The method of claim 1, further comprising: presenting a graphical element associated with a first visual element, a style of the graphical element being determined based on first interaction content of a first participant in the live event, the first visual element corresponding to the first participant.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the style of the graphical element is used to represent an expression state corresponding to the first interaction content.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising: determining a display size of a second visual element corresponding to a second participant based on a frequency of interactions of the second participant in the live event.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: presenting a first dynamic effect associated with a third visual element, the third visual element corresponding to a third participant, the first dynamic effect indicating an interaction operation initiated by the third participant.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the interaction operation is an interaction operation of the third participant with respect to a fourth participant, and the first dynamic effect comprises a motion of a preset element from the third visual element to a fourth visual element, the fourth visual element corresponding to the fourth participant.

The method of claim 1, further comprising: in response to an additional participant joining the live event, presenting a second dynamic effect associated with an additional visual element of the additional participant in the live interface. 12. The method of claim 11, wherein the second dynamic effect comprises a first motion of the additional visual element along a preset trajectory, and the method further comprises: in response to triggering a collision of the first motion of the additional visual element with at least one visual element of the set of visual elements, adjusting a motion trajectory of the additional visual element and / or triggering a second motion of the at least one visual element.
13. The method of claim 1, further comprising: in response to receiving a first operation for the set of visual elements, switching a layout of the set of visual elements in the first region from a first layout mode to a second layout mode.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the second layout mode indicates that the set of visual elements are presented at preset positions in the first region.

The method of claim 13, wherein in response to receiving a first operation for the set of visual elements, switching a layout of the set of visual elements in the first region from a first layout mode to a second layout mode comprises: in response to the first operation, maintaining a presentation of a first portion of the set of visual elements, and updating a second portion of the set of visual elements as at least one additional visual element.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the first portion and / or the second portion are determined based on an interaction status of the set of participants in the live activity.
17. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of visual elements is a first set of visual elements, and the method further comprises: presenting, in a second region of the live interface, a second set of visual elements corresponding to a set of spectator participants of the live activity.

The method of claim 17, further comprising: in response to a role change of a user associated with the live activity, adjusting a display region of a visual element corresponding to the user, the display region comprising the first region or the second region, the role change comprising a change from a spectator participant to a participant, or a change from a participant to a spectator participant.
19. The method of claim 1, further comprising: in response to a second interaction content of at least one participant of the set of participants satisfying a first trigger condition, presenting, in the live interface, a third dynamic effect corresponding to the second interaction content.

The method of claim 1, wherein the live interface further comprises a media playback region, and the method further comprises: playing, in the media playback region of the live interface, a media content, the media content being determined based on a configuration operation associated with the live activity.
21. The method of claim 20, further comprising: in response to the media content satisfying a second trigger condition, presenting a fourth dynamic effect associated with the media content.
22. An apparatus for interface interaction, comprising: a first presentation module configured to present a live interface associated with a live activity; a second presentation module configured to present, in a first region of the live interface, a set of visual elements corresponding to a set of participants of the live event; and an update module configured to update, based on interaction information between participants in the live event, a layout of the set of visual elements in the first region.

An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory that is coupled to the at least one processor and stores instructions for execution by the at least one processor, the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any of claims 1-21.
24. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, the computer program being executable by a processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-21.
