Abstract

The application relates to an automatic binding device for a UHV, EHV power DC transformer partition plate and a use method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of a UHV, EHV power DC transformer partition plate system outer insulation paper and angle ring insulation paper binding device. The technical scheme is that a supporting disc is located between a lower force arm disc and an upper force arm disc, the supporting disc is screw-connected on a lead screw through a fixed clamping sleeve provided with an internal thread, the supporting disc and a curve disc are arranged in a vertical mode, a plurality of guide gears are rotationally arranged between the supporting disc and the curve disc, the guide gears are transmission-connected together through guide chains, two symmetrically arranged paper disc fixing discs are rotationally arranged on the upper end surface of the supporting disc, a horizontal gear disc is arranged between the supporting disc and the curve disc, the horizontal gear disc is an annular disc with an open side, and the outer diameter side of the horizontal gear disc is provided with gears meshed with the guide chains. The application can automatically insulate and bind the partition plate system in a transformer lead, meets the production and use requirements, and improves the work efficiency.
