Environment-friendly solvent-free epoxy coating and preparation method thereof

Abstract

This invention discloses an environmentally friendly solvent-free epoxy coating and its preparation method, belonging to the field of epoxy coating technology. The environmentally friendly solvent-free epoxy coating of this invention includes component A and component B, wherein, by mass fraction, component A includes 60-70 wt% epoxy resin, 10-20 wt% reactive diluent, 5.7-6.3 wt% non-reactive diluent, 0.4-0.8 wt% wetting and dispersing agent, 8-10 wt% pigment, 0.3-0.5 wt% defoamer, and 3-5 wt% thixotropic agent. Component B comprises 67-79 wt% modified amine curing agent, 2-4 wt% curing accelerator, 16-24 wt% modified wear-resistant filler, and 3-5 wt% modified curcumin; wherein, the modified wear-resistant filler is obtained by modifying wear-resistant filler with p-aminophenyltrimethoxysilane; the wear-resistant filler is obtained by composite of silicon carbide and molybdenum disulfide; the modified curcumin is obtained by reacting curcumin or curcumin derivatives with epichlorohydrin; the environmentally friendly solvent-free epoxy coating prepared by this invention has good weather resistance and wear resistance.
