The bottom of the fixed bottom plate is rotationally connected with a lifting roller abutting against the arc-shaped jacking block. Through the design that an arc-shaped jacking block is matched with the track of a lifting roller, a fixed bottom plate moves along with an adjusting frame to achieve self-adaptive lifting, it is ensured that each long-strip-shaped groove can be accurately cut at the adaptive angle and depth, meanwhile, a cutting and polishing unit is in linkage with a trapezoidal track sliding groove through a conversion gear, a transmission rack and the trapezoidal track sliding groove, and the cutting and polishing efficiency is improved. And automatic circulation of cutting, polishing and resetting is achieved.
