Then each group of volunteers used the hair growth and hair darkening and hair loss prevention shampoo prepared in Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1-8, respectively, continuously for three months, once every two days, i.e. every other day, with the amount used being consistent with the amount used by the volunteers when using other conventional shampoos, and no other hair cleaning or care products were used during this period. After three months, all the hair in the test area was shaved again, and the average length of a single hair in each group was measured.

[0098] 162 female C57BL / 6 mice were selected, and a test area of 1.2 cm*1.2 cm was demarcated on the back. The hair in the test area was completely shaved, and after 3 days, 2.5 wt% hydroquinone solution (solvent: normal saline) was applied to the test area once a day, 1 mL each time, for 25 consecutive days, to obtain model mice. The model mice were randomly and evenly divided into 9 groups, and the hair in the test area was cleaned using the hair growth and hair darkening and hair loss prevention shampoo prepared in Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1-8, respectively, according to the conventional method for using shampoo, i.e. once a day, with the amount of hair growth and hair darkening and hair loss prevention shampoo used being 0.2 mL each time. The cleaning was performed continuously for 60 days, after which the color of the hair in the test area of each model mouse was scored by technical personnel, with the darker the color, the higher the score, and the highest score being 5, and 0, 1, 2, 3, etc. for scoring, to obtain the average score of each group.

[0106] As can be seen from the above test examples, the hair growth, hair darkening and hair loss prevention shampoo provided by the present application has excellent hair growth, hair darkening and hair loss prevention effects; the present application uses Platycladus orientalis leaf extract, Tilia europaea flower extract, Rumex crispus root extract and Sorbus folgneri leaf extract as the first natural active ingredient, and Lactobacillus ferment lysate and Hydrolyzed Lupin protein as the second natural active ingredient, and the two groups of ingredients are compounded and introduced into the formula of the shampoo, thereby giving the prepared shampoo excellent hair growth, hair darkening and hair loss prevention effects, wherein the two groups of ingredients can play their respective roles and directly or indirectly play a role, and synergistically produce technical effects, and at the same time, the above ingredients all belong to the category of natural active ingredients, and have not small advantages in greenness and safety.
