Abstract

This invention relates to the field of powder hydraulic press technology, specifically disclosing a metal powder hydraulic press, comprising: a worktable and a feeding platform. The feeding platform has a mold groove. Telescopic components are provided above and below the worktable. The telescopic part of the lower telescopic component has a push head, and the telescopic part of the upper telescopic component has a pressing head. A feeding module is provided on the feeding platform. The feeding module includes a fixed shell fixed to the feeding platform, and a support frame is slidably fitted inside the fixed shell in the left-right direction. The beneficial effects of this invention are: it allows for the first spreading of a layer of sieved material at the bottom of the mold groove, followed by the support frame filling the mold groove. During the return stroke of the support frame, the pressure roller scrapes out a layer of material from the mold groove, and then the sieved material is evenly sprinkled onto the upper layer of the mold groove, ensuring that the mold groove is fully filled with material. This effectively avoids pits appearing on the upper layer of the mold groove, improving work efficiency and workpiece quality.
