Cooling adjustment method for a bright annealing furnace and cooling device therefor

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of annealing furnace cooling regulation, in particular to a cooling regulation method and a cooling device of a bright annealing furnace, which comprises the following steps: after partition treatment of the steel to be treated, collecting temperature data of each steel partition and obtaining various cooling parameters of the bright annealing furnace; analyzing the thermal inertia of the steel based on the size parameters of the steel to obtain a thermal inertia influence index; comprehensively analyzing the change characteristics of all the cooling parameters of the bright annealing furnace at continuous time points to determine a working strength change index; determining the compensation weight of the proportional gain coefficient and the integral gain coefficient of the PID control in each control cycle; and determining the PID parameters of the next control cycle. The application aims to improve the cooling regulation effect of the bright annealing furnace.
