[0030] The following will describe the implementation manners of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0031] Such as Figures 1 to 12A hydrogen peroxide generator as shown, comprising a frame 100, wherein the frame 100 is provided with a frame cavity 24, an air inlet 241 and an exhaust port 242 respectively communicating with the frame cavity 24. The frame cavity 24 is provided with a hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2, a water tank 1 connected to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2, and a circulation module 3 for circulating and transporting liquid. The hydrogen peroxide reaction module 24 is provided with a liquid reaction chamber 23 and a gas-solid-liquid reaction zone 25 located between the frame cavity 24 and the liquid reaction chamber 23. An air-solid interface is formed between the frame cavity 24 and the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone 25, and a solid-liquid interface is formed between the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone 25 and the liquid reaction chamber 23.
[0032] In the present invention, by setting a critical hydrogen peroxide reaction module, an air-solid interface is formed between the frame cavity and the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone, and a solid-liquid interface is formed between the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone and the liquid reaction chamber. Through the flow of gas and the flow of electrolyte, the generation of hydrogen peroxide is promoted. The present invention also sets a circulation module, so that the low-concentration hydrogen peroxide generated by the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can be collected in the water tank and then transferred back to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module to continue the reaction. By allowing the liquid to participate in the reaction process multiple times to achieve step-by-step accumulation reaction, electrode polarization is alleviated, side reaction interference is reduced, which helps to increase the final generated concentration of hydrogen peroxide and realize integrated continuous production.
[0033] Existing electrochemical technologies are difficult to directly and efficiently prepare high-concentration hydrogen peroxide and rely on complex post-treatment processes, which increases equipment investment, operating costs and operation difficulties. In traditional preparation methods, due to limitations in reaction principles and device designs, there are a large number of energy losses and side reactions, resulting in low generation efficiency of hydrogen peroxide and inability to meet the requirements of large-scale and low-cost production. During the reaction process, the control of key reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure, reactant concentration and interface properties is not precise enough, affecting the generation quality and concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the solution.
[0034] This hydrogen peroxide generator utilizes the special physical and chemical properties of substances in the critical state. Under specific reactant concentration conditions, the reaction system is made to approach or be in the critical state. In this critical state, the interaction between reactants and reaction kinetics change significantly. For example, by controlling the concentrations of oxygen, water and catalyst in the reaction system, the reaction is carried out near the critical state. At this time, the activity of reactant molecules is enhanced, the reaction rate is accelerated, and it is conducive to the generation of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide.
[0035] In the reaction system, the key reaction steps include the activation of oxygen on the specially designed catalytic interface and the reaction with water. Under the critical state, oxygen molecules are more likely to dissociate and activate on the catalyst surface and react with water molecules to generate hydrogen peroxide. Compared with traditional methods, this critical reaction principle reduces the occurrence of side reactions and improves the selectivity of hydrogen peroxide generation.
[0036] Specifically, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module produces hydrogen peroxide by electrochemical means, and during the electrochemical reaction, a reduction reaction of oxygen occurs on the cathode surface to generate hydrogen peroxide: O2+ 2H + +2e - → H2O2; At the same time, water oxidation reaction occurs on the anode surface to generate oxygen: 2H2O → O2 + 4H + +4e - ; The overall reaction formula of the entire electrolysis process is 2H2O + O2→ 2H2O2.
[0037] It can be seen from this that a gas-liquid reaction will occur in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module when performing an electrochemical reaction. On the cathode surface of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, hydrogen ions react with oxygen in the air to produce an oxygen reduction reaction.
[0038] The liquid reaction chamber of the present invention can ensure that the electrolyte fully contacts the electrode surface and maintains a stable electrochemical reaction. The gas-solid-liquid reaction zone can increase the gas-liquid contact area, promote the dissolution of O2 and its migration to the electrode interface. The rack cavity 24 can continuously introduce air or oxygen through the air inlet and exhaust port to provide sufficient O2 for the reaction, avoiding the reaction stagnation caused by insufficient dissolved oxygen in the traditional way.
[0039] For traditional electrochemical methods, under high current density, the electrode surface is prone to polarization, causing the effective potential to be occupied by side reactions, reducing the current efficiency of hydrogen peroxide generation, while high-power operation will aggravate side reactions and cause local overheating problems. Since hydrogen peroxide is unstable, traditional devices lack effective control over temperature, pH and metal impurities, and are prone to decomposition under high temperature or metal ion catalysis. In this case, excessively extending the residence time will reduce the production capacity per unit time, causing hydrogen peroxide to decompose on the electrode surface.
[0040] Specifically, the circulating electrolyte can continuously update the reactants on the electrode surface, reduce concentration polarization, and maintain high current efficiency. In addition, the cyclic process reacts multiple times at low power, which can reduce energy consumption when achieving the same concentration target compared to traditional electrochemical methods. The flow of the circulating liquid can evenly disperse the reaction heat and avoid local overheating that causes hydrogen peroxide decomposition or equipment damage.
[0041] Compared with the complex operation steps of traditional chemical methods, the present invention adopts a continuous operation mode of generating and concentrating at the same time, which does not require intermediate storage and multiple transfers and is suitable for industrial scale-up production.
[0042] like Figures 2 to 11 In the hydrogen peroxide generator shown, the rack cavity 24 is provided with a mounting bracket 7 for supporting the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 and a suction device 6 for accelerating air flow, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is located on the upper side of the water tank 1, and the circulation module 3 is located in the water tank 1. Furthermore, the mounting bracket is used to support the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, and can provide a stable support structure for the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, so that it can maintain a stable position during operation, thereby effectively avoiding the problem that the normal operation of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is affected by external factors such as vibration and shaking generated during the operation of the device.
[0043] Specifically, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is located on the upper side of the water tank. When assembling, inspecting or replacing the hydrogen peroxide reaction module of the hydrogen peroxide generator, the staff can more easily install the hydrogen peroxide reaction module accurately to the designated position, and can also conveniently disassemble and reinstall it when maintenance is required later, thereby reducing maintenance time and labor costs and improving the operability and ease of use of the entire device.
[0044] In addition, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is located on the upper side of the water tank. During the reaction, the heat generated by the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can be more conveniently transferred to the water tank below, and the larger specific heat capacity of water is used to absorb and adjust the temperature of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module to avoid adverse effects of excessive reaction temperature on the reaction, thereby ensuring that the reaction is carried out under appropriate temperature conditions. Furthermore, as the electrochemical reaction proceeds, the oxygen in the air will continue to be consumed, and the suction device can speed up the air flow. Sufficient and fast-flowing air can provide a more sufficient source of oxygen for the reaction. The flowing air can take away the temperature of the gas-solid reaction zone, which helps to increase the generation rate and final output of hydrogen peroxide and improve the working efficiency of the entire generator.
[0045] In addition, the circulation module can better circulate the liquid materials required for the reaction in the water tank, ensuring that the liquid involved in the reaction can be continuously and stably supplied to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, ensuring that the reaction proceeds uninterruptedly.
[0046] like Figures 5 to 8A hydrogen peroxide generator as shown, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 includes a cathode electrode assembly 231, an anode electrode assembly 232 located in the liquid reaction chamber 23, a liquid inlet 21 and a liquid outlet 22 respectively communicating with the liquid reaction chamber 23. One side of the cathode electrode assembly 231 is in contact with gas and the other side is in contact with the liquid to form a gas-solid-liquid reaction zone. Further, the cathode electrode assembly is provided with a hydrophobic breathable layer in the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone. Phase interface reaction zones, namely gas-solid-liquid reaction zones, are formed on both sides of the hydrophobic breathable layer. One side of the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone forms a gas-solid interface with air, so that the cathode reaction can utilize oxygen in the air instead of simply relying on dissolved oxygen in the electrolyte. Compared with the traditional process limited by dissolved oxygen in water, in the present invention, oxygen, the solid electrode material, and the reaction raw material liquid can fully contact and interact with each other, greatly increasing the contact area and reaction opportunities of the reaction, enabling the reaction to proceed more fully, improving the conversion rate of raw materials, and contributing to the generation of more hydrogen peroxide.
[0047] The present invention can provide a sufficient and continuous oxygen source for the cathode reaction. The gas-solid interface can increase the contact area between the cathode and oxygen in the air, enabling oxygen to be more fully utilized by the cathode and providing continuous oxygen supply for the cathode reaction. The other side of the hydrophobic breathable layer forms a solid-liquid interface with the electrolyte in the liquid reaction chamber, enabling the reaction to proceed continuously, thereby improving the efficiency and equilibrium concentration of the electrochemically synthesized product and ensuring the continuous preparation of high-concentration products.
[0048] In addition, the liquid inlet can continuously and stably transport the liquid raw materials participating in the reaction into the liquid reaction chamber, ensuring that the substances required for the reaction are replenished in a timely manner, so that the reaction can proceed continuously. The liquid outlet can timely discharge the liquid that has participated in the reaction, avoiding excessive accumulation of liquid in the reaction chamber or affecting the normal progress of the reaction due to the accumulation of reaction products, keeping the reaction environment in the reaction chamber always in a more suitable state, and being conducive to maintaining the high efficiency and stability of the reaction. By setting the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, it is convenient to monitor and control the flow rate, composition, etc. of the liquid entering and leaving the reaction chamber. Further optimize the generation effect of hydrogen peroxide and ensure that the reaction proceeds in a direction conducive to the generation of high-concentration and high-quality hydrogen peroxide.
[0049] Such as Figures 5 to 8A hydrogen peroxide generator as shown, wherein the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 includes a detachable upper housing 28 and a lower housing 29. The upper housing 28 and the lower housing 29 enclose to form the liquid reaction chamber 23. The upper housing 28 is provided with an upper housing opening 281 through which part of the cathode electrode assembly 231 passes. The anode electrode assembly 232 is fixed to the lower housing 29, and a seal is connected between the cathode electrode assembly 231 and the upper housing opening 281. Further, the upper housing and the lower housing are designed to be detachable, which facilitates the maintenance and repair work inside the hydrogen peroxide reaction module. When a fault occurs in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, such as damage to the electrode assembly, accumulation of impurities in the chamber, or replacement and debugging of other components, the staff can disassemble the upper housing or the lower housing, quickly and directly access each internal component, and perform corresponding inspections, repairs, or cleaning operations without a complex disassembly process. This effectively shortens the equipment maintenance time, reduces the maintenance cost, and improves the maintainability and service life of the entire device.
[0050] Optionally, in some embodiments, at the initial assembly stage of the device, the staff can first accurately install the anode electrode assembly on the lower housing respectively, then cooperate and install the cathode electrode assembly and other related components with the upper housing, and then complete the assembly of the entire hydrogen peroxide reaction module by closing the upper and lower housings, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the device.
[0051] Specifically, the upper housing is provided with an upper housing opening through which part of the cathode electrode assembly passes from bottom to top, enabling the cathode electrode assembly to be fixed in the liquid reaction chamber and cooperate with the anode electrode assembly to form a stable and effective electrochemical reaction system. The setting of the upper housing opening ensures that the electrode assembly can fully contact the liquid, gas, etc. in the reaction chamber, thereby realizing a normal electrochemical reaction, which helps to improve the generation efficiency of hydrogen peroxide and the stability of the reaction.
[0052] In addition, a seal is connected between the cathode electrode assembly and the upper housing opening, which can effectively prevent substances such as liquid and gas in the reaction chamber from leaking out through the gap between the electrode and the opening. For the liquid, it avoids the loss of the reaction raw material liquid, ensuring that the required amount of materials for the reaction is sufficient and stable; for the gas, it ensures that the reaction gas can maintain an appropriate concentration and pressure, maintaining a stable reaction environment, enabling the reaction to proceed smoothly as expected, which helps to improve the generation quality and concentration of hydrogen peroxide, and also avoids potential safety hazards and adverse effects on the surrounding environment caused by leakage. Specifically, the seal can be a hydrogen peroxide-resistant silicone seal, fluororubber, polytetrafluoroethylene material, or sealant glue.
[0053] The upper shell and the lower shell are made of high-strength, high-pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as resin materials. The interior of the liquid reaction chamber is designed with a special geometric shape to optimize the fluid flow and the mixing of reactants. For example, special channels are provided inside the liquid reaction chamber, which can cause the reactants to form a stable eddy current in the chamber, promoting the full contact and reaction between the reactants. The volume of the liquid reaction chamber is designed according to the required hydrogen peroxide production, and can be adjusted between the small laboratory scale and the large industrial production scale.
[0054] In a specific implementation, the high-concentration critical-point detachable hydrogen peroxide reaction module is the core reaction component of the hydrogen peroxide generator, which is mainly composed of an upper shell, a lower shell, a critical cathode electrode assembly, an anode electrode assembly, an anode current collector 2324, a cathode current collector 2314, etc.
[0055] Among them, the upper shell is provided with a plurality of square openings, and hole positions are provided at the edges of the openings, which can be used to fix multiple groups of critical cathode electrode assemblies; screw post positions are provided at the edges of the upper shell, and the corresponding anode current collector 2324 and cathode current collector 2314 can be fixed by screws. Among them, the cathode electrode assembly includes a reaction cathode 2312 and a cathode support. The critical reaction cathode is fixed on the corresponding cathode support. The cathode support includes a cathode support upper shell 2311 and a cathode support lower shell 2313. There are snap positions between the cathode support upper shell and the cathode support lower shell. By means of a snap, the edge of the critical reaction cathode can be closely attached to the cathode support. At the edge of the cathode support, two fixing hole positions 2316 and an outlet hole 2315 extend respectively. The fixing hole positions can fix the cathode support to the corresponding limiting position 282 on the upper shell of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module by external locking screws; the outlet hole can draw out the external lead wires of the reaction cathode and the reaction anode to realize the power connection function of the electrodes. Among them, the upper surface of the critical reaction cathode is exposed to the air, and a highly hydrophobic two-electron catalyst is carried on the lower surface. A wiring terminal extends outward from one side edge thereof, and the external lead wire can be guided to the corresponding cathode current collector through the wiring terminal.
[0056] Among them, the cathode electrode assembly includes a reaction anode 2322 and an anode support. The electrochemically reactive anode is fixed to the corresponding anode support. The anode support includes an upper housing 2321 and a lower housing 2323 of the anode support. The upper and lower housings of the anode support can tightly fix the anode electrode on the anode support through snap positions. Among them, the upper housing of the anode support is provided with a convex structure 2327, which is mainly used to fix and separate the anode and cathode plates. Through the convex structure on the anode support, the distance between the anode and cathode can be controlled at a certain value, and the short-circuit situation between the anode and cathode can be effectively prevented. Among them, one side of the electrochemically reactive anode extends outward to form a terminal. Through the terminal, an external lead wire can be led out. After passing the external lead wire through the wire outlet hole of the top cathode support, it can be fixed on the corresponding anode current collector. Among them, the cathode current collector and the anode current collector are preferably made of highly conductive metal materials such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and tin-plated sheet.
[0057] Among them, the electrochemically reactive anode material is preferably a metal oxide with strong corrosion resistance and high catalytic oxidation activity, a conductive inert metal material such as platinum-titanium, ruthenium-iridium oxide, tin-antimony oxide, boron-doped diamond, graphene coating material, etc. The critical cathode catalyst is preferably a non-metal material and a doped metal material with high selectivity for two electrons, such as carbon nanotubes, porous graphite, carbon black, carbon fiber, B-N doped mesoporous carbon, platinum black, etc. Through the high specific surface area and good conductivity of the porous material, the oxygen contact effect can be improved, and the oxygen reduction reaction efficiency can be enhanced.
[0058] Among them, the lower housing of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module with the anode electrode fixed and the upper housing of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module with the cathode electrode fixed can be screwed and fixed together through the screw holes at the edges to form a whole. Among them, since the anode electrode and the cathode electrode fixed in the upper and lower housings are both separate wholes, by loosening the screws at the cathode support fixing position, the anode electrode and the cathode electrode in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can be flexibly disassembled and replaced, greatly reducing the scrap rate and related maintenance costs of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module. And, according to actual needs, an appropriate number of anode-cathode electrode groups can be installed in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module to achieve the maximum balance between economy and performance.
[0059] Among them, the water supply method of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can be continuous water supply or intermittent water supply. In the preferred scheme, by controlling the start and stop of the external water pump, the reaction performance can be optimized.
[0060] Such as Figures 5 to 8A hydrogen peroxide generator as shown, wherein a plurality of cathode electrode assemblies 231 and a plurality of anode electrode assemblies 232 are respectively provided. The lowest height of the liquid outlet 22 is higher than the lowest height of the cathode electrode assembly 231. A deflector 27 that slopes downward is provided at the liquid outlet 22. Further, by equipping a plurality of cathode electrode assemblies and anode electrode assemblies, the total surface area of the electrodes can be significantly increased. In the electrochemical reaction, a larger electrode area provides more reaction sites for the reactants to adsorb and undergo redox reactions, thereby accelerating the generation rate of hydrogen peroxide. The cooperation of more electrode assemblies enables an increase in the quantity of substances participating in the reaction per unit time, effectively improving the production efficiency of the entire hydrogen peroxide reaction module and facilitating the acquisition of more hydrogen peroxide products within the same time.
[0061] Specifically, the plurality of electrode assemblies are evenly distributed in the liquid reaction chamber, enabling the reaction to proceed more uniformly throughout the chamber. This avoids the situation where local reactions may be overly concentrated or insufficient due to the presence of only a small number of electrodes, allowing the reaction raw materials to come into full contact with the electrodes and undergo conversion in each region, and resulting in a more uniform distribution of the generated hydrogen peroxide in terms of concentration, purity, etc.
[0062] Specifically, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is horizontally arranged, and the height of the liquid outlet is such that the liquid can contact the bottom of the cathode electrode assembly, thereby forming reaction sites and preventing the reaction liquid from leaving the liquid reaction chamber without reacting.
[0063] In addition, the downward-sloping setting of the deflector can guide the liquid flowing out of the liquid outlet, enabling the liquid to smoothly flow out of the liquid reaction chamber along the sloping direction of the deflector, and avoiding the situation of liquid retention and accumulation near the liquid outlet. Timely discharging of the reacted liquid helps to maintain the normal circulation and renewal of the liquid in the reaction chamber, ensuring that new reaction raw material liquid can be replenished in a timely manner and enabling the reaction to proceed continuously and efficiently.
[0064] Among them, the lower housing is provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, and a bracket extending upward inside the lower housing. Among them, the liquid inlet is provided at the bottom of the lower housing and is mainly connected to an external water pump. Through the action of the external water pump, the electrolyte is pumped into the hydrogen peroxide reaction module to participate in the electrochemical reaction. Inside the lower housing near the water inlet, a water flow baffle 290 is provided. When the electrolyte is pumped into the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, the water flow baffle can reduce the impact force of the electrolyte inside the module, enabling the electrolyte to flow smoothly in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module and avoiding the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide caused by intense impact. The liquid outlet is designed as an overflow port, and the liquid outlet and the deflector form a structure with a downward-sloping opening, which is provided at the middle part of the lower housing, and the height of its opening can control the liquid level of the electrolyte in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module.
[0065] Such as Figures 10 to 11A hydrogen peroxide generator is shown, one side of the mounting bracket 7 is provided with a mounting bracket opening 71 for the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 to extend into, a mounting cavity 72 connected to the mounting bracket opening 71, and a positioning member 73 for positioning the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2, the positioning member 73 is provided with a positioning support portion 731 abutting against the upper side of the mounting bracket opening 71, and the positioning member 73 is arranged in a U-shape or a V-shape. Further, when assembling the equipment, the operator can put the hydrogen peroxide reaction module into the mounting cavity along the mounting bracket opening, so that the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can be quickly and accurately installed in place, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the entire hydrogen peroxide generating device and reducing the time and labor cost consumed during the installation process. In addition, the staff can contact the hydrogen peroxide reaction module in the mounting cavity through the mounting bracket opening, and smoothly take it out for corresponding inspection, maintenance or replacement work, which greatly reduces the difficulty of maintenance, shortens the equipment downtime, and ensures the overall maintainability and operation stability of the equipment.
[0066] In addition, when the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is placed in the installation cavity, the cooperation between the positioning member and the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can ensure that the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is in a predetermined accurate position. The positioning support portion on the positioning member abuts against the upper side of the opening of the mounting bracket to provide a support structure for the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, which can effectively prevent the hydrogen peroxide reaction module from being displaced or shaken in the up and down directions during operation.
[0067] The U-shaped or V-shaped positioning member structure has good shape adaptability and can adapt to a variety of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules and mounting brackets of different shapes. The U-shaped or V-shaped structure allows the positioning member to limit and fix the hydrogen peroxide reaction module from multiple directions. Compared with the simple linear positioning structure, this shape can better wrap and clamp the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, enhance the firmness of the positioning, and further prevent the hydrogen peroxide reaction module from being offset or loosened when subjected to vibrations during equipment operation and impact forces generated by liquid flow, thereby ensuring that the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is in the correct installation position for a long time and stably.
[0068] like Figures 2 to 12 In the hydrogen peroxide generator shown, the other side of the mounting bracket 7 is provided with a collecting portion 4 for collecting the liquid at the liquid outlet 22, and an inclined portion 41 located at the lower side of the liquid outlet 22, the collecting portion 4 is communicated with the water tank 1, and the inclined portion 41 is used to guide the liquid at the liquid outlet 22 to the collecting portion 4. Furthermore, the liquid outlet is located at the upper side of the water tank, and with the guiding effect of the inclined portion, the natural reflux from the hydrogen peroxide reaction module to the water tank is realized by the dead weight of the liquid, thereby reducing the dependence on the water pump.
[0069] Specifically, the inclined part is located below the liquid outlet, and the inclined part can divert the liquid at the liquid outlet to the collection part. Due to its inclined design, the liquid can flow naturally and smoothly along the inclined part to the collection part under the action of gravity, avoiding the accumulation and residue of the liquid near the liquid outlet, and diverting the liquid in a timely and thorough manner. On the one hand, it can prevent the residual liquid from causing adverse effects such as corrosion to the surrounding environment of the liquid outlet. On the other hand, it can also ensure the timely update of the liquid in the reaction chamber, maintain a good reaction environment, and is conducive to improving the efficiency and stability of the hydrogen peroxide reaction.
[0070] Specifically, the inclined part guides the hydrogen peroxide-containing liquid to enter the water tank cavity along the collection part, avoiding the concentration dilution caused by the violent mixing with the stored liquid. With the help of the inclined part and the collection part, the liquid generated by the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can efficiently flow back to the water tank cavity, and then can be conveyed back to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module again through the circulation module to continue to participate in the reaction, which helps to accelerate the liquid circulation speed, enables the liquid to circulate and react multiple times in the device, improves the utilization rate of raw materials and the generation efficiency of hydrogen peroxide, and is more conducive to obtaining high-concentration hydrogen peroxide products.
[0071] In addition, the design that the liquid outlet is located on the upper side of the water tank makes it easier for the staff to observe the liquid outflow situation during daily inspections, and can intuitively judge whether the liquid flow rate, state, etc. are normal. The upper liquid outlet and the inclined part are connected in a quick-release manner, and the hydrogen peroxide reaction module can be separated for maintenance without emptying the water tank.
[0072] As Figures 1 to 4 、 Figure 12 shown in a hydrogen peroxide generator, the air inlet 241 is located below the frame 100, and a plurality of air holes 74 communicating with the installation cavity 72 are provided on the side surface of the installation bracket 7. The exhaust port 242 is disposed opposite to the air holes 74, and the height of the exhaust port 242 is higher than the height of the air inlet 241. Optionally, in some embodiments, the position below the frame is relatively more convenient for arranging an air pre-filtering device, such as basic filtering components like a filter screen. Before the air enters the air inlet, it can be preliminarily filtered to remove some larger particles of dust, impurities, etc., to avoid these impurities entering the gas-solid-liquid reaction area with the air and affecting the normal progress of the reaction, such as preventing impurities from adhering to the electrode surface and interfering with the electrochemical process or mixing into the reaction liquid to change the nature of the reaction system, thereby improving the purity and stability of the reaction and being conducive to generating high-quality hydrogen peroxide.
[0073] Specifically, the presence of multiple air holes enables the entering air to be evenly dispersed into the installation cavity, and then diffuse to the area where the hydrogen peroxide reaction module is located, thereby avoiding the situation where air enters concentrated in a certain place, resulting in too high or too low local gas concentration in the reaction area, making the gas distribution in the entire reaction space more uniform and reasonable, ensuring that the reactions at all parts can proceed fully under similar gas conditions, and helping to improve the uniformity and overall efficiency of the reaction.
[0074] Optionally, in some embodiments, the air holes are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the installation bracket and perpendicular to the opening direction of the installation bracket, thereby forming air convection.
[0075] In addition, after the evenly dispersed air enters through the air holes, it can better contact with the liquid and the cathode electrode assembly solid, forming a gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction environment. The mass exchange and interaction between the phases are more frequent and sufficient, greatly increasing the contact area and reaction opportunities of the reaction, enabling the substances participating in the reaction to be more efficiently converted into hydrogen peroxide, improving the conversion rate of raw materials, and helping to obtain hydrogen peroxide products with higher concentration and more output.
[0076] Specifically, the exhaust port is arranged opposite to the air hole, forming a smooth air flow channel, enabling the gas generated after the reaction and the excess unreacted gas to be discharged from the device orderly along the air flow channel. This avoids the accumulation and retention of gas in the device, which affects the normal progress of the reaction, ensures the timely update and circulation of gas in the reaction area, maintains a stable gas pressure and concentration environment, helps the reaction to proceed continuously and stably, and improves the efficiency and stability of hydrogen peroxide generation.
[0077] Furthermore, setting the air inlet at the lower side of the frame can utilize the gravity of the air itself and the natural air pressure difference, enabling the outside air to enter the device more smoothly.
[0078] Specifically, since the height of the exhaust port is higher than that of the air inlet, using the natural convection principle of hot air rising and cold air sinking, it can further promote the natural circulation and update of the air in the device. The hot gas generated during the reaction is more likely to be discharged from the exhaust port at a higher position, while the relatively cold outside air will continuously replenish from the air inlet at a lower position, forming a continuous and automatic air circulation process. This not only improves the utilization efficiency of the air but also better adjusts environmental factors such as temperature and humidity in the device, creating more suitable conditions for the hydrogen peroxide reaction, and is beneficial to improving product quality and reaction efficiency.
[0079] Such as Figure 9A hydrogen peroxide generator as shown. The hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is provided with a current detection module 26. The water tank 1 is connected to an electrolyte supply device 5, a concentration detection module 14, and a liquid level detection module 15. The reactant supply system includes a water tank for water supply and an electrolyte supply device. The water tank uses tap water or softened water, and the water is injected into the liquid reaction chamber at a set flow rate through a precision metering pump. The electrolyte supply device accurately adds a specific electrolyte to the reaction system in the form of a solution or solid particles according to the reaction requirements. The type, concentration, and addition method of the electrolyte are optimized to improve the reaction efficiency and the selectivity of hydrogen peroxide.
[0080] The high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution generated by the reaction needs to be collected from the reaction system in a timely manner. Preferably, at the liquid outlet of the liquid reaction chamber, through pipeline connection, an efficient collection device can be externally provided, and the generated high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution is collected into a special water tank. The water tank is made of materials resistant to hydrogen peroxide corrosion and is equipped with a liquid level sensor and a safety protection device to ensure the safe storage of hydrogen peroxide.
[0081] Furthermore, during the electrochemical preparation of hydrogen peroxide, the electrolyte will be continuously consumed as the reaction progresses. The electrolyte supply device is connected to the water tank and can timely and appropriately supplement the electrolyte into the reaction system to ensure that the concentration of the electrolyte in the reaction system is always maintained at an appropriate level, thereby ensuring the stable conditions required for the electrochemical reaction and enabling the reaction to proceed continuously, stably, and effectively, avoiding the situation where the reaction efficiency decreases or the reaction cannot proceed normally due to insufficient electrolyte.
[0082] Specifically, the electrolyte supply device stores a high-concentration sodium sulfate solution. When it is detected that the electrolyte is insufficient, by calculating the mixing amount, the sodium sulfate solution can be transported from the electrolyte supply device to the water tank.
[0083] The drain pipe 13 is connected to a first control valve 131 and a manual drain valve 132. Further, the setting of the first control valve can achieve relatively precise control of the drain flow rate. According to the actual production requirements, reaction stages, and subsequent arrangements for the treatment of the discharged liquid, etc., the operator can remotely control through preset program instructions or automatically adjust the opening degree of the first control valve according to the set time, conditions, etc., and finely adjust the speed and flow rate of the drained liquid.
[0084] In addition, in case of emergencies, such as failures of the automatic control system, power outages, or the need to quickly drain the liquid and other emergency situations, the operator can directly manually operate the manual drain valve to quickly open or close the drain channel, realizing the emergency discharge or blocking of the liquid, enhancing the emergency handling ability of the entire device in special situations, and ensuring the safety of the device and the surrounding environment.
[0085] Optionally, in some embodiments, the current detection module can monitor the current situation in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module in real time. Based on the current value feedback by the current detection module, the operator can further analyze the conductivity of the reaction system, the working state of the electrodes, etc., so as to adjust reaction conditions such as electrolyte concentration and electrode voltage, make the reaction proceed in a more optimal electrical parameter environment, improve the reaction efficiency, and help obtain hydrogen peroxide with higher concentration and greater stability.
[0086] Optionally, in some embodiments, the concentration detection module can detect the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the water tank cavity in real time. For low-concentration products that do not meet the requirements, it helps to discover possible abnormal raw material ratios and fluctuations in reaction conditions during the reaction process. The operator can take corresponding measures in a timely manner, such as adjusting the reaction time, the number of cycles, etc., to ensure that the finally produced hydrogen peroxide meets the quality requirements of the actual application scenario.
[0087] Optionally, in some embodiments, the water level detection module can monitor the water level in the water tank cavity in real time. When the water level is too high and approaches or reaches the warning value, it can send out an alarm signal in a timely manner to remind the staff to take corresponding measures, such as suspending the liquid inlet or opening the drain, etc., to avoid the liquid in the water tank overflowing due to too high a water level, preventing safety hazards such as corrosion and pollution of the surrounding environment caused by liquid leakage, and ensuring the safety of the device and the surrounding environment. When the water level is too low, it is detected and a prompt is issued to prevent components that rely on liquid to work, such as related water pumps, from idling due to lack of water to pump, avoid damage to the components caused thereby, extend the service life of the device, and ensure that the device can operate continuously and stably.
[0088] As Figures 2 to 4 shown in a hydrogen peroxide generator, the circulation module 3 includes a water pump 31 arranged in the water tank 1. There are multiple hydrogen peroxide reaction modules 2, and there are multiple water pumps 31 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the hydrogen peroxide reaction modules 2. Specifically, multiple groups of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules 2 are provided and arranged in parallel in the up-down direction. Further, providing multiple groups of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules enables more reaction units to carry out the hydrogen peroxide preparation reaction simultaneously at the same time. Compared with a single group of modules, the parallel arrangement of multiple groups can significantly increase the amount of raw materials participating in the reaction per unit time, thereby increasing the overall production amount of hydrogen peroxide, effectively improving the production efficiency of the entire device, and meeting the production requirements of a larger scale.
[0089] Specifically, arranging multiple groups of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules in parallel in the up-down direction makes full use of the vertical space of the device, making the overall structure more compact. This layout method can accommodate more hydrogen peroxide reaction modules within a limited floor area compared to dispersedly arranging multiple modules on a plane, improving the space utilization rate, and facilitating the installation and layout of the device in places such as factories of different scales.
[0090] Additionally, each group of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules can be controlled and adjusted relatively independently. Operators can, according to actual production requirements, separately adjust reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, current intensity, and liquid flow rate for different groups of modules to achieve refined management of the reaction process of each module. For example, for some modules that need to accelerate the reaction rate, relevant parameters can be appropriately increased, while for some modules with abnormal reactions, fault detection and parameter adjustment can be carried out separately, making the entire production process more flexible and controllable.
[0091] In addition, when a failure occurs in one group of modules, such as electrode damage or abnormal gas-liquid supply, the other normal modules can still continue to react, without causing the entire hydrogen peroxide production process to be completely interrupted, ensuring the continuity and stability of production.
[0092] The circulation module 3 further includes a connecting pipe 32 connected between the liquid inlet 21 and the water pump 31.
[0093] Furthermore, the setting of the water pump provides a stable power source for the circulation of the liquid. The water pump can overcome the resistance encountered by the liquid flowing between components such as pipelines, hydrogen peroxide reaction modules, and water tanks, ensuring that low-concentration hydrogen peroxide can be smoothly and continuously transported from the water tank cavity to the liquid inlet of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module through the connecting pipe, realizing efficient liquid circulation and ensuring the orderly progress of the entire reaction circulation process.
[0094] Optionally, in some embodiments, the flow rate of the liquid can be controlled by the water pump, thereby adjusting the production quality of hydrogen peroxide.
[0095] Optionally, in some embodiments, the connecting pipe is made of a hydrogen peroxide-resistant material to avoid situations such as liquid leakage and flow interruption. Optionally, in some embodiments, the connecting pipe can be a flexible hose made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, perfluoroether rubber, and polyperfluoroethylene propylene.
[0096] Among them, the critical hydrogen peroxide reaction modules are horizontally placed on the installation cavity by stacking multiple of them with partitions, and are fixed by adding U-shaped positioning parts made of steel between the partition walls. The liquid inlet of a single hydrogen peroxide reaction module is connected to the water pump through a flexible hose, and the water pump provides the electrolyte required for the reaction; its externally led power supply wire is connected to the power supply terminal in the control system, and multiple critical hydrogen peroxide reaction modules can be powered and their operating conditions can be monitored through the control system.
[0097] Among them, the water tank is designed with a precise liquid inlet channel, a liquid outlet channel, and a sensitive control unit, which can accurately control the state of the reaction system and create an ideal reaction environment for the efficient synthesis of hydrogen peroxide. Among them, the water tank is mainly built with pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant resin materials. Its internal space structure is designed as a square. The water tank is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 12 directly connected to tap water. There is a water pipe joint connected to the electrolyte supply device outside the water tank, and a drain pipe 13 connected to an external liquid storage device. Among them, a large amount of electrolyte can be stored in the water tank. A water pump is placed at the bottom of the water tank. Through the water pump, the electrolyte stored in the reaction chamber can be transported to each critical hydrogen peroxide reaction module. After the electrolyte reacts through the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, it can be circulated back into the water tank through the liquid outlet of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module. By designing such a cycle, after a period of operation, a large amount of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution can be prepared.
[0098] Among them, the electrolyte supply device is externally connected to the hydrogen peroxide generator and mainly provides the high-concentration electrolyte required for the reaction of the hydrogen peroxide generator. Among them, the electrolyte supply device is respectively connected to the liquid inlet channel of the water tank and the external water body. After the external water body passes through the electrolyte supply device, the pre-prepared high-concentration electrolyte is diluted and enters the water tank. By adding a solenoid valve and a timer to the electrolyte supply device, continuous and automated hydrogen peroxide production can be achieved.
[0099] Among them, the water pump is located at the bottom of the water tank and is mainly used for the supply of electrolyte and the adjustment of the critical plane of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module. The reacted mixture can be circulated back to the water tank to improve the conversion rate of reactants and the yield of products. The flow rate and pressure of the water pump can be adjusted to adapt to different reaction conditions and system requirements.
[0100] Among them, the control system mainly consists of a program control unit, a data acquisition module, and an operation interface. The data acquisition module is responsible for collecting parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate in the reaction chamber and transmitting them to the program control unit. The program control unit analyzes and processes these parameters according to the preset program and algorithm, and sends control instructions to the control components of each device to realize the automated operation of the entire system. The operator can monitor the running state of the system in real time through the operation interface and make necessary parameter adjustments and operation interventions.
[0101] A control method for a hydrogen peroxide generator, including the hydrogen peroxide generator as described above, comprising the following steps, S1. The circulation module 3 is started, and the electrolyte in the water tank 1 is transferred to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 for reaction, and the reaction liquid of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is transferred into the water tank 1; S2. The circulation module 3 runs continuously, and the reaction situation of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is detected; S3. Drain hydrogen peroxide liquid, or replenish liquid containing electrolytes or pure water according to the reaction time and concentration of the liquid in the water tank 1.
[0102] The entire hydrogen peroxide generator is centrally managed by a control system. The control system is based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a microprocessor, receives signals from temperature sensors and liquid level sensors, and performs real-time control on the heat dissipation device, metering pump, and other actuators according to preset reaction parameters and control algorithms. At the same time, the control system also has a human-machine interface, and operators can input reaction parameters, monitor the reaction process, and view the system status through a touch screen or a computer terminal.
[0103] After starting the hydrogen peroxide generator, the control system first adjusts the reactant supply system to supply tap water and electrolytes to the reaction chamber at a set flow rate and concentration. The reactants react in the liquid reaction chamber under the critical interface cathode to generate high-concentration hydrogen peroxide. The continuously generated hydrogen peroxide is collected through a pipeline connection to the product collection system. At the same time, the control system monitors and adjusts the reaction conditions in real time to ensure the continuous and stable progress of the reaction.
[0104] Embodiment 1 As Figures 1 to 12 A hydrogen peroxide generator as shown includes a frame 100. The frame 100 is provided with a frame cavity 24, an air inlet 241 and an air outlet 242 respectively communicating with the frame cavity 24.
[0105] In the present invention, by setting the critical hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2, an air-solid interface is formed between the frame cavity 24 and the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone 25, and a solid-liquid interface is formed between the gas-solid-liquid reaction zone 25 and the liquid reaction chamber 23. Through the flow of gas and the flow of electrolyte solution, the generation of hydrogen peroxide is promoted. The present invention also sets a circulation module 3, so that the low-concentration hydrogen peroxide generated by the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 can be collected in the water tank 1 and then transferred back to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 to continue the reaction. By allowing the liquid to participate in the reaction process multiple times to achieve step-by-step accumulation reaction, electrode polarization is alleviated, side reaction interference is also reduced, which helps to increase the final generation concentration of hydrogen peroxide and realize integrated continuous production.
[0106] Embodiment 2 Embodiment 2 is based on Embodiment 1 and has the following implementation manners: The rack cavity 24 is provided with a mounting bracket 7 for supporting the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 and a suction device 6 for accelerating air flow. The hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is located above the water tank 1, and the circulation module 3 is located inside the water tank 1.
[0107] Embodiment 3 Embodiment 3 is based on Embodiment 2 and has the following implementation manners: The hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 includes a cathode electrode assembly 231, an anode electrode assembly 232 located in the liquid reaction chamber 23, a liquid inlet 21 and a liquid outlet 22 respectively communicating with the liquid reaction chamber 23. One side of the cathode electrode assembly 231 is in contact with gas and the other side is in contact with the liquid to form a gas-solid-liquid reaction zone.
[0108] The hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 includes a detachable upper shell 28 and a lower shell 29. The upper shell 28 and the lower shell 29 enclose to form the liquid reaction chamber 23. The upper shell 28 is provided with an upper shell opening 281 through which part of the cathode electrode assembly 231 passes. The anode electrode assembly 232 is fixed on the lower shell 29, and a seal is connected between the cathode electrode assembly 231 and the upper shell opening 281. The seal is made of hydrogen peroxide-resistant sealant. The thickness of the reaction cathode is 1 ± 0.2 mm. The upper shell 28 and the lower shell 29 are made of corrosion-resistant plastics such as ABS and PP. In this embodiment, the upper shell 28 and the lower shell 29 are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
[0109] A plurality of the cathode electrode assemblies 231 and the anode electrode assemblies 232 are respectively provided. The lowest height of the liquid outlet 22 is higher than the lowest height of the cathode electrode assembly 231, and the liquid outlet 22 is provided with a downwardly inclined flow guide member 27.
[0110] The materials of the cathode current collector and the anode current collector are preferably highly conductive metal materials such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and tin-plated sheet. Among them, the electrochemical anode material is preferably a metal oxide with strong corrosion resistance and high catalytic oxidation activity, a conductive inert metal material such as platinum-titanium, ruthenium-iridium oxide, tin-antimony oxide, boron-doped diamond, graphene coating material, etc. The critical cathode catalyst is preferably a non-metal material and a doped metal material with high selectivity for two electrons, such as carbon nanotubes, porous graphite, carbon black, carbon fiber, B-N doped mesoporous carbon, platinum black, etc. Through the high specific surface area and good conductivity of the porous material, the oxygen contact effect can be improved and the oxygen reduction reaction efficiency can be enhanced.
[0111] Specifically, the cathode current collector is made of nickel-plated copper, the anode current collector is made of platinum-plated titanium, and the cathode electrode is made by mixing B-N co-doped mesoporous carbon and a hydrophobic and breathable resin and sintering at high temperature. Specifically, the presence of B-N bonds in B-N co-doped mesoporous carbon can change the electronic structure of the carbon material, generate more active sites, thereby improving the catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction, and is conducive to promoting the two-electron oxygen reduction reaction to generate hydrogen peroxide and improving the selectivity of the product. The hydrophobic and breathable resin used is polytetrafluoroethylene resin, which has certain electrical conductivity and good hydrophobicity and breathability. The anode material is boron-doped diamond.
[0112] Preparation method of B-N doped mesoporous carbon; M1. Polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide triblock copolymer and 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene are dissolved in ethanol, then a boron phenolic resin solution is added, and hydrochloric acid is added to control the pH of the system to 4. Specifically, calculated by mass, the polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide triblock copolymer, as a soft template agent, can form an ordered mesoporous structure, with a dosage of 0.5 - 2 parts; 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene, as an organic solvent and structure-directing agent, helps to form a uniformly dispersed system, with a dosage of 1 - 3 parts; ethanol, as a solvent, can dissolve other components and adjust the solution viscosity, with a dosage of 50 - 100 parts; the boron phenolic resin solution uses Fang and TY03 boron phenolic resin to provide boron source and carbon source to form B-N doped carbon in the pyrolysis reaction, with a dosage of 2 - 5 parts of boron phenolic resin, formulated into a 20wt% solution, and the pH value is adjusted to about 4 with 0.1M hydrochloric acid solution to promote crosslinking and stabilize the gel structure.
[0113] M2. First, evaporate at 25°C for 24 h, then crosslink at 100°C for 24 h, and finally calcine in a nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 1°C / min to 800°C for 2 h.
[0114] Example 4 On the basis of Example 2, Example 4 has the following implementation: On the other side of the mounting bracket 7, there is a collecting part 4 for collecting the liquid at the liquid outlet 22 and an inclined part 41 located below the liquid outlet 22. The collecting part 4 is communicated with the water tank 1, and the inclined part 41 is used to guide the liquid at the liquid outlet 22 to the collecting part 4.
[0115] One side of the mounting bracket 7 is provided with a mounting bracket opening 71 for the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 to extend into, a mounting cavity 72 communicated with the mounting bracket opening 71, and a positioning member 73 for positioning the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2. The positioning member 73 is provided with a positioning and supporting portion 731 that abuts against the upper side of the mounting bracket opening 71, and the positioning member 73 is arranged in a U shape. The other end of the mounting cavity 72 is provided with a mounting cavity opening for the flow guiding member 27 to extend out. The arrangement of the inclined portion 41 can prevent the hydrogen peroxide solution from entering the liquid outlet 22 of other hydrogen peroxide reaction modules 2 when moving downward, and also reduce the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide caused by the downward impact of the hydrogen peroxide solution or the concentration dilution caused by the violent mixing with the stored liquid. A descending channel for liquid flow is formed between the plurality of inclined portions 41 and the baffle plate closing one end of the mounting bracket. The inclined flow guiding member and the inclined portion cooperate to slow down the descending speed of the hydrogen peroxide solution, and the hydrogen peroxide solution enters the water tank through the collecting portion along the descending channel.
[0116] The preparation process of hydrogen peroxide in the present invention is carried out in a closed space formed among a corrosion-resistant water tank, a corrosion-resistant hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2, a corrosion-resistant mounting bracket 7, and a corrosion-resistant collecting portion 4. The outside air contacts with the hydrophobic and breathable resin of the cathode electrode assembly of hydrogen peroxide. In this way, the decomposition caused by the direct contact between the outside air and hydrogen peroxide can be reduced.
[0117] Specifically, the water tank, the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, the mounting bracket, the collecting portion, the inclined portion, the flow guiding member, and the hydrophobic and breathable resin are all made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin. The preparation method of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin used for the hydrophobic and breathable resin is as follows: P1: Add 500 parts into a reaction vessel, and successively add 0.005 part of peroxydisuccinic acid, 0.5 part of perfluorobutylethylene, 0.5 part of perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid ammonium, 20 parts of paraffin, 4 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica HDK H15 from Wacker Chemie AG, Germany, 6 parts of carbon nanotubes, and 0.5 part of succinic acid, and stir. P2: Introduce nitrogen, control the pressure at 2.0 Mpa, and the temperature at 70 - 105 °C. Charge 200 parts of gaseous tetrafluoroethylene monomer, and the stirring speed is 50 revolutions per minute. Stop stirring until the solid content of the emulsion reaches 30%. Recover the gaseous monomer, evacuate, and discharge the material. Introduce nitrogen to make the oxygen content in the reaction kettle ≤ 30 ppm to exclude the oxygen in the system and avoid the adverse effect of oxygen on the polymerization reaction. P3: Collect the obtained polytetrafluoroethylene polymerization liquid, add saturated sodium chloride solution, control the stirring speed at 30 revolutions per minute. The polymerization liquid gradually becomes turbid, and the polytetrafluoroethylene particles begin to agglomerate into larger lumps. Rinse with deionized water 3 times, and dry in a blast drying oven at 100 °C for about 15 hours. The obtained polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin can be packaged and stored.
[0118] Specifically, the filler is hydrophobic silica and carbon nanotubes; polytetrafluoroethylene itself has strong hydrophobicity. Its molecular chain is composed of carbon-fluorine bonds. The large electronegativity of fluorine atoms results in weak intermolecular forces and extremely low surface energy, thus showing excellent hydrophobicity. There are a large number of silanol groups on the surface of hydrophobic silica, and these silanol groups can interact with the molecular chain of polytetrafluoroethylene. At the same time, its own hydrophobic groups also increase the overall hydrophobicity; carbon nanotubes can improve the conductivity of the coating without significantly affecting its hydrophobicity and air permeability. It has a large specific surface area and a special one-dimensional nanostructure, and there will also be an interaction between the carbon atoms on its surface and the molecular chain of polytetrafluoroethylene, improving the hydrophobic performance of the resin. Good hydrophobicity can enable the generated hydrogen peroxide to quickly and effectively detach from the electrode interface, prevent the excessive accumulation of hydrogen peroxide on the electrode surface, and is conducive to improving the utilization rate, selectivity and stability of the electrode. The polytetrafluoroethylene resin consists of interconnected nodules and fibrils to form a three-dimensional network, forming a porous structure, and this structure enables gases such as air to pass through, thus having a certain air permeability.
[0119] Specifically, succinic peroxide as an initiator can decompose to generate free radicals, which can attack the double bond in tetrafluoroethylene monomer, open it and undergo a chain polymerization reaction with other monomers, thus promoting the formation of polytetrafluoroethylene. Specifically, perfluorobutyl vinyl mainly plays a modification role, and its molecular structure contains a carbon-carbon double bond and a perfluorobutyl group. The presence of the perfluorobutyl group makes this compound have excellent chemical stability, low surface energy and hydrophobicity, etc. It can copolymerize with tetrafluoroethylene monomer, introducing perfluorobutyl vinyl units with special properties into the molecular chain of polytetrafluoroethylene. The addition of perfluorobutyl vinyl can improve the processing performance of polytetrafluoroethylene, making it easier to mold.
[0120] Specifically, ammonium perfluoropolyether carboxylate is mainly composed of a perfluoropolyether chain segment and a carboxylate ammonium group. Due to the hydrophobicity and low surface energy of polytetrafluoroethylene itself, agglomeration is likely to occur. Ammonium perfluoropolyether carboxylate can adsorb on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene particles. Its perfluoropolyether chain segment has good affinity with polytetrafluoroethylene particles, while the carboxylate ammonium group extends into the aqueous solution. In this way, the mutual attraction between polytetrafluoroethylene particles is reduced, enabling them to be evenly dispersed in water to form a stable dispersion system. Appropriate dosage can ensure good dispersion effect, which is conducive to the polymerization reaction proceeding in a uniform environment, so as to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin with stable performance and uniform quality.
[0121] Specifically, saturated hydrocarbons with more than 12 carbon atoms are paraffins. As a stabilizer, paraffin can form a protective film around the molecular chains of polytetrafluoroethylene, playing a role of isolation and buffering, and reducing the damage of external factors to the molecular chains of polytetrafluoroethylene. At the same time, it can also improve the flexibility of polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin and reduce its viscosity. Specifically, succinic acid is used to adjust the pH value of the reaction system between 4 and 6 to ensure the smooth progress of the polymerization reaction. If the pH is too low, the ionization of carboxylate groups may be inhibited, resulting in a decrease in the hydrophilicity of the dispersant and being unfavorable for the dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene particles; if the pH is too high, it may cause changes in the molecular structure of the dispersant and also affect its dispersion effect.
[0122] Example Five On the basis of Example Two, Example Five has the following implementation manners: The air inlet 241 is located on the lower side of the frame 100. [0123] This equipment needs to be stored and operated indoors, and the room temperature needs to be maintained at 1°C - 50°C. When the temperature is lower or higher than this temperature range, heat preservation or cooling measures need to be taken to ensure the normal performance of the equipment. The hydrogen peroxide reaction module and the connecting pipelines in the equipment are all filled with water. When taking heat preservation measures, it is necessary to ensure that the heat preservation measures can prevent the hydrogen peroxide reaction module and the pipelines from being frozen, otherwise it will seriously affect the performance of the equipment. Among them, the TDS concentration of the reactant is 550.
[0124] Example Six On the basis of Example One, Example Six has the following implementation manners: The hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is provided with a current detection module 26, and the water tank 1 is connected with an electrolyte supply device 5, a concentration detection module 14, and a liquid level detection module 15.
[0125] Example Seven On the basis of Example One, Example Seven has the following implementation manners: The circulation module 3 includes a water pump 31 disposed in the water tank 1. There are a plurality of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules 2, and a plurality of water pumps 31 are provided and correspond to the hydrogen peroxide reaction modules 2 one by one. The circulation module 3 further includes a connecting pipeline 32 connected between the liquid inlet 21 and the water pump 31. The drain pipeline 13 is connected with a first control valve 131 and a manual drain valve 132.
[0126] Example Eight A control method for a hydrogen peroxide generator, characterized in that: it includes the hydrogen peroxide generator described in any one of claims 1-9, and includes the following steps, S1. The electrolyte supply device 5 inputs softened water with a TDS of 550. The softened water and the electrolyte sodium sulfate enter the water tank. The circulation module 3 is started, and the flow rate is controlled at 170 L / h. The electrolyte in the water tank 1 is transferred to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 for reaction, and the reaction liquid of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2 is transferred back into the water tank 1; S2. The circulation module 3 continues to operate to detect the reaction condition of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module 2; the electrolyte supply device 5 continuously inputs electrolyte through a solenoid valve and a timer; the data acquisition module is responsible for collecting the temperature, pressure, and flow parameters in the water tank, and uses a concentration detection module for detecting hydrogen peroxide to detect the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the water tank; the temperature in the frame cavity is detected by a temperature collector. When the temperature is relatively high, the rotation frequency of the suction device is increased and the gas flow is accelerated; S3. According to the reaction time and concentration of the liquid in the water tank 1, hydrogen peroxide liquid is discharged, or liquid containing electrolyte or pure water is supplemented.
[0127] Specifically, the electrolyte supply device is provided with a flow pump. The collected incoming liquid is mixed with an electrolyte that matches the volume of the water tank to form a higher-concentration electrolyte solution inside the water tank. The electrolyte solution enters the water tank from the electrolyte supply device, and the water tank calculates and supplements water to form an electrolyte solution with the required concentration. The following steps are also included between S2 and S3.
[0128] S21. The data acquisition module is responsible for collecting the electrolyte concentration in the water tank. When the data acquisition module detects that the electrolyte in the water tank is too high, part of the electrolyte solution is discharged and tap water is supplemented from the liquid inlet pipe 12 to adjust the electrolyte solution. When the data acquisition module detects that the electrolyte in the water tank is too low, the amount of electrolyte to be supplemented is calculated, and tap water is input from the liquid inlet pipe 12, passes through the flow pump, enters the electrolyte supply device to form a higher-concentration electrolyte solution, and then enters the water tank for supplementation; S22. The circulation module corresponding to each hydrogen peroxide reaction module is started. The current detection module collects the current density flowing through each hydrogen peroxide reaction module, judges whether the liquid reacts with the cathode electrode assembly, and judges whether the flow rate of the corresponding water pump is normal. When the current of one or more hydrogen peroxide reaction modules is abnormal, an abnormality is displayed on the touch screen; S23. The temperature collector detects the temperature in the frame cavity. When the temperature is relatively high, the rotation frequency of the suction device is increased and the gas flow is accelerated; or when the current density is normal, but the hydrogen peroxide concentration differs significantly from the expected value, the rotation frequency of the suction device is increased to increase the reaction speed; S24. When the data acquisition module is responsible for collecting that the temperature in the water tank is too high, heat dissipation is carried out by accelerating the flow rate of the water pump or accelerating the rotation frequency of the suction device to accelerate the gas flow. When the pressure in the water tank is too high, part of the reaction liquid can be discharged.
[0129] S25. When the data acquisition module is responsible for collecting that the flow rate in the water tank is fast and the hydrogen peroxide production is small, the flow rate is reduced to increase the reaction time of the electrolyte in the hydrogen peroxide reaction module.
[0130] Example Nine According to the above embodiments, the experimental scheme of this embodiment: Add 10 L of softened water to the external test water tank, add 0.2 mol / L sodium sulfate to it, adjust the water quality TDS to 550, stir evenly, put in a circulating submersible pump with a water pump flow rate of 170 L / h, turn on the power supply of the water pump and the hydrogen peroxide reaction module, and produce hydrogen peroxide solution in the test water tank in a cycle. Through the controller, the water pump is controlled to start for 5 min and stop for 1 min 30 s, and the cumulative concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the water tank within 60 min of cyclic testing is measured.
[0131]
[0132] Select Figures 5 to 8 The high-concentration critical surface detachable hydrogen peroxide reaction module shown is used as an implementation example for testing. As Figure 13 shown, under the condition of 12V DC power, hydrogen peroxide solution is prepared. The start and stop of the water pump are set to start for 5 min and stop for 1 min 30 s through an external controller, and the test lasts for 60 min. The cumulative concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the water body is measured and recorded. The high-concentration detachable hydrogen peroxide reaction module described in the present invention can effectively prepare a certain amount of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution under the condition of low electrolyte concentration. This hydrogen peroxide reaction module is the core device of a critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator. When applied to a hydrogen peroxide generator, multiple hydrogen peroxide reaction modules can be stacked and installed to achieve high-concentration and large-batch production of hydrogen peroxide solution.
[0133] Example Ten According to the above embodiments, the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator is designed with a square appearance, which is easy to manufacture and install. Among them, the generator mainly consists of a control system, a hydrogen peroxide electrochemical device, a water tank, a suction device, etc. Among them, the electronic components of the control system are arranged inside the generator. Based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a microprocessor, it can receive signals from temperature sensors and liquid level sensors, and according to preset reaction parameters and control algorithms, it can perform real-time control on the suction device, metering pump and other actuators. Among them, at the outer shell of the generator, there is an external human-machine interface. The operator can input reaction time parameters, monitor the reaction process and view the system status through the touch screen. Among them, mechanical buttons are also provided at the outer shell of the generator. Through the mechanical buttons, the generator can be quickly started or stopped, and it can also play a protective role in case of operation failures.
[0134] Among them, the hydrogen peroxide electrochemical device is stacked by a plurality of critical hydrogen peroxide reaction modules. When the hydrogen peroxide reaction modules are stacked, they are fixed by U-shaped positioning parts, and a single hydrogen peroxide reaction module is placed on a separate partition. By stacking a plurality of hydrogen peroxide reaction modules, a large amount of electrolyte can be reacted in real time, and a large batch of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution required can be produced in a short time. This electrochemical device is the core component of the hydrogen peroxide generator and is the main embodiment of the whole machine's function.
[0135] Among them, the water tank is the main liquid storage device inside the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator. It can store a large amount of electrolyte required for the reaction. Through the built-in water pump, the electrolyte in the water tank can be transported to the hydrogen peroxide reaction module. During the reaction process, the electrolyte in the water tank is gradually converted into hydrogen peroxide solution. After the reaction proceeds to the specified time, the prepared hydrogen peroxide solution can be discharged through the drain pipe 13 to an external storage container or a place of use. After the drainage is completed, under the control of the built-in program, new electrolyte can enter the water tank again from the liquid inlet through the electrolyte supply device, and continuous preparation of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution can be achieved.
[0136] Among them, the suction device is mainly fixed inside the body shell of the hydrogen peroxide generator. It mainly consists of heat sinks and exhaust fans, which can dissipate heat and ventilate the electronic components such as the power supply inside the machine. Preferably, while dissipating heat, the exhaust fan can discharge the water vapor generated at the hydrogen peroxide reaction module and ventilate the critical interface, which can keep the critical interface dry and promote oxygen supply, and improve the reaction effect of the hydrogen peroxide reaction module.
[0137] Among them, the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator is also equipped with bottom universal wheels, which can be more flexible during transportation or machine installation, and reduce the difficulty of use and installation.
[0138] In actual application scenarios, when this generator is used for hydrogen peroxide preparation, to avoid the reduction of reaction effects caused by particulate matter in the reaction water or scale generated by calcium and magnesium ions under the action of an electric field, a water softener can be pre-connected for use. After the water sample is softened by the water softener, the content of calcium and magnesium ions will be greatly reduced. After the softened water enters the electrolyte supply device, the formation of scale in the reaction device can be avoided, and the service life of the hydrogen peroxide generator can be extended.
[0139] According to the above embodiments, the experimental results of this embodiment: In the preferred implementation scheme, the actual performance of this critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator was tested. Experimental scheme: After inputting 50 L of softened water into the electrolyte supply device, the softened water and electrolyte enter the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator. The TDS of the water quality is tested to be 550. The preparation switch of the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator is turned on, and the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the reaction chamber of the generator within 60 min is tested.
[0140]
[0141] Select the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator as the implementation example for testing. Under the condition of a reaction voltage of 12 V, hydrogen peroxide solution is prepared, and the test is continuously carried out for 60 min. The cumulative concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the reaction chamber is detected and recorded. As Figure 14 shown, in the embodiment, when using 50 L of softened water with a TDS of 550, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide cumulatively generated by the critical high-concentration hydrogen peroxide generator of the present invention within 60 min can reach 800 ppm. This hydrogen peroxide generator can generate a large amount of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide under the condition of low electrolyte concentration and can realize the continuous production of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution.
[0142] The above only further illustrates the technical content of the present invention with examples to make it easier for readers to understand, but it does not mean that the implementation mode of the present invention is limited to this. Any technical extension or re-creation based on the present invention is protected by the present invention. The protection scope of the present invention is subject to the claims.
