[0018] Effects of the Invention
[0019] The head support device disclosed herein is a device that is removably attached to the rim of a shampooing basin for supporting a person's head. The device comprises a base portion mounted on the rim of the shampooing basin, and a swinging portion connected to the base portion by a connecting structure. The swinging portion comprises a first abutting portion that abuts against the back of the head or the vicinity of the back of the head; a protruding support portion that rises upward from the first abutting portion on the side opposite the inside of the shampooing basin; and a second abutting portion that is attached to the upper end of the protruding support portion, receives the protruding support portion on the inside, and abuts against the neck or the vicinity of the neck on the outside. The swinging portion swings toward the inside or outside of the shampooing basin relative to the base portion, with the second abutting portion swinging toward the inside or outside of the shampooing basin with the upper end of the protruding support portion as a fulcrum. The second abutting portion swings like a pendulum with the upper end of the protruding support portion as a fulcrum. The protruding support portion is received inside the second abutting portion, thereby enabling the second abutting portion to swing while concealing the fulcrum of the swinging motion. That is, the head support device is a structure that does not become an obstacle to the implementation of nursing care, and does not adhere to hot water or liquid medicine used for nursing care, because the entire protruding support portion, including the upper end portion of the protruding support portion that serves as the fulcrum for the swinging motion, is concealed. In addition, generally, when a laterally extending rod or the like is used as a rotation axis, the volume increases in the lateral direction by the extent of the structure used to support the rod. However, since the upper end portion of the protruding support portion extending on the upper side is used as the fulcrum for the swinging motion, the volume does not increase in the lateral direction, resulting in a compact device. Furthermore, by virtue of the swinging of the second abutting portion and the swinging portion, the head support device can adapt to the posture of the head of the person being cared for. [0029] According to the head support device of the present disclosure, the second abutting portion is placed on the upper end portion of the protruding support portion and is freely detachable. That is, it is a simple structure in which the second abutting portion is placed on the upper end portion of the protruding support portion. Since the second abutting portion is easily detachable, there is no trouble of detaching for cleaning.
[0030] According to the head support device of the present disclosure, the protruding support portions are formed in pairs on the left and right sides in a direction intersecting the direction in which the second abutting portion swings, and the second abutting portion is concave between the protruding support portions. Since the head of the person being cared for is supported on the second abutting portion which is concave and straddled between the protruding support portions, the posture of the head is stable. In particular, since the head is disposed at a position corresponding to the extent of the concavity of the second abutting portion, lower than the upper end portion of the protruding support portion which is the fulcrum of the swinging motion, the posture of the head is stable.
[0031] According to the head support device of the present disclosure, the connection structure is composed of a guide rail portion and a shaft portion, the guide rail portion extending in the direction in which the swinging portion swings and being formed in pairs on the left and right, and the shaft portion being formed in pairs on the left and right and connected to each of the guide rail portions. The second abutting portion swings with the "point" called the upper end portion of the protruding support portion as the fulcrum, and, in contrast, the swinging portion swings along the "line" called the guide rail portion. Thus, by the swinging portion swinging along the guide rail portion, the first abutting portion swings in the front and back directions like a pendulum while changing the angle, displacement also occurs in the up and down directions, and the second abutting portion swings. Thus, the head support device can accommodate the posture of the head of the person being cared for. With the guide rail portion and the shaft portion, the connection structure is simple.
[0032] According to the head support device of the present disclosure, the shaft portions protrude from the inner sides of the guide rail portions to the outer sides thereof in the left and right lateral directions. Thus, compared to a case where the shaft portions protrude from the outer sides of the guide rail portions, the connection structure does not increase in volume in the lateral direction, and becomes a compact structure. Thus, the head support device is a structure that does not become an obstacle to nursing.
[0033] According to the head support device of the present disclosure, the second abutting portion has a cover portion that plugs a concave neck placement space formed in the edge of the shampoo basin for the neck of the person being nursed to pass through. In addition, the gap of the neck placement space is widened to the extent that the compact structure is formed, and the gap is hidden by the cover portion. In addition, in a case where the neck placement space is originally wide regardless of the size of the head support device, the gap is also hidden by the cover portion. Thus, the splashing of hot water from the gap of the neck placement space is suppressed.
[0034] The hairdressing and beauty device according to the present disclosure has a nursing table used by a person being nursed, a shampoo basin arranged at the rear side of the backrest portion of the nursing table, and the above-described head support device installed to the shampoo basin. Thus, the same effects as the above-described head support device are exerted.
[0035] Next, the head support device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described based on the drawings. In Figure 1 and Figure 2 , a hairdressing and beauty device 1 equipped with the head support device 8 according to the present embodiment is shown. In Figure 1 , a state before the nursing using the shampoo basin 9 is performed is shown, and in Figure 2 , a state in which the nursing using the shampoo basin 9 can be performed is shown.
[0036] As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 , the hairdressing and beauty device 1 has a nursing table 2 used by a person being nursed (omitted in the drawings), and a shampoo basin 9 arranged at the rear of the nursing table 2 and placing the head of the person being nursed. The nursing table 2 has a seat portion 3 on which the person being nursed lies, and a lifting portion 4 that supports the seat portion 3 from below. The seat portion 3 has a seat 5 on which the person being nursed sits, a footrest portion 6 connected to the front of the seat 5 and placing the feet of the person being nursed, and a backrest portion 7 connected to the rear of the seat 5 and placing the upper body of the person being nursed. There is also a situation in which the seat portion 3 has an elbow rest portion (omitted in the drawings) arranged at the left and right sides of the seat 5 and placing the arms of the person being nursed. With the nursing table 2, the seat portion 3 is lifted by the lifting portion 4 acting and extending up and down, and in addition, the angle of the seat portion 3 is changed by the backrest portion 7 being laid down or standing up. When the backrest portion 7 is laid down, the seat portion 3 becomes horizontal or substantially horizontal. The posture of the nursing table 2 is arbitrarily changed by the person being nursed (omitted in the drawings) operating, and in addition, is automatically changed to a predetermined posture.
[0037] The shampoo basin 9 is a basin for placing the head of the person to be treated in a state of lying on the seat portion 3 and receiving treatment. The person to be treated stands at the back side or the left and right sides of the shampoo basin 9 (or sits on a stool) and performs treatment on the head and hair of the person to be treated. The treatment includes, for example, shampooing, head massage, hair dyeing, hair perming, eye makeup, and the like. The shampoo basin 9 is provided on the stand portion 10. The shampoo basin 9 is composed of a bottom portion 14 and a peripheral wall portion 15 and has a substantially semispherical shape. In the shampoo basin 9, a drain 11 is formed in the bottom portion 14, and a hot water stopcock 12 for supplying hot water, a shower 13 for discharging hot water, and the like are provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion 15. A portion of the edge of the front side of the peripheral wall portion 15 opposite the seat portion 3 is recessed, and a concave neck portion placement space 16 is formed. In the neck portion placement space 16, the head support device 8 is disposed. The head support device 8 is freely detachable. The neck or head of the person to be treated is placed on the head support device 8, and a portion of the head support device 8 swings in accordance with the posture of the head.
[0038] Here, the head support device 8 is described in detail on the basis of the drawings. In Figures 3 to 9 , the appearance and the cross section of the head support device 8 are shown. In addition, in the following, the direction toward the inner side of the shampoo basin 9 among the directions in which the head support device 8 swings is referred to as the front side (Front), the direction toward the outer side of the shampoo basin 9 is referred to as the back side (Back), the directions intersecting the front side and the back side directions are referred to as the left side and the right side (Right Side, Left Side), and the height directions are referred to as the upper side and the lower side (Up, Down) (see FIG. 1). Figure 3 ).
[0039] As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4 , the head support device 8 has a base portion 17 attached to the edge of the shampoo basin 9 and a swing portion 24 connected to the base portion 17 by a connection structure 32. The swing portion 24 has a guide portion 26 constituting the connection structure 32, a semispherical first abutting portion 27 abutting against the head of the person to be treated, a rod-shaped or thin plate-shaped protruding support portion 28 standing upward, and a second abutting portion 29 attached to the protruding support portion 28. The second abutting portion 29 has a second abutting body portion 33 and an abutting cover portion 36 covering the second abutting body portion 33. As shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8 , the first abutting portion 27 swings together with the swing portion 24 in the front-back direction about a first swing fulcrum 45. In addition, the second abutting portion 29 swings in the front-back direction about a second swing fulcrum 46 which is the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28.
[0040] As shown in Figures 3 to 6As shown, the base portion 17 has a pair of left and right pedestal portions 18, and a rod-shaped base connecting portion 19 extending in the left-right direction between the two pedestal portions 18 and connected to the two pedestal portions 18. Each pedestal portion 18 has a substantially circular and flat plate portion 20, a leg portion 21R (21L) rising upward from an upper surface of the plate portion 20, and a shaft portion 22R (22L) and a buffer portion 23F, 23B mounted to the leg portion 21R (21L). Thus, the plate portion 20, the leg portions 21R, 21L, the shaft portions 22R, 22L, and the buffer portions 23F, 23B are formed in a pair of left and right.
[0041] Each leg portion 21R (21L) has two shaft portions 22R (22L) and two buffer portions 23F, 23B. The shaft portion 22L mounted to the left leg portion 21L protrudes to the left side from the left side surface of the leg portion 21L. The shaft portions 22L are arranged in front and back, and the front shaft portion 22L is arranged slightly higher than the rear shaft portion 22L (see FIG. 2). Figure 6 ) The one buffer portion 23F mounted to the left leg portion 21L protrudes to the front side from the front surface of the leg portion 21L, and the other buffer portion 23B mounted to the left leg portion 21L protrudes to the rear side from the rear surface of the leg portion 21L. On the other hand, the shaft portion 22R mounted to the right leg portion 21R protrudes to the right side from the right side surface of the leg portion 21R. The shaft portions 22R are arranged in front and back, and the front shaft portion 22R is arranged slightly higher than the rear shaft portion 22R. The one buffer portion 23F mounted to the right leg portion 21R protrudes to the front side from the front surface of the leg portion 21R, and the other buffer portion 23B mounted to the right leg portion 21R protrudes to the rear side from the rear surface of the leg portion 21R.
[0042] In the swing portion 24, the rail portions 26, the first abutting portions 27, and the protruding support portions 28 are formed in a pair of left and right. The rail portions 26 are formed at both end portions of the body portion 25 which is long in the left-right direction. Each rail portion 26 has a hole penetrating in the left-right direction, extends in the front-rear direction which is the direction in which the swing portion 24 swings, and curves along a circumference with the first swing support point 45 as the center (see FIG. 2). Figure 7 ) On the front side of the body portion 25, the front side limiting portions 30 are formed between the rail portions 26, and on the rear side of the body portion 25, the rear side limiting portions 31 are formed between the rail portions 26. Each first abutting portion 27 is arranged between the rail portions 26, abuts each rail portion 26, and is mounted to the front side of the body portion 25. Each protruding support portion 28 is arranged at a position further to the rear side than the first abutting portion 27, and is mounted to the rear of each rail portion 26.
[0043] The connection structure 32 is composed of a pair of guide rails 26 included in the swinging portion 24 and a pair of shafts 22R and 22L included in the base portion 17. The legs 21R and 21L are positioned between the guide rails 26. When the legs 21R and 21L are adjacent to the guide rails 26 in the left-right direction, the shafts 22R and 22L pass through the guide rails 26 from the inside to the outside. When the swinging portion 24 and the base portion 17 are connected by the connection structure 32, the shafts 22R and 22L slide within the guide rails 26, causing the swinging portion 24 to swing forward and backward relative to the base portion 17.
[0044] The second abutting body portion 33 is elongated in the left-right direction, with flat front and rear surfaces. It includes a pair of left and right insertion grooves 34, and a concave abutting body portion 35 connected to each of the insertion grooves 34. The insertion grooves 34 are formed at the left and right ends of the second abutting body portion 33, into which the protruding support portions 28 of the first abutting portion 27 are inserted. The concave abutting body portion 35 is located at the upper end of the second abutting body portion 33, located between the insertion grooves 34, and is recessed downward.
[0045] The contact cover portion 36 has a flat cover front portion 37, a flat cover rear portion 38, and a cover recessed portion 39 connecting the upper end of the cover front portion 37 and the upper end of the cover rear portion 38. The cover front portion 37 and the cover rear portion 38 face each other with a space therebetween. The cover recessed portion 39 is the upper end of the contact cover portion 36 and is recessed downward. Figure 9 As shown, the contact cover portion 36 may also include a wide cover portion 44. The wide cover portion 44 is removable relative to the rear side of the cover rear portion 38. The wide cover portion 44 is thin and is formed wider than the width of the contact cover portion 36 in the left-right direction.
[0046] The shape of the inner surface of the abutting cover portion 36 is substantially identical to the shape of the outer surface of the second abutting body portion 33. Thus, the front-to-back thickness of the second abutting body portion 33 is large enough to fit between the cover front portion 37 and the cover rear portion 38 of the abutting cover portion 36, or the shape of the abutting body concave portion 35 of the second abutting body portion 33 is substantially identical to the shape of the cover concave portion 39 of the abutting cover portion 36.
[0047] The base portion 17, the swing portion 24, the second abutting body portion 33 and the abutting cover portion 36 are assembled as follows. Figure 3 and Figure 4In the present embodiment, the base portion 17 and the swing portion 24 are connected by the connecting structure 32. The abutting cover portion 36 is attached to the second abutting body portion 33. The second abutting body portion 33 is covered by the abutting cover portion 36 by being attached to the abutting cover portion 36. The protruding support portion 28 is inserted into the insertion groove portion 34 of the second abutting body portion 33, and thus the second abutting portion 29 is covered from above by the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28. Thus, the second abutting portion 29 is freely attachable and detachable in the up-and-down direction with respect to the protruding support portion 28. Alternatively, the abutting cover portion 36 can be attached to the second abutting body portion 33 after the second abutting body portion 33 is attached to the protruding support portion 28.
[0048] As shown in Figure 5 , the shaft portions 22R, 22L of the base portion 17 protrude in the left and right lateral directions from the inner sides of the guide portions 26 of the swing portion 24 toward the outer sides of the guide portions 26. The protruding support portion 28 of the swing portion 24 is housed inside the second abutting portion 29, and the entire protruding support portion 28 is covered by the second abutting portion 29 and thus hidden. Thus, at the left and right end portions of the head support device 8, the connecting structure 32, the protruding support portion 28, and the like are not exposed.
[0049] The assembled head support device 8 is arranged in the neck placement space 16 of the shampoo basin 9 and attached to the peripheral wall portion 15 (see Figure 1 and Figure 2 ). Specifically, the flat plate portion 20 of the base portion 17 is placed on the upper end edge of the peripheral wall portion 15 and is fixed to the peripheral wall portion 15 by a bolt or the like. Alternatively, in the neck placement space 16, even if there is a gap between the peripheral wall portion 15 and the head support device 8, when the second abutting portion 29 has a wide cover portion 44 (see Figure 9 ), the gap is blocked by the wide cover portion 44.
[0050] Next, the operation, effect, and advantage of the head support device 8 will be described together with the internal structure of the second abutting portion 29.
[0051] As shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8As shown, the second abutting body portion 33 has an inserted groove portion 34. The inserted groove portion 34 has an inner side front face-to-face portion 40 facing the front side of the protruding support portion 28 of the swing portion 24, an inner side rear face-to-face portion 41 facing the rear side of the protruding support portion 28, and an inner side supported portion 42 connected to the upper end portions of the inner side front face-to-face portion 40 and the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41 and abutting the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28. Inside the inserted groove portion 34, a swing space 43 surrounded by the inner side front face-to-face portion 40, the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41, and the inner side supported portion 42 is formed. The swing space 43 is wider than the protruding support portion 28. Thus, the interval between the inner side front face-to-face portion 40 and the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41 is wider than the thickness of the protruding support portion 28 in the front-rear direction. In addition, the inner side front face-to-face portion 40 and the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41 gradually move away from each other as they approach the lower side from the inner side supported portion 42. Thus, the second abutting portion 29 swings in the front-rear direction with the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28 as a second swing fulcrum 46. In addition, the angle of the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41 relative to the inner side front face-to-face portion 40 (or the angle of the inner side front face-to-face portion 40 relative to the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41) with the inner side supported portion 42 as a fulcrum, and the distance between the inner side front face-to-face portion 40 and the inner side rear face-to-face portion 41 (the width of the swing space 43) are arbitrary.
[0052] The guide rail portion 26 of the swing portion 24 is supported by the shaft portion 22L (22R) of the base portion 17 and slides along the shaft portion 22L (22R) within the range of the hole in the guide rail portion 26. Since the shaft portions 22L (22R) are arranged slightly offset from each other in the up-down direction, the guide rail portion 26 is curved along a circumference with the first swing fulcrum 45 as the center. Thus, the trajectory of the swing portion 24 is arc-shaped. Accordingly, the swing portion 24 swings in the front-rear direction with the first swing fulcrum 45 as the center. Thus, the first abutting portion 27 also swings in the front-rear direction with the first swing fulcrum 45 as the center together with the swing portion 24. When the swing portion 24 swings to the front side and the rear side limiting portion 31 abuts the buffer portion 23B of the base portion 17, the swing movement of the swing portion 24 is limited. Similarly, when the swing portion 24 swings to the rear side and the front side limiting portion 30 abuts the buffer portion 23F of the base portion 17, the swing movement of the swing portion 24 is limited.
[0053] When the head of the person to be cared for is placed on the head support device 8 configured as described above, the first abutting portion 27 abuts the back of the head or the vicinity of the back of the head of the person to be cared for. Since the second abutting portion 29 is located on the side opposite the inner side of the shampoo basin 9 relative to the first abutting portion 27, the second abutting portion 29 abuts the neck or the vicinity of the neck of the person to be cared for. The size of the person to be cared for varies, and the posture of the head also varies during the implementation of the care. That is, the person to be cared for sometimes lowers the chin and moves the head downward, and sometimes moves the head upward like looking up.
[0054] Therefore, as described above, in the head support device 8, in terms of the pivoting movement of the second abutting portion 29 with the "point" of the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28 as the pivot, the swinging portion 24 swings along the "line" of the guide rail portion 26 (see Figure 7 and Figure 8 ). Thus, by the swinging of the swinging portion 24 along the guide rail portion 26, the first abutting portion 27 swings in the front and rear direction like a pendulum while changing the angle, and also displaces in the up and down direction, and the second abutting portion 29 also swings. Thus, the head support device 8 can adapt to the posture of the head of the person being cared for. With the guide rail portion 26 and the shaft portions 22R, 22L, the connection structure 32 is simple.
[0055] In the head support device 8, the protruding support portion 28 of the swinging portion 24 is housed inside the second abutting portion 29, and the entirety of the protruding support portion 28 is covered and hidden by the second abutting portion 29 (see Figure 5 ). That is, since the entirety of the protruding support portion 28 including the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28 that becomes the second pivoting point 46 of the pivoting movement is hidden, it can be said that it is a structure that does not become an obstacle to the implementation of care, does not adhere hot water or a medicinal liquid for care, and is easy to clean.
[0056] Further, the shaft portions 22R, 22L of the base portion 17 protrude in the left and right lateral directions from the inside of the guide rail portions 26 of the swinging portion 24 to the outside through the guide rail portions 26 (see Figure 5 ). Thus, at the left and right end portions of the head support device 8, the connection structure 32, the protruding support portion 28, and the like do not protrude. Thus, the head support device 8 is a structure that does not become an obstacle to the implementation of care, and is a small structure.
[0057] In the head support device 8, by inserting the protruding support portion 28 into the insertion groove portion 34 of the second abutting portion 33, the second abutting portion 29 covers the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28 of the swinging portion 24 from the upper side (see Figure 7 and Figure 8 ). That is, it is a simple structure in which the second abutting portion 29 is placed on the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28. Thus, the second abutting portion 29 is easily freely detachable with respect to the protruding support portion 28, and there is no trouble of detaching for cleaning.
[0058] In the head support device 8, the second abutting body portion 33 has an abutting body concave portion 35, and the abutting cover portion 36 has a cover concave portion 39 (see Figure 1), so the head of the person being cared for is supported on the second abutting portion 29 which is concave and which is disposed between the protruding support portions 28. Thus, the posture of the head is stabilized. In particular, since the cover concave portion 39 is located at a position lower than the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28 which is the second swing fulcrum 46 of the swinging motion, the head is also disposed at a position lower than the upper end portion of the protruding support portion 28, so the posture of the head is stabilized.
[0059] In the head support device 8, the second abutting portion 29 has a cover portion 44 (see Fig. 4) which is wide in width. In the neck placement space 16 of the shampoo basin 9, even in the case where the gap between the peripheral wall portion 15 and the head support device 8 is empty, the gap is hidden by the cover portion 44 which is wide in width. Thus, the case where hot water splashes from the gap of the neck placement space 16 is also suppressed. Figure 9
[0060] In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the protruding support portion is a long plate in the left-right direction. In this case, the abutting cover portion does not have a cover concave portion.
[0061] In another embodiment, the connecting structure is a rotation shaft, and the swinging portion swings around the rotation shaft.
[0062] In another embodiment, a guide rail portion is formed in the foot portion of the base portion, and a shaft portion is formed in the swinging portion.
[0063] In another embodiment, the second abutting portion is connected to the upper end portion of the protruding support portion. That is, the second abutting portion is not a structure in which the second abutting portion is simply placed on the upper end portion of the protruding support portion.
[0064] In another embodiment, the second abutting portion is not concave. In this case, the second abutting body portion does not have an abutting body concave portion and is flat, and the abutting cover portion does not have a cover concave portion and is flat.
[0065] In another embodiment, the shaft portions protrude from the outer sides of the guide rail portions to the inner sides of the guide rail portions through the guide rail portions.
[0066] The above, the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail, but the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Also, the present disclosure can be variously designed as long as it does not exceed the matters in the claims.
