Glass tempering apparatus

Abstract

The glass toughening equipment belongs to the technical field of toughening of glass products, and aims to solve the problem that in the preparation process of toughening glass, the high temperature causes the glass fragments to melt and adhere to form block or reticular agglomerates when the glass is broken in the heating furnace, so that the fragments cannot normally fall into the collecting tank by gravity, and the production line is forced to stop. The glass toughening equipment comprises a conveying line and a heating furnace arranged on the conveying line and used for heating glass, the conveying line comprises conveying rollers arranged in rows and used for conveying glass sheets, and a gap is left between two adjacent conveying rollers; the glass toughening equipment further comprises a shearing mechanism and a hot furnace scrap collecting tank arranged in the heating furnace; the shearing mechanism shears the broken glass so that the glass fragments fall into the hot furnace scrap collecting tank from the gap between the two adjacent conveying rollers. The glass toughening equipment is mainly used for preparing toughened glass.
