Abstract

The present invention provides an aqueous cosmetic containing a salt-type drug and having an excellent feeling of use. The aqueous cosmetic according to the present invention contains a specific salt-type drug, a specific polyether-modified silicone, and water.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to an aqueous cosmetic containing a salt-type medicament. BACKGROUND

[0002] A salt-type medicament such as an alkoxy salicylic acid (or a salt thereof) is used as an effective ingredient for improving rough skin and / or whitening, etc. in a cosmetic. If a salt-type medicament is added, it becomes difficult to obtain a smooth touch. In order to obtain a smooth touch, it is considered to adjust the touch with a thickening agent, but it is known that if a thickening agent of an electrostatic repulsion system is combined, the viscosity of the thickening agent is reduced by the salt-type medicament, or if a large amount of a thickening agent and / or a saccharide is combined, stickiness occurs at the time of application. In this regard, a sheet-shaped cosmetic combined with a hydrophobically modified polyether polyurethane is proposed (Patent Document 1).

[0003] Regarding an aqueous cosmetic such as a cosmetic water, a user sometimes prefers a smooth and heavy touch when applied to the skin, and there is a demand for a cosmetic having a thick degree.

[0007] The present inventors have surprisingly found that, in an aqueous cosmetic, by combining a specific polyether-modified silicone in a salt-type medicament, a thick feeling is imparted, and the use feeling is significantly improved. The present application is completed based on these insights.

[0050] The present application relates to an aqueous cosmetic (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as a cosmetic) containing (A) a specific salt-type medicament, (B) a specific polyether-modified silicone, and (C) water.

[0051] The cosmetic of the present application is preferably transparent, and specifically, the L value as an index of transparency is preferably 75 or greater, and further preferably 95 or greater. The "L value" can be measured with a color difference meter such as COLOR-EYE 7000A (manufactured by Gretag Macbeth), or the like. The closer the L value is to 100, the higher the transparency.

Here, the salt-type medicament refers to a water-soluble medicament which is capable of forming a salt.

8. The cosmetic according to claim 1 or 2, wherein The blending amount of the (A) component is 0.1 to 5% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic.
