Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of self-generated power generation, and particularly to a self-generated power generation module with low hysteresis loss. Background Technology
[0002] Switches, as crucial control components in the field of electrical equipment, are used to control the operating status of other electrical devices in a circuit, such as controlling the on / off state of electrical appliances like lights and doorbells. Existing electrical equipment switches mainly include wired and wireless control switches. Wired control switches are electrically connected to the operating circuit of the electrical device; however, they have several drawbacks, such as wasted wiring and cumbersome installation. Wireless control switches, on the other hand, communicate with the electrical device in the circuit using a wireless receiver while powered by a battery. They control the device's operating status wirelessly, overcoming many of the drawbacks of wired switches, such as wasted wiring. However, because wireless control switches rely on energy storage devices such as dry cell batteries or lithium batteries, they require periodic battery replacements, undoubtedly increasing resource waste and environmental pollution.
[0003] To address the shortcomings of current wired and wireless control switches, passive wireless control switches, such as passive wall switches, have emerged on the market. These switches utilize the mechanical force of a finger pressing the switch panel to drive a magnet and coil to make a relative movement, generating a very short electrical pulse. This pulse then drives the wireless transmitting circuit to transmit a short string of codes, thus controlling the state of the terminal device passively without relying on battery power, which has significant environmental advantages.
[0004] However, most current passive wireless switches generate electricity by using a lever motion between a permanent magnet and a coil. Since each operator applies different pressure, these passive wireless switches often incorporate a spring-loaded buffer to ensure successful triggering of the lever motion. The operator's pressure must overcome the elastic deformation of the spring to trigger the lever motion. In other words, in existing passive wireless switches, each magnetic pole switch is instantaneous. (See details...) Figure 1A and Figure 1B Taking a self-generating power device disclosed in application No. WO2017133073A1 as an example, the top magnetic conductor 21 is connected to the N pole of the permanent magnet 23, the bottom magnetic conductor 22 is connected to the S pole of the permanent magnet 23, and a coil is provided on the central column 12, corresponding to... Figure 1AIn the middle position, the driving member 44 is at the upward swing pole position, and the bottom magnetic conductor 22 abuts against the middle column 12. At this time, the middle column 12 is magnetized as the S pole. When the driving member 44 is swung downward by an external force, corresponding to... Figure 1B The top magnetic conductor 21, connected to the N pole of the permanent magnet 23, abuts against the central column 12. The magnetic pole of the central column 12 will be magnetized to the N pole. When the driving member 44 swings upward again, the magnetic pole of the central column 12 will be switched again. This rapid change causes the coil to generate current.
[0005] Where corresponding to Figure 1A When the central column 12 abuts against the bottom magnetic conductor 22, the central column 12 will be magnetized into an S pole. When the bottom magnetic conductor 22 separates from the central column 12, the magnetic field strength of the S pole decreases, but the magnetic moment inside the central column 12 does not change immediately and will still retain the magnetic tendency of the S pole. This phenomenon is called hysteresis. When the top magnetic conductor 21 abuts against the central column 12, it is equivalent to applying a magnetic field in the opposite direction to the central column 12. When the top magnetic conductor 21 abuts against the central column 12, the S pole magnetism of the central column 12 needs to be eliminated before the central column 12 can be demagnetized. During the switching process, the transition from contact between the central column 12 and the bottom magnetic component 22 to contact between the top magnetic component 21 is instantaneous. That is, the top magnetic component 21 contacts the central column 12 the instant the bottom magnetic component 22 leaves the central column 12. The stroke of the bottom magnetic component 22 and the top magnetic component 21 is short, and the switching time is short. As can be seen from the above-mentioned literature, the power generated by the self-generating device during one switching of the bottom magnetic component 22 and the top magnetic component 21 is short in duration and high in peak value. The central column 12 still has strong S-pole magnetism the instant the bottom magnetic component 22 leaves the central column 12. At this time, the top magnetic component 21 quickly contacts the central column 12 again. Therefore, a relatively high amount of energy is required to eliminate the magnetism of the central column 12 before it can be magnetized. The hysteresis loss caused by the hysteresis phenomenon of the central column 12 is relatively high.
[0006] In other words, current self-generating electrical devices suffer from high hysteresis losses due to their structural design and movement. To minimize the impact of hysteresis losses and reduce related energy losses, the industry typically employs ferromagnetic materials with low coercivity and low hysteresis loss, such as iron-nickel alloys and permeable alloys. However, the production process for these materials is complex and their price is high. Replacing the central column 12 with such materials would inevitably lead to a significant increase in costs, making large-scale commercial application in passive wireless switches difficult. Summary of the Invention
[0007] One object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the low hysteresis loss self-generating module has less loss caused by hysteresis phenomenon when switching magnetic poles, which is beneficial to reducing energy loss.
[0008] Another objective of this invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the magnetic pole switching stroke of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module is longer than that of existing lever movements, which is beneficial to gradually reduce the hysteresis effect during the switching process.
[0009] Another objective of this invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the low hysteresis loss self-generating module gradually reduces the hysteresis effect during the magnetic pole switching process, and thus can quickly magnetize when the magnetic pole switching is completed, thereby reducing energy loss.
[0010] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the low hysteresis loss self-generating module gradually reduces the hysteresis effect during the magnetic pole switching process, and thus can quickly complete demagnetization when the magnetic pole switching is completed, so as to rapidly increase the magnetic flux.
[0011] Another object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the low hysteresis loss self-generating module includes a magnetic wheel, a magnetic post, and at least one coil, wherein the coil is wound around the magnetic post, wherein the magnetic post is folded back and has a first magnetized end and a second magnetized end close to each other, wherein the magnetic wheel is rotatably disposed between the first magnetized end and the second magnetized end, and magnetizes the first magnetized end and the second magnetized end to different magnetic poles respectively, wherein the magnetic wheel rotates between the first magnetized end and the second magnetized end, and the magnetic poles of the first magnetized end and the second magnetized end are switched to generate electrical energy with the coil based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
[0012] Another object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the magnetic wheel has a first magnetic pole portion and a second magnetic pole portion, wherein the first magnetic pole portion and the second magnetic pole portion have different magnetic poles, wherein the first magnetic pole portion is attracted to and opposite one of the first and second magnetic ends, and while the first magnetic pole portion is attracted to and opposite one of the first and second magnetic ends, the second magnetic pole portion is attracted to and opposite the other of the first and second magnetic ends, so that the first and second magnetic ends are magnetized to different magnetic poles, and when the magnetic wheel is driven to rotate once, the attracted magnetic ends of the first and second magnetic pole portions switch, so that the magnetic poles of the first and second magnetic ends are switched.
[0013] Another object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein when the magnetic wheel is driven, the first magnetic pole portion moves away from the magnetized end opposite it, and the magnetic pole of the external magnetic field of the magnetized end gradually switches from the magnetic pole of the first magnetic pole portion to the magnetic pole of the second magnetic pole portion. As the first magnetic pole portion moves away from the magnetized end, the external magnetic field of the magnetized end corresponding to the magnetic pole of the first magnetic pole portion gradually weakens, and the external magnetic field of the magnetized end corresponding to the magnetic pole of the second magnetic pole portion gradually strengthens, so that the magnetic tendency of the magnetic pole corresponding to the first magnetic pole portion retained at the magnetic end is gradually weakened. When the second magnetic pole portion is switched relative to the magnetic end, the magnetic end can be quickly magnetized to reduce energy loss.
[0014] Another objective of this invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein, based on the principle of magnetic attraction, when the first magnetic pole portion approaches one of the first and second magnetic ends, it will be attracted relative to that magnetic end. Therefore, the driving stroke of the external force on the magnetic wheel is allowed to be less than the switching stroke of the magnetic wheel. That is, in one switching of the magnetic wheel, the driving of the first part of the stroke is provided by the external force, and the second part of the stroke is formed by the magnetic attraction between the magnetic wheel and the magnetic post. Thus, the driving stroke of the external force can be reduced, thereby reducing the stroke space required for the driving stroke of the external force, which is beneficial to the miniaturization of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module.
[0015] Another object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the low hysteresis loss self-generating module includes a driver, wherein the magnetic wheel is linked to the driver, wherein when the driver is driven by force, the magnetic wheel is rotated in linkage to drive the magnetic wheel to switch the magnetized ends corresponding to the first magnetic pole portion and the second magnetic pole portion.

[0018] Another object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the driver includes a first paddle and a second paddle disposed on the magnetic wheel, wherein the push rod has a deflecting part, wherein when the push rod is stationary relative to the magnetic wheel, the deflecting part abuts against one of the first paddle and the second paddle, so that when the push rod is pushed by force, the deflecting part abuts against and pushes the corresponding paddle, thereby driving the magnetic wheel to rotate, and when the first magnetic pole part moves away from one magnetized end and moves closer to another magnetized end, the first magnetic pole part is magnetically attracted relative to the other magnetized end, and the second magnetic pole part is magnetically attracted relative to the one magnetized end. Thus, the rotation of the magnetic wheel is driven by the linear pushing motion of the push rod, which simplifies the structure of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module and reduces the driving stroke of the push rod.
[0019] Another objective of this invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the driver only needs to drive the magnetic wheel to complete the first part of its rotation stroke, and the second part of the rotation stroke of the magnetic wheel after one switching is formed by the magnetic attraction between the corresponding magnetized end and the magnetic end. Therefore, the actuating part only needs to push the corresponding paddle to rotate at a rotation angle of less than or equal to 120°, which can reduce the external force driving stroke. In addition, the rotation angle of the corresponding paddle pushed by the actuating part is preferably greater than or equal to 90° to ensure that the magnetized end and the magnetic end can form a magnetic attraction, thus ensuring the switching of the magnetic wheel.
[0020] Another object of the present invention is to provide a low hysteresis loss self-generating module, wherein the driver includes a thrust reverser, wherein the thrust reverser is abutted against the push rod and accumulates potential energy in the state where the push rod is driven, and releases the potential energy in the state where the force on the push rod is removed, so as to push the push rod in the opposite direction, thereby realizing the reset of the push rod.

[0089] It is to be understood that the term "one" should be understood as "at least one" or "one or more", that is, in one embodiment, the number of an element may be one, while in another embodiment, the number of the elements may be multiple, and the term "one" should not be understood as a limitation on the quantity.
[0090] Referring to the accompanying drawings of this invention Figures 2A to 2C As shown, the principle of a low hysteresis loss self-generating module according to the present invention is illustrated. The low hysteresis loss self-generating module includes a magnetic wheel 10, a magnetic post 20, and at least one coil 30. The coil 30 is wound around the magnetic post 20. The magnetic post 20 is designed to be folded back and has a first magnetized end 21 and a second magnetized end 22 that are close to each other. The magnetic wheel 10 is rotatably disposed between the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 and magnetizes the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 into different magnetic poles. When the magnetic wheel 10 rotates between the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22, the magnetic poles of the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 are switched to generate electrical energy with the coil 30 based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
[0091] Specifically, the magnetic wheel 10 is rotatably configured to have a rotating shaft. The magnetic wheel 10 has a first magnetic pole portion 11 and a second magnetic pole portion 12, separated by the plane of the rotating shaft. The first magnetic pole portion 11 and the second magnetic pole portion 12 have different magnetic poles. In this example of the invention, the first magnetic pole portion 11 is an N pole, and the second magnetic pole portion 12 is an S pole. The first magnetic pole portion 11 is switchably magnetized relative to one of the first magnetized end portion 21 and the second magnetized end portion 22. The second magnetic pole portion 12 is magnetically attracted relative to one of the first magnetic end 21 and the second magnetic end 22, so that the first magnetic end 21 and the second magnetic end 22 are magnetized into different magnetic poles. When the magnetic wheel 10 is driven to rotate once, the magnetic ends of the first magnetic pole portion 21 and the second magnetic pole portion 22 are switched, so that the magnetic poles of the first magnetic end 21 and the second magnetic end 22 are switched.
[0092] Specifically corresponds to Figure 2A The first magnetic pole portion 11 of the magnetic wheel 10 magnetically attracts the first magnetized end portion 21, magnetizing the first magnetized end portion 21 as the N pole, and the second magnetic pole portion 12 magnetically attracts the second magnetized end portion 22, magnetizing the second magnetized end portion 22 as the S pole, corresponding to... Figure 2B When the magnetic wheel 10 is driven, the first magnetic pole portion 11 moves away from the first magnetized end 21 and gradually moves closer to the second magnetized end 22, while the second magnetic pole portion 12 moves away from the second magnetized end 22 and gradually moves closer to the first magnetized end 21. The external magnetic field received by the first magnetized end 21 gradually changes from the N pole to the S pole, and the external magnetic field received by the second magnetized end 22 gradually changes from the S pole to the N pole. In other words, in... Figure 2B When the magnetic wheel 10 shown is driven, the N-pole magnetic field and the S-pole magnetic field received by the first magnetized end 21 gradually weaken, causing the N-pole magnetic tendency on the first magnetized end 21 to gradually weaken, corresponding to... Figure 2C When the second magnetic pole portion 12 is switched and magnetically attracted relative to the first magnetized end portion 21, the first magnetized end portion 21 can be quickly magnetized, thereby reducing energy loss. Similarly, in Figure 2B When the magnetic wheel 10 shown is driven, the S-pole magnetic field and the N-pole magnetic field received by the second magnetized end 22 gradually weaken, causing the S-pole magnetic tendency on the second magnetized end 22 to gradually weaken, corresponding to... Figure 2CWhen the first magnetic pole portion 11 is switched to magnetically attract relative to the second magnetic end portion 22, the second magnetic end portion 22 can be quickly magnetized to reduce energy loss, thereby reducing the loss caused by magnetic hysteresis and helping to reduce energy loss.
[0093] And corresponding to Figures 2A to 2C As illustrated, when the magnetic wheel 10 is driven, the N-pole magnetic field and the S-pole magnetic field received by the first magnetized end 21 gradually weaken, causing the N-pole magnetic tendency on the first magnetized end 21 to gradually weaken. When the second magnetic pole portion 12 is switched and magnetically attracted relative to the first magnetized end 21, the first magnetized end 21 can be quickly magnetized. The second magnetic pole portion 12 can quickly complete the magnetic pole switching of the first magnetized end 21 and quickly complete the demagnetization to rapidly increase the magnetic flux. Similarly, when the magnetic wheel 10 is driven, the S-pole magnetic field and the N-pole magnetic field received by the second magnetized end 22 gradually weaken, causing the S-pole magnetic tendency on the second magnetized end 22 to gradually weaken. When the first magnetic pole portion 11 is switched and magnetically attracted relative to the second magnetized end 22, the second magnetized end 22 can be quickly magnetized. The first magnetic pole portion 11 can quickly complete the magnetic pole switching of the second magnetized end 22 and quickly complete the demagnetization to rapidly increase the magnetic flux.
[0094] It is worth mentioning that the magnetic wheel 10 is disposed between the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22. The rotation diameter d of the magnetic wheel 10 is greater than the distance L between the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22. The circumference of one rotation of the magnetic wheel 10 is πd. The stroke of the magnetic wheel 10 when switching magnetic poles is πd / 2, where d > L. Therefore, πd / 2 > 1.5·L. That is, the stroke of the magnetic wheel 10 when switching magnetic poles is more than 1.5 times the distance between the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22. In other words, under the same volume, the magnetic pole switching stroke of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module is more than 1.5 times longer than the stroke of the existing lever movement, which is beneficial to gradually reduce the hysteresis effect during the switching process.
[0095] For details, please refer to Figures 3 to 8The structure of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 includes a magnetic wheel 10, a magnetic guide post 20, and a coil 30. The magnetic wheel 10, the magnetic guide post 20, and the coil 30 are housed in a housing 40 of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100. The housing 40 includes an upper cover 41 and a base 42, and a receiving cavity 401 is defined between the upper cover 41 and the base 42. The magnetic wheel 10, the magnetic guide post 20, and the coil 30 are housed in the receiving cavity 401. The low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 includes a driver 50. The magnetic wheel 10 is linked to the driver 50. When the driver 50 is driven by force, the magnetic wheel 10 is rotated to drive the magnetic wheel 10 to switch the magnetized ends 21 or 22 corresponding to the first magnetic pole portion 11 and the second magnetic pole portion 12.
[0096] Specifically, the driver 50 includes a push rod 51, and the magnetic wheel 10 is linked to the push rod 51. When the push rod 51 is pushed by force, the magnetic wheel 10 is rotated by the push rod 51. The first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 face the front side of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100. The push rod 51 is located on the front side of the magnetic wheel 10 and moves along the line connecting the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22. This facilitates the compact structure of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 and allows the magnetic wheel 10 to move relative to the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22.
[0097] Further, the actuator 50 includes a thrust member 53, which abuts against the push rod 51 and accumulates potential energy when the push rod 51 is driven, and releases the potential energy when the force on the push rod 51 is removed, so as to push the push rod 51 in the opposite direction, thereby realizing the reset of the push rod 51. Specifically, one end of the thrust member 53 abuts against the push rod 51, and the other end of the thrust member 53 abuts against the housing 40. One end of the push rod 51 extends from the base 42. The user applies force to the push rod 51 to push the push rod 51 into the housing 40. The thrust member 53 is compressed by the force and accumulates potential energy, and releases the potential energy when the force on the push rod 51 is removed, so as to push the push rod 51 out of the base 42 in the opposite direction.
[0098] Furthermore, the driver 50 includes a first paddle 521 and a second paddle 522 disposed on the magnetic wheel 10. The push rod 51 has a deflecting part 511, wherein when the push rod 51 is stationary relative to the magnetic wheel 10, the deflecting part 511 abuts against one of the first paddle 521 and the second paddle 522, so that when the push rod 51 is pushed by force, the deflecting part 511 abuts against and pushes the corresponding paddle, thereby driving the magnetic wheel 10 to rotate. When the first magnetic pole part 11 moves away from one magnetized end and moves closer to another magnetized end, the first magnetic pole part 11 is magnetically attracted relative to the other magnetized end, and the second magnetic pole part 12 is magnetically attracted relative to the one magnetized end. Thus, the rotation of the magnetic wheel 10 is driven based on the linear pushing motion of the push rod 51, which simplifies the structure of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 and reduces the driving stroke of the push rod 51.
[0099] Specifically, corresponding to Figures 4A to 4E The switching drive process of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 is illustrated, corresponding to... Figure 4A Initially, the actuating portion 511 of the push rod 51 abuts against the second lever 522, wherein the first magnetic end 11 magnetically attracts the first magnetized end 21, and the second magnetic end 12 magnetically attracts the second magnetized end 22, corresponding to... Figure 4B At this time, the push rod 51 is pushed forward by force, and one abutting force-applying surface 5111 of the actuating part 511 pushes the second actuating piece 522 to drive the magnetic wheel 10 to rotate. The first magnetic pole end 11 moves away from the first magnetized end 21 and gradually moves closer to the second magnetized end 22. The second magnetic pole part 12 moves away from the second magnetized end 22 and gradually moves closer to the first magnetized end 21. Preferably, corresponding to... Figure 4B As shown, when the push rod 51 is pressed to the bottom, the push rod 51 only drives the magnetic wheel 10 to rotate a stroke greater than or equal to 90° and less than 180°. That is, one push of the push rod 51 does not drive the magnetic wheel 10 to rotate half a turn. The driver 50 only drives the magnetic wheel 10 to complete the first part of the rotation stroke. At this time, the first magnetic end 11 approaches the second magnetized end 22 and forms a magnetic attraction with the second magnetized end 22, and the second magnetic end 12 approaches the first magnetized end 21 and forms a magnetic attraction with the first magnetized end 21. Therefore, the magnetic wheel 10 can be driven to rotate under the magnetic attraction. Figure 4C The first magnetic end 11 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetically received end 22, and the second magnetic end 12 is magnetically attracted to the first magnetically received end 21, corresponding to Figure 4DThe reverse pusher 53 reverses the push rod 51. A reset beveled surface 5112 of the actuating part 511, located on the back side of the abutting force surface 5111, abuts against the first lever 521. The magnetic wheel 10 remains stationary on the housing 40 in a state where the first magnetic pole part 11 and the second magnetized end 21, and the second magnetic pole part 12 and the first magnetized end 22 are attracted together. The reset beveled surface 5112 slides relative to the first lever 521. Based on the beveled design of the reset beveled surface 5112, the first lever 521 is prevented from blocking the push rod 51 from resetting, thus allowing the actuating part 511 to reset via the first lever 521 during resetting. Figure 4E The low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 returns to its initial state, unlike... Figure 4A In this state, the first magnetic end 11 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic end 22, and the second magnetic end 12 is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic end 21.
[0100] In other words, the driver 50 only needs to drive the magnetic wheel 10 to complete the first part of the rotation stroke. The second part of the rotation stroke of the magnetic wheel 10 after one switch is formed by the magnetic attraction between the corresponding magnetized end 21 / 22 and the magnetic end 11 / 12. Therefore, the actuating part 511 only needs to push the corresponding paddle 521 / 522 to rotate at a rotation angle of less than or equal to 120°, which can reduce the external force driving stroke. In addition, the rotation angle of the corresponding paddle 521 / 522 pushed by the actuating part 511 is preferably greater than or equal to 90° to ensure that the magnetized end 21 / 22 and the magnetic end 11 / 12 can form a magnetic attraction, thus ensuring the switching of the magnetic wheel 10.
[0101] In other words, when the push rod 51 is stationary, the abutting force surface 5111 abuts against one of the first paddle 521 and the second paddle 522. After the push rod 51 is driven by force, during the reset process, the reset chamfer surface 5112 slides against the other of the first paddle 521 and the second paddle 522. The magnetic wheel 10 is relatively stationary when the first magnetic pole portion 11 and the second magnetic pole portion 12 are attracted to the corresponding magnetized ends 21 / 22. The reset chamfer surface 5112 slides relative to the other of the first paddle 521 and the second paddle 522. Based on the chamfer design of the reset chamfer surface 5112, the other paddle is avoided from blocking the reset of the push rod 51. This allows the actuating part 511 to reset by passing through the other paddle during reset. After the push rod 51 is driven once, the abutting force surface 5111 switches to abutting the other paddle, thereby completing one switching drive of the magnetic wheel 10.
[0102] It is worth mentioning that the push rod 51 has a force-receiving end 501 and a counter-push end 502 opposite to the force-receiving end 501. The counter-push end 502 has a counter-push contact surface 5021 and a guide post 5022 that protrudes outward from the counter-push contact surface 5021 along the axial direction of the push rod 51. The counter-push member 53 is implemented as a helical spring. The counter-push member 53 is sleeved on the guide post 5022 and abuts against the counter-push contact surface 5021 to form a state in which the counter-push member 53 abuts against the push rod 51. The counter-push member 53 is sleeved on the guide post 5022 to ensure the accuracy of the direction of pressure on the counter-push member 53 when the push rod 51 is driven by force, and the accuracy of the direction of force applied when the counter-push member 53 pushes the push rod 51, thus ensuring the correct reset of the push rod 51.
[0103] Specifically, the force-receiving end 501 has a retaining abutment surface 5011 and a button post 5012 protruding outward from the retaining abutment surface 5011 along the axial direction of the push rod 51. The retaining abutment surface 5011 is adapted to abut against the housing body 40. The housing body 40 has a button opening 44. The button post 5012 extends out of the receiving cavity 401 through the button opening 44. The push rod 51 is provided with a slot 512 and extends along the push rod in the slot 512. The push rod 51 extends radially and has a set of posts 513, wherein the slot 512 is relative to the force-receiving end 501. The push rod 51 further includes a torsion spring 514, which is sleeved on the set of posts 513. One end of the torsion spring 514 is connected to the force-receiving end 501, and the other end is connected to the actuating part 511. This forms a force buffer when the button post 5012 is under force, ensuring the pushing stability of the push rod 51 and improving the driving feel of the push rod 51. When the push rod 51 returns to its original position, the actuating part 511 moves away from the magnetic wheel 10, and after the actuating part 511 passes the corresponding paddle, the torsion spring 514 drives the actuating part 511 back to its original position.
[0104] In some embodiments, the actuating part 511 is fixedly disposed, and when the push rod 51 is in the return position, the actuating part 511 pushes the push rod 51 in the opposite direction, and the actuating part 511 drives the magnetic wheel 10 to rotate in the opposite direction so that the push rod 51 is reset. After the push rod 51 is reset, the magnetic wheel 10 rotates under the attraction of the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22.
[0105] Further, the magnetic wheel 10 includes a magnetic wheel body 101 and a rotating shaft 102. The magnetic wheel body 101 is magnetized and has a first magnetic pole portion 11 and a second magnetic pole portion 12. The rotating shaft 102 is disposed between the first magnetized end portion 21 and the second magnetized end portion 22. The magnetic wheel body 101 is rotatably disposed on the housing body 40 via the rotating shaft 102. The magnetization direction of the magnetic wheel body 101 is perpendicular to the rotating shaft 102, so that the first magnetic pole portion 11 and the second magnetic pole portion 12 are arranged along the radial direction of the rotating shaft, so that when the magnetic wheel 10 is driven to rotate, the first magnetic pole portion 11 and the second magnetic pole portion 12 switch the corresponding magnetized end portion 21 / 22.
[0106] It is worth mentioning that in these structures of the present invention, the rotating shaft 102 is configured as a movable shaft, the rotating shaft 102 is rotatably inserted into the housing 40, the housing 40 is provided with a shaft slot 43, the rotating shaft 102 is inserted into the shaft slot 43, and the magnetic wheel body 101 is rotatably disposed between the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 with the rotating shaft 102 as the axis, so as to facilitate the rotatable setting of the magnetic wheel 10 in a simplified structure.
[0107] In particular, in some embodiments, the rotating shaft 102 is set as a fixed axis and is fixedly disposed on the housing 40, wherein the magnetic wheel body 101 is connected to the rotating shaft 102 based on a corresponding bearing, so as to reduce the rotational driving force of the magnetic wheel 10.
[0108] Further details can be found in the following references. Figure 6 The magnetic wheel body 101 has a through hole at its physical center point. The rotating shaft 102 passes through the through hole and protrudes from both sides of the magnetic wheel body 101. The box body 40 has a shaft slot 43 on the upper box cover 41 and a shaft slot 43 on the base 42. The rotating shaft 102 protruding from both sides of the magnetic wheel body 101 is respectively inserted into the shaft slots 43 on the upper and lower sides. The rotating shaft 102 is fixedly attached to the side wall of the through hole. The first lever 521 and the second lever 522 extend from the circumference of the rotating shaft 102. The rotating shaft 102 is made of non-magnetic material. Based on the rotating shaft 102 passing through the magnetic wheel body 101, the stability of the magnetic wheel body 101 rotating about the rotating shaft 102 is ensured, and the driving of the magnetic wheel 10 is avoided from damaging the magnetic wheel body 101.
[0109] Specifically, refer to Figure 9In some configurations, the magnetic wheel 10 includes a magnetic wheel cover 103, wherein the magnetic wheel cover 103 is made of a non-magnetic material, and wherein the magnetic wheel cover 103 is fitted and fixed to one side of the magnetic wheel body 101. The rotating shaft 102, the first paddle 521, and the second paddle 522 extend upward from the magnetic wheel cover 103 to extend the rotating shaft 102, the first paddle 521, and the second paddle 522 from the magnetic wheel housing 103, so as to avoid damaging the magnetic wheel body 101 by driving the magnetic wheel 10, which helps to ensure the service life of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100.
[0110] Furthermore, corresponding to Figure 9 In the structure shown, the magnetic wheel body 101 has a through hole at its physical center point, and the rotating shaft 102 extends downward from the magnetic wheel cover 103 through the through hole and penetrates the magnetic wheel body 101. Based on the rotating shaft 102 penetrating both sides of the magnetic wheel body 101, the fixed stability between the magnetic wheel cover 103 and the magnetic wheel body 101 is ensured, and the stability of the magnetic wheel body 101 rotating about the rotating shaft 102 is ensured, thereby ensuring the operational reliability of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100.
[0111] Specifically, the magnetic post 20 includes a first magnetically conductive segment 201 and a second magnetically conductive segment 202 extending in the same direction from the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22, respectively, and a connecting segment 203 connecting the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202. The magnetic wheel 10 is disposed between the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202 and is surrounded by a U-shaped magnetically conductive groove formed by the first magnetically conductive segment 201, the connecting segment 203 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202. This helps to gather the magnetic field lines, improve the power generation efficiency of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100, and improve the structural compactness between the magnetic post 20 and the magnetic wheel 10, thereby reducing the volume of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100.
[0112] It is worth mentioning that, since the magnetic wheel 10 is relative to the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22, the distance between the first magnetically conductive section 201 and the second magnetically conductive section 202 is slightly larger than the rotation diameter of the magnetic wheel 10. The distance between the connecting section 203 and the magnetic wheel 10 is greater than the distance between the first magnetically conductive section 201 and the magnetic wheel 10, so as to ensure the magnetic attraction between the magnetic wheel 10 and the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22. Preferably, the distance between the magnetic wheel 10 and the first magnetically conductive section 201 and the distance between the magnetic wheel 10 and the second magnetically conductive section 202 are set to be equal, so as to balance the magnetic attraction between the magnetic wheel 10 and the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22.
[0113] Specifically, in this structure of the present invention, the connecting segment 203 is perpendicular to the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202. When the magnetic wheel 10 is magnetically attracted to the first magnetically received end 21 and the second magnetically received end 22, a magnetically conductive circuit is formed along the line connecting the magnetically conductive post 20 and the first magnetically received end 21 and the second magnetically received end 22. Based on the magnetic conductivity, the magnetically conductive post 20 improves the magnetic conductivity efficiency.
[0114] In particular, in this structure of the present invention, the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202 are respectively wound with a coil 30, which is beneficial to improve the electrical energy generated by the magnetic pole switching of the magnetically conductive column 20 and the coil 30.
[0115] In some embodiments of the present invention, the connecting segment 203 may also be implemented as an arc segment, and the present invention does not limit this.
[0116] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the connecting segment 203 may not be provided. For example, the first magnetically conductive segment 201 may be disconnected at one end opposite to the first magnetized end 21, and the second magnetically conductive segment 202 may be disconnected at one end opposite to the second magnetized end 22. This is beneficial to reduce the footprint of the magnetically conductive column 20.
[0117] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202 share a common end point. That is, the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the second magnetically conductive segment 202 extend from the first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 toward the rear side of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 and toward each other, respectively, and converge at a common end. That is, the other end of the first magnetically conductive segment 201 and the other end of the second magnetically conductive segment 202 are the same end, so as to form a V-shaped structure that surrounds the magnetic wheel 10, which is beneficial to reduce the area occupied by the magnetically conductive column 20.
[0118] Preferably, in this structure of the present invention, the magnetic wheel 10 is preferably designed in the form of a disk, so that the rotation coverage area of the magnetic wheel 10 is consistent with the actual area of the magnetic wheel 10. Therefore, the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 does not need to reserve additional space for the rotation of the magnetic wheel 10. The first magnetized end 21 and the second magnetized end 22 can approach each other at a distance close to the diameter of the magnetic wheel 10, which is beneficial to improving the miniaturization of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100.
[0119] It is understood that the magnetic wheel 10 can also be implemented in other forms, such as square, polygonal, or irregular shapes, and the present invention does not limit this.
[0120] Further reference is made to the accompanying drawings of this invention. Figures 10 to 12 The low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100 is driven by rotation. Specifically, the driver 50 includes a force-receiving wheel 54 and a driven wheel 55. The driven wheel 55 shares the rotating shaft 102 with the magnetic wheel body 101 and is engaged with the force-receiving wheel 54. When the force-receiving wheel 54 is rotated under force, the driven wheel 55 is engaged and driven, thereby driving the coaxially arranged magnetic wheel body 101 to rotate.
[0121] Specifically, the force-bearing wheel 54 includes an axle 412 and a disc. The axle 412 extends upward from the housing 40. The disc is rotatably mounted about the axle 412. The circumferential surface of the disc is provided with driving teeth 5401. The circumferential surface of the driven wheel 54 is provided with driven teeth 5402 that match the driving teeth 5401. The housing 40 has a shaft opening 411. The shaft 102 extends from the receiving cavity 401 through the shaft opening 411 and is fixed to the driven wheel 54. The driving teeth 5401 mesh with the driven teeth 5402 so that the driven wheel 54 is driven when the force-bearing wheel 54 is rotated under force.
[0122] Preferably, in this structure of the invention, the wheel includes a wheel surface and a wheel wall 542 extending from one side of the wheel surface 541 to define a wheel groove 543 based on the wheel surface 541 and the wheel wall 542. The inner sidewall of the wheel wall 542 is provided with a drive tooth 5401, and the circumferential surface of the driven wheel 5401 is provided with a driven tooth 5402 that matches the drive tooth 5401. The housing 40 has a shaft opening 411, and the shaft 102 extends from the receiving cavity 401 through the shaft opening 411 and is fixed to the driven wheel 54. The driven wheel 5401 engages with the drive tooth 5401 of the wheel in the wheel groove 543, which helps to improve the structural compactness of the force-bearing wheel 54 and the driven wheel 55, thereby facilitating the miniaturization design of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100.
[0123] It is worth mentioning that the diameter of the driven wheel 54 is larger than that of the driven wheel 55, which helps to reduce the driving force of the low hysteresis loss self-generating module 100. When the driven wheel 54 is rotated by a small amplitude, the magnetic wheel 10 can be driven to complete one magnetic pole conversion rotation.
