household property held by the resident" in (Equation 1) can also be the area or volume of the household property estimated through image recognition processing of the camera image obtained by the user while holding a smart phone and photographing the interior of the house.
[0098] The providing unit 14 calculates future information indicating the household property that one or more residents will hold in the future and provides it to the terminal 20. Specifically, the providing unit 14 corrects the standard information by using the more or less information calculated by the calculation unit 13, thereby calculating the above - mentioned future information. The providing unit 14 can calculate the future information regarding the entire house, or calculate the future information for each room of the house. The future information can have various forms.
[0099] When calculating the future information, the providing unit 14 can calculate an image obtained by synthesizing an image representing the household property that one or more residents will hold in the future with an image representing the house where the resident lives, as the future information. The above - mentioned image can be a 3D (three - dimensional) image or a 2D (two - dimensional) image.
[0100] A specific example of the 3D image is an image representing the objects inside the house (more specifically, the building components or building materials of the house (also referred to as building components, etc.), and the household property arranged inside the house) when observed from a specific position inside the house. In other words, when calculating the future information, the providing unit 14 can calculate an image obtained by synthesizing a 3D image representing the household property that one or more residents will hold in the future with a 3D image representing the house through image processing, as the future information.
[0101] In addition, when the providing unit 14 (acquisition unit 12) of the server 10 has acquired information indicating the position and posture of the user (also referred to as position and posture information) from the terminal 20, it can calculate a 3D image obtained by synthesizing a 3D image representing one or more properties that the future occupants will hold with a 3D image representing a house, as future information, which is the 3D image observed from the position and posture represented by the position and posture information at the terminal 20. In this case, when the providing unit 14 has acquired new position and posture information from the terminal 20, it uses the acquired new position and posture information to calculate a new 3D image as future information. Thus, the terminal 20 can update the 3D image in real time each time the position and posture of the terminal 20 change.
[0102] In addition, when the providing unit 14 calculates a 3D image as future information, the 3D image is different depending on whether the display screen of the display unit 23 provided in the terminal 20 is a transmissive type or a non-transmissive type. When the display screen is of the transmissive type, the providing unit 14 calculates a 3D image that overlaps with the scene seen by the user on the opposite side of the display screen, as future information. When the display screen is of the non-transmissive type, the providing unit 14 calculates the entire 3D image seen by the user, as future information.
[0103] A specific example of the 2D image is an image showing the objects inside the house (more specifically, the building components of the house and the properties etc. arranged in the house) when observing the whole or a part of the house from above. The 2D image is equivalent to an image in which the image of the properties is arranged on a so-called floor plan image representing the house. In other words, when calculating the future information, the providing unit 14 can calculate an image obtained by synthesizing an image representing one or more properties that the future occupants will hold with an image representing the floor plan of the house, as future information. In addition, regarding the image of which room in the house the above-mentioned properties are arranged in, it can be arbitrarily determined, and when the information determining the room or position where the properties are arranged is included in the standard information, the standard information can also be referred to for determination.
[0104] In addition, when calculating the future information, the providing unit 14 can also calculate future information including an image containing an avatar corresponding to at least one of the one or more occupants living in the house.
[0105] In addition, in the 3D image or 2D image, parts that have little to do with the space inside the house (for example, the detailed shape, pattern or color etc. of the building components or properties) can also be omitted or simplified.
[0106] In addition, when calculating the future information, the providing unit 14 can calculate information representing the occupied space of one or more properties that the future occupants will hold, as future information.
[0107] In addition, when calculating future information, the providing unit 14 can calculate the future information indicating the property held by one or more residents after N years from the reference time in association with the number of years N passed. Here, N is an integer of 1 or more. When the future information is an image, the character information indicating the number of years N passed may also be included in the image.
[0108] The terminal 20 is a device that obtains information indicating the space required for the future of the house from the server 10 and presents it to the user. The terminal 20 may be a portable information terminal (such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a personal computer), a wearable information terminal (VR (Virtual Reality) glasses, AR (Augmented Reality) glasses, or a head-mounted display), or a fixed information terminal (such as a personal computer).
[0109] The terminal 20 includes a communication unit 21, a control unit 22, and a display unit 23. In addition, when the terminal 20 is a wearable information terminal, a sensor 24 may also be included.
[0110] The communication unit 21 is a communication interface connected to the network N. The communication unit 21 is communicably connected to the communication unit 11 of the server 10 via the network N. The communication unit 21 is, for example, a communication interface for performing wireless communication. Taking this case as an example, the description will be given, but it may also be a communication interface for performing wired communication.
[0111] The control unit 22 controls the components included in the terminal 20. Specifically, the control unit 22 generates the information to be sent by the communication unit 21 and sends it through the communication unit 21. In addition, the control unit 22 obtains the information received by the communication unit 21 and performs processing. In addition, the control unit 22 causes an image to be displayed on the display screen by generating image data to be displayed on the display screen by the display unit 23 and providing it to the control unit 22. In addition, when the terminal 20 includes the sensor 24, the control unit 22 obtains the sensor value generated by the sensor 24 and sends it to the server 10 through the communication unit 21.
[0112] When the control unit 22 holds the attribute information or property information related to the user, or when the attribute information or property information related to the user is obtained via a user interface (not shown), the control unit 22 provides the attribute information or property information to the server 10 via the network N and the communication unit 21. In addition, when the terminal 20 includes the sensor 24, the control unit 22 provides the position and attitude information obtained by the sensor 24 to the server 10 via the network N and the communication unit 21.
[0113] The display unit 23 has a display screen, and image data is displayed on the display screen. The display unit 23 acquires the image data generated by the server 10 via the network N and the control unit 22, and displays an image on the display screen based on the acquired image data. It is assumed that the displayed image is visually recognized by the user. The image displayed by the display unit 23 is a 2D image or a 3D image as future information. When the terminal 20 is equipped with the sensor 24, the image displayed by the display unit 23 may be a 3D image corresponding to the position and attitude information of the terminal 20.
[0114] In addition, the display screen of the display unit 23 may be a transmissive type or a non-transmissive type. When the display screen is of the transmissive type, the user can view both the scene seen on the opposite side of the display screen and the image displayed on the display screen while passing through the display screen to view the scene on the opposite side. In other words, the user visually recognizes the scene seen on the opposite side of the display screen and the 3D image overlapping with the scene. When the display screen is of the non-transmissive type, the user visually recognizes the image displayed on the display screen.
[0115] The sensor 24 senses the position and attitude of the terminal 20 and generates a sensor value representing the information indicating the position and attitude of the terminal 20. The position and attitude of the terminal 20 reflect the position and attitude of the user wearing the terminal 20 (more specifically, the position and attitude of the user's head). The sensor 24 provides the generated sensor value to the control unit 22.
[0116] Refer to Figures 2A - 2C An example of the standard information will be described.
[0117] Figure 2A It is an explanatory diagram showing a first example of the standard information in the present embodiment.
[0118] In Figure 2A , the categories of the standard household properties held by a person are corresponded to the occupied spaces of the household properties according to the person's age. In Figure 2A , as the person's age, 20 years old, 30 years old, and 40 years old are shown as specific examples. It should be noted that the parentheses shown after the household property indicate the occupied space of the household property.
[0119] For example, as the standard household properties held by a 20-year-old person, a sofa, a low table, and a refrigerator are shown, and the occupied spaces of these household properties are SA2, SB2, and SC2 respectively. SA2 etc. are represented by, for example, a numerical value indicating volume or a numerical value indicating area. The same applies hereinafter.
[0120] In addition, for example, as the standard household properties held by a 30-year-old person, a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a cutlery rack are shown, and the occupied spaces of these household properties are SA3, SB3, SC3, and SD3 respectively.
[0121] In addition, for example, as the standard household property held by a 40-year-old person, a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a bookshelf are shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are SA4, SB4, SC4, and SD4, respectively.
[0122] In addition, in Figure 2A standard information is shown for each age, but it is also possible to use divisions that summarize multiple ages to represent the standard information. The division of ages can be set to, for example, 5 years or 10 years. In addition, the range of ages included in the division may not be constant. In addition, the standard information may be information that correlates household property with occupied space not only according to a person's age but also according to the person's gender or occupation, etc.
[0123] Figure 2B It is an explanatory diagram showing a second example of the standard information in the present embodiment.
[0124] In Figure 2B similar to Figure 2A the categories of the standard household property held by the person are shown corresponding to the occupied spaces of the household property according to the person's age. In Figure 2B in addition to household property that is assumed to be fixedly placed on the ground for use (such as a sofa, a table, or a refrigerator, etc.), household property that is easily carried by a person (such as books, clothes, or tableware, etc.) is also shown.
[0125] For example, as the standard household property held by a 20-year-old person, in addition to a sofa, a low table, and a refrigerator, books and clothes are also shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are SX2 and SY2, respectively.
[0126] In addition, for example, as the standard household property held by a 30-year-old person, in addition to a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a cutlery rack, books, clothes, and tableware are also shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are SX3, SY3, and SZ3, respectively.
[0127] In addition, for example, as the standard household property held by a 40-year-old person, in addition to a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a bookshelf, books and clothes are also shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are SX4 and SY4, respectively.
[0128] Figure 2C It is an explanatory diagram showing a third example of the standard information in the present embodiment.
[0129] In Figure 2C similar to Figure 2A or Figure 2B the categories of the standard household property held by the person are shown corresponding to the occupied spaces of the household property according to the person's age. In Figure 2C regarding Figure 2BThe household properties shown are attached with information indicating whether they are for personal use or shared among family members. In addition, in the parentheses shown following the household properties, in addition to the occupied space of the household property, the character "P" indicating a household property for personal use or the character "F" indicating a household property shared among family members is also shown.
[0130] For example, as the standard household properties held by a 20-year-old person, a sofa, a low table, a refrigerator, books, and clothes are shown, and it is shown that all of them are household properties for personal use.
[0131] In addition, for example, as the standard household properties held by a 30-year-old person, a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, a sideboard, books, clothes, and tableware are shown, among which the books and clothes are for personal use and the rest are shared among family members.
[0132] In addition, for example, as the standard household properties held by a 40-year-old person, a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, a bookshelf, books, and clothes are shown, among which the bookshelf, books, and clothes are for personal use and the rest are shared among family members.
[0133] In addition, the household properties shared among family members can also be associated with a specified person among the residents. The specified person can be, for example, a person determined to be the head of the family or the representative, or the oldest person, etc.
[0134] Figure 3 It is an explanatory diagram showing examples of the attribute information and household property information in this embodiment.
[0135] In Figure 3 , the attribute information of each resident is represented in correspondence with the household property information indicating the household properties held by each resident. The household property information includes information indicating the category of the household property and information indicating the occupied space of the household property.
[0136] Specifically, in Figure 3 , the attribute information of each of the three residents is shown.
[0137] The attribute information includes at least age. Figure 3 The ages of the three residents shown are 33 years old, 36 years old, and 6 years old. In addition, as the attribute information, age and gender can also be included. In this case, Figure 3 the ages and genders of the three residents shown can be, for example, 33 years old (male), 36 years old (female), and 6 years old (male). In addition, in this case, the 33-year-old (male) can also be the person determined to be the head of the family.
[0138] In addition, in Figure 3 , the household property information of each of the three residents is represented in correspondence with the attribute information.
[0139] For example, as the household property held by a 33-year-old resident, a sofa, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a sideboard are shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are A, B, C, and D, respectively.
[0140] For example, as the household property held by a 36-year-old resident, a low table, a storage box, and a piano are shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are F, G, and H, respectively.
[0141] For example, as the household property held by a 6-year-old resident, a storage box and a desk are shown, and the occupied spaces of this household property are J and K, respectively.
[0142] The calculation unit 13 calculates the abundance information based on the household property information by referring to Figure 2A the standard information shown. For example, if the standard information about a 33-year-old resident is the same as the standard information about a 30-year-old resident, the calculation unit 13 calculates the abundance information by dividing the occupied space (A + B + C + D +...) of the household property held by the 33-year-old resident by the standard space (SA3 + SB3 + SC3 + SD3 +...) of the household property of the 30-year-old resident.
[0143] Hereinafter, a specific example of the future information generated by the providing unit 14 will be described. The future information generated by the providing unit 14 may include (1) character information indicating the occupied space of the household property, (2) a floor plan image including the household property, or (3) a 3D image including the household property. Each of the information will be described in detail below.
[0144] (1) Character information indicating the occupied space of the household property
[0145] Figure 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a first example of the character information indicating the occupied space of the household property in the present embodiment. Figure 4 The character information shown is an example of the future information of the household property held by the resident 5 years after the reference time. Here, an example will be described in which the providing unit 14 calculates the future information for each room of the house.
[0146] For example, in Figure 4 it is shown that the area of the occupied space of the household property in the living room L is 18% and the volume is 11%. These values are the values expressed as the ratio to the area or volume of the living room L of the information obtained by multiplying the standard space of the household property of the resident 5 years after the reference time by the abundance information.
[0147] For Figure 4 the other rooms shown, the same applies.
[0148] Figure 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a second example of the character information indicating the occupied space of the household property in the present embodiment. Figure 5The character information shown is an example of future information on the household property held by the occupant 10 years after the reference time.
[0149] For example, in Figure 5 it is shown that the area of the occupied space of the household property in the living room L is 22% and the volume is 13%. These values are the values expressed as the ratio to the area or volume of the living room L of the information obtained by multiplying the standard space of the occupant's household property 10 years after the reference time by the amount information.
[0150] For Figure 5 the other rooms shown are the same.
[0151] Figure 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a third example of the character information representing the occupied space of the household property in the present embodiment. Figure 6 The character information shown is an example of future information on the household property held by the occupant 15 years after the reference time.
[0152] For example, in Figure 6 it is shown that the area of the occupied space of the household property in the living room L is 25% and the volume is 15%. These values are the values expressed as the ratio to the area or volume of the living room L of the information obtained by multiplying the standard space of the occupant's household property 15 years after the reference time by the amount information.
[0153] For Figure 6 the other rooms shown are the same.
[0154] In addition, Figures 4 - 6 the character information shown can also be displayed at the position of the room in the floor plan image. Examples of this case are described below.
[0155] Figure 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a first example of the floor plan image in the present embodiment. Figure 7 The floor plan image shown is an example of future information on the household property held by the occupant 5 years after the reference time.
[0156] In Figure 7 it is shown that, based on the image representing the floor plan of the house, at the positions of the rooms in the house (specifically, the living room L, the kitchen K, and the rooms R1, R2, and R3), the character information 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45 representing the occupied space of the household property in the room 5 years after the reference time is synthesized. The character information 41 to 45 is the same as the character information shown in Figure 4 so the description thereof is omitted.
[0157] In addition, character information 49 including the number of years elapsed since the reference time, information indicating the occupant, or attribute information of the occupant may also be included in the floor plan image. The same applies hereinafter.
[0158] Figure 8 It is an explanatory diagram showing a second example of the floor plan image in the present embodiment. Figure 8 The shown floor plan image is an example showing future information on the household property held by the occupant 10 years after the reference time.
[0159] In Figure 8 , an image is shown in which, based on the image representing the floor plan of the house, character information 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45 indicating the occupied space of the household property of the room 10 years after the reference time is synthesized at the respective positions of the rooms (specifically, living room L, kitchen K, and rooms R1, R2, and R3) of the house. The character information 41 to 45 is the same as the character information shown in Figure 5 , so the description is omitted.
[0160] Figure 9 It is an explanatory diagram showing a third example of the floor plan image in the present embodiment. Figure 9 The shown floor plan image is an example showing future information on the household property held by the occupant 15 years after the reference time.
[0161] In Figure 9 , an image is shown in which, based on the image representing the floor plan of the house, character information 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45 indicating the occupied space of the household property of the room 15 years after the reference time is synthesized at the respective positions of the rooms (specifically, living room L, kitchen K, and rooms R1, R2, and R3) of the house. The character information 41 to 45 is the same as the character information shown in Figure 6 , so the description is omitted.
[0162] In addition, for a room whose occupied space exceeds the threshold, a mark indicating a relatively large occupied space may also be shown. Multiple thresholds may also be set. For example, when two thresholds of 30% and 40% are set for the area as the thresholds, a mark 51 is shown for a room whose occupied space exceeds 30% of the area (refer to Figure 8 ), and a mark 52 is shown for a room whose occupied space exceeds 40% of the area (refer to Figure 9)。In this case, the marker 51 helps to convey to the user that a relatively low level of attention is required. Additionally, the marker 52 helps to convey to the user that a higher level of attention than that of the marker 51 is required. The degree of attention reminded to the user by the markers 51 and 52 can also be reflected in the markers. Specifically, according to the degree of attention, the size of the marker 52 can be made larger than the size of the marker 51, or it can be represented by a color that is more prominent than that of the marker 51, or it can also include a mark or character that is more prominent than that of the marker 51.
[0163] (2) Floor plan image including household property
[0164] Figure 10 It is an explanatory diagram showing the fourth example of the floor plan image in the present embodiment. Figure 10 The shown floor plan image is an example representing the future information of the household property held by the occupant 5 years after the reference time.
[0165] In Figure 10 , an image is shown in which, based on the image representing the floor plan of the house, the household properties 61 and 62 of the respective rooms in the house (specifically, the living room L, the kitchen K, and the rooms R1, R2, and R3) 5 years after the reference time are synthesized at their respective positions.
[0166] In Figure 10 , as an example, a state in which the household properties 61 and 62 are arranged in the living room L is shown. The household property 61 is a dining table as an example of household property, and the household property 62 is a TV cabinet as an example of household property. The household properties 61 and 62 are the household properties held by one of the occupants. The positions where the household properties 61 and 62 are arranged can be set based on the positions predetermined according to the categories of the household properties. For example, the dining table can be set at a position near the kitchen counter, and the TV cabinet can be set at a position along the relatively wide wall surface in the living room L.
[0167] Regarding Figure 10 the other rooms shown are the same.
[0168] Figure 11 It is an explanatory diagram showing the fifth example of the floor plan image in the present embodiment. Figure 11 The shown floor plan image is an example representing the future information of the household property held by the occupant 10 years after the reference time.
[0169] In Figure 11 , an image is shown in which, based on the image representing the floor plan of the house, the household properties 61, 62, 63, and 64 of the respective rooms in the house (specifically, the living room L, the kitchen K, and the rooms R1, R2, and R3) 10 years after the reference time are synthesized at their respective positions.
[0170] InFigure 11 Among them, as an example, a state in which household properties 61, 62, 63, and 64 are arranged in the living room L is shown. Regarding household properties 61 and 62, it is the same as the situation in Figure 10 . Household property 63 is a bookshelf as an example of household property, and household property 64 is a sofa as an example of household property. Household properties 63 and 64 are household properties held by one of the occupants. For example, the bookshelf is determined to be located along a relatively wide wall surface in the living room L. The sofa is determined to be located at a position separated from other household properties in the living room L. In addition, when a TV cabinet is arranged in the living room L, the sofa can also be determined to be located in the front direction of the TV cabinet.
[0171] Regarding Figure 11 The same applies to the other rooms shown.
[0172] Figure 12 It is an explanatory diagram showing a sixth example of the floor plan image in the present embodiment. Figure 12 The floor plan image shown is an example of future information on the household properties held by the occupants 15 years after the reference time.
[0173] In Figure 12 , an image obtained by synthesizing the household properties 61, 62, 63, and 64A of the room 10 years after the reference time at the respective positions of the rooms (specifically, the living room L, the kitchen K, and the rooms R1, R2, and R3) of the house based on the image representing the floor plan of the house is shown.
[0174] In Figure 12 , as an example, a state in which household properties 61, 62, 63, and 64A are arranged in the living room L is shown. Regarding household properties 61, 62, and 63, it is the same as the situation in Figure 11 . Household property 64A is a sofa as an example of household property, and it is a household property that occupies a larger space than the household property 64 shown in Figure 11 .
[0175] Regarding Figure 12 The same applies to the other rooms shown.
[0176] (3) 3D image including household properties
[0177] Figure 13A It is an explanatory diagram showing a first example of the 3D image in the present embodiment. Figure 13A The 3D image shown is an example of future information on the household properties held by the occupants 5 years after the reference time.
[0178] In Figure 13AShown is an image obtained by synthesizing a 3D image representing the household goods 71 of the room five years after a reference time based on a 3D image observed from one viewpoint inside the room (e.g., a single room for a child). The 3D image serving as the above basis is a 3D image representing the ceiling, floor, walls, doors, etc. as components of a house.
[0179] In the case where the terminal 20 is equipped with the sensor 24, Figure 13A The shown image corresponds to a 3D image when observing the inside of the house from the position and posture where the terminal 20 is located as represented by the position and posture information acquired by the sensor 24.
[0180] Figure 13A The shown household goods 71 is a storage rack as an example of household goods. The household goods 71 is held by one of the occupants. The position where the household goods 71 is placed can be set based on a position predetermined according to the category of the household goods. For example, the storage rack can be determined to be at a position along the wall surface in the room that has a width wider than the width of the storage rack.
[0181] Figure 13B It is an explanatory diagram showing a second example of the 3D image in the present embodiment. Figure 13B The shown 3D image is an example of future information on the household goods held by the occupants ten years after the reference time.
[0182] In Figure 13B it shows an image obtained by synthesizing a 3D image representing the household goods 71, 72, 73, and 74 of the room ten years after a reference time for the same underlying 3D image as in Figure 13A .
[0183] Figure 13B The shown household goods 71 is the same as in Figure 13A . The household goods 72 is a bookshelf as an example of household goods. The household goods 73 is a storage box as an example of household goods. The household goods 74 is a desk as an example of household goods.
[0184] For example, the bookshelf can be determined to be at a position along the wall surface in the room that has a width wider than the width of the bookshelf. The same applies to the storage rack and the desk.
[0185] In addition, in the 3D image including household goods, it may include not only furniture but also movable property such as books or clothes used in daily life in addition to furniture. The movable property used in daily life can also be selected according to the age or gender of the person assumed to use the room, etc. An example of this case will be described.
[0186] Figure 14AThis is an explanatory diagram showing a third example of the 3D image in the present embodiment.
[0187] In Figure 14A In Figure 13A In the room shown, a cloth doll is placed on the household property 71. The cloth doll is an example of a movable property that is assumed to be used by a person (such as a 6-year-old child) who is supposed to use the room in daily life.
[0188] Figure 14B This is an explanatory diagram showing a fourth example of the 3D image in the present embodiment.
[0189] In Figure 14B In Figure 13B In the room shown, books, scrolls, etc. are placed on the household properties 71 and 72. Books, scrolls, etc. are examples of movable properties that are assumed to be used by a person (such as an 11-year-old child) who is supposed to use the room in daily life.
[0190] Thus, the user can more specifically imagine the changes in the space required for future residence.
[0191] When the terminal 20 is equipped with the sensor 24, Figures 13A - 14B The image shown is equivalent to the 3D image when observing the interior of the house from the position and orientation where the terminal 20 exists, as represented by the position and orientation information obtained by the sensor 24.
[0192] Hereinafter, the future information as an image including a virtual avatar corresponding to the occupant will be described.
[0193] Figure 15 This is an explanatory diagram showing a third example of the 3D image in the present embodiment. Figure 15 The 3D image shown is an example of the future information of the household property held by the occupant several years after the reference time.
[0194] In Figure 15 In Figures 13A - 14B Similarly to
[0195] In addition, in Figure 15 An image of the virtual avatar 81 corresponding to the occupant is shown. The virtual avatar 81 is an image corresponding to at least one of the one or more occupants living in the house. In addition, the occupant may include users, pets, robots, etc. who visit regularly or irregularly.
[0196] The virtual avatar 81 can be arranged in the positions where the occupant stays in the residence with a relatively high frequency, in the posture when the occupant stays at that position. When the attribute information includes the positions where the occupant stays in the residence with a relatively high frequency or the postures when staying at those positions, the position and posture of the virtual avatar 81 can be determined based on the attribute information.
[0197] For example, Figure 15 The virtual avatar 81 shown is the virtual avatar 81 corresponding to an occupant with the following attribute information: as the relationship among family members is mother (or wife), the position where the occupant stays in the residence with a relatively high frequency is the kitchen, and the posture when staying at that position is a standing posture.
[0198] Figure 16 It is a flowchart showing the processing (also called information processing method) executed by the server 10 in the present embodiment.
[0199] In step S101, the server 10 acquires the attribute information including the ages of each of one or more occupants living in the residence, and the household property information indicating the household properties held by each of the one or more occupants.
[0200] In step S102, the server 10 compares the standard space for one or more occupants obtained based on the attribute information and the standard information with the occupied space of the household properties indicated by the household property information, and calculates the quantity information indicating the amount of household properties held by one or more occupants. When calculating the quantity information, the standard information is referred to.
[0201] In step S103, the server 10 uses the quantity information calculated in step S102 to correct the standard information, thereby calculating and outputting the future information indicating the household properties that one or more occupants will hold in the future.
[0202] Thereby, the server 10 can provide the user with information indicating the space required for the residence in the future.
[0203] In addition, in the above embodiment, each component can also be constituted by dedicated hardware, or can be implemented by executing a software program suitable for each component. Each component can also be implemented by a program execution unit such as a CPU or a processor reading and executing a software program recorded in a recording medium such as a hard disk or a semiconductor memory. Here, the software of the server etc. implementing the above embodiment is the following program.
[0204] That is, the program causes a computer to execute an information processing method, which is an information processing method executed by an information processing apparatus using a processor.
