Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to a knitted fabric and a clothing. BACKGROUND
[0002] In the past, as a thermal fiber product for intimate apparel, attempts have been made to combine the thermal properties of staple yarns and the washing and wearing properties of long fibers. For example, knitted fabrics containing viscose rayon-based fibers, cationic dyeable polyester fibers, polyacrylic synthetic fibers, and polyurethane-based elastic fibers are known (for example, refer to Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2).
[0003] Further, attempts are known in which, in order to improve thermal properties, interlocking stitches are formed and a specific loop balance is adopted to cause dead air to be contained in the knitted fabric to improve thermal properties (for example, refer to Patent Literature 3).

[0005] PATENT LITERATURE
[0006] Patent Literature 1: Japanese Patent No. 6447128

[0008] Patent Literature 3: Japanese Patent No. 6635972 SUMMARY
[0009] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
[0010] If the thermal properties of clothing are considered, as described in Patent Literature 1 or 2 above, it is preferable to use a method in which staple yarns and long fibers are used, and as in Patent Literature 3, the volume is increased by interlocking stitches or the like.
[0011] On the other hand, for example, underwear and the like, a thin and soft, smooth knitted fabric is preferable. However, according to the present inventor's insight, the skin side of a thin and soft single jersey stitch becomes uneven, and the skin touch becomes a problem. Further, on the basis of improving thermal properties, in order to improve washing and wearing properties, if, for example, as described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 above, staple yarns and long fibers are used, the staple yarns are thick and the long fibers are thin, and thus the unevenness of the single jersey fabric becomes more pronounced.
[0012] Further, in the technology of Patent Literature 3, while the thermal properties are excellent and no problem of surface smoothness occurs, problems of thickness and softness occur.
[0013] Therefore, the present application aims to provide a knitted fabric that is thin and soft, has a smooth skin side, has excellent thermal properties, and has excellent washing and wearing properties, and a clothing containing the knitted fabric.

[0028] Figure 1 is a schematic view of a knitted fabric exemplifying an embodiment of the present application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0029] An embodiment of the knitted fabric of the present application is described in detail. The knitted fabric of the present application contains a course of loops of fiber 1 formed of short fiber yarn and a course of loops of fiber 2 formed of long fiber. By the short fiber yarn, thermal retention property can be improved. In addition, by the long fiber, in addition to excellent washing and wearing properties, in the present application, it is possible to improve the strength and wrinkle resistance of the single jersey fabric. In fiber 1 other than the short fiber yarn, in fiber 2 other than the long fiber, other than these can also be contained within a range not obstructing the effects of the present application.
[0030] In the present application, the short fiber yarn is not particularly limited, and one or more of cotton, hemp, wool, and the like natural fiber, chemical fiber such as rayon or acetate, synthetic fiber such as polyester or acrylic, nylon, and the like can be used. In the present application, from the viewpoint of thermal retention property, the short fiber yarn preferably contains cellulose fiber such as cotton, rayon, acetate, and the like, and acrylic fiber.
[0031] As the cellulose fiber, there is no particular limitation, and a viscose rayon-based fiber is preferable. The viscose rayon-based fiber is a regenerated fiber spun by a viscose method, and refers to short fibers of viscose rayon, saponified acetate. The mass ratio of the cellulose fiber with respect to the short fiber yarn is preferably 15 mass% or more. By containing the cellulose fiber within the above range, a knitted fabric having excellent durability and moisture absorption and heat generation property can be obtained. Since the knitted fabric has moisture absorption and heat generation property and the like, water vapor generated by the human body when wearing the knitted fabric causes the knitted fabric to generate heat, and thus the temperature of the clothes can be increased. In addition, the mass ratio of the cellulose fiber with respect to the short fiber yarn is preferably 60 mass% or less, and more preferably 40 mass% or less. By setting the upper limit of the cellulose fiber to the above range, wrinkles after washing can be further suppressed.
[0032] As the acrylic fiber, there is no particular limitation, and in addition to the ordinary type of polyacrylic fiber made of polyacrylonitrile, a polyacrylic fiber in which acrylic is copolymerized or other compounds are added can also be used, and a polyacrylic fiber modified to be an anti-pilling type or a water absorption type or the like can also be used. The mass ratio of the acrylic fiber with respect to the short fiber yarn is preferably 40 mass% or more, and more preferably 60 mass% or more. By containing the acrylic fiber within the above range, the effect of further improving thermal retention property can be obtained. In addition, the mass ratio of the acrylic fiber with respect to the short fiber yarn is preferably 80 mass% or less, and more preferably 70 mass% or less. By setting the upper limit of the content ratio of the acrylic fiber to the above range, the content rate of, for example, cellulose fiber and the like can be relatively increased, and moisture absorption and heat generation property can be improved.
[0033] The single fiber fineness of the acrylic fiber is preferably 0.6 dtex or more from the viewpoint of softness of the skin touch, warmth retention, improvement in spinning properties, and improvement in strength. The single fiber fineness is preferably 2.2 dtex or less, and more preferably 1.5 dtex or less from the viewpoint of the skin touch.
[0034] The total fineness of the fiber 1 is preferably 150 dtex or less, and more preferably 130 dtex or less from the viewpoint of excellent skin touch and softness, considering that the knitted fabric of the present application can be used for an undergarment or a T-shirt, and the like, which are directly contacted with the skin of a person. In addition, the total fineness is preferably 70 dtex or more, and more preferably 90 dtex or more from the viewpoint of excellent warmth retention. The single fiber fineness constituting the staple fiber yarn is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 2.5 dtex from the viewpoint of the use of the knitted fabric. In addition, the staple fiber yarn is formed of staple fibers, and the fiber length thereof is preferably in the range of 38 to 52 mm.
[0035] In the present application, the long fiber is not particularly limited, and a monofilament or a multifilament of a chemical fiber such as a rayon or an acetate, a synthetic fiber such as a polyester or a nylon, or an acrylic fiber can be appropriately used. Among them, a polyester long fiber is preferred from the viewpoint of strength and wrinkle resistance. As the polyester long fiber, a polyethylene terephthalate long fiber, a polybutylene terephthalate long fiber, a polytrimethylene terephthalate long fiber, and a long fiber of a copolymer thereof can be exemplified, and in addition to a single component long fiber, a composite long fiber having a cross section of side by side or core-sheath, or the like can be used. In the present application, a cationic dyeable polyester long fiber such as a polyethylene terephthalate long fiber having 1.0 to 3.0 mol% of a 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid component copolymerized is preferred from the viewpoint of dyeability with a cationic dye. By using the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber, dyeing can be performed at a lower temperature than that of a general polyester fiber, and in addition, the same dye as that of the acrylic fiber can be used. In addition, the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber can provide excellent color development and color fastness at a temperature of 105°C to 115°C, and thus degradation of other fibers due to heat, particularly in the case where other fibers such as a polyurethane-based elastic fiber are contained, can be suppressed.
[0036] The cationic dyeable polyester long fiber can be produced by using a generally known method for producing a polyester. In addition, in order to make a general polyester cationic dyeable, 1.0 to 3.0 mol% of a 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid component is copolymerized on a general polyester, as is generally known.
[0037] In the present application, the fiber 2 is preferably a multifilament, and the number of filaments is preferably 24 to 192. In addition, in view of the fact that the knitted fabric of the present application is preferably used for an undergarment or a T-shirt, etc. which is directly in contact with the skin of a person, the total fineness of the fiber 2 is preferably 135 denier or less, more preferably 120 denier or less, and further preferably 100 denier or less, from the viewpoint of excellent skin touch and softness. In addition, the total fineness is preferably 33 denier or more, more preferably 40 denier or more, and further preferably 50 denier or more, from the viewpoint of excellent strength.
[0038] The mass ratio of the fiber 2 to the knitted fabric is preferably 20 mass% or more, and more preferably 30 mass% or more. By setting the range as described above, the fiber structure can be further inhibited from being wrinkled after washing. In addition, the mass ratio of the fiber 2 to the knitted fabric is preferably 60 mass% or less, and more preferably 50 mass% or less. By setting the range as described above, the heat retention property can be improved.
[0039] In the present application, it is preferable that the fiber 1 and the fiber 2 described above are present in different courses.
[0040] From the viewpoint of wearing comfort, it is preferable that the knitted fabric of the present application further contains an elastic fiber. It is more preferable that the knitted fabric contains a course of the elastic fiber. The content of the elastic fiber with respect to the knitted fabric is preferably 3 mass% or more, and more preferably 5 mass% or more. By setting the range as described above, the moderate elongation and the space between the loops of the knitted fabric can be increased, thereby achieving the effect of smoothly following the movement of the body and further improving the wearing comfort. In addition, the content of the elastic fiber with respect to the knitted fabric is preferably 15 mass% or less, and more preferably 13 mass% or less. By setting the range as described above, the effect of reducing the excessive tightness during wearing caused by the elastic fiber and improving the wearing comfort can be achieved.
[0041] As the elastic fiber, a polyurethane-based elastic fiber is preferable in terms of cost and stretchability. As the polyurethane-based elastic fiber, the elastic recovery rate at 200% elongation is preferably 90% or more. By setting the range as described above, excellent durability with respect to repeated wearing can be obtained. In addition, the knitted structure and the knitted density can be arbitrarily set according to the intended use. In addition, since the knitted fabric is preferably used for an undergarment, a T-shirt, etc. which is directly in contact with the skin of a person, the total fineness is preferably in the range of 15 denier to 50 denier, and more preferably in the range of 20 to 45 denier. In addition, the polyurethane-based elastic fiber is generally used in the form of a long fiber (filament), and a polyurethane-based elastic fiber having a filament number of 1 to 3 filaments is preferably used.
[0042] Further, in the knitted fabric of the present application, in addition to the above, a polyester fiber other than the above, a polyester fiber in which a third component is copolymerized in polyester, a polyamide fiber, a regenerated cellulose fiber, and a protein fiber such as wool or silk, or the like can be contained. The above fibers constituting the knitted fabric are used in the form of a blend, a blend, a blend, and an interweave, or the like.
[0043] The knitted fabric of the present application, the courses of the fiber 1 and the courses of the fiber 2 are alternately and repeatedly present in the warp direction. Thereby, it is possible to improve the thermal retention property and the strength. The mode of alternately and repeatedly present is not particularly limited, for example, as shown in the knitted fabric (4) of the fiber 1 (1) and the fiber 2 (2) alternately and repeatedly in one row by one row, or the fibers can be alternately and repeatedly in a state of two or more rows together. Figure 1
[0044] In the present application, the ratio (D2 / D1) of the total fineness D2 of the fiber 2 to the total fineness D1 of the fiber 1 is in the range of 0.50 to 0.90. Here, both D1 and D2 are used in units of decitex. In the present application, in order to convert cotton count used as a unit of fineness of staple yarn into decitex, 5910 is divided by the cotton count to obtain the number of decitex. The specific measurement method is described in the examples described later.
[0045] The ratio (D2 / D1) of the total fineness D2 of the knitted fabric of the present application to D1 is 0.50 or more, preferably 0.55 or more, and more preferably 0.60 or more. In addition, the ratio (D2 / D1) of the total fineness D2 of the knitted fabric of the present application to D1 is 0.90 or less, preferably 0.85 or less, and more preferably 0.80 or less. (D2 / D1) is most preferably 0.60 or more and 0.80 or less. By being in the above range, even if it is a single jersey knit, the smoothness is excellent, and an excellent skin touch can be obtained.
[0046] In addition, the ratio (L2 / L1) of the filament length L2 of the fiber 2 to the filament length L1 of the fiber 1 per 100 (courses) wales of the knitted fabric of the present application is greater than 1.00. It is preferably 1.02 or more, more preferably 1.05 or more, and further preferably 1.10 or more. The upper limit is preferably 1.20 or less. (L2 / L1) is most preferably 1.05 or more and 1.20 or less. By setting the ratio (L2 / L1) of the filament length L2 to L1 to the above range, even if it is a single jersey knit, the smoothness is excellent, and an excellent skin touch can be obtained.
[0047] Therefore, by making (D2 / D1) 0.60 or more and 0.80 or less, and (L2 / L1) in the range of 1.05 or more and 1.20 or less, the smoothness can be made the best, and the most excellent skin touch can be obtained.
[0048] Generally, it is known that the finer the fiber, the better the softness and skin touch, but in the present application, it was found that by setting the ratio of the total fineness D2 and D1 (D2 / D1) and the ratio of the filament length L2 and L1 (L2 / L1) to the above specific ranges, respectively, the unevenness of the skin surface formed by the arrangement of fiber 1 and fiber 2 can be eliminated, and an extremely excellent smoothness and touch effect can be achieved.
[0049] Secondly, as the knitted fabric of the present application, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a single jersey stitch. Since it is a single jersey stitch, a thin thickness and softness can be obtained. From the viewpoint of smoothness, skin touch, a plain stitch, inlay-knit, or the like is preferred.
[0050] The clothing of the present application contains the above-described knitted fabric of the present application. The knitted fabric of the present application is preferably contained in the clothing at 50% by mass or more, and more preferably at 80% by mass or more. As the clothing, in addition to outerwear such as underwear, T-shirts, jackets, pants, skirts, pantyhose, tights, camisoles, and pants, and close-fitting clothes and the like, as long as it is clothing to be worn on the body, it is not particularly limited, and it is preferably used for various clothing. In particular, clothing that directly contacts the skin, such as underwear, close-fitting clothes, T-shirts, pantyhose, tights, camisoles, and the like, are preferred from the aspect that the effects of the present application can be more exerted. Underwear, close-fitting clothes are particularly preferred.
[0051] Examples
[0052] Next, the knitted fabric of the present application will be specifically described according to the examples. Here, the evaluation method of each property in the examples and the like is as follows.
[0053] (1) Total fineness, cotton count
[0054] The cotton count was measured with respect to the staple yarn based on JIS L1095 (2010) 9.4.1. The long fiber was measured based on JIS L1013 (2010) 8.3 A method, and the first digit after the decimal point was rounded off to an integer.
[0055] (2) Filament length (loop length)
[0056] The loops of the knitted fabric obtained after processing were unraveled, and the length of the loops (mm) for 100 wales was measured based on JIS L1096 (2020) 8.8, and the value was taken to two digits after the decimal point.
[0057] (3) Ratio of the total fineness D2 of fiber 2 to the total fineness D1 of fiber 1 (D2 / D1)
[0058] As for the spun yarn, the result measured in the above (1) is converted into the count to be obtained. In the cotton count obtained in the above (1), the count obtained is converted into the count by the following equation, and the first digit after the decimal point is rounded off, and the integer is taken as Dl. Using this Dl and D2, D2 / Dl is obtained, and it is taken to the value of two digits after the decimal point.
[0059] • Dl = 5910 / cotton count
[0060] (4) Ratio of the filament length L2 of fiber 2 to the filament length Ll of fiber 1 per 100 courses (L2 / Ll)
[0061] The result measured in the above (2) is used for the calculation, and it is taken to the value of two digits after the decimal point.
[0062] (5) Smoothness (Tribo-Master)
[0063] As the measuring device, Tribo-Master TL201Ts manufactured by Trinity-lab Co., Ltd. is used, and under the test conditions of a pressing load of 10 g, a friction speed of 50 mm / sec, and a back surface of the measuring surface, the sample is elongated in all directions, and it is measured in the bias direction using a simulated skin sheet, and the dynamic friction coefficient is obtained.
[0064] (6) Heat retention property (CLO value)
[0065] It is measured according to ASTM D1518-85. At the time of measurement, an ASTM-type heat retention tester is used, and the back surface of the cloth is measured as the hot version side under the test room temperature of 20°C and the test room humidity of 65% RH.
[0066] (Example 1)
[0067] 40 mass% of viscose rayon staple fiber (single fiber fineness 1.4 dtex, 38 mm) and 60 mass% of polypropylene-based fiber staple fiber (single fiber fineness 1.0 dtex, 45 mm) are mixed with a carding machine to obtain a staple yarn of 125 dtex (fiber 1).
[0068] The thus obtained short fiber yarn, cationic dyeable polyester long fiber (84 dtex - 72 filaments) (fiber 2) and polyurethane-based elastic fiber (33 dtex - 2 filaments) were knitted into a flat-knit fabric using a single jersey machine having a cylinder diameter of 76.2 cm and a gauge number of 28 filaments / 2.54 cm. As the filament length at the time of knitting, the short fiber yarn 275.00 mm and the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber 315.00 mm were designed to be alternately repeated in the warp direction, and the polyurethane-based elastic fiber was knitted while being drawn with the short fiber yarn and the long fiber, respectively. The knitted fabric thus obtained was composed of 30% by weight of the polyacrylic fiber, 20% by weight of the viscose rayon fiber, 38% by weight of the cationic dyeable polyester fiber and 12% by weight of the polyurethane-based elastic fiber.
[0069] The thus obtained fabric was processed through the steps of heat setting (190°C, 30 seconds) - scouring (70°C) - dyeing (115°C) - drying (130°C) - heat setting (130°C).
[0070] The filament length, smoothness and heat retention of the fabric thus obtained were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1. A knitted fabric having good balance of D2 / D1 and L2 / L1, excellent smoothness and heat retention was obtained.
[0071] (Example 2)
[0072] The filament length after processing in Example 1 was designed to be 255.00 mm for the short fiber yarn and 260.00 mm for the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber, and the polyurethane-based elastic fiber was set to 22 dtex - 2 filaments, and the knitting and processing were carried out in the same manner as in Example 1 except for these. The thus obtained fabric was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, and the results are shown in Table 1. A knitted fabric having good smoothness and heat retention was obtained.
[0073] (Example 3)

[0075] The thus obtained short fiber yarn, cationic dyeable polyester long fiber (56 dtex - 72 filaments), and polyurethane-based elastic fiber (22 dtex - 2 filaments) were knitted into a flat-knit fabric using a single jersey machine having a cylinder diameter of 76.2 cm and a gauge number of 28 filaments / 2.54 cm. As the filament length at the time of knitting, the short fiber yarn 255.00 mm and the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber 295.00 mm were designed to be alternately repeated in the warp direction after the following processing, and the polyurethane-based elastic fiber was knitted while being drawn with each of the short fiber yarn and the long fiber. The knitted fabric thus obtained was composed of 32% by weight of the polyacrylic fiber, 23% by weight of the viscose rayon fiber, 32% by weight of the cationic dyeable polyester fiber, and 13% by weight of the polyurethane-based elastic fiber.
[0076] The thus obtained fabric was processed through the steps of heat setting (190°C, 30 seconds) - scouring (70°C) - dyeing (115°C) - drying (130°C) - heat setting (130°C).
[0077] The filament length, smoothness, and heat retention were evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, and as a result, a knitted fabric having both the smoothness and the heat retention was obtained.
[0078] (Example 4)
[0079] The knitting and processing were performed in the same manner as in Example 3, except that the filament length after the processing in Example 3 was designed to be the short fiber yarn 255.00 mm and the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber 268.00 mm. The thus obtained fabric was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, and as a result, a knitted fabric having both the smoothness and the heat retention was obtained.
[0080] (Comparative Example 1)
[0081] In Example 1, a flat-knit fabric was knitted using 110 dtex of the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber instead of the short fiber yarn. As the filament length at the time of knitting, the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber of 110 dtex was designed to be 275.00 mm and the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber of 84 dtex was designed to be 295.00 mm after the following processing, and the polyurethane-based elastic fiber was knitted while being drawn with each of the long fibers. The knitted fabric thus obtained was composed of 88% by weight of the cationic dyeable polyester fiber and 12% by weight of the polyurethane-based elastic fiber.
[0082] The thus obtained fabric was processed through the steps of heat setting (190°C, 30 seconds) - scouring (70°C) - dyeing (115°C) - drying (130°C) - heat setting (130°C).
[0083] The filament length, smoothness, and heat retention were evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, and as a result, it was confirmed that the smoothness was good, but the heat retention was poor.
[0084] (Comparative Example 2)
[0085] Cotton 30 mass% and polyacrylic fiber short fiber (single fiber fineness 1.0 dtex, 45 mm) 70 mass% were mixed with a carding mixer to obtain a short fiber yarn of 147 dtex (cotton count 40).
[0086] The thus obtained short fiber yarn, cationic dyeable polyester long fiber (33 dtex - 24 filaments), and polyurethane-based elastic fiber (22 dtex - 2 filaments) were knitted into a plain stitch base material with a single jersey machine having a cylinder diameter of 76.2 cm and a gauge number of 28 / 2.54 cm. As the yarn length at the time of knitting, it was designed to be alternately repeated in the warp direction after the following processing in a manner that the short fiber yarn was 265.00 mm, the cationic dyeable polyester long fiber was 295.00 mm, and the polyurethane-based elastic fiber was drawn with each long fiber. The knitted fabric obtained was cotton 21% by weight, polyacrylic fiber 50% by weight, cationic dyeable polyester fiber 17% by weight, and polyurethane-based elastic fiber 12% by weight.
[0087] The thus obtained base material was processed through the processes of heat setting (190°C, 30 seconds) - scouring (70°C) - dyeing (115°C) - drying (130°C) - heat setting (130°C).
[0088] Evaluation was performed on the yarn length, smoothness, and heat retention similarly to Example 1 above, and as a result, it was confirmed that the heat retention was good, but the smoothness was poor.
[0089] (Comparative Example 3)
