B-PPG gel particle simple injection system and method

Abstract

The invention discloses a B-PPG gel particle simple injection system and method, and relates to the technical field of oil field development physical simulation experiments. The rotating speed of the magnetic stirrer is set according to the injection duration, and the suspension time of the B-PPG gel particles is prolonged under the condition that the integrity of the B-PPG gel particles is kept, so that the effect of an indoor B-PPG gel particle development effect simulation experiment is improved. The system comprises a pressure source, a valve, an injection device, a sand filling pipe model and a measuring cylinder which are sequentially communicated, the injection device comprises a piston container and a piston arranged in the piston container; a magnetic stirrer is arranged in the piston; the piston container is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the piston; the upper cavity is used for accommodating a to-be-injected oil displacement system containing B-PPG gel particles and is communicated with the sand-filled pipe model, and the lower cavity is communicated with a pressure source. The invention further provides an injection method based on the injection system.
