[0061] The technical solutions in the present application will be described clearly and completely below in combination with the drawings in the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, but not all the embodiments. The components of the present application described and shown in the drawings herein can be arranged and designed in various different configurations. Therefore, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application provided in the drawings is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed present application, but only represents selected embodiments of the present application. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work fall within the scope of protection of the present application. It should be noted that similar reference numerals and letters represent similar items in the following drawings, so once an item is defined in one drawing, it does not need to be further defined and explained in subsequent drawings. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", etc. are only used to distinguish the description, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance.
[0062] It should be noted that in the present application, a box has a bottom surface and a top surface and four side walls perpendicular to the bottom surface. Among them, the side wall in the length direction of the box is called a side surface, and the side wall in the width direction of the box is called an end surface. When the length and width of a box are equal or similar, its side surface and end surface are respectively in the same direction as the side surface and end surface of the other box. In addition, since the container is composed of one or more boxes, the side surface of each box forms the side surface of the container, and the end surface of each box forms the end surface of the container. In addition, the louvers and noise reduction devices located at different positions in the present application are respectively distinguished as first, second, etc., but in some places they can also be collectively referred to as louvers and noise reduction devices, etc. for the convenience of explanation and simplification of expression.
[0063] Figure 1 The structure of the mobile generator set container according to the present application is shown. Figure 2 The cross-sectional view of the mobile generator set container according to the present application is shown.
[0064] As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 The mobile generator set container 10 of the present application for loading a generator set 20 includes a first box 100 and a second box 200 and a third box 300. The second box 200 is detachably fixed above the first box 100 and communicates with the first box 100 up and down. The third box 300 is located above the second box 200 and communicates with the second box 200 up and down.
[0065] Among them, the size of the second box 200 is determined according to the surrounding environment in which the mobile generator set container is placed. That is, the size of the second box 200 of the present application is not necessarily the same as the size of the first box 100.
[0066] Generally, the generator set container uses a one-layer container, but when the power of the generator set is relatively large, the size of the container also needs to be increased. In this case, a common practice is to add a second layer of box to the first layer of box. At this time, the second layer of box is usually the same size as the first layer of box, that is, the length, width and height are the same. However, when the use environment of the generator set does not allow the placement of such a large container, it will become a problem.
[0067] In order to solve this problem, the second box 200 of the present application is designed as a second layer of box with adjustable size according to the needs, that is, the second box 200 does not need to use a box with the same size as the first box 100.
[0068] In one embodiment, the second box 200 can have the same length and width as the first box 100, but have different heights, as shown inFigure 1 and Figure 2 That is, the height of the second box body can be determined according to the use environment of the generator set at this time. The length and width of the second box body 200 are designed to be the same as the length and width of the first box body 100, which on the one hand makes the design and manufacture of the second box body 200 relatively simple, and on the other hand makes the appearance more complete.
[0069] However, the length of the second box body 200 can also be designed to be less than the length of the first box body 100, such as when the use environment of the generator set is still limited at the second layer box. In addition, the width of the second box body 200 can also be designed to be less than the width of the first box body 100. However, in general, in order to be relatively convenient for design and installation, the width of the second box body 200 is generally the same as the width of the first box body 100.
[0070] In addition, when the generator set 20 itself has a large size, the height of the second box body 200 can also be determined according to the height of the generator set 20 itself, so that the entire generator set 20 is contained in the first box body 100 and the second box body 200.
[0071] The generator set 20 includes an engine and a generator and a water tank 21, and when the power of the generator set is relatively large, the height of the water tank 21 is relatively high, especially when the water tank 21 is installed vertically. In an embodiment of the present application, the first box body 100 is used to contain the generator set 20, that is, the height of the first box body 100 can be designed to be higher or slightly larger than the height of the water tank 21 of the generator set 20, so that the water tank 21 of the generator set can be contained in the first box body 100. In this way, during transportation, the generator set 20 can be transported together with the first box body 100, without the need for special packaging. In another embodiment of the present application, when the height of the first box body 100 is too large when containing the entire generator set, it can even exceed the transportation requirements, and the height of the first box body 100 can be designed to be lower than the height of the water tank 21 of the generator set 20, and at this time at least the water tank 21 of the generator set 20 will partially enter the second box body 200.
[0072] In order to prevent environmental pollution when the generator set 20 is working, an silencing device 30 communicating with the exhaust pipe of the generator set 20 is generally installed at the same time to reduce the noise and pollution of the exhaust gas emitted during the operation of the generator set, so that the exhaust gas meets the environmental protection standards. The silencing device 30 here can adopt the silencing device of the patent for utility model with publication number CN222184931 U, or other existing silencing devices, and the present application does not make any limitation on this.
[0073] When the length of the second box 200 covers the generator set 20 (i.e. the length of the second box 200 is the same as or slightly smaller than the length of the first box 100), the silencer 30 is located above the top surface of the second box, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 .
[0074] According to an embodiment of the present application, the second box 200 can also comprise two parts, an air intake side second box and an air exhaust side second box (not shown). In this case, the silencer 30 is installed on the top surface of the first box 100 and located between the air intake side second box and the air exhaust side second box. When the space between the air intake side second box and the air exhaust side second box is limited, the silencer can be installed vertically, i.e. the silencer shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 is erected with its length direction perpendicular to the top surface of the first box 100.
[0075] When the generator set is working, it needs air to provide oxygen. In addition, the generator set will generate a large amount of heat during operation, which needs to be discharged in time so as not to affect its normal operation. Therefore, the container loaded with the generator set needs to be provided with air inlets and air outlets.
[0076] In the mobile generator set container according to the present application, the first box 100 is respectively provided with a first air inlet louver 110 and a first air outlet louver 120, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the generator set 20. The second box 200 is respectively provided with a second air inlet louver 210 and a second air outlet louver 220 corresponding to the positions of the first air inlet louver 110 and the first air outlet louver 120. The third box 300 is provided with a third air inlet louver 310 on at least one side wall. The above louvers can be mechanical louvers, electric louvers or a combination of mechanical louvers and electric louvers, which are opened when the generator set is working and closed when the generator set is not working.
[0077] In one embodiment of the present application, the first air inlet louvers 110 and the first air outlet louvers 120 can be provided on the side and end faces of the first container 100 according to the needs and the surrounding environment, or can be provided only on the side or end face. That is, the first air inlet louvers 110 and the first air outlet louvers 120 can be provided according to the needs, and as long as they are located in the first container 100 and their function is to provide air inlet, they are called first air inlet louvers 110. Similarly, the first air outlet louvers 120 can also be provided according to the needs, and as long as they are located in the first container 100 and their function is to provide air outlet, they are called first air outlet louvers 120.
[0078] The second air inlet louvers 210 and the second air outlet louvers 220 are located on the second container 200, which can correspond to the positions of the first air inlet louvers 110 and the first air outlet louvers 120 on the first container 100 one by one or basically correspond, or larger or smaller louvers can be provided at the corresponding positions. Similarly, the second air inlet louvers 210 and the second air outlet louvers 220 also need to be provided on both sides of the generator set 20 respectively. Generally, the second air inlet louvers 210 and the second air outlet louvers 220 are located on the side walls of the second container 200. Only in special cases, the second air inlet louvers and / or the second air outlet louvers can be located on the top face of the second container.
[0079] The third container 300 is mainly provided to make up for the air inlet amount required by the generator set 20. For example, when the second container 200 cannot be set higher due to the influence of the surrounding environment, the air inlet amount required by the generator set during operation may not be satisfied, which will affect the working performance of the generator set. The provision of the third container 300 can make the air inlet amount required by the generator set 20 be satisfied, so that the fuel in the generator set 20 can be fully burned, and the generator set can work normally.
[0080] Since the third container 300 is used to make up for the air inlet amount, only the third air inlet louvers 310 are provided on the third container 300, and no air outlet louvers are needed. The third air inlet louvers 310 can be provided on the top face or the side wall of the third container 300. Preferably, the third air inlet louvers 310 are provided on at least one side wall of the third container 300.
[0081] The position of the third container 300 provided on the second container 200 also needs to consider the physical environment around the entire container. Generally, the third container 300 is provided close to the air inlet side of the second container 200. For example, the third container 300 can be located directly above the air inlet side of the second container 200 (i.e. the third container 300 is located on the top of the second container 200), or the third container 300 can be located on the side of the air inlet side of the second container 200. Figure 2The second box 200 can also be located above the second box of the area 170 where the generator set is located, as shown in the leftmost end of the second box 200. Figure 2 As shown.
[0082] Because the generator set generates a lot of noise when it is working, in order to protect the environment, in this application, a first air inlet noise reduction device 130, a first air outlet noise reduction device 140, a second air inlet noise reduction device 230, a second air outlet noise reduction device 240 and a third air inlet noise reduction device 330 are respectively arranged on the inner side of the first air inlet louver 110, the first air outlet louver 120, the second air inlet louver 210, the second air outlet louver 220 and the third air inlet louver 310 to reduce the noise of the air inlet and air outlet of the container.
[0083] Because the third box 300 is usually mainly provided with a third air inlet noise reduction device, the length of the third box 300 is usually smaller than that of the first box 100. When the third air inlet louver 310 is arranged on the side wall of the third box 300, the higher the height of the third air inlet louver 310, the greater the air inlet amount will be, so the height of the third box 300 is determined by the air inlet amount that needs to be compensated.
[0084] The width of the third box 300 is usually the same as the width of the second box 200, so that on the one hand, it is convenient to design, install and maintain, and on the other hand, it is more beautiful in appearance. Of course, according to the physical environment around, its width can also be designed to be smaller than the width of the second box 200.
[0085] In addition, in order to further make the whole container more stable, vertical rods can also be arranged on the frames of the first box 100 and the second box 200 corresponding to the position of the third box 300 (for example, the position of the frame of the third box 300) to support the upper box and connect the side surfaces of the boxes. As shown in the figure, vertical rods are arranged below the right frame of the third box 300, the position of the second box 200 and the first box 100. Figure 2 As shown, vertical rods are arranged below the right frame of the third box 300, the position of the second box 200 and the first box 100.
[0086] In one embodiment, the first box 100 and the second box 200 can be connected together by a detachable connecting plate 40 on the outer side of the first box 100 and the second box 200 through bolt fixation, and the connecting plate 40 is connected to the top frame of the first box 100 and the bottom frame of the second box 200, as shown in the figure. Figure 1 As shown.
[0087] In one embodiment, the second box 200 and the third box 300 can also be connected together by bolt through a detachable connecting plate 40 outside the second box 200 and the third box 300, the connecting plate being connected to the top frame of the second box 200 and the bottom frame of the third box 300. This case is generally applicable to the case where the total height of the second box 200 and the third box 300 exceeds the transportation height limit. When the total height of the second box 200 and the third box 300 exceeds the transportation height limit, the third box 300 and the second box 200 can be fixedly connected together by welding.
[0088] The connecting plate 40 not only plays a role in connecting the boxes, but also plays a role in resisting earthquakes and wind.
[0089] Optionally, between the louvers (first air inlet louver 110, second air inlet louver 210 and third air inlet louver 310) on the air inlet side of each box (i.e. the first box 100, the second box 200 and the third box 300) and the noise reduction device (130, 230, 330) on the air inlet side, a waterproof louver 50 can be provided to block rainwater in the air inlet from the air inlet side louver and prevent it from entering the box interior to affect the working performance or even the working life of the internal equipment. The waterproof louver can use the waterproof louver disclosed in the utility model patent with the patent number 202420813333.5 of the applicant, or other existing waterproof louvers, which are not limited by the present application. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 The first air inlet louver 110 of the first box 100, the second air inlet louver 210 of the second box 200 and the third air inlet louver 310 of the third box 300 are provided with waterproof louvers 50 on the inner side. Drainage grooves 60 are also provided on the floor of the container 10 between the waterproof louvers 50 and the air inlet side louvers, as shown in Figure 3 for draining water falling on the ground out of the container 10. In addition, it should be noted that drainage grooves are also provided on other places on the floor of the container 10 as needed to drain water in the container 10 out of the box in time, which will not be described here.
[0090] With respect to the noise reduction devices involved in the present application, each noise reduction device includes one or more sound reduction grilles according to the noise reduction requirement. The sound reduction grille includes a grille frame with a certain width and a plurality of parallel sound reduction sheets fixedly installed on the grille frame. The sound reduction grille is usually installed inside the respective cabinet (the first cabinet 100, the second cabinet 200 or the third cabinet 300) in a direction parallel to the shutter. The length and height of the grille frame of the sound reduction grille are adapted to the width and height of the inside of the cabinet at the position where the sound reduction grille is installed. If the position where the sound reduction grille is installed in the respective cabinet is also arranged with other equipment (to be described in detail later), the width of the sound reduction grille installed in the cabinet is adapted to the remaining width of the width of the inside of the cabinet after subtracting the width of the other equipment, as shown in Figure 3 The first air inlet noise reduction device 130 is arranged side by side with other equipment at one side of the installation position, and therefore the length of the sound reduction grille in the first air inlet noise reduction device 130 is less than the internal width of the first cabinet 100. In addition, the first air outlet noise reduction device 140 is arranged side by side with other equipment at both sides of the installation position, and therefore the length of the sound reduction grille in the first air outlet noise reduction device 140 is also less than the internal width of the first cabinet 100.
[0091] In an embodiment, the sound reduction sheet can include a shell made of a microporous plate, and the width of the sound reduction sheet is the same as the width of the frame of the sound reduction grille. The microporous plate can be made of metal or plated with metal, such as a zinc-plated hole plate, and the present application does not make any limitation on this. Optionally, the shell can be filled with sound reduction material. Optionally, the cross section of the shell of the sound reduction sheet can be rectangular, V-shaped or other curved shapes.
[0092] In an embodiment, one end of the sound reduction sheet close to the air inlet side or away from the air outlet side is in a sharp angle shape. Such design can reduce the resistance to the air inlet and air outlet.
[0093] The first air intake noise reduction device 130 in the first container body 100 and the second air intake noise reduction device 230 in the second container body 200 are basically opposite to each other in the up-down direction. That is, if one or more sound reduction grilles are installed on the air intake side of the first container body 100, one or more sound reduction grilles are also installed on the air intake side of the second container body 200, and the sound reduction grilles are basically aligned in the up-down direction. However, in actual cases, the number of sound reduction grilles included in the first air intake noise reduction device 130 and the second air intake noise reduction device 230 can be different according to the distribution of equipment installed in the container. For example, the number of sound reduction grilles included in the first air intake noise reduction device 130 can be one or more more than the number of sound reduction grilles included in the second air intake noise reduction device 230, or vice versa. Similarly, the sound reduction grilles on the air exhaust side of the first container body 100 and the second container body 200 are also arranged in a similar manner.
[0094] In one embodiment, the sound reduction grille includes a first sound reduction grille 71 and a second sound reduction grille 72. In the first sound reduction grille 71, the plurality of sound reduction pieces are fixed to the upper and lower frame edges of the grille frame perpendicularly to the bottom edge of the grille frame or at an acute angle to the side edges of the grille frame. In the second sound reduction grille 72, the plurality of sound reduction pieces are fixed to the left and right frame edges of the grille frame parallel to the bottom edge of the grille frame or at an acute angle to the bottom edge of the grille frame. The adjacent sound reduction pieces have a predetermined gap therebetween.
[0095] In one embodiment, in order to achieve better noise reduction effect, the first air intake noise reduction device 130 and the second air intake noise reduction device 230 each include two or more first sound reduction grilles 71 or second sound reduction grilles 72, and the third air intake noise reduction device 330 includes two or more first sound reduction grilles 71. The air exhaust side noise reduction device (140, 240) includes two or more first sound reduction grilles 71, or two or more second sound reduction grilles 72, or a combination of the first sound reduction grilles 71 and the second sound reduction grilles 72.
[0096] In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, two first sound reduction grilles 71 are arranged on the first air intake noise reduction device 130 of the first container body 100 and the second air intake noise reduction device 230 of the second container body 200. Figure 2 and Figure 3 In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, two first sound reduction grilles 71 are arranged on the first air intake noise reduction device 130 of the first container body 100 and the second air intake noise reduction device 230 of the second container body 200. Figure 3As shown, the first silencing louver 71 in the first air inlet noise reduction device 130 is shorter than the first silencing louver 71 in the second air inlet noise reduction device 230 because the air inlet side of the first box 100 is provided with other equipment in one side of the container 10. However, the first silencing louver 71 can also be provided above the other equipment provided on the air inlet side of the first box 100 or no silencing louver is provided. The louver frame of the first silencing louver 71 in the first box 100 is fixed to the bottom surface, the inner wall of the side, the top frame and the outer wall of the equipment compartment of the first box 100. The first silencing louver 71 in the second box 200 is fixed to the top surface and the inner wall of the side and the bottom frame of the second box 200.
[0097] In Figure 2 and Figure 3 In the example shown, the third box 300 is located above the area 170 where the corresponding generator set is located in the second box 200, and the third air inlet noise reduction device 330 includes two first silencing louvers 71, the louver frame of which is fixed to the top frame and / or the top surface of the second box 200 and the inner wall of the side of the third box 300. For example, a part of the lower part of the first silencing louver 71 close to the third air inlet shutter 310 is fixed to the top surface of the second box 200. This arrangement of the top surface of the second box 200 can further block the water vapor or rain entering from the air inlet side of the third box 300, and also further support the first silencing louver 71 in the third box 300. In addition, a crossbeam can be provided in the top frame of the second box 200 below the first silencing louver 71 away from the air inlet side in the third box 300 to support the first silencing louver 71.
[0098] In another embodiment, when the third box 300 is located directly above the air inlet side of the second box 200, the first silencing louver 71 in the third air inlet noise reduction device 330 corresponds to the first silencing louver 71 on the air inlet side of the second box 200. Of course, the number of first silencing louvers 71 in the third box 300 and the second box 200 can be different.
[0099] In the example shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 In the example shown, three silencing louvers are provided in the first air outlet noise reduction device 140 of the first box 100 and the second air outlet noise reduction device 240 of the second box 200, respectively. Among them, the first air outlet noise reduction device 140 includes two second silencing louvers 72 and one first silencing louver 71, and the second air outlet noise reduction device 240 includes three first silencing louvers 71.
[0100] In this embodiment, the two sound reduction panels far from the first exhaust louver 120 in the first box 100 are the second sound reduction panels 72, and the sound reduction panel close to the first exhaust louver 120 is the first sound reduction panel 71. Here, the sound reduction panels of the second sound reduction panels 72 are arranged at an upwardly inclined angle with the bottom surface of the container 10, so that the air after passing through the two second sound reduction panels 72 is directed upwardly, so that the exhaust air does not affect the buildings or other facilities outside the first box of the container 10.
[0101] Of course, in the examples shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 , there can be various modifications, for example, the sound reduction panels in the second exhaust noise reduction device 240 are arranged in the same way as the sound reduction panels in the first exhaust noise reduction device 140. Alternatively, the second sound reduction panels 72 are not arranged adjacently, i.e. the first sound reduction panel 71 is located between the two second sound reduction panels 72, or the two second sound reduction panels 72 are located close to the first exhaust louver 120, and the first sound reduction panel 71 is located far from the first exhaust louver 120. Of course, there can be only one second sound reduction panel 72 and two first sound reduction panels 71.
[0102] It should be noted that the present application does not limit the arrangement of the sound reduction panels in each noise reduction device, which can be arranged in various possible ways according to the noise reduction needs.
[0103] In addition, as shown in Figure 3 , the two sides of the first box 100 close to the exhaust side are provided with other equipment (such as the oil tank compartment, the unit cabinet compartment and the electrical cabinet compartment described later), so that the sound reduction panels in the first exhaust noise reduction device 140 of the first box 100 are shorter than the sound reduction panels in the second exhaust noise reduction device 240 of the second box 200.
[0104] In one embodiment, when the first sound reduction panel 71 or the second sound reduction panel 72 is arranged adjacently, each sound reduction panel in each first sound reduction panel 71 or second sound reduction panel 72 is arranged to face the gap between the two sound reduction panels adjacent to it in the adjacent first sound reduction panel 71 or second sound reduction panel 72, as shown in Figure 3 . In addition, as shown in Figure 2 , the sound reduction panels in the two second sound reduction panels 72 in the first exhaust noise reduction device 140 are also designed in this way.
[0105] The first air inlet shutter 110 and the first air outlet shutter 120 are located at two ends of the first box 100, and the second air inlet shutter 210 and the second air outlet shutter 220 are located at two ends of the second box 200.
[0106] The third air inlet shutter 310 can be located on at least one side wall of the third box 300, and generally a direction without obstacles around is selected so as not to affect air inlet. Here, for the convenience of description, the third air inlet shutter 310 is in the same direction as the first air outlet shutter 120 or the first air inlet shutter 110, and is located on only one end surface of the third box 300. In the following embodiments, specifically, the third air inlet shutter 310 is in the same direction as the first air outlet shutter 120, and it is assumed that there are obstacles on the end surface side of the third box 300 in the same direction as the first air inlet shutter 110, which affects the air inlet effect.
[0107] As described above, the first air inlet noise reduction device 130, the first air outlet noise reduction device 140, the second air inlet noise reduction device 230, the second air outlet noise reduction device 240 and the third air inlet noise reduction device 330 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the first air inlet shutter 110, the first air outlet shutter 120, the second air inlet shutter 210, the second air outlet shutter 220 and the third air inlet shutter 310, and the first sound attenuation grid plate 71 and / or the second sound attenuation grid plate 72 are arranged in each noise reduction device. Here, it will not be repeated.
[0108] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application can further include a sand dust filtering device. The sand dust filtering device is located between the air inlet side noise reduction device (including the first air inlet noise reduction device, the second air inlet noise reduction device and the third air inlet noise reduction device) and the generator set, so that the air inlet is filtered before entering the area 170 where the generator set is located. The sand dust filtering device has a direct impact on the service life of the generator set and other equipment used in geographical environments with more wind and sand.
[0109] When the third box 300 is located directly above the air inlet side of the second box 200, that is, when the third air inlet noise reduction device 330 of the third box 300 corresponds to the second air inlet noise reduction device 230 in the second box 200, the sand dust filtering device extends from the bottom surface of the first box 100 to the top surface of the third box 300 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the first box 100.
[0110] When the third housing 300 is located above the second housing 200 in the area 170 where the corresponding generator set is located, the dust filtration device includes a first dust filtration device 151 and a second dust filtration device 152.
[0111] The first dust filter 151 is located between the first air intake noise reduction device 130 and the second air intake noise reduction device 230 and the generator set 20, extending from the bottom surface of the first housing 100 to the top surface of the second housing 200 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the first housing 100. In practice, the first dust filter 151 can be formed by combining a portion located in the first housing 100 and a portion located in the second housing 200, thus facilitating the separate transport of the second housing 200 and the first housing 100.
[0112] The second dust filter 152 is located between the third air intake noise reduction device 330 and the generator set 20. For example, the second dust filter 152 can be located in the area of the bottom surface of the third housing 300 that is not covered by the top surface of the second housing 200, so as to filter the dust from the air intake through the third air intake noise reduction device 330.
[0113] Optionally, the second dust filter 152 can also be installed on the air intake duct from the third air intake louver 310 through the third air intake noise reduction device 330 into the generator set area 170. For example, the second dust filter 152 can be located in the second housing 200 outside the third housing 300 and on the air intake path of the third housing 300. Figure 2 As shown, the third air inlet louver 310 faces the same direction as the first exhaust louver 120. The second dust filter 152 is disposed in the second housing 200 and located outside the third housing 300, near the first dust filter 151, i.e., between the third housing 300 and the first dust filter 151. The second dust filter 152 extends from the top surface of the second housing 200 to the bottom frame of the second housing 200 and is fixed to the second housing 200. Optionally, the second dust filter 152 is perpendicular to the top surface of the second housing 200 and fixed to the top surface and bottom frame of the second housing 200. Of course, the second dust filter 152 can also be inclined relative to the top surface of the second housing 200.
[0114] If the third air inlet shutter 310 of the third box 300 has the same orientation as the first air outlet shutter 110, the second dust filtering device 152 is disposed in the second box 200 and is located outside the third box 300 directly below the first dust filtering device 151.
[0115] The dust filtering device 150 includes a dust filtering device frame, a plurality of partitions for dividing the frame into a plurality of sub-frames, and a plurality of dustproof bags or dustproof nets respectively detachably fixed on the plurality of sub-frames. The dustproof bags or dustproof nets can be the existing dustproof cloth bags and nets, or self-made bags or nets with a plurality of tiny mesh holes. The bags or nets can be cut into the required size, and the edges connected to the sub-frames can be sealed or thickened to make them more solid.
[0116] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application further includes a first baffle 161 disposed in the second box 200. The first baffle 161 is fixed on the top end of the second box 200 below the third air inlet noise reduction device 330 and the bottom frame of the second box 200 to facilitate the air inlet from the third box 300 to pass through the second dust filtering device 152. Meanwhile, the first baffle 161 also has the function of supporting the third box 300, so that the overall structure of the entire container 10 is more stable. The first baffle 161 is usually perpendicular to the top surface of the second box 200, but can also be inclined to the top surface of the second box 200, which is not limited in the present application.
[0117] The first baffle 161 can be made of a metal plate, or can be made by welding a metal plate on one side and a galvanized hole plate on the other side. The galvanized hole plate can also have the function of further reducing noise. For example, the first baffle 161 includes a steel plate on one side and a galvanized hole plate on the other side, and the steel plate and the galvanized hole plate are welded together.
[0118] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application further comprises a drain groove 61 arranged near the side of the third box 300 below the second dust filter 152 and a water receiving tray 80 between the drain groove 61 and the first baffle 161. The drain groove 61 is fixed on the bottom frame of the second box 200. The water receiving tray 80 is arranged at an angle with the bottom surface of the second box 200 and is fixed between the groove side of the drain groove 61 and the first baffle 161. In this way, the water receiving tray 80 can guide the air flow to the second dust filter 152 on one hand, and on the other hand, it can guide the water vapor or rain carried by the air flow entering the third box 300 from the third air inlet shutter 310 to the drain groove 61, and then drain the water out of the container 10, so as not to enter the area 170 where the generator set is located.
[0119] In one embodiment, the water receiving tray 80 can be made of a bent piece. After bending, the hardness of the sheet metal is better, it is not easy to bend, and it can be better welded with the drain groove 61 and the first baffle 161. Of course, the water receiving tray 80 can also be made of other components such as metal plates or metal sheets, etc., as long as it can achieve the above-mentioned functions, therefore the present application does not make specific limitations on this.
[0120] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application further comprises a second baffle 162 arranged in the first box 100 and the second box 200 around the water tank 21 of the generator set 20, and the second baffle 162 is fixed on the corresponding frame and top surface of the first box 100 and the second box 200. The second baffle 162 is usually arranged perpendicular to the bottom surface of the first box 100 and the second box 200, so that on one hand, it can prevent backflow of the adverse wind, that is, prevent the hot air to be discharged out of the box from returning to the area 170 where the generator set is located, so as to increase the temperature and cause overheating shutdown; on the other hand, it can also support the upper box, so that the overall structure of the container is more stable. Of course, the second baffle 162 can also be arranged at an angle, that is, at an acute angle or an obtuse angle with the bottom surface of the box, and the present application does not make any limitation on this.
[0121] The second baffle 162 is the same as the first baffle 161 described above. Here, it will not be repeated.
[0122] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application further comprises a maintenance platform 153 for the sand filtering device 150. The maintenance platform 153 is arranged in the first box 100 and is located at the side of the sand filtering device 150 close to the generator set 20. The maintenance platform 153 is parallel to the bottom surface of the first box 100 and a maintenance manhole 154 is arranged therein for maintenance personnel to pass through. The maintenance personnel can enter the maintenance platform 153 through the maintenance manhole 154 and thus can maintain the sand filtering device 150 (including the high area of the first sand filtering device 151 and the second sand filtering device 152) and other facilities around it. Because the dust cloth bag or dust screen installed on the sand filtering device 150 can be partially blocked by sand or even broken by large stones entering it after a period of time, it needs to be regularly maintained and replaced.
[0123] A ladder 155 fixedly connected with the maintenance platform 153 is arranged below the maintenance manhole 154 of the maintenance platform 153. The ladder 155 extends upward from the bottom surface of the first box 100 to the bottom surface of the maintenance platform 153. Alternatively, the maintenance personnel can also carry a ladder by themselves or use a ladder placed at a position in the container when maintaining.
[0124] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application can further comprise a switch cabinet compartment 91 for accommodating a switch cabinet, i.e. the switch cabinet is physically isolated from the generator set 20, so that the switch cabinet does not need to be explosion-proof. Even if the switch cabinet explodes due to accidental reasons, it will not affect the generator set 20. The switch cabinet here is used to accommodate the operating switches of various devices in the entire container 10.
[0125] For example, in the embodiments shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the switch cabinet compartment 91 is arranged inside the first air inlet shutter 110. One end surface of the switch cabinet compartment 91 is arranged on the end surface of the first box 100 parallel to the first air inlet shutter 110 and a switch cabinet maintenance door 911 is arranged on the end surface. Figure 2 Figure 3 The switch cabinet compartment 91 is arranged in the first box 100 parallel to the first air inlet noise reduction device 120. Figure 2 Figure 3 Only one arrangement position of the switch cabinet compartment 91 is shown, and in fact it can also be arranged at other positions in the container 10 according to the situation.
[0126] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application further comprises a maintenance door on the opposite side of the switchgear compartment for accessing the first and second air inlet louvers and the air inlet side noise reduction device.
[0127] Likewise, the quick plug panel cabinet for accommodating the quick plug outlet, the generator set control cabinet for controlling the generator set, the electrical cabinet for supplying power to the electrical equipment in the whole container, and the oil tank for supplying oil to the generator set can be placed in the quick plug panel cabinet compartment 92, the generator set control cabinet compartment 93, the electrical cabinet compartment 94, and the oil tank compartment 95 respectively, so as to separate them from the generator set 20 in physical space, and also separate them from each other. In this way, there is no need to carry out explosion-proof treatment on these devices.
[0128] For example, in the embodiment shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 , the plug panel cabinet compartment 92 can be arranged at the position close to the generator set 20 side of the switchgear compartment 91, as shown in Figure 3 . The generator set control cabinet compartment 93 and the electrical cabinet compartment 94 are arranged at the side of the first air outlet louver 120 in the first box body 100 and at one side of the first box body 110, as shown in Figure 3 . The oil tank compartment 95 is arranged at the other side of the first air outlet louver 120 in the first box body 100. The generator set control cabinet compartment 93 is provided with a generator set control cabinet maintenance door on the side of the first box body 100, and the electrical cabinet compartment 94 is provided with an electrical cabinet maintenance door on the side of the first box body 100. The oil tank compartment 95 is provided with an oil tank maintenance door 951 on the side of the first box body 100. An oil tank oil inlet and outlet 96 is arranged on the side of the first box body close to the first air outlet louver side of the oil tank maintenance door. On the side of the oil tank maintenance door away from the second air outlet louver, a maintenance door of the air outlet side noise reduction device is arranged. In this way, the generator set control cabinet compartment 93, the electrical cabinet compartment 94, the oil tank compartment 95, and the first air outlet noise reduction device 120 are arranged side by side on the inside of the first air outlet louver 120 of the first box body 100.
[0129] In addition, optionally, a liquid level gauge observation window 952 can be arranged on the oil tank maintenance door, as shown in Figure 4 , for observing the oil quantity in the oil tank.
[0130] In addition, placing the above-mentioned different devices in different compartments respectively is also more convenient for operation, that is, opening the corresponding door can operate.
[0131] In one embodiment, the mobile generator set container 10 of the present application further comprises air heaters 11 or air coolers installed on the inner walls of the container in the area 170 where the generator set is located, for maintaining normal working temperature inside the container when the generator set is not working in cold or high temperature areas. For example, in the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, two air heaters 11 are installed on the inner walls of the first box 100 on both sides of the generator of the generator set 20. In addition, a dehumidifier can also be installed in the area 170 where the generator set is located, according to the situation. Figure 3 In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, two air heaters 11 are installed on the inner walls of the first box 100 on both sides of the generator of the generator set 20. In addition, a dehumidifier can also be installed in the area 170 where the generator set is located, according to the situation.
